    i had shifted my house to nagpur.i called mr rajesh zade from eureka forbes,nagpur to install my water purifier on 10/06/13.he install my purifier but leakage was there...i called him lot of time but he always said he willl come latter but he never came..From last 3 days my purifier suddenly stop working..no output of water...in this rainy season i & my family drink contaminated water from 3 days...i called him so many times but he answered in rude manner....i m living in balaji nagar,near manewada road in nagpur & i m in tremondous mental tension .....kindly relieve me from this pressure & repair it as soon as....i m very unhappy from yr servicecenter provider..

    Forbes / water purifier — not giving service

    I am registered service request on call center.

    But till date they are not giving service .
    I recall them many times but they only say yes and result is same.
    And i am Pune resident if i am from rural part, the result is much bad .

    So this is very very bad service from Eureka Forbes/ Aquagard.

    Eureka forbes Water Purifier — amc-not giving proper service

    fter few days when i called back to the complaint office, iwas told about the leave of the concerned person.Than two new boy's were sent to my residence who also could not do any thing.Since last 15 days i am calling your office but no responce.Every time it is said "KAL HO JAYEGA"our local complaint tel.no.is[protected]

    Eureka forbes Water Purifier — No service

    The service of Eureka Forbes at Hyderabad is the worst in the country. I registered a complaint on 6th October 2008 and no one has attended ever after almost two months.
    the service is the worst. they are not showing eve one percet interest at the time of selling .

    Eureka Forbes — Service of the water purifier

    I have a 2 year's contract of service (Contract Receipt No. AG 96B) of my AquaGuard Water Purifier (booster model), with the Eureka Forbes India Ltd. for which I paid Rs. 1790 for the contract. But i have been sending requests and calling up the customer care service for sending their technician since 15 days but no one has turned up yet. And everytime i call up i get assured that the technician will come tomorrow and uptill now no one has come yet. My complaint no. with the Eureka Forbes is 82164406.

    This is not the first time that is happening. Since two years they harass us a lot in sending the technician.You will be surprised to know that for every service i have made 15 calls at least. And the purity is an un negotiable issue when it is concerned to health, i have a small baby and i am not only facing problems physically but also mentally as i keep waiting for the technician to give me the service and change the purifying components, because i reside in mumbai 8 where water is enough dirty to toxicate a childs system
    So i hereby look forward to your help in attaining my justice, as i believe strongly in the power of truth and the consumer forum.

    Eureka Forbes — no proper service

    i am using aqua guard water purifiers from eureka forbs. on 28 april night that stoped and not working, i register complaint to local service center at gwalior m.p.b/c i am living at gwalior. i got reply that service will be provided same day and your complaint no. 592. person came from service center and see the products and he was unable to under stand what is the problem with products and then i called to ms. monika incharge of service center at 5 pm that please solved the problem, she told me that other person i am sending he will attend, but no body has come, and my family facing problem to get drinking water fromwhole day.
    so the service provider are not worried about that

    Eureka Forbes-water purifier — not working

    I am having Eureka Vacuum cleaner and water purified.

    The service contract for the water purifier was renewed in 2008 for three years ie; upto 2011.

    On 29th September the same was not working I made the complaint to their call centre and I was directed to contact the Chromepet Branch @ New Colony. They sent the mechanic on 30.09.2009 morning and he attends the same but not able to rectify the same saying that there is a problem in the Board. So he told that he will take the same in the evening and rectify the defect and bring the next day afternoon.

    But no response from them till 30th evening.. Then I made the call to the chromepet branch in the morning of 01.10.2009 for which they told that they will sent the mechanic before 12 noon. As there was no response from them upto 3 pm, I contacted customer care “39883333” and regd. the complaint for which the Regn.No.[protected]- Cust.No.[protected] and also further added as the water purifier defect board will be replaced by their mechanic before 11 am on 03.10.2009 [ being the reason it is under service contract] as 02.10.2009 was national holiday for Gandhi jayanthi.

    On 03.10.2009 I received a call from their mechanic at Chromepet stating that they received mail regarding my complaint and told that they came on 02.10.2009 and the door was locked. I immediately told that their customer care informed 02.10.2009 was a national holiday. They responded on 3.10.2009 morning, [ even though the work was left appropriately in half way by them on 30.09.2009] being the reason that they received the mail from higher authorities and to close the same they just made the call.

    Immediately I called their customer care three time upto 5.50 pm on 03.10.2009 and asked about the position of the complaint. I was told “ sorry for the inconvenience it will be attended in the evening and after that I received their reply as – it will be attended on 05.10.2009 morning .” as 04.10.2009 was a holiday.

    Even though I had valued contract with their company, even after 5 days the problem was not rectified and I am receiving replies whenever I called their call centre, stating it will be attended evening / tomorrow morning etc., The very purpose for which the machine was purchased was defeated.

    Today[05.10.2009] upto 4.30pm I made four calls to the call centre for which I received stero type reply" it willbe attended today itself" - no improvement

    kindly advise me what to do with this company.

