I purchased aquaguard enhance green RO on 17 Nov from a salesman called "Swami" (Tippeswami, Mb no [protected]).

Swami made these promises while making the sale
- Free stand
- 2 years gurantee (1 yr extended)

Not to mention, this saleman turned out to be a big cheat and didn't even bothered to pic up my calls after they charged my credit card falsely.
I seriously dont understand how can a company like aquaguard do this.

Below are my complaints and problems faced

- Credit card charge
My credit card was charged 11000 without even notifying me. I have raised this concern to lots of customer care people but they are dumb to
answer this

Can you please get this corrected? I am highly frustated with such kind of stupid product and aquaguard.

My only advice to users is not to go with aquaguard and watch for there cheat salesmans

Here is the latest status of hopelessness.

After posting these complaints I received a call Raghvendra([protected]) some where around 12 dec in which he slammed Swami on the phone line.
Swami showed his attitude and told that he will come on 15 dec, 2011 and will take away the system and return my money back.
I agreed.

Not to mention he didn't showed up. I called him and he told he is buzy and gave a date of 19 dec. He didn't showed up again. Then he told me that he is busy and cant come up. I called Raghvendra and then I recieved a call from Srinath. Srinath promised that he will come on 21 Dec and will return the money. He didn't showed up.

I called Raghvendra on 21 Jan, he told he will check and revert back. No one called. I called back again and again then finally Raghvendra and Swami agreed that they will come on 10 Jan.

Today Raghvendra called me and completely denied that they agreed on returning my money. he was saying that what we discussed was about stand issues.

I have understood that you people cannot take any action on this and I am planning to take some serious action against this.
I think you didn't read the complaint at all.. Thats funny. You replied without reading the complaint.

Good Evening !

I brought one vacuum cleaner from the Tamilnadu team at the vellore branch. The team was not how to handle the customer & behaves. I have given Post date cheques for my purchase product . Due will start from april-2020 onwards, He presented 1st cheque in april month, then all over the world faced COVID -19, we can't manage the situation. I am a salaried base person. Past 4 months I have not yet received my salary & informed your vellore team members for presenting cheques, they hold 2 months due to COVID-19, this month without information they deposited the 3 cheques in a single day. My bankers give more pressure to clear the amount. I clearly said, present one chque after 10th, then followed by this month one cheque.

Without my knowledge, he deposited the cheques, I can't answer my bank. try to understand the situation.These people are not professional. Try to educate the people, how to handle the customer. all are not professionally professional in the vellore team.

I am mentally disappointed with your team.

    I have purchased a product of EURAKAFORBS by name AQUASURE (Water Purifier). It is troubling a lot and the company people are not responding for the service complaint even after one week. Moreover the person who attended my call on [protected] My Vijay, Customer Service Executive is more abusive and he is not co-operative with the customer and he is not ready to here from the customer. I declare that he is UNFIT as customer relation person. The company EURAKAFORBS is very thick skin about all these complaints and they are not responding with proper service to the customers

    ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS AND NEW BUYYERS OF EURAKA PRODUCTS :
    I personally advise all the people in INDIA not to buy any products branded EURAKAFORBS, since their service to the customers is very very bad. Moreover their behaviour with the customers is toooooo bad and abusive.

    the services are really very bad. i have never seen such indifferent attitude from a AMC provider. Inspite of my daily reminder calls the technician never comes for repair. Every day I get the same response from the call center that it will be done. the call center number is [protected].

    I did request for the manager number for escalation but there is no response on the numbers provided. I am completely disturbed with the AMC services.
    We had registered a complaint about our dysfunctional Aquasure on December 2, 2014 but no one has bothered to attend to this complaint till date. They are giving me flimsy excuses and no one is serious about resolving this issue. Please attend to this complaint at the earliest.

