Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Aquaguard Total Enhance RO one 12/4/2012. It started giving problem (continous flow of waste water) and I got it replaced with another machine after 3/4 days. The new machine also was giving the same problem. One technician came on 19/4/2012 and opened the BRAND NEW machine. He said there is some loose contact or something inside. The problem is not fully resolved now. Still there is waste water leakage in the machine (even after the tank is full).

I fail to understand why the brane new machine is givng such a problem and why I should pay for the faulty machine. When I asked the Aquaguard Office, they are saying that it happens in some machines (5 in every 500 machines or so).

Luckily I have paid only Rs.5000/- as advance. I have informed the Sales Person that I will pay the balance amount only after I am fully satisfied. THE ONLY SOLUTION IS GIVING A NEW MACHINE WHICH WORKS TOTALLY GOOD OR A NEW MODEL MACHINE.

For your information, many of my friends had asked me to go for local brand (plenty of local brands are available and the service is also very good). However, I was very specific with Aquaguard because it comes from a world renowned company "Eureka Forbes".

I hope my problem will be attended to immediately to my fullest safisfaction.

Total RO system — Leakage

I had purchased your product ( Total RO system) on 29.03.09.after one week we faced leakge problem at bottom side (On 4.4.09) . I spoke many people( Nealy 5 people like ramachandran) of your concern but no body owning.

But your poople only intrested to sell the product. not aftrer sales.

I wont suggust your product hence forth. Treat this as a urgent issue for your product or else i have to take further action

    I bought a vaccum cleaner on 02/11/2011 and the sales person told me that the bill and the so called free gift bag will be sent through courier. Even after calling them for more than 10 times and also their customer care nos for 10 times i'm still waiting for the bill. I feel its really madatory to sell goods with bill but Eureka forbes is violating this. Someone please tell me how to proceed legally on this.

      We had purchased Eureka forbes water filter named "Infinity" from eureka forbes dealer. From day one the machine was giving problem with water flow. Initially we kept on complaining and everytime the service person came and cleant it but after 2 days again the water flow diminished.Finally we realised that the machine was defective even the technician came and confirmed that the machine is defective for which we asked it to be replaced by another model.From last one month we are waiting for the machine to be replaced but the dealers and sales person from whom we have purchased has not solved our problem. everytime we call him he gives us some lame excuses.We are fed up of this attitude of the salesperson and want the machine to be replaced soon. Such a big company has such bad service towards its customers was not known to us.In future we will never recommend anybody to buy products from eureka forbes. We are fed up of the salespeople who are only cheating us.

        My sincere adivce to the general pulblic is not to buy any of Eureaka Forbes products. Their Service Sucks.

        Its more than a month and with repated calls they are not just bothered to get my R.O serviced, despite having an AMC with them.

        I have spoken to their regional head Mr. Srikantan, there customer service head Mr. Sarvanan

        a) they dont pick up call, nor return calls.

        b) give excuses like our phone not working, or travelling etc..

        Must tell you that till date there is no remedy, we are back to our mineral water bottels.

        Mr. Mr. S. L. Goklaney, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, please wake up ! You guys are no a more trusted brand.

        I have purchase a R.O. System from M/s. Eureka Forbes Ltd., Kamla Nagar, Agra which is to be installed at our respected Guruji’s Residence at Goverdhan, Mathura. Capacity of T.D.S. of system is up to 4000 but at Goverdhan, the capacity of T.D.S. is 7000. We discuss in this matter with there sales executive, Mr. Vijay Saraswat. After installation the problem started from the first day. In this matter I had give him a reminder letter on 21.05.2008 at there Local office, Agra but problem is not solved. In this matter I also meet personally and give letter to there sales executive and He said that I had inspected and find proper working but in real It is false. They are cheating and can not be refund money. So In this matter please help me.

        Eureka aquaguard — unsatisfactory service

        I purchase a euraka aquaguard from an agent of the company, who neither gave me receipt nor turning back for attending complaint, he has taken back the packing cover of it. I fear he is a cheat and supply duplicate water purifier.
        eureka does not respond to customer call. very poor customer care . please don't buy eureka for heaven sake

        a) only answering machine only reply that executives busy
        b) they don't pick up call, nor return calls.

        c) give excuses like our phone not working, or traveling etc..

