I am possessing Acquaguard Classic Water Purifier. We are under AMC. Water is not coming out of the faucet. Called up helpline centre 4 days back. Every time they give a complaint number and say that it will be attended shortly. This is the second time that they have failed to respond. my customer care number is [protected] and complt number is 5831. i was given the service managers number Mr.Sharma but he has conveniently switched the number off. Can this company's worthlessness be exposed.

AquaGuard classic — bad response

Dear Sir/Madam,
I paid AMC for one year in Vijayawada and at that time I have been assured that I can get my AMC transferred to any where in India.We shifted to Bangalore and I am trying to get service for my aquaguard since 10 days . I am calling up the customer care no. [protected] daily and getting fake promises like, we will keep ur request in top priority, we will surely send a person today. I am exhausted by all these things. I[censored] don't have a provision of AMC transfer why do u trouble the customers ? Now I am confirmed that people are dead in euro service and you can have a caption of 'service with greif' instead of 'service with smile'. Hope I will get service if anybody is alive till tomorrow.

AquaGuard classic — Replacement of top panel

complaint number:83391105 was lodged through yor 24 hour helpline to replace top panel as the same had decayed & as aresult the machine had fallen. The I was assured promt service no technician called to fix the problem. After getting in touch with your Ghatkopar( east) franchisee m/s A.K.P.Enterprises telphone 6450924 a techician called on17/08/2010 who informed that as machine is old to go for replacement and booked order for new aquagaurd model INFINITY through sales specialist Mr Natvar Choudhary(Employeecode9035392) of team Mukand-I,team leader Mr.SSR who promised that in case any delay in supplying and fixing new machine, panel of the old machine shall be replaced to enable us to get filtered water for drinking purpose. Despite assurances to supply new machine by 19th or 20th , yor people are avoiding to responding to telephone calls giving silly excuses. You agree that need of the machine is very much felt in this season particulary when the city is reeling under monson born deseases.May I request immediat intervention and resolve the issues in company's interest if not customer's interest to retain its fair reputation?

AquaGuard classic — No service person is coming. Bad service

I stay in davangere. they have a sales and service office here. Broght aquagurd classic 6 months back but it stopped working suddenly. Called the service persons daily since 4 days no one is attending this. No pure water to drink . This is bad Really they are only intending to sell the product not to service. I will not recomment aquagurd to anyone they have poor service and staff.

    I have purchased an Aquaguard “Classic” water purifier on 19/10/08
    from SHREYA ENTERPRISE . After one year one representative from your
    Service Centre located at Chuanpur , Murshidabad, contacted me and collected
    AMC.
    As per contract they are to perform their duties i.e. servicing the water
    purifier twice in a year .
    But it is sorry to say that they did not turn up without several time intimation.
    It may be mentioned here that they were attended at my residence for servicing
    on 01/05/10 , but till date they did not turn up.
    In this regard you are requested to look into the matter and make an arrangement
    so that I can get your service properly.

      As per my service contract my aquaguard model ST 2000 first service due
      on[protected].i have informed euro helpline on 26-5 2010 and registered as
      per request no.[protected].my cust.no-[protected].In spite of so many
      calls from my side to the helpline no action taken till date.Hence i request
      the concered authoraties to look into this matter and do the needful at the
      earliest.

      Aquaguard-ST 2000 — Service contract

      I am having service contract since last 18 years with the company and last on 8.10.2009 i have renewed for two years vice Service Contract no; 17196002 dt 1.10.2009. Since yesterday i am not geting water supply in Aquaguard and contact no: 2641898 is not responding and inform that now contact no changed. Kindly instruct some one in Vadodara office and instruct to atten the complain as I am not geting water. Please treat this most urgent.

        On 02nd June I noticed that purifier was not functioning properly I immediately informed your Ranchi Office through phone[protected] and also through an agent Mr. Amit ([protected]) and was informed that the defect will be rectified but no one gave attention to the complaint till 03rd. When I followed up, I was informed that persons are busy in closing operations. Now is that an excuse for service personnel ? Since this kind of negligent attitude has happened earlier, I request you to look into operations of this office. If they cannot attend to service then let them not commit to it.

        What is this? Are you joking with customer? Further how much time is required to attend to a complaint and its rectification? Who is responsible and what action you are taken against such ir-resposibility?

