    Serious and Urgent complaint : We had bought an Eureka Forbes atom water purifier about 2 years back. Since the past 2 months there is a serious problem of water overflowing as the ball cork has gone bad. I researched and read that this model had similar complaints of defective manufacturing and so eureka forbes came out with something new,. Even the technician who came to see told me so.We are having so much of problem as there was continuous overflow of water and we had to close the wall for the inflow and unable to use it and now spend so much on mineral water bottles as before. hence we had purchased a water purifier to save money. But we are now spending more money after buying an expensive water purifier.as we are also buying mineral water bottles as it has not been repaired till date. And we have closed the wall for the inlet.(also the taps for this model are defective and the tap kept breaking even with a little pressure)

    when we complained a service engineer was sent from an agency called Yuktha Services.

    then their technician came and advised us to go for a contract and not to pay anything immediately but pay for the contract and all repairs will be adjusted against that..they said you can give us a post dated cheque when we said we do not want to spend that much now but requested him to carry out the immediate repairs. He said we do not have the part with us now and moreover u will pay twice the amount and it will be beneficial to have an amc contract in place. i had no choice but agreed to sign an amc contract and pay Rs 3425.00. The guys from the agency came every day for a week till they got the cheque. They promised us that as soon as they get the cheque they will get the job carried out and we do not pay anything extra.

    but because they had a post dated cheque collected almost a month before they were very sweet to us and kept apologising that they were busy and could not contact us and then they said the part was not available. But on the 30th of July the amount got cleared from the bank. Then i called them and then they showed their true colours and we knew we got cheated. Mr Kushal the owner of the agency was so rude. he said we cannot do anything till after a month that the contract is initiated as a matter of policy. when i told him he was rude and we have got cheated and that i want my money back as i feel i have been stolen of my money. He said he cannot return as Eureka Forbes has taken the money and i cannot return the money.
    I threated police complaint and consumer forum and press he said you can go ahead. The call centre says we cannot give details of the service agency as this is a secret. the staff say we cannot name the CEO of the company as we are advised not to nmae any top boss or else they will be bombarded with complaints. so is this the service they are rendering?

    So now i want my money back after all this harrassment .The agency should be made to pay from his own pockets for cheating, harassment and rudeness. I do not want any contract with Eureka Forbes after this ghastly experience. I will sue eureka forbes and will take the aid press and television if I am harrassed any further. I WANT MY MONEY BACK as i urgently need to buy a water purifier from a different company.

      I purchased Eureka Forbes RO ENHANCE last week before, it was working properly for the first four days.After that it is not at all functioning properly.
      I tried called them and registered my complaint in this number[protected] but i did not receive any response.

      My son has gone sick due to water problem .I am damn upset with this product & very poor service .

        I am reporting a serious issue, which has caused great frustration.

        I have recently moved to a new place in Chennai. I called[protected] to request a re-installation on the 12th of July. Since then, all I was made to do was call them almost everyday to receive the same reply - "We are very sorry, We will send our service personnel today. It has been 25 days today and I have called them every single day to be told the same "sorry' message. Every day I am given a new complaint number for the previous day's lack of service. This is of no use to me. I Wrote to Customer care. no response. They have a completely useless system of escalating complaints in their web site. Even that is unresponsive. This is the worst negligent service I have ever seen. I have been managing with an alternate source of drinking water for the past 25 days. I do not wish to continue like this. How much time does one have to spend for just getting a water purifier installed. Worst worst service. The product costs around 20,000 Rs. This is the service one gets.

        My name is kumar. I am really frustrated by this kind of a service from a well renowned company. I would like to escalate this issue to your higher authority.

            I purchase a water purifier at lucknow .for which I took help through net ,I send my requirement through net on 15 th Feb 2012 & the agency at the name of AQUA HELP LINE Br Office 1/199 Vijayant Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow run by Mr.Aman Agarwal Mobile [protected],[protected],[protected] contacted us & delivered us the machine which we have taken in three instalment so they handed over the slip of advance of Rs.1000.00 in cash & Three cheque a total of Rs.12000.00 approximate which to be deposited in three months.All the payments were cleared but they have not send the document of the water filter.Now when there is a complain with the water filter the service centre were approched the service man attended the complain & without doing any service he went away saying that filter is duplicate we have purchased from fake agent.I am unable to understand that how a fake agent approchs us when i have made a request to aqua guard company through enternet & if so happen what step the company is taking against these fraud.What should I do now.

