We have taken Service contract for our Aqua guard i nova total water purifier for the period of 13/09/2011 to 12/09/2013 from Payal services of Eureka Forbes.Service contact includes service of water purifier at 6 months interval & filter change at the end of 1 year. But after 9 months of completion of service contract,they have not provided service which has to be provided by them after 6 month of contract.I am calling to Payal services every day since last one week but they are not sending their service engineer for service And every time tells that our address is not under their route.
so I request you to take proper action against them.

    I purchased new Aquaguard classic model last monday on 18/06/2012. they installed on 20/6/2011 but when i start aquaguard no water comes out but red light blinking. I register 2 times on Eureka Forbes Contact no. 39883333, but till today they are not coming for proper installation of machine.

    Do you have any online support for this issue or any kind on troubleshoot ??
    Every time your service engineer comes and charge Rs 350, this turns out to be very expensive.

      I have purchased Aquaguard water purifier from Eureka forbes in T.nagar burkit road office on 11.06.2012 by credit card & invoice number -000040 & reference number is[protected]..they told to give unit on 13.06.2012 but they never gave on that day & i called them several times but they didnt response so i went up to there office in T.nagar on 18.06.2012 after one week & they assured me to deliver the unit on next day ...i got it on next day but didnt get installed till this day ...i called them so many times but they didnt response so i mailed one complaint to there email address but they also didnt response & the complaint registration number is 0002112/2012 ..Im very much disspointed from there attitude towards customers & they dont even pick up the call ..So i hope this mail will give sense to respond to custmers...The sales man Mr.vijayakumar [protected],& his senior officer Mr.srinivasan [protected]..

        Hi,
        We ordered for Aquaguard Enhance model on EMI some 1.5 months(10/05/2012) back. From the day we installed there will be problems. Evening time it may stop working and we have to buy mineral water for our drinking purpose.We lodged a lot of complaints but no response. We contacted the sales person, Mr. M.Venkatesh Kumar and he who was very eager to interact with us before we bought, but took no care after we bought the model. Once he visited our home and said would come again to fix the issue but never visited again. Leave it, recently we shifted home and called the RO team again, one person, Mr.Mahendran came and installed it. He got Rs.350 without bill. We asked why we charged and he said for installation its different from servicing. Servicing only free and not installation. Leave it, but why no bill? Myself and my mom argued against this and he said that is the company policy. We demanded a bill vehemently, but he said he doesn't have. My dad who was away then, asked us to collect a letter and provide money. When we asked him to write a letter that he collected money for so and so purpose, you know what he said? 'I don't know to write madam!' 'Whatay!' Before asking for fee he has told my mom that he has passed twelfth standard. So a 12th grad doesn't know to write a letter? Creepy? But, I wrote a letter and got his signature. I don't even know if its his own signature.So what are you upto Aquaguard? You are evading tax or your employee is cheating you? I have posted this query to their Official Presence ID in twitter too. No reply, they seem to reply other queries, but not this. Leave it aside, now again our RO tastes bad! We don't even know if its working. It throws some water, but its sour. We called a week back and as we cannot afford to buy mineral water every day we use that plain water, not knowing if its really hygienic. Now I want to know the answers for the below questions.
        1. Is it because we are paying in EMI you don't care about us? Let us know, we will pay in full.
        2. That unbilled amount is in whose pockets? Employer or employee?
        3. When will we get good water?

        I thought Aquaguard is a good brand and told my parents to go with this instead of a local brand. But now I feel. Atleast the local brand guys will come and check the fault when we call? I still have hopes that my problem will be solved, Aquaguard, please respond!

        It is highly regretted to note that the said unit is completely out of order since 20 days but your agent is not taking any interest in providing the service to run the unit.

            Eureka Forbes - AQUASURE — Water filter problem

            For Eureka Forbes -

            I've purchased an AQUASURE from your dealer Mangalmurti enterprises in Dec 07. It's leaking from the side and the filter is broken.

            There have been 4 service visits so far (each one after 20 follow up calls) but to no avail. The unit still leaks. The sales guy flatly refuses to replace the unit.

