Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Water Purifier from Aquaguard-model integra in 2008, when i was posted at Bangalore. I was transfered from Bangalore to Guwahati in 2008. Right after my transfer, i have tried to contact Aquaguard people in Guwahati and get the servicing done. However, the service from Aquaguard is so pathetic and representative of Aquaguard were not even aware of this particular product. Finally, the equipment has stopped functioning since last 2 weeks. I have tried despaerately to contact Euraka Forbes, right upto the Corporate, Regional and local team, but in vain. I wonder, if after spending 25000/-, if this the kind of service, where to go and lodge my complaint.

    Eureka Forbes TVM city office did not perform the regular 6 month change of my Water purifier's filter. I have this covered under my 3 year AMC with contract recepti no 50/00003782

    It has been 8 months now and the water coming out from the purifier has turned brown.
    I called Eureka forbes Customer Care TVM on April 14th and they have made false promises that someone would come by on April 16th and 17th. No one turned up despite mutliple follow ups on Apirl 17th.

    They made an excuse claiming that their relocation to a new office caused a backlog of requests for 1 month. When I reminded them that they did not look into my AMC contract's reglar maintenance that was due for about 2 months, they had nothing to say.

    What good is an AMC if Eureka Forbes does not follow the policies laid out in the contract?

      i purchased aquaguard goldnova water purifier on 4 may 2009..while installing the appliances they said that they will provide two free servicing during first year..its under warranty period of 1 year..till now they haven't provided any free service check ups..i have complained to them on their customer care several times but they always promise me that they will send a field representative next day..now i am not sure whether the water...

      Eureka Forbes — Highly Incompetent

      I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Compact water purifier on 13/04/10. While making the payment on 13/04/10 I was told by the salesman that the water purifier would be deliverd and installed on 14/04/10. However I received the water purifier on 15/04/10 but no one came for installation. When I called the call center on 16/04/10 then the representative (Mr. Praful Deolekar) denied escalating my call to a supervisor. I tried calling...

      I had purchased Eureka Forbe's Vaccum Cleaner from Croma Stores,Ghatkopar West, Mumbai on 13th Sept 2009. My invoice number is 20806. After twise use at home my vaccum cleaner started giving problem.The power cord of the machine should stay out once pulled but it started malfunctioning and going inside without even pressing the button. I had to use some kind of clutch to keep it out while i work with the cleaner.

      Have complained to CROMA 3 times and they have given one complaint number the first time.The number is 3048. But till date i.e.11th April 2010, even after several calls and visits, no one has ever bothered to come for the servicing of the product. I logged the complain with Mr.Ganesh & Ms. Manjit 2 times, but they have never kept their committment.

      I desperately need Consumer Society's help & support to solve this issue.

      Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaners — ignore by service center

      I have been frequently giving complaint about none functioning of Vacuum Cleaner at Mangalore office, but every time they call back and take the address for updating and say they would send someone by noon or next day. But there is no one to take care of it. Have even called Bangalore office, but all in vain

      Is it only for selling products they go door to door? And once the sale is over then it’s like "we don’t know u"

      I seriously would not recommend any of my friends to buy products of Eureka Forbes.

      Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaners — No After Sales Service

      I have Eureka Forbes (Vacuum Cleaner), Euroclean XFORCE, which i purchased 5 months ago registered on name of Dhiren A Shah.
      The Vacuum Cleaner is not working properly, ON/OFF Button is not working, so i gave complaint in the Customer Care of Eureka Forbes more than 8 days ago.
      The are not sending any tech for this problem.
      please help...

        Sir vide final receipt No-233, Eureka forbes limited receipt No-011879 of 7-4-2010, I have paid full amount (Rs.10,900) for the purpose of installation of an Acqua Guard water purifier system at home in AT Agraharam, Guntur in hard cash to Mr K sudhakar-CCS No-9005819 accompanied by Mr.Venu 9043398. I pleaded them that the installation process be completed by next day as i had planned my vacation out of Guntur. However, much to my dismay, the people have not turned up sofar (02:30PM on[protected] for installation of same. i had been requesting them for entire yesterday and the day before to finish the job. They promised me to install the machinne initially by the evening of[protected] later extended the same to[protected] and today its alreday half day in to[protected]. I offered them to consider visiting my home even after 9:00pm when they said it would be late in the evening on[protected]. I had an taken the matter to Mr. Kishore who calaimed himself as Branch Manager and promised me to process the case feed back me in one hour at 06:00PM on[protected] but he did not stick to his word he did not call me back until now. My self spoke to him twice but to no use. Plz help me install the machine my vacation plan and mood is spoilt by your people. leaving me with only option of going to a Consumer forum and Press.

            sir, have been using aquagaurd inova eboiling water purifier for the past six years for which iam also paying rs.900 for its service maintenance annually.my machine had a fault before two months for which the service members of your concern took the machine and still didnt return back..i have called them many times but they are not giving proper response..we aresuffering from unclean drinking water for the past two months.so i kindly request you to do the needful..hope i will get my machine back.thanking you.

