I have ordered Aquaguard water filter on Aug 23 for 7500. and i also gave Rs. 2500. And told him to put rest of the amount as monthly emi bases. Now the issue is they have not installed the instrument and when i ever i call the customer care they say they would send today. But no one turns up. It is been 20 days now no response. The complient number which i have registered with Aqua gaurd is 87592108.

      To respected sir/madam,
      I have a Nova aqua guard model in my house. I made a two year maintenance contract with Eureka Forbes, aqua guard from[protected] to[protected]. Initially while doing the contract they changed the candle of the machine.
      On[protected] a beep voice started coming from the model simultaneously with the water. I called Mr.pravin chawhan([protected]) for servicing but at that time he was transferred to the sales department. Then I called Mr.akhilesh([protected]) for the same. He came, checked the machine and told me that we have to change the candle. He did some servicing to the machine.
      Till today I talked with Mr.akhilesh, customer care people[protected]my complaint no.[protected], Mr.jaiswal ([protected]) and finally the head of the Nasik department Mr.sushil walde ([protected])on phone in all from last 23 days. The main reason they told me is that the candle is not available in their stock. Every day morning they tell me that madam today we will do your work but still of no use.
      Sir, professionally I am also an architect. I very well know how professionals work. I called all of the above people in all 30-35 times. I personally think that Eureka Forbes is a well known company in water purifiers and it is really not possible that from last so many days not a single candle is available in the city like Nasik. My contract is also getting completed on 25th of the same month. I really don’t know what the actual problem is.
      Sir, it is a very humble request from my side that you please help me and solve my problem as early as possible. I really expect a lot from you and I am very sorry if I hurt you from my e-mail.

        and now they are asking us to give Rs.1800

        Dear sir,

        I purchased one Euro clean vacum cleaner from your sales man mr R.P Shivaraj, (No. 9063218) he was destrubing me so many days. Finally I purchased the machine on 23.03.2014 with condition that he will repair my old vacum cleaner free of cost, that was working only blower connecting location one sheild has broken. he has taken the machine same day and promised to deliver within 5 days. Till today I did not receive the machine. When ever I call him he will switch off the phone. When I had sent an sms that I will give police complaint one mr.Ravi (he inriduced me as marketing manager) called me thretening me. No I am affried to go your Ramamurthy Nagar office.

        Kindly tell me what I will have to do solve this problem

          When we have registered requirement of water purifier on Eureka Forbes website, immediate second day their executive Krishna(koregaon park office) called us said within 3 days we will install water purifier and we impressed service & booked water purifier Duo RO price of 17,000/-. After booking they have installed after 15-16days on lots of follow-ups. They were giving reasons stock was not available in Chennai, again, now not available in Nagpur etc.... When technical person came here he was saying your water tank height is only 4~5 feet so it will not work proper. Booking time they notified everything is well no problem. After installation within 2 days water purifier was not working. So again called to them they replied call to costumer care no. we registered complaint 2 times but still now no any executive came to repair. Only they are selling product and making fool to costumers about service. We are too much frustrated on their service. I will never buy any product of Eureka Forbes.

          Eureka Forbes Ro Total water purifier — Inadequate service

          I had requested for installation of an RO system on 20.05.2008 through its representative for smart RO for Rs. 12, 500/- and gave advance of Rs. 2, 000/-. The person came next day with a different system (RO total) and said that the rate of RO smart was actually Rs. 13, 500/- and it was not immediately available. So he had brought another system which is larger and better but cost is slightly more. After some discussion, I had to agree to his proposal and he installed the system. It was not installed and its tap was leaking. On complain, he came and repaired it, but not completely. Meanwhile, it stopped purifying water. On complaining again, another person came and said that candles were not put properly and would be corrected by the same person (rep. who installed) who was on holiday today. Persuation with his office has not yielded any result. Though there is acute crisis of potable water in the house, but the consumer centre would not listen. Receipt No. is 033331 and product sl. No.is 6000872, Agebt code is A113 and DCS No. is D-IV.

