We bought eureka forbes aquaguard infiniti from EUREKA FORBES pune-maharashtra office on 21st april 2012. The sales reprsentative mr.Ved prakash gupta & customer care person mr.Ghanshyam gaikwad sold the said product on total fraud & fake commitments. Mr.Ved provided the discount of rs.350/- As commited by him but hasn't fulfilled the other commitments I.E. Life time free service confirmation (on company letter head), pipe(connecting the outlet flow & vessel in which water is to be filled in) & aquaguard machine cover that were committed to be provided within 2 days from the date of payment.

We are regularly following with him but its been a month & we are still waiting, they have denied to provide any of such things & have stopped taking our calls. We even contacted customer care @39883333 & lodged complaint on 01 may 2012 (complaint number :[protected], but to our utter shock, no action has been taken from last 13 days, infact, people at customer care center cut the call on our face or would keep on providing alternate no.S. So far, had a word with ms.Vaibhavi(01 may), ms.Seema(11 may), mrs.Veena malik(11 may), mr.Ghanshyam gaikwad(11 may), our complaint is still pending & whenever we ask about the status,they just say that it is in process.

The calls are just passed on from one representative to the other & no one is resolving my query. I am really pissed off with the kind of response I have got from aquaguard / Eureka forbes team. I am shocked to see the kind of treatment that I have received this time for my new purchase. I have now lost faith in eureka forbes services. Seeking immediate justice.

Eureka Forbes has worst service in Pune. i brought Aquasure RO + UV on 28/9 got installed in 30/9 17:00 and started leaking and water flowing everywhere thereafter. 4 times technician came after literally 50 calls. Every time they came they tight the valve, work with circuit but in vain. they told me about major fault and manufacturing defect but don't ready to give written feedback or ready to replace. now i after spending 15500/- didn't even drink a drop of water after purchase. i am hopeless and have no way except going for consumer forum.

    In my office two aquaguard classic water purifiers available. for the last 16 days requesting for change of filters and normal servicing. the service centre people replying daily that technician will come today, but not comming. In my railway station we orderd for another 8 water purifiers of aquaguard classic. Because of this poor service I decided to cancel this company order.

        Dear Sir, I have purchase a vacume cleaner EurocleanACE OF eurekaforbes (Under twoyear warenty) from M/S Sneha Enterprises - Shaktinagar Distt.-Sonbhadra (U.P.) on[protected].After one month it does not proper functioning so I have complain to Mr. Santosh Kumar (mob.no.[protected]) properiter of M/S Sneha Enterprises but he does not gave proper response.My machine totaly stop functioning on[protected]. I have complaint many time to Mr. Santosh but after one month he send a person Mr. Guljar he check the machine said that its moter is damage so I took it to shop & he ensure me to replace the new moter & deliverer me next day.But the till date he dose not return me & not give any satisfactory response to me. Sir I realy mentaly hareshed by the M/S Sneha Enterprises.Pleae do needful action in such my case.

          Regarding the refund of a cancelled order
          Order Date: April 30
          Promised installation date: 30 April (max 1st of May)
          Cancellation Request Date: May 1st evening (Called Euro helpline to cancel the order and got confirmation that it is done)
          Current status: Refund not yet done. I have called euro helpline[protected] and area manager sevaral times now and got no positive response on refund processing.

          Reason for cancellation: Not meeting the promised delivery date. I had to cancel many of my planned work including my office work for this. Hostile and irresponsive nature of the sales representative.

            Hi,

            Rgd: purchase of product: #[protected]
            I made payment of Rs21980 for Euroclean WD and Detox AirPurifier on 21st April 2012. I was promised deliver by 22nd April 2012.


            Rgd: Unsealed Euroclean WD product delivery!!!
            I was delivered with a un-sealed package of Euroclean WD on 22nd April 2012 at around 4PM after initially saying it will be delivered on Monday 23rd April when I called at 3PM as there was no delivery of product till then. I MADE A COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 4PM THE SAME DAY W.R.T THE SAME. I was informed, Eureka Forbes work like that only! I had to take the product WillyNilly as I have made the payment.

            Rgd: Faulty Euroclean WD!!!
            The product could not be demoed at the time of delivery as there was no power supply at the time of delivery. Later in the day I complained of the faulty product! Response was promised before 9AM on 24th April but no one turned up!!! I had to and am using the product as is. On reporting the same to Customer service, the callback from service agent came from Hyderabad while the installation address is in Bangalore!!!

            Rgd: Permanent address VS installation address
            What I missed from my part was, missing to insist the sales executive note note my permanent address and installation address as they are different. However, since he came for demo and as he promised he will deliver the product personally to my local address, i believed due care will be taken care w.r.t installation address. THE RESULT: For complaint regarding the just purchased 'Faulty Euroclean WD', the service guy calls up to come for service arrival in 30mins from Hyderabad to Bangalore!!!

