am using Aquaguard RO water purifier cust id no-[protected] and i am damn disstisfied with the kind of service they provide in our area. we have requested n number of times to the service department of the same company but they seem to keep a deaf ear towards our complaints. my machine has not been working since.......,..

Aqua Guard — not working

dear sir,

i am really upset by the service offered by your company.EURKE FORBES.
It has been five times i have called up but till date no action is taken. Your euro helpline are good for nothing, just giving false assurance we will forward ur complaint on priroity bases.

what is the use of taking a contract from you, if you all cannot offer service. and attend on priority to ur customer

worst of all ur reception is very impolite to the customer. my complaint numberis 6145329.

last but not the least please send TRAINED TECHINANCE

WOULD APPRECIATE IF WOULD DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST

    Service in warranty period

    The water Purifier (Aqua Guard Enhance UV+) purchased on 26-April-2013 is malfunctioning often. The auto filling is not working properly for some times.
    In last 96 hrs. none attended to our lodged complaint[protected]. The net result is "NO WATER in House" .
    How can Eureka Forbes claim that they are the most customer friendly/focused company?
    Can any higher official reply to me the cause of delay in attending...

    I have purchased Euroclean Wet & Dry on Sep 2012. Before two months its not worked properly so I filed complaint in the Eurekha Service.
    I called them for more than 300 calls with 20 complaint ID but they didnt response us for the Complaint. Whenever I am asking about the problem they are replying with silly reason that they dont have enough wire to repair your Euroclean. I dont understand that Eurekha is a very large company but they dont have enough wire to replace it. Service is very very very poor.

    I had bought a EUREKA FORBES R.O. WATER PURIFIER a few months back! The employee who did the fitting asked us to buy an extra filter. That is the candle filter to be attached to it. We did lie wise. We bought the extra filter and got it attached to it. But we the serviceman arrived he just cleaned the filter out side the RO system.. Just washed it. and did bother checking the main machine. I would request the authority to take action against this poor service rendered to the consumers. And provide better service facilities. Thank you
    Paid Rs.5500 for platinum AMC during May-14 after the executive told that problems if ny will be solved within 8 hours. After changing the filters water was leaking. When I complained it was cleared. But after that the water tasted like salt water. Again gave a complaint and another person came for service and put some tablet into some filter and told that the problem will not be there. But, the problem was not solved and additionally we got another problem. It is taking too long time to fill. Again gave a complaint and nobody has contacted yet. (Complaint no: [protected]). I am continuously calling customer care also. Everyday they are telling they will send the person. It seems these technicians are just coming for training and doesn't really know about the machine. Even after giving such a big amount for AMC I am encountering huge problem for drinking water. I am also thinking of approaching consumer court finally.

    I raised a request to service my Aquaguard RO water purifier on Aug 4, 2014 which was purchased and 2010.
    Since I purchased I have renewed contract every year.

    On Aug 5, Service person Shekhar visted my home and he was very much arrogant to speak.
    He simply forced to renew contract and untill we will not do service.

    No one visited or called me for service since I renewed my contract last year.

    This is really bad experience with aquaguard.
    What is use of contract renewal if no body come for service in last six month and your service representative is rude to customer.

    I am really unhappy with service, expecting you to help me out

    I registered a complaint about my aquagaurd on 21/2/2015 and the complaint no is 80364787. a person from the service centre contacted from his mobile number[protected] and said that he would come on 22/2/2015 by 12 pm and do the needful. But he did not turn up till now. I again contacted the service center, and the person who answered says that there is no service on Sunday. As i work from Monday to Saturday, i had lot of things to complete on Sunday which is still undone because of the false trust and hope created by the service person. I tried to contact him but he is not picking up the call at all.
    I have been chasing the customer care for installation of my Aquaguard., I have received no response till now. Its need 15 days I am calling them. Really pathetic service.

    They will do every thing till you buy their product. Once its been sold you are gone.
    I have registered a complaint on 3/4/2015 and the complaint no 91825874. No body coming for the service. I have been still chasing them but no response.

    Every time when I call their number i have to wait in the que for 10-15 minutes. Not seen such a pathetic service in any of the company in my life.
    I am Ashok Verma, last week, i an executive came and serviced aqua guard purifier by mistake he broke the connector, he told me that he would come later and replace it. But from last week, when i call them, every time i hear that someone will visit today EOD at your place but no one come here till now.

      every time they said that we appolige and within 4 hours the service person will attain the complaint

        Hi,
        I have taken an AMC for 3 years in the month of Jan 2013. As per the AMC Eureka Forbes Engineer needs to perform a service of my water purifier twice in the year.
        So as per this AMC I was supposed to get my water purifier serviced in the month of June and this is still not done. I am fed up calling your call centere with no proper
        response. I have already logged a complaint numbered 72549077, to which no body has visited my place. If I donot receive any resonse , I have no other option
        other than taking this to consumer court. Please respond to my mobile number for details.

        Eureka Forbes — Worst Service of Eureka Forbes

        Hi All,
        I purchased Auqa guard Integra-7 on 18-Jul-09, Receipt no-026366, Cus Id-[protected].
        After installing the aqua guard, the water pressure in kicthen becomes very slow and can not work at all.
        It is due to connector that connects the kitchen tap and aqua guard pipes. I lodge several complains to fix the issue. But now it its more than a month and no body came to fix it.
        Also till now it is more than month, I did not get the invoice.
        I called several times to call center, local area Service manager. Every time I was told that tomorrow the technician will come and fix it, also would receive the invoice tomorrow. But never came.
        Please do not buy aqua guard at any cost. The service is worst ever I have seen.
        Please let me know what shall I do now.
        How can I get back my money. I do not want the aqua guard any more.