        Kindly prevail upon the staff and prevent what could be a very bad experience.

        for the last 10 tend i have lodged complaint on 39883333 that they have taken 1850/- rupees for services charges on Augs.2009 for next two year. They informed that every six months they will change the carbon of aquaguard and after one year year they will change the drum of the aquaguard They informed that the complaint will be resolved on the same day. but sorry to inform you they did not attend the complaint. More than 10 months have passed they did not change the carbon of the aquaguard.
        so you are requested to look into my complaint and chang the carbon.

          With reference to the above, i would like to bring to your notice that, i have purchased a Aquaguard Gold Nova on 24/06/09 from one of franchisee of Eureka Forbes Ltd -Khushi Enterprise at North Lakhimpur, Assam.
          Detail of the product is as follows:-

          There was 2(two) free service in a year. I have not yet received any service after repeated reminders/request. At last after 11 months a service person visited me last week, but he asked me to purchase a new candle or the water filter cartridge which is now not giving proper result.
          Please note that, the cartrigde is damaged because the machine has not received proper service in time. The 1st service should be before 6 or 7 months. I have request/ informed them so many times but there was no action taken from the service team. And at last, after 11 months, they asked me to change the candle/cartridge with my cost which is totally inappropriate and unethical.
          I would hereby urge Eureka Forbes Ltd. to take appropriate action and to replace the candle/ cartridge free of cost please. Now the machine is at Guwahati.

            COMPLAINT

            I had a 1 year service contract on 25.2.09 (CONTRACT RECEIPT No. 1615232) and expired on 24.2.10 for servicing (including the material replacement) for Eureka forbes-Aquagaurd- Classic model. Your people did the service only on 9.9.09 (after six months). But, the final service on 24.2.10 was not done and no one had visited us.

            As it is an health related matter, again, yesterday (30.5.10), we have got 1 year service contract by paying Rs.[protected]/- for material + 245/- for service) ( CONTRACT RECEIPT NO.[protected] .

            I have few concerns and the same are as under…...

            1) How come Rs.950-00 is charged now against CLASSIC model where it is mentieond as Rs.900-00 in the rear side of the contract receipt for this model?

            2) Aquagaurd people were supposed to do the servicing in my last contract on 24.2.10 which was expired and not done. What will you do for that?

            3) Will you add left out service in the new service contract? so that, there is a justice.
            4. Otherwise, will you refund the part of the money in the new contract against the old pending service job?
            5) How do you solve this problem?

            I want solution for this. Please confirm. I am waiting for your immediate reply. Also, please intimeate me the email ID of your manager. so that I would like to communicate on this matter and get the justice.

              Hi,

              I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier (AQUASURE - CRYSTAL) from DASS store at Aundh. I got the delivery immediately and then after a couple of follow ups, the EUREKA FORBES person came to install the purifier. He did the installation and asked me to keep water running from the unit for 15 minutes. I did that. After that the water which comes out of the unit has a foul taste; so I logged a complaint with the call center and the technician came in. He said he has to flush the system and did something; and then said let water be running from the unit for sometime. I did it again and kept water running from the instrument for 15 minutes. Still I get the same foul taste (it tastes like plastic) from the water. Now he asked me to call him in case of a problem. I am not sure how many times would I have to call someone even after paying the purchase amount in entirity and having a 1 year warranty on the instument? Also the person who installed the water purifier was too smart and has sold me a company made cover for Rs. 180 without giving any receipt and a water pipe for Rs. 40, again without a company receipt. I need some help here. Thanks.

                Sir I have purchase your product Aquaguard total RO reviva on 26.06.2009 with order form cum reciepet No.[protected]. My Eurohelpline Customer No.[protected] .
                The company also provides four service checkups free for one year with the purchase of product . But up to now 27.05.2010 about 11 month only two service checkups free has been given to me and it is also not carried on perfect date and tome due to which my Aquaguard is not working properly and when I call your Service technician he says me to pay the extended service plan charge.I think the fault may occur due to his poor service then why I will punished. The behaviour of your service technician Mr.Shambhu paul is too rude .
                Therefor I request you to take proper action so that we can recive better service and also replace my Aquaguard defective parts as soon as possible because my family member al ready suffring from major disease .

                I have a similar issue. I sent a mail a month ago but no response as of now from the company. And calling the customer care is no use. I'm attaching the same mail here.


