Sir,
With atmost disappointment, let me mention my experiences about Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier.
After studying about some/similar products thru net ,finally I decided to purchase one and submitted an order thru your website. Immediately after that one person from their office contacted me and order was placed by me. Then one of their sales representative named Benny called me and requested me that I may inform the company that I decided to purchase your product after a home demo conducted by him. Thinking from an employee side I have done so. On the next day he came my home with the piece. On the next day another technician installed the piece at my home.
The piece installed is continuously become fault . It became fault several times during a short period of four months. Everytime the same problem-red light blinking- is repeating. Their service personnels are regularly coming my home and doing their level best. But the problem is repeating again and again.
Last Monday(17/01/2011) two persons including Sri.Raju Menath,Jr.Supervisor-Service came here and serviced. They examined every point of the machine and serviced. I have not any complaint about their approach. They called me on Monday night,Tuesday and Wednesday and asked about the functioning of the machine .It was working upto yesterday(19/01/2011).But today,the same problem is repeating. Now red light is blinking and it is NOT WORKING.
At this stage I am not feeling well in continuing with my aquaguard classic.I m requested them to take that piece from my home and give back my money. Eventhough moneyback is not possible,I am permittied them toy just take it from my home.
I heard that Eureka Forbes are the manufacturers of Water purifiers,Vaccum Cleaners and Home security systems etc. By manufacturing and marketing such malfunctioning pieces,how can you ensure purity, cleanliness or security?