            Rgd: No delivery of Detox yet even after 2 WEEKS
            On inquiring about Detox, I was told, it will be delivered on 24th April. On I call back on 24th, I was told, they will inform me on 25th April. and this keeps repeating till now, without delivery of the product and every time I waiting at home delaying/shortening my going/returning to/from office. It is more than 6 times that, this has occured.

            Rgd: trying to escalate Detox non-delivery to Customer Service
            After repeated product delivery time misses from sales guy, I tried to escalate the non-delivery of Detox issue through Customer service on # 39883333. As I realized my earlier complaints were not properly recorded, after I was told that complaint was recorded, I asked the 'Customer service ' representative to read back the complaint. Un-surprimingly, it was not recorded after a lot of bluffs!!! I was given a complaint #86867793.
            I called back to talk to another guy, same story and it made me understand all the 'Customer service ' representatives sit at the same place and was taking me for a ride, putting me on hold and not responding, laughing and making fun, which I could hear from the background and so on. No other 'Customer service ' representative was able to read back the complaint #86867793 ... which make me understand there is no complaint noted at all!

            Some details of my encounter with 'Customer service ' representative calls all on May 6:
            Time: ~6.30pm:
            Name of 'Customer service ' representative: not taken
            Communication summary: no proper recording of complaint! Even after correcting 3 times, no proper complaint could be noted! on asking to correct, call was terminated. On asking, given complaint ref #: 86867793.

            Time: ~6.50pm:
            Name of 'Customer service ' representative: Ajit
            Communication summary: call was put on hold for 3.5 mins without responding when asked to readout the complaint ref #: 86867793. I had to disconnected the call my self.

            Time: call back at ~6.55pm
            Name of 'Customer service ' representative: Naveen (Calls himself a Team Lead)
            Communication summary: when asked for more responsible person/manager, i was offered to talk to Naveen the Team Lead who put me on hold without responding when I asked him to read out the complaint ref #: 86867793. I had to disconnected the call my self.

            Time: call back at ~7.00pm
            Name of 'Customer service ' representative: Justin:
            Communication summary: TL away for break!!! supervisor available only in mornings!!! put on hold and no response after 3 mins also. I had to disconnected the call my self.


            Time, Money and Phone calls are not free for most of the Eureka Forbes customers and having a more responsible, serious Customer Service Representatives would benefit every one in my opinion. As said during the Customer Service Call, are the calls really recorded? I would really like to hear if any action would be taken on my complaint.

            I want to know the procedure to cancel Detox purchase (as I am tired of waiting and being fooled by Eureka Forbes sales/service teams). Please provide me the details of the procedure and the number of days in which I will get the refund and if there would be any deductions.

              I have done AMC with EUREKA FORBES LTD., for my Water Purifier on dated 23/02/2010 for 3 years period up-to 22/02/2013 according to that AKOLA service center personnel told me that they will provide service 2 candles in a year upto the AMC period and every six months period servicing to the water purifier machine at their own without calling them. But from the time of AMC they never come to my home without calling them even they never change the candles after every year unless and until I call them.
              Recently after waiting one and half month period for changing the candles I call them to come and change the candle the lady over telephone No.[protected] told me that she will send the person and he will change the candle. REGRET to note that in spite of my call she till date today 5/5/2012 nobody was attend the call. today one representative from Eureka Forbes come to my home for inquiring that i have any water purifier of his company then i again noticed him and ask him first provide the services to existing customers and then do the new customers THEN
              he told me that he will note down the complaint to AKOLA SERVICE CENTER. I am customer since 26/04/2005 and also AMC regularly even though I have facing the problem.
              Once again I REGRET TO NOTICE YOU that from the date of purchase the services are not good of Akola CENTER now I would like to request you even if you are not ready to provide the service apart from regular AMC with you from the date of purchase then please REFUND ME THE MODEL AMOUNT SO I CAN GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WHICH WILL TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER AND VALUES THEM.

              HOPE THAT THIS COMPLAINT WILL TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS AND VALUES THEIR TIME.

                With honour state you that I, Mr. biswajit Sahu, purchased a aquaguard water purifiers on 20th April 2012 and it's Unit No.[protected] & Invoice No.[protected].
                Now the problem is being faced by us that the water through the water exhuast pipe is dropping constantly since the day of installation. We call to service center for servicing the device but they neither came nor made any repairing / servicing.

                  Despite of several calls from our side regarding repairing of our water purifier, the peolpe from Eureka Forbes are not showing any interest. Everytime we called their answer is we will come tomorrow and this tomorrow never comes.now its more than 20 days the people are showing no interest.Due to such negligence its ruining its own image and loosing customer faith.Its shameful that you all are not interested in solving your own problems.