          Hi Team,
          I had purchased an Aqua guard Duo last year on 07.08.2012 and this product started giving me trouble from the fourth month on wards. Initially, it worked fine and the tank used to be full in 45 minutes but from the fourth month on wards, it started slowing down and started taking about two to three hours to be full. Post launching several complaints the entire last year, we finally had a head technician visit us last week. He mentioned that one of the filter's was faulty and had the same replaced for free since, the product is still under warranty until 07.08.2013. It did work fine for five days post the replacement of the filter but today it just stopped working completely. I did call the customer care manager based in my vicinity called Dhanya but she hung up on me. I am fed up begging these guys and calling the customer service over and over again. This is the worst customer service ever received and I am highly unsatisfied as a customer with such a disappointing experience. Please help me in getting this product replaced or money back if possible.

            I am looking for my Water purifier service thru an agent .I am having an AMC for 3 years & contract receipt no is 18841849 .
            Whenever i am calling to any distributor , Initially they shown intrest in my enquiry but the movement they come to know that i am having AMC for my machine , they walk out.

            Is it my fault that i purchased :

            > Go for AMC and expect good service from company.
            > Paid the money in advance

            The product service back up is really pathatic & I become an unsatisfied customer .

            I am having a very pathetic experience with Eureka Forbes. Their service is just pathetic. Every time I need a service personnel, I have to call them 5-6 times before someone turns up. And then they come up with unique offers. With bill, without bill, AMC and many more. Some times they even send someone who doesn't understand a bit of English. How can a North Indian like me, cope with these kind of people?

            Now I am having another round of interaction with EF and same experience this time too. After calling for 7 times an asking for someone who can install the unit in my new house, service it( as EF never sent anyone for servicing in the guaranty period) they are asking me to pay twice for 2 people. One for installation and the other for servicing. And every time they will charge me 250. This they made clear at the first place. It was only when the first person turns up and installs the system, he said he cannot do servicing of the unit and a second person will visit. Is this the way EF is minting money? You can come to me and I can give you better advice free of charge to make money without incurring people's curses. Way to go for EF...

            Eureka Forbes Ltd — Non-Compliance of annual maint contract of water purifier

            I am an owner of a Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes make.I am having an annual maint contract for the machine.We have been requesting the service deptt of the company to send its service personnel to change the mantel of the purifier but till date no body has turned up.We have given our service request on 23rd June'08 vide my service request no.80412847.We have several times tried to contact the company thru the call centre as well as on their service deptt located at Mumbai but every time we are told that the service personnel will visit us today.The company has carged us money for the anuual maint. contract for maintaining of my purifier bu we are deprived of ite services.We want to cancel the service contract & the refund of our contract money.My residential address is:

            My aquaguard stopped working last week. The day it stopped working I gave a call to the Eureka forbes helpline 398 33 33. I was given assurance that the technician would visit my place within 24 hours, it has been closed to 240 hours and yet there is no sign of the technician. In this 7 days I have given a call to Eureka forbes every single day and the same assurance has been given.

            Anyone interested in buying this company's product beware of the false claims these guys make... I rather prefer a china product which actually says we don gurantee rather than a Eureka which after granting gurantees is actually not guranteing.

            Eureka Forbes Ltd — Improper repair Services against paid AMCs

            I have bought a water purifier one & half year back, for which I have taken up annual maitanance contract @ Rs. 3600 p.a. I have booked a complaint for repair job for my RO three days back and have been calling up the local service provider on a regular basis for the same. Since last three days, nobody had came up for this repair & every time I give them a reminder i end up getting an answer that, "you problem will be solved in next half an hour". I wonder when will be this half an hour will get completed...???

            EVEN AFTER PAYING THEM THE AMC CHARGES HOW LONG I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO HAVE A CLEAN GLASS OF WATER...!!

            I have purchased Eureka Fobres Water Purifier and after warranty gave its AMC to M/s Satisfaction Services, Shalimar Apartments, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi [Owner - Mrs. Agrawal - Mobile No.[protected]] for which I paid Rs.1, 000/= for a period of one year, which is expiring in September 2009. At the time of AMC, I was promised regular service checks and replacement of candle. It is going to complete one year and no service has been provided by Eureka Forbes / M/s Satisfaction Services [their Franchisee]. I have been phoning her up since 7th August-09 and eveytime being given a promise that the complaint will be attended immediately.

            It appears that with connivance of the Company Eureka Forbes, a large syndicate appointed by them is operating in various cities of India and duping money from consumers of Eureka Forbes in the name of AMC without providing any service. To protect others from getting duped, it is essential that police complaint is registered against them and matter taken up with Consumer Court.

            I have posted a compliant with their Head Office at Mumbai today [[protected]] and have been assured that servicing of water purifier machine will be attended today itself. In case, the complaint is not attended in next one or two days, I will initiate legal action / complaint against the Company / Franchisee.
            We had purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier from the local Eureka Forbes office, but its quite shocking that no one has visited after installing the machine in spite of several phone calls. Finally the warranty period has also ended.

            Finally One Word. Eureka Forbes Sucks and do not recommend to anyone.

            Eureka Forbes — fault in machine

            I purchased aquagaurd total infinity wp system on 6-2-2010.VIDE INVOICE NO. [protected] from the direct sales office of the company-201-206,second floor,neelkanth plaza, plot no.15,road no. 44,delhi-110034.
            Since then the switch panel is defective.
            i have complained to customer care for many times but they do not respond to any of my complaints.
            Tecnician comes and shows a green flag to the machine but the machine does not work at all.
            Every time i submit a complaint i get the assurance of my switch panel being changed, but not for even a single time, my machine's switch panel was changed.

            Eurekha Forbes — Lack of Service

            Bought Acqua Sure RO from Saravana Stores (Chennai). Product was faulty from the first 15 days onwards. Lucky, I had a 1 year warranty and they replaced multiple parts over the year.

