I registered complained on 25 th Aug 2012 for blockage in side the filter and as a result water is and not coming but no officials has attended so far and water is not coming from the filter since 25 Aug 2012 , Today (27th Aug 2012) I talked over phones more than 5 times but till now nobody has attained the complain .     Hi,

    I have bought AQUA GUARD( Eureka Forbes) water purifies ( Total sensa model) yesterday for 19000/-, Sales person came in the night 7:45 PM and quickly demonstrated and took the money and left.
    After 15 min I try to see the product in detail, I shocked to see that it’s an used product. They just did all malpractices to sell an old and used piece. Even After paying 19000 in cash, company gave me an used piece with all scratches and all parts are already used. I believe company is started selling all secondhand used machines as a new piece.

    Beware and do check thoroughly if you still wanted to buy these purifiers from Eureka.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I the undersigned hereby bring to your notice that, since from 3 years our water filter aqaflo is under AMC wide no.[protected]/12/2011-19/12/2012, continuously past from 3 years I am observing that, neither your service persons are visiting my place or monitoring the machine twice in a year of AMC , After collecting the AMC amount your executives are not yet turn up to my place to do the required service, i.e. happening past from 3 years after lodging complaints through helpline also neither your co. Is taken any action/reply nor tried to rectify the same , today also I did the same and I have lodge the complaint for the same wide no.87496280 given by Mr.Sharath, so, the poor service of the co. Which I am getting past from 3 years why I have to pay money for AMC? AMC means in a specific contract period of one year weather the service request received or not, as per AMC your co. Should send their respective technicians to the concern customer place to do the same twice in a year to keep in a good running/working condition of a machine by monitoring the same and I also mentioned in my complaint, after giving AMC also our water filter was not working properly, means after servicing from your technicians also we are not getting purify cleaned water, because we found so much of small dusts in the water, that also not yet rectified, so I am hereby requesting the company that, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this mail company has to pay my 3 years AMC amount with interest and have to give one year extension by free after the present AMC completion i.e. 19/12/12, failing to which I have no way to approach to the Bangalore consumer forum against poor service of the company by claiming damages for the same at your risk and cost.
      Hope, you will do the needful at the earliest to avoid taking further legal steps for the same for healthy ending of this issue.
      Instant replay and quick execution of the same is very appreciable in this regard,

        My name is R. Sunderrajan, and I am a retired Branch Manager, Vijaya Bank. Two of your marketting executives (Mr.N. Anandhakumar and his team leader Mr.Rudhra Moorthy) convinced us to buy your aquaguard enhance water filter. On the very same day of their approach, I issued them a cheque for Rs. 13,990 (cheque number: 066434 dated 30.05.2012) which got cleared on 4.06.2012 through Federal Bank, Chennai. Our receipt number is[protected]. Your sales executives did not inform us on the fact that we would receive our invoice a month after the purchase and they were neither present during the installation nor were they bothered to know about the working condition of the water filter. We would like to inform you that we have not received our invoice till date (22.08.2012). Kindly treat this complaint on priority basis and send the invoice immediately to the following address-

          I have been a user of Aquaguard for last 5 years and the incident that took place has shattered my faith in the company and it fills me with anger and despair how your company’s name is being used to rob money from innocent people in the city of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. In fact, this is not the first incident and most surprisingly, the company officials know about it and refuse to take any actions against it. I also believe that they are themselves involved in this racket.
          My water purifier was due its servicing, a representative came to my home but I asked him to come the very next day due to some reasons. The next day, 6th May 2012, another representative (the so called “engineer”) came to my house for the same purpose. His name is Vipin and he had visited our house a few years ago for servicing my water purifier. He checked the unit and changed some parts. He made a receipt of Rs 1150 which included the charges for changing old parts with new and for annual servicing. But he walked away without handing over the balance Rs 500. So, I called him repeatedly but he didn’t respond so I was left with no other options but to call the office and file complaint against him. When I called the office, they immediately asked if someone named Vipin Goswami had come. Then the person from the office told me that he had been fooling a number of people in different parts of the city. Within 20minutes another “engineer” named as Vimal Kumar came to our house when it usually takes them a minimum of 2 days to turn up in case of any complaints. He echoed the very same thing that such a con man had been robbing a lot of households for a few years.
          He checked the device and found out that he had stolen all the parts of the purifier as well. On being asked that when the company employees know about such a scam, then why isn’t anything being done to curb this problem, Vimal said that it was not the company’s duty to run after some one who is misusing the company logo and name. To my utter disbelief and shock, he revealed that the con man was an ex-employee of Eureka Forbes and that is how he had such genuine looking receipts. When I asked Vimal to lodge a complaint against him and help by providing address and contact information from the company database, he said that he would not help us in any ways.
          In fact, he was trying to shut up the case by shouting and misbehaving in front of the only 3 ladies who were in house.
          If this was not enough, he started asking for Rs 375 as his “service charges”. I refused stating that the call was made to lodge a complaint and he was not asked to visit our house. But he refused to leave until he was either paid for service charges or a subscription of 3 years in form of Rs 3000 was paid to him. This made me believe that even this representative was involved in this conspiracy. It seemed that it was a well planned act to firstly rob us off money as well as the purifier and then some other representative would drop in and get us to pay for 3 years’ subscription and for the missing parts of the Aquaguard to earn a hefty commission from the company.
          I lost my patience when Vimal started misbehaving and even threatened us saying that we were lucky that we were just conned for money and not killed by Vipin.
          This was what made me lose my patience and I called in police from Sonari Police thana. Vimal made a phone call to some senior management officer from your company and the police officer talked to him. Then they left. Probably, the phone call was meant to offer a bribe to the police as no actions were taken and even after 2 months, my water purifier is dysfunctional and my money has not been recovered. It shows that even top management people are involved in this racket and it seems that the act will continue.
          My only request is to know what kind of a “mafia raaj” is prevailing in your organization? You claim to be a company that takes good care of their customers then how such a shameful act could be executed by employees of your company, without any fear, and that too not once but repeatedly. On top of that your representatives misbehaved with the ladies of my house. This act has instilled fear in our minds and people in my locality are fearful of letting any Eureka Forbes’ member into their houses.