              I have entered into service contract with the company Eureka Forbes for servicing of my aqua Gard RO machine on 14/06/11 by this contract they should come for 4 periodical service for my above machine. after many calls they come for 3 service But after so many reminders they are not coming for the 4th service they deny to serve me 4th service. as they says that contract period is for one year and if you give us new contract than only we will serve you. this is 2nd time they are doing this . As I have purchased this machine from them before 2 and half year in 1st duration they also did the same with me and didn't serve the 4th service of the contract.
              now this is their practice to do the same and take money of all the services and didn't respond to the complaints I submitted many time.
              Please let me know what to do with them.

                  We have purchased a Aqua Guard from Eureka Forbes in 2006 Since then we are taking Annual Maintenance Contract with them every time. But they never attend to our calls. Inspite of Emergency also they never respond. They have given a 39883333 in the website but we can never make calls to that no. This no. does not ring at all. Very very bad service in Visakhapatnam. When we buy a product they give all promises but when really we have trouble they never respond.

                  I have a compalint regarding my Total sensa smp+ water purifier. I have been compalining that my machine is not

                  properly working since 1 and half month. But no one is taking responsibility. Our service agency "Yoash services"

                  which is at bhramand dont have any person with technical knowledge. I have even called them, call centers & online

                  complaint on website for which i get only compaint numbers and nothing. No one is ready to repair it. I am giving

                  called there head office which is in wagle estate but daily i get the reply from them saying the person will come

                  Yes I agree worst service
                  I decided to go for an RO water purifier and then suddenly made a big mistake of chossing Eureka Forbes. But that mistake was due to my good experience in past with this company.

                  Anyway, I ordered Aquaguard Enhance Green RO worth 14.5K (INR) on 1st Sep'13 & it was delivered within 2 days on 3rd Sep. I was happy but my happiness was short lived, cause i made a mistake of making the payment while it was yet to be installed. The guy who sold me (Mr Yogesh: Mob no: [protected]) said that the plumber is working nearby and he would be at my place within an hour. He himself would come to get that done. But since then, i have been calling him and customer service and each time given a new complaint no with a promise that it would be done "today". The guy who sold me doesnt even attend my calls.

                  I have purchased a Aquaguard Magna water purifier on 12th Jan 2015. The installation guy came only on 21st Jan after a long followup. He bbroke the existing pipe connection and simply said sorry. Which cost me 1000/. The machine is not working proper. Immediately I called that installation guy and he said the installation was not done properly and he did the re installation. But the actual problem is in the machine. Customer care is not at all sending any technician from 24th Jan. I spent more than 750/ for making call to customer care and the team.
                  Yesterday (2/2/2015) on technician called Ragu came and he said I dont know the problem. His supervisor gave instructions over the mobile and he was trying which is of no use. I do not want that machine at all. Please help me to get my money back.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I have entered into an service contract for a period of two years from EUREKA FORBES company for my water filter by paying Rs 7250.00, for the period[protected] to[protected]. The payment has been made vide In voice cum receipt No 10 / 20611252 on[protected]. Since then the company has not turned up for a single visit nor responded to attend my complaints made several times over phone. I have called Mr Ajay ([protected]) and Mr Shailendra ([protected]) several times to attend the water filter as the filtered water filtered by the filter started emitting bad odour and bitter in taste the same complaint has been made once again on 16/7/2012 to Mr Ajay and he didnot responded to my call then the same matter has been brought to the notice of Mr Shailendra. Even today my problems were left unattended and my health condition also deteriorated due to the consume of the impure water, filtered by the same filter and this has affected in developing stones in the KIDNEY. In view of the above I request the Hon’ble forum to resolve my problems and to avoid cheating poor INDIANs who believes and trust easily these CHEATERS by teaching them a lesson.

