I baught aquagard water filter (RORSystem) in july 2011.warranty peruod is[protected] to[protected]attached bill).In may 2011 i faced filter problem ,at the time aqua guard service center person came and changed the TMC Membrane with out paying any money.After this ,again i have a problem with water filter ,i call to service center.Service person told "again TMC membrane coil damaged and change new one and its cost is nearly
Rs3500/- .at this time I approched kukatpally service manager prathapreddy .Accuall warranty is 6 months but first time in may we changed tmc membrane without cost ,this time we will not change this ,you will buy TMC membrane coil(filter).now,i have one doubt .i.e fisrt time change of tmc membrane coil is not good or damaged one they given to us.now i am attaching scaned copy of repair details.my request is please do favour to my problem.

    My name is Mr. Rajesh Menon, owner of Aqua Guard Pump Model, staying in Chinchpada Road, Kalyan East.

    I opted for Annual Maintenance Contract with one of the appointed agent in Kalyan West, named Ashapura for two years' duration. Currently, my machine requires servicing very badly and we had been repeatedly complaining to the agency for the past three (3) months and our complaint have always seemed to fall in the deaf ears. Up until now, they have only provided us with false assurances that a technician will follow the same day, but that has never happened till today. They are now providing us with lame excuses and getting rid of our calls. Up until now, we have handled the matter with due patience and politeness, but I am not really sure when will we lose our patience with them. This is not a professional manner for Eureka Forbes to handle the customers, and we have been going through agony each and every time our machine needed servicing. The Annual Maintenance providers (Ashapura) in Kalyan area so far have been very unprofessional and have shown an unethical approach towards their work and it requires a lot of pursuance to get the filter replaced or any of its parts replaced, as in a year they should replace the filter with a new one, which the technicians only clean and state that it is functioning well and some how try to get rid of the call, but few weeks later the machine gets choked up again forcing us to drink the normal tap water or the machine emits muddy water with a foul smell added with a bad taste. Our misery does not end here, as we are once again forced to beg, plead, and make multiple attempts to contact them in order to re-fix the machine and it takes a long time for a technician to attend our calls.

    What I fail to understand is that when it is the time to renew the contract, the technician or their representative is at our doorsteps on-time to seek payment with superficial plans and agendas for the year and tall claims, but whenever a service request has been registered, there are no real services rendered in a timely manner as claimed. I think this reflects selfish attitude of the company and its focus on doing the business and making money, without understanding the customer needs and providing timely service which in this century in clear terms is defined as a scam. A complaint has also been registered with the Eureka Forbes Helpline, but to no avail. It is a gruesome process really and I am fed up of them and the machine.

    If my problem is not solved in due time, I might as well throw the machine in the trash as it does not make any sense to have such a kind of a filter at home, where we are drinking tap water. It should be taken into consideration that in this season where it is pouring in full swing people are vulnerable to different kinds of water-borne diseases.

    Please do the needful for me as well as the other customers in Kalyan area, Thane District, Maharashtra, who are suffering because of very poor after-sales service under the hands o[censored]nprofessional Contractors.

I received an appology from Ashapura and a responsible technician serviced the machine to the satisfaction of my family members and we are satisfied with the attitude displayed by them. I would like to close this case and withdraw my complaint.

      Hello,

      I bought this Euroclean Bravo 4-5 months before. The sales person who came to service the Eurekaforbes vacuum cleaner which my mom owned from more than last 10 years, convinced her to buy this Bravo vacuum cleaner. Once the money was paid, the sales person started acting wierd. Mom had a complain the day 2 itself that the machine is getting heated up in 3-5 minutes and is diffucult for one to hold it in hand. Also the connection (extensions) being very fragile. This when addressed to the sales person, he was least bothered and replied very rudely saying "that is how it is and nothing can be done".

      After which i raised a complaint online and also on CSR no. However the issue was not addressed for atleast long 2-3 months. After which i again raised a complaint. Then a technician was sent to my place. However the technicial abruptly said that no one is being taught/educated/trained about the Bravo vacuum cleaner and left asking us to check with the customer service again.

      Ideally the customer service should be aware of my product and sending the technician accordingly. I have again raised a service request which i am now sure that it will not be addressed properly.