          Eureka forbes - RO water purifier — Poor service

          Hi,

          I am from Nashik, purchased RO water purifier from Eureka forbes. During selling thier products & giving demo, they follow us like anything, literally torture.. Any there is a necesscity of water purifier here, hence I paid full cash (around Rs. 14000) and purchased one. While delivering, the first day itself, it was found not working. Then thier marketing executive told, they don't have stock, asked us to wait for 3 dyas. after one week, they had given another piece. After 2 months, again water overflows from the tank, ie mass sensor is not working. After continual follow up for so many weeks, they come and rectified.

          But once the first year is completed, those people will come for AMC without any follow up and literally torture you get the AMC. At that time they will give manypromises like monthly free check up & service etc etc..In fact I have given AMC. But recently one of the candle is fully choked and made a complaint to replace the same. Since our present water source is not so good, I requested them service at the earliest. They also promised me with 24 hrs, they rectify the same. The compalint number is: 59673388. I waited for one week. I followed many times with them but I am not getting proper feedback, also they are disconnecting line.
          Theie service, especially Nashik service very very poor, ridiculous. During selling their product & for AMC, they will torture you like anythig..after that they never bothered about custimer. I really felt bad, why the hell I purchesed Eureka products. Till today, nobody have approached me to rectify my complint, even though mine is covered under AMC.

          My sincere request to all, never, ever go for Eureka forbe products. Actualy I wanted to write a mail to their CEO about thier excellent service, but I could not get his mail ID. IF anybody knows, pl. forward me. My mail address is '[protected]@yahoo.com'

          Worst service which I never come across with any vendor so for.

            We have purchase Enhance Ro from Eureka Forbes on March2012,and first service due on June2012.I have many time contact to area manager Mr.Ajay Gautam,he always give assurance next week I come withe technician and after two monthe 28the august2012 ,he replied theat he is unable for arrange technician.you can launch my complaint in website.theen I have contact customer care same day he give us complaint no 87545027 and told within two days your RO service will be done. but still nobody came for service every time give only assurance today technician will reach.We are purchasing 20;ltr water every day for drinking from one monthe.I want to refund my Ro money we will purchase from otheer company.

              We lodged a service request on 31.08.2012 and followed up the same on 02.09.2012. But we have been given the service request as 87577623 on 02.09.2012 by Ms. Dhanalakshmi, Chennai Totally irresponsible and reluctant natured girls are engaged to handle customer service request / complaints which is in the nature of turmoiling the image of Eureka Forbes. Every time your people are creating a complaint request for every followup from the customer. What sort of this kind of service Eureka Forbes is rendeing .... very surprise to understand... Already our case was attended by one of your executive ( Mr. Momeen ) and told he will be come back after a week to have a thorough check. Good gentleman did not turned up.

              I am getting astonished how Eureka is encouraging the team of people who are not interested to work and render service. Instead of taking AMC those persons shall approach public by some other mode for request of money in order to fulfil their daily needs.

              Believeing that necessary immediate corrective action will be taken to attend the service requests / complaints booked in a proper manner and satisfy the customers

              Aqua Guard — Water purifier fault service

                1. I am Sendhil Kumar.V working as Deputy Manager in State Bank of Mysore, Trade Finance Cell, No.24 Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore - 560003

                2. I am having an Aqua Guard Water Purifier Booster model & taken AMC valid till Sept 2012.

                3. This water purifier serviced in the month of Nov 2011, I lodged a complaint to get a routine service on various dates ( Through ph[protected].
                I got the reply " your call will be attended in 24 hrs. Even after week nobody turned up even after month.

                4. Actually my water purifier was due for sercvice in the month of April 2012, But it was not attended. Due to non-service we stopped to use this purifier.

                5. After several tracer calls finally AFTER A GAP OF 10 MONTHS i.e., on 23.08.2012, it was attended, on that day with the help of your technician I spoken to team leader Mr. Brahma Rayappa to know the reason for not attending the service on due date. Surpringly this person was very arrogant, his way of conversation was very irritating, he blamed me, quoting the reason, why you have not complained even after 6 months, and also said they have not received data base from their company. Therefore in noway he is not responsible and very surprisngly while talking he disconnected the phone. When again I called him, he has not picked my call. His way speaking, attitude can't be tolerated. He is not fit for eurosmile company.