                      I was not satisfied with your services and your technician clearly said problem is with water filter, i explained you briefly over the phone, you said you will resolve this issue but you are not even picking my calls tried calling you several times no response from your end, since am not satisfied please refund my money back.

                      I need your response within 7b/days or else i will file a case against your company in consumer court in chennai.

                        aquaguard, i nova,water filter — service

                        we have got the aquaguard water filter as a gift from the castrol oils on may2007.now we have to install the product, and made requests to the company for the service.the company is not responding to the requests.

                          my customer no is [protected], i made a complaint on 24th of July 2012, no body has attended the complaint, by waiting for them for a weak, i contacted the call center on 31st July 2012, and the executive told that within 24 hrs the complaint will be attended and once again no body has come for the day and again i contacted on 1st Aug 2012, the executive by name sharat attended my call, and told that my complaint has been closed and raised a new complaint. i asked him to connect me to his higher authorities but he was reluctant and gave me a no. to contact [protected], which was switched off. Again i contacted the call centre, mr jaswinth attended my call and told that he is giving a number of service manager and gave me the number of technician, and he gave me another number, which was not attended by anybody, and that person started giving me missed call to hear my complaint ([protected]) and mr.jaswinth told that he is the service manager, but he is a group leader!!!

                          EurekaForbes is collecting money for AMC and not attending the calls properly and telling lies to customers.

                          is it not the duty of the company to send a technician to my place after booking complaint according to the AMC?

                          is it necessary to contact tom, dick and harry to get my work done??? after paying money for AMC.

                          I am having Total Riviva RO plant in my home for last one year. Due to salt water, we u usually get blockages and we will not get water in the outlet. Then we have to call for the service centre numbers for minimum 8 days for their visit for repairing. This is totally not fair for a global product like Eureka Forbes.
                          I can't understand your business strategy. Most important is they will not say that, they are not having pupil for service and so on, just for every day they will say,"Service pupil will come today".
                          At last time when the technician came for service, he told that there is an additional filter is available and he said when it's attached, this will be solved and we have told to attach the same. The most funniest thing in this is, the pupil not came for fitting the same and when we checked they said after several calls that they are not having drilling machine and that is the reason they are not able to come and fit the same.

                          If any one reading this please know, i will strongly recommend my friends and relatives not to buy ant product from Eureka forbes. If this continues i am going to make a case book in consumer court.

                          Eureka Forbes — not attending service

                          they are not attending service and the worker is saying i will not come even we have purchased service contract

                          Eureka Forbes AMC did not do the proper service to my aquagard as it was going to repair every month.This was repeating for the past 6 months. 4 days back it was repaired very badly as the salt water was comint to the tank and it was overflowing though the m/c was switched off. When called Ali and Raghu from service dept 50 times, they did not lift the phone.
                          Pl, do not buy Eureka Forbes Aquagard and trap into this situation. I am going to file a case in consumer forum.

                          Absolutely right, I have many experiences like theis withe eureka Forbes, One customer care executive named (Raj-Ahmadabad- mobile no. [protected]) who speak in stylish language and said theat he will solve thee problem withein 24 hours. today it is already 5the day but problem remains same. Actually a problem occurred in Ahmadabad city is very dirty water is coming therough pipe line provided by Municipal corporation. My question is If Aqua guard cannot remove dirty color from water, theen no need to buy Aqua guard. They are lier. Even Raj told theat I should wait for anotheer 4-5 days. That means he is waiting for clean water from municipal corporation. Then what is thee roll of aqua guard. Pl. stop theis business.