    Kindly publish the following incident for the general information of all the customers of Eureka Forbes. This will advise them how to get things done in your own way.
    I got my Reviva (RO) revived on 16-3-09 by paying Rs 3660 and bringing it into AMC. Six month passed nobody visited me as they were to visit periodically 4 times during the AMC. I called the local guy and he felt sorry but offered to the service the next day. I refused to accept his offer. I went online and lodged my feedback, as the website had no link for complaints. I got a computer generated respone the next day. It contained a phone no, I rang up the number, it was company's Mumbai no but the girl apologised and said that it was the number of account branch. I registered my protest as the company was guilty of passing wrong phone no to me. I asked about the Service Chief's No. She directed me to call the Kalkatta's office and gave me the number of Mr R K Ganguley. I called his office, he was not in his seat. His assitant noted down my complaint and I told her that the company was having messed the affairs and creating so many gaps in their communication system, due to which we the customers were suffering and told her point blank that we will not let the company work like this. It will have to mend its ways. She assured a quick action. Within 20 minutes, I received the call from Chandigarh office, the senior officer who was looking over every thing. He assured me a proper action and sought an hour's time. In less than an hour, the service franchisee approached me in person and in next twenty minutes, my RO was being looked after their technician and the filters were replaced. The moment the service was complete, I demanded the service period to be extended by 6 minths which they agreed in writing and as soon as the servicing was over, I recieved a call from mr Ganguley who put me and his service officer in conferencing and settled the matter with an assurance that the company will not only improve its service in the very interest of its customers.
    I got it done in less than two hours.
    I purchased water purifier (Eureka forbes) and put AMC .. It is under AMC period.. No person turned up so far after making AMC.. They gave phone number of Tuticorin people.. I contacted .. Nobody is answering..

    Contact many times from Sept 09 to your co. Authorised Agent "Bhushen Services". Technician observed the problem but yet it is not attended and solved. It causes lot of problems to us. Please arrange to solve the same immediately. Our contract with Bhushan Services will be over on 26.10.2009. Kindly solved the problem within contract period. Our Contact no. 25422906.

    Personal Complaint — No proper water no proper service

    Respected Sir,

    With reference to PNR Number :[protected] I was travelling from New Delhi to Palakkad in Three Tier A/c. But to my surprise there was no Water in our Coach i.e. B5 seat number 13 Middle Birth. Everybody was complaining about this problem. There was no proper service in this Coach from Pantry also.

    I really don't understand even after paying so much money there is no proper service. Even the Mobile charger light was not working in this Coach. Why ?

    I purchased eurekaforbe water purifier reviva total for 10000 RS with 4 guranteed service. I recive only 2 after continous calling. Now they are saying you have to change cylinder as because o[censored]n-proper service. Its there fault not mine as they have not provided service and 4 days back only i reeived 2nd service after which machine have stoped working.

    After that i did not receive a call from them, i had called their toll free no[protected] and spoke to Mr.Venkat on 24th, and he promised me he will fiex the problem in 2 days, i called up the next day also they keep telling the same thing, i had called the toll free no for more than 32 times, every time they tell the same thing, that we are very sorry will will get this sorted out today itself, I had to purchase water from out side and spent more than Rs,2000 , which they declined dot refund,
    My problem is still pending, atleast there is no call i received from Eureka forbs.

    Eurekha Forbes — Regarding Repair of water Purifier

    Hi,

    We have complained regaridng our Aqua guard water purifier,a product from Eurekha Forbes ,the response we got from them is lukeworm and no one is responding to the request ,whenever we call they say the technician will be in today but no one turns up .We have paid 1550 Rs for Annual <Maintenance contract .After repeated request they have given a Service request no [protected] ,My Dad has been in touch with them and the customer ID is [protected].Its been 15 days since we have this issue ,they have given the Service request no before 10 days .till no one to look on what the issue is .Now I have reached a point that I have lost faith on this crapy customer service which we are getting .High time that they have to react.

    This is company with no after-sales service
    I am Dr.L.Vinayagamoorthi, Residing at KSR Teachers colony, Varappalayam, Thokkavadi(PO), Tiruchengode. Tamil Nadu-637 215.
    For the past 15 years, I am using Eureka Forbes products. Now, I am using RO water system. Last month, I renewed the AMC. But this time the new branch service man came to my house and service the system. Now, the service is very poor. The system is not properly running. We expect the experienced service technician to service our product.

      Eureka/Aqua Guard(Water Purifier) — Aqua Guard not working

      Our Aqua Guard Machine not working from 3 months. We told our agents to repair it. But they told us that they are not getting a small part of machine. All knows that in these rainy days we have to take care of our drinking water and our acqua guard is not working.

      Eureka Forbes Water purifier — Not coming for service even after 17 days of registering

      I have registered with Eureka Forbes on Eurohelpline (Req. no [protected]) on their no 39883333. Even after 17 days nobody turned up. I am calling their helpline everyday and they promise that it will be attended that day. But nothing happens.(My complaint no. is [protected])

      Eureka Forbes - Water Purifier — Product not delivered

      I had ordered Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes thrugh online by payment through card on sy July 20.
      The recieved Customer Code is [protected]. Till date the product has not been delivered.
      I recieve only lip service when I call the company about the delivery of the product.

      Can anyone suggest, how to cancel this transaction and also to take legal action.

      Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier — Eureka Forbes Aquaguard is not working

      I bought an Aquaguard Enhance RO+ model on 20th aug, 2011. It was working fine just for a month or two. In Nov, 2011, the unit was not working properly. The problem was that the unit was going on/off automatically and it was taking hours to purify couple of liters water. I raised the issue with customer care and it was resolved with in a day. I was told by the technician that there is problem with the pre-filter. I thought the problem is resolved but the issue was again came up in just a week time and which is still continued.
      Last month the filter stopped working so I called the customer care and logged the complaint. Area Service Manager visited at place and did some modification in the unit. It was working fine for about a month.
      Today at night 10 PM, 4th Feb, 2012 the unit is making lot of noise and not purifying the water.
      I am irritated with the purifier.
      I request you to replace the model or kindly refund the money I paid you.

      Below is my EMAIL response to EUREKA FORBES OFFICIALS DATED June 23 2013 asking for refund of RS 17, 490/=. Its been A WEEK NOW... AND TILL DATE N O R E S P O N S E !!!

      Excerpt from my Email to EUREKA FORBES OFFICIALS:

      FYI, I've interacted with Mr. Punithan[protected] regarding this issue several times over the past one and a half months and yet to see any action.

      Attached are
      1. order/sales receipt (dated May 8 2013)
      2. Invoice letter (sent June 14 2013 - after 1 month from order date)
      3. ICICI SMS notification of cheque clearance for Amount Rs 16990 on May 20 2013)
      4. Invoice mentioning a product that I didn't order - Ordered AquaGuard Duo - Invoice sent for AquaGuard Genius (anyways Product has not been delivered to customer yet), TYPO on customer address AND phone number !!!

      After having gone through all this I am not interested in dealing with a B R O K E N S Y S TE M anymore.

      Could you please let me know who has the authority to CANCEL THIS ORDER, get me a REFUND for the amount PAID (Rs 17, 490) and when to expect this?

        I bought a brand new AquaSure nectar RO water purifier earlier this month (3.6.13 to be specific) from an popular retailer in chennai. The sales person claimed it to be the best product and the new innovative tap is long lasting. I thought it would be better to go with brand products to get good service. He also assured thy give best customer service and they will send serviceman to install it in 24 hrs. But none came. After for 2 days pressurizing via retailer where I purchased they came to install it on 6.6.13. The person who came install it left in half work that he didnt have enough machinery to drill. I even went to extend of renting a driller to help his installation. He wouldnt wait. His name is Naveen, and he behaved idioitically as if the mistake was in my side. He replies were arrogant and he left (ran away) when I went to borrow driller from my neighbor. when I tried to reach him he didnt pick the call. Then again I had to avail after sales service from retailer. Through their contacts they assured tat they will send another personnel tommorow (7.6.13). waiting for more 100 hrs after purchase finally same arrogant service man came on 8.6.13 and installed it. to my question why the company personnel took so long reach me? , he shouted "Tats not my prob, I have no connection with Aquasure, I just work for a franchise KPM services." I never expected such rude replies. He didnt even clean the mess he created in my kitchen or apologise for postponing the installation. I stood quitely though they finish installation too lately. The product doesnt even worked fine for 24hrs. Within 2 days of the installation the tank started leaking. I made a complaint (on 10.6.13) to their number toll free no. [protected]. They wouldnt pick. All I heard was same music being played again and again to irritate me. To add up my fury they charged more than 30 rs for those unanswered calls (claimed to be toll free). After 20 tries of call Finally someone answered. They assured they will send service person in 24 hrs. Again I believed their words. One day passed, None came. 2nd none came. Same is the case on 4th, 5th days. In between everyday I tried to call the same number bt none would pick up and answer. All I am left with is the feeling that I chose a wrong product of company with worst customer care and poor service. Finally one person called me (15.6.13) representing Aquasure. Controlling my agony I patiently replied to his queries about problem and gave him direction to reach me. He promised to reach me in 1 hr. I had to put aside my commitments understanding that they really arent adjusting. again the same thing happened. Serviceman never made to my house. My whole day felt ruined. The products with same functions are available even for 8000rs in market bt I paid nearly double 15000rs for this product beliving it is a good brand. Their actions prooved wrong. It isnt a good way for service. I called the again he said he is stuck in some place, that will come tomorrow. I asked tomo is sunday (16.6.13) can you surely make it ? there was another assurance that he will sure reach me. From my previous I doubted his words. But I have invested much in tat to throw it away, so putting aside my family outing I stayed back in house waiting for him. Sunday morn I called him to remind him, he replied "I will come there before evening." But I understood again eureka forbes broke their promise. His mobile was switched off the whole evening. It was my decision to buy Aquasure, and I regret that It affected my family too. Then monday morning I called to same person, He said he gave some lame reasons and cut the call. Same day (17.6.13) evening another service person by name Mr.Balaji reached my house. He examined the purifier , and finally found the connector between tap and tank is cracked and caused the leak , and said "it might be a manufacturing defect. Since it is under guarentee, I should get a connector from t.nagar and will replace it tommorow". He desembled the purifier, took the whole tap and connector part along with him. I thought problem will be repaired by tommorow. The next day (18.6.13) when I called Mr.Balaji he gave another incharge's(Mr.Anand) ph no. to enquire about connector. I had to call his no. to hear tat "The part is not available, they have to order it from mumbai head office, I will replace it tomorow(by 19.6.13)." I felt like rolling on the floor and laughing out, that a multi million dollar company, with 30 years of experience does not even hold a single connector in its stock. As it is my headache to get it repaired, I called him several times on 19th. I got that usual reply,ie No reply. That tomorow also passed, and never heard from him . Reminded that it costed twice the similar products in market I and my family feel tat am being cheated by the company of my money and affected personally by their service, I would never recommend this company's product to others.

