This is a compliant on Sales, customer service and Service engineers associated with Eureka Forbes Limited. A very sick, after sales service. I had recenlty purchased an Aquaguard purifier. Duing Sales the executive had mentioned about the product,and had also instructed that Rs 375 needs to be additionally for fixing a Stand for the purifier.
I had given instructions to deliver and install the product on a particular date before noon. Apparently they failed to note my requirements and I was forced to make follow up calls to get my product installed. I convinced my self and gave them another option to come on a different date for installation before morning along with the stand that needs to be fixed.

For the second time again, they failed to note my requirements and again i had to make numerous calls for follow up. Finally they came for installation, but had cut a sorry figure saying they had forgotten to brind the stand. However they had collect the money of rs 375 for the stand, and had committed that they would bring the stand the next day.

But then the next day, till noon (that is today) they failed to turn up again. I called up your call centre to know about the status. The executive was so un professional and doesnot even know the basis of how to speak to a customer. I have no words to explain how unprofessional and helpless the executive was.She finally asked me to call up another number , and said to call after two days, since the preceding days were holidays.

This is a clean example of taking the money from the customer and making him run to do follow up .

    I have purchased a security system from your company a year back ,after that I had taken a AMC contract from your company thinking of a hassel free service but since september first week I had been complaining to your officer and being promised of compaint will be attended the same day ,still nothing has been done and my complaint has been registered only on 23.09.2010 and the numberv given is 0117 after reapetedly follow ups .

      I have purchased "AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO" on May 18, 2010 with one of representative with Receipt No:010755 respectively.As it was not working since 20 Days and i have lodged the complaint with Ref Number:59118141.

      Till date nobody has turned up and every time i should call up and send the reminder to them to send the technician and also i have marked the mail thrice to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com i haven't received any kind of revert till date.

      I request you to please help me in getting back my money.

      aqaguard total RO — techanical fault

      I purchased an Aquaguard Total RO system from palanpur (arasuri-authorised deler) two months before. But it is not working properly and also too much noising. Pls solve my problem.

      I am a customer of eureka forbes . I purchased its R.O. SILVER Model on 29 th July 2008. Since then i am facing various problems i fell that by purchasing this product i have wasted my money i sholud have rather brought KENT RO WATER PURIFIEER i never expected this frm EUREKA FORBES . Every 10 days i have to register a complaint against some times the wateris not filled in its stoarge tank or some time it has a lekeage problem or sme times others even i changed the candle so as to get rid off problems but nothing worked on the problems are at the same level . I am very much dissapointed with the product as every 10 days i have to give a call and get the work done . As a consumer i would never ever suggest any one to go for eureka forbes product .

      I had purchase R.O. Methord water purifier in the month of June 2009. The machine is working absoultely fine only for two months now the water purifier is not working for the same we have lodged a complaint and they are just saying that the problem is of eureka forbes and machine is under warranty no person from the office has not visted the house and repaired my system. Details of the products are given below

      I totally agree here!! Aqua Guard is a TOTAL rip off. I purchased it 8 months back. I have since replaced sediment filter, starter and one other component. I cant believe that a product from a leading manufacturer could have so many defects within a year.

      Plus service was awful. I had to wait for 10 days at times (though they state 48 hour SLA). The service technicians are more interested in selling components than fixing issues. One time they recommended Booster citing pump pressure and when I confronted that others in the flat have no issues, the technician could not answer and got upset.

      They are now cornering us to sign up for 1 year service contract at a whopping 3650 (that works out be 10 rupees per day for the contract alone!!!). Beware, this product is a RIP OFF!!

      Eureka Forbes-WaterPurifier Total RO — Regarding the Service

      Hi,

      We had purchase the Water Purifier Total RO system from Eureka Forbes.
      If is not working properly, so we had registered a complain about it. But after so many reminders also nobody had attended this request. Now when we are calling them in the service center, there is no response.

      Please help us to resolve this, there is a water problem at home.

      I purchased Aquaguard R.O model Atom from Music Mahal flamingo market Hisar, an authorised supplier of your product.
      There are frequent faults in the product. Company Engg. Mr Pankaj of Hisar visited my home(uklana) and tried to repair.I am still not satisfied with the product.It appears that there is some technical fault in this model

      Please change it. I will be highly thankful to you.

