Sir, I have registered complaint at Sarthak Enterprise( Agent of Eureka Forbes), Lakshami Nagar for rectification of aqua guard . No one has turned up even after spoken to engineer and Sarthak Enterprise number of times. I have a very bitter experiance earlier with Sarthak enterprise since no proper attention is being paid.
After chasing with Sarthak Enterprise for three days, there engineer visited on 15/11/2011 and replaced the candle and carbon as per the contract. I am sorry to state that the candle replaced earlier was found duplicate since told by engineer . What is this? Can we expect such thing from the company like Eurekaforbes. Carbon tube was also damaged and the cristles of carbon had also cholked up the pipe of water supply. I had enter into AMC for two years. However it is wonderful that three candles and three carbon have been replaced in one year. This is a poor show of Eurekaforbes since the duplicate material are being supplied. Accordingly, the candles and carbon are being changed.Earlier technician of Sarthak Enterprise had changed the candles prior to that.This was required to be checked up.
Further, M/s Sarthak Enterprise is also very hopeless, This agengy never give feed back. I requested Eurekaforbes to make available the candles and carbon for the year 2012 without charging in lieu of duplicate candles replaced earlier. But no action is taken.
Due to poor handling by technicians, the machine is not giving good result. Secondly, UV Lamp is also to be replaced since it has completed 5000 burning hours in six years. Any UV lamp looses its intensity after completion of 5000 burning hours as per the manual/ specification. Looking to that, it was requested to change the lamp, but no action taken till date. This is however a poor dealings of Eureka forbes.

Eureka Forbes — hopeless service

I had purchased the Aquasure UV sleek model on 28 Nov 2010. it was installed in day or two after my purchase. but since then there was problem with appliance. i had lodged the complaint for service on 3 dec 2010 with complaint no 84011577, I was assured that representative will visit me in 24 hrs, but till 20 dec 2010 nobody turned up to check, even i was assured everytime that they will send concerned person innext 24 hrs. Again on 20 Dec i got new complaint no 84059696 but till 23 Dec 2010 also i had noe got my complaint rectified.
I think the company is making fool of customers like us.
Please take some action against the comapny or concerned authorities.

Sir, Thank you Eureka Forbes Team. I am disappointed with the action taken by the company as the technician had brought the used UV bulb.This is a hopeless story, the company like Eureka Forbes has no UV bulb in stock. I discussed the matter with the company executive and failed to understand that New bulb is being transportated from Bangalore and it would take time to replace.
Eureka Forbes is a hopeless company. I will never recommend any one to buy its product which has no standard. Very poor service and dealings.

    I had purchased a water purifier of Eureca Forbes - Aquaguard Protec Plus RO from the authoriaed dealer Mr. Khande last year.. There are various problems like entering ants or insects in the tank even though the top is fitted tightly.. The water tap is leaking frequently... Even though free services are offerred by company, not a single servicing is done.. Various requests has been done in this regard, but till date no one had approached to my home for the same..
    Due to the problems stated above, the water gets contaminated and caused disease to me & my family... This is due to carelessness of company towards customer care... So, the medical expenses worth Ra. 20,000/- and mental harrashment may be please reimbursed from the companyy

      I registered a complaint for the maintenance of Aqua Reviva purifier a week back (16th july 2012 complaint no.[protected]. Even after repeated follow up, no service personnel has ever turned up till date. They always insist in renewing the AMC for which they do nothing useful. I really regret for choosing the product of Eureka Forbes and will try to sue the company for the loss incurred like purchasing packaged water and for causing discomfort. If it is not repaired within 24hrs, I will start recording the criticisms in the Face Book.

            With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have purchased a water purifier from company Eureka Forbes Ltd. and the machine name is Aquaguard Total RO Protect+ on 26th January, 2011. (Application no.- 015644). From primary stage onwards, I received a very poor service, the technician were not competent. However, after 1 year a person named Haradhan Dey from M/S Paul Enterprises (Franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd.) came for Service Contract and the contract amount is 7250/=, which is abnormally high (more than half of the machine amount). They provided me customer code as [protected], Contract Receipt No.-10 and Application No.[protected]. Few months back, I have lodged a complaint for some problem in the machine’s tap, one technician came, but does not provide a remedy for the same. I therefore once again lodged a complaint, but no technician came, I further reminded them but till date no one came to rectify the problem in the machine tap. They are charging such a huge amount of money for the contract and in return providing such a poor and humiliating service to customer. I therefore would like to request you to do something so that consumer / customer in future time are not deprived like what I faced regarding aforesaid matter.

