We have purchased REVIVA RO from EUREKA FORBES at Ichalkaranji, logged a service request 5-6 days before (Complaint No:[protected]. Till date i didn't get any reverts from executives of EUREKA at Ichalkaranji as well as Kolhapur.

Kindly interven to get this resolved at the earliest.

    Sir
    1, I was having an Old Aquaguard and one Mr P. Ashok bearing the number [protected] was requesting for us to try the new model- AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO -REVIVA
    2, We after few months agreed to replace to new one and paId an advance of Rs1000/ vide reciept no 045465 dated 6.5.11 signed by P. Ashok.
    3, After 10 days the machine was sent by courier and it was instatlled and balance Rs 9000/ and odd was taken in cash with a promise that the bill will be couriered by one month. We are yet to recieve the bill and todays date is 5.7.2011.
    4,About a week back we called Eureka technician and given a complaint, he said irrespective of new or old machine he will charge Rs 250/ for one visit. On the contrary Ashok and others who installed said that the machine will not give problems for 3years and in case there is a problem Ashok agreed to set it right.
    5, Now month after month, I am forced to call the service technician, to clean the filter, since this Reviva is not able to pump the water after filter is choked.
    6,Now when I asked the officials, they say that if it is “ Metro Water” it will happen and if it is Bore water this problem will not be there. This was not told while selling the Water Purifier
    7, Please be informed Bore water is 160 ft below and every time I use it fully , my powercharges will be high , and since metro water is available in plenty it is being used.
    8,Further Reviva is able to change the water taste to better, so we went for it.
    9,Now when I asked the technician, why during selling you did not inform that it works better for bore water only, he gives me a solution to go for latest old aquaguard which will give clean water, but no change in taste, and I can exchange after consulting the Manager with minimum cost. Such a irresponsible suggestion, is given to a customer just after 5 months after purchase.
    10, Now the filter is clogged and I called Mr Saravanan, who is a technician chief( absolutely who does not care for customer service) whose mobile number is [protected]. I requested I will stay back in the house on 20th Oct, he can send his technician and teach me the cleaning of filter. He agreed but never responded.
    11, After few hours I tried his mobile, may be 20 times, he refuses to attend to the call. What a pathetic personality, Eureka forbes has appointed for customer service.
    12,Out of Desperation, I sent the following text of message to Saravanasn and others “ Sarvanan – Despite my speaking and ur promise, u seem to conveniently avoiding my phone. Now I hv no option but to handle this issue thru GOOGLE CONSUMER FORUM.
    13,Saravanan was not bothered about Google Consumer Forum, since he is Greater than Google. It is shameful and discredit to have such employees by Eureka.
    14, I copied the above text, Arun [protected] , Ashok [protected], Ashok [protected], Karthik [protected], Senthil -[protected], Sekar -[protected]
    15, None of them responded except Sekar, who promptly asked my address and said he has not got instructions from his service engineer and he cannot come.

    I APPEAL TO ALL CUSTOMERS THAT PLEASE DO NOT TRUST AFTER SALES SERVICE OF EUREKA FORBES, THEY WILL SELL AND FORGET CUSTOMERS OR THEY WILL BE KEEN IN CHARGING FEES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I STRONGLY FEEL SUCH ATTITUDE FROM THE COMPANY IS BAD AND THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THE COMPANY CANNOT GET REVENUE AND EVEN SARAVANAN CANNOT GET HIS SALARY.
    PLEASE DO NOT BELIVE REVIVA , THEY SAY IT DOES NOT WORK ON METRO/ CORPORATION/ MUNICIPAL WATER. EVERY MONTH YOU ARE FORCED TO CALL TECHNICIAN TO CLEAN THE FILTER. YOUR WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR, AFTER THAT EVERY MONTH YOU HAVE TO PAY SERVICE CHARGES.
    Think before you pay your Rs 10000/ for this product. My experience has been pathetic with this Product.

