COMPLAINT

I had a 1 year service contract on 25.2.09 (CONTRACT RECEIPT No. 1615232) and expired on 24.2.10 for servicing (including the material replacement) for Eureka forbes-Aquagaurd- Classic model. Your people did the service only on 9.9.09 (after six months). But, the final service on 24.2.10 was not done and no one had visited us.

I got the delivery immediately and then after a couple of follow ups, the EUREKA FORBES person came to install the purifier.