                6. Immediately I reported his behaviour to Customer care Through ph[protected], they suggested me to escalate this issue with Mrs. Roma (thorugh phone no.[protected]), when I contacted her, more surprisinglly, Mrs. Roma defended her staff and she was not ready to accept deficiency in service. Her reply was very casual. She also questioned me , if service has not been attended within six months, why it was not brought to her notice.....!!!?

                7. I have paid amount to get AMC, Due to the gross negligence in discharging your responsibilities and due to the failure to provide proper service and making me to suffer in not giving proper service caused shock and mental agony to the extent.


                8. Due to the failure to render service caused health upset, mental agony and lot of inconvenience. This is in breach of trust and breach of our contract and also shows the negligence and deficiency in service and cheating and harassing the customer.

                  This has been my wprst customer service experience ever.Mt Aquasure water filter broke down and i filed a complaint on the 8th of Aug. There was absolutely no response for 8 days and so I filed a new one (No.[protected] on the 16th.After around 8 days, a service engineer turned up and took the filter to his agency.When I tried to ask for some sort of reciept, He very rudely replied that the filter is a rotten piece and nobody will want to keep it. So i need not worry.I was very rudely told that he has more important things to do at his office than attend to me request and So I should not be complaining about the delays.
                  It has been a week since and I have been calling the agency (Tanu Enterprises, Gurgaon) everyday. I get the same reply that it will be fixed in a day. I made a very humble and polite request to return the filter as it is so i could at least ask some other shop to fix it. But they are not even ready to return it. I am getting frustrated as I am forced to buy bottled water everyday. On top of that the extremely rude behaviour of the people at Tanu Enterprises, is just making matters worse.

                  Please help my case. I just need my filter back and I no longer care if it is not fixed.And one thing is for sure that I am never buying any eureka forbes product in the future.

                    I Enquired best water purifier product thro your
                    Franchisee from the following Address; No.1JNStreet Mugualivakkam,
                    porur,chennai-600116.Tel:[protected],[protected] M-[protected] & they
                    sent Aquaguard Reviva & fixed on 12/072012. From the DAY ONE there
                    was sedementation of black layer ON THE WATER even after discarding
                    10-15 filling of storage tank . I came to know that it has only RO
                    not the RO +UV .Very Next day i informed the manager of the
                    franchisee to exchange with Aquagaurd (RO+UV) (Agreed to pay the
                    Difference in the Cost )... He agreed to do so & told to wait since
                    it takes some time for this process. I reminded more than 50 calls
                    till now. I have full trust in your company but the service very
                    poor.Kindly do the needful immediately.

                    This COMPLAINT is in regards to the Maintenance done for Aquagaurd Reviva on 15th July, 2017 by Aquagaurd service team.Since than there are repeated problems(today being the fourth issue)of water leakage from the filters/pipes, for which nearly all the internal pipings have been changed.

                    We requested your service team regarding the water leakage issue that has started again yesterday, to which they have responded that the petrol charges of the service engineer has to be borne by customer and all sort of excuses.

                    Please let me know is it our fault that after getting the purifier maintaned by your team it has started giving us trouble and when we are asking for service support we are getting such responses.

                    We humbly request you to kindly get the problem resolved.

                      I complained on failure in thee product to customer care on 24the July 2012. The problem was not resoled yet, it over a monthe now. When ever I call theem, thee customer care people will say theat thee service engineer will come today evening to resolve thee issue, but theey will never come up. I tried calling many times and get thee same response. I dont know what to do furtheer. It would be good If it is resolved soon. MADE MISTAKE in BUYING EUROKAFORBES product.

                          Hi,

                          I have bought AQUA GUARD( Eureka Forbes) water purifies ( Total sensa model) yesterday for 19000/-, Sales person came in the night 7:45 PM and quickly demonstrated and took the money and left.
                          After 15 min I try to see the product in detail, I shocked to see that it’s an used product. They just did all malpractices to sell an old and used piece. Even After paying 19000 in cash, company gave me an used piece with all scratches and all parts are already used. I believe company is started selling all secondhand used machines as a new piece.