                            1, I was having an Old Aquaguard and one Mr P. Ashok bearing the number [protected] was requesting for us to try the new model- AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO -REVIVA
                            2, We after few months agreed to replace to new one and paId an advance of Rs1000/ vide reciept no 045465 dated 6.5.11 signed by P. Ashok.
                            3, After 10 days the machine was sent by courier and it was instatlled and balance Rs 9000/ and odd was taken in cash with a promise that the bill will be couriered by one month. We are yet to recieve the bill and todays date is 5.7.2011.
                            4,About a week back we called Eureka technician and given a complaint, he said irrespective of new or old machine he will charge Rs 250/ for one visit. On the contrary Ashok and others who installed said that the machine will not give problems for 3years and in case there is a problem Ashok agreed to set it right.
                            5, Now month after month, I am forced to call the service technician, to clean the filter, since this Reviva is not able to pump the water after filter is choked.
                            6,Now when I asked the officials, they say that if it is “ Metro Water” it will happen and if it is Bore water this problem will not be there. This was not told while selling the Water Purifier
                            7, Please be informed Bore water is 160 ft below and every time I use it fully , my powercharges will be high , and since metro water is available in plenty it is being used.
                            8,Further Reviva is able to change the water taste to better, so we went for it.
                            9,Now when I asked the technician, why during selling you did not inform that it works better for bore water only, he gives me a solution to go for latest old aquaguard which will give clean water, but no change in taste, and I can exchange after consulting the Manager with minimum cost. Such a irresponsible suggestion, is given to a customer just after 5 months after purchase.
                            10, Now the filter is clogged and I called Mr Saravanan, who is a technician chief( absolutely who does not care for customer service) whose mobile number is [protected]. I requested I will stay back in the house on 20th Oct, he can send his technician and teach me the cleaning of filter. He agreed but never responded.
                            11, After few hours I tried his mobile, may be 20 times, he refuses to attend to the call. What a pathetic personality, Eureka forbes has appointed for customer service.
                            12,Out of Desperation, I sent the following text of message to Saravanasn and others “ Sarvanan – Despite my speaking and ur promise, u seem to conveniently avoiding my phone. Now I hv no option but to handle this issue thru GOOGLE CONSUMER FORUM.
                            13,Saravanan was not bothered about Google Consumer Forum, since he is Greater than Google. It is shameful and discredit to have such employees by Eureka.
                            14, I copied the above text, Arun [protected] , Ashok [protected], Ashok [protected], Karthik [protected], Senthil -[protected], Sekar -[protected]
                            15, None of them responded except Sekar, who promptly asked my address and said he has not got instructions from his service engineer and he cannot come.

                            I APPEAL TO ALL CUSTOMERS THAT PLEASE DO NOT TRUST AFTER SALES SERVICE OF EUREKA FORBES, THEY WILL SELL AND FORGET CUSTOMERS OR THEY WILL BE KEEN IN CHARGING FEES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

                            I STRONGLY FEEL SUCH ATTITUDE FROM THE COMPANY IS BAD AND THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THE COMPANY CANNOT GET REVENUE AND EVEN SARAVANAN CANNOT GET HIS SALARY.
                            PLEASE DO NOT BELIVE REVIVA , THEY SAY IT DOES NOT WORK ON METRO/ CORPORATION/ MUNICIPAL WATER. EVERY MONTH YOU ARE FORCED TO CALL TECHNICIAN TO CLEAN THE FILTER. YOUR WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR, AFTER THAT EVERY MONTH YOU HAVE TO PAY SERVICE CHARGES.
                            Think before you pay your Rs 10000/ for this product. My experience has been pathetic with this Product.

                            Yes you are absolutely right. Even it is a bore water the Aqua guards efficiency is only up to 800 PPM/TDS i.e., the total dissolved salts should not be more than 800mg/ltr. In metro water the chlorine content will be higher than the compatible level of the reverse osmosis membrane. As a wholesaler of the same industry I can assure one thing they can give you an unconditional warranty of 36 months for that cost paid by you.

Its very important for us about our connection and very much concerned about its speed and constant connection without a fail. For that we took Tata Indicom broadband connection o[censored]nlimited download. The officers assured us that they will supply a constant connection and speed. After 2 or 3 days the problems started as connection going on. We called the customer care service many times and no response from their side rather than saying their technicians are on their way to your office. Right now we are not getting the connection. And it had been a daily routine for us to call customer service and record our complaints and getting sure that problem will be fixed soon. We are fed up with this so we searched the number of area manager and we found Ashwin V as the area manger in Cochin. We called him and recorded our complaint. But the result was same. Right now he is not at all picking up his phone. Is this the way of behaving to the customers. So please take this as a serious issue and fix the problems.