I paid a cheque of an amount Rs. 1890/-, no. 387079, dt. 6.5.2008 of PNB towards this contract. Service contract was given to franchaise of Eureka Forbes named, Sai Sankar Services, Chembur-Govandi Road, Mumbai. As per the contract terms and condition they have to clean the filter candles once in six months and...

        We bought a Aquaguard RO sytem in our house at Miyapur cross roads two weeks back . For booking the RO system .. the guys called up daily and once we booked some person came and fixed it and the first time itself it did not work ... he said we need to booka complaint (WHY THE HECK WHEN IT DID NOT WORK AT THE FIRST INSTANCE ) but then we filed complaint and there was no repsonse for four days ... on the fifth day on out repeated calls .... they say they will fix the repaored one (why should we get it repaired when it did not work at all ? is it not the responsibility to get us a new one ?) we sais we won;t go with the reapring and theat we want a new one it again took them three days (all these after calling for about 10-15 times a day ) and then it worked for four days and again got spoiled and now again we filed a companit one week back and no one has turned up yet .....
        IT IS ALSO TO WARN TO ONE AND ALL .... DON;T BUT AQUAGUARD RO SYSTEM ... It is a reallllllllllll worstttttttttttttttttttt thing you would be doing ... NO PROPER WAY OF TALKING WITH THE CUSTOMERS .... THEY ARE REALLYYYYYYYYY HORRIBLE ........

          Eureka - Gold Nova — Product not delivered

          Dear Sir,

          I booked an Eureka Gold Nova (Rs. 7990) on 29th April ( order cum receipt number[protected] through their Sales Person, I was promised that the product will be delivered by 30th April but till today it is not delivered

          Despite i have raised complaints to their customer care department (Request number - [protected] on 6th May and webservice request number - 0c5e12e9ddcc .spoke to Area Sales manager Mr. Vijay, though he has promised to ensure the product is delivered 2 days before, till now i dnt get the product and when i called him he dnt pick up my call. Today again i need follow-up with the sales person and they are giving different reason for not delivering the product and he promised the product will deliver today, but it wnt. I need your advise how to proceed in this ? should i proceed with police complaints on this.

            Dear Sir,

            I have with me a "Compact" Water Purifier, make, Eureka Forbes, AMC was renewed for 2 years vide Receipt no 17817234 dated 13 June 2010.

            I had requested first time for service in their helpline no 39883333 on 9 Sept 10,however request no could not be noted as there was disturbances in the line. As nobody turned up, I made a request again 17 Sept 2010 vide service request no. 59423866. Inspite of my repeated phone calls, and everytime I have been assured that services would be done on that day, but so far nobody turned up neither anybody contacted me. My phone call record with them can be checked as I spoke to them every 2/3 days. Atleast I rememver spoken to them on 18 th (3 times) when I was assured that the services would be definitely done by 5 P M. Failing to get any work done I also lodged a service request with their service provider "Sarthak Enterprises" on 22 Sept vide their request no 317 when I was assured that the services would be done by 25 Sept, nobody ever contacted so far. Today i.e. on 25 Sept I have spoke to Eureka Forbes in the no 39883333 for atleast four times, every time I am assured that the services would be done sometime they say by 5 P M and when I spoke to them at 5 P M they say it will be done by 8 p.m still I spoke at 8 p.m. they now say it will be done tomorrow when it is clear that tomorrow is a holiday being Sunday.

            My request is as follows:
            1) Can you pl take any lawful action against the firm for this harassment, I have with me necessary documents which I can submit
            2) Can you take any action to debar them from business to create an example for such disservice
            3) Can you make them pay for their defficiency.

            Ofcourse going to consumer court is an option but being a common customer I cannot run after the Multinational.

            Please help and Urgently

            Merely with this complaint if they now provide me service that should not be the end of action as they have been behaving like this in the past also and everytime I had to run after them for 15/20 days before I get legitimate service.

            So please do take some action and call for all document , phone call records from them and cancel their licence for business IMMEDIATELY so that others do not suffer.

            with regret to wirite dear sir you people do not deserve this word, the way you eureka people treat your customer so unproffesoionally it is hard to belive.In today's all online socialnetwork are operating still i couldn't belive these type of service you provide to your customer.Priviously no other company operate in water solution to customer but now so many company providing service. If you treat your old customer these ways, do you think they will support you in future.

              I have given it a request for my aquaguard not working about 5 days before but no body is responding.