        Also can any one suggest me the next course of action (other than waiting for company to contact me) that I should to take to sort of this issue. Is it too early to go for any consumer forum's help.

        Eureka Forbes — Poor Products and Services

        I purchased a Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner 20 days ago. One of the pins of its electric plug has broken. I raised a service request 7 days ago. The customer care executive told me that it will be addressed within 24 hours. No body has turned up till now.Its been seven day.I have called them 5 times. Its a very poor level of products and services. Pathetic!!!

        I regretfully inform you that when I took the contract in the year 2007 Mr Dilip Dubey from the side of EUREKA FORBES visited us and replaced Candle & Carbon on dated 10th June, 2007 (the date I had taken contract ) after my repeated reminder another person from EUREKA FORBES visited on dated 28th May, 2008 and replaced Carbon only.Since then no body has turned up, and neither due Candle has been changed or any services has been done.
        Two days before a person from EUREKA FORBES came for survey for EUREKA products.I gave a written complain for the same. Only today a person Mr.Ravi Gayakwar came to attend the complain but refused to change the Candle saying that contract has been expired .Kindly let us know why we had not been provided within service period though I have paid money in advance.Iam the old coustmor of EUREKA FORBES since last TEN YEARS apart from purifier I am using Vacuum Cleaner also.Before I was residing at LUCKNOW I NEVER FACED SERVICING PROBLEMS.In Bhopal your services are entirely unsatisfactory .Kindly look into the matter and provide remaining services including Candle at the earliest.

          I purchased Eureka Forbes - Aquagaurd RO purifier on 27th May 2013. Till now (17th June 2013) i have not received the original Bill/Invoice.
          I am calling the sales guy on daily basis but every time he gives some excuse and promise for tomorrow. Don't know which tomorrow is he talking about? I called customer case, they registered the request but their executive was very rude.
          Its really a bad service from Eureka Forbes.

          They just took the contact details and have not anything yet. Very bad service. Sales guy has stopped picking up the phone as well.

            I bought Elegant RO from eureka forbes in june 2012,got it installed in the following month,it was doing well until in 2nd week of may 2013,it stopped working,a person from their side came and told us that it's filter needs to be replaced,we got that done in Rs.3880,after that it started working.Again on 23rd of may,2013 it stopped working,we called the person again,he came and repaired it but it stopped working again from 24th may night,i don't know the problem,We are facing so many difficulties,this is not expected from a product of highly reputed organisation like Eureka Forbes'.I want you people to take some quick action,i am trying to call customer care from such a long time but no response is coming,also to call customer care people is a hassle as it is a charged call,but still i tried 7-8 times and i am still trying,the moment it comes to speak to the customer care person option,the call goes silent and there's no response,I am highly disappointed and angry over this,i don't know how can Eureka Forbes people make such products that doesn't even last 1 yr.             Eureka Forbes - RO — RO not working

            Sir/Madam,

            I purchased an RO of Eureka Forbes from a retailer in Oct 2008. Since the very first day, the switch was not working properly. During the first regular check by the executive, he did not agree there's an issue with the switch. Over 3 weeks back, he came for the second scheduled maintenance of the RO. Finally, he relented and agreed the switch is faulty. It was agreed the switch was to be replaced within 2 days. After numerous calls to the local representative of Eureka Forbes and also to customer care, all I get are assurances and nothing more. For the last 3 weeks, I am buying water from outside, even though I have an RO. What I expect as a customer is quality customer service. However, my case is that of a dissatisfied customer.             Your company employee come on 13/06/18 and changed membrane which was not sealed, I ask him but he said membrane is good. But after this taste of water is not good, but on 14 th of June, 2018 next day it stopped working, RO has stopped working. We are facing so many difficulties; this is not expected from a product of highly reputed organization like Eureka Forbes’. I want you people to take some quick action, I am highly disappointed and angry over this, i don't know how can Eureka Forbes people make such products, your executive changed membrane (not sealed) 3 time and now RO has stop working, i am highly upset with their services and product.             Today on 20/06/18 your company employee comes with an old membrane which was not sealed, I ask him but he said membrane is good but I refuse him to install, and then i talked his boss Mr. Gurpreet he said membrane is good and tested but this is an old membrane not sealed attaching membrane pic also. This is not expected from a product of highly reputed organization like Eureka Forbes’. Your executive changed membrane (not sealed) 3 times and now RO has stop working, you people said your employee will come with new membrane, i am highly upset with your services and product. I am not at all sorry to say that Eureka Forbes services gets a big 0 to customer satisfaction, Why you have such irresponsible people, who neither can work properly, nor they have respect or solution for their customer’s problems. We never expected this kind of service from a company like Eureka Forbes. Kindly send your executive with new membrane at my home to fix the problem.
            If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action.