    Eureka Forbes, AquaGuard Total — Selling the product without giving bills

    Dear Sir,
    I live at Banswara(Rajasthan). One day a guy, saying that his name is Ajay Gupta, came to my house and told that he is from Eureka Forbes company and selling its product for water RO system. He told that the RO water purifier is good and there are many offers for the product Auqua Gauard Total and they are like free servicing for whole life, free carrybags etc. He taken Rs. 5000.00 for it and said that the balance amount may be given next month. After getting full payment, he will give bill for that alongwith the other facilities like free servicing, carrybags. After that, one guy came to my house next day and installed the water RO system.
    Next month when I paid the balance amount(ie on dated 5/5/09), I asked for the bill. He told that he will produce it within thee days as he has to manage it from Udaipur(Raj.). And he will give also the gifts. By that time, he has given me one rough estimate showing that he received the amount. After one month no one came. When contacted for bill, I was told that I will get it sooner.After so many contacts on Phone(mobile), he started to ignore. When I contacted on local address, I found that there are no one living on the address as they have shifted anywhere. From that time, 6 months has passed but I still unable to get the bill. I also catched one of there staff in the local marked, but I was convinced that I will get the bill very soon.
    Now, I have not any bill for that, so no any guarantee/waranty is valid. No any service regarding timely free/paid servicing is being maintained.
    As the guy was not responding to my phone no., so one day I tried to contact by other phone number, then he responded and told that very soon he will arrange for the bill.But all in vain. I feel cheated by one of great branded company. The phone no. of Mr. Ajay Gupta who was mainly responsible with his other assitants is [protected]. There were other mobile no.s too, but no one is working now. I don't know what to do. Please help

    Eureka Forbes - Aquaguard Reviva — Not fixing the problem since one month

    I have purchased a RO water filter (Aquaguard Riveva) in 2009 and I have renewed the extended waranty for another year, it is valid till June-2011. I keep getting frequent problems with the system... within a year of purchase the filters has to be replaced, 2-3 months back the adapter has to be replaced, now there is another coil which is spoiled & getting heated due to which the filter is not working.... My customer ID is [protected], I have raised a service request with eureka helpline on 23rd March, req# is [protected], they confirmed the problem and they assured to replace it within a week, as there is no reponse from them i keep calling and calling the local service guys/manager every 2-3 days and they say it will come in next 2-3 days, finally again i called the helpline and they raised another request# [protected] on 13th Apr, they mentioned it will be addressed in 2-3 days... its almost a week no response and when i called again they are saying another 2-3 days and when i asked them if that is correct info they are not able to assure me... not sure how many days it will take
    I have been buying a 15lts water can of Rs 45 each day... till now i have to spent around 27 cans of water (Rs 1200/-), Pls help me in getting the problem fixed and i want the company to pay me back the 1200/- as i have spent due to the delay of there service
    Yes you are absolutely right. Even it is a bore water the Aqua guards efficiency is only up to 800 PPM/TDS i.e., the total dissolved salts should not be more than 800mg/ltr. In metro water the chlorine content will be higher than the compatible level of the reverse osmosis membrane. As a wholesaler of the same industry I can assure one thing they can give you an unconditional warranty of 36 months for that cost paid by you.

    Performance continues to be similiar to what Ramanathan said and i regret having spent Rs12000/ on reviva. I think they must give 36 months unconditional warranty

      Respected Aquaguard Authorities for sales & services,

      Your team is lazy regarding to give services to your previous customers.They only in search of new customer,but they doesn't know that some part of marketing is also depend upon previous customers, who are responsible to change mind of new customer to purchase better thing in market.I really obligate to my friends to not purchase such problematic product of water purifier.
      If you are drummed in market for purification product but first are you aware of your product which doesn't have any type of softener of water then who is responsible for health problems arises due to hard water.If your product offers hard water then there is none o[censored]sing this type of thing.
      OK to the point I complained last two three times in your customer care services,I don't know that its your team or not but I have a complain no of mine which are registered in your complain log (No is 85325513 [protected]) in august 2011.My unit is Aquaguard Classic given by our builder Mr. Ganesh Bhintade for our total scheme of Ganeshangan situated at Narhe road.After offering your unit to builder it's your business to get at customer doorstep and ring a bell before its warranty period,is it right or not but your representative doesn't come to them and ask for anything.If your no o[censored]nits gets sell ed in one stroke at any complex then its your duty to offer a service to sort out problems of customers.You must go to your customer ask for their problems regarding unit elaborate them your new product scheme take a tour of free servicing first time.
      But you don't care of anybody.Is my complain is cleared and your team closes it directly without attending to me.Then why anybody came to me up till now ,one serious thing I not said to you I have only one tap of drinking water which attached with your unit & now i didn't get water also from last two months.

          I have already made complaint regarding my Total water Purifiction(RO) system not functioning thr' on line complaint. No response fm ur office .It shows that customer complaint is being taken so lightly and neglecting.During the tenure of warranty intentionly u r avoiding attending the complaint where free replacement can not be undertake.Unless there is no response tmrr , i have not option to make complaint in consumer court which is being regular action for u.

