Dear Sir,
We have an AMC of 2 years from 29/03/2010 to 28/03/2012, for the aqua gold nova water purifier. A service was due on June 29, 2010 and till date nobody has turned up for the same despite reminders to your call center executives. The call center executives have been very prompt in telling that they understand my concern and would ensure that the service is done. Well, till date the service has not been done and all that is done is teleservice... If only teleservices could clean up the aqua guard!!!!!! Such poor service and you find some reason for not doing the duty. This is dereliction of duty and even after repeated reminders if no service is rendered, this amounts to gross negligence of the customer. If you cannot provide AMC, please do not offer this service at all. We can go back to the old fashioned way of water purification, without the hassels of any service.

    Dear sir/madam,
    we had purchased a eurekaforbes robocleanz on 31st march 2010.
    Since last 3 months the above machine is not working properly.First its charger pin had come-off.After many calls an executive asked us to bring it to service centre or else we had to pay Rs.250 as service charges. When i said I am not paying a single paisa as it is under warranty and it is not mentioned in the warranty terms, and if I HAVE TO PAY i will sue them in consumer redressal forum, he came and took the machine. The same day evening he brought back the charger and machine.On observation I could see that the charging pin was stuck using super glue.After he brought back the machine , it has become too slow and does not clean at all.It just moves without doing any work.
    Is this the quality of products and the quality of service we get from Eureka forbes, so called very consumer friendly company.If my machine is not replaced immediatly I am approaching the consumer forum. I have 3 advocates at home and it is not a big issue to go consumer forum.
    I am calling up the Mysore branch manager Mr.ManojChalke every day and I am getting a non committal and non serious reply every day.

    It is indeed a shame that a customer of Eureka Forbes should have to face such problems. The company should have immediately looked into the matter and solved the problem to the customer's satisfaction, even if it meant replacing the defective unit as the machine is under warranty. I live in Goa and use a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purification system. Before I purchased it, I was told by friends about Eureka Forbes poor afrter sales service, but I took a chance as I felt the company had some reputation. While I have (luckily) not encountered major problems, my experience has been that Eureka Forbes persons are super prompt on sales and with just one phone call are ready to come, demonstrate and install any equipment. However, their after sales service needs much improvement. It takes very many calls to get any problems attended to and even then, the attitude of the service department is that they are doing it for the sake of doing it and because they have been forced to do so by one's persistant phone calls. In fact I wanted to purchase another Eureka Forbes appliance too, but I hesitate because of the after sales service that I have experienced.
    This is the worst product. On[protected], the company salesman did a demo and took the order from me and cheque for RS. 6990, saying the the product will be delivered in a week. After repeated reminders, he brought a machine on 13th May. The machine was in a damaged carton and looked as if it was repacked, probably returned by another dissatisfied customer. The charger pin was damaged and useless. When it was told to the company, they promised to give replacement. After repeated complaints to the service dept, a new charger was sent on 26th March, 2013. For one year the machine remained idle. Fantastic service of Eureka Forbes. May God help Eureka Forbes customers?

      Never buy any product of Eurekaforbes. They are the biggest cheater in terms of service which they are providing. All are making fool of public. I bought Ivorymodel water purifier of Eureka Forbes in the month of Jan. Following are the activities they are doing to do cheating with the public

      1. After 3 days of bought the product one installation guy come to my home at that moment my wife was alone at home, after inspection of my kitchen he told all the thing is fine but due to good pressure of water one part need to be install at your tap and we also have cover for your water purifier. Any how he convince my wife and he took Rs. 150/-for small plastic part and cover….( Although good quality of fitting is provided by the company in the box, So I request you to all never trust the installation guy he want to make his money and pls. told him to install the machine what ever parts are provided by the company or else we will call your supervisor) and moreover that Damn guy planning to take the part which was provided by the company but my any how my wife managed to take it back from him.

      2. Water purifier is working fine for 2 months but after 2 months my machine start indication of red light which is coming always we did all the things from the manual but nothing was happen. Even I have install the original fitting provided by the company but that red light is coming some time and at the end water is not coming. In this regard I have booked complaint at[protected] at around 8 am on 27/03/2010 that agent told me that on Monday your machine will be get repair he also gave me req no ([protected]). Monday past no one came…Tuesday no one…at last I have to bought Bisleri water can for Rs. 70 /-. At last I called damn sleeping people on Thursday same reply(we are sorry for inconvince our person will definite come to your home) No body come. At last that problem solved in the mid of April,10.

      3. Again water purifier stops working on Jul 29, 10 and my complaint number was [protected]. Technician comes to my flat and open the same thrice and he changed the coil in the machine and said Now it will be Ok.