      A few months back I have purchased a Nilfisk C 100.5 (Serial No.12387627/37/2010, manufacturing date 02/2011 imprinted on a sticker) and the same was not working since last three weeks. I have lodged complaint to their Guwahati counterpart Mr. Malay Nath, Mobile No.[protected] but till today he has not paid any heed to my complaint.         1. Eureka Forbes representatives made a service contract with my aged 88 year old father ( lives in house of rajendra chourse his eldest son) for the aquaguard installed at home and took payment by cheque for contract from 15 mar 2011 to 14 mar 2012 . they wrote three tele numbers on the place marked for authorised service centre address.
        2. None of the phone numbers work. while for two numbers 3988333 & 2289897 even when dialled with std code 0712 or otherwise or from mobile the message is check the number you have dialled, number does not exist. the third number 2292686 just keeps on ringing but there is no reply for lst four days. even the calcutta number of the company[protected] there is no reply .
        3. i have given three emails but there is no response. contract receipt no:[protected],cust code C-2484/[protected].
        there being no address of nagpur service centre , now the aquaguard is unserviceable for last 6 days and nobody to contact to . since only staff lives with father i was asked by my dad for help in finding out their complaint centre but it seems impossible to contact anybody.
        4. obviously by not writing address of local center the company has committed a careless act and obviously needs to correct it. the service contract is therefore as good as useless since one cant lodge any complaint now ..
        the matter needs to be taken up with relevant govt deptt.

          This is karthik from kanchipuram. i have an aquaguard classic water purifier at home. It was not working from 16th october. I raised many complaints to eureka forbes customer care 39883333 regarding the same, nobody turns up till the month october. When i spoke on nov 2nd the executive said my complaint was not registered till then, he assured he will register the complaint and gave me a complaint no.[protected]. But nothing changed, nobody ever turned up. I repeatedly called them on every alternate days, everytime they always kept their word same "sir, for sure today we will send our executive." they also said they have escalated to the highest level. I finally asked the executive to give me the manager no. he gave a number and his name is srini and i spoke to him he said he is regional sales manager and he gave me another number who is in kanchipuram. His name is muthu(i believe), and he said he is only in chanrge for sales and people from vellore will only handle service and gave the vellore number. When i speak to the vellore center they said no complaints were assigned to them till then, they asked for the details and said they registered the complaint and within two days they will turn up. Another week passed by nothing happened, finally i fed up and sent my uncle to the center in person, after two days on 9th a technician from vellore came named vinayagam (mob no : [protected]) and while opening the purifier he broke a uv lamp inside, he promissed he will replace it for free. A week passed i didn't hear anything from him back, when i called him he said the part was not available in vellore so he ordered from chennai, they sent it over courier and he is yet to receive it and once he receive it he will call me back. another 4 days went and i called him back for any progress he said the part was not available in chennai and he ordered it from bombay totally contradicting his previous statement. I understood that he is trying to pass time with me. It was around 20th nov after that he never picked my call. So with no other choice i again called back the customer care 39883333, guess what i got the same response again "sir, for sure we will send our executives today." Its still going on the same. I have my mother and father who are elderly at home daily my mother carrying water from outside for drinking purpose for the past 45 days. Its very hurting, the company seems never cared about the post sales process.

            I had AMC with Eureka Frobes from 29-JUl-2010 to 28-Jul-2011 (Contract Receipt No[protected].

            During the period I got problem (appliance was not working at all) with my appliance and I register service request from help line and person visit and ask for another 1-2 days but did not come and I waited for 3 days. Then again I asked and person visited after 7 to 8 days.

            It happens 2 times during agreement period.

            On renewal I asked for assurance but I got simple answer It might happen even from customer service.

            I register complaint again with Customer Service for the assurance and they committed that senior guy will visit at home in next 24 hours.

            Person visited and asked for 250 service charges and 1050 for AMC.

            Neither he was listening and nor understanding finally I asked him to leave but simply keep asking for what he started and he started wrong language.

            Only customer is suffering for both side.

            It seems everything is in Service Center hand and they can play like anything with customer, Eureka Frorbes seems like handicapped.

            Only assurance is there from Help Line but no action.

            During these problems my family members suffered with infection due to water quality, WHO is going to pay for it?????????