            I had purchased Eureka- Total water purification- REVIVA on 14.11.10 vide ch. 951747/.Till Date No invoice has been recd. Committment regarding Free service not been done. I have problem with Water over flowing where the automatic cutoff function not working . Various attempt were made to ur office , obsolutely no respomse.
            Arrange to send somebody to rectify the same. If the non- response attitude continues even after this complaint, i have no option to go legally with cunsumer forum

                i purchased aguaguard classic model water purifier in chennai tondiarpet EUREKA FORBES LTD bill no020475 Rs 7390./ on 13 .9 .2011.they sent thro courier service to my home at TUTICORIN. I recieved the product TUTICORIN but so far nobody has come to install the product.i gave several rings to tondiarpet chennai.there is no response so far shall i return the product to chennaior simply sleep with it in mybed.

                This is Kanchan from G.E.T. Water Awareness Team Chennai... I read ur complaint.

                Many people forget to choose a customized plant for their raw water characteristics.

                Standard branded products do magical advertisement only for marketing and not concentrating in service, as the RO, UV, OZONE, UF, NANO concept needs huge maintenance if not configured for RAW water purification methods

                We people create this awareness and we have qualified engineers who FREELY reinstall, service the Water purifiers any brand any model and suggest you how to maintain it in future.

                  I have recently bought a AquaGuard Enhance Water Purifier & I'm already experiencing the worst customer experience. The new kit the technician brought was faulty, he charged 300rs claiming it for a simple stand they are installing the hold the filter & Never turned up to replace the system. After Multiple calls, to the Customer service executives, branch managers etc a guy turned up saying he want to take back the installed system without providing a replacement. After he was sent back, another technician -- After 15-20 calls made to the sales/technicians/managers at Hyderabad came with a replacement system.

                  Technician who comes for installation can not confirm us the filtered water TDS as he doesn't have the meter. Sales persons only holds thse meters & they are gone once they collected the check until we followed up.

                  Another cheating stuff I discovered is that the original system installed ( RO -- In Blue Logo) is replaced with Green RO & I see that it is for Low TDS filteration. Without checking my bore water & it's TDS level who are you to replace the bought system with a Low efficient system. It's been almost 9 days since the order was booked & I can't yet use the Purifier. What a pathetic service. Shame on you Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Customer service, management teams. The only reason I went ahead to pay 4-5k more over a local made one is hoping to have better service. But It appears I have wasted that money.

                    HI this is k.kalanithi i ve made a purchase in eureka forbes,aquaguard sensa model Aquaguard Total SENSA With SMP+. on last year july, thers is no proper demo,onthat cost we had a problem tap hasbeen broken,for that we resitered an complaint but,there is no response from service department,and another two week later they have did thatb service, next two days again machine is not working,from july to till this date our machine is not working,ambattur service manager mr.kannan,mr.gopinath,mr.saravanan and service persons Mr.venkatesh,or mr.ramanathan ., they cant able to find out the problem still,very worst service team in ambattur.pls note this for public awarnesspls dont purchase any product from eureka forbes pls....

                      Dear Sir,
                      We purchased AQUAGUARD ATOM RO Water Purifier (Item Code-GWPDATOMR0000) vid Chalan No.-DC No.[protected] dated 25.08.2010 from Eureka Forbs Sales man Mr. Rohit Arora (Mob No.-[protected]) at Rs 7999.00. It was terrible experience of Eureka equipment & service provided by Eureka Forbs. However we managed & come up with solution that we will get replacement with extra charge of 7010.00. As we have no option & we agree for replacement Mr. Jatin Patel Service man (Mob No.-[protected]) of Eureka Forbes replaced the machine on 23.09.2011. Contract Receipt No.[protected] & it was found that same problem we are facing in new machine also, from day first machine start malfunctioning.
                      We are facing water leakages, adaptor failure, filter & pump malfunctioning. At every time when we call to Eureka Forbes service man either he will not pick up the phone or simply saying that parts are not available.
                      At present machine is not working since three days, we are facing a lot of problem to get drinking water from other sources.
                      This is really upsetting & disappointing.

                        I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the franchise named "Aakanksha Care" of Eureka Forbes Ltd.
                        We have NANO RO water purifier that was purchased from Big Bazaar less than 6 months ago. Suddenly it stopped functioning.
                        On contacting the customer helpline number displayed on the appliance, there was a response that since this is a quarterly closing, service can not be provided. Upon repeated requests and human ground pleading, a number of a area service engineer was given to us.
                        On contacting the said personnel, the response was that someone will come by the evening. However, when no on e turned up by the late evening, the same person was contacted again. This time and on at least 25 subsequent times, he did not receive the call.
                        This is really a horrible experience and something must be done in order to restore the good will of this company.