            I am writing this feedback in exasperation and not hope. I don't trust your company to do anything for me at all.

            Aztec Auto Limited is a unit of Brakes India Limited – TVS Group Purchased GWPDCNOVA00000 I-Nova (WF cum Purifier) during November 2007. We approached the Customer care for Servicing the Water Filter Cum Purifier vide Call No. 68778 dt 19/03/2008. So far No Service Engineer came for servicing the Purifier. Hence we are not able to use the Purified Drinking water. It will affect the Health of all the employees.

            From the above incidents, it is very clear that the customer’s problems are not taken care by the authorities at your service center.

            Sir, May I have your response on the above subject at the earliest. I feel it is high time that individuals responsible for the above lapses may be dealt with firmly or else, they will spoil the reputation of the company like Eureka Forbes

            sir i have purchased a aquasure storage uv on
            dated-7/4/10.It had worked for few month but after that it had stoped working i have given complain to service center but they are not coming for service .I have complain a week ago but still ther is no response .               I am Kannan Kathirvel from Bangalore. I have ordered for a Aquagaurd Total Reviva online for my house on June 12, 2012 at 4.55PM through online by paying INR 12,490.

              My order was immediately confirmed and I got the transaction / other approval numbers,

              After my payment, NO ONE FROM EUREKA FORBES CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE PRODUCT DELIVERY. Unfortunately I received a call from Eureka Forbes customer care regarding customer satisfaction feedback for the product which was not delivered at all.

              I raised three complaints by calling the helpline 3988 3333 and my complaints were logged, but NO STEPS TAKEN SO FAR.

              Then I logged a complaint online and it waits in Step 1 processing for more then three days without any progress.

              This is the worst customer service I have ever seen so far in India.

                I have purchase Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier "Total Enhance RO" machine in the month of April 2012. I have paid machine charges by cheque to company & my cheque is also clear from bank on 09/04/2012. Now till date I have not received original purchase bill from company. At the time of purchase of Water Purifier company executive told that you will received original bill by courier from head office within 8-10 days. But now its more than 2 months & still I have not received my bill & also I have contacted Nasik office for more than 10 times but still no valuable response from them. Now its really been a mentally harassment for me to get my own bill. Need your urgent help to solve the case.

                  Of course, I cannot solve your problem but want to convey the message to all consumers not to
                  purchase RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purifiers unless they have plenty of precious water to waste.
                  Ask every seller the cost of water that is wasted during RO process?

                    We had purchased 2 detox air purifiers from Eureka Forbes on May 20 2012 - both the machines were delivered to us on 21st May and after delivery we kept calling their office for next 20 days but nobody came to instal them, everyday they kep saying coming today but never turned up, Finally on June 13th the salesman (who had sold the machine) came to install & when he unpacked the machine & installed one of them the fan started making noise, he said there was a loose wire which can be seen from the top & can be corrected by the technician. Finally after 2 days of frantic calls the technician turned up on 15th June & said it was major problem of the armature of the machine. I asked the sales boy Pradeep to replace the machine as it was new machine opened by him & that it was no point for me to get it serviced from the very first day it was opened. But Eureka Forbes nobody seems to be taking care of anything at all. New machine is lying with me & no response from Eureka....
                    I want my machine replaced with perfect machine or my amount refunded immediately. I can imagine the problems i will face in future with Eureka Forbes if ever i have to call them for servicing. The worst ever company EUREKA FORBES

                      Hello,

                      I have raised a service request for resolving the problem of Euro Clean machine last sunday (10th June 2012). I was been infromed that I should get a response in 24 hours. Till 15th June 2012 there was no response. I again called the customer care once again on 15th June, I was been infromed that they will escalate this problem to next level and my machine problem will be addressed on the same day. No one turn out and when I call them today same response.

                      The product was been sold to us by saying that the service is free, but we are spending more money on phone calls and spending more time on follow up.

                      They are providing worst service hence recommend to not go for any product from Euro clean till they clean their service commitments.

                      I was purchased one RO system 8 months back. I was told that there will be three services free every 3 months. Till today (18/08/12) there was no service was done.