      The euroclean bravo is such a pathetic machine I have ever seen. Its handy for name sake. One can not hold this product for more than 5 minutes as it gets heated up very quickly. Also it will start producing some smell after 10 minutes. The attachments are so fragile that one has to hold it tight where the attachments are. Also the suction power is really really sad that one will feel like throwing this crap machine and using a broom stick instead (which is much better comparitively)

I found the main power cord is so dirty and tap is leakage, i have lodged the complaint in aquaguard customer care 1 week ago but no body turn up yet about my complaint, number is[protected].           I am SUDALAI SURESH, L&T Manager, Padiyanallore. I was purchase the AQUAPURE RO NANO water purifier (before two months), when the machine was installed that day onwards the machine repair. I was compliant so many time to the customer care and service center also(complaint Number[protected]. Till the machine is not service and now the machine is not working.so, kindly change the machine (or) return the money to me.

            I had purchased Eureka Forbes make water purifier Model RO NF and had made annual mentainence contract for Rs. 6520/-for two year w.e.f. 15th November"10 with your authorised service division vide contract no.[protected] AS/2817 and receipt no. 45/20347005 at Bilaspur. .After few months from the date of procurement it had started to make trouble frequently. From last six months in every 10 to 15 days it had remained breakdown.The serviceman was comming and repairing but in the very next day it had returned back to its illness .That's why i have discarded the product and I have no need for further layman service of that sick product.

            Therefore, it is requested to arrange to return back the balance amount of the service contract.

              I raised a complaint 10-12 days back, the service agent said, I was not appearing on their system, and said he has to take a manual complaint. I have been a customer of Aquaguard for 5 years already (regularly when they need to collect the AMC fees, that service is very prompt).. After being a customer for 5 years, I am told I am not on their system, so the agent raised a manual complaint and gave me a number 85022315. No one called me back, then when I called up the service desk again, he mentioned this SR belonged to a customer in Kolkota. So question is what happened to my SR (assuming I might have misheard the SR number)? Then I raised another SR 8 days ago 85052023, technician said he will come but did not turn up, I lost 2 days of leave also staying at home waiting for this . When I called this technician, he gave me a crappy response - he does not have filters and go to service center and bring (how could he be doing service without filters ?????). Again I called back the helpdesk, CSR said they can not connect me to the supervisor. I tried to escalate this thru EuroForbes website, then I understood that there is no escalation process for so called 'manual service requests'. I called the technician from a different phone, and he answered, and said he will turn up today, and as expected he did not. So created one more SR b[protected]bc referring to the original SR 85052023. So following things seem to be traps;
              - EuroForbes 'deliberately' raises manual SRs to avoid resulting in escalations.
              - EuroForbes does not maintain a system of scheduling the services ahead of time, and call the customer and come. In my case, the last service was given 8 months back. Offcourse full AMC amount.
              - EuroForbes 'delberately' does not send any of the SR information on SMS or emails.
              - Why did someone not call back to check if the service was done (basics of CRM)? Deliberate attempt to suppress the truth.

              They seem to be a great adapters of zero customer orientation/ zeo accountability model.

                Dear Sirs,
                I wanted one Domestic Water Purifier and was in mind to have Eureka Forbes R.O.+ Nano Water Purifier. However the Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard Sales Team Head Mr. Ganesh Soni prevailed over me (Duped me would be more appropriate) and sold Aqua guard Classic Model ,stating that the model I was looking for is not being marketed by the company in the Urban Area and is available only in the Rural Area through Dealer Network. His statement was corroborated by the Branch In charge on the phone and only then I agreed for installation of the mentioned Classic Purifier on 3rd of June’11 against payment of Rs.7390/-vide cheque no.283032 of ICICI Bank Dt.3rd June’11.
                However, couple of days later I found out that the Model I had in mind is freely available in the local market, only thing being it is a different division of the same company i.e. Eureka Forbes doing the marketing through dealer network. A fact purposely hidden from me by the company people.
                Learning this, I promptly informed them about their malpractice and asked to take back the machine and refund my money. I also lodged a complaint on the company website about this matter and requested them to do the needful. The complaint reference no. provided is :-b01fd0913957.
                These actions of mine made Mr.Ashok Mishra to assure me that they shall refund me the money and take back the machine, as soon as I come back even after a month,as I had informed him that I shall be out of station from 8th -26th June’11.
                But after coming back I found that they have no intention of honoring their commitment and so much so, they even stopped receiving my phone calls. Even my mails to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com did not get any response.
                I hope you would take up this issue with Eureka Forbes and force them not only to refund themoney, but to pay me heavy compensation for my health problems and mental harassment, so that onward they do not dare to befool customers.

