We bought Aquaguard RO from Eureka Forbes in May 2012 thru Direct Marketing ( door to door). The Sales Executive was continously nagging us to sell this product and was boasting on their wonderful service support.

He was promising of excellent service qulaity all the time and was telling life time warranty as their was an offer in May 2012 for the company's 25th Anniversary.

But in practical they dont keep us their service and even when we have registered our complaint with call centre on 13th oct 2012, the concerned officer promised to resolve the complaint with in 24 hours, but till now after repeated reminders none of the Service Technician called us or visited.

We have been cheated by the executives who ever was incharge of sales / service and totally annoyed with the service.

The service level is very cheap and disgusting. if the company is so lousy in servicing customer, its a shame on the organization with inefficient employees.

I will never recommend to anyone for this Product

    I registered my aqua sure aquaflo dx for 2 yrs annual maintenance plan 26 Sep 2012 to 25 Sep 2014 . agent sanjeev Gupta from eureka forbe helpline customer in ranchi . my aqua sure PCB AND CANDLE NOT FUNTIONAL not repaired .yet he has taken 2400 Rs and gave me receipt voucher. but now he not attending my call nor attended by helpline centre of ranchi.

    Eureka Forbes, Water purifier — nobody attending complaint

    Hi my name is Meena Bhattacharya i launched a complaint with eureka forbes helpline number 39883333 on 11th feb, 09 and the complaint number is 110922. a boy came to attend the machine and said they need a part to change and they will come back or send somebody and then another boy came after 2 days i.e. on 13th feb, 09 and again said he have to change the part and he will come back on monday 16-2-09 and nobody has attended the complaint since then. everyday i am calling 3-4 times and the same message we will forward your complaint to the concerned department and the worst is they took off my machine and so i cannot use the machine and buying water from outside for cooking and all.

    this is what you do AMC with these people i renewed my AMC on 31-12-08.

    i am calling their registered office in kolkata but nobody is picking the phone i called their mumbai number everybody is out for lunch. i don't know how to catch hold of these cheats.
    we have purchased purifiers and they are not working properly and have been stopped working many times within a year.there was no service provided to us dispite o[censored]s calling the service provider again and again.we would like you to look into the matter as soon as possible and solve our query
    we have yearly contract with you. reciept no.15498254 We have been continously complaining from last 2 days regarding water filter .we cant get a drop of water to drink.our complaint no. which is 75 with you service centre in yamuna apartments alaknanda new delhi.th elady who picks up the phone promises us to sen d somebody everyday morning evening .finally toaday the phone are engaged and we r not able to contact anyone and tomrow being sunday its very inconvinient.let me mention this has has happpened not first time but every time we complaint.being your customer from last 20 yrs it seems we will have to stop using your product and try some other company with now so many better options availble.and all this because of your customer service centre in alaknanda .pls see if you can attend the complaint because i will not have any other option but to throw your water filter.

    I was purachased a water purifier classic model on 1-6-09 Till date the responsiable of the In-chargers -sales man /officer/ lab technicines/ or customers care centres, and so on whoare responesable for the products are not able to rectifiy my purifier.I think thisCompany product who ever purchased may think vide range(for go the amount paid) before purchased. The product once purchased can not exechange or take over by the companyor replace.I have wasted numers phone

    My water purifier is not working properly since(21/02/2010) last several months after complaining nobody is attending it.
    Once they change the membrane on 25/02/2010, since then we are facing the following problems :

    Lot of carbon particles are present in the water.
    The taste of water is not proper due to presence of carbon and high salt (TDS)

    Details of different complains made from our end :

    Dt : 14/04/2010 for service and rectification of above problem- complaint no. 82761721.
    Dt : 01/07/2010 for rectification of the same problem - Complaint no. 83127569.

    Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment & service . There Customer care executives are useless , they take customer complaints and do not resolve month together. Whenver you call them they say that they have passed the call to technician

    Worst company in providing service.