                I have booked my complain on dated 21/09/10 for not working of aquaguard to customer care centre but till concerned office is not attending my complain. Please do needful from your end.
                I ordered aquaguard water purifier. The product has been installed 4 weeks before. Within a week, it was not working. I raised a compliant and guy came and checked. then, he informed that the problem with the adaptor. he said he will come and replace it within a day.

                Its almost 3 weeks, but he did not turn back. I called customer care number several times, but no response from them properly. I am really feedup with the service.

                Please do the needful.

                  Eureka Forbes is NOT the Company one can trust anymore. The number of complaints speak of how disgustingly unprofessional it has become. We have just purchased an expensive water purifier through a sales pitch from one of their sales and service people who promised prompt and speedy delivery and fitting. They made many phone calls to seal the sale, then followed promptly to deliver a product that looked tampered with, and immediately collected the cash payment with a promise that it would be fitted within half hour. No one arrived well after two/three hours and then none of the 4/5 people who so eagerly sold the product were reachable.
                  after endless calls to various helplines they claimed it would be fitted the following day!
                  The audacity of them to try and pass the buck and then refuse to do even the first and foremost service of fitting something they sold!!!!
                  Why is the company not being sued for such gross inefficiency? I have insisted they return my payment immediately and take their product back....and there is no response. one call to the helpline was answered and they said the job would be done tomorrow...but I AM NOT INTERESTED ANYMORE!!!!
                  I wish to also add that the consumer forum should do something seriously about this total lack of professional decency from an old name such as theirs so that other consumers dont waste their time, money and effort on such lousy companies who seem to have lost all their ethics.

                    My family has developed and irretation in the mouth. Doctor suggested due to water intake . There is no meter on the system that tells us the quality of water is below the standard. When it has reached we never know , we have to call the customer care to bring the instrument.

                    Now with all the problems we have become dependent on the product. Its a serious Business as we consume the water from the product. Though all the assurance is given while making the purchase. There no response from customer care.

                    I have requested for Service of my Aquasure Water Purifier. I had made the request two months back nobody turned up. Then I had started requesting starting 17th Sept 2010 till date 22nd Sept 2010 has turned up. Everytime the customer service says it has been escalated to higher managment.

                    I think we need the guys running the organisation should realise the business they are in and can lead to life time problems if there products are not rectified or added with features that cautions the customer. Every product that deals or will lead to health hazards should have indicators. Doesnt matter they charge more for it. Govt to enforce these instructions.

                      I never expected the service to be worst. Every time I call the customer care, they say the some technician would visit soon and hang up the call. After repeated complaints from past 4 days, none of the technician has turned up. If I have paid the annual maintenance, then I expect some service when required. This is the way they treat the customers who already fell prey on buying their product. They are mastered in selling the product only. I have decided to let my organization know about the service they provide so that my colleagues should think twice to buy any of their product.

                        Sub: Complaint against Cheating and leading down the name of the company
                        Respected Sir,
                        With regards I would like to say that Mr. Aman Sharma (Manager) supplied me water purifier of your company on 28.08.2008 vide Advance Receipt no.011306 for Rs. 500/- and bill no.011576 of Dated 28.08.2008 of Rs,7190/- . Which was not installed till 25.05.2010 due to some personal reasons? Mr. Aman Sharma came to me once again in the month of May,2010 and asked me for the installation of RO. I replied him that water purifier is already lying with me which he supplied earlier. He then suggested me to get the purifier replaced in place of RO with some relaxation. Then he took Rs.6500/- from me installed an RO no.AN ISO 9001. I asked him regularly for the bill but he did not give to me till date.
                        1. I contacted him many times he never tried to attend my calls many times except few in which he only gave me time for coming to my house. But he never turned up. Ultimately I wanted to get the service of the RO I reached in your office on Friday,13.08.2010 and filed a complaint for the service of RO. On Saturday,14.08.2010 two persons came to attend the complaint. They did not attended the service to RO by saying that this RO doesn’t belong to their company so they are bound to refuse.
                        2. This is how Mr. Aman Sharma had cheated me and harassed me and gave me mental tension and tried to lead down the name of your Company and belief. Everyone should be careful from this cheater.
                        3. Now being a teacher I want that he should be punished in the following ways.
                        1. With written warning from your end for cheating people like me in future merely for the minor earnings.
                        2. Replacing my RO in original which belongs to Eureka Forbes Limited
                        3. Returning Rs. 10000/- which he had taken for the harassment, mental tension and physical monetary expenditures rendered by me for the proceedings and grabbing him.
                        I hope you will not disappoint me and settle the case at your level only.
                        A photocopy of water purifier bill is attached herewith for your kind perusal, further proceedings and action at your end.

