Product supplied with missing one part i.e. plastic nob on one screw is missimg whereas one screw is covered with plastic nob. A series of complaint booked over telephone to Kanpur Dealer but he says it comes without nob which is technically not possible. It is therefore requested to confirm the same.

I had purchased one Aquasure RO+UV water purifier from Eureka forbes on 14th November till today it si not made operational

everytime one of other guys will come from Aquaguard and say some or other faults

first they identified problem in adaptor and they taken almost one and half month to replace that ,once they repalced the power adaptor the display come but no water ourput

Dear Sir,

I have bought Aqua Guard Sensa SMP+ (Rs. 17,900) by March 2010. Within 10 months, the device stopped working frequently and i have made more than 20 calls to the customer service.

The problem started happening by the first month of purchase. If it is faulty device, they should replaced with proper working device.

But though numerous requests, they simply service it every time and...

I requested Eureka Forbes, the company which makes Aquaguard Water Filter, thousand times to provide me with analysis report of the water filtered by aquaguard, but they did not bother to send me the report. Aquaguard calls itself 'The Doctor of Water (Paani ka doctor)' , but it can not provide with a water analysis report. What a pity !!...
