Dear Sir,
My name is Rahul Nimbalkar, working with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, living at Pune. I have purchased Infinity named water purifier on 26/06/2010. My customer ID is [protected].
On the very second day after installation of the machine, it was found that machine is leak. I have immediately conacted Mr. Mahendra Choudhary, Sales executive ([protected]) and Mr. Bodle ([protected]). they both send the technician and assured me that, there is a very little problem and it will not be happened in future.I trusted these guys, but on today (17/11/2010), same leakage problem was found in machine.
I have contacted Mr. Choudhary, he had not replied to my calls. I have contaced Mr. Bodle. Now Mr. Bodle is agree that there is problem in my machine.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange to issue me new machine.
Mr. Choudhary and Mr. Bodle had replied very arrogantly.

Aquaguard / Water purifier — False promise
I had purchased Aqua guard water purifier on 9.1.2008. from the authorised Sales Executive. He promised life time free service for the product ( Gold NOVA price 9500 INR). My Order No is[protected]. I have called the Customer care and they given me the complaint no which is 64595351. This almost 4 weeks no one has turned to provide the service. On calling customer care they just say technician will arrive in next 24 hrs but that didnt hasppened.Please ensure my water purifier get repaired and take appropriate action against company for false promises they make.