        Must tell you that till date there is no remedy, we are back to our mineral water bottles.

          Eureka Forbes Service Center are unresponsive, during getting payment promise you everything & stage of replacement or some other problem people are ill or some relative are ill so unable to attend the call as their Service center will run on only 1 man.! How foolish people are they acquire.

            Hello this Mukul Bajaj ,Businessman 24/male/Sonipat/Haryana.
            I wanted to purchase a water purifier so i contacted on the customer care of EUREKA FORBES.
            They told me that you will get a call by tomorrow from our executive.i complained at the website also.But nothing happened.
            Continuously for 6 days i kept calling again and again 2 times a day & the customer care staff kept telling me it will be done tomorrow.I spent almost Rs 100/- and my valuable time on the cellphone talking to the customer care. I asked them to get my call connected to some senior staff but they dint, i felt so helpless for almost a week. I begged them literally to get it done. But finally a customer care executive named Shaila hung up my call.
            I am so frustrated by the company that i want to smash the face of the company's management.
            I have already used Kent purifier for 3 years. But there after sales service was ok ok. So i wanted to try out Eureka Forbes this time. I was shocked to see the PRE- Sales service of EUREKA forbes and i guess i would have died in the after sales.
            Today I have ordered for a New KENT Pearl Water Purifier.Atleast they have a smiling face while delivering.and OK Ok after sales service.
            I in my Whole life will never ever use and nor recommend any person A eureka Forbes Product.
            I want someone to make my words heard to the management & shut down this company if they treat a valuable customer like me in such a way.
            Now to compensate SEND ME A FREE AQUA-GUARD.. EVEN THEN ill Smash it on the head of the delivery boy,

              We have bought Aquasure Crystal filter from a dealer in Goregaon in may 2011. As per the requirement, the filters need to be serviced periodically. It's been 18 days since we have complained for a service person to come and service the filters however no one has visited us. Reminders to the call centre are also futile since they are of no help.
              While we have suffered for this, I will strictly advise anyone never to buy the products. The company has extremely poor after sales service and seem to be only interested in selling products. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS OR YOU WILL SUFFER LIKE WE ARE DOING

                I purchased my aquasure Pearl UV in January 2012, and had placed a request for installation in March.

                I had to make no less than 11 calls to customer care to get my Aquasure Pearl UV installed. Finally, after 2 weeks, the aquasure technician turned up and found that the aquasure had a faulty circuit and hence was unusable. Now Its been another 3 weeks since my aquasure has been completely unusable, and I have made another 5 calls to the customer service number [protected]. Every time I call I get the assurance that my problem will be sorted out in one day, but nothing happens. Their customer service is worse than the worst Government institutions. I got my gas connection in quicker time.

                Its now been a month since I have been struggling to get drinking water in my house and the company shows absolutely 0 consideration for the customer.

                I will never ever buy a Eureka product again. Thanks for opening my eyes Eureka forbes.This is probably the worst customer service I have EVER encountered anywhere in the world

                Eureka Forbes/ AQUA SURE — No Service after making so many calls

                I have Purchased the Eureka forbes water purifier by laster year, then told to put the AMC. Now whenever i am making a call to the call center they are not at all giving any responce. Even i have made a call to their corporate office but there is also no responce. Their service is one of the worst after sales support. My sincerer advise for the people is not to buy the euraka forbes products.

                Their customer support is also pathetic. No one listens to us. I am planing to file a case in the consumer court for this. Please encourage all your friends not to buy any product from eureka fobes. They are the No1 cheats in this world. I regret for buying this product.

                Hi,
                After a month of almost unlimited calling to your service advisors, finally one of them did show up at my place and repair my faulty Aquasure.
                Here's the best part : the circuit was not actually faulty at all. It was simply a case of the internal pipe having a small pinch which prevented waterflow for a full month. Kudos to the technician who turned up earlier and blamed a faulty circuit. Its good that you can keep your job even though you dont know a thing about your product. My problem is resolved.

                However, knowing the totally pathetic standards of customer service you dish out to your customers (i.e. making people call you for a full month, make them write on consumer forums before reacting), I am not at all confident about my aquasure product anymore. I mean if you can be so lax in your service, how am I to trust that the water coming out of these purifiers are safe ?

