Dear sir/madam,

I deeply regret to state the frequent calls to the call centre for servicing of the acquaguard from past three to four months and no response as of now is received. Now the machine has stopped working for past two weeks and it is so difficult to have pure water as there are old and tiny kids at home.

Kindly look into the matter and speedy service may be given. Please help us to be your priviliege customer.

    Dear All,

    We purchased Water Purifier - Aquaguard sensa SMP 1.5 months back but with in 15 days we are getting problems. We called 3 times every time the executive comes and do something but it is ending up with new problems. Tomm i need to talk to help line again if they are not going to replace this faulty unit i will complain it in consumer court Bangalore.

      I have purchase aquasere crystal water purifier on 13 may 2011 from vijay sale chinchwad which was not functioned properly complaints for the same was given on 12 aug 11 to the customer care complaint no. 85385509. After taking lot many time followup for the complaint o one as responsible take care for this and answer which i am getting is like very irrisponsible people in the service provided........I would like to ask if issue like water for which customer pay the cost for healthy life can not be solve after paying what else then who will take inititative in such a serious issu.............         The machine stopped working wef 31-08-11,evening.I lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes on[protected]Complaint No[protected].I explained that I have 2 small kids at home & the machine is essential for me.I also told them to send the mechanis POSITIVELY on Saturday[protected] as from Monday-Friday we would not be at home to entertain them.The call centre executive promised me that the same would be taken care.The executive also took all my mobile nos so that the mechanic could call me before coming.Unfortunately no one called/came !! The next weekend I again started following up with them,since till Friday we were awfully busy.Allan,the executive who took the call this time,apologized for the incovenience & assured that some one would come back ASAP !! I told him to send somebody by Sunday itself but he said that was against their policy !! Inspite of several requests no one came !! Suddenly on the Wednesday,when none other than the maids were at home,1 mechanic by the name Chinappa ( most likely ) came>I had no other option but to let him in the house once my maids called me.He was initially very rude to me when I asked that why did he come on Wednesay & not the last Sunday.He told that Eureka Forbes had not intimated him of anything & hence that was not his problem !!! Finally he checked & said that Saturday he would come back & change the mother board & the candle & requested me to call up[protected] once again.Accordingly on 16-09-11 I once again called up Eureka Forbes & requested them to send Chinappa (as per him BG Rd was his jurisdiction,since he only wld come) on the very next day (Saturday,[protected] & got the same msg - " Thank you for calling Eurohelpline.Your Req No [protected].For all future contact your cust no [protected]" YET NO ONE CAME SO FAR !!! I AM BUYING & PAYING FOR THE DRINKING WATER FOR LAST 18 DAYS,INSPITE OF HAVING AN AQUAGUARD AT HOME !!! I CANT EXPRESS HOW MUCH PATHETIC THEIR SERVICE COULD BE,ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS GOT TO DO WITH DRINKING WATER ! THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER & THE MOST INSENSITIVE PEOPLE,WHO ONLY CARE FOR THE ONES WHO ARE BUYING NEW PRODUCTS FROM THEM & DO NOT CARE TO GIVE SERVICE TO THE EXISTING ONES !!!! i DEMAND A DAMARAGE FOR THESE 19 DAYS FOR ALL THE PHONE CALLS,WASTE OF TIME,HUMILIATION & THE MONEY SPENT ON WATER !! Hope my complaint finally gets addressed by some one at some level & me along with many others get relieved !!!

          Our RO machine “REVIVA” was under AMC. We renewed it on Sept 6, 2011 well in advance of due date (Sept 19, 2011). But we did not know what troubles will follow.
          The technician changed all the membranes and filter. We drank water from it as usual.
          We called the technician on Sept 7, 2011 that water seems to be spoiled. He told us that it happens when membranes are changed. We told him that we know that it never happened in any previous years. He told us to keep drinking the water from it. We kept calling him daily, but for some reason, he could not come to check it.
          We kept getting sick (vomiting, high fever-102). We talked to our doctor and went on Antibiotics. Nothing helped. We are still sick, and may have to be hospitalized. We have spent at least Rs. 2500 on lab tests and medicines.
          The technician finally came on Sept 9, 2011 and saw that waste pipe was choked, which he replaced. Then next day he came after we insisted that it is still bad water, and changed the main membrane again.
          We drank raw untreated water for 4 days. It has done irreparable damage to our system
          My wife already had acute intestine disease, which has become very serious, possibly requiring surgery.
          We have had Aquaguard since 1991, then RO plant since 2004 to avoid such health problem. But it happened, in spite of our own precautions, due to serious omission by Eureka Forbes.
          Eureka Forbes has created havoc in our life and must make amends to pay for all the damages so far and possible future damage.