                      29/07/12 - My machine started not working. I havee complained with customer care. They havee informed me it will be resolved within 48hrs. (That time the customer care executive disconnected my phone without giving the service request number). I was keep following every day. Finally on 10/08/12 I got the service request number. I was waiting for two days. No response.

                      Again I contacted the CC and asked for the nearest sales office. They said we don't know. They are saying CC only work with software and the never know were the request going to land.

                      Next day I chosen sale option instead of service from the CC IVR system and I informed to CC Executive, I need one RO system for my home. He said within one hr I get call from their sales rep. Unfortunately I have got the call from the executive in the next 10min. They are very interested to meet me at my home (even at 9:00PM). I coolly said I will visit your office first and I select the model. Went their office and pretended I am going to buy machine and enquired about their service. My god they said the same lie to me. Three service free every 3 months, within 24Hrs problem solving. I showed my previous purchase records with the service request number. I havee got all the information that I will never get the service as on time and do what ever you want.

                      My request here is, how to take this issue to the media and spread the news to every fellowship not to buy their product?. How to recover from Eureka? Please help us.

                      I hope simply writing in this forum won't help us.

                        I have purchased brand new Vacuum cleaner Trendy nano from Eureka forbes dealer. Product is under warranty. I used it 1st time for 5 minutes and product burned after 5 minutes o[censored]sages.

                        I registered compliant three weeks back and still following but my problem has not yet resolved.

                        Service centre personal come once and not able to open vacuum cleaner as it's body got burned. He told me that they will replace it or repair it after few days so called them after 8 days and found out that these guise completely forgotten my request. (This service agency of eureka forbes is in Dhisar E, Mumbai, ph:[protected]

                        Even Mumbai service head Mr. Ramdas (ph: [protected]) did not picked up phone. When we contacted Mumbai service centre then same number we got.

                        We dont know where to follow up and how to follow up.

                        We called service centre 6 to 8 times for same compliant but till date status is same.

                        Because of this pathetic service. I request you all readers not to buy any products from Eureka forbes.

                          Purchased water purifier from D- water Technologies, Edagram, Karumom P.O., Trivandrum on 24.04.2012. Initially water was leaking from nozzile. The vendor said it will stop once the valve properly sets. It has not stopped so far. Now the water is also leaking from bottom corner continuously. I had lodged complaint with dealer two weeks back. But he had not sent any body to repair it. I purchsed your brand hoping to get good after sales service. why are you engaging such iefficient people as dealers/service providers to tarnish your name. Please do something to repair my instrument immediately.

                            We had purchased aquasure smart uv on 10th may 2012 and was installed on 12th of may, with in a month time there was a leakage of water in the unit (aquasure smart uv) we called up the Customer care and lodged a complaint to get it services on 5th june 2012. till date no one have resolved this complaint, But eureka forbes call center informed 24hr is the TAT time for resolving services issue. Everyday we are calling the call center and we get one standard answer today it would be resolved. but till date no one have made an attempted to visit and resolve this issue. We believe that eureka forbes is not checking the quality standard before selling its product and pathetic service after sales.

                            Is there any one in eureka forbes who can resolve this issue????

                              Never buy Eureka Forbes AquaSure products.

                              It'll never be installed atleast for a month.

                              If you buy those products, you will have to keep it as fresh and will not be able to use it for ever.

                                I have an aquaguard enhance waterpurifier and eversince i purchased i had issues with it.Ihave purchased it only last year.I think renowned companies like eurekaforbes should stop sending silly sales persons giving false informations to customers.I have already spend around 1000/-for replacing filters.But again and again they are keep on insisting us to keep changing parts for good performance.and last issue they asked me to change the filters and to purchase a pressure pump which totally cost around 5000/-.But when i raised the issue the technician came and done something it it was working perfectly for two months without any issue.My question is when it can function without any change in spare parts,why the service team forcing us to buy extra products? is it with the knowledge of eurekaforbes these people are doing?it.If it so i think it is high time that the customers need to action on it.Now i have changed the filter which costs 350/after changing it also it takes 5 hours for a fill.on enquiry the technician said we need to change all filters.in that case why he has not informed us in advance about it.REQUESTING EUREKAFORBES_PLEASE DO NOT CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS.