              I purchased Aquaguard Gold Nova on 09th December 2009 by Mr. Chandradev Tripathi who made FALSE commitments about this and sold it to me. It was working well till one year. I got its filters changed after one year and also got AMC for another one year. Soon after this, water from my machine is leaking continuously spontaneously all the time. It has been seen and repaired eight times by various service engineers but the problem is persisting...

Most of the time it has been changed , repaired with service charges. but now due to some reasons this machine is out of order. I have been told lot of times to come and check the system properly. but the representatives of eureka forbes is not able to come and see the machines and replace it.               Atrocious attitude of Eureka Forbes. Complaints for the past 3 months regarding non-functioning of the sound system have not been taken seriously. One of the buttons is faulty and soon the equipment, Gold, is going to collapse and we'll go back to boiling water. THis after paying through the nose and just a year after purchase. The customer cell keeps referring to different people but nobody is actually solving the problem. How long do we have to suffer. THe indifference of this socalled reputed company is infuriating. Only an exposure in the press will do the trick I suppose.

                Eureka forbes's bhopal based franchise are the worst people. They are never committed to their services and products quality. they take AMC and never come on time and even afetr calling dont answer properly. this agency should be closed as soon as possible or we will be forced to go to consumer forum court. product quality has crounched and the company even doesnt handle customer with any resposibility.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I want to bring in your notice and immediate strong action regarding subject matter. I signed AMC on 3rd Feb. 2010 at your Branch Office Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh State vide Ref. No. AS/1023 SAP-[protected] "CONTRACT RECEIPT NO. : 10 17378487 paying Rs 2550.00 for the period of three years wef. 3rd Feb 2010 to 2nd Feb. 2013.

                  On 20th March I noticed that purifier was not functioning properly I immediately informed your Bilaspur Office and he told that very soon the defect will be rectified but no one gave attention on complaind. I immediately informed at Raipur Office head Mr. SK Verma mobile No [protected] and I was assured that complained will be rectified. After two days I again contacted at Bilaspur Office head Mr Ashok Tiwari Mobile No [protected] and he told that circuit is failed and within one two days I will get my problem solve. After two days again I contacted and Mr Ashok Tiwari advised to contact at Raipur. I contacted and I surprized that from Raipur I was informed that "FAULT HAS BEEN RECTIFIED" I again contactede at Bilapur Office and after continuously following 10 days, service engineer came and told "TRANSFORMER IS NOT FUNCTIONING" & it will rectified tommorrow. I immediately informed to Bilaspur office and Mr. Ashok Tiwari told that He will immediately sent the person with transformer and circuit but not send till today. After complained 11 Days have been passed but problem is as remain.

                  What is this? Are you joking with customer? What is the means of AMC? How much time is required to attend complained and its rectification? Who is responsible and what action you are taken against such ir-resposibility?

                  If you are unable to provide good services why offering for AMC. This is breach of truct and for same I may appeared in court for justice. Statutory requirement Drinking water

                  Kindly informed Who is responsible and what action you have taken as this is very bad experience. If you are unable to attend compained in time and to rectify the same, cancel AMC and returned the amount.

                  I shud'v checked these before opting to go for Aquaguard. I bought mine jus 5 months ago and it stopped working. I'v been calling Aqua service centre continuously...till now no one has turned up even to check the problem. Jus now i was talking to service centre and the lady kept my call waiting for more than 15 minutes(!) on some call hold music that i finally disconnected.

                  I thot it was becos this was guarantee period that they are not responding...but from the above complaint its obvious that with AMC too im goin to face the same trouble.

                    Aqua.Reviva RO System — Tast differ

                    Sir, I have purchased one new Rivaiva RO System on 08.12.2008 through your representaive Shri. Vimalraj.Tiruchirappalli Tamilnadu state.Filter water now having bad smell and tastless .

                    We are new user for your agua guard reviva RO system.We bought this during on 21 st of march 2010.The water test was conducted by your agents and found the hardness to be around 720 units.Till June it was working fine, and all of a sudden it got strucked and water was filtered drop by drop, and it took nearly around 6-7 hours to get it re-filled.Then after continous phone calls, came the service agent and fixed the problem by removing and replacing the RO membrane and an additional filter was also fixed.Till Aug 25-2010 it was functioning good.But for the past 3 days its again the same complaint.Kindly let me know how many times will the same repair occur and how frequently do we need to change the same? what in case after post warranty? is it due to the failure of your RO membrane or what is the root cause.When I checked over the net with the https://www.consumercomplaints.in came to find the same problem was faced by many customers. Kindly give me the reason in detail.The service seems to be worst on times.

