I have started re-using Pure-it which i put it on the loft after buying Aquaguard Reviva. Now i am using it by just replacing germ kill set costing Rs400/. If Aquaguard is willing to challenge the credibility of Pure-it, I am willing to send it to Hindustan Unilever to re- challenge Aquaguard Reviva Claim.

1, I thank Saravanan who sent his technician Shajhi to check
2, He checked and said all filters has to be changed
3,And the cost was 3600
4, alternatively i have to go in for AMC WHICH 4600/ PER ANNUM
5, understand from technician that filters life is only for one year if you use it govenment supplied water ( metro water). If this is the case the Sales person whilst selling should say so. He says if it is a bore water filter life is longer.
6, Please note using pumping bore water from 100 ft is huge electrical consumption and any house owner is bound to use it only when there is water shortage

CONSUMERS PLEASE NOTE THE REURRING COST FOR HAVING INVESTED, PLEASE THINK ABOUT THIS BEFORE U BUY. ATLEAST THE COMPANY SHOULD GIVE 3 YRS UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY FOR AN INVESTMENT OF 12000/ PLEASE NOTE FOR 400/ BEING RECURRING COST MONTH AFTER ONE CAN BUY 13 CANS OF BRANDED DRINKING WATER COSTING RS 30/ PER 20 LTR.

Sir
1, I was having an Old Aquaguard and one Mr P. Ashok bearing the number [protected] was requesting for us to try the new model- AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO -REVIVA
2, We after few months agreed to replace to new one and paId an advance of Rs1000/ vide reciept no 045465 dated 6.5.11 signed by P. Ashok.
3, After 10 days the machine was sent by courier and it was instatlled and balance Rs 9000/ and odd was taken in cash with a promise that the bill will be couriered by one month. We are yet to recieve the bill and todays date is 5.7.2011.
4,About a week back we called Eureka technician and given a complaint, he said irrespective of new or old machine he will charge Rs 250/ for one visit. On the contrary Ashok and others who installed said that the machine will not give problems for 3years and in case there is a problem Ashok agreed to set it right.
5, Now month after month, I am forced to call the service technician, to clean the filter, since this Reviva is not able to pump the water after filter is choked.
6,Now when I asked the officials, they say that if it is “ Metro Water” it will happen and if it is Bore water this problem will not be there. This was not told while selling the Water Purifier
7, Please be informed Bore water is 160 ft below and every time I use it fully , my powercharges will be high , and since metro water is available in plenty it is being used.
8,Further Reviva is able to change the water taste to better, so we went for it.
9,Now when I asked the technician, why during selling you did not inform that it works better for bore water only, he gives me a solution to go for latest old aquaguard which will give clean water, but no change in taste, and I can exchange after consulting the Manager with minimum cost. Such a irresponsible suggestion, is given to a customer just after 5 months after purchase.
10, Now the filter is clogged and I called Mr Saravanan, who is a technician chief( absolutely who does not care for customer service) whose mobile number is [protected]. I requested I will stay back in the house on 20th Oct, he can send his technician and teach me the cleaning of filter. He agreed but never responded.
11, After few hours I tried his mobile, may be 20 times, he refuses to attend to the call. What a pathetic personality, Eureka forbes has appointed for customer service.
12,Out of Desperation, I sent the following text of message to Saravanasn and others “ Sarvanan – Despite my speaking and ur promise, u seem to conveniently avoiding my phone. Now I hv no option but to handle this issue thru GOOGLE CONSUMER FORUM.
13,Saravanan was not bothered about Google Consumer Forum, since he is Greater than Google. It is shameful and discredit to have such employees by Eureka.
14, I copied the above text, Arun [protected] , Ashok [protected], Ashok [protected], Karthik [protected], Senthil -[protected], Sekar -[protected]
15, None of them responded except Sekar, who promptly asked my address and said he has not got instructions from his service engineer and he cannot come.