              I will never recommend any Eureka Forbes product to anyone. My experience with the water filter and the vacuum cleaner - all very bad.

              My recent experience is even worse. The service guys were pressurizing for the AMC. On payment, there is no more response. I am astonished at the quality of service from EF. It is over one week since I made complaint on my AquaSure Ivory DX water filter. My complaint numbers are 71562668 and 88535452. I did not get complaint numbers on my initial calls. The local service number of EF is switched off.
              I have purchased a RO system last Tuesday (4th June) and given the sales representative (Premanandh S - [protected]) a cheque for Rs.13, 990 drawn on ICICI bank.
              (Bill no.057715).

              The delivery and installation was promised for last Saturday. But, till now I have not got the delivery and installation.

              I had raised a complaint on about no communication from Eureka Forbes about this and the complaint number given to me was 88552432. Action was promised in 48 hours but it is only the hours that have passed by.

              I have talked to 7 to 8 people in Eureka Forbes but there is no communication at all on when this will be delivered and installed.

                    Every month twice we get issues in the RO plant &amp; service is also very poor .

                      Aquaguard has the most pathetic horrible customer care.. when your servicing is due, they are more than happy to come even without you having to ask for it.. But when they actually should be helping you, no one even bothers to respond. A servicing agent had come to service my water purifier on 14th May. During the course of servicing, he broke one of the parts & said he would return back the next day to fix the purifier. I asked that person how he broke the part if he was a regular servicing agent. he then said that he was an office clerk who was sent as no one else was available. Today it is more than 15 days & that person is yet to return. I am sick & tired of calling on their customer care who is absolutely useless. Not only this, their local franchisee head, area manager & even Mumbai head are not able to do anything. The only standard reply they have is that we are escalating your problem. Bad is just an understatement, their customer service is just unimaginably pathetic & all of them are useless.

                      From past 3 years, 11 services, I am requesting customer care executives to call up before coming or fix up an appointment for the same. But they have been ignoring my request. I have to face lot many problems because of there all unplanned visit during guest are at home or late afternoon

                      My last service is pending from past Jan 2008, I have registered complaint for the same on May 22nd 2008, “51047 532”which is yet to address. When I am calling to customer care unit on[protected], they refuse to takedown another complaint on the same and reply “We have already escalated your matter to higher officials” we can not take any other complaint on the same
                      Today when I wished to talk to there higher officials by my self I received number “[protected]” and I have been asked to speak to officer Manjula. I have tried this number more then 5 times but no response

                      I need legal advice to sue a case against eurecaforbs for the compensation against inconvenience caused

                      Customer Support — Absolutely useless customer support.

                      First of all calling customer support is a very long process going through several confusing and unnecessary menu options. Once you reach someone...you experience one of the worst customer support you can imagine. The staff is not trained, not qualified and they talk through their asses. Every-time you call someone, you get to hear a different story about the problem you are facing. Almost like machines...they repeat what they are taught. Doesn't matter if that helps the customer or not. Absolutely disgusting.
                      Totally agree. worst company ever. annoyed of service and product. Don't ever dare to buy their product. Lets collectively take this to higher level. pls share if anybody has contact details of senior management.

                        I had entered in to service contract vide Invoice cum Receipt No.18418636 Contract Receipt No.:10 dated 20/07/2011 for the period from 20/07/2011 to 19/07 for maintenance of my Acquaguard ‘Compact’ model of water purifier. The contract provided that the machine will be serviced periodically two times in a year during the validity of the contract. However it has been my experience that the machine was serviced only three times so far on 20/07/2011,19/01/2012 and on 16/03/2013 that also after repeated reminders. This shows the total apathy on the part of the company towards the health of customers and their families. Since this a nonperformance of the contract, I requested the company to extend the contract for three years from now onwards with the assurance that the machine will be serviced as per provisions of the contract.I have already explained in the feed back form of the authorized service providers of the company at least three times from March' 2013,however no action has so far been taken by the company -Revati Mukund Sagdeo, Flat No.201,Bhagwagar Complex Dharampeth, Nagpur.                         Aquaguard Water Purifier — Denial of Service

                        This is to state this is RAM G. MANGLANI from Jaipur (Rajasthan), and I Purchased a Water Filter cum Purifier "ACQUAGUARD" on 10th June, 2005. The sales person who approached my door and convinced me to buy this product along with the offer of "LIFE LONG FREE SERVICE" from your side.

                        I was attracted towards the product due to this LIFE LONG FREE SERVICE and I bought the product vide Bill No. 3302 Order No. [protected] dated 10/06/2005. The unit serial number of my Acquaguard is [protected] (as mentioned in computer generated invoice). My personalised customer code is [protected].

                        My complaint is that since than EUREKA FORBES LIMITED has not send anybody for the service, and when asked for they reply that it is a chargeable service. When we say that we have a "LIFE LONG FREE SERVICING CERTIFICATE" issued in this regard, they say, "Likha hone se kya hota hai, Maal Bechne Ke liye Yeh sab karna padta Hai". (i.e. That Certificate has no value, and that was just to attract customer to buy the product.).