                                    I purchased Total NF 3 years, back, while first two years the experience was good, but from last one year the unit stopped working every month, which now has come down to every week.

                                    Service engineer during his visit changes the filters (chargeable to me) and says the water in your building is bad, and TOTAL NF RO unit is not compatible for Mumbai water but but only for Delhi. The unit works for 5 to 6 days and stops again and we have to call the service engineer, who insists that there is nothing wrong with the unit.

                                    With last two visits of the service Engineer in a period of less than a week, the unit manage to filter water for only one day (less than 24 hours) and stopped again and with a recommendation from Service Engineer to replace the unit, though he says there is nothing wrong with the unit. Our building has approx. 800 apartments, and none so far have complaints of dirty water, causing their filtration units to stop in such a short duration of less than 2 days.

                                    I look forward to a response from some responsible and reliable / capable person, who can analyse the problem and offer acceptable solution rather than asking me to change the unit for which I spent over 13500 rupees.

                                        I have been harassed by these aquagaurd service employees, i have logged a complaint in April 2012 which has not been dealt with till today.
                                        My complaint no is 40a2fdfc8e7e, and my model is UV enhance costing about 13000 Rs, On the eve the unit came it stared leaving and has failed twice, These people came for the service just restarted the machine by opening it and then go without looking into this issue of leakage.
                                        After several failed attempts to point out issue, the moment i call customer care they say "we will look into this as soon as possible and service person will come to attend in 24 hrs" no has attended us after April.
                                        More so they give us these phone numbers to ask why service is failing as if we are paid for the job the are doing, some times replying disrespectfully.
                                        Please look into the matter, these issues have cost us medically and emotionally its harassment

But your efforts will go in vain.You are not alone, there are more than 15500 complaints on inter net about Eureka Forbes cheating. They collect full advance money and evade service. Eureka Forbes have collected crores of Rupees by such fraudulant practices
                                        If your water purifier is within warranty and/or you have entered in to an annual maintenance contract then IMMEDIATELY approach the Consumer Forum in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact. Consumer forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The phone calls will not be accepted in the court as an evidence. Send a Regd. Ack. Due letter. Eureka Forbes will totally ignore your letters or phone calls till warranty or contract period is over. So act immediately because after this ignoring act they are legally free to evade any action. The Consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes for cheating and deficiency of service. Eureka Forbes will engage lawyers and do maximum to evade. The Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrants if penalty is not paid. Please claim full refund of costs of machine, the amount paid for annual maint. contract, damages to your health and family’s health, especially if you have senior citizens in you household, also please claim 18% interest on the total claim amount.

                                        Eureka Forbes's services have turned out to one of the worst now. They are not bothered to provide desired services and the service technician visits only once in a year ie, on the day when the service renewal money is due.
                                        It is not only that their service is worst but behaviour, attitude and response from senior execs like Suresh Gokhlani and other senior officers are pathetic and worst then roadside vendors and small businessmen.
                                        My water purifier under AMC and they supposed to come on last February 2010. They should have come before calling / follow up with them but they are not bothered to come for service because they have already got money. Whenever i have called them, they told that they will come but no one has came for service.Even I have made on-line service request but still no one came to provide service. Reference number with respect to on-line my service request is 6893 dated 3rd April 2010.
                                        I have purchased a new vaccume cleaner Trendy steel from Akai Electricals Jayanti Bazar Jaipur on 07/04/10 but still i am awaiting for demo .
                                        i have called many times to its service center(Kapoor House Vaishali Nagar Jaipur) and they respond rudely , dont call us and talk to where u purchased from.
                                        i am shocked to see the service of a reputed company.

                                        I have a water purifier from Eureka Forbes, and have taken an AMC.

                                        We gave a complaint on 14 May 2010 (Complaint No.[protected]. After several calls and reminders, a technician finally came, but did not repair the water purifier. We have since them called Eureka Forbes repeatedly, and each time, they say that a technician will be sent.

                                        Today is 21 July and no technician has yet come. We must have called them at least a dozen time. This is a breach of contract and of trust.