I APPEAL TO ALL CUSTOMERS THAT PLEASE DO NOT TRUST AFTER SALES SERVICE OF EUREKA FORBES, THEY WILL SELL AND FORGET CUSTOMERS OR THEY WILL BE KEEN IN CHARGING FEES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I STRONGLY FEEL SUCH ATTITUDE FROM THE COMPANY IS BAD AND THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THE COMPANY CANNOT GET REVENUE AND EVEN SARAVANAN CANNOT GET HIS SALARY.
PLEASE DO NOT BELIVE REVIVA , THEY SAY IT DOES NOT WORK ON METRO/ CORPORATION/ MUNICIPAL WATER. EVERY MONTH YOU ARE FORCED TO CALL TECHNICIAN TO CLEAN THE FILTER. YOUR WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR, AFTER THAT EVERY MONTH YOU HAVE TO PAY SERVICE CHARGES.
Think before you pay your Rs 10000/ for this product. My experience has been pathetic with this Product.

Yes you are absolutely right. Even it is a bore water the Aqua guards efficiency is only up to 800 PPM/TDS i.e., the total dissolved salts should not be more than 800mg/ltr. In metro water the chlorine content will be higher than the compatible level of the reverse osmosis membrane. As a wholesaler of the same industry I can assure one thing they can give you an unconditional warranty of 36 months for that cost paid by you.

Performance continues to be similiar to what Ramanathan said and i regret having spent Rs12000/ on reviva. I think they must give 36 months unconditional warranty

I Fort tech — Poor performance

We run a software company in Cochin named I fort tech. Its very important for us about our connection and very much concerned about its speed and constant connection without a fail. For that we took Tata Indicom broadband connection o[censored]nlimited download. The officers assured us that they will supply a constant connection and speed. After 2 or 3 days the problems started as connection going on. We called the customer care service many times and no response from their side rather than saying their technicians are on their way to your office. Right now we are not getting the connection. And it had been a daily routine for us to call customer service and record our complaints and getting sure that problem will be fixed soon. We are fed up with this so we searched the number of area manager and we found Ashwin V as the area manger in Cochin. We called him and recorded our complaint. But the result was same. Right now he is not at all picking up his phone. Is this the way of behaving to the customers. So please take this as a serious issue and fix the problems.

I have purchaged one Aquaguard- Reviva on march 2011, within two month the TAB brokon and i called them more than 30 times they didnt respond, personally i went to chengelpet office and purchged paying the amount and fixed myself.

till date no one come to my house and repare the same.



the wrost service provided by them.

Dont trust them they are yet to resolve and convenient platform they say is this product is not good metro / corporation water and works only for bore water. they sell at 12000/ and ask for annual warranty amt around Rs4000/ and i see it as great earning.

My reviva continues to be a show piece in my kitchen

    We have a service contract with Aquaguard and the machine has stopped working a month ago.
    We raised a complaint immediately.
    The company employees come and test the machine and then leave without any comment. We have faced a lot of trouble because of this. Its rainy season and inspite of owning a water purifies we have to drink tap water directly. My complaint number is 87310642.

    What is the point of engaging in service contracts if you dont want to give service?
    Who is responsible if any of my family member falls sick because of consuming unpurified water?

    I am very unhappy and disappointed by your service - Eureka forbes...
    If my problem is not fixed soon be sure that this will create a very bad word of mouth publicity.. you can be sure of it.

    Aquaguard - Eureka Forbes — Struggling with Customer Service

    I have an annaul service contract with Eureka Forbes for Aquaguard service and despite that I have been struggling to get my aquaguard fixed for last 3 weeks. Response from customer service has been pathetic and I would like to file a complaint in consumer court.

    I’m Porko, residing in the suburban of Chennai.
    One of Aquaguard’s sales representative named Mr.Murugan (Emp ID: 9044673) approached us and we are satisfied with the product and purchased an “Aquaguard total Enhance” on October 8th,2011, from your shop located in No: 38, 1st floor, GST Road, Nandhivaram Village, Guduvanchery, Chennai – 603202.
    At the time of purchase, your sales representative promised as they will be testing the standard of the purified water and will provide a cover for the product as a free gift (Which is not part of the product package). The device is installed the next week and till I’m calling them for the test and cover and there is no proper response. It is more than 3 months and till now, I had made up to 25 calls on a regular basis.
    We really appreciate the initiative by giving free gifts, but if they are not able to provide it, why can’t they avoid such “FAKE PROMISES”, which totally make the trust curve down on Aqua products to recommend the same to others.

      I would like to inform u that three to four times i have complaint. One of them has visited my place all the time but could not make it in proper condition still not working. So could u replace it as per your commitment as my filter is in warranty period.Even my complaint is like a funny thing.Even the person who is coming dont know any thing and dont know how to talk.So give him a lesson how to behave with the customer.