                        We were deeply shocked. A company like EUREKA FORBES using tactics like this for their sales promotion. Attached is the copy of this Certificate. The immediate thought which came to my mind was to go to Local Newspapers (Dainik Bhaskar and Rajasthan Patrika) and tell them about this cheating act of Eureka Forbes and than go to Consumer Court.

                        But before that I thought to contact Principals of the Company and bring this issue in their notice so that any action against their Jaipur Franchisee should be taken by them and they should know how they are working.

                        If this letter is not respondend I will be forced to go for some action, I will not be buying any products from the company anymore and recommending other people also not to buy products from this company or to believe in their sales promotions.

                        Aquaguard Water Purifier — Misleading product demo leading to health problems

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        I am Ashish Saxena, resident of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. I had bought Acquaguard RO system (Acquafresh Elegant) around 5 months back from Home town, Great India Place, Noida. We are under warranty period.

                        After a few days of purchase a technician was sent by the company (from their East of Kailash office) to install the product and give us a free demo. He did install the product but DID NOT inform us about the following-

                        1. He did not get the "cleaner" along and also did not give us any instruction on HOW and WHEN to clean the tank. He said "it is all automatic and we do not need to clean it". (This information is totally incorrect and we are supposed to clean the tank every 15 days using a cleaner which was never provided to us.)

                        2. Our model did not contain the candle and he did not inform us that candle can be installed NOW which will increase life of the filters.

                        3. He said, the tank has to be flushed once in 10-15 days. (This information is incorrect, it needs to be flushed everytime we start the system, which means 2-3 times a day)

                        As a result,
                        1. We have been drinking dirty, filthy, yellow water for past all these months.
                        2. I am suffering from stomach problems for past 2-3 months and I am under treatment.
                        3. Our filters became UNUSABLE and we had to replace them after usage of 4 months (the normal life of filters is 1 year).
                        4. We had to spent Rs. 3, 000/- for installation of new filters and a candle.

                        Considering that I am first time user of a R.O. system, whose responsibility is it to inform the customer about the product? How can a sales person come and ill-inform the consumer like this?

                        The company is responsible for the negligence on their "demo-after sales service" team which has lead to out health and financial losses.

                        We request you to help us take strict action against the company and get us the desired compensation.

                        I have a water purifier “Acqua guard” i nova. I am resident of Mahabubnagar town which is 100 K.M., from Hyderabad. Previously the service centre at Barkathpura, Hyderabad given AMC and the period of the same was completed in the month of Sep’08. There after I have again contacted them to extend my AMC and to give service. They have noted down my information and thereafter one T.Suman Reddy made a phone and visited my house. He stated that at present he took service contract for Mahabubnagar district and he is not offering AMC and instructed me to purchase the essential parts from him. He also disclosed that there is no guarantee to those parts. He also stated that there is no other person and centre to attend the problems except him.

                        I have come to know in my enquiry that in other places the service centres are providing AMC and providing guarantee to the parts also. From this it is very clear that the said person is trying to mislead me as I have made several complaints against Barkathpura, Hyderabad service centre when they failed to provide proper service. This kind of attitude of service personal will degrade the reputation of the company and if the company is not a position to provide service after sale there is no reason to purchase its products. Your products will become useless if no proper service is provided as sales as parts of it are not available in open market.

                        Hence I request to look into the matter and provide proper service without putting the customers into hardship, for this I shall be obliged.

                        I am facing the same problem with my aquaguard. It doesnt give proper water anymore i feel as the taste has changed. It keeps beeping continuously while giving water. The servicing was done recently for the 3rd time in that last 5 months. But still the outcome is far from satisfactory.
                        My customer code is[protected], customer ID: 3085, Unit Sl.No. 8009336, IPS No.[protected], date of purchase 20.10.2008. By cheating, I bought a water purifier by model, REVIVA under the promise that free service once in 3 months. Only one service was done after a struggle. On completion of one year, the product failed to work. On contact, one, Mr S.Ganesamoorthy, Mobile No: [protected] attended the complaint on 25.12.2009 and demanded Rs.3400/- stating that he replaced all the filters inside. At the time of purchase, they said that one filter replacement is enough in a year. After replacement, the product failed to work again. My request calls became infructuous. Already I lodged a complaint in this regard but no response. I request the government to ban the product of EUREKA FORBES LTD under the canon of law.

                            -I have also not been provided free services .I was provided with a loose outlet tap which was damaged in 7 months in April 2013 (First week) which is neither being replaced nor repaired nor even supplied on payments despite facts being in the knowledge of local Higher-ups of the firm .

                              EUREKA FORBS LTD — Euroclean XL vacuum cleaner

                              Paper bags pouch used for collection of dust inside the chember are not available/supplied separately for want of which the cleaner is lying unused since bags supplied with the machine have been consumedd. There is no contact for the same.

                                Eureka forbes executive given demo and taken order for water purifier on 31st Dec, 2012, and they said the product will be delivered with in a week and asked me to pay advance Rs.1000. I just paid the advance amount and after not gettting any single call from them for the status. I called them, but no response. Then later i register the complaint in their portal, but they given local branch manager Mr. Anand's contact number on March, 2013, but he said that, this high membrane is not available, so he said we will refund your advance amount. After that again no response, i called him, he could not pick the call. Then again i locked the complaint from their portal and escalated to 3rd level. Last monday one of the executive called and said, your money will return today evening or next day. But still no response.