My aqua guard had stopped from functioning since 30th Aug 2010 and i had already complained to the agent who had sold me the unit. But till date nobody had turnedup If this is what is the attitude towards your customers i shall never recommend your product to anybody in future.

                    aquaguard R O — Membrane removed by executive

                    I had purchased a R.O system while staying at vindhnagar road waiden from M/s AAkansha enterprise mob no [protected]. Soon i changed my company and i called his executive to pack the RO on 15.04.2011 so that i can shift to lalitpur (my new place of posting) .But his executive while packing the unit removed stolen the membrane from R O system and went away.

                    Later on at Lalitpur when i called the aquagaurd personnel to fit the unit, he told that membrane is not available.I called m/s Aakansha enterprise to reimburse the loss or get the membrane changed first he agreed but after one monthof making me fool today he has denied on 29.05.2011.


                    All are requested to be careful of him and his executive.

I have already change total filter on August 2011. But now I am very very unsatisfied because the company service in my area is very bad. I have call for service for a little problem of my aquaguard day after day but they do not solve my problem. I contacted personally the service man in my area Mr.Rejaul Islam but he do not care. So I am very upset now.
                    So I want to complain against Mr. Rejaul Islam (company service man in my area ) and hope after investigation authority will be take a necessary action about this matter.

                      I have purchased Aquaguard (Reviva) from Eureka Forbes in the month of Jan 2010. since that time this product is working very well, but last 4 days it is not working properly, purified water is not comming in the purified water tank of this product. I have made the complaint to Mr. Jitender kumar (sales execuitive) of this company on 25 march 2010, but he told me to lodge complaint on tel no. [protected]. so according to his suggestion I have lodged complaint for above mentioned problem on 26 march 2010. but till this time no body came for curing this problem.

                        Dear sir/Madam,
                        I am regular user of your product Vaccum cleaner. My vaccum cleaner is under AMC and it is valid till June 2010. I hava registered a complaint regarding replacement of power cable and its rotating sprint not working one month back at cuddalore Mr. Ramesh Group Customer Service Specialist. After many reminders he has replaced this spare with an old one and bottom wheel is also not working. When I switched on the vaccum cleaner immediately the cable started burning. I immediately informed Customer Service Specialist Mr. Ramesh he said that give me one week time I will replace it with a new one, till now there is no action from him after so many request. As I am unable to use the vaccum cleaner my children is suffering from alergey like iching asthama etc.

                        I kindly request you to use your good office to replace a new Cable and Spring immediately.

                        And I also want to bring to your notice that as per AMC Condition two sets of dust bag to be issued, I have received only one set of dust bag.

                        I once again request you to replace a new Power cable and Spring and issue another set of dust bag.

                        Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — Accessories still not provided after 25 days of purchase

                        We reside in Bangalore and purchased a vaccum cleaner from Eureka forbes on 5th of June. We made a payment and got the vaccum cleaner delivered to house. The sales rep named Manjunatha. H gave the product to us and gave the demo. When he left the place we realized that there are two accessories missing. They are computer cleaner brush and a coat cleaner brush. I immediately called up the sales rep to check on this. Sales rep said he will delivered the accessories missing the next day. It been 21 days and the sales rep has not turned up. I have called Eureak help line more than 10 times and the answer i get it that some one from the service department will call u today. The complaint number for Eureka helpline is KA16/4. I cannot imagine a company can be so irresponsible and have worst customer service. When asked tp speak to a manager the answer I get is that manager is not available now. This is horrible service I have ever seen in my life. Is there someone who can take care of this worst company and make them realize about customer service?

                        Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — Amount debited in my account and still getting reminders

                        Please find below that the amount from account is already debited on 10th oct 2008 for Rs.2670.00 and still i am getting reminders on my mobile that the cheque will be presented on 15th oct and i should make sure of clearing the same.

                        It is good to send reminders but it irratates when it is sent to the good pay masters.

                        Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — The unit is not functioning

                        The model is EUROCLEAN ACE CLASSIC ELECTRONIC VC-[protected] and the unit is not functioning since last 10 days. I have requested the service personnel/sales office, Bhubaneswar several times but nobody is attending the complaint. They are promising but not attending. My machine has been hired by a bank to clean their note-sorting machine, which requires cleaning frequently everyday. Now the bank is threatening to discontinue my contract. Please help me to sort out the problem. Thanking you.

                          mistakely I have given order to purchase eureka forbes water purifier, I had given the credit details and verbal instruction to take payment after 19t but they had taken payment before due to this i wanted to dicontinue my order but till the date they have not returned me my money.

                          (I had paid some interest to the kotak bank due to this unrisponsibilty )