                "" Hello Sir/ Madam,
                Good Afternoon!!! I'm Shyam( cust no:[protected]) from Hyderabad. I purchased an Aquaguard Total Reviva unit for about 9900/- on 31st May, 2010.
                ==> During the demo the sale associate( Chandra sekhar Reddy) has informed us that the Unit will be under WARRANTY for a period of one year. Specifically I asked does the Unit as a whole comes under warranty, for this he said everything will be under warranty. Only thing he said that I have to replace some parts for every year or their life.
                Everything was fine for 4months. We loved the taste of water from the filter.
                ==> But after 4th month the purifier wasn't working properly. I raised a complaint with Euro Helpline. A service technician had come after 10 days of my complaint (unlike the two working days promise). By introducing his name as Mr.Raju, he checked the unit and said that its not working properly because of the low water pressure. I told him that there is no chance of decrease in water pressure since installation as we didn't do any change to our water supply. I asked him if its water pressure issue then how the purifier worked properly for 4 months.. he didn't had any answer for it and left.
                ==> I again called Euro helpline so many times but only after 5th time I got a request raised again with a request number provided to me at this time [protected].(23rd october, 2010) but no one has turned up till 9th of november (15days). Thenl I went to office in Eurekha Forbes Office in Hyderabad Personally to verify the status, one manager by named Mr. Krishniah has assured me that he will send the technician and as said technicians by name Mr.Satish and Mr.Raju([protected]) have come and checked to finally inform me that a something called RO Membrane is not working and to replace it I need to pay for it. I got shocked as with no fault of mine if the item is defective and in warranty I'm asked to pay for the repair.

                Sir/ Madam my concern is why should I bear loss when there is no fault of mine. Please kindly help me to get the defective part replaced or the entire thing to be replaced.

                  I bought Auquagaurd Gold nova water purifier from Euroclean Last year, i renewed the AMC contract to them, if we call for service they are not even bothering to get the service done on time. They take atleast 10days to do the said service every time, this time also i logged the service request on 21may (req no [protected], customer no [protected])still now they have not turned back for attending the service. I repeatedly called there customer care even though no response. yestarday morning one Mr.Abdhul and by evening one Ms.Sudha from their customer care committed it will be done positively by 27th May. But still no body turned up,can you please suggest me what i can do on this regards. I bought this mainly for my kid to have clean water, but due to their negligence we suffer lot to get clean water.

                    We purchased Aqua Sure water purified (18 ltr) in July 2009. I was told that the Filter has to be changed every 6 months. In feb 2010 we order for a new Filter Cartridge. The technician came and fitted a Filter Cartridge. After fitting the new cartridge the filtering of water was very slow. We complaint many times but was told that it is not fitted properly. In may 2010 again we complaint, our complaint was registered on[protected] and we were given a complaint no. but no service personnel visited our house. Again on 25th May we gave a complaint so the next day a technician visited our house and told that the filter cartridge is damaged and it can not be replaced for free. This Eureka forbes people are cheaters and they are cheating people of their money as well as health. They are playing with the people's health. The Aqua sure filter does not filter 100%. There is always some particles in the filtered water. Eureka Forbes should stop selling Water purifier. Do not cheat people.

                    Eureka — Filter Malfunctioning

                    This email is in regards to Aquasure that I purchased in the month of November.

                    I purchased Aquasure for Rs 1300 INR from Big Bazaar Ameerpet, Hyderabad. It worked fine for about a month. Now water is leaking and is not able to purify it. Sometimes water is not flowing and sometime it is overflowing. Now a days water is tasting very hard and a very bad taste is coming.

                    I would request you to send your executive as soon as possible to my below given mailing address. I would request you to please take back the product and I would like to buy UV product from Eureka.

                      I called Justdial call services for a RO water purifier and I was flooded by calls from dealers of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard company in Nagpur. They did a lot of sales talkes and hihglighted the point that Eureka Forbes has the best after sales Service under the sun and that I should take this big point into consideraTION.
                      The following day I approved and ordered The Sensa Total product of this company which is the costliest in this categary of water purifier costing INR. 17,900, As the company's plumber turned his back after installation, I detected that the tap was leaking and water was dripping continuously. I have made no less than 20 calls in three days following that discovery and am completely harrassed and frustrated. I only hear lame excuses and stories but noone has bothered to attend to the complaint nor have called me back for giving an explaination for the failure of their man to turn up and fix the problem.. In the meantime the modular furniture in the kitchen was spoiled by the water collecting on the floor of the kitchen.