          Eureka Forbes — STOLEN UNIT SOLD TO CUSTOMER

          This incident had happened few years ago and I never had a chance in finding a complaint forum. However as I have found this one I am posting my query which might be helpful for people opting for Eureka Forbes brand. We had plans to purchase vaccum cleaner. We spoke to some people from Eureka Forbes and they promised that they will be sending in there representative. As said, one crook from the same company came and convinced us in purchasing the vaccum cleaner and promised us that the invoice will be couriered next day. But after months time and phone calls to big people we came to know that the unit which was sold to us was stolen and moreover the guy who sold us the unit was an Eureka Forbes employee. At this point of time the Managers were suppose to take responsibility of this issue which they did by providing false promises. As a result I have lost my warranty and money. So people be careful before purchasing on a door delivery basis. Pay money only after getting the invoice. Never ever believe people from Eureka Forbes, they will take you and your money for a ride.

          I CONTACT MANY TIME TO SALES EXE. AKHILESH BUT HE DID NOT GIVE ME THE BILL OF SELLING PRODUCT

            My Water purifier is not working for the last 8 days. I had 1st logged a complaint with their call centre on 13th August but yet await resolution. The person came on the 14th but was neither able to resolve the issue nor did he give any information. I called the call centre again and I was told that a person would visit on the 16th, that never happened. I logged a complaint on the website on the 17th and got a call from the service center immediately. They told me that person is reaching my house in a few minutes but never reached and no information given to me as well. A person cam today who didn't have the right parts hence nothing was done today as well. I logged the complaint on twitter as well but I am sure they are so busy fooling people that they don't have the time to look at the complaints.

              I have purchased a Aquasure RO+UV for an valuve of approx 16700 on 22.7.12. For Installation I had to make many calls and was running from pillar to post for installations. The same got burnt on 13.7.12. TO rectify the same we have given complaints vide NO#87460938. one techinican cisited and nothing happened. I am fed up of calling the call centers and no one respond to the same. Kindly provide justice and return the money back to me as I am not interested in the product.

                  I has purchased Eureka forbes Water filter storage unit-Amrit Model at MRP (Rs.1800) Set contains:Bottom, Top, seat, Top cover, Tap, 2nos of filter kits. The item is given Warranty for 18 months along with bill.
                  During the usage bottom unit got damaged after 6 months from date of purchase.
                  Soon we intimated Eureka forbes offices at Thane & Dadar. After repeated follow up made, finally on 17, Aug 2012 Dadar office has arranged for bottom storage unit (made of plastic body) threw its dealer at Dadar East.
                  I had carried old cracked bottom unit also for replacement, prepared for paying said unit charges (Rs.300) But the company representative told that unit cost is Rs.680, which very costly & don’t worth. As examined the dealer has shown the cost of item is Rs.261 originally as per bill claimed for Octroi. Also shown Octroi reciept & goods transfer slip from its warehouses to dealer office.
                  The dealer told me, Eureka Forbes is billing to dealer/customers for Rs.680 (More than 50% of cost of the product claimed as per Octroi). So Please examine my problem, As you know sir – “normal plastic unit any where in india will never cost such high”

                    Eureka Forbes water purifire is under AMC. No Service is provided by the company after collecting the Cherges for two years AMC. I am using the Acquaguard for last 10-12 years and good services has been provided in the past. But this time the services are worst and looks like they are cheating to the public on the name of AMC. A proper action is requested to the concerned authority in this regard.

