We have purchased a water purifier from Aquagaurd on 18.12.2009.for Rs.13,000.00.It was called for service several times in the warranty period of one year.The machine again became problematic in Jan 2011 13th month of purchase ie one month after warranty was over.The company people visited and gave an estimate of Rs.10,000. I lodged complaint to the Aqugaurd Head office and recd. a call by stating that the estimate will be Rs. 7000.00....

Product supplied with missing one part i.e. plastic nob on one screw is missimg whereas one screw is covered with plastic nob.
