i have purchased a water purifier of eureka forbes from big bazar on 16 september,and big bazar promised to install within 2 days.
till now no response neither from big bazar nor from eureka forbes.i have called both many times but i got only next promise nothing else.
it is really very frustrating.
and i am also planning for complaint in consumer forum very soon....

The water Purifier is under AMC with Eurosmile. On 17th September I registered a complaint that the water purifier is not working. Till date no one has come for the attention. My consumer code is [protected] under Eurosmile.
Daily I am giving ring to Euro Helpline and whoever attends the call says "will send the Technician today".
I don't know whetether people are taken for a ride in the name of Eurosmile and AMC...

WE OWN AN AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER IN TRICHY .
THE SERVICE PERSONELL HAS NOT TURNED UP EVEN ONCE IN THE PAST 9 MONTHS . THOUGH WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NIL RESPONSE FROM THE DEALERS IN TRICHY .
SUCH A MISERABLE SERVICE . JUST A PIECE OF BULL FOR THEM...