                      Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment in Jharsuguda. Their executives are useless; they are having lack of technical knowledge on the company’s product. Despite of repeated request and complaints from the customer they even did not attending the calls or not picking up the mobile.
                      Complaint details :
                      1. On 10.08.12 (Friday),I went to Eureka Forbes Office , located at Beheramal , Jharsuguda & asked for Aquaguard machine & requested to the technician to come to my house for detail description /demo . The technician has come to my house with one RO and installed it my house. Technician has noticed the problem while they are fitting machine. (Water is not coming to the machine properly).I have made the full payment after installing the machine.
                      2. On 11.08.12 ( Saturday), I’ve noticed that sensor of RO is not working ( water overflowing from the machine) & informed to the concern technician over phone .He has acknowledged the fault on the machine & committed us to replace the machine by Monday positively.(13.08.12)
                      3. On 13.08.12 (Monday) we have waited for the technician but he did not came & even did not picking up the phone .Till today that faulty machine has not changed or technician did not attend my calI though I have made the full payment by cash for this faulty machine and not getting benefit for a single day.
                      Request :
                      1. Pl. change the machine (which type of machine will be fitted at my house) at the earliest.
                      2. Give prior instruction to agency/sales representative to give attention towards providing the customer service and satisfactions not only sale the product.
                      3. If you have noticed and getting proof on providing poor customer service by certain agency , then take action against the concern agency / sales representative.

                      Bad experience...

                      I from koshal garden, Vedanta Accomodation building(Indfab Projects)Jharsuguda where nobody come to repair the aquaguard.The complain registers from 08.02.2017.Still today we can not get any solution.

                        I had purchased the aqua sure expert water purifier in the month JAN 2014. Installation took almost 15 days. I had requested for additional filter right from day one, which I got it only in may. We had water smelling problem in the month of April . I had raised may service requests regarding that. Even though it was under warranty, the service person told that I had to pay RS 1500/- for replacement of the filters, in order to set right the smelling problem But even after that the problem was there. Again raised a complaint to set it right, service person come, set it right, but he had not checked the water inflow into the machine.
                        When contacted the same service person over phone, he says it is a torture to him attending to issue.
                        When contacted the customer care over phone, they give assurance that the service person will attend by day end for the past 20 days, but in vain. I am believing in there words and staying at home not going to office, facing loss of pay.
                        This is the worst customer care service I have ever seen.there is neither TURN AROUND TIME nor QUALITY OF SERVICE for the customer requests.moreover this aqua sure xpert model is a failure product, having too many drawbacks.a few of my complaint numbers are:76841294, 76781203, 76767131, 76731338, E3B5372381. It today the problem is not resolved.

                            Dear sir,
                            we purchase the enhance ro from sales man mr. Balaji (pallavaram branch), we are staying in old perunagalathur.
                            The system was delivered on 2-aug-2012 and stopped working from 3-aug-2012. Gave the complaint on 6-aug-2012 and after several calls and remainers mr. Balaji([protected]) came on 10-aug at 10.30 pm and saw the unit and informed us that the unit itself is problem.

                            We gave the letter stating that we need our money back to mr balaji on 10-aug. Only 1 day the unit was working properly. Our childrens consumed the water and fallen sick since the unit was not working after a day. While purchase itself the sales person gave the assurance that he will return the money back if we are not satisfied.

                            Still today no calls from eureka forbes about this. Poor customer care. We are highly dissatisfied about the product.
                            Please return our money back.

Almost 2 months before I purchased one product called RO Water Purifier "ENHANCE" from EUREKA FORBES (Address:- 402-408, 4th Floor, Saphire Height, Plot No.-12, Scheme No. 54, A.B. Road, Indore (M.P.). I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier "ENHANCE RO" Machine in the month of June 2012 from their door-to-door salesman Mr. Narendra Rathore(Emp. Code:- 9061358, Mob. No. [protected]) along with TEAM LEADER Mr. K.P. POKHRAL (Mob. No. [protected]).

                              I have paid product charges by cash to the company''s salesman. Now till date I didn''t received original purchase bill from company. At the time of purchase of Water Purifier company''s salesman told that you will receive original bill by courier from head office(BHOPAL) within 10-15 days. But now its more than 2 months & still I didn''t received my bill & also I have contacted INDORE office for more than 10-20 times but still no valuable response from them. Now its really been a mentally harassment for me to get my own bill. Need your urgent help to solve the case.

                              Even I met the head of the department named as Mr. AMIT PALLI(Mob. [protected]), but he also giving me the same response that I''ll give it to you tomorrow.

                              I called him more than 5 times, went to the OFFICE 3 times and till date same response that surely tomorrow. I don''d know when tomorrow will exactly come. Please help me I''ll be highly obliged.