              I have taken one Nano RO water purifier and since 3rd July I am facing an issue with the purifier. I raised a Service Request # 67285966 with the Customer Care department on 3rd July. The service man said that there is a problem with the Membrane of the filter. I had been told that faulty membrane will be replaced within 2 days but till date that has not been replaced. I have been following it up with the Customer Care Executives every day and I am being told the same thing every time that “this case is already escalated and will be resolved today”.

              I remember I had a talk with Hari Krishnan twice and Pratap once and few other lady executives too on this case. They all promised that it will be resolved on the same day I had called. I am pretty much disappointed by the false promises kept by the Customer Care Executives.

              Why is it that no action been taken for my case? Till date I have to buy water from outside. The purifier has a warranty of 12 months on the Membrane and is still under warranty but it is not replaced by the Service team. I am frustrated to call everyday to get this resolved. Can this matter be escalated immediately?

              my complaint no 67805728.the service man visited and informed that the filter should be changed.he informed that right now he is not having 25 litres capacity and informed that within two days he will replace. it is already 8 days he has not turned up.

                This is with regards to me recently buying an Aquaguard for my new house. I purchased a new aquaguard model Aquaguard Enhanced on July 8th. The Salesman promised that the Aquaguard would be delivered and Fitted on Monday July 9th. The contact number provided by the Salesman was of Dharmendra and mob no. +[protected]. I tried calling him on his mobile. The mobile number keeps rininging but never gets picked up. This is always the situation with this mobile number. finally I gave up and tried calling on the Aquaguard number on their website[protected]. They mentioned to me that product would be delivered by them the same evening without fail. Then Mr. Dharmendra called me and assured me that it would be delviered the same day evening. Just because of this we had to cancel all our plans and wait for them to arrive. We have had to do this the entier week and cannot make any plans for the day since they keep mentioning that they will be delivering it today when you raise the complaint.
                When I started talking to my colleagues in the office about aquaguard. They have all mentioned the same thing. The Absolute pathetic service they are being provided by aquaguard and are just waiting for their machines to die out and move to another vendor probably pureit or kent. I myself have used been an Aquaguard user for many years now and have experienced their do not care attitude once you have signed their Annual maintainence contract.
                I hope aquaguard pays saome attention to the millions of customers who are experiencing these difficulties with their products.

                  I want to replace this machine otherwise I want to refund my money.

                  My experience is that eurekaforbes is not good company.

                    Friends trouble shooting with Eurekaforbs products/ Aqua Guard Reviva : I have purchased an Aqua Guard water filter, model Reviva, manufactured and marketed by Eurekaforbs. At the time of sale, I was told that there shall be quarterly service for the product. After one and half year the service personnel first time called on our house yesterday in pursuance to my request for service and advising us to change the nab & filters. The cost of spares (filters) and service charges would again cost us approx Rs.5000/- as per service personnel. Now, the thing is (i) how can accessories cost more than 50% of the instrument? (ii) if the Company is marketing a best product in its category, how come this trouble shooting within one and half year period o[censored]sage?

                    The Companny should address these issues, in case they want to be in the market for longer periods and they respect customer feelings.

                      i have bought an aqua sure sure boil 18 ltr set . and its catridge need to be changed every four months . but for the past one month we are searching for the catriges and i am not able to get it. if i complain to their company . they say they would deliver it to our house . but rs 100 shipping charges. do we need such unwanted expenses . i am fed up with their service in this busy marketing chennai. i need a solution and i am not ready to pay shipping charges . i am ready to pay its cost alone....