                          Beware and do check thoroughly if you still wanted to buy these purifiers from Eureka.

                            I the undersigned hereby bring to your notice that, since from 3 years our water filter aqaflo is under AMC wide no.[protected]/12/2011-19/12/2012, continuously past from 3 years I am observing that, neither your service persons are visiting my place or monitoring the machine twice in a year of AMC , After collecting the AMC amount your executives are not yet turn up to my place to do the required service, i.e. happening past from 3 years after lodging complaints through helpline also neither your co. Is taken any action/reply nor tried to rectify the same , today also I did the same and I have lodge the complaint for the same wide no.87496280 given by Mr.Sharath, so, the poor service of the co. Which I am getting past from 3 years why I have to pay money for AMC? AMC means in a specific contract period of one year weather the service request received or not, as per AMC your co. Should send their respective technicians to the concern customer place to do the same twice in a year to keep in a good running/working condition of a machine by monitoring the same and I also mentioned in my complaint, after giving AMC also our water filter was not working properly, means after servicing from your technicians also we are not getting purify cleaned water, because we found so much of small dusts in the water, that also not yet rectified, so I am hereby requesting the company that, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this mail company has to pay my 3 years AMC amount with interest and have to give one year extension by free after the present AMC completion i.e. 19/12/12, failing to which I have no way to approach to the Bangalore consumer forum against poor service of the company by claiming damages for the same at your risk and cost.
                            Hope, you will do the needful at the earliest to avoid taking further legal steps for the same for healthy ending of this issue.

                              My name is R. Sunderrajan, and I am a retired Branch Manager, Vijaya Bank. Two of your marketting executives (Mr.N. Anandhakumar and his team leader Mr.Rudhra Moorthy) convinced us to buy your aquaguard enhance water filter. On the very same day of their approach, I issued them a cheque for Rs. 13,990 (cheque number: 066434 dated 30.05.2012) which got cleared on 4.06.2012 through Federal Bank, Chennai. Our receipt number is[protected]. Your sales executives did not inform us on the fact that we would receive our invoice a month after the purchase and they were neither present during the installation nor were they bothered to know about the working condition of the water filter.                                 I have been a user of Aquaguard for last 5 years and the incident that took place has shattered my faith in the company and it fills me with anger and despair how your company’s name is being used to rob money from innocent people in the city of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. In fact, this is not the first incident and most surprisingly, the company officials know about it and refuse to take any actions against it. I also believe that they are themselves involved in this racket.
                                My water purifier was due its servicing, a representative came to my home but I asked him to come the very next day due to some reasons. The next day, 6th May 2012, another representative (the so called “engineer”) came to my house for the same purpose. His name is Vipin and he had visited our house a few years ago for servicing my water purifier. He checked the unit and changed some parts. He made a receipt of Rs 1150 which included the charges for changing old parts with new and for annual servicing. But he walked away without handing over the balance Rs 500. So, I called him repeatedly but he didn’t respond so I was left with no other options but to call the office and file complaint against him. When I called the office, they immediately asked if someone named Vipin Goswami had come. Then the person from the office told me that he had been fooling a number of people in different parts of the city. Within 20minutes another “engineer” named as Vimal Kumar came to our house when it usually takes them a minimum of 2 days to turn up in case of any complaints. He echoed the very same thing that such a con man had been robbing a lot of households for a few years.
                                He checked the device and found out that he had stolen all the parts of the purifier as well. On being asked that when the company employees know about such a scam, then why isn’t anything being done to curb this problem, Vimal said that it was not the company’s duty to run after some one who is misusing the company logo and name. To my utter disbelief and shock, he revealed that the con man was an ex-employee of Eureka Forbes and that is how he had such genuine looking receipts. When I asked Vimal to lodge a complaint against him and help by providing address and contact information from the company database, he said that he would not help us in any ways.
                                In fact, he was trying to shut up the case by shouting and misbehaving in front of the only 3 ladies who were in house.
                                If this was not enough, he started asking for Rs 375 as his “service charges”. I refused stating that the call was made to lodge a complaint and he was not asked to visit our house. But he refused to leave until he was either paid for service charges or a subscription of 3 years in form of Rs 3000 was paid to him. This made me believe that even this representative was involved in this conspiracy. It seemed that it was a well planned act to firstly rob us off money as well as the purifier and then some other representative would drop in and get us to pay for 3 years’ subscription and for the missing parts of the Aquaguard to earn a hefty commission from the company.
                                I lost my patience when Vimal started misbehaving and even threatened us saying that we were lucky that we were just conned for money and not killed by Vipin.
                                This was what made me lose my patience and I called in police from Sonari Police thana. Vimal made a phone call to some senior management officer from your company and the police officer talked to him. Then they left. Probably, the phone call was meant to offer a bribe to the police as no actions were taken and even after 2 months, my water purifier is dysfunctional and my money has not been recovered. It shows that even top management people are involved in this racket and it seems that the act will continue.
                                My only request is to know what kind of a “mafia raaj” is prevailing in your organization? You claim to be a company that takes good care of their customers then how such a shameful act could be executed by employees of your company, without any fear, and that too not once but repeatedly. On top of that your representatives misbehaved with the ladies of my house. This act has instilled fear in our minds and people in my locality are fearful of letting any Eureka Forbes’ member into their houses.