            I requested the franchisee & company over phone.But there was no response.
            Eureka forbes replied me through mail Dt.31.05.2010m,which is attached along with
            The franchisee had orally accepted to provide service,but now he is denying.
            I gave several mails to eureka forbes,but there is no reply from them.
            I had asked to extend my contract period,or refund my money.
            There is no response.
            Now their franchisee is asking me to pay separate charges for servicing,saying the already paid charges are gone.
            I am fighting for my consumer rights.
            You are requested to do the needful.Please do the needful.

              I m purchese Aquagard Infinity on dt.27.04.2011 and Install 12th May 2011
              at our B-88,Lajpat Nagar,Near Shiv Mandir Wali Gali,Moradbad-244 001,
              but now i m some series problem last two month machine not working
              proper due to last month water cerkit failed and same replace after our complaint
              your local office and machine worked smothly in last ten days i read problem again
              as before and i complaint the same your local office but sorry to say no one attent the service
              and i m talk to persone she say us it's company problems not a me we forword the your complaint
              to our sales persone but till any one not come for attand complaint.

                  We have purchased one wet and dry model vacuum cleaner from a person who calls himself as rep. of EUREKA FORBES and showed a company issued ID Card.He offered some spl. attachments and free AMC for lifetime if we purchased from him.Because of that we purchased by paying MRP. amount in cash and he promised us that within a week we we will receive the spl offers as well as the original bill.Even after 15 days passed no such things happen.We called the customer care for that.They assured to solve the problem within 24 hours.No response till date.So whoever read this be alert on such fraud people and promises made by them.I am N.K.Kannan Cell No.[protected],chennai-78.

                    I purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (Crystal) on 12.04.2011 vide challan no:3881, bill no:CASH/0244 dt:12.04.2011 fro PANCHAVATI COMPANY, Bhelupur, Varanasi. Since then the above plastic part connected to a tube and contains water has cracked twice leading to abnormal flow of water from behind the machine. the customer care people take atleast over a month to replace the part that too after vigorous chasing. i have again made a complaint on 12.09.2011 but to-day they say that the part is not available and will take atleat one month. Is it not shameful for such a large company to put defective machines in the market and their service centres taking it negligently. i hope urgent action will be taken.

                      I have purchased Aquaguard Sensa water purifier whose cost is approx Rs.18k in mid Dec'2010. During the period of 9 months, Since i have purchased it the purifier is not working properly. i had called 3 -4 times to the customer care for water leakage problem and they come and fix it and again the problem re-occures. In Aug 9th the water purifier stopped working and i again called customer care and since then its more a month and still the problem is not resolved by them.. they visited almost 10 times and still are not able to solve the problem. I asked for replacement and they are not ready to do that. everyday i am calling them and there is no use.. I have wasted lot of time and money calling them and leaving my office for getting the service done.. I need replacement now because there is no gurantee that the purifier will work properly in future and once the warrenty is over I will have to spend lot of money for repair every month. Please help me.

                        We have purchased the RO system at your nellore dealer, Never we used to get a good service , inspite of giving a complaints and got the nos, never it has been solved, moreover we have been spending Rs.30/ per day for buying a water can after we purchased your products for the past 3months, after we lodged the complaints at your distributor, for the change of house, and for fitting itself, they have taken long time, nover these people used to give service on time. I thondi rajan, Now you suggest me about the amount which I have incurredRs.3000/- for the purpose of purchase of water cans,Now where I should go and claim, the above said amount, the amount is just waste of money for me and time too. Now I amy have to approach consumer court for reimburse the above said amount. Please let me know the status at the earliest.

                          this is to inform u that i have been facing major problems regarding aquaguard reviva.i have been calling the person in charge for last three months to change the candle of the aquaguard and to do the cleaning of the the machine. they assure that they will come but never turn up.... my AMC is almost going to end and no one is coming to solve my problem . the person i am talking to everyday to solve my problem is Mr SUNIL in patna.