                        Kindly note that above complaint was filed by me to Mr Sandeep, Mr. Raman Sharma and Mr. Dhawan incharges of the service centres but no one turned up and looked into this matter interestedly.
                        These three officers too tried to befool me and deceive me with sweet words and foul promises for the replacement of RO and actual compensation. They them selves are involved in cheating and corruption by deceiving people. That is why they are not taking any action against their employee.
                        Now you are requested to kindly look into the matter and bring the culprits to book with proper punishment who are ledding down the name and fame of Eureka Forbes Limited at any cost.

                          1. I had placed an order for one Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner through Eureka Forbes Salesman Mr. Dinesh Rastogi on 28 Aug 2010, order no:[protected].
                          2. The item has been promptly delivered to my place on 29 Aug 2010, Challan No: 16681246.
                          3. Till today the 17 Sep 2010, no one has come to open the parcel and demonstrate the use of this machine.
                          4. Many complaints were logged on their call centre, but no use. One of the request no: 83534415 dated 09 Sep 2010 is yet to be complied by the Company.
                          5. Then I contacted the local Nerul/Navi Mumbai Eureka Forbes customer support centre many times on phone, to log my complaint. None of the managers will come on the phone anytime I have tried. Only a girl named Babita responds sometime. Though she promised to send someone to my place to commission the machiene, no one has come till todate.
                          6. This is the lousiest form of customer support ever experienced by me in my 60 years of life! This speakes volumes about this Tata Company, which prides itself on good customer care.
                          I have bought the same product, five days ago, to date no one has appeared to demonstrate it. The salesperson Mr. Shrish Mishra / Mehta, responded so promptly that he was at our doorstep within fifteen minutes of me merely inquiring about the product from justdial. Not only him but three other salesman also responded. As I was promised by Mr. Shrish while buying the machine that he will provide me with a bag to keep the machine, neither him nor the bag seem to be coming. Still waiting as I sit on the 18th of September. Hoping it not to be a long wait. AMEN!!

                            I have taken annual maintainance contract with Eureka Forbes water purifier. My purifier is not working properly. I lodged compaint with 39883333 complaint no being 83503934 around 28 august 2010. After that, I have been calling them almost every alternate day (almost 6 times till now) and everytime I am told it would be done next day (It has still not happened). The company seems to be every irresponsible towards its customers and the after sales service is very pathetic. I even spoke to the supervisor and he told that he will call back in 1 hour. I never received any call, so I called up again today and I was told no senior person is available to talk to you. I am not out of ideas on how to get my purifier serviced.

                            Its being 10 months no one came for servicing, and now its being 10 days i am calling in your local authorized service center for servicing of water purifier but nothing happens

                            When i have spoken with the owner of your authorised service center name - Ms. Deepika Khandelwal she talks very rudely.

                              I am possessing 2 years AMC with Eureka forbes for my water purifier. Pls find the attached file for your ref.

                              Last service was done on[protected] and that too with great difficulty and no service has been provided to me since then and neither any visit has been made by your representative. In this process, i have lost 3 months of my AMC without taking any service. Local service stn and Ahemdabad stn was was called up (Ref no - 1056) but no proper response was given to me. Complaint was logged on to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but all in vain.Such a repute company and what a poor response.

                              I have been complaining about my Auqua Guard - Eureka Forbes I.Nova water purifufer 5 time to the coustomer service number till date no one attened tmy complain. If this is the service then we are very upset . Kindly consider this as request and convey to the service depaertment to look the matter.

                                I am using RO system for the past many years and for service I am having annual AMC. Everything was going fine till last August. My last AMC was renewed in August 2009 and it has expired now. However, for the entire year nobody turned up for any servise, so much so, that nobody has called up for its renewal. Not a single service was given during the entire AMC period despite my repeated calls to local authorized service centre “HARIOM”.



                                I also called up the Euro help line on 21st August and was given service request No. [protected] but there was no actual ground response from any service centre. Tied with making many calls with the service centre I put in a service request on Eureka Forbes site on 9.9.10 and was again given service request No. [protected].