            I was forced to enter into a 1 year AMC contract at 3650/- per year (10 rupees per day - what a day light robbery!!!). Service levels dropped drastically. Recently, I registered a complaint 15 days ago and followed up closed to 8 times. Every time, I would spend 15 min on a call and the customer service department was thoroughly clueless each time. They still have not resolved my issue.

            My experience - as well as others' experience has been thoroughly demoralizing - where despite entering into AMC, I have to be on the phone for hours to get a get come home.
            Eureka Forbes is purely indian firm so you cannot expect wonders. I suggest philips but they donot have R.O.
            1. I Had taken AMC for 3 years from 06 Feb2008 to 05 Feb 2011 vide RR Enterprise, 14/911, Indira Nagar, Lucknow- 226016 Contract Receipt No[protected] for Rs 2, 550/-.
            2. I was told that the carbon tube will be now replaced Once a Year and normal servicing Twice a Year.
            3. The Carbon tube has been replaced only TWICE, once in 2008 at the time of AMC renewal and thereafter in Dec 2009.
            4. I asked RR Enterprise on the 24t Dec 2010 to change the Carbon Tube as the third replacement is due, but have REFUSED saying that it will be replaced only after renewing the AMC in Jan 2011.
            5. This is NOT right as in 3 years contract the tube must be logically replaced TRICE.
            6. Please instruct the RR Enterprise to replace my Carbon Tube.

            Eureka forbes Water Purifier — Lack of service

            Hi,
            We bought the water purifier Auqaguard Total RO from Eureka Forbes in 2008. Since then we have been getting the annual contract every year. Our last contrast is till September, 2011. For the last one week the instrument has not been working. Despite several calls, no action has been taken. Every time we call, we are assured that the complaint will be solved the very day but no service person turns up. Our complaint number is 62178008.

            Eureka forbes Water Purifier — late delivery &installation of water purifier

            sir, it is very regreatful to informt that i have purchase urekaforbes water purifier from city cenhattre mall,nasik on date 5-sept-11 but `even persuence with your sales person till today it is not installed

            i have purchased a new water purifying machine AG booster customer id [protected]
            there is water leakage from the backside of machine. for service i had to complain twice,i am facing service problem from the company

            I made the mistake of buying an “Aquasure” water filter from Eureka Forbes. The machine requires the filters to be changed every 6 months and getting the filters from the company is a nightmare.
            I called the customer care number on the 24th of June 2013 and was given a request/ reference number 71908980. Post that I must have called customer care centre and spoken to a dozen representatives. Each one said that I will be contacted within 24hrs but no one ever called back.
            At the customer care center I have spoken to Sangita, Saldanah, Zefer and their supervisors Eshan & Shamshiekh but no one ever got back.
            They have an escalation process on their website that also doesn’t work as it doesn’t accept the reference number given by the call centre. No one at the center could give the address of their service centre’s. All of them gave me the number of Nital Enterprises ( [protected] &[protected] but no one responds on these numbers.
            I asked for their sales teams numbers. They first gave me the number of Rohit Vedak- [protected], he told me he doesn’t handle the area I live in. Then I got the number of Anil Tirlolar- [protected], he never takes any calls.
            Finally I got the number of the area manager Praveen Sonar- [protected]. He too didn’t pick up calls for about a week. I managed to speak to him on the 13th of July 2013. He assured me that he would send the filters and his associate Bheem Singh -[protected] also called me up and said that he would deliver the same.
            Their executive Prashant [protected] came to my place with a filter for another model and told me to keep the same and that he would deliver a filter for an Aquasure on 15th July 2013.
            After a lot of calls on the 15th, I was told that they wouldn’t be able to deliver a filter as they had an audit going on. Praveen Sonar once again assured me that he would get the filter delivered and even promised a free one.
            On 16th of July 2013, Prashant deliver a filter and to my utter surprise, it was a used one (without packing, seal and with marks on the same). Apparently they do not have stock of the part.
            So I have finally given up and plan to discard the Eureka Forbes appliance.

            Dear Eureka Forbes,

            It is appalling to see that despite the number of complaints from various consumers your services are atrocious, to say the least. I have signed up the contract 3 months back with an assurance that the filter will be changed. The story I hear from the franchisee is they are out of stock for filters.

            Mr Eureka Forbes, if you don't have the parts to support why do you sell units.

            I have made innumerous calls (you should be able to check in your call logs), spoke to Praveen Sonar. He has assured that somebody will call me. I am still waiting for the call it is more than 4 days now. Praveen's phone is not reachable now.

            The Aquaguard has become a show-piece and I would more than happy to donate this to a museum.

            All these assurances of "valued customer" looks good in advertisement, it will help if this is put to practice. I will be more than happy to provide a positive feedback if I am served in time and with quality.

              ,kidwai nagar, but they are not sending any body for the service as the tap of my aquaguard is not working properly and it is giving very low TDS due to which my mother suffered from THYROID as told by the doctor which can't even cured permanently so i request you to kinly take this matter seriously against EUREKA FORBES and RIMI ENTERPRISES, Kidwai Nagar otherwise I have to take serious action regarding this.

              Aquaguard RO — No response to complaints

              I have an Aquaguard RO which stopped working on 13/02/2009. I lodged a complaint with their helpline on the same day and was given a Req No [protected] and was told that my customer No is [protected].

              After numerous reminders and phoning their service centre at Chennai a number of times, and after a delay of 18 days a man finally came on 3/3/2009. By the time he came it was 10.00 P.M and in his tired state he did a shoddy job. Many of the screws he had opened fell down and despite my requesting him a couple of times to replace them, he said it was not necessary. If they were not necessary I wonder why the company put them there in the first place? He made me sign on his job card and left.
              The shoddy ness of his job was apparent 5 minutes after he left, because the machine again stopped working!

