Sir, We bought Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard protec + 6 months back, the taste of the water changed and also we tested the water also it gives the negative result, Not only that after installation of the Purifier, no one has came from the company or service centre for servicing as we had three free servicing for this.

i am dr.devendra purchased eureka forbes Aquasure water purifier on 17/12/2011 from Vijay sales, sion mumbai..in early feb i.e. within 2 months suddenly the outlet started leaking even if the water purifier is in switched off mode..it stopped only when i cut the water supply..i called upon the helpline number.and within 2 days the service engineer replaced leaked valve which sucks water..it was told to me that it can malfunction...

I bought the Aquaguard Total Enhance in December 2011. This product makes a humming motor noise, which is higher than tolerable and unusual. I initially thought it was faulty. But, the service technician confirmed that this model has a noise and is featuristic, due to the position of a filter/motor. This is the only annoying factor, otherwise water taste is fine.