                                So i would like to raise a complaint here, since i frusturated lot and almost wait 5 months to get the product, but still no response.Also my money is with them and they are not responding properly. If they are not able to deliver the product and why they taken order and advance money if the product is not available with them.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I booked an Eureka Forbes- Aquaguard Total RO Protect+ last sunday(27th Jun) through their Sales Person, I was promised that the product will be delivered by tuesday but till today it is not delivered

                                Despite i have raised complaints to their customer care department few time and spoke to Area Sales manager Mr. Jaikumar, though he has promised to ensure the product is delivered yesterday night.

                                Today again i need follow-up with the sales person and they are giving different reason for not delivering the product.

                                I need your advise should i proceed with police complaints on this.

                                Eureka Forbes — Did not Deliver the product

                                I wanted to install a RO system at my place. Therefore, I called up Eureka Forbes. They came to my house on Wednesday, 18th August and told me that they can not give me the demo. I need to make the payment first and then they will deliver the product. To me it seemed strange as to how can a customer pay without even looking at the product. They insisted that I can give them a PDC and they will deliever the product on 19th August. I gave them a PDC for 9990 Rs for 20th august However, they did not come on 19th august and they did not come on 20th august. Although they en cashed the cheque on 20th morning itself. Today on 21st august i am continuously calling on their number given in the receipt however no one is picking up the phone. The product has not yet been delivered to my residence.                                 Eureka Forbes is a cheat and fraud company. Do not buy any products from them.

                                Eureka Forbes — Product not working after service

                                Aquaguard has servicd my water purifier aquaguard iNova on 2nd Oct 2010 with filter replaced. Total bill charged was 885.

                                After 3 weeks it stopped working. After repeated complaints there is no response from their side.

                                The execuitive Named Jagdish also does not picks up the call

                                Eureka Forbes — Did not return the product taken for service

                                Eureka Forbes service is poor. I was happy looking at their webpage and promise to resolve complaints.
                                Even the callcenter team answers well, but no resolution.
                                We had an AMC, and they have taken the product from us 1 month back and they are yet to return to us.
                                Also, whenever we call the callcenter , to check the status, they dont have an clue, on when i will get back the product.

                                Eureka Forbes : Water Purifier — Advance Taken: Product not delivered

                                Dear Sir,

                                On friday (15 July 2011), i asked Eurekaforbes to give me a demo of water purifier product. The Eurekaforbes guys came to my house on 16th July 2011 and gave a demo and taken advance of 1000 INR from me. They promised me to deliver the Aquaguard RO Reviva on Sunday morning i.e. on 17th July 2011. I have waited on sunday, they did not come. I called them on Sunday, they did not pick my calls. I raised a complaint with Eurekforbes Customer care on Monday morning i.e. 18th July 2011 about this. The complaint number is 85169877. They promised me to deliver Aquaguard by 18th July 2011 evening. I have still not received Aquaguard and the concerned Aquaguard representative is not taking my calls. His name is Srinivas and his number is [protected]. Can you please help here? It has been pathetic experience with Eureka forbes.

                                Eureka Forbes — Damaged Product Delivered

                                I ordered a water purifier online and made the payment as well. They did not send the product within 7 working days so I had to chase them everyday for about 1 - 2 hours. Just imagine a working man to take time out for these things. After chasing long, finally the product was delivered and we were told that somebody will come from the company next day for installation. So we waited for the person to come. When nobody appeared I opened the product and it was damaged. I made a complain on the helpline at once. The helpline executive told that somebody will call me within 48 hours. Nobody called. So I had to again chase helpline but they did not pick my phone. So I tried to dial the phone number of the dealer printed in the bill, but it was a faulty number. Did not ring. Since then helpline has given me about 3 - 4 numbers and the people who I speak on those numbers give me another 8 - 9 numbers. So all that they are doing is passing the call. And it is me who has to call everytime and spend my money over telephone for nothing. All I get is another phone number. There is no responsible man in the whole company. Day before yesterday I just put a dummy inquiry for another purifier and I got a call from their salesperson within 30 seconds. This tells that they are present somewhere but only available for sales. NO SERVICE. They might have purposefully sent me damaged product because I contacted directly on website and website has no face. I cannot grab one person and say "Hey .. I bought it from you." This way they have sold a damaged, non-working unit to me.

                                I wish somebody could help me as dealing with them is like eating your own mind.

                                Eureka Forbes — Product not delivered on time and Advance Payment not Refunded

                                I wanted to purchase water filter and Eurekaforbes being a good recognised brand in the market wanted to purchase it. I expected a good product from them. On 17th July 2011(Sunday), I requested for a demo online and immediately within few mins i received a call from eureka forbes executive asking my convenient time they can come for demo and got my address. I asked them if they were working on Sunday and they told they can come now if i want.I asked them to come for a demo.They called me several times and within couple of hours they reached my place.