                        We had purchased a purifier from Eureka Forbes approximately 2years back.
                        However as the area is village there is some problem in water pressure which doesnot reaches the purifier.
                        hence as suggested by the technician from eureka forbes last year we had installed a pump too generate pressure by the technician from the same team.

                        However we had faced frequent problem in the operation of purifiers, which was rectified by the local tecnician of the company against the fees.

                        He himsel[censored]se to come in every two month to the check the purifiers condition and its supporting appliances.

                        However his motto was never to check the appliance but to cross sell something.

                        He had always insisted us not to call the customer care and to call him for all the snags related to purifiers and we did the same.

                        Few days back as usual the purifier stop operating, and we called him.

                        He confirmed us of visit however had not visited to for 3-4 days,and kept the phone off. Then was after repeated reminder he visited us check the purifier for two hours and went back claiming some spare part to be called from the main office.
                        However later he didn't turned up.

                        Since it was my father who was taking care of things, i got shocked and with the services of eureka forbes people and immediatly called up the call centre for the compain.
                        Later i came to know from the other techician of company who turned up on the call lodged with call centre, that the pump installed got damaged and need to install a new, and as the pumps warranty lapses in last 10-15 days, we have to pay for new.

                        Complain Points:

                        Company representive had deliberately made us wait so that the warranty expires and we have to purchase the new one.

                        We had continously suffered from the service issue and the technician earned lots of money out of it.

                        Continous harrasments of purchasing purified water due to frequent snags in the purifiers had made us inccurs additional expenses.

                        Company should not allow his technician to pitch, to call them direclty for the snags so that all the technical default should be recorded with the company.

                        Misselling, not to tell the customer for three month Emi and place the cheque in irregular date, which had impacted me on financial deal.

                          I have an Aquaguard (Classic Pump model), which I am using for last couple of years very satisfactorily. The aquaguard is covered under AMC and the same is being renewed on yearly basis. Existing AMC which is valid upto 10/08/2010 has been done by Eureka Forber’s authorized agent located at 3, Shyama Charan Chakraborty Lane, Opposite Palpara, Baranagar Police Station, Baranagar, Kolkata – 700 036.

                          Since last 15-20 days, I am regularly complaining the authorized agent of not getting water at all from the aquaguard. Based on my complaint, though the agent is sending their technicians but they are not being able to solve the problem. Either they are not competent to detect & solve the problem or having the intention of time killing without rectifying / replacing the defective parts of the machine within the existing tenure of AMC. Moreover, the technician who had visited in last few occasions behaved very rudely as because I have shared my experience of dissatisfaction to the authorized agent. Such behaviour is totally unacceptable. Such type of extremely poor quality of service and bad behavoiur is spoiling company’s reputation specially company like Eureka Forbes who are considered to be extremely caring for their consumers.

                          Eureka forbes/ Aquaguard — Improper service

                          Dear sir, I am having an one year service contract with the above mentioned franchisee of eureka forbes for maintainance of my aqua guard water filter. But one month back the back panel of the filter broke down making the filter unusable. Inspite of my repeated requests for almost a month they have not repaired it till date. I also called the Eureka forbes helpline number , but they also gave false assurances without any action. Please consider my complaint and do the needful. Thank you.

                            there is a sales guy name ghanshyam who sold the aquaguard compact piece to me and waited for 3days still no response for fitting the equipment. I have been repeatedely calling him, but no response. the plumbing work seems to be subcontracted to the guy name Suman whose number will never be reachable and even if I manage to call, he will not lift the call.
                            Please help me out if somebody are reading.

                              The water container of my RO systems has been leaking profusely since last three weeks. I made complaint to Eureka Forbs helpline on May 11. I was given a complain number: [protected]. My customer ID number is [protected]. I was told that within follwoing twenty four hours the probelsm will be rectified. Since then no one has from Eureka Forbs showed even a curtsy to call me back let me know what is the reaosn of delay in rectifying the problem whereas I have been asking for an update regularly. But in vein.

In addition to that I bring this matter to the notice of the all officials of the companey, but they always assured me matter will be solved, Nothing has been done from the officials side.                                   i have taken amc for eureka forbes ro plant. Filed a complaint on[protected]. As per quality policy they say they will attend within 24 hours. Evenafter 72 hours no response. I have called them more than 10 times. irresponsible customer care and irresponsible service people. Only at time of renewal of AMC they show interest. Good Proudct Bad Service and worst attitude can describe this product.