        Sir,
        I have an annual rate contract for my Aquagaurd i. water purifier vide bill no [protected] dated 27.08.2011 from your dealer shreenath aqua services.For past ten days i am complaining of nonworking of the machine but the dealer has become deaf and dumb. Inspite of repeated request neither service centre nor Mr sanjay Jaiswal the group dealer is in position to give the time period of repair of machine which is very ridiculous.
        If Eureka can not give service nthan they should refund the annual rate contract and GOODBYE TO bogus Eureka.
        Kindly refund the ARC or let me know the outcome of my complaint.

          I bought one Aqua Guard Water Purifier 2 years before. After Warranry I entered in to AMC which was exist up to Feb-2013. My Purifier does not pouring water properly. I logged a complaint on Last Tuesday(24.07.2012) complaint No:67556539, being holy month for us I requested them to attend immediately, but they confirmed to attend only next day, I said OK. Till last Friday nobody attended the call. When I followed up they are asking me, why not attended, and no proper response. Then Friday (27.07.12) again when I contacted I spoke with one Ms. Divya, she said sorry and promised to send the service guy on same day and provided one more complaint No:87352135. Till today nobody attended. Today just half an hour before I again contacted and spoke with one Mr. Shanmugam, I explained the problems, even this gentleman man also provided one complaint No:67647144 and promised to attended the call. I pray atleast today my problem get resolved. Even after paying huge money for AMC I paying money daily atleast Rs.100/- for water for regular use.

          Earlier when I had a problem, Eureka use to attend the call very next day iteself. But this is the first time I am facing serious problem with them, when ever I use to call 39883333 every time some different person speaks and give confirmations and complaint numbers. But all false commitments.
          A company like Eureka Forbes which we thnik as one of the family member whould not behave like this. I am really unhappy.

          AQUAGUARD EUREKA FORBES — no installation after one week

          I purchased the aquagaurd from home town on 12th of october from home town.The delivered it on 15th but did not send any body to install it for one week inspite of reminders.
          No body is picking up the phone.The customer care number keeps in waiting fro tens of miniutes and never connects.
          Please be care ful do not by any product just be big name these are organised cheaters
          I have entered into "A.M.C"agreement with M/s Eureka Forbes on 23.08.2008 for a period of 2 years.
          But the Machine has develped some defects and Technicians are coming freequently on receipt of my complaint but no fruitful action has ben taken till date to repair the machine at the optimum perforence level . As a consequence of this, the machine again becomes defunct and the Technician comes to do some repair works and the maching again becomes defunct next day.

          Yesterday, When I requested one of your service personnel, I became really surprised to know his attitude & gesture towards redressal of my grievence in respect of repairing teh said machine.

          Hence, I am compelled to lodge complain with a hope of resolving the issue.

          AquaGuard — service not being attended

          we have purchased the water purifier from a dealer eureka forbes and the company
          we have made a seervice contract till date we have not been attended by you, we have called up to ur engineer till date he has not attended, kindly suggest what to do
          the worst service in my life is by eureka forbes.they have a very bad behavior towards customers.the marketting agents did not respond to us after we called 4-5 times for servising of our product.it is a shame on eureka forbe's part.take necessary actions.

          Aquaguard Water Purifier — Not attending AMC

          I have done my service contract for the two years i.e. period from 23/06/08 to 21/06/10. with your Authrised Service Centre Dibrugarh (Dilip Singh Yadav) vide contract receipt No[protected] on 22nd June.08.
          It's been more than a year no one has come to do the service of the said mechine. In this regard I had intimated the concerned person over phone but no action has been taken so far from the service centre.

          An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

            please note that i am an owner of a water purifier aqua guard inova model. I have been using the same for the past 8 years. as i have shifted residence from thane to sion i had asked for reinstallation of the unit. the mechanic has charged me Rs. 825/- citing reasons of a new diiverter and so on.....At the same time he has asked us to take up an amc otherwise there is no guarantee the unit will work.
            The next day of reinstallation the unit has fallen down from the wall (unbelievable!!!!!!). Repeated calls to the service centre has been to no avail.....
            The unit was reinstalled on 11/07/2012. it has fallen down on 12/07/2012.
            The receipt no. for reinstallation charges is 16000245.
            The franchise is dattatray services , dadar east. please look into the matter.