                            Dont trust them they are yet to resolve and convenient platform they say is this product is not good metro / corporation water and works only for bore water. they sell at 12000/ and ask for annual warranty amt around Rs4000/ and i see it as great earning.

                              We have a service contract with Aquaguard and the machine has stopped working a month ago.
                              We raised a complaint immediately.
                              The company employees come and test the machine and then leave without any comment. We have faced a lot of trouble because of this. Its rainy season and inspite of owning a water purifies we have to drink tap water directly. My complaint number is 87310642.

                              What is the point of engaging in service contracts if you dont want to give service?
                              Who is responsible if any of my family member falls sick because of consuming unpurified water?

                              I am very unhappy and disappointed by your service - Eureka forbes...

                              One of Aquaguard’s sales representative named Mr.Murugan (Emp ID: 9044673) approached us and we are satisfied with the product and purchased an “Aquaguard total Enhance” on October 8th,2011, from your shop located in No: 38, 1st floor, GST Road, Nandhivaram Village, Guduvanchery, Chennai – 603202.
                              At the time of purchase, your sales representative promised as they will be testing the standard of the purified water and will provide a cover for the product as a free gift (Which is not part of the product package). The device is installed the next week and till I’m calling them for the test and cover and there is no proper response. It is more than 3 months and till now, I had made up to 25 calls on a regular basis.
                              We really appreciate the initiative by giving free gifts, but if they are not able to provide it, why can’t they avoid such “FAKE PROMISES”, which totally make the trust curve down on Aqua products to recommend the same to others.

                                  I have an annual rate contract for my Aquagaurd i. water purifier vide bill no [protected] dated 27.08.2011 from your dealer shreenath aqua services.For past ten days i am complaining of nonworking of the machine but the dealer has become deaf and dumb. Inspite of repeated request neither service centre nor Mr sanjay Jaiswal the group dealer is in position to give the time period of repair of machine which is very ridiculous.
                                  If Eureka can not give service nthan they should refund the annual rate contract and GOODBYE TO bogus Eureka.

                                    I bought one Aqua Guard Water Purifier 2 years before. After Warranry I entered in to AMC which was exist up to Feb-2013. My Purifier does not pouring water properly. I logged a complaint on Last Tuesday(24.07.2012) complaint No:67556539, being holy month for us I requested them to attend immediately, but they confirmed to attend only next day, I said OK. Till last Friday nobody attended the call. When I followed up they are asking me, why not attended, and no proper response. Then Friday (27.07.12) again when I contacted I spoke with one Ms. Divya, she said sorry and promised to send the service guy on same day and provided one more complaint No:87352135. Till today nobody attended. Today just half an hour before I again contacted and spoke with one Mr. Shanmugam, I explained the problems, even this gentleman man also provided one complaint No:67647144 and promised to attended the call. I pray atleast today my problem get resolved. Even after paying huge money for AMC I paying money daily atleast Rs.100/- for water for regular use.

                                    Earlier when I had a problem, Eureka use to attend the call very next day iteself. But this is the first time I am facing serious problem with them, when ever I use to call 39883333 every time some different person speaks and give confirmations and complaint numbers. But all false commitments.
                                    A company like Eureka Forbes which we thnik as one of the family member whould not behave like this. I am really unhappy.

                                    AQUAGUARD EUREKA FORBES — no installation after one week

                                    I purchased the aquagaurd from home town on 12th of october from home town.The delivered it on 15th but did not send any body to install it for one week inspite of reminders.
                                    No body is picking up the phone.The customer care number keeps in waiting fro tens of miniutes and never connects.
                                    Please be care ful do not by any product just be big name these are organised cheaters
                                    I have entered into "A.M.C"agreement with M/s Eureka Forbes on 23.08.2008 for a period of 2 years.
                                    But the Machine has develped some defects and Technicians are coming freequently on receipt of my complaint but no fruitful action has ben taken till date to repair the machine at the optimum perforence level . As a consequence of this, the machine again becomes defunct and the Technician comes to do some repair works and the maching again becomes defunct next day.