    DO NOT BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS.
    I had purchased aquaguard green RO on saturday (14-april-2012) from bhopal. One of the main reasons i went for aquaguard was that it wastes only 30 percent water and a guaranty if afetr sales service.
    But my horrible exp with auqaguard has already begin in just 2 days of purchase. The RO is not functioning up to the mark. There is a lot of water being wasted...nowhere close to 30 percent as promised. The water pressure at outlet is just too low. One glass takes 5 minutes to fill.
    I called up the sales people for my complaint where i was rudely brushed off saying that the sales team doesnt look at it. They had to sell the product and that is it. Anything after sales, service team looks at it. I had called up the sales team about 1-15 times today (16-apr-2012). The service team was least bothered about my problem let alone looking into it. After multiple calls , a technician visited me just now. He looked at the RO and said 'water wastage is 70% not 30%.'. When i told him to give this in writing he refused and changed his comment. On the water pressure, he said this is how it is. He was not ready to understand or look at the issue properly.

    I am really feeling sorry that i purchased aquaguard over kent or other ROs. I strongly think that the RO installed is faulty and it SHOULD be replaced. I do not believe that the RO will give me so much trouble within 2 days of purchase.
    Its really a shame on eureka forbes on installing faulty product and rude and incompetent staff.

    This is not about money, this complaint is about the such a bad service the company provides. This is the second time I am going thro this torture.The service centre guys " Nesara Services" are very pushy, they only want an AMC to be done and not keen in solving he problem. There was this boy who came to my place Shivu in dirty hands and just cleaned the gadget and charged me Rs 370 and then forced me to take an AMC,which will get me a new water filter candle worth 1500 and he would fix the new candle. And the cost of the AMC was Rs 1500/-I told him 3 1/2 month i have got the new candle done but that did not help hejust cleaned and left. just after he left the water stopped flowing so I called the call centre to clock the complaint this time one by shyla took the complaint and she said i will mention this is in continuity and you will not be charged. This guy Shivu calls me back and again says that they will not do anything for free i should talk to shyla and ask her to fix it for me free!! He said his manager Satish says the same too ( I heard a some one at the back ground saying that same and asked who he was that was he said it was his Manager Satish!) Getting a services from you Eureka forbes is Nighmare.!!! I called the call centre three times after this episode spoke to Renuka who was courteous but could not help me solve my problem and then spoke to pratap he promised to get this rectified i have no hopes. each time i spend rs 10-15 for a phone call and imagine if I have to make 15 calls my expenses incurred to clock in a complaint and then talk about not fixing it too!! i would nver recommend this company's products to anyone.After sales services is PATHETIC

    aqua guard water purifier AMC taken on 14.2.2013, service engineer came and attended but still it was not working properly so gave a complaint, no response . on 25.2.2013 complaint was given . no 70321514. complaint was given on 28.2.2013 .on 5.3.2013 again . but number was not given only assurances. spoke to a higher authority, no response. again complaint was given on 8.3.2013 and 11.3. 2013. am forced to buy 3 cans of water in open market daily . already it has been 1 month and i have shelled out 3000 rs . now will they rectify the mistake or they will give me 100 rs for the can water am buying daily.they make promises but have never gone by it.worst service. in future will never suggest eureka Forbes to anyone .

    bought water purifier(aqua booster) last month. right from first use leakage started. till now i have called at 30 times to cutomer. five times product get serviced. but they are unable to fix problem. nor they r accepting that product is defective. custmer care has given me the mobile nos of their executives and area heads. i call them daily they says they wil revert back soon. none of them revert back.
    bought a forbes DX model purifier on 10th june 2013 now it stopped working .I booked a complaint on 4th August but no body came till now inspite of giving reminders again&again.complaint no is 72541807.this is the worst servicei have ever seen

    Eureka forbes company is completely dead. None of the phone numbers are working. People of Eureka Forbes are coming every day[sales man] and giving valueless lecture about the product. Whenever u asked for the problem of the product they simply tell contact customer care.     I[censored] have planned to buy the product please cancel it otherwise u have to lost the money completely

    I own a smart ro water purifier, we have complained on 4-6-2014, the complaint number is [protected]. so many times we have sent an sms past 20 days, but untill now nobody have responded about the complaint.
    My Aqua guard Revive had a service problem technician visited on 24/7/14 report number 13673 insisted me to take the service contract to proceed.We paid full amount of INR 4, 655/= same day contract No.[protected] but so far none of them visited to rectify the problem many times we registered our complaint to this number 39883333 and toll free number as well. We are extremely suffering because our house was flooded many times killing many valuables. We bought your brand against other cheaper ones only to have good service but this response is really disappointed us.Zakia fathima

    I am R.Thulasidoss from HOSUR. We made AMC
    for 2012 (2years), I have paid ~7500Rs for the same. After that nobody taking
    care for AMC from EF, They are focusing only on Money .. We frequent / Forced
    called for AMC, Then only they will come.. They visit 2 ~ 3 visit only. And Now
    they are asking to Another AMC for the same.