            Aquaguard INOVA — No after sales service/attendance to complaints

            I am a eureka forbes-aquaguard inova owner. I have asked the helpline 39883333 to dismantle from my rented house and reinstall at another residence and they have issued number as SH-26/5 and SH26/7. After 10 days also there is no response and when i am calling helpline they are replying they will send the person immediately. but- they does not know the meaning of "immediately" and even on 6thNovember it is unattended and we are paying heavily on rent since october 31st, 2007. On calling the service office in SanjayNagar, on No:[protected],[protected], One mr.Chalres is misbehaving totally and they are not responding properly. They are putting the telephone line on and keep asking so many questions and unnecessariy wasting time and money on phone calls. the help line is giving same reply throughout as we will attend today - but nobody bothers to attend to this. As both family members are working and I have taken leave (that also non-pay leave) sitting at home to transfer this, it is really painfull act on eureka forbes to neglect customer calls. Added to this is every morning at least 5-6 people come and knock our doors and disturbs in the busy morning hours asking whether we have eureka forbes products in our house. It is sad that Eureka forbes have time to spend on canvassing but no person is avilable for after sales attending. having purchased this product by mistake, i regret for keeping any product in my house and hence forth i would be canvassing/publicing people for the poor co-operation from eureka helpline

              I am sorry to inform you that No Body came to service of the same till date. in connection with that I made a call to Rimi Enterprises but no response was given to me. The ON-OFF switch of my machine is also damage. In previous AMC about one and half years before service executive had connected directly and ON-OFF switch has not been changed till date.

                I would like to exhibit my worst experience with aqua guard water purifier service people in vela cherry, Chennai. Since 2007, I am using TOTAL RO machine and also AMC.Last month, we moved from adambakkam to vela cherry, Chennai and paid 350 for re-installation at new location.Once, we gone through the AMC documents and found missed one service. We registered the request at their call centre and committed with 24 hrs service ppl will attend. We waited too long and made so many calls eventually they did the service and extended our AMC, and they changed all the filters. The next day there was a water leakage in External filter. Again the same procedure registered and follow ups.After one week, the technician came and arrested the leak in external filter.(The way guy worked ,understood lack of experience and training).After 3 days we got a problem in water filtration again repeat the same steps. Finally, we got a solution and heard there is no direct service from aqua guard; it’s totally outsourced with third rated companies. When we bought that machine 2007 the salesperson given so many commitments over service after sales.

                    - 4 weeks, Detox air purifier NOT yet fixed
                    - Made 15-20 calls made so far
                    - Sometimes calls on mobile not picked up
                    - Typical answer I get is waiting for parts.
                    - Why purifier is not working is still NOT identified. It will take additional time to fix after cause is identified.

                    Event Log:
                    - Logged complaint 4 weeks back. Customer service had hard time to understand that there is Air purifier as they are familiar with Aquagaurd. Specificially mentioned that its for purifying air & model is Detox.
                    - Service representative visited in couple of days. He didn't know about air purifier. So he went back & asked to contact charkop, Kandivali (West) office at[protected].
                    - Then I called charkop, Kandivali (W) at[protected] and told that its a air purifier, they said someone will visit. No one came for few days.
                    - Again called charkop, Kandivali (W) at[protected] and they gave me number of technician and ASKED ME to call
                    - Technician's number was ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF. Spent 2 days & serveral failed attempts
                    - Again called charkop, Kandivali (W) at[protected] and they gave me number of 2 technicians and ASKED ME to call
                    - One of the technician aggred to come after couple of days
                    - Technicain visited but DID NOT have allen-key type screw driver to open purifier. He said, he needs to get approval & then can buy it. Meanwhile he said he will also order parts.
                    - By last week week he should have visited & fixed it...but NO RESPONSE YET.