                    Kishore - [protected] - is a fraud. He was kicked out of Eureka Forbes a year back. He is still operating in the market as an Eureka Forbes service man. He charges 2-3 times more for a small partcosting 30-40 bucks.He even gives an invoice which looks surprisingly similar to the original Eureka Forbes invoice.We have an aquaguard machine and he took 250/- for a small sensor which actually cost 40 /-. He goes around houses giving his own numbers and saying thath to call him directly instead of calling on customer care sentre.
                    Stay away from this person. Do not allow him to service your equipments. Who knows whether the parts he uses are genuine or not.

                      I have Eureka Forbes RO Plant. I have signed an AMC (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT) with them. This AMC is still in effect. Around 20 days back my RO plant TAB went off. I called up the EUREKA FORBES and launched a complaint. Next Day, service man came to see the problem. Moment he entered he said, "OH! WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE TAB LEVER to fix the problem. BUT I DONT HAVE THE SPARE WITH ME". He added saying " I WILL BRING IT TOMORROW TO FIX IT AND CLOSE THE TICKET"

                      Since then, no one has called up and updated us what is the status of it. Also, no service rendered.

                      I called up 5 times. Even today I talked to a gentleman k. balamurugan employee id : 63789. He said he will escalate it tomorrow as today is MAY DAY.

                      Last week when I called up also the call centre person said that he will ensure by last saturday the problem will be fixed. Till date no improvements.

                      Being a consumer who paid for the service in advance, I am totally frustrated and mentally upset.

                      Please treat this as a complaint from my side and do the needful immediately.

                        I have engaged services of maintenance of Eureka Forbes Water Purifier, I made complaint on 14 April 12, but not satisfactorily attended Again I complained on 30 April, [complaint No 86814655] the Mechanic who came to repair, first snatched the wire, (it broke); when my wife contacted me on phone and narrated incident of bad service I told him because of his(mechanics) high handling wire and instrument it was broken, Instead of repairing he started abusing in bad languages and told me do whatever want to do " I don"t care" I asked him his name and his Senior. He gave me his name as Santosh Jadhav and His Seniors name as Mahindra shinde. I am GM in Bank and my wife as bank Manager, the entire incidence was intolerable I have complained on 39883333 and narrated the incidence on 30 April 12 at 6 pm

                        Eureka Forbes — Water not clean

                        This is the worst company i have seen ever.. before i bought it they were running behind me but now when its not working (Bought 2 months ago), noone cares to come after my continous complaints in its customer care[protected]. they daily tell that they will visit my house but noone comes... Still i didnt receive my warrant card also which they told will be send to my house...

                        As per your warranty card 2 service check Ups FREE on paper

                        No visit made from your side after installation though many calls made
                        and reported to your service personnel came product introduction and
                        developments for buying other products.

                        In the mean while i have got the letter for sevice contract for the coming year.

                        How do you expect me that your service engineer visit for service.

                        I have close the unit after 6 months since the service is not made
                        visit, I am started to buy water.

                        Now you will be knowing my feeling after purchase of your unit. You on
                        line contact, persons coming our area noted and seen my purchase
                        invoice no response from your your end.

                        Eureka Forbes, Water purifier — Not addressing servicing

                        thirdclass services provided by their AMC. I registered complaint on 15th June and compliant number [protected]. Post that i have called 100 times but nobody visited so far to rectifiy the error. Due to this my wife, me & son suffered the problem of fevor & cold beacuse water not clean......                           Hi,

                          I have bought a Eureka Forbes RO Water purifier. Executive came with purifier and installed it. I made a cash payment of 12990/- and he instead of giving me full VAT Bill he gave me a temporary receipt and told me that I will receive VAT invoice by postage. It is 3 months now and I have never received any invoice. I called customer care in Feb and they insured me of invoice delivery with in 10 days. Now their customer care [protected] is out of service.

                          Mumbai customer care does not want to take forward this issue and gave in alternate numbers [protected] & [protected] which are not working either.

                          Sales executive how came to my house is T. Rahul ( his contact number is[protected] &[protected] and he is blaming Company.

                          I am not sure if I have been cheated and should I go for formal Police complain against Eureka Forbes.

                          Eureka Forbes RO system — WORKING INTERMITTENT

                          MY EUREKA FORBS RO REVIVA STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE THE VERY NEXT WEEK OF PURCHASE. IT DOES NOT START EVEN AFTER THE STORED WATER IS DRAINED OUT FOR USE.
                          IF WE LEAVE IT LIKE THAT IT SOME TIME STARTS AFTER 2-3 HOURS AND AGAIN STOPS, THIS INTERMITTENT WORKING OF THE SYSTEM IS CREATING A LOT OF PROBLEMS. ONCE THE TECH FELLOW FROM EUREKA FORBS CAME AND DID SOME RECTIFICATION JOB BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST.