                                    Yesterday, When I requested one of your service personnel, I became really surprised to know his attitude & gesture towards redressal of my grievence in respect of repairing teh said machine.

                                    Hence, I am compelled to lodge complain with a hope of resolving the issue.

                                    AquaGuard — service not being attended

                                    we have purchased the water purifier from a dealer eureka forbes and the company
                                    we have made a seervice contract till date we have not been attended by you, we have called up to ur engineer till date he has not attended, kindly suggest what to do
                                    the worst service in my life is by eureka forbes.they have a very bad behavior towards customers.the marketting agents did not respond to us after we called 4-5 times for servising of our product.it is a shame on eureka forbe's part.take necessary actions.

                                    Aquaguard Water Purifier — Not attending AMC

                                    I have done my service contract for the two years i.e. period from 23/06/08 to 21/06/10. with your Authrised Service Centre Dibrugarh (Dilip Singh Yadav) vide contract receipt No[protected] on 22nd June.08.
                                    It's been more than a year no one has come to do the service of the said mechine. In this regard I had intimated the concerned person over phone but no action has been taken so far from the service centre.

                                    An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                    Eureka Forbes — Product gift not handover

                                    I Brought a product but company not delivery me my free gift and when call the company's agent, agent cut the call and negligence me so I request inquiry at that matter.

                                      please note that i am an owner of a water purifier aqua guard inova model. I have been using the same for the past 8 years. as i have shifted residence from thane to sion i had asked for reinstallation of the unit. the mechanic has charged me Rs. 825/- citing reasons of a new diiverter and so on.....At the same time he has asked us to take up an amc otherwise there is no guarantee the unit will work.
                                      The next day of reinstallation the unit has fallen down from the wall (unbelievable!!!!!!). Repeated calls to the service centre has been to no avail.....
                                      The unit was reinstalled on 11/07/2012. it has fallen down on 12/07/2012.
                                      The receipt no. for reinstallation charges is 16000245.
                                      The franchise is dattatray services , dadar east. please look into the matter.

                                      Aquaguard INOVA — No after sales service/attendance to complaints

                                      I am a eureka forbes-aquaguard inova owner. I have asked the helpline 39883333 to dismantle from my rented house and reinstall at another residence and they have issued number as SH-26/5 and SH26/7. After 10 days also there is no response and when i am calling helpline they are replying they will send the person immediately. but- they does not know the meaning of "immediately" and even on 6thNovember it is unattended and we are paying heavily on rent since october 31st, 2007. On calling the service office in SanjayNagar, on No:[protected],[protected], One mr.Chalres is misbehaving totally and they are not responding properly. They are putting the telephone line on and keep asking so many questions and unnecessariy wasting time and money on phone calls. the help line is giving same reply throughout as we will attend today - but nobody bothers to attend to this. As both family members are working and I have taken leave (that also non-pay leave) sitting at home to transfer this, it is really painfull act on eureka forbes to neglect customer calls. Added to this is every morning at least 5-6 people come and knock our doors and disturbs in the busy morning hours asking whether we have eureka forbes products in our house. It is sad that Eureka forbes have time to spend on canvassing but no person is avilable for after sales attending. having purchased this product by mistake, i regret for keeping any product in my house and hence forth i would be canvassing/publicing people for the poor co-operation from eureka helpline

                                        I have renewed AMC with Eureka Forbes vide Contract No. 18555525 dt. 18.09.2011 through Rimi Enterprises, H-2 Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur

                                        I am sorry to inform you that No Body came to service of the same till date. in connection with that I made a call to Rimi Enterprises but no response was given to me. The ON-OFF switch of my machine is also damage. In previous AMC about one and half years before service executive had connected directly and ON-OFF switch has not been changed till date.

                                        you are requested to get authorised service certre changed for kidwai nagar kanpur area. by which we may get better service.