                                  We bought an RO system and from the Day 1 it was overflowing. Technician came twice and there was no way they could handle the problem. they dilly dallied for a month and now its like no chance of getting it right.
                                  The worst complaint grievance system I have seen

                                  Eureka Forbes RO system — RO has defects under warranty not even service has been done in spite of repeated complaints

                                  Purchased in March2009 with one year warranty. there is lekage in the system, no service done water supply very slow. needs immediate servicing. In spite of repearted telephone calls to CCC, authorised service centre, lodging complaints at company's websiteand even at your site, there is no response. They give the assurance but do not send service engineer. perhaps they are waiting for the warranty to expire. can you help me

                                  I Have purchased ro system from eureka forbes before one year. It was working fine . I called customer care for just service. After service it is not working at all and i am calling the customer care and same technician but they are not responding and my system is gone now. I think i have to throw it. Service technicians has spoiled my system and they are not responding at all.
                                  Two times two technicians came and spolied my working system . Now No one is responding for this.
                                  First person just serviced and system stopped working. Second person told coil has gone bad so he will bring new one. But he took that coil and not came still.
                                  yes what they say is absolutely 200% right

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had purchased RO system ( aquagaurd Reviva) from Eureka Forbes in 2005 .
                                  One year ago , I had a lot of problem for getting its filter elements changed even after paying full amount of Annual Maintenance contract .
                                  Now again there is nobody in the company ,who is willing to listen the complaint. The problem is as mentioned below.
                                  I had problem with my RO system as the water coming out after filtration is salty .
                                  I complained on customer care number [protected] on 27th May,2011 , The complaint number is 62368987.
                                  On 28th, one person turned up & checked the system & said the pump is defective.
                                  This pump was changed by him last year also .He told us that he would come back with a new pump.
                                  But when he did not come back , I complained again on 4th June.
                                  The person from the call centre said ,he would forward the complaint on priority basis.
                                  NOTHING HAPPENED.
                                  Again I called up customer care on 9th June. I received the same answer from the call centre.
                                  NOTHING HAS HAPPENED SO FAR .
                                  STILL NOT ABLE TO USE THE WATER & PURCHASING BOTTLED WATER FROM MARKET FOR THE LAST 15 DAYS EVEN WITH THE RO SYSTEM INSTALLED WITH AMC DONE FROM EUREKA FORBES.
                                  I HAVE NOT SEEN SO BAD SERVICE FROM ANY OF THE COMPANY IN MY LIFE OF 45 YEARS.
                                  KINDLY HELP IF POSSIBLE.

                                    Technology in Water purifiers (Reviva model) seems to be defective. During 'flush', water enters 'pure water storage tank' thus contaminates filtered water. Actually all water must drain out during flush. Moreover, so called 'filtered water' fills in storage tank in just 20 minutes instead of 1 hour written in the manual of this company. This means that filtration is also not perfect.
                                    I have complained 50 times since its installation on 22.11.09, but no rectification till date. My invoice/order no. is[protected] dt 17..11.09.
                                    I suggest not to purchase such defective water purifiers. These will cause water borne diseases even to healthy person.

                                      Problem in Service continues:
                                      BEWARE OF WET AND DRY VACUUM CLEANER AND SERVICE
                                      This product has again malfunctioned.(please read further for first issue. The re[censored]ion takes a big toll on consumers time and energy) It is only 2 months since the last episode and multiple followups. Again the machine stopped functioning on 26th April. Complaint was raised on 28th April. Complaint taken up with Prabhu sales person [protected], Manager Hemanth [protected], Senthil Kumaran [protected]. There has been only promises to get this resolved in 24hrs. Senthikumaran also visited the site, inspected and said he would resolve in 24 hours. nothing has happened.