              I phoned their service centre at Chennai the very next day and almost daily since then, but apart from hollow assurances that they would look into it immediately, nothing has been done till today 9/3/2009.

              The sales team from the same company was at my door step on a single call when they wanted to sell their product, with all their hype of an international company, excellent product and efficient after sales service. They are only interested in some how conning you into buying their product, after which they have no further use for you.Their after sales service is non existant and for all they care so are you.

              They are no better than the shifty fly by night companies that are out to cheat you, and I would strongly advise any one from buying any of their products, they are just not worth the high price you pay for them.

              Buyers beware of all eurekaforbes products!

                I have an Aquasure water purifier. On 19th July, it stopped functioning. I registered a complaint on 20th July 2013. My complaint number is 72304266. On 22nd of July a technician attended and said a part needs to be replaced. He said he will come back with the part next day. No one visited my place with the part next day. On 24th July another technician came and said he will have to take the appliance to the service center and took the appliance promising that he will get it back on 25th. Today is 29th July when I am writing this complaint. I have been constantly following up with the eureka forbes helpline and trying to find out the status of the appliance but to no use. They keep telling me that they will find out the status of the complaint and update me on the same. But the same has not yet happened.

                And to my utter dissapointment, every time I call up the help line number, the executive is not even aware what is the issue. Every time I have to tell the entire incident like a story. They dont even bother to update their call status. Spoke to some senior also but still to no avail.

                The worst service I have ever received from any company ever. Request if you could please inform the necessary stakeholders and help me resolve this.

                I purchased two eureka forbes <aqua sure> water purifier last year in october. Since then, it has become a real headache for us. We have been dealing with problem of this waterpurifier since the very beginning of its purchase. I logged the complaint 6 months back too. But there is no reply from the company's side. I though Eureka forbes is a real prestigious company but seeing its complains and bearing its product is real headache. I am fed up now. I will have to take this matter to court now.                   We have purchased an aquagaurd from Eureka Forbes in 2006. Since that time we having trouble getting their Service inspite of buying AMC contract with them. In the begining (2000) we have purchased a model which was giving trouble frequently and they have suggested for ex-change and provided another model in 2006. From that time our trouble started we have to make serveral calls, but they never turnup. This is the fate our Country where promises are never kept inspite of spending money. We are having AMC contract till this October, I am call them for the past two weeks but nobody came till now to solve the issue.

                  Ereka Forbes Aquagaurd NF — Poor service

                  Sir,
                  My Aquagaurd NF water filter is down since 18 July 2008. The service engineer visited but could not rectify for want of some parts. When my wife (she is just house wife) the service executive asked her which part went bad. How can a house wife know about parts? The water filter is forcing us to buy hundreds of drinking water bottles. Till date no responce.
                  This is possibly the most disastrous service ive seen. Wonder why do they waste their money in running a useless call centre at all.

                  I have logged in a complaint at the call centre on 23rd oct vide complaint no 85754147 for my Aquaguard which is not working. Everyday they promise to fix it, and everyday nothing happens !!! The only thing they are interested in is to either sell you a new unit or renew your contract.

                  Even for the 2 yr service warranty that I had taken, they never came even once on their own to service the unit. Only after repeatedly following up for over 2 weeks did they come down.

                  I suspect the same will happen this time too.

                  Would strongly urge everyone to stay away from this co's Pdts and request consumer complaints.in to take this matter up with the appropriate people.
                  Since 6 days of complain regarding my aquaguard RO pump not working,it still remains the same.People everyday tell me the pump is yet to come from Bhopal.The after sell service of Eureka forbes has gone down.Think before purchase.

                    I had booked a water purifier on 08/07/12 and had payed the full amount of Rs 13990 by cheque. The receipt number is 035133. Its been a year but till now i have not got the delivery of the product. I have filled the complaint in the company several times. The complaint numbers are 70063107,70478844 and 88074255. Many times they cut the call or put the call on hold for hours without giving me the complaint number. I am tired of fighting to get MY MONEY back.
                    I had to face a lot of problems due to the Eureka Forbes. I spent hours talking to their customer care on the phone. I have spent a lot of money talking to them on the phone. I have been waiting to get justice from ONE YEAR!

                    I need the amount of Rs 13990 i paid them since they have not delivered the product even after a year! I also need compensation due to the problems i have faced trying to get my money back. I am really looking forward to get justice this time and i hope the companies who misuse their consumer's money must be PUNISHED SEVERELY!

                    I completely agree with poor customer support department of Eureka forbes. I too have I-Nova water purifier which is not working. I have been contacting the service center since a week and they are not showing any response to my complaints.

                    I purchased a AG-Total I -NOVA water purifier through ordernumber[protected] dated 1.12.2007. The sales person Mr.Suraj Salunkhe[protected] installed the purifier and promised that Rs.1000/- is refundable for the old machine. However I will have to pay for the full amount now and he will pay back the promised amount shortly when he will collect the old machine and also provide me with the invoice along with discounted amount. However he never turned up.
                    On year ending the invoice number [protected] back dated at 3.12.2007 is sent by post to me indicating the full amount paid.
                    I lodged a compliant in Eurohelpline no. Complaint no.80255354. I was promised action within 24 hours. No body contacs. I started reminding every week and the operator on other end kept on promising response within 24 hours always. After half a dozen follow ups I was asked to contact Service Centre Sales Manager Mr.Javed at tel.no. 27831068/9. To my surprise there was nobody by that name in that centre. I was told that currently there is no Manager in this office after the last Manager resigned.

                    I kept on following up with the helpline no. At least last 10 times I have been promised that someone will contact me within 24 hours. None did so far in 24 weeks. My complaint no. is still pending in their list.