                          Aquaguard Reviva — Cheating by technician

                          We had a free service of aquagaurd reviva and the technician was very pushy and was forcing us to buy the candles even before its expiry, when we said that we shall take two more months to replace them, he started his cheating tactics and completely messed up the system, the water was very impure after he has done the servicing, instead of making it better he has worsened it, he has given a direct connection into the water chamber without the water passing through the filter, what kind of people exist in this world. Just because we were reluctant to take the candles, he put our lives at risk, such technicians should be punished and put behind the bars. I request all the consumers to have a note of the name and employee id of these fraud servicemen so that it will be easy to give a complaint against them.

                            My Aquaguard Water Purifier is not working past 10 days. In spite of repeated Complaints to Call Centre And their customer Service Centre it is not resolved. Eureka Forbes is worst Company and one should not buy any product of theirs. Their Customer Service is Zero. They do not have parts for their faulty products.
                            Please for God sack let some one help me from Eureka Forbes if they have any business sense.

                              I have purchased Aquasure Cryster water Purifier recently in Jul 2011. Just two months have gone by and it stopped working. I called up service center, they registered my complaint.
                              Despite of telling them that it is in warranty period, these people tell me it will be rectified in two working days.
                              False promises as no one turns up, today is a third day. Despite of taking number, alternate number to call, no one bothers to call or visit.
                              I am still following up for the same. If it is not resolved, I plan to register it in consumer court.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,
                                I Harish Jiwal would like to make a complaint against EURO HELPLINE 39883333, I use their Aqua guard model classic since 10 yrs.We are on an annual service contract
                                On the 3rd Sept'11 i called their helpline to complaint that my aqua guard was giving me trouble & i cant fill any drinking water that they need to send someone urgently the
                                complaint no they gave me was.63598672, they promised that a technician would come the same day or latest by the next day. After serveral compliants ([protected] dt. 06/09/2011 & 63644034 dt. 09/09/11) no one technician visited from EURO.
                                .

                                  The service center of Aqua Guard Water purifier that is located in Bellary is providing absolutely poor service to the very old cliants as well. The request for servicing was been placed from the past three days continuously but no one is turning up from the service center. The lady by name Pavitra, who answers the phone calls but is not sending anyone to check on the issue. Please take action on the same and do the needful.

                                    i had purchased water purifier from MAHAVIR THE HOME STORE . on 16.11.2010 which on regular basis gets faulty and non functional . despite of giving complaints so many times , the service person used to come and repair it but even then it does not work my model no. is AQUASURE PURE WATER IVORY DX. i had lodged 6 times complaints but even today it is not in working condition . i even registered complaint with the company they issued me a I.D no. [protected] . but no ation has been taken , i would request the company to please send me a replacement for this machine at earliest . awaiting for your earliest positive response .

                                      HAS AMC DISCONTINUED BY EUREKA FORBES - IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

                                      AMC FOR 2 YEARS DONE FOR WATER PURIFIER EXPIRED ON 05.09.11.

                                      SO FAR NO BODY HAS APPROACHED US FOR THE RENEWAL OF AMC.

                                      Eureka Forbes/Water purifier — Spurious Accessories supplied by company's Mechanic

                                      I have been using eureka forbes' vacuum cleaner and water filter. Recently I asked the company' s sales man to replace the cartridge of filter. He replaced it with loosely packed cartriges saying that the company is supplying that way. The quality of water has become worse than that was before changing the cartridge. He has not given any receipt and has taken away the old
                                      cartridges.Now phone calls are not being taken.I am in Kanpur, UP.

                                        Our Eureka Forbes Aquaguard in under service contract of Rs 2,550 and while the contract was being made it was assured by the eureka forbes personnel that in case of any complaints, they will address the issue at the earliest.

                                        Now our aquaguard is out of order and we have been constantly calling at the numbers provided. Either the call goes unanswered or they say a person will visit today. Its almost a week and no one has visited or called up for the same.

                                        Eureka Forbes — Irresponsible personnel

                                        I the undersigned had purchased a vaccummun cleaner & Aqua Guard water filter from of seven months back by paying downpayment . But till date they have not given the bill or dione the servicing of aqua guard water filter.<br />

                                        This is the status of this eureka forbes with all unwanted & irresponssible people employed.<br />

                                        It was purchase at Bangalore - Kormangaka one of the Incharge was mr. Gangadar<br />
                                        <br />