                                      PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT LOOKING AT THE DEMO. I bought this after getting a demo from Mr. Prabhu of Eureka Forbes on 13/12/2010. It was very impressive demo. The features shown were good. Everything was fine for 1 month. Then it all started. The machine stopped working on 18/1/2010. I lodged a complaint on 23/1/2010 in 3988333 and was given complaint number 82423520. I was promised service in 24-48 hours. No one turned up despite repeated calls to Ms. Prabhu. Spoke to Ms.Akila, Ms.Ramya, Ms.Priya, Ms.Stella, all from customer care, on different days to follow up. All promised to resolve it on the same day I spoke but no respone.. Finally after a humongous effort from my side, Mr. Thiagarajan arrived on 5/Feb and inspected the machine and told that the motor was not working. He promised he would make a new replacement in 1-2 days. This would be replaced by 7/Feb max. There is no response on this after that. No one called me even to update the status of my complaint. It is only frustation that I got buying this product. I am trying to reach some senior person in Eureka Forbes and not able to. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT LOOKING AT THE DEMO and get into the problem I have.

                                      Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — Demo on product

                                      We are in Bangalore.

                                      We have purchased Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner in the month of August 2008. The marketing people were at the roadside, we asked for the demo and purchased the product. That was their last visit. No demo. The product is sitting idle right now.

                                      The marketing person, Manjunath is not at all picking the call nor sending anybody for demo.

                                      Could anybody from the company arrange for a demo on the product, so that we can start using it.

                                      1. Vacuum cleaner tube broke within 10months o[censored]sage.
                                      2. The tube is not covered under warranty
                                      3. Had to talk to their reps several times for me to get an answer that it is not covered under warranty and that i should go to their office to buy a new one
                                      4. No stock at the office

                                      Poor customer service ! poor quality of product.

                                      The door that u need to open to clear the dust sucked is flimsy and at times opens up while u r vacuuming thus leading to the dust blowing all over your house.

                                      Extremely unhappy with the product.

                                      Eureka Forbes / Wet And Dry Vacuum Cleaner — no after sales service or proper training by the salesman

                                      I purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier and wet/dry vaccuum cleaner in December 2008. The water purifier created some problems, but the service personnel immediately attended to it, my personal thanks to Mr. Mayur Kulkarni for that.
                                      But, as regards vaccuum cleaner, all the salesman Mr Vishal Kedar was interested in, was selling the products, so as he may collect bonus points and maybe get a salary hike or more commission, etc. etc. He did not give me proper training of the product. Only once did he call and briefed me on it. Later on, on umpteen ocassions I contacted him and also left message to contact me to give proper training so as I may use the product without damage to it. But no, he has not shown up so far! Moreover, my documents are not delivered. I was informed that the VC required servicing twice a year and also that I was signed for a life-time free service! I do not know, whose life time! Please tell the gentleman that if I do not at all use the product, it is going to last for centuries!
                                      Please deliver my message to Mr. VISHAL KEDAR of Eureka Forbes, Dhule branch (Maharashtra State).
                                      I personally recommend promotion for Mr. Mayur Kulkarni, for that matter!

                                      eurekha forbes/ vacuum cleaner model wet and dry — irresponsible service

                                      i have purchased a vaccum cleaner model wet and dry which is not working currently.i have complained four times . first on 4.10.11 complaint number 85644014, next on 18.10.11 complaint number 64099002, next on 15.11.11 complaint number 85889152, 22.11.11 complaint number 85919992, but still i didnt get any response from your company ,please contact C.AJITH - [protected]
                                      I acknowledge your complaint as I also faced the same issue and just gave up calling these guys and looking for another vaccum cleaner now rather than wasting my money in calling the Eurekha Forbes. It is really a frustating and cheating for the company to sell product with life time guarantee and now not even ready to send anyone. The complain numbers are neither addressed OR they call us.

                                      i've purchased on Wet and Dry vaccum cleaner on Dec 2011. The product got the motor problem and some body came and changed the motor by Feb 2012 month. After 3 weeks of changing the motor, the same problem came back. Now in eureka forbes they are asking to pay the money and get service even though it is in Warranty period. Customer care person "Noorjahan" talking very rude and service person "Babu" not at all picking the call. Its very annoying and also irresponsible company. i wont suggest any Aquaguard product to anyone.

                                        We have purchased eureka Forbes aqua guard infinity water purifier on 25th of April from sales representative named Mr. Srinivas . but till date we are not able to use that product , when we lodged a complain[protected]/[protected] to help desk they told they will send services person to rectify the problem , but no one has came to see the problem, and day before yesterday i got a call from one sales person and he confirmed that the product is not suited for our area and he can't help me . now i don't know how to approach forward , i am feeling helpless