                    Questions:
                    - Why it takes so much time get parts? By courier you can get parts in 1 days or maxumum 2 days anywhere in India.
                    When hard disk of my laptop failed, I got replacement hard disk couriered to me next day and techinicain replaced it day after. So within 2 days problem got solved.
                    - Why I have to keep calling technicians? Why there is NO proactive call from Eureka Forbes?
                    - What happened to 48 hours deadline to fix the issue?
                    - How Eureka Forbes is going to compensate for time I have spent, trauma caused?
                    - How Eureka Forbes is going to compensate for sickness caused as purifier is not working?

                    same situation for me. My DETOX stoped working for a year ago. Following with them. every time they promissed to to attend within 24 hrs. but nothing happened. tired of this eurekha forbes. Very worst service.
                    I too have a similar experience with Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner and detox purifier.
                    Extremely bad service response. They behave as if the product is not theirs.
                    Never attending phone calls. After calling for five long days somebody attended the call and told me that the Euroair detox is not a product of eureka Forbes. Not replying back. I never had this experience with any other company. If there is a delay in service, then it is bad but OK .But what if there is no service at all?

                    Once you have a defective product, it is all yours to keep. Forget about it and buy another one. I sometimes wonder if the company is run by some bogus street vendors who wants to sell off some left over products and be done with it.
                    I have had the same experience. DISGUSTING!!!

                    I implore everyone to NEVER NEVR NEVER buy Eureka Forbes products again.

                      It is to inform you that i got aquasure crystal water purifier installed on 17th december 2011..in last 7 mnths nobody from aquasure turned up for service which they promise while buying it that they will do it 3 times in first year for free of charge...i have been calling them since 4th july 'n' number of times..everytime they apologize,talked sweetly but with no effect..i dont know what is the matter from ther end...

                        Sir, I have registered complaint at Sarthak Enterprise( Agent of Eureka Forbes), Lakshami Nagar for rectification of aqua guard . No one has turned up even after spoken to engineer and Sarthak Enterprise number of times. I have a very bitter experiance earlier with Sarthak enterprise since no proper attention is being paid.
                        After chasing with Sarthak Enterprise for three days, there engineer visited on 15/11/2011 and replaced the candle and carbon as per the contract. I am sorry to state that the candle replaced earlier was found duplicate since told by engineer . What is this? Can we expect such thing from the company like Eurekaforbes. Carbon tube was also damaged and the cristles of carbon had also cholked up the pipe of water supply. I had enter into AMC for two years. However it is wonderful that three candles and three carbon have been replaced in one year. This is a poor show of Eurekaforbes since the duplicate material are being supplied. Accordingly, the candles and carbon are being changed.Earlier technician of Sarthak Enterprise had changed the candles prior to that.This was required to be checked up.
                        Further, M/s Sarthak Enterprise is also very hopeless, This agengy never give feed back. I requested Eurekaforbes to make available the candles and carbon for the year 2012 without charging in lieu of duplicate candles replaced earlier. But no action is taken.
                        Due to poor handling by technicians, the machine is not giving good result. Secondly, UV Lamp is also to be replaced since it has completed 5000 burning hours in six years. Any UV lamp looses its intensity after completion of 5000 burning hours as per the manual/ specification. Looking to that, it was requested to change the lamp, but no action taken till date. This is however a poor dealings of Eureka forbes.

                        I had purchased the Aquasure UV sleek model on 28 Nov 2010. it was installed in day or two after my purchase. but since then there was problem with appliance. i had lodged the complaint for service on 3 dec 2010 with complaint no 84011577, I was assured that representative will visit me in 24 hrs, but till 20 dec 2010 nobody turned up to check, even i was assured everytime that they will send concerned person innext 24 hrs. Again on 20 Dec i got new complaint no 84059696 but till 23 Dec 2010 also i had noe got my complaint rectified.
                        I think the company is making fool of customers like us.

                        Sir, Thank you Eureka Forbes Team. I am disappointed with the action taken by the company as the technician had brought the used UV bulb.This is a hopeless story, the company like Eureka Forbes has no UV bulb in stock. I discussed the matter with the company executive and failed to understand that New bulb is being transportated from Bangalore and it would take time to replace.
                        Eureka Forbes is a hopeless company. I will never recommend any one to buy its product which has no standard. Very poor service and dealings.