            Should I surrender my appliance to Eureka Forbes (I will not ask to refund)

                I bought AQUA GAURD RO Eco model last year in
                November 2010 from your marketing person who was after my life to sell
                that filter.He explained me that this is the best model we have and it
                will decrease the TDS level to a considerable amount .Further more he
                told me that we dont need to change the filters for two years as the
                filters are very good. He said we need to pay the annual maintainence
                that is a very nominal amount.Moreover that fraud person did not gave
                any reciept till now for the Purifier I bought from him.The day we paid the money for the purifier he never came back . He kept the purifier on a thermacol and said that we will get a stand for purifier but we never got that.
                that we should get a regular check of tds level whenever the service
                person comes because the fraud selling agent never told the actual
                things. In aug 2011 I called up the person who gives the service for
                filter to check the TDS level . He checked it and told that the TDS
                level is more than 400 and I asked him to check the filter.(Now I got
                the actual story that he sold a DEFECTED piece to me). Service person
                told that the one filter is cracked And because it was under warranty
                we should have been given a new filter in any way for that. But the
                service person installed a used membrane in the purifier .And he showed the TDS level which has now gone down to 260 .
                I was not aware about the TDS level until I met Kent purifier people
                who actually explained the whole process and they were selling the
                same type of model ,one of which was installed about one and a half
                yrs before at my neighbour's house. They checked my AQUA GAURD
                purifier TDS level and then they showed my neighbour's ..i was
                surprised and kent is at the same price with least annual maintainance
                charges. i thought of contacting you people but because of some
                reasons I could'nt.
                The service person came again in September I guess and the TDS
                level but didnt tell it to anybody and I was not at home
                But now to add my agonyfinally the service person came a day before
                to my house and I asked him the TDS level .He told it is more than 400
                .He said your filters are not working and he will have to change
                them.(Remember I wrote -The marketing person told me that we dont
                need to change the filters for two years and obviously I was given a
                defective model whose filters were already cracked) . I asked the
                EUREKA FORBES SERVICE MAN - Dear but you changed the filters when you
                said the they are not working and cracked? He answered -sir maine
                used kiya hua install kiya tha kyuki company iski warranty nahi leti.
                WOW what an answer by a REPUTED COMPANY's service person. Anyway I
                asked him to change the filters and he told me to pay for the AMC
                annual maintainance costing 3600 which is due on 17 Nov . I almost
                fainted and asked him what ..but the person who sold this never
                told me about this . and he was blank.
                Now I ask you that is this a new way to Loot
                people or what . I never expected this from Eureka Forbes a reputed
                company. And if I am paying 3600 as maintainance charges for one year
                and that too for a defective model .. I could buy a new and a better
                PURIFIER like kent in two years by not paying your irrelavant
                maintainance charges.(3600+3600=7200) What a pain I bought from Eureka
                Forbes.
                Finally I request you to take this complaint seriously
                as I will not bear this. I never received a receipt for this machine
                either. I want you to change this filter and give a brand new piece to
                me and the person who sold me should also be given a lesson. Me and my
                family have been drinking water with a high TDS level for one year
                almost even after spending so much of money.And I am not sure that
                even the water we were getting was pure or not..
                Kindly take this issue on a urgent basis. To be on a safer
                side I took the photocopy of all documents from that service person
                was carrying the file .On the basis of those documents I am giving you
                the details

                i had purchased an Aquaguard RO, dated[protected].due to a fault in it, filter had been changed.being in guarrntee periodtill date[protected], then too i was charged Rs5000.purchasing was made fromghaziabad branch, service wasdone from servicecentr, rakesh marg branch, Ghaziabad.viderecipt no:80127790.kindly, lookforward in this.otherwise i am going tolodged an compaint in consumer court.

                Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard RO — fraudulent

                Respected Sir, i bought Aquagauard RO on 8/07/2007, from Ghaziabad Branch.Due to some fault in it, the filter get changed.it is in warranty period of 2 years since date of purchasing.unit no 8012790.in job sheet details ofwarranty are too wrongly filled.i hadpayed approxmately price of the new AquaguardRo.warranty details as per job sheet is 10/2/2008 to 9/02/2009.so sir, its a kindrequest to you take proper action in it.the service centre of rakesh marg, Ghaziabad.purchased had made on 8/07/2007, but the job sheet had been made from 10/02/2008.on 10/02/2008 they had taken Rs3500 in name of LIC.So as all ihad made payment of around Rs4940+Rs3500.on 28/02/2009 :Rs4950.kindly take proper action in this matter.

                My humble request to you all is, please do not buy any of the RO UV system provided by aquaguard. RED ALERT WARNING!

                Please read the below to know why did i say these words.