                    It is ridiculous when we find the same organisation claims themselves to be pioneer in customer sales and service.
                    Can someone guide me what further step can I take to expose the apathy of the organisation to the unsuspecting consumer world who are planning to buy Eureka Forbes products?

                    A very good morning. This is Bhagyalakshmi from bangalore. We recently purchased a WET & DRY VACCUM CLEANER. The whole kit was delivered to us on 28th july 2009 at night 9.00pm by the eureks fobes authorised sales persons.
                    When they delivered us the device we came to know that the locking system was malfunction hence we reported to them immediately. In response they said us that they would deliver a new device on the next day(29th july 2009). We even called them up the next day so that they won't forget it. They assured us that they would deliver. But when we tried to call them up in the evening, the mobile was switched off. From then on till 3rd august we had been calling its switch off. We called up the customer care & to the branch office to were the sales person belong to on monday morning (3rd august). They assured me telling that they would solve it on 3rd august by evening. Also they connected the call to the sales person, he himself assured that he is going to come. But finally he didn't came also he didn't pick the call.
                    I kindly request you to take suitable action against the company as well as the sales executive.

                    The same is given trouble during Installation after that several time the same problem phase by me . Every time your service engineer is repaired . but problem is same occurred. After that they change the candle. After replaced candle. The problem is occurred again the fourth one light is blinking that’s indication that water pressure is low from two days. But water flow rate on tap is sufficient after fifteen days. This indication is shown frequently day or after two days .When your engineer came after complain for this problem in my house the indicator is Ok. But after half an hour the same problem is occurred. So, that the water intake is Nil by machine. we are facing lot of problem for drinking water. Now, I request you to solve my problem i.e. replace the unit /Equipment to use trouble free. Water is precious for health. That why I purchased costly machine, but I am facing problem till date after purchase this RO+UV. Please look in to matter and solve my problem, considering a reputed Firm EUREKA FOB.                     The company does not send its technician after daily complaing on phone even though the product is under warrant. Gross neglect on the part of company.
                    They had entered into an Annual Maintenance contract charging me more than Rs. 1100/- which requires two half yearly services and other services when called upon., They, despite many telephonic requests, had never cared to render the service to the water purifier under contract with them. They give only false promises and sweet words like 'sorry for the convenience caused'. This careless attitude of the company is not just new but going on for years.

                    eureka forbes Nova water purifier — no service even after paying in advance

                    I paid Rs. 2850 on 25610 as a 3 year service contract for the nova water purifier to the authorised service centre of Eureka Forbes run by Mr. Pintu Dutta. Whenever any complaints are made for the non functioning of the purifier he takes his own time to send the machinic. When they come they do not have the parts. On 31011 I complained that the machine was not working vide docket no63967961 and only after repeated complaints a mechanic was sent on the 7th and he stated that there was no current flowing. then with a tester i proved to him that there was nothing wrong with the electricity. Then the next day another man came and changed the electronic board but it still did not work. Then he said that the switch was not working and had to be replaced which he said would be done the next day. Till today the switch has not been changed. I made another complaint today vide docket no 61586268 the mechanic came and said the electronic board and the switch are not available. How long me a senior citizen living alone with a disabled husband will have to suffer at these peoples hands. I would like to get the remaining part of the service contract money paid by me.

                      I bought the Aquaguard on Aug 2012. Till July 18 2013, I did not face any issue on this. Now the situation changed to reach the service. Till July 18 from Aug 2012 , only one general service was done by the Franchise of Aqua guard : [ Manju Enterprises ] - Attached Proof of service card . Issue description follows.

                      1. Machine failed to work on 18 Jul 2013 - Raised complaint Over phone : 72287552 : As well they have provision to raise the complaint on website : Complaint No : 72ccc10496.
                      2. After several follow up service engineer turned up on 22 July: After opening he immediately said, Candle failure: Need to replace -- Pay money. After some time : he said, Motor is not working : Then he said sorry, I gave wrong connection and tested. He tried to clean the candle and said problem already informed in earlier service. I argued where is the proof when u came for general service. He immeidately said, senior service engnieer will come for service and will resolve . No one turned up till now ( July 25 2013).                       3. I called customer care again on 24 July. They said they will raise an escalation complaint and provided the number : 72349935 : From my end I have also raised escalation from website to Ms.Anu Kotian on July 24 .

                      4. Spoke to chat provision of Eureka Forbes as well and attaching the chat description.
                      5. Today also I tried to reach the customer care and I could not get a solution.

                      My problem statement: If service guy would have attended the service on time, then the problem would have been identified earlier and solved. To my knowledge the service engineer fault , so the cost of replacement of whatever parts ( candle, motor ..etc) should be taken care by Eureka Forbes or its franchise Manchu enterprise.


                      Very pathetic service:

                      I infer from my apartment, KENT is providing good service : What I have decided is Now that it is close to one year , gone by is gone...water can charge for one year is equivalent to aquaguard .. Go for Kent. In my apartment close to 10 people are owning KENT and except me .

                      i have purchase the aquaguard i nova total before two years from jamshedpur sales person mr.santosh kumar shaw dated 25/06/07 he say before purchase company shall be give to you lifetime free service perticular this product purchase from him.now coming to two years but no any body comes to my house and serevice the my aquaguard.to day i call to service center for service he send to one person mr mandal for service he ask to me service charge rs.250/-.before service the my aquaguard please give the suggesion what i do.
                      I too have a water filter at home when it was sold to me i waas told that one more set of free filters entire set will be given free of cost that was not given to me.

                      Secondly for the past 5 days i have a service problem when i called up the service number the help desk was very sweetly saying the engineer will come on our convenient time but i called him in the evening the engineer came in the noon, my mother was alone who is about 75 years old, further he has told that he will come only by noon evan after 5 days .