    And i purchased new D&W
    vacuum cleaner from EF, During that time i have asked the Rep to attend the WATER also, they are committed
    to do . Based on this i have paid 1000Rs and

    Then i called many time to
    contact, There is no response .

    So that I am going to Block DD which i given, Till EF come back..
    I have procured your water purifier – HD RO+UV on 18th August, 2014 in Bangalore. Receipt # is 047488 and the CSS name signed in the receipt is Mr. Yogesh with contact # given as [protected].
    [in your system my name was wrongly entered as Chandra Sekhar, however my address remains as my address]

    There was a problem in the same in Feb.15 and raised a compliant (compliant #[protected], for which the service engineer came after 3-4 days and rectified it.

    Again I have issue on the same purifier for which I raised a compliant on 4th Apr. and the compliant # is, 80986041. Till now there is none came for service.

    I have called at least 15 times to the toll free #, 39883333 and they keep telling they will send an engineer soon.

    I got another contact # ([protected]) from the toll free, who is supposed to be the service manager for this area, he was also keep saying that he will send a person. But none came.
    This service manager’s # is not in your system, but only the name. From last 2 days, he is also not picking my calls.

    Service manager gave contact of MR. Ramesh, who’s # is [protected], who never picked my call. I called Yogesh ([protected]) and he is also not lifting the phone.

    I’m sure this is pure negligence of service from your servicing agency as its not handled for 1 week now.

        i Purchased a Aquasure Crystal water purifier in the year 10. it worked good for 2 year and after 2 years, the 2 catridge's were changed as the water is not purifing properly, later after changing the water is not purifing properly, there is no difference in the purified water and the tap water, the service person is arguing that he cant help with that as our area is not getting pure water, he got some meter with him and checked both the tap water and filter water to see the readings 388 and 365 respectively. i still feel the crystal in the water when it takes into the mouth. where as the earlier catridge's has good filters, in which i hardly find any water crystals when took into the mouth. i still preserve the older filters to show the difference. in case he stick to his saying that water is filtering then i have the older filters which has a good filtering compared to the new one, i can show the difference of both i.e., the new installed catridges and the older one, which they can experience. so i would like to file a complaint with consumer forum kindly help me by guiding me with your useful suggestions. what sort of proof is needed to file a complaint with consumer forum, how can the water be tested, and where it can be tested, kindly guide me.

        Aquasure water purifier — Not working properly

        I have purchased water purifier, it is warrenty period. Currently water is leaking from the purifier. I contacted customer care of water purifier, they said within 48 hr person will come to home and check it. Its almost 15 days, noone has came yet, when again contacting to customer care , they will say today they will resolve it and cut the phone.

          I bought a Vaccuam Cleaner on July From one of the agent. He committed to provide the service to us and said the final bill will be reaaached to me within 1 month from Mumbai office. Its almost 3 months and we did not yet received the final bill as wel as any service from them. Is there any way of tracking the time line for getting the bills.

            I wish to make following complaint of cheating against "Mark Enterprises" a Franchise Sales Dealer of EurekaForbes, Near JMD Garden, Islampur, Sohna Road, Gurgaon (Haryana).
            I purchased RO system Aqua Guard Total Duo from above dealer vide bill No 2618 dated 8th November, 2011. The sales representative Mr R K Pandey assured and promised me at the time of sale that the left over AMC charges of one year against my earlier Water filter ST-2000 of Eureka Forbes would be refunded to me. Which he kept promising and never refunded.
            Fed up with his false promises I visited their office at above location about four months back and met the Proprieter Mr Aric Bakhtawar and explained the case to him. He also assured me that he would do the needful and revert, which he has not done till date.
            It is felt that for the sake of selling their product they made a false promise and cheated me an amount of one year's AMC charges on ST-2000.
            It is opined that they make such wrong promises for closing a deal and resort to unethical practice.
            It is requested to refund my genuine dues and take action against such

              I owe an Eureka forbes Aqua guard which is not functioning since 1 month . after logging complain on the number[protected] in the month of Sept 12 till date no one has turned up for service or Repair. i am into service contract with them for 1 year and they dont even answer the call.