                I purchased an Aquaguard (Aquasure) RO+UV system on Jan 2014. It was working fine for 3 months and on April 2014 it stopped working. From April 15 2015 to May 7 2015 I have been literally fighting with customer service people to get the issue fixed. 3 times technicians visited my place stating that there is some defect in the parts and once the new spare arrives we will come and fix it and 4th time their Service GM attended it after repeated escalations on sending uncapable technicians. Now here is the highlight, Service GM stated that our water supply has a TDS of 2090 and Aquaguard RO systems do not function if your water supplu has a TDS more than 2000.(Please note this point dear friends if you are planning to buy an RO system) I checked the manual of this product and also the user terms of this product online.No where this has been mentioned that and also at the time of installation the technician installed it without informing this. Just to sell their product they hide everything and once they find any issue they use them as excuses. Heart-burning issue is now they are not assuring the refund of this product. At the end for the sin of purchasing this product my 16600 rupees is under risk of going void and my mental stress on fighting with them and I am manually boiling water past one month from when it started working. I am totally cheated.
                The Aquagaurd company is a cheater and fraud and are just there to usurp money from innocent customers. I was asked to pay for the problem that existed from the start
                Their Service Representatives Pallavi (head) and Prashanth (head) in Pune were so rude and arrogant that they literally said that for any problem resolution you need to pay or take the AMC. Their service representative came and did something in my RO + UV and now it is no longer working. When I call them they say that the product is out of service and you need to pay for the same
                I purchased an Aquaguard (Aquasure) RO+UV system on April 2014. It was creating a lot of noise and I made a complaint for the same
                The customer care representative came and said the system works like this only
                My wife and myself thought how can a aquagaurd make such high noise like a generator!
                We again made multiple complaints and no response/service came from their end
                Very recently I saw the same model at my friend’s house and the same Aquasure was working without any noise. I again made a complaint to the service center and they said that there is a problem in one part and that needs to be replaced. Now to replace the same I need to take their AMC costing INR 5000 else I have to pay for the part. The noise problem that I had from the start and that was their trick to not to replace the part so that I pay for the same next year
                I have been literally fighting with customer service people (Pallavi) to get the issue fixed. She was go uncultured to just cut my phone and not even listen to my request, She said “ mera kaan garam mat karo”
                2 times technicians visited my place stating that the machine is fine. Their service representative are naïve and incapable. At the end for the sin of purchasing this product my 16600 rupees is under risk of going void and my mental stress on fighting with them.
                I am totally cheated. You are a fraud company. I am going to consumer court to further take action against you!!

                  I have purchased a product water cooler and water filter Aquasure aquaflo bcode:22202 SL NO. 8004648 of Eureka Forbes through M/S vatanukool 153-154 Akbarali Complex (Basement) Palasia Point Indore 452001 on dtd 16.07.11 for o/o Executive Engineer 400 KV S/s MPPTCL Khandwa Road Indore (M.P.).

                  It has given troubles 9 Time( within a short period of four months) after installation and I have complaint timely to attend the problems. Now we are getting very serious problem of drinking water due to erratic behavior of this instrument set, so kindly replace the same piece with the new one so we can enjoy your product happily.

Again complaint loged to your local dealer on dated 15.11.11 & again make call on same no. [protected] in Banglore but I am not satisfied with very slow response of your representative.

                  Again I am requesting to change the Instrument set as soon as possible.

                    I also have faced similar issue. They sent a marketing person to install my machine and that guy broke the brass elbow inside the wall as he didn't have experties in installing the machine. I had to break the wall, change the elbow, get the plasting and painting. Now when finally technician came to install, we found that machine is leaking, I asked them to change the machine immediately, they kept on trying fixing it instead of changing it immediately and finally rwalized that it can't be fixed. Now they say VP of the company relaeases new machines and he is out of station. This whole thing has already taken a week around and my machine is not yet installed.
                    Aweful support.

                        I bought a water purifier from eureka forbes last yr from Kroma in Hadapsar and it needs urgent servicing. I have repeatedly registered complaints at the number provided by them but it is over one month now and no one has come or bothered to call back. The state of after sales services in India is pathetic ( barring automobile industry).

                        We registered a complaint in April, no body turned up, since the product was in warranty till May. In August they visted and charged 3750+ for AMC. Again there was a problem and no one has attented. I have called around 100 times, there is no escation procedure , no body to help, they just hang up the call.

