I purchased a AquaSure Spring Fresh on 4/6/2012. The same day, Adishwars put in a request to the Eureka Forbes team for installation on the same day. The purifier was delivered to my house on 7/6/2012 with the promise that it will be installed on 8/6/2012. After 6 calls to the Forbes call center on 8/6/2012, and multiple promises that someone will come on 8/6/2012 (before night), nothing happened. The last call center representative I spoke to said "it might be today or tomorrow, not sure" and then lied about when the request was registered. On top of all of this, they were tremendously rude and unprofessional in their conduct with me and my husband.
The next day, after numerous attempts to schedule an appointment with a VERY rude person - Mr. Rajesh from Eureka Forbes Bangalore office, we finally got them to commit to a home visit for installation on 10/6/2012, before 12 noon. It is now 1 pm and there is no sign of the technician. Nobody is reachable and I'm sure that I will be subject to more impolite behavior, entitled nonsense, and complete lack of customer service tomorrow morning when Forbes decides to come and install the unit at their convenience.
This is ridiculous for several obvious reasons - consumers pay a lot of money for a product and related services. The bare minimum expectation is good customer service, and timely work. I am astonished to see this kind of carelessness, and bad attitude from any retail company. I'm truly disgusted and appalled at the company Eureka Forbes. Shameful!