                                        Unfortunately, this is not new. Each time there is a complaint or if the carbon needs to be changed, we end up calling them at least half a dozen times (no exaggeration). We h ave been having this problem for 5-6 years.

                                        One thing is clear - I will not buy another Eureka Forbes product again.

                                        I am having an aquagaurd from Eureka Forbes. I have entered into the service contract which is valid till april 2011.
                                        There is a problem of a broken filter cap and the water is spilling out and the aquagaurd cannot be used.
                                        I made my first complaint on 11.09.2010, and was told that the service person would arrive shortly.
                                        Till the 16th no one came.
                                        Again I called the complaint no. was agian told that some one will visti my house soon.
                                        On the 18th a service man came. Saw the aquaguard, said that he did not have the required part to replace.
                                        Tha he will come again the next day.
                                        Since then I have been calling everyday, same answer.

I HAVE OBSERVED THAT HIS SERVICE IS VERY BAD , AROUND 6 MONTHS HAS PASSED , DURING THIS PERIOD OUR PAPER FILTER WAS CHOCKED , THAT HE TOLD IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY , FURTHER ITS PLASTIS PIPE (BLUE & WHITE ) BECAME BRITTLE THAT WAS TO BE REPLACED THEN AGAIN HE TOLD THE SAME THING AGAIN I PAID 200 Rs.,

                                        NOW SINCE LAST ONE WEEK RO IS OUT OF ORDER , ALTHOUGH HIS ENGINEERS HAVE COME , THEY HAVE TOLD ITS MEMBRANE , AND OTHER FILTER HAS BEEN CHOCKED , BUT HE HAS NOT RECTIFIED THE COMPLAINT AND WE ARE FACING THE THE WATER PROBLEM WHICH IS A BASIC NEED . I DONT KNOW HE WANTS THE THE MONEY AGAIN . PL DO THE NEEED FULL.

                                        I am also facing similar problem in Agaugaurd Ehancer which I bought from Eureka forbes which is one of the worst company in service for the sake they are maintaing sites but They are not sending service person or even updating when service person will come. When they are selling the product they are really begging begging begging to sell the product but after using the product they never care about the customer.My service req no d1af552ceb05.

                                        a. My 2 year AMC receipt no. 10/18245435 dt.21.12.2010, was valid w.e.f. 28.1.2011 to 27.1.2013, amtg. Rs. 2, 525/- (cash payment was made to your rep.).

                                        b. Again, on verbal advice of your rep. 2 year AMC receipt no. 10/20166145 dt. 28.1.2012, was wrongly issued to me, w.e.f. 28.1.2012 to 27.1.2014, amtg. Rs. 2, 615/- (cash payment made to your rep.).

                                        c. Scanned copies of both AMC receipts are encld., as attachment, proving that 2nd payment was received by your company, before expiry of 2 years AMC on 27.1.2013.

                                        d.Kindly refund Rs. 2, 615/- to me, after cancelling your receipt no. 10/20166145 dt.28.1.2012 within a week, after investigating the matter.

                                        I have registered a complaint through customer care services almost 2 weeks back and follwed up 4-5 times. Everytime the response from the customer care executive iis "Sorry sir, we shall send the service person today". Till today no one has turned up and nobody called. Since the problem was that purified water is not coming out, i am using the bottled water all these days. The name of the Agency as per the customer care is "Sree agencies and servies, coimbatore" and number is [protected], but no one picks up this number.

                                        When a product has to be sold Eureka forbes promises too many things like door delivery, home service, etc etc. After the product is sold, none of these apply. When I raised a service request, I was told that my house is not within the city limits and hence I have to bring the product to the service center. But when I asked the same question when I was purchasing the product, I was told that, servicing the product is not an issue and the staff would come home and service the product.

                                        It is really very sad that I bought this product. It is a RO water purifier!

                                        i dr deepak suryawanshi wants 2 lodge complaint regarding service.
                                        i am user of aquqaguard springfresh since 3 years. initially for 1 year service was good and we had a yearly maintaince contract of rs 4000 too 4 the same.