                  i 've purchased an aquaguard riviva and its more then 20 days nobody is coming to install the product from your service center . they always say i'll come today in morning then evening then tomorrow Mr. mandal and Mr. ajay bhardwaj making stupid excuses for not coming kindly look into the matter or i have to lodge an complaint in consumer forum.

                    from last 2 years , inspite of have AMC i cant get service from my local dealer SHIVAM ENTERPRISE ( this company is a authorized of EUREKA FORBES ) Habra,Ashoknagar mobile : [protected], This is not first time , u poeple just ask him to show the service book ( if have ), your company has worst kind of service even within AMC , my parents are older person several time they called them for service,even i make calll several times within 2 years but no body attend, even i called them 5 times in a day also -- last 02 years only they come for AMC's.last two years not even one service available from shivam enterprise within my AMC period.
                    Please do something my parents are suffering from this kind of hail things.

                        I purchased Aquaguard Total Sensa water purifier on[protected].From the day of purchase i am waiting for wall mount frame because that day it was not available at the store.And tap is also leaking but no one responding at the service center. Even they do not receive the phone for complaints.

                        I stay at a suburb in Pune.Two days ago, water stopped coming from the Celebration series Purifier. So i called up the local franchisee. they promised to send the technician by evening and gave the complaint number. However it is 4 days, nobody has turned up. Attempts to call up the franchisee has proved futile as they keep dodging the calls. Above that, when confronted with the issue, they falsely claim that the technician had come last evening and nobody was at home. I am still struggling to get it repaired. In the meantime my wife fell sick with stomach pains due to water problem. we have changed over to the old filter and boiling method. Hence my advise:
                        Never buy an eureka forbes water purifier in life. Try Kent or Philips series.
                        I had tough experience with eurekha forbes, do not buy Erurekha products.

                        I am a Personnel Officer of NTPC-SAIL Power Company Ltd. at Rourkela. I am looking after all the Aquagurds purifier of our company. We had given AMC for two years to our local Eureka Forbs office for servicing of 18 nos. aquagurd purifiers. We had given many times complaints for attending the aquagurds which were out of order. But they are not attending our complaints. Now I am facing embarassing situation at our plant. It is industrial area, it may arise IR problem. I had contacted the local incharge Mr. Srichandan many times over telephone. But he is not responding our request. In this regard you are requested to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                        I have prchased a Eureka Forbes Elegant RO , water purifier three months ago . Afetr that the filter failed 3 times .Everytime , it is taking 2 weeks tim to resolve the issue . I have a small child and hence getting this repaired is important for me.                         We have already informed for servicing our vacuum cleaner at Nelsonmanickam Road site. But your service mechanic did not attend the case so far. We are in this service field for the past 30 years. But we didn’t see a worst service so for like your people. Complaint was lodged thro phone. Daily morning we are complaining form 15.6.10 to 19.6.10. Complaint No is 83053588.But there was no response from your side and this is your service condition which is very hopeless and ridiculous ever. Can’t you give response for our calls. Your service goes very worst.
                        After seven days, my complain regarding changing the filter cartedge of Aqua sure water purifier Model STAR LX has not been solved. Date of purchase is 1 st April, 2010. It is under 2 years warranty period, even though service center do not take care. I recommend everyone not to purchase any of the appliances from Eureka forbs because of its bogus service.

                        I have AMC for Eureka forbes water purifier of 3 years which was forcefully given under the various pep talks. But last 2 years we have received worst service from Eureka forbes. The service station people take the compliant and technicians never turns up for days. Number of reminders required and every time the telephone operator at office asks the same questions in lieu of referring the earlier complaints The technician never pick up the phone. I am fade up with the service of Eureka forbes They dont come for regular service also.

                        Hello All,

                        Im based out of Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I bought an Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV in Sep-2014 and installation done in the same month. water leakage problem arised on 02-Oct and Complaint raised (Complaint No. [protected]) on the same day. No body turned up until I did a number of follow up calls, the technician arrived 17-Oct and fixed it. As per technician, he has received the complaint only the day before but I see in his sheet it was dated 02-Oct.