                      Next day i called up the office now my call was recorded in there register and i got an sms, but as commited the engineer has not turned up since this was a big organisation i thought that i will get a good service but no, i have also made a bad choice .


                      the company should rather improve there service setup rather the sales set up which will eald them a long run.
                      Customer service engineer who came for visit is arguing, he had three times.. but did not get the acknowledgement.He is not ready to do a service also.

                        We had ordered for geneus model after the representative tested for TDS level of water and suggested geneus.

                        We paid him advance, and it was supposed to delivered and installed by friday, but with great difficulty and lots of phone calls 35+, we could finally get it delivered on saturday but was not installed, again after number of phone calls we got it installed on sunday, with the discharge and inlet wires dangling all over making my kitchen looking weird.

                        We wanted him to tie the wires properly and to remove the base plate where it holds the glass/bottles, which he promised to do the next day, which never came.

                        he told us to drain the water completely twice, i.e., 14L. I drained it and while i fetched the first glass of water with great expectations the <b>water was similar to TAP WATER</b> . No difference at all, I wonder if its purified water or not.

                        Again while we tried to call the concerned person, there was no response, he doesnt attends the phone call at all.

                        I would never recommend this product to anyone, very very poor customer service, better to drink tap water than to drink same tap water thru aqua guard after huge investment.

                        2 days after a long struggle, an eureka forbes guy visited our home, fixed the dangling cables, and checked for the water quality. The water quality was not good, they sent the sample for testing and were supposed to get back to us…yet it didn’t happen.

                        The guy who came earlier before buying the geneus, didn’t show us a demo saying that he can’t carry and roam around, he just suggested the model and we bought it. That time they promised that we can return the product if not satisfied.

                        My product is not working fine, we only get the water to be of tap water taste, no sweetness nor the water is not softened, it is like hard water, opposed to their claim.

                        Now the marketing guy is refusing to take the product back and return the money too. He says, Eureka forbes is not small company which has lots of policies and processes, We can not take back the product just like that.<b> Once you bought the product (paid the money), your customer id will be created after that we can not take back and return your money. It doesn’t mean that whether you use their product or not, Seems like their job is to sell and customer has to suffer afterwards. Instead of rectifying the problems they are saying that our mindset is the problem, we have to clear our mindset and think that the product is working!!. </b>

                        He always says he wants time of 24hrs and all will be sorted out with in 24hrs, but many of 24hrs have gone by and I have made no use of the geneus but buying water for our cooking and drinking needs.

                        Worst commitment and customer service. Totally not happy at all. I feel like I have wasted and lost my 22000 rupees. I need to think some other way to get my money. If anyone plans to buy geneus..please do reconsider and don’t suffer like me.

                        This is regarding the “WASTE” AquaGURAD Products and “WORST” AquaGURAD Services
                        I lodge my complaints on Mar-30-2011 and Request Number is 84584524 and another complaint on May-4-2011 – 84737302 like I have given many complaints, as I don't even want to see any of your serviceman as they are all just business people to grab our AMC fee.
                        I hate their service. I can only call at 39883333, they are such cheaters - take the AMC money and run away - once the AMC period is over then they will again come to collect another cheque for the next round of AMC...After logging some many complaints finally they turn up for the service on May-6-2011. They said that my AquaGURAD Robo Model filters are not working properly and asking me to replace with new filters. Even though I am in AMC period they asked me to pay 3000 buks for the replacement of filters I had already paid 4000 buks for the AMC. When I called the customercare they had not responded properly and saying whatever service man is saying I need to do.
                        This is Very Bad and worst service from AquaGURAD, like this I am facing problem with AquaGURAD from last 3 years.
                        Finally I fedup with AquaGURAD, I kindly request the people of Indian citizen not go for any of the AquaGURAD products.

                          I bought a water purifier, namely, Aqua sure Crystal UV Water Purifier, on 13.08.2012. It stopped working recently ( still within the warranty period of one year), so I lodged a complaint with the aforementioned company, to which they sent one of their mechanics to attend to the complaint. He suggested to buy AMC(Annual Maintenance Service Contract) for three years and I paid Rs. 3770 for the same. He changed the filter candles, but the very next day, the machine stopped functioning. Even after frequent calls and complaints, no one has come to attend to the complaint. Additionally, on asking for the reason for the delay, the service center owner has been giving us stupid and nonsensical reasons for not responding to the complaints. I have been complaining for the last three days to no avail. Look into the matter at the earliest.

                          Forbes Crystal — Pathetic Service

                          Pathetic service ever seen in any consumer durable. I have purchased Forbes Crystal 1 1/2 yrs back. I have been following up with the call centre for the past 6mths since the water does not get purified. Till date i have only been following up with them . Every time i call them they ask for one last chance, but are not ready to help beyond that. They are afraid of giving their managers number. There is one Mr Ajay who is has not been helpful and one Mr Bhagat- service engineer who never picks up his call. I have categorically stated that weekends are the days when the technician should come but then the wairt is just never ending. Being from a service industry we also deal with customers but have never come across such shoddy service. I have my own doubts whether even this complaint will be attended to.

                          I gave a request for servicing of Forbes Crystal (water purifier manufactured by Eureka Forbes) Servicing on 21/10/2008. My customer code no is [protected]. My service request no is 52128772. Inspite of following several times and subsequent booking of complaint none of the Eureka Forbes service people are bothered to attend. The purifier needs to be serviced once in 6 months. I request to take the matter further inview of their worst customer support and not bothering to attend the service call. I donot know how they are managing the service requests across country. PL TAKE MY COMPLAINT AND SEE THAT MY WATER PURIFIER IS SERVICED.
                          Aquasure Crystal UV purchased on[protected] and free service was valid till[protected]. even after several request on phone only on Free Service was provided on[protected]. On inquiry it is reviled from the Service Card No.-SD-2767 that the service provider has maintained bogus service entries on[protected] and[protected] with bogus customer signature without providing the free service. Zerox copy of the Service Card is available with me for verification if required. They have also not replaced the candle during the Free Service period. due to non providing of service my family was compelled to drink unhealthy water which resulted in sickness of my grand children many a time.

