I have purchased a Water Purifier from Aquaguard-model integra in 2008, when i was posted at Bangalore. I was transfered from Bangalore to Guwahati in 2008. Right after my transfer, i have tried to contact Aquaguard people in Guwahati and get the servicing done. However, the service from Aquaguard is so pathetic and representative of Aquaguard were not even aware of this particular product. Finally, the equipment has stopped functioning since last 2 weeks. I have tried despaerately to contact Euraka Forbes, right upto the Corporate, Regional and local team, but in vain. I wonder, if after spending 25000/-, if this the kind of service, where to go and lodge my complaint.

Eureka Forbes/RO Total — Non attendance of complaint
I had purchased Eureka Forbes RO Total aquaguard about four months back. I have had to call the service centre three times during this period. When they come they take adequate interest in their work, but the problem is to get to attend to the complaint.I had made a complaint on 16 Dec. I did not keep the complaint No with me and these guys conveniently also did not record it. On 18 Dec again I made a complaint - M61427 - at 0830 A.M. Now it is 20 Dec 7 P.M. I have rung them up on no less than four ocassions but nobody has yet turned up. We are buying water as you would be aware of the famous Noida water.
I'm deeply frustrated and angry and don't really know what to do.