                Thanks for your reply anyway. This does not change my opinion about your service. I for my part will make sure none of the people I know will purchase a Eureka Forbes product anytime soon !

                    Refere the below mail, I have tried all my ways to get my water purifier re-installed at my newly shifted flat which is currently under warranty.
                    The service along with the false commitment provided by the company has to be taken care by general public before humping on this cheater's product. I dont knw how to proceed now and looking forward to throw away their product out of my home..........................

                    With reference to the above references , I was behind your service personals (based on the service request)since 28th March 2012 evening to re-install the aqua guard product which i have recently purchased. I have made several request more than 15 calls i might have made for the installation of the same.

                    Your area (Ernakulam) Service personnel has replied that his drilling machine is on repair and don't have a spare one to do the re installation. I pity Eureka Forbes for throwing such stupid reason to customer and not showing any interest on customer's concern. The way which you used to get the sales conversion, AMC etc and the way by which you deliver the after sales support is really pathetic.
                    Really its hard to say like this.

                    I have requested your telephonic support person for escalation details, mail ids etc and they have ignored the request. Till now I have not received a single call from your person regarding the support they can provide to me in this regard.

                    I going to take up this further in consumer forum and let the public be also aware your fraud commitments.

                      Dear All,

                      Eureka Forbes Sales person gives false promises to their customers. I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner. Therefore I had called for free demo. the sales team leader reached my home at 9:00 PM on sunday. After demo I asked him for some time to check and think over whether to purchase the product or not but he insisted me and promised me that he will be giving me a big bag for packing the vacuum cleaner and would also provide excellent service.

                      Based on his confirmation I issued a cheque payment on the same date. This sales guy did'nt turn up with the bag. Every day I called him up but he did'nt pick up my call. I also escalated this matter to his supervisor but all my complaints were in vain. I was chasing this guy for about 2 months.

                      I have received all false hopes and pathetic service from Eureka Forbes. I approached this product only basis good service but very very poor service. My experience was really bad with the purchase of the vacuum cleaner.

                      I am still waiting for the bag for keeping my vacuum cleaner. I did'nt even receive any demostation after buying the product.

                      The name of the sales team leader who gave me false hopes and promises is Shirish.

                      Great name pathetic service

                      we buyed Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaner XForce for 8490 at nov 5 2012. we still get any invoice or warrnty card. the team leader named sudhhakar mob no_[protected]...

                      and the demo person name suresh [protected]

                      we'r from andhra pradesh vijayawada

                      they told us there is 5 years warrnty for machine & part to part replacement

                      & travel bag & diwali scratch crad.. utill now they didn't give the demo after selling the machine

                      & the team leader suresh or demo person not responisng to our phone calls every day we'r calling 10 tyms... & also machine not working. they gave us a fake machine

                      i hardly recommended to every person to dnt buy any Eureka Forbes products dn't make fools yourself like us

                        We had purchased Aquaguard - REVIVA in 31st Dec. 2011. We were told that there will be a free service for 1 year from the date of installation every four months. At the time of purchasing company sales man measured TDS of inlet/outlet water he was found 1470/140 ,after one week my self measured at that time TDS vome 199/08,so, saled man not properly trained & he was given wrong information to custemor.. I had called up the customer care and lodged a complaint (request no: 182 - Customer ID:[protected]). I was told that it will be attended to in 48 hrs. No response after that. So, I called up 1 week later to check the status. They were sorry for that and confirmed that it will be attended to quickly. Again no one turned up.But no one turned up till date

                        This is a pathetic service from a company so popular and claiming good service. I regret having bought the product. We installed this with an intention of drinking pure water, but I am no longer sure of this after spending so much.

                        Please let me know how to take this further and get this service done.

