We have an Annual Maintenance Contract with the Eureka Forbes company under customer id [protected], contract receipt No. 16616081, valied from 26/06/09 to 25/06/2012.
Inspite of their promise for maintenance every half yearly, , the service is not taken up periodically,. The telephone number given on the AMC contract sheet is not responding to our ennumerable trials. This is causing immense inconvenience to us....