                                I have purchased Aqua Sure (water purify) from Sales Corner Vadodara before three month ago. After one & half month it was not working. I have complain at Shrinath Aqua service center. Engg visited, remove the PCB which was fault. He was telling with in 5 days it will be replaced.                                   I have purchased a Aquaguard Total Enhance RO one 12/4/2012. It started giving problem (continous flow of waste water) and I got it replaced with another machine after 3/4 days. The new machine also was giving the same problem. One technician came on 19/4/2012 and opened the BRAND NEW machine. He said there is some loose contact or something inside. The problem is not fully resolved now. Still there is waste water leakage in the machine (even after the tank is full).

                                  I fail to understand why the brane new machine is givng such a problem and why I should pay for the faulty machine. When I asked the Aquaguard Office, they are saying that it happens in some machines (5 in every 500 machines or so).

                                  Luckily I have paid only Rs.5000/- as advance. I have informed the Sales Person that I will pay the balance amount only after I am fully satisfied. THE ONLY SOLUTION IS GIVING A NEW MACHINE WHICH WORKS TOTALLY GOOD OR A NEW MODEL MACHINE.

                                  For your information, many of my friends had asked me to go for local brand (plenty of local brands are available and the service is also very good). However, I was very specific with Aquaguard because it comes from a world renowned company "Eureka Forbes".

                                  I hope my problem will be attended to immediately to my fullest safisfaction.

                                  I had purchased your product ( Total RO system) on 29.03.09.after one week we faced leakge problem at bottom side (On 4.4.09) . I spoke many people( Nealy 5 people like ramachandran) of your concern but no body owning.

                                  But your poople only intrested to sell the product. not aftrer sales.

                                    I bought a vaccum cleaner on 02/11/2011 and the sales person told me that the bill and the so called free gift bag will be sent through courier. Even after calling them for more than 10 times and also their customer care nos for 10 times i'm still waiting for the bill. I feel its really madatory to sell goods with bill but Eureka forbes is violating this. Someone please tell me how to proceed legally on this.

                                      We had purchased Eureka forbes water filter named "Infinity" from eureka forbes dealer. From day one the machine was giving problem with water flow. Initially we kept on complaining and everytime the service person came and cleant it but after 2 days again the water flow diminished.Finally we realised that the machine was defective even the technician came and confirmed that the machine is defective for which we asked it to be replaced by another model.From last one month we are waiting for the machine to be replaced but the dealers and sales person from whom we have purchased has not solved our problem. everytime we call him he gives us some lame excuses.We are fed up of this attitude of the salesperson and want the machine to be replaced soon. Such a big company has such bad service towards its customers was not known to us.In future we will never recommend anybody to buy products from eureka forbes. We are fed up of the salespeople who are only cheating us.

                                        My sincere adivce to the general pulblic is not to buy any of Eureaka Forbes products. Their Service Sucks.

                                        Its more than a month and with repated calls they are not just bothered to get my R.O serviced, despite having an AMC with them.

                                        I have spoken to their regional head Mr. Srikantan, there customer service head Mr. Sarvanan

                                        a) they dont pick up call, nor return calls.

                                        b) give excuses like our phone not working, or travelling etc..

                                        Must tell you that till date there is no remedy, we are back to our mineral water bottels.

                                        Mr. Mr. S. L. Goklaney, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, please wake up ! You guys are no a more trusted brand.

Eureka Forbes Ltd., Kamla Nagar, Agra which is to be installed at our respected Guruji’s Residence at Goverdhan, Mathura. Capacity of T.D.S. of system is up to 4000 but at Goverdhan, the capacity of T.D.S. is 7000. We discuss in this matter with there sales executive, Mr. Vijay Saraswat. After installation the problem started from the first day. In this matter I had give him a reminder letter on 21.05.2008 at there Local office, Agra but problem is not solved. In this matter I also meet personally and give letter to there sales executive and He said that I had inspected and find proper working but in real It is false. They are cheating and can not be refund money. So In this matter please help me.

                                        Eureka aquaguard — unsatisfactory service

                                        I purchase a euraka aquaguard from an agent of the company, who neither gave me receipt nor turning back for attending complaint, he has taken back the packing cover of it. I fear he is a cheat and supply duplicate water purifier.
                                        eureka does not respond to customer call. very poor customer care . please don't buy eureka for heaven sake

                                        a) only answering machine only reply that executives busy
                                        b) they don't pick up call, nor return calls.

                                        c) give excuses like our phone not working, or traveling etc..

                                        Must tell you that till date there is no remedy, we are back to our mineral water bottles.