              IS THIS THE WAY THEY SHOULD TREAT THE CUSTOMER AND I QUESTION THEIR RESPONSIBILITY !!!!!!

                Aquaguard classic: It is not working for last two weeks. Contact with J Ahmed of Tinisukia branch office. I Have two year maintenance contract from 03/01/2011 to 02/01/2013. what is the reason for not attending the problem. I am very sorry to say that the service provided by your company is very poor. To solve a customer problem it should not take so much of time. I will go for consumer court if not solve within two day. J Ahmed told me that spare is not provided from Guwahati office. Very ridiculous comment. Is it like that? you should remember that I paid money for the service.

                    Am Rakesh, we bought aquaguard Total for Rs 14990 on[protected].The warrant card agreement states that 12 months from the date of installation the warranty will be applicable.
                    Problem :- The machine did not work properly from the day it had been installed.Since we were confident that aquaguard would replace the machine ,we had logged a service compliant which was attended by a service men.But the problem continued,with repeated calls and monthly services the problem still persists.
                    Now,if we call the aquaguard service men say that the warranty had expired and we need to pay 4000 for replacement.
                    kindly provide us needed solution as soon as possible.
                    Since this had been a repeated query left unresolved.

                      I have complait on 24/09/12 for my Aquasure ivory water purifier, my complaint no is 68306661 but till date no body attend my complaint.and almost everyday i am calling customer care number but same answer we are attend you or give me one day time i am assure you,we forwarded your request etc..etc..

                      bad thing is that i have already paid AMC charges in advance so i have to bear this non sense things cos i think company is only sale there product but they are not interested in service.

                      i suggest to everybody who want to buy water purifier please DO NOT PURCHASE AQUASURE PRODUCT

The machine was supplied to me was the machine which is kept in an show room for demo purpose this was proved by a team of engineers visited during that period the names of this honorable engineers are appended below. The machine was box pack and the wire winding switch was not functioning. The office has replaced the machine with new Machine on 22 Feb 2012 by Mr ASHWIN BAGADE (THE TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE).

                          3. Since than up to Aug 2012 the machines performance was satisfactory and now the machine started giving trouble by (by passing the ON / OFF switch and making the supply connectivity to direct by main switch the engineer visited the site on 02 Oct 2012 (on Gandhi Janti ) after calling and giving the compliant second time and calling all eureka delegates on telephonically.And found that the switch needs to be replaced but only when I call the spare parts in charge on telephonically MR RAWAL [protected] , MR Prasad (91+ [protected]). Kissan [protected], Deshmukh [protected], Ashwin Bagade , Mr Praful Jadhav([protected]) and atlast Mr Sunny ([protected]).

                          4. ALL THE TOP OFFICIALS ARE SLEEPING AND DOES NOT UNDER STAND THAT WHY THE MIDDLE LEVEL AND LOWER LEVEL ARE IN DEEP SLEEP SO I TELL ALL THE USERS THAT IN FUTURE ALL THE EUREKA FORBES ITEMS ARE NOT TO BE PURCHASED BY ANY ONE IN INDIA AND (ALL THE TOP OFFICERS ARE IF EX EUERKA FORBES NOT TO BE TAKEN BY ANY FIRMS FOR APPOINTMENT PURPOSE.

                            Eureka Forbes has worst service in Pune. i brought Aquasure RO + UV on 28/9 got installed in 30/9 17:00 and started leaking and water flowing everywhere thereafter. 4 times technician came after literally 50 calls. Every time they came they tight the valve, work with circuit but in vain. they told me about major fault and manufacturing defect but don't ready to give written feedback or ready to replace against existing warranty. now i after spending 15500/- didn't even drink a drop of water after purchase. i am hopeless and have no way except going for consumer forum.
                            Eureka Forbes.pathetic service..the worst of all..
                            we purchased a Aquaguard UV enhance water purifier 10days back.It was fine only for the first two days and after that it's not even filtering a drop of water..leave the water purifier for 3 days completely, then it fills around 4ltrs of water..very horrible and noboday has attended even after 20 calls from the past 4 day..I would suggest everyone not to take any product from here..