                        The water leakage started again on 19-Oct, I have raised a complaint (Complaint No. [protected]) and none of the technician came up till date (09-Nov). I have been calling them everyday and they always say a single sentence "Sorry for inconvenience caused and it will be fixed in next 24 hrs". To escalate the problem, I have been given a number to contact a person called Sairam in Hyderabad area, who is Service Manager. I called him on 06-Nov and he has repeated the same sentence "Sorry for inconvenience caused and it will be fixed in next 24 hrs" and he asked me to sms the complaint number, so far no response.

                        There is no escalation matix provided on eureka forbes website.only customer care id is provided.that too you wont get any response even after you drop mail 10000 times.when the things are communicated in the written format then it is easy for us to highlight the issues and service provided to us .i have written many mails to eureka forbes customer care id.forget about acknowledgment i have not even received any revert.i dont know then why this id exists.even i tried to file complaint sending sms but no satisfactory response from them.your service executive forcefully provided other type of filter in water purifier and forcefully taken signature even though it was told to him we dont want to fix the other type.fix the same which was there previously.this people will only approch you at the time of renewal of contract .once the contract is done you will have to run behind them.

                        i have purchased dry & wet vaccum cleaner in march 2014 but till date demo is not given and complaint has been registered 2 times but no respond is given by your sight.

                          I bought an auqaguard protect model (having RO-UV Technology) 10 days back. I observe that the amount of waste water it throws out afterpurifying is too huge. Though the company person say that the waste water can be used for toilet/washing/gardening purpose, I feel the ratio of purified water to the waste water is too huge (almost more than1:3). Meaning, if you draw 1 glass of purified water from the machine, it almost throws out more than 3 glasses water through the exhaust tube. I wonder what kind of technology is this and how can this kind of gadgets survive when the whole world is heading towards water shortage. What is the justification for this maths : Wastage is more than 3 times of the actual product quantity?

                          Want to know is this the way this works or something very specific problem with my machine/installation? Incase this is tha way it works, I have to take a serious note and take the hard decision of shredding this equipment along with this technology itself for the sake of "Save Water" initiative.

                          Today is WORLD WATER DAY (22nd March, 2012)

                          I had a water purifier system installed at home, which is equipped with a RO purification system. I was aware that the technology produces some amount of waste water and made arrangement to reuse that water. However, when I actually started using the system I saw that the ratio of pure to waste water was almost 1:2 at the beginning. Within 1 month o[censored]se, the ratio increased to 1:5. Obviously it will increase further as the membrane gets more clogged with impurities, necessitating frequent change of the membrane at a heavy cost.

                          When I browsed the internet for reverse osmosis efficiency and water wastage, I found that four or more gallons of concentrated waste water are flushed down the drain for every gallon of filtered water produced. Zero waste RO units are available but as they can re-inject the concentrated waste water back into the water feeding the RO, they cause the RO to work harder thus shortening its service life. So, as a customer we stand to lose either way. Again, for filling 5-8 gallons of water in the storage tank, the unit has to stay on for 1 hour, which involves high consumption of electricity.

                          Neither the extent of water wastage nor of power consumption was mentioned in the brochure or by the service engineer, at the time of installation. The brochure just had some cursory comments about the value of water. As a consumer, I feel that such information should be provided in the manual such that one can make an informed decision.

                          On this 'World Water Day' I want to make all consumers aware of the wastefulness of the RO technology unless provisions are made for recycling the waste water. This is not always feasible for domestic purposes (unless one has a garden), considering the amount of waste water that this technology produces.

                            With a week of installation , the machine started malfunctioning . Within 3 days a service person attended the problem but could not resolve it . Then I registered another complain ( above mentioned complain number ) but only got assurance of service . Since then I have spoken twice with the customer care but till date the problem has not been addressed .

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              From 2004 onwards,We were the regular customer for EurekaForbes and we use only Eureka forbes for water purifier since we found the service was good.

                              Due to the good service and response, we purchased Protec + on 16.05.2011 from Mr.Pathmanathan S (Sales Representative).
                              From the day one onwards,we found fault in the machine and it is not working properly.Hence we called Pathmanathan S but he gave the response
                              "My work is only for Sales" . So we directly went and complaint the Ambattur branch,then the technician came and changed the damaged memorian for adjustment
                              We did not get proper response from the Ambattur branch,hence we directly contact the Helpline then they changed the memorian and we used the machine
                              for one week.

