I had bought eureka forbes REVIVA Ro in the month of Jaunary 2010.I had booked a complaint on 28th august 2010 asking for servicing the machine. we have not received single service as against the 3 free service which was promised during the purchase of the product. even after calling the customer care for 4 times I have not received any service for my machine.

The company has outsourced it's services to third party and is least bothered about after sales. Firstly, the service agency never turns up without reminders.