                          Kind of fed up now and really don't know what will help. My product Total Reviva, RO, purchased last year had not been serviced for last one year. On logging a request around 10 times, raising the matter on Facebook and complaining on your site, your team contacted me and a ill-experienced technician also came over for the service last week. However, the product has been leaking since then - water all over the slab and kitchen. The cover is also broken. Called him back next day morning, he came, but, no use. The product is still leaking. Now he is not picking his calls and looks like there is Ugadi holiday and then weekend...so we are told by the customer care that nothing can be done for next 3 days and we have to live with leaking water all over. I think I was better off not getting it serviced. The situations is pathetic and totally disappointed with Eureka Forbes! Just let me know if you have a solution else there is no other way for me than going to consumer court.

                          I have Purchase Aqua guard compact on 7/11/2007. Machine is in Under Warranty. From 02/01/08 it is not working. I logged a complaint on customer care (Complaint no. is 801384). Customer care committed service provides with in 24 working hours, but my service is pending from last 7days.

                          I have also made many calls for complaint which was not needed. This has been happening for the last 4 days and I have a great Problem of pure drinking water.

                          Hence I request the corporation to take appropriate action against the Service Provider to save the image of the mega corporation
                          and retain the clout of the customers

                          We have paid the eureka forbes, by check we have been their customer for almost 25 years now, so we paid them by check to extend our contract but lately since the time we have paid them , they have not attended us even once and on top of that when we call them they talk to us like we are calling them for the first time, and i do not think that they have filed a complaint on the first place they have put the feed back on the computer one of those days which we called not the original(first day) we keep calling them every time but they have not come up here and fixed the machine and the filter which was due date, we have been appraoching them i think the staff that they have is very incompetent!! and they lack that service which they use to back in days!!!kindly give an kind eye to the situation!!! it would be gratefull

                          We are using Eureka products since last 10 years. As far as service you always have to call more than twice. Ya regarding annual contract of water purifier they use to come by their own, coz dat makes money and also insists to extend the contract from one to two years or to change purifier with there RO system. Same happens 3 days back. The personnel visit my place 2 days after my complaint regarding Aqua guard, he changed the filters which were supposed to be changed in Dec, 2012. Same time I showed him the leaking problem, but he says it will soon be fine and gave me his phone no alongwith filters monetary receipt. The leaking problem is same and I called him many times but nobody visited us. Why shouldn't we change the company which at least regard and respect others time value.

                              Hello, I have taken AMC for 2 years with Eureka Forbes for my Water Filter. It is been almost one and a half year. So far they came only once after the first day of signing AMC. When I call for a service, they simply close without even verifying. I have escalated in writing to their Customer Service Head about 3 months back. Still no response. Last month I have sent to their Ombudsman along with an Delivery acknowledgement slip in registered post. Till date, I have not even received the acknowledgement back. Beware of Eureka Forbes AMC frauds.

                                Recently i bought one Eureka Forbes Total Duo ( Rs.15990). In fact, i intended to purchase another model which is Rs.11990/- Aquaguard Enhance Model. But Eurkea Forbes sales guy one Mr.S Raja (mobile no. [protected]) told us that he would get the AMC reimbursement for the existing Revivo Machine ( which we are currently using) if we buy this Total Duo for exchange and he forced to buy this Rs.15,990 machine on the false commitment that this AMC reimbursement is not applicable for Rs.11990/- model. Actually, AMC for the existing machine which we are using is getting expired in April 2012 only. Even though he reiterated that he would get the AMC payment for the whole year[protected] if we purchase this model. On his commitment, we bought this model but now he is saying that our accounts dept said no to this reimbursement and also he didnt give the AMC form back to us. Due to this, i got a loss of Rs.4000/- otherwise i would have selected Rs.11990 model. Now he didnt give the AMC form and if we try to contact he is keep on telling lies and avoiding us.

                                I request your team to get the AMC form for the old machine to be returned to us and also he collected Rs.600 which has also to be refunded to us.

                                  what i understand from eureka forbes RO appliance, that it requires high maintenance. i had purchased the appliance on 22/03/09 and since then i ve spent the amount equal to its cost for only maintenance. be it leaking tap, membrane or solenoid valve eureka forbes RO appliance has got all reasons to cheat the customers. i m planning to throw away the RO system and finally buy an assembled one which my neighbour has with zero maintenance and yet having same TDS value.
                                  what is the use of going for a renowned company? i regret!!
                                  whenever a customer service executive is called, he repairs one and spoils something else.