                        I purchased the purifier - Aqua guard Total Enhance - D[protected] on[protected] .On the day of installation itself the unit was leaking.later the service person came and replaced something and the leak was over temporally.On the very next day itself the unit started leaking from every sides.As i reported this to the sales head Mr.Padma Kumar R his response was like "Leak, so what i will send the the service person" his way of reaction itself gave an impression that it is a common issue.So i demanded a replacement of the unit and even the replaced unit was leaking on installation - D[protected].I seriously told him to check what really is the exact reason for this.He was not only reluctant on this and even shouted at me for this.Now yesterday the unit again went leaking.our whole kitchen was floded as we were not at home.It was lucky that no short circuit occured due to this.On informing the condition to Mr.Padma kumar ,he responded the same way and said that the service person will come today[protected].but nobody turned up.On calling him today his reply was he is on leave and if i want i can take up the case by my own.This is the case of a customer who paid Rs.13990/- on[protected] it is hardly 13 days i purchased your new product and i had to face this much in between .Now please inform what should i do ?How can i react to the indifferent behavior of the team lead Mr.Padma Kumar? What should i do with the fully leaking purifier which is already replaced once and serviced four times in 13 days ?????

                          I, Hemant S. Sapre residing at Flat No. 401, Tirthraj Apartments, Vasna Road, Vadodara has bought Aquasure W/P storage UV from Sales Corner (Baroda) Pvt. Ltd., Radha Daya Complex, Manisha 4 Rasta, Old Padra Road, Vadodara on 3rd June 2012.

                          The original Aquasure was immediately replaced as it was not working and the one which we continued to use for last 1 month was giving teething troubles throughtout

                          I had given complaint to Aquasure on 6 th July regarding the Problem of the light and empty tank indication even though the water tank is fully filled. Mr. Firoz from the company came and attended the problem and requested me to change the unit if possible as the spare parts are not available so easily as the product is no more in the market because of no production.

                          I went to Sales Corner and requested them to change the product as it was in warranty period. But they are not ready to exchange the product even though I have the the original bill and warranty card as I don't have the carton box of the product in which I brought the product home.

                            I have the Eureka Forbes - Infinity Water purifier purchased some time in 2009.
                            Last year in 2011 one person from Eureka Forbes visited us and convinced us to sign for a 3 year AMC for an amount more than Rs.3000 and promised that their service engineer will visit us every quarter in the year for the maintenance.
                            But it is been more than a year since the AMC was signed, no one have shown the courtesy of visiting our premises for the maintenance.
                            We have made several calls to the Eureka Forbes Contact Center, but still no action is been taken.
                            This is the kind of pathetic service we have received after paying for the AMC.
                            Hope the concerned will take action asap.

                              I'm Mohan from Chennai([protected]). I'm writing this complaint out of high frustration. I purchased the Aquaguard Enhance RO purifier nine months ago. Till now, there had been issues with machine, there had been services happening many a times. Even now the machine is not working, Every month the machine stops working and I have to run behind the customer care and service engineers. Service and Customer Care: The worst part of entire world. They never respond to our queries, atlast I happen to get one service engineer number. His name is Sathish([protected]), this person doesn't have any insight of machine, he had actually spoiled the machine. Now he is telling that that filters would have been damaged and I need to pay for the filters, even within the warranty period. If someone, is not responding to my complaint. I have decided to take this up to the consumer court for cheating us in giving a faulty product and with improper service technician.

                                  Euro-jet Vacuum cleaner is under AMC till 2013 and the complaint was registered with Eureka help line on the 28th June. There has been no response to come and service the product. Second call was made on the 2nd July to remind the complaint registered. The complaint ID given was 87161534. The service centre nearby my house Sai Hydropure does not have any concern post collection of the AMC amount. There has been poor and careless response when I had spoken to them regarding the service.

                                        I purchased a Eureka - Aquaguard Duo water filter on Jan 31st 2012. I was promised that a nearby franchise would be attending issues (if any) faced after sales. Right from day 1 am facing problems. Spent 16k+ for this product and had to be without water for 36 hrs. Eureka taught me how to spend money for this product and buy mineral water for 36 hrs to survive. Filter wasn't working for 36 hrs and when i placed a compliant again on the 3rd day, filter started working and from day 4 there was a water leakage problem - initially the leakage was 1 drop... then gradually, it increased to 5-6- i suspected there was some leakage at the bottom of the filter and i was managing for sometime by keeping utensils beneath the wall mounted filter (triple filteration :-) ). recently, i launched a compliant and all the customer care always promise that they would pass on the voice complaint to their superior and it would be addressed.. but so far nothing has happened. they've turned deaf ears to all my complaints...am still facing the same issue... Complaint # 67040899. iwould like to take this to consumer court. can someone guide me to the process