                                Eureka Forbes — STOLEN UNIT SOLD TO CUSTOMER

                                This incident had happened few years ago and I never had a chance in finding a complaint forum. However as I have found this one I am posting my query which might be helpful for people opting for Eureka Forbes brand. We had plans to purchase vaccum cleaner. We spoke to some people from Eureka Forbes and they promised that they will be sending in there representative. As said, one crook from the same company came and convinced us in purchasing the vaccum cleaner and promised us that the invoice will be couriered next day. But after months time and phone calls to big people we came to know that the unit which was sold to us was stolen and moreover the guy who sold us the unit was an Eureka Forbes employee. At this point of time the Managers were suppose to take responsibility of this issue which they did by providing false promises. As a result I have lost my warranty and money. So people be careful before purchasing on a door delivery basis. Pay money only after getting the invoice. Never ever believe people from Eureka Forbes, they will take you and your money for a ride.

                                  My Water purifier is not working for the last 8 days. I had 1st logged a complaint with their call centre on 13th August but yet await resolution. The person came on the 14th but was neither able to resolve the issue nor did he give any information. I called the call centre again and I was told that a person would visit on the 16th, that never happened. I logged a complaint on the website on the 17th and got a call from the service center immediately. They told me that person is reaching my house in a few minutes but never reached and no information given to me as well. A person cam today who didn't have the right parts hence nothing was done today as well. I logged the complaint on twitter as well but I am sure they are so busy fooling people that they don't have the time to look at the complaints.

                                    I have purchased a Aquasure RO+UV for an valuve of approx 16700 on 22.7.12. For Installation I had to make many calls and was running from pillar to post for installations. The same got burnt on 13.7.12. TO rectify the same we have given complaints vide NO#87460938. one techinican cisited and nothing happened. I am fed up of calling the call centers and no one respond to the same. Kindly provide justice and return the money back to me as I am not interested in the product.

                                        I has purchased Eureka forbes Water filter storage unit-Amrit Model at MRP (Rs.1800) Set contains:Bottom, Top, seat, Top cover, Tap, 2nos of filter kits. The item is given Warranty for 18 months along with bill.
                                        During the usage bottom unit got damaged after 6 months from date of purchase.
                                        Soon we intimated Eureka forbes offices at Thane & Dadar. After repeated follow up made, finally on 17, Aug 2012 Dadar office has arranged for bottom storage unit (made of plastic body) threw its dealer at Dadar East.
                                        I had carried old cracked bottom unit also for replacement, prepared for paying said unit charges (Rs.300) But the company representative told that unit cost is Rs.680, which very costly & don’t worth. As examined the dealer has shown the cost of item is Rs.261 originally as per bill claimed for Octroi. Also shown Octroi reciept & goods transfer slip from its warehouses to dealer office.
                                        The dealer told me, Eureka Forbes is billing to dealer/customers for Rs.680 (More than 50% of cost of the product claimed as per Octroi). So Please examine my problem, As you know sir – “normal plastic unit any where in india will never cost such high”