                              After a week ,the machine is not working properly and again we complaint Mr.Kannan(Ambattur Service Incharge) but he is not responding properly.
                              Hence we called the Helpline again for service, and they gave the customer Complaint No.62569044.The technician came and told ,some fault in the adaptator.
                              Again the technician came and changed the damaged adaptator for adjustments and Mr.Kannan is mainly supporting for adjusting the damaged parts
                              and he is not giving the good parts to the technicians.

                              Due to this reason,we complaint the Helpline again and they gave the Customer Complaint No.84984379 and also they gave the mobile No.to contact the
                              Ambattur Area Manager Mr.Gupta and even that person also not responding properly.He is not looking whether the co-workers is working or not
                              and if we complained him also he did not take any necessary steps and threating the customer how do you got my Mobile No.


                              Totally,there is no response from the Ambattur branch and if we call them they use misuse words to the ladies in the house.Please take necessary actions
                              on them.if you did not take any actions then we planned to move further for these issues and we planned to stop buying Eureka forbes goods.Satish is the one who talks indecently.

                              Even we tried the helplline so many times no one is taking care to change the machine.

                              Already we have sent the same issues through Fax to the head office at 5.50 PM on 17.06.2011 and mail at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com.Even the Headoffice
                              also not taking any actions to the concerned persons.

                              Please let us know is there any rule in eurekaforbes that the Area Manager should not talk to the customer directly if they tell any issues.

                              Hence Kindly replace the machine fully and give us the new machines as early as possible.

                              Please do the needful.

                                I am sorry to register the following complain regarding eureka forbes' customer service:

                                On 2nd June, 2011, I called Rajajinagar office and requested them to give a demo, so that i can purchase "total infiniti". I requested them to come at 6.00 pm. on 3rd and install. But your sales managers never bothered to turm up at the right time instead landed at 8.00 pm. He (Mr. Santhosh) promised to bring the purifier and install the next day but failed to turn up.

                                Hence, I registered for a live demo online. One Mr. Satish came promptly at 6.00 pm and was giving a demo of various models, in the meantime Mr. Santosh also arrived and both started arguing who'll take the order.

                                Ultimately both have not come, and the end result is that I have decided to buy LG water filter because of your sales managers behavoiur. This is not the first time that your sales personal are behaving in this manner.

                                Your company will certainly be lagging behind if you are going to continue to offer such pathetic services.

                                  Given service request in feb 2011 and called more than 500 times to aquaguard service center RAJKOT[protected]/5 & Mr. Dharmesh [protected] ). Till now there is no satisfactory action taken by them Product under service warranty till july 2011.. Even they did not complete their quartely normal service for what they taken money in advance. I could not understand that how these people doing buissness in india when a lot of complain against these careless company.

                                    I have purchased a Aquasure Ivory from Jorhat and since last 2 weeks it was not working. I made a complain in the customer service at Jorhat office and the concern officials told me last week that the Technician will visit, but till date no technician visited and for which my family members along with children drinking the non purified water.
                                    The after sales service of Eureka Forbes is the worst in the industry, i still wonder why people buy thier product, is it just because of quick brand recall. I have been hearing for time immemorial that their service is terrible. The force you to enter into AMC but never conduct the assured qtly service. I think Govt should act on such scrupulousness's and arrest such vendors who have been fooling people for more than a decade.

                                    I think Eureka Forbes should sell this business into the hands of some MNC who have the capabilities to manage large geographical and customer base .

                                      Iam Chandan from warangal customer of your aqua-guard reviva whose performance is totally depressing.We bought aquaguard in the month of august in 2010.Before the warranty period itself we have faced several problems with your failed piece that too in hot summer.I reported many times in your branch office at warangal but still the problem didn't sort out & the result is we are drinking the salted water which your filter is filtering.Please stop manufacturing such failed piece that too costs nearly 10,000 bucks.We don't even want to use your piece we want to return it.Just sicked with your aquaguard reviva.Please respond to this!!

                                        I bought a Aquaguard RO in the month of July 2010. It was working well since, until recently. From the 1st week of June 2011, the water failed to come out of the purifier. We logged a complaint on the 3rd June asking them to service the same. The service technician came and informed that the membrane is defective and needs replacement. He said that it was not available and will take a week or so. ( imagine Eureka Forbes Aquaguard having no membrane as Stock!!) We werent happy with the response and called the call center to get it replaced soon as we were not having good water supply.