                            Yes truly. Eureka forbes has a pathetic after sales service. I have logged complaint on 11th august 2016 and have been following up with various people and with the call center. Everytime I get a new phone number and a new promise that somebody will address it. This is one of the worst companies I have come across in terms of after sales service. And the fact it that they are absolutely careless about it.

                              I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aqua Sure Water Filter Aquaflo Dx Uv four months ago.All of a sudden the water purifier stooped working.i gave a complaint on customer care on 29.09.2012. The technician had come to repair it but said that he did not have the spares ( some kind of circuit) to repair it.I called up customer care many times but still my problem is not solved.

                              Eureka Forbes/ Aqua flow — Not Working

                              i bought an Aqua Flow on 13th of jan08, the installation was done on 15th of jan08 and till now i have never been able to drink a single drop from the mashine as it is giving a strange smell and i can also see some particles floating. i called up the service center to get the thing fixed but till date i did not receive any help. i am really fraustrated with your service and product. The Service center call center is also not very helpful as they give false promises about the service.

                                      We purchased a Gold Nova Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes when we were at Mumbai. Thereafter, the executive from the authorised service centre of the company named Sai Raj Enterprises attended our house and advised to have the service contract for three years. The name of executive is Sagar having mobile number +91-[protected]. The contract was for the period from[protected] to[protected]. He charged Rs. 3000 for such contract. He was informed that my husband's job was transferable to which he said that service under contract will be provided all over Maharashtra / India. The contract included two servicing and the replacement of candles free of cost per year. He was subsequently transferred to Amravati in August 2011. The concerned dealer at Amravati named Trimurti Enterprises Re-installed the purifier by charging Rs. 615. However, he refused to recognize the contract and refused to give services as promised and that he advised me to contact the dealer at Mumbai. Accordingly, I repeatedly made contact with said Shree Sagar so also with Sai Raj Enterprises[protected] but in vain. Having lost all hopes, I made contact with the local dealer at Amravati that is Trimurti Enterprises and requested him to replace the candles and to undertake servicing of the machine. He did so but for Rs. 1530. Thus, I was required to make additional payment for no fault of mine. The company, the dealer, the executive etc. all are responsible for such poor performance and false representation. I hereby would like to caution public at large that they should be careful while dealing with and before purchasing any product of Eureka Forbes. I am herewith attaching the copy of contract for your perusal.

                                      Eureka Forbes / Gold Nova Water Purifier — Installation due despite payment

                                      Dear Madam/Sir,

                                      With reference to your advertisement in the website I had shown interest to buy water purifier. After 3-4 days Shri. Prakash Shinde came to my house and after satisfying with the product I have given him a cheque bearing No. 400659 dated 20.05.09 for Rs. 9590/- (and the cheque has already been encashed) for Gold Nova Water Purifier. Shri Shinde then assured me that the product will be installed on 21.05.09. But upto 23.05.09 nothing had happened. On 24.05.09 I had to go to my home town for vacation, the same was conveyed to Shri. Shinde and Shri. Sagar. They have agreed to install the same when I return from vacation. I have returned to Mumbai on 19.06.09 and since then I have contacted your office on telephone No.25256981, Shri. Prakash Shinde on his mobile [protected] and Shri. Sagar [protected] innumerable times and on each occasion I was assured that the same will be installed ''today''. Today morning also I had talked to Shri Sagar and he assured me that the purifier will be installed between 5-6 PM. But no one came. I called him around 6PM and he told me that they are on the way. But till now, no body has come to install the same.

                                      In view of the foregoing, You are requested to take appropriate steps so that the machine is installed without any further delay. In case you are not able to install the payment already made may please be refunded.

                                      It is very regrettable that a corporate office like yours are treating your customers in such a bad way.

                                        I had purchased a water filter from M/s Eureka Forbes and the machine is under AMC. I had lodged a request for service on 19.09.2012, which has not been attended to this momnet. The acknowledgement no is [protected]. I called up the help line number 7 times and and was always assured that the technician would be reaching me the same day. Today is the 13th day and the complaint remains a complaint. I talked to a Senior Executive at the call centre, who identified himself as Mr. Swamy, and was assured that the complaint would certainly be resolved by Saturday evening. Today is monday and it is 6. p.m and till now no technician has contacted me.

                                        I regret having purchased the products of this company. I intend to enforce my right under the AMC. I reserve my rights to legally enforce my rights unless the complaint is resolved in 24 hours.