                                I am the owner of Aqua Guard ST 2000 Model water purifier. I have been maintaining the servicing of the machine through service contract to the company since purchase of the purifier. The last contract was for three years, from July 1st 2009 to June 30th 2012. It has been observed that with passage of time the quality of service rendered is falling. Even the local authorised service centre donot bother to keep record of servicing schedule of the running contracts and the service personnel attend the normal schedule service when called for. They even do not keep recore of the service being done and presently no copy of sercicing details is available with the user.
                                Regarding the service of the last contract, mentioned above, the last service has not been rendered and the service centre personnel are insisting that all services ( 6 nos.) have been completed.
                                I would request the competent authority to kindly look into the matter on priority ground.

                                Eureka Forbes — Breach in service contract

                                I had already lodged a complaint for the breach of the service contract conditions and I received immediate response from Arthi Kulkarni of Banglore office and she promised with srevices and asked for the address,but it is sorry to state that even after submitting the details of the complainent the company has prefered to keep quite and even now Arthi Kulkarni has stopped to reply to my emails and prefered to keep mum on this issue.Please give me justice and help me to get refund the amount for which the services were not given to me.- Shiroorkar U R
                                I purchased Eureka Eurocleaner from ur representaive on 22/09/2011. The product is under repair and so i am not able to put it on use. I tried to contact your office and representative over phone but nothing is materialised.                                     Serious and Urgent complaint : We had bought an Eureka Forbes atom water purifier about 2 years back. Since the past 2 months there is a serious problem of water overflowing as the ball cork has gone bad. I researched and read that this model had similar complaints of defective manufacturing and so eureka forbes came out with something new,. Even the technician who came to see told me so.We are having so much of problem as there was continuous overflow of water and we had to close the wall for the inflow and unable to use it and now spend so much on mineral water bottles as before. hence we had purchased a water purifier to save money. But we are now spending more money after buying an expensive water purifier.as we are also buying mineral water bottles as it has not been repaired till date. And we have closed the wall for the inlet.(also the taps for this model are defective and the tap kept breaking even with a little pressure)

                                    when we complained a service engineer was sent from an agency called Yuktha Services.

                                    then their technician came and advised us to go for a contract and not to pay anything immediately but pay for the contract and all repairs will be adjusted against that..they said you can give us a post dated cheque when we said we do not want to spend that much now but requested him to carry out the immediate repairs. He said we do not have the part with us now and moreover u will pay twice the amount and it will be beneficial to have an amc contract in place. i had no choice but agreed to sign an amc contract and pay Rs 3425.00. The guys from the agency came every day for a week till they got the cheque. They promised us that as soon as they get the cheque they will get the job carried out and we do not pay anything extra.

                                    but because they had a post dated cheque collected almost a month before they were very sweet to us and kept apologising that they were busy and could not contact us and then they said the part was not available. But on the 30th of July the amount got cleared from the bank. Then i called them and then they showed their true colours and we knew we got cheated. Mr Kushal the owner of the agency was so rude. he said we cannot do anything till after a month that the contract is initiated as a matter of policy. when i told him he was rude and we have got cheated and that i want my money back as i feel i have been stolen of my money. He said he cannot return as Eureka Forbes has taken the money and i cannot return the money.
                                    I threated police complaint and consumer forum and press he said you can go ahead. The call centre says we cannot give details of the service agency as this is a secret. the staff say we cannot name the CEO of the company as we are advised not to nmae any top boss or else they will be bombarded with complaints. so is this the service they are rendering?

                                    So now i want my money back after all this harrassment .The agency should be made to pay from his own pockets for cheating, harassment and rudeness. I do not want any contract with Eureka Forbes after this ghastly experience. I will sue eureka forbes and will take the aid press and television if I am harrassed any further. I WANT MY MONEY BACK as i urgently need to buy a water purifier from a different company.

                                        I am reporting a serious issue, which has caused great frustration.

                                        I have recently moved to a new place in Chennai. I called[protected] to request a re-installation on the 12th of July. Since then, all I was made to do was call them almost everyday to receive the same reply - "We are very sorry, We will send our service personnel today. It has been 25 days today and I have called them every single day to be told the same "sorry' message. Every day I am given a new complaint number for the previous day's lack of service. This is of no use to me. I Wrote to Customer care. no response. They have a completely useless system of escalating complaints in their web site. Even that is unresponsive. This is the worst negligent service I have ever seen. I have been managing with an alternate source of drinking water for the past 25 days. I do not wish to continue like this. How much time does one have to spend for just getting a water purifier installed. Worst worst service. The product costs around 20,000 Rs. This is the service one gets.

                                        My name is kumar. I am really frustrated by this kind of a service from a well renowned company. I would like to escalate this issue to your higher authority.