                          I had purchased a water purifier of Eureca Forbes - Aquaguard Protec Plus RO from the authoriaed dealer Mr. Khande last year.. There are various problems like entering ants or insects in the tank even though the top is fitted tightly.. The water tap is leaking frequently... Even though free services are offerred by company, not a single servicing is done.. Various requests has been done in this regard, but till date no one had approached to my home for the same..
                          Due to the problems stated above, the water gets contaminated and caused disease to me & my family... This is due to carelessness of company towards customer care... So, the medical expenses worth Ra. 20,000/- and mental harrashment may be please reimbursed from the companyy

                            I registered a complaint for the maintenance of Aqua Reviva purifier a week back (16th july 2012 complaint no.[protected]. Even after repeated follow up, no service personnel has ever turned up till date. They always insist in renewing the AMC for which they do nothing useful. I really regret for choosing the product of Eureka Forbes and will try to sue the company for the loss incurred like purchasing packaged water and for causing discomfort. If it is not repaired within 24hrs, I will start recording the criticisms in the Face Book.

                                  With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have purchased a water purifier from company Eureka Forbes Ltd. and the machine name is Aquaguard Total RO Protect+ on 26th January, 2011. (Application no.- 015644). From primary stage onwards, I received a very poor service, the technician were not competent. However, after 1 year a person named Haradhan Dey from M/S Paul Enterprises (Franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd.) came for Service Contract and the contract amount is 7250/=, which is abnormally high (more than half of the machine amount). They provided me customer code as [protected], Contract Receipt No.-10 and Application No.[protected]. Few months back, I have lodged a complaint for some problem in the machine’s tap, one technician came, but does not provide a remedy for the same. I therefore once again lodged a complaint, but no technician came, I further reminded them but till date no one came to rectify the problem in the machine tap. They are charging such a huge amount of money for the contract and in return providing such a poor and humiliating service to customer. I therefore would like to request you to do something so that consumer / customer in future time are not deprived like what I faced regarding aforesaid matter.

                                    I have taken one Nano RO water purifier and since 3rd July I am facing an issue with the purifier. I raised a Service Request # 67285966 with the Customer Care department on 3rd July. The service man said that there is a problem with the Membrane of the filter. I had been told that faulty membrane will be replaced within 2 days but till date that has not been replaced. I have been following it up with the Customer Care Executives every day and I am being told the same thing every time that “this case is already escalated and will be resolved today”.

                                    I remember I had a talk with Hari Krishnan twice and Pratap once and few other lady executives too on this case. They all promised that it will be resolved on the same day I had called. I am pretty much disappointed by the false promises kept by the Customer Care Executives.

                                    Why is it that no action been taken for my case? Till date I have to buy water from outside. The purifier has a warranty of 12 months on the Membrane and is still under warranty but it is not replaced by the Service team. I am frustrated to call everyday to get this resolved. Can this matter be escalated immediately?

                                    my complaint no 67805728.the service man visited and informed that the filter should be changed.he informed that right now he is not having 25 litres capacity and informed that within two days he will replace. it is already 8 days he has not turned up.

                                      This is with regards to me recently buying an Aquaguard for my new house. I purchased a new aquaguard model Aquaguard Enhanced on July 8th. The Salesman promised that the Aquaguard would be delivered and Fitted on Monday July 9th. The contact number provided by the Salesman was of Dharmendra and mob no. +[protected]. I tried calling him on his mobile. The mobile number keeps rininging but never gets picked up. This is always the situation with this mobile number. finally I gave up and tried calling on the Aquaguard number on their website[protected]. They mentioned to me that product would be delivered by them the same evening without fail. Then Mr. Dharmendra called me and assured me that it would be delviered the same day evening. Just because of this we had to cancel all our plans and wait for them to arrive. We have had to do this the entier week and cannot make any plans for the day since they keep mentioning that they will be delivering it today when you raise the complaint.
                                      When I started talking to my colleagues in the office about aquaguard. They have all mentioned the same thing. The Absolute pathetic service they are being provided by aquaguard and are just waiting for their machines to die out and move to another vendor probably pureit or kent. I myself have used been an Aquaguard user for many years now and have experienced their do not care attitude once you have signed their Annual maintainence contract.
                                      I hope aquaguard pays saome attention to the millions of customers who are experiencing these difficulties with their products.

                                        I have the water purifier of eurekaforbes( aquaguard total reviva). It was installed in the date 11/7/12 at 3.00pm but after filling the tank it was leaking. I registered the complaint(no.[protected] of machine but till now problem is not solved.

                                        I want to replace this machine otherwise I want to refund my money.

                                        My experience is that eurekaforbes is not good company.