                            We Rays Gems Pvt. Ltd. office at FC-8011 Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E). We had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier Product.
                            The above said water purifier was installed at our office on 09 July 2013, but unfortunately the high pressure water supply on the pipe was removed in the tab then our all office premises was wet in water. I had a complaint on 10 July 2013 to the Eureka Forbes customer sales specialist Mr. Rajendra Mishra and Branch Manager Mr. Firoz. Since when the complaint is 3-4 times the representatives had visited our office to check the purifier. Today i.e. on 17 July 2013, We had called up the eureka forbes sales executive Mr. Rajendra for the status of my complaint, they said that the complaint will be once again forwarded to the seniors and someone will attend the complaint at your office on next day.
                            Sir, just to inform you that we have been using PURE-IT water purifier for the last 5 years and the Pure-It purifier didn’t gave me any problems regarding purifying the water. But this time I thought to opt for Eureka Forbes water purifier and my decision came wrong. I am not satisfied with the service of Eureka Forbes.

                                My Aquaguard Nova water purifier is in 2 years AMC. I made a service request in March 2013 via phone call to[protected] complaining water dripping after switching off & LED light not burning. After several reminders over phone, one Mr.Paramasivam turned up. He did routine servicing but he could not reassemble the machine for hours & finally came up with a request to me to phone up to GL one Mr.Sudhakar in Trichy for spares: 1) LED light set, 2) SV body to be replaced. Nobody turned up for weeks. I traced out & contacted Trichy nos. [protected] & [protected]. Also refer my complaint nos.71043975 dt. 20.04.2013, & [protected] dt.18.05.2013, yet again web service ticket nos.62967400fb1c & 3e4eb49edd34...It took an ordeal; but only LED lights & SV body were replaced. Still on- off-music/reverse switch is yet to be replaced and till date it remains so. After so much wait, I had to register a complaint vide: Aquaguard service request no.5D4797354 dt.05.07.2013 step no1 & step no.2. My attempts to go to step 3 did not succeed. Hence this complaint in this forum. Pl. help!

                                I have a AMC for The Water filteration unit installed . At the time of renewal your sales persons pestered no end and promised us the sky.

                                Now when one family member after another started falling sick my physician suggested the I check the drinking water facility at home. It is then that I discovered that The Water filteration unit installed has not been serviced from it's due date that was September 2009 up to Today the 13th of November 2009. In fact I do not even know when it was really serviced last !!!

                                This is not the only time the service has been missed some time ago on Inquiry I was told that the service provider out sourced by you had quit and a new one was yet not appointed so the due services were on hold.

                                This Sir is criminal to say the least as you are playing with our lives.

                                It is obvious that there are no check and balances installed, no audits conducted and your company is taking all it's customers for a very big ride at the cost of their lives !!!

                                Eureka Forbes AquaGuard water Filter — No serving since last 1 year

                                We took the AMC last year on 22nd August 2009 and was informes a persom will come and replace the candles and fiilter after the cheque clears.In the contract 4 times replacement of candles and filter in a year is what we get.

                                On 16th August 2010 the person comes calling asking for renewal of the same, when inquired about last years 'No service" he said your name is not there in our records hence we cannot do anything unless you pay the AMC.After repeated calls to their office we only got lip service that some one will attend to your call immediately but ni body came for the last 1 year.

                                This is plain cheating on behalf of the companies franchises and that too a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.

                                I want urgent action against the company for tking us for a ride.

                                AquaGuard — service deficiency

                                I have a aquagaurd classic bought about 5 yrs ago , now on a m c, I registered a complaint on 7/11/11 complaint no64361006,toaday 11/11/11 i had to call them to find out why there was no response the call centre said ther was no complaint registered so another complaint was registerd no 64404663, this not being enough the call centre offcer named vijay cuts me off as i asked him for manager this happened twice.
                                the call centre employyes never connect us to the superiors,and do not give us their address. they make us to be fools after we paying them to maintain our equipment. this attitude of call centre employees should change.

                                Aquaguard Nova - Eureka Forbes — Not set right

                                I have an Aquaguard Nova which is under a service contract valid till Sep 2012. Contract Receipt No. 17049904. I lodged a complaint on 17.12.2011 through their 24 hours helpline that the appliance was not working. Complaint No. 64849944. I was informed that i would be called before 24 hours and a visit fixed. However it was after 3 days that a person visited and despite repeated phone calls made to the helpline, the problem has not been set right still (till today - 28.12.2011). The reason also has not been intimated. The calls made to the helpline only elicit assurances that the problem would be attended to, but in vain. We are forced to go without water despite paying an amount of Rs. 2850 as fee for the service contract for 3 years.
                                Please guide on how to correct this issue.

                                    Eureka Forbes Sensa Water purifier — Water Purifier not working

                                    I have purchased Aquagard Sensa Water purifier from Euraka Forbes back on 2nd Oct 2010. Since the day of installation the machine is giving me one or the other problem. The first time it stopped working the service personnal came to fix it was after a week. And since then the machine stops working every now and then and every time I call customer care they assure me that a service personal will be send soon within 48 hrs and not in a single ocassion (6 times) they have come in that time frame, its always 5+ days.

                                    I have given a written complaint on this and have visited the Pune Bund Gardern office twice and was assured that the machine will be replaced but till date nothing has progressed. I am really frustrated on the service that Eureka Forbes is giving in Pune, there is no one responsible here and no-one has any clue as in what to be done.