                                I wanted to check with Total Enhance RO as i was quite impressed with the ads in the TV. They told that it was last day of some offer where they would give one additional filter free and the cost of the product was 11990 if i booked it today and after that it would be 12500.They just checked the water intensity and told that Total Enhance RO would be suitable for our house. They forced me to book the purifier on that day itself.I paid them advance of 500Rs. They promised me to deliver on 20th Jul (Wednesday). I waited on 20 and 21 but they did not come.I called the representative on 22 morning and he promised that he would deliver it today at any cost.Noone came and i called the person again on 23 but he did not receive my calls. His name is Ashok. I registered a complaint by calling the euro helpline. I was told by the customer service executive that the complaint will be attended in 24 hrs. I asked them to cancel the order since it was not delivered on time and asked for the refund back.I called on 24 again and they told its sunday and someone will get back to me tomorrow.I didnt receive any phone calls from them and even after repeated complaints no one even called to enquire.

                                I called them on 25,26,27,28 but the customer executive would tell that they will get back some response within that day. A customer executive named Arun picked my call 2 to 3 times. I asked the manager number for which he gave some incorrect mobile number and did not even updated my complaint.Finally on 29 morning, Thiruvitoyur area sales manager called me and i asked him to return my advance and i was no more interested in getting their product. He asked me the concerned representative name and number and told will call me back in 20 mins. I didnt receive any calls after that.I even complained in the website but nothing done so far.I have complaint 5 level steps in their website but its frustating that nothing has been addressed so far.

                                I have been calling the customer care often and everytime, the response I recd " We will get back to you in 24hrs" but in reality no one turns up. You will have to keep running behind them for this.

                                It has been pathetic and the worst experience i ever had. It is a fraud company and they has been taking customers for granted. They think we are fools. It is really frustating that we customers are not valued. The product delivery itself was delayed and not prompt then how can we expect the service of the product.

                                Action should be taken against such fraudulent companies so that they dont cheat innocent people and not take customers for granted.

                                Myself Saurabh Chauhan, i ordered for RO by sales person name Mr.Ravish rai (Team Lead Pachim Vihar) and he took a cheque of Rs 11990 on satruday(3-dep-11) and he gave the commitment, product will delivered to you at home within 2 days, But after 5 days lapsed, i did not get any product and information.
                                When i called him, he gave me another no of his company, when called that No, they sais we are not aware about it...please call to this No..thery are unable to track the cases even

                                I've ordered the Eureka Forbes on 25th November 2021 & product was delivered to me on 28th November 2021, but on very first day I've found product is faulty damaged as well the water purity was poor.
                                Hence I've raised complaint to team to replace the product but no engineer attended to resolve the issue.

                                At last on 4th December 2021 I've took decision to return the product with help of mr pradeep yadav area manager of bhiwandi.

                                The team did long delay here of 10 days and picked up the product on 16 December 2021. And I've been promised by the area manager Mr pradeep yadav that refund is in process and I'll get refund on 25 December 2021.

                                It's 28 today and now they are creating another issue saying we can't refund the money as the approval is getting denied by Senior authority.

                                And I've talked to Mr Satish (Mumbai- Zonal Head) he is saying 30 days has been passed due internal delay and he can't approve now.

                                Each of them is denied the same and they are forcing me that they'll send another new product at my house. And not providing the refund.

                                Also the product was under 30 days money back Gurantee policy which they are denying.

                                    I have a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhancer installed at my residence, customer code for which is [protected]. This is currently on AMC for 2 years & the AMC will expire on August 2014.

                                    It seems that after taking AMC, their has not been a single visit by theirService Representative on their own. I believe they are suppose to vist atleast thrice a year but this has not been the case. Each Time we have to make a call & it is most likely that the service representative will come in a hurry, just clean the inlet filters, put some tablet & rush away without checking the TDS of water which is getting discharged from the machine. Most of the time they don't have machine to check TDS with them. Such is the level of service from them that even after taking nearly Rs 8000/ in the name of AMC.

                                    The last visit was carried out by their service representative on 8th May & after carefully inspecting with the TDS he found that though the input water to the aquaguard is having the TDS close to 200, but the output water being discharged from aquaguard has approx zero TDS. I do believe that for the last 2 to 3 months we are served with this water due to carelessness from their part which is not even regrettable.

                                    I am left with no choice but to store PMC water, boil & serve that to my 1 year old kid. My one year old kid has been consuming this water of zero TDS for last 6 months or so or may be more. They had played with the health of my child.

                                      Eureka Forbes Aqua guard RO — poor service

                                      We are facing 'N' number of problems with our RO, and after calling the dealer, customer care, service center so many times; there is no response. Its been 2 months now trying their numbers for some response, but everything is useless.

                                        Hi, myself Monica agarwal had purchased RO Enhance of eureka fobes in 2012 . During the the time of purchase sale had said that it has four candles in it , it maintanance charges is about 1800 RS IN 18 months.but when my 1 year is completed they came for service n told me that your 1 year is completed change the candles n it will charge 4000Rs. i was shocked . Is this is fare that to spend 4000RS every year. We cant afford it .company is giving false promises to costumers . Don't buy Enhance RO . [protected]@gmail .com is my email Id any quetions can ask

                                        Eureka Forbes Enhance Ro — No service support

                                        We have given the complaint on 26 May 2013 and complaint#71524939.without work completion the service engineer closed the complaint number.
                                        The machine is 6 month old only and very difficult to get service support.there is no escalation and customer care also helpless.