I just bought aquaguard reviva 4 months back with 3 free service in a year but it's been days that I am following up with there customer care but no one is attending my request.                               The RO system was purchased in July 2010 - fully paid Rs.9990/-. THOUGH THE WARRANTY SERVICE PERIOD WAS ONE YEAR DURING WHICH 4 QTRLY MAINT TO HAVE BEEN DONE & ALL REPLACEMENTS FREE -ONLY 2 REPEAT ONLY 2 VISTS/SERVICES WERE DONE. Any number of calls to them were of no use.

                              BUT PROMPTLY THEY TURNED UP ON COMPLETION OF WARRANTY PERIOD I.E. ONE YEAR WITH AMC FORMS/SPARES FOR REPLACEMENTS AS PER TERMS, REPLACED CANDLES, CLEANED AND GOT AMC FORMS SIGNED UP AND COLLECTED THE FULL AMC CHARGES I.E.Rs 3400/-
                              NOW MORE THAN 3 MONTHS PASSED FROM DATE OF RENEWAL OF MAINT CONTRACT - AMC
                              NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO TURN-UP FOR SERVICING.

                              Eurekha Forbes RO Model — Very poor water output

                              I purchased an RO model on the 11 th of September 2007.For the past 1 month the output received is drastically reduced to 2 litres of water.                               I purchased a aqua RO water purifier for my personal use in my house during september 2008.sorry to say that the authorised person who was send for the installation by eureka forbes at mumbai did not know about the system on which he was to install. this was agreed by him that he does not have the knowledge on aquaRO, but company people have send him for installation.from the day of installation the main indication light is not working and also the pressure switch is defective which have been bypassed by the technician of eureka forbes and the defect has been not rectified till date despite off repeated reminders to the eureka forbes at mumbai .on many occasion people avoid contact by some or other means or a answer is given it will be done but only nine months have lapsed since i purchased my aqua RO which still need the pending defect to be rectified.no one has even visited to undertake periodical maintenance during guarantee period.main idea is to sell a product and then let the customer run around behind them.logically a reputed firm should replace the defectve item if reportd soon after purchse but in my case forget of replacement even the defect is not being attended to rectify.can i expect some reply from eureka forbes why this type of attitude towards a customer that you sell a item and then forget about it and leave it to the customer.i think this is not correct if you sell an item you should ensure that it is maintained and is made operational to the satifactionof the customer.

                              Its is not operational at ALL, no water comes in the top tank, Mr Prakash attended the compliant and made it operational, but water comes on the tank after filtering but it drains from INSIDE the unit . Water is not held there in tank more than 45 mins. its like filtering and DRAINING.

                              Aquaguard Reviva RO Water Purifier — Poor maintenance under AMC

                              I have an Aquaguard Reviva RO Water purifier. I bought it about 4-5 years back at kolkata. While at Kolkata I never faced any problems with the said unit & the maintenance of the unit was fantastic.

                              I got transferred to Allahabad in 2008 and since then my woes have started. I have lodged umpteen complaints but the unit does not function properly till date. Initially the water stopped flowing into the reservoir, later it was rectified - then it started overflowing. Since then the technician has visited a number of times and replacing the individual parts one by one but the unit keeps overflowing I do not understand why Eureka Forbes is keeping such untrained / incapable / incompetent persons and drawing a bad name for themselves. Help !!!!

                              Eureka Forbes — Defective RO installed

                              Hi Sir,

                              I have purchased a Eureka Forbes RO. At the time of installation Mr. Vinay (Sales Person - Mobile No:-[protected]) and Mr. P. Das (Manager - Lakshmi Nagar Delhi Branch - Mobile No:- [protected]) assured that the product is flawless. Unfortunately the post deployment (same day) RO stopped working. The issue was brought to the notice of Mr. Vinay and Mr. P. Das and I got an assurance that it will be replaced immediately with a new RO. Post this discussion my experience was worst. Non of them responded back. I parallely persued the case with the Eureka Forbes. The resultant was that the Eureka Forbes service personnel validated that a defective RO was deployed and its electrical parts were getting over heated.
                              With the help of this platform I want to request to get my RO replaced immediately and stay away from the Lakshmi Nagar Branch specially Mr. P. Das and Mr. Vinay who cheated me.