                        Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard — Poor Response

                        Aquaguard is under Service Contract with the company. Contract Receipt No. AG 96B 13739540. Ten days back the aquaguard water purifier went out of order and is not funtioning. Inspite of several phone calls there is no response from the agency for repairing and restoring the unit. The authorised service center is mentioned on the receipt as " Lucky Techno Services ", to whom the complaint was made.

                        Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — Non fulfillment of service contract

                        I have made a complaint #80332550 on
                        19-05-08 regarding my Eureka Forbes compact cartridge aquaguard not working & requiring service. Today is
                        27-05-08 and nobody from Eureka Forbes has showed up to repair the problem despite my repeated calls. Instead I get some new rep. everytime spewing the same rhetoric & apologies but that does not solve the problem. They even have the nerve to keep asking me for my address and saying, "someone will be coming by today or latest tomorrow" but its been 8 days now. I find the careless response sad for a large corporate & I think its absurd that it would take so long to fix the problem. I do not have much confidence in Eureka Forbes at present. I am very sorry but this really is unacceptable since I have a service contract and I have prepaid the AMC fees. I will not be renewing...

                        Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — Very Poor Service- No one turns up

                        After purchasing Aquagaurd everytime we give a complaint in the Helpline they promise to send someone immediately, but we have to call them again and again and get that done.; takes minimum 1 week to 10 days.

                        This time it is goimg to be almost a month and I have spoken to 4-5 people in Helpline, NOBODY has turned up.

                        Useless service spoiling our peace of mind and work.

                        If by any chance an Eureka Forbes staff sees this, Pl take proper corrective action so that this does not happen again.

                        AquaGuard — NO RESPONSE

                        I have entered a service contract with aquagaurd vide contract no 13524621 on 19th november 2007, you are suppoe to visit my place during may, but even after reminding you have failed to visit, i dont know why i have taken you service contract, for you information i have contacted your sevice point (phone no 26195750,[protected] but result is zero.

                        I want to know what is your reaction on this, shall i publish this through news paper, revert back immediately.

                        Aquaguard by EurekaForbes — No Service at all

                        For the past 1 year or so, Nanak Service/ Eureka Forbes have only been collecting the AMC money from us without giving any service at all. They onlycome over to replace the carbon/ candle and when asked upon the maintenance that they had to provide on the system (as the machine needs a replacement on the Fuse connector as well as one of the water chambers), their comment is that they are not getting any response from the company.

                        When called to their call center in Delhi, they have a blunt of way of telling you that this is the best they can do and if we want, we can take whatever action we want to take!

                        This only indicates that, EurekaForbes is only duping people of their money and in my vision and experience this is nothing but a white callered scam!

                        Please help us to take appropriate action so that such kind of frauds should be taken to proper task.

                        All, please be aware before buying any of the EurekaForbes stuff. As the name suggest "Eureka - see your money vanish" and Forbes has just been put there as they could not have mentioned 'Forged'!!! Actually the company is called "EurekaForged'

                        Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — No service, no response

                        I had purshased Aquaguard Nova(INOVACS) July 07. The representative upon frequent visits and call forced me to decide for a water purifier which I did and installed it. He just gave me a reciept of the advance money which I paid for booking. The product got delivered and installed at my residence and is working fine, but since that day no one has visited for service and neither the bill has been given to me. I have made hundreds of calls for the product service but no response from the company. They are not interested I think once the product gets sold.
                        Each time I make a call they give the assurance of sending a person for service the next day but till today the day has not come.
                        This is the worst customer service I have seen and it would had been better if other brand purifier was purchased. I will definitely advise my friends not to go for Eureka Forbes products.

                        Eureka Forbes — No receipt given, no service, no response

                        Bought a water purifier, aqua guard total RO Reviva costing Rs. 9, 990 on November 2008. The cash receipt has not been yet recieved. No warranty card issued. No service so far. No response to repeated phone tries. Regret deeply for having purchased your product. The only reason we bought was for that name Eureka Forbes. Product purchased at Madurai KK Nagar branch. Never come across such apathy for customers. Deeply regretting. Please contact and do the needful.