                                    I have spent more than 17500/- Rs on the machine and still buying drinking water. I need either my money back or the machine to be replaced asap.

AND TELL IF YOU FACE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE JUST CONTACT ME OVER PHONE. FROM THE NEXT DAY IF I CONTACT HIM HE JUST TELL 'PLEASE CUT THE TELEPHONE LINE I WILL CONTACT YOU' AND HE NEVER CONTACT US. WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE MACHINE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER EVERY TIME THEY JUST GIVE COMPLAINT NUMBER ONLY AND NO BODY COME AND CHECK THE MACHINE. AFTER ONE MONTH ON 14/10/2011 I HAVE REGISTERED ONE MORE COMPLAINT THEY SEND ONE PERSON FOR SERVICE. THE SERVICE MAN COME AND CHECK THE MACHINE AND TELL 'SIR I CAN NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, IT MAY BE MANAFUCTURING DEFECT YOU CALL CUNSTOMER COMPLAINT ONCE AGAIN. 'ON 16/10/2011 AND 19/10/2011 MORNING WE COMPLAINT ONCE AGAIN FOR REPLACEMENT OF NEW MACHINE THEY JUST GIVE ANOTHER COMPLAINT NUMBER AND NO BODY ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT TILL DATE.

                                      I am a resident of Malad West, Mumbai. I have had a series of HORRID incidents and a VERY ANNOYING experience with the agent / technician & the dealer or local service provider sent by Eureka Forbes for our Aquaguard water purifier. Give below are the details of the incident in the chronological order.
                                      1) I had called Eureka Forbes on 5th July 2013 re. my water purifier which had a massive leakage on being switched on. They said that since the next day was a Saturday and we would have to wait until Monday, they will do their best to send their technician on Saturday. As promised, the technician showed up on Saturday 6th July 2013
                                      2) The moment the technician named VINAY GUPTA examined the machine, his exact words were ‘This machine is in very good condition’.
                                      3) He said that the GAS TUBE was not working and he had not carried a GAS TUBE with him and had to revisit after 1 week. He said the replacement of the GAS TUBE will cost apprx. Rs. 400-500 and plus his service charges for which we will be given a bill from Eureka Forbes. He further looked into it and asked us if we have an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). The moment we said ‘No, we don’t, as the machine was a gift’, his whole attitude changed.
                                      4) He started insisting that we get an AMC ASAP or we will have huge repair charges as many parts of the machine were not working. And the only words that he spoke after that was AMC,AMC,AMC… He just stood there and kept was determined that we get an AMC for apprx. Rs. 1,850/- a year.
                                      5) My mother who was in the kitchen the whole time while he checked the machine ensured that she closely inspected his functions and that all parts were replaced properly was confounded with his behaviour. This was when I, who overheard the entire conversation intervened and refused to make any AMC at such short notice and asked him to come back within a week for the GAS TUBE replacement.
                                      6) No sooner had I said that, the technician hastily picked and dashed out of my house with his bag without saying a word leaving the whole machine on the kitchen platform, which me and my mother had to assemble back on the wall
                                      7) On 9th July, we received a call from Eureka Forbes again saying that their technician will be visiting us on 10th July for the repair. The technician called us at 3.30pm saying that he will be at our residence in an hour to resolve our issue. By 4.45pm, seeing no call from him, I called him but to no avail. Needless to say, he did not turn up on the 9th.
                                      8) On 10th July, at 12.30pm, the same technician randomly turns up at our residence. There was no notification of this from the company, the dealer or the technician himself.
                                      9) He directly walked into our kitchen and started to dismantle the machine. My mum and I walked in a few minutes (maybe 2-3minutes). The moment I walked in I saw that there was a tube that was broken and kept aside. When I asked him what tube that was and when it broke. He said it was the filter tube and was already broken from the first time he had seen the machine. My question to him why didn’t he tell us it was broken earlier or even now. My mother told him that she was standing there the last time when he had dismantled the machine and it wasn’t broken.
                                      10) To this, I asked him for his name and Id Card. He said he didn’t carry his ID card and his name was Vinay Gupta. He also had no qualms in saying ‘Do what you want’
                                      11) He immediately dialled the number of his dealer/manager/another crook. His mobile number is [protected] and with no guilt whatsoever said told the manager that there were 2 pipes broken. Me and mother immediately asked him to handover the phone to us. The moment I took the phone, the technician started packing his bag to leave AGAIN. I started talking to manager hoping that he would have some sense of reasoning and I told him about the whole incident to which he replied with a immoral laugh saying ‘Why don’t you make an AMC for 2 years costing apprx. Rs. 2,300/-. Let me have my commission and I will have everything taken care of.’
                                      12) I can’t begin to express how much this infuriated me! I said to him ‘Out of everything I said to you, this is all you got?’ and to this he said ‘Pls handover the phone to the technician’.
                                      13) By now, the technician was ready to leave, he immediately hung up and rammed out of our house. I followed him outside and asked him what is the next step. He said, ‘Call the manager and talk to him.’ He gave me the managers number and vanished.
                                      14) Our grievance doesn’t end here, my mother and me went and assembled the purifier again. It was left in a worse condition than the last time.
                                      15) He had torn the Cover of our water purifier was removing it… An additional cost
                                      16) And the last straw was when my mother was cleaning the wash basin in the kitchen, there were broken glass pieces thrown there and she cut her finger while do so uninformed.

                                      This is the entire incident till date. Please do not let such people get away with this. I’m sure you will empathize with us on this and ensure that Eureka Forbes; more importantly their most unprofessional employees are taken to task and compensate for their callous, ignorant, commission-greedy and disreputable attitude.