                                  My RO Purifier is not functioning since last 10 days. I have lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell on 14.02.2008. But till date they have not fixed the problem. The technician visited my place on 15.02.2008 & have intimated that the pump is defective & need replacement. The RO Purifier is under Annual Maintenance Contract of One Year having Customer Code[protected], Contract Receipt No. 45, Serial No. 20012104 dated 22.09.2007.

                                  Despite my repeated requests the executives of the Customer Care Cell (Tel No. 2422760,70,80) neither register my complaint properly & gives me my Complaint Number nor do they arrange for speedy redressal of my complaint.

                                  Here I want to point out that the place where I live in (Sector-7D, Faridabad) receive hard and contaminated water, which is not at all fit for drinking or cooking purpose. That is why I had opted for RO Purifier of your company, being the most reputed one. I am facing a lot of problem due to its non-functioning.

                                  Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & arrange for prompt redressal of my complaint or else I would have to move to the Consumer Forum for inefficient After Sales Service despite having an Annual Maintenance Contract.

                                  I have purchases Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total SENSA with Blue G Technology latest in the field of RO around 5 months back at a cost of Rs. 19000 through Eureka Forbes Sales representative. Since that it has given be problem twice and this time even after loadging the complaint to the sales representative on last Saturday i.e. 25.10.08 and he promised me that by sunday or latest by monday the engineer will come and rectify the said problem. On regular follow up he still confirmed me that monday evening he is coming and were waiting till 2000hrs in the evening. Till today nothing has been done and we are forced to buy water from the market for the drinking purpose. And now he is not even picking up the phone. When I enquired about about the status with the customer care center he recognised me by my name and home address but says that I have not registered any complained with them and talked so rudely to me as if I have comited some mistake by calling him.

                                  Eureka Forbes — malfunctioning RO

                                  I had purchased Forbes-Springfresh RO system from BIG Bazaar VIP Road on 06/04/08.

                                  Since then i have been cursing myself for buying this company's product.

                                  This particular piece of machinery has given us problems not less than 7-8 times in the last 6 months. Every few weeks the water output becomes negligible and we have to lodge a complaint - where there is a minimum waiting period of 2-3 days before its attended.

                                  Going by the number of times the problems have cropped up, i am sure that we have been given a defective product or worse still I believe this company does not make good quality products.

                                    I have purchased a RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes in the month of december. I have been having problems with the machine since the time i have bought this. I have to end up calling for a technician every 15 or 20 days. The product that they have launched is not a good one and i have been duped with the several details given by the sales guy about the product functionality. I have also not received my original receipt which they claim that a customer would receive within 45 working days.
                                    I have been made false promises by each and every executive on the call.

                                    I purchased the eureka forbes aquasure about 3 months ago. The product stated giving problems from the scond month itself. I called eurea forbes and twice they gave me a complaint no. but no one turned up. When i cld again for the third time, a representaive tells me that they no longer give home service for the aqua sure product besides the fact that she was very rude. If they did not want to give service at home you do they claim to do so at the time of sale. And why did they give me a complaint no. twice if they was no service person goin to come home. I strongly recoomend not to buy any eurka forbes products. They make big claims at the time of sale but their after sales service is pathetic.
                                    Same here.. I will never EVER recommend Eureka forbes for anyone hereafter.

The service centre in Bangalore informed that they can supply the nest day. After sometime a call came from the service centre that they can not support in this regard and we need to buy a new Vacuum Cleaner itself.                                         I Mrs.Gulsaba have made maintenance contract receipt no-45 form no[protected] of EUREKA FORBES at raja bajaar Patna.They have charged rs.6620 for maintenance of above product from[protected] to[protected] but they never attended on a single call., on repeated calls or by attending office physically myself they come for repair but on being repaired it is observed from last six months that the product develop problem after a gap of fort night.It appears that either they are not doing the service honestly or may be replacing the defective parts of product with sub-standard or duplicate parts,i feel cheated after enrolled as member of comprehensive service contract of product.I have only paid the sum for contract for the no.1 water filter of India EUREKA FORBES.The terms and condition says four periodical visit of agent for maintenance but it is also not followed.The people of your company are only not only giving due service but are defaming your brand name as cheater.Please contact me on my husband [protected]@gmail.com
