REGARDING THE NON FUNCTION OF AQUAGUARD RO.WATER PURIFIER.(BROUGHT ONLY 3DAYS EARLIER)THE WATER IS BITTER IN TASTE FOR WHICH THE COMPLAIN IS STILL PENDING AND MR. VICHARE HTE SERVICE SUPERVISOR HAS BEEN PROMISING TO ATTEND AND HAS NOT ATTENDED SO FAR. NOW THE MACHINE IS TOTALLY DEAD SINCE LAST 4 DAYS...

I had bought eureka forbes REVIVA Ro in the month of Jaunary 2010.I had booked a complaint on 28th august 2010 asking for servicing the machine. we have not received single service as against the 3 free service which was promised during the purchase of the product. even after calling the customer care for 4 times I have not received any service for my machine.

I really regret for having bought the machine from eureka forbes....

The company has outsourced it's services to third party and is least bothered about after sales. Firstly, the service agency never turns up without reminders. eureka forbes company salesman came to me he shown me some aquaguard brochutre and i gave him a post dated cheque and told him that ask me before depositing the cheque but he deposited the cehque one day prior to the date of cheque and the company got it cleared, i had prevented the salesman two day before and also told the company not to deposit the cheque, but bcoz they have shortage of customer and they cheated me and deposited the cheque...

The company/authorized agent is not agreeing to replaced defective filter of the Aqua Guard. I am still under the warranty period. I have read the Warranty Statement properly and it is mentioned there that
"The company or its authorized agent will be entitled to retain any defective part replaced under the warranty"....

I have purchased an Aquaguard Total RO Reviva on 20th September 2009. It is still under warranty period. I have complained to the company for replacement of an adapter as it is not working on 16th August 2010.