                        yearly two services May & Oct from 12.10.10 to 11.10.13.in favor of Eureka Forbes through Sanjana Enterprises Flat No.301 SwaminSamartha CHS Plot No. 88 Sector- 14 Koperkharane Navi Mumbai -400709 .

                        As per the said agency has given Contact No.27545343 and Mob No. [protected]. Accordingly Today I gave a phone call at about 3.30 p.m. to both the numbers but no one is responded though yearly two services out of one services is expired during May-12 . At least Mob No [protected] should revert call to me. As he has got a miss call.

                        I request you please look into the matter and do the needful immediately because it is monsoon time water gets so dirty

                            I deeply regret to state the frequent calls to the call centre for servicing of the acquaguard from past three to four months and no response as of now is received. Now the machine has stopped working for past two weeks and it is so difficult to have pure water as there are old and tiny kids at home.

                                  The machine stopped working wef 31-08-11,evening.I lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes on[protected]Complaint No[protected].I explained that I have 2 small kids at home & the machine is essential for me.I also told them to send the mechanis POSITIVELY on Saturday[protected] as from Monday-Friday we would not be at home to entertain them.The call centre executive promised me that the same would be taken care.The executive also took all my mobile nos so that the mechanic could call me before coming.Unfortunately no one called/came !! The next weekend I again started following up with them,since till Friday we were awfully busy.Allan,the executive who took the call this time,apologized for the incovenience & assured that some one would come back ASAP !! I told him to send somebody by Sunday itself but he said that was against their policy !! Inspite of several requests no one came !! Suddenly on the Wednesday,when none other than the maids were at home,1 mechanic by the name Chinappa ( most likely ) came>I had no other option but to let him in the house once my maids called me.He was initially very rude to me when I asked that why did he come on Wednesay & not the last Sunday.He told that Eureka Forbes had not intimated him of anything & hence that was not his problem !!! Finally he checked & said that Saturday he would come back & change the mother board & the candle & requested me to call up[protected] once again.Accordingly on 16-09-11 I once again called up Eureka Forbes & requested them to send Chinappa (as per him BG Rd was his jurisdiction,since he only wld come) on the very next day (Saturday,[protected] & got the same msg - " Thank you for calling Eurohelpline.Your Req No [protected].For all future contact your cust no [protected]" YET NO ONE CAME SO FAR !!! I AM BUYING & PAYING FOR THE DRINKING WATER FOR LAST 18 DAYS,INSPITE OF HAVING AN AQUAGUARD AT HOME !!! I CANT EXPRESS HOW MUCH PATHETIC THEIR SERVICE COULD BE,ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS GOT TO DO WITH DRINKING WATER ! THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER & THE MOST INSENSITIVE PEOPLE,WHO ONLY CARE FOR THE ONES WHO ARE BUYING NEW PRODUCTS FROM THEM & DO NOT CARE TO GIVE SERVICE TO THE EXISTING ONES !!!! i DEMAND A DAMARAGE FOR THESE 19 DAYS FOR ALL THE PHONE CALLS,WASTE OF TIME,HUMILIATION & THE MONEY SPENT ON WATER !! Hope my complaint finally gets addressed by some one at some level & me along with many others get relieved !!!

                                    Our RO machine “REVIVA” was under AMC. We renewed it on Sept 6, 2011 well in advance of due date (Sept 19, 2011). But we did not know what troubles will follow.
                                    The technician changed all the membranes and filter. We drank water from it as usual.
                                    We called the technician on Sept 7, 2011 that water seems to be spoiled. He told us that it happens when membranes are changed. We told him that we know that it never happened in any previous years. He told us to keep drinking the water from it. We kept calling him daily, but for some reason, he could not come to check it.
                                    We kept getting sick (vomiting, high fever-102). We talked to our doctor and went on Antibiotics. Nothing helped. We are still sick, and may have to be hospitalized. We have spent at least Rs. 2500 on lab tests and medicines.
                                    The technician finally came on Sept 9, 2011 and saw that waste pipe was choked, which he replaced. Then next day he came after we insisted that it is still bad water, and changed the main membrane again.
                                    We drank raw untreated water for 4 days. It has done irreparable damage to our system
                                    My wife already had acute intestine disease, which has become very serious, possibly requiring surgery.
                                    We have had Aquaguard since 1991, then RO plant since 2004 to avoid such health problem. But it happened, in spite of our own precautions, due to serious omission by Eureka Forbes.
                                    Eureka Forbes has created havoc in our life and must make amends to pay for all the damages so far and possible future damage.
