This is a complaint about the service not yet served by Eureka Forbes. This is THE worst experience I am having with customer service of any product company.
I had registered a service request to Eureka Forbes customer service center on 11-Aug-2012 (Request number[protected]. I have an AMC for the product Aquasure Nano RO water filter with Eureka Forbes (Contract Recpt number[protected], dt- 21-JUL-2012, amt - Rs. 3425).
The service request was for changing the inner filters and candles and to repair the filter tap.
Since 11-AUG, I did not received any service call back nor any one visited my place to get the service done.
I am fed up calling up the service call center and the only reply they have is give us one last opportunity.
I don't have any opportunities left with me, for them to be spared. You can check my call records and service center call records to verify how many times I have called them.
I have a 1&1/2 year old kid and my family uses this filter to filter the tap water. Imagine, the life of inner filters (sediment and RO filter) already been expired and the candle due to be replaced AND the leaking filter tap, I have been holding my patience on Eureka forbes since a long time. But no response, no follow ups, nothing.
On[protected], a service person visits my home but without service request number and without knowledge of what is to be done. Just think about the quality of service being provided. I verify from service center, if he is the correct person and supposed to be visiting my home. After confirming I let him in and he says, "I don't have the parts that are supposed to be changed. I will get them tomorrow morning before 12pm and fix the issues". I said ok. Next day[protected], I didn't go to office, kept on calling this person 10-15 times but he didn't take the call. I waited for him to call back or response till 4 pm. But then everything in vain.
I am out of my patience and bunking my office for nothing. Do they realize how much I lose when I don't attend my office a single day? I have got a family to run. I am a simple middle class family man.
They got to pay me back for all my waiting, patience, suffering and now Office day-off also.
I have not faced such a bad service providing from any product company as yet. This is a lot to suffer for a customer waiting to get what? water filter to be serviced that too under AMC! I have lost faith on Eureka forbes and it has to pay me back for all my sufferings and loss.