                                Fortunately, second time I got a call from HARIOM service centre and a girl who called up was virtually threatening me for writing and accused me that there was no one at home and how can I expect the service. It was bit surprising that somebody calls up in the late afternoon and expects that somebody to be at home to receive the service person. Even much smaller group do inform before coming to home. I told her that we are working family and if she wants to send somebody next day, one o[censored]s will be at home. She agreed to this but while one o[censored]s took leave, nobody turned up.



                                In the meantime I also called up Ghaziabad Incharge of Eureka Forbes and he assured me for prompt service. The person was very courteous but that was the end of the story. No body turned up even after speaking to senior person of your company. Will somebody listen to it?

                                I am facing similar situation for the second time i called up Hariom Service station. The symptoms are so similar. The lady on the phone is always in fighting mode. I don't know how can a organization afford people with such attitude sitting at customer service desk. In my case someone is always home but I was told that the engineer came twice and the home was locked which is not possible at all.
                                The lady at front desk cuts phone even when you are talking to her and will not pick phone after that.
                                Does anyone know any phone number or mail ID of any eureka forbes official or Hariom Service station owner? I would like to complain to higher authorities and see if they take any action.

                                  I have bought a Water Purifier (RO) from m/s Eureka Forbes Ltd thru their Raipur Location on 28/07/2010. On 09/09/10 it stoped working, after complaint to their local service centre but no body bothered to attend the complaint in time. After 2 days a machenic came and announced that some part is burnt which will be replaced when it will be supplied from their local head office. The Water purifier is still idle and I have telephoned several times to them but no body resposing for solving complaint.They always say that someone will come to repair the machine. I am shocked to think, a company like Eureka Forbes render this kind of service. For future I will think 1000 times to purchase or refer their products........

                                  I have bought a Water filter-cum- Purifier from m/s Eureka Forbes Ltd thru their TRICHUR Location on 03/05/2002 and got into a service contract for its maintenance and paid/paying the AMC.Though I had lot of problems with them for upkeeping the waterfilter, the situation is worsoned now. The rep/mechanics at Palakkad is just not bothered to attend to the complaint intime. The Water purifier is kept idle for almost an year.For each complaint someone will come and show doing something and go.But of no use. The latest call to their "team leader" at Palakkad shocked me as , instead of finding a solution to the problem,he challenged me to do anything further.His reply was not expected from an employee(or rep)of an organisation like Eureka.Is there any solution to set right the things?
                                  i have purchased vacume cleaner and aquaguard but the person came for instalation after 15 days and stole the pipe of aqua guard. vacume cleaner doesnt look new i dont understand what to do i called several times but noone is responding
                                  the product is of poor quality the service is very bad. it is very bad for such company
                                  I HAD PURCHASED AQUAGUARD CLASSIC WATER PURIFIER THREE YEARS AGO.AFTER GIVING FINE SERVICE FOR ONE YEAR THE PRODUCTS STARTS MALFUNCTIONING LIKE DEPOSITION OF WHITE SEDIMENT TOOKS PLACE ON THE SIDE OF THE BOTTLE USED FOR KEEPING WATER AND THE DEPOSITION OF SEDIMENT IS SO HUGE THAT WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE BOTTLE AFTER EVERY ONE MONTH.I HAD INFORMED TO OUR DEALER BUT THEIR ANSWER WAS NOT SATISFACTORY.IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM

                                    There is no response from the area manager mr kishore holding mobile no:[protected],who is incharge of the colaba area for taking care of the complaints for aqua guard purifier. It has been almost 2 months since the technician has checked for the faulty pump in the unit who was supposed to replace it and after several call also he is not bothered to send the part or the technician to fix this unit. And to bring in to your notice this is an Institute Where the children will be affected without functional purifier .

                                      I recently bought an AQUAGUARD RO PROTECT+. Just after a week I bought it, the device started malfunctioning. Water was continuously going out through the outlet valve, though no water was actually getting filtered and stored in the device. We called the customer care, service person came in two days, fixed in two minutes and left. We dint have any problem for the next three days. Now we are facing the exact same issue. I have again raised a complaint with customer care yesterday and I was informed that this time a senior service technician will attend us that very day. We are still waiting....
                                      I remember reading a similar complaint about aquaguard service in this site, but I had to go with this product as I was not able to find any other product. I suppose aquagaurd should give as much importance to their product and service as they give to their marketing.