                              Standard branded products do magical advertisement only for marketing and not concentrating in service, as the RO, UV, OZONE, UF, NANO concept needs huge maintenance if not configured for RAW water purification methods

                              We people create this awareness and we have qualified engineers who FREELY service the Water purifiers any brand any model and suggest you how to maintain it in future.

                              My FIRST amc with them was from 31.08.12 to 30.08.13. Due to their being irregular with the service calls I could not get my amc renewed in Aug 2013 but Dec from 23.12.13 to 22.12.15.2013 ... due to which I hav been charged some extra amount for failing to renew my contract on time.

                                I have purchased one Auro Plant (Water Purifier) Model SANSA from Eureka Forbes Limited on 29/01/2011 Vide there original Invoice No. 009779.

                                The mechine was not working properly, hence I have complained to the Service dept on 15th October. While the checking the same he informed some thing is brocken and they will bring the same from Ahmedabad.

                                Since around 15 days is passed the service depatment has not taken any initiative to I have informed them that ether the M/c should get repaired or they have to replace with a new Machine.

                                I would request ICC FORUM should take necessary action with the company to get the machine exchanged due their poor response.

                                    Hi I am writing this with some distress and disappointment with Aquaguard. I have an Aquaguard which suddenly stopped working. I have called the helpline number which I managed to get through with difficulty. I was told the faulty purifier would be attended to soon, but no response from the service team. I have so far spoken to them on three occassions, got two reference numbers, a local Chennai mobile contact number for the service centre that nobody answers. I have contacted the Chennai "Head Office" but they say I have to contact the service person and give me the same mobile number that goes unanswered! This is a disgrace on the part of Eureka Forbes which boasts of service in its sales talk. If someone in this company has an ounce of decency, please reply and give me a contact of some responsible person to resolve this issue. Dr Raghu Varadarajan, email raghu.[protected]@gmail.com

                                    Many people forget to choose a customized plant for their raw water characteristics.

                                    Standard branded products do magical advertisement only for marketing and not concentrating in service, as the RO, UV, OZONE, UF, NANO concept needs huge maintenance if not configured for RAW water purification methods

                                    We people create this awareness and we have qualified engineers who FREELY service the Water purifiers any brand any model and suggest you how to maintain it in future.

                                      I HAVE PURCHASE EUROCLEAN WET AND DRY VACUUM CLEANER FROM EUREKA FORBES LTD. ON 13/12/2010 AND THE INVOICE NO IS- [protected] AND CUSTOMER ID- [protected] ITS UNDER WARRANTY TILL 13/12/2011. SINCE 15TH OCT.2011 THE SAID PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE MADE THE COMPLAINED TO THE EUREKA CUSTOMER COMPLAINED HELP LINE ON 20TH-OCT.2011 AND THE 1ST COMPLAINED NO. WAS GIVEN[protected] BUT AFTER TWO DAYS OF CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UPS THERE WAS NO ACTION. ON 23RD AGAIN THEY HAVE GIVEN ONE MORE NO. FOR FAST SERVICEING[protected] BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN FROM THEM. I HAVE RRQUESTED SO MANY TIMES WITH CUSTOMERS EXEDCUTIVES TO PLEASE RECTIFY THE SAME BUT ALL IN VAIN. THE EXECUTIVES I CALLED MANY TIMES ARE--- 1. SRIKANT 2. SRINIVASAN 3. DAVID 4. NURJAHAN 5. TAMIL SELVAM 6. SRIKANT 7. VIGNESH AND TWO MORE LADY EXECUTIVES.

                                      I LOST THE FAITH ON THEM, NOW REQUESTING FOR THE HELP TO RECOVER. PLS HELP.

                                        OUR OFFICE VACCUM CLEANER WAS OUT OF ORDER. I HAD LOGED A COMPLAINT ON 17/10/11 ON EUREKA FORBES HELPLINE NO. COM NO[protected].
                                        THEY TOLD ME THE MACHINE WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 24HRS BUT NO ONE CAME. FOR THE NEXT 5 DAY I CALLED THE HELPLINE NO REQESTED THEM TO HELP US BUT IN VAN. ON 21/10/2011 THEY PROVIDED ME THEIR BURDWAN SERVICE CENTER NO. I CALLED THEM BUT OF NO USE. THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT ATTENDED AND NO ONE CAME.