                                        I called them on the 5th, 6th 7th & 8th and everytime, the response we recd " We will get back to you in 24hrs" but in reality no one turns up. You will have to keep running behind them for this. Finally after all the attempts, we managed to a tech to come over and he got a defective and used membrane. We were told that warranty cover replacement of parts but he said that it is not so and this all the help that they can offer.

                                        I again called them and spoke with Arun ( suppose to be supervisor in their Banglaore cal center) who gave another number to call. The number was incorrect and evertime I call , this guy being a floor supervisor is either on his breaks or personal calls ( as informed by his team members)

                                        If my problem of replacing the defective is not taken up in an another day or two, Ill have notice served to all the members that I have spoken with and also the corporate office for their lethargy and heights o[censored]naccountable behaviour.

                                        My sincere advice - to who wish to buy Aquaguard products or even thinking about it - BEWARE!!!!

                                        Myself Rahul Gupta, residing at the below address. Unfortunately, I had purchased an “Aquaguard Total RO” from the Faridabad branch on 15th Nov’08 worth 13, 500/- and now I am feeling the pain on doing this business with Eureka Forbes.                                         I made the payment by cheque but fortunately, immediately after the delivery, the so called RO stopped working and after complaining for the same in entire world, the engineer was trying to replace the faulty part. I got the response from customer service just after 2 days of purchase that the machine cannot be replaced as it is under warranty and the faulty parts will be replaced free of cost. I immediately placed a STOP PAYMENT to my cheque and then, entire Eureka Forbes staff of not only Faridabad office but also the regional controller was calling and trying to convince me on the service. And finally, after giving them the warning, they replaced the machine with a mutual agreement that after every 3 months, their would be a free RO checkup as per the terms & conditions.

                                        Having said that, after four months of purchase, firstly their was no service done by the service center and secondly, the RO has again started mal functioning. The tap of the RO is leaking. Effective 14th April, I tried to lodge a complaint on below and their responses are as follows:

                                        1. Divisional Sales office: A-8, 2nd Floor, Rani Bagh, Nehru Centre, NIT, Faridabad. They clearly says that they are unable to help me in this regard as my house does not comes under their purview whereas the product was sold and service commitment was given from them only. They asked me to call either Area sales office or the Sec 31 office.
                                        2. Area Sales Office: A34, 1st Floor, Kailash Colony, New Delhi – The also refused to do the service as they also gave me the same reason.
                                        3. Sec 31 office (No Address available. Phone numbers are[protected], [protected]) – After registering the complaint, an engineer (Mr. Parminder – [protected]) turns and mentions that the respective part has got damaged (I do not know in just 4 months) and needs to be replaced which can be done after 15 days as they does not have the same in stock.
                                        4. Customer Helpline – 39883333: Lodged another complaint on helpline with a complaint number [protected] and had spoken to 4 individual like Rakesh, Manish, Mohit etc but no resolution till date.

                                        I tried approaching the center head of both the sale offices (Mr.Rakesh and Mr. Sanu) but the operator are so rude and blunt and reluctant to even listen to the customer’s concern.

                                        I tried calling the person who sold me the machine (Mr Harinder Ratra – Group Customer Sales Specialist at [protected] and Mr Vikas Malik at [protected]) seeking help because at the time of purchase, I wanted to purchase three RO’s (one for self and two for my relatives) and both these individuals were after my life and virtually visiting and calling me daily asking when am I purchasing other two RO’s with a commitment that they would be looking after by post sales service. These two people are also now just passing the ball from one office to another and besides resolving my issue, they are still asking whether I would be purchasing other RO’s or not.

                                        Now after spending so much of my time and energy, I am forced to think to file a legal case in the court of law in consumer forum. I would really appreciate incase someone senior can take this up and help me in resolving my issue as I strongly believe that this would be in a benefit for both o[censored]s.

                                        After getting trouble myself on Silver Surety, a model of RO symtem of Eureka Forebes since April 2009 and seeing uncounted nos of bitter experience of people like me, it is better to say either all the guys belongs to this company are having thick skin or simply doing fraud business drill with common people. people have to make a platform against this company outright all over the world.