      4. Now water is coming but some times the light is blinking together and we have to press the button so hard for water to come out and some times water did not come at all, In this regards I raised the complaint on 14th aug, 10 and my 4th complaint number is [protected]. Till now we are facing the problem.

      All of them cheated me including Mr Siddhatha Singh, He is the biggest lier, when I got problem in the month of April Mr. Rohit Promised to give new machine in future, while repairing the machine. Now I called him and he refusing me, that he don't said this words.

      We are helpless after spending 6500 Rs VIJAY SALES BORIVALI AND EUREKA FORBES ARE CHEATER.

      No one is listening us.

      Pls. help us even we don’t know what type of water we are drinking, whether it is pure or not, Request you to kindly help us in terms of compensations and replace my faulty machine with new one.

      Eureka Forbes — Faulty Machine

      I purchaed an Aqua Guard Sensa Water Purifier, on 05 May 2010, with a cash payment of Rs 18000/-. Even before the machine was due for its first servicing ie on 05 Sep 2010, it developed a problem. After numerous complaints, the company did send a technician but to my surprise the poor guy knew nothing about this system. He some how managed to open the system but later struggled for almost an hour assembling it back, without any repairs. Since that day i've been calling the customer service desk continuously and also I've visited the local office a number of times. But unfortunately there has been just no response from the company. The most interesting thing in the whole issue is that when i lodge a complaint, I immediately get an SMS on my mobile comfirming my request number but when I call two days later, with my complaint reference number and date, asking about the status of my complaint, they simply deny having any complaint from me. I am not just disappointed with the product but with the after sales service as well. Seeing the response from the company, I am not interested in continuing with the machine and would like to return it back to the company. I as a customer, have no other option but to either go to the media, news of people buring their faulty product outside the showrooms do make interesting national news for sure. Or the other option left with me is to go to the consumer court.
      Its may advice to all those who may be planning to buy any Eureka Forbes product in near future, there are atleast a dozen other brands available in the market at almost half the price and much better services. I have made a big mistake by investing in Eureka Forbes....
      this means that the company is taking consumers for granted

      Eureka Forbes — Faulty advice

      On the advice of Eureka Forbes executive, I bought "Power" model aquaguard for a new "Piao" I set up in June, 2011. The machine could not purify water to meet the demand of water seekers. I disconnected it and gifted it away as the company refused to take it back.
      I contacted the executive head of the company at Address: 17 A/41 WEA, 3rd Floor, Opp. Jessa Ram Hospital, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. After more than half-a dozen appointments he did not turn up at the piao to see what kind of a water purifier should be installed. The piao provides cooled water by Voltas Cooler, which has 120 litre storage capacity.

      I fully agree with you. I was given a machine two years back which never worked. They have been fooling for two years saying the refund cheque is ready as they cannot rectify the fault. The team is just cheating the customer. Management does not bother for complaints. Managers dont respond, it is not the the company that was created years back with good service support.

        This is really upsetting and disappointing to talk about the services from Eureka Forbes water purifier in Mumbai, India.
        Inspite of calling so many times to the customer support cell, nobody is bothered to send an appropriate service executive who knows about the product. Each time a new execuive is sent and when a new exec turns up a new fault is identified. There has been just a blame game
        I'm really frustrated and just want to say one thing to all the people not to buy Eureka Forbes products anytime bcos their service is worst, pathetic beyond words.People are ver irresponsible from Eureka Forbes.

          With utter dejection and emrarresmant , I would like to intimate you that I had lodged a complaint to your service centre located at Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal vide docket no 59089529 dated 13.08.2010 in respect of my Aquaguard Water Purifier, which was not functioning from last few weeks.

          In this connection, it is to mention that my water purifier is under AMC with your Agency w.e.f. 17.05.2009 to 16.05.2011to the service centre at Serampore.

          Since the complaint was lodged on 13.08.2010 to above mentioned service centre the official who had taken the complaint, told me that it would take 24 hours time to attend the complain by the technician to the residence of the complaint.

          But it unfortunate to say that till today, 18.08.2010, nobody has bothered to attend my complaint during the periond from 14.08.2010 to 18.08.2010.

          Hence it is very unusual on my part, that a genuine customer, who wants to have the service from your esteemed Agency at the time of distress, not getting the same due to neglegent action by some people of the agency.
          I hope, your may kindly act upon the above issue, at the earliest so that genuine customet lile me and others may not loose hope on the service of your customer care cell.

          Water Purifier Model I Nova — Servicing not done

          We have entered into Service Contract (Contract Receipt No. 15143827 dated 09.02.2008) with the company Eureka Forbes for servicing of our Water Purifier Model I Nova for the period 09.02.2008 to 08.02.2011. The half yearly servicing as per terms of contract is long overdue. We have been phoning the local office of the company at Porvorim, Goa repeatedly for last more than 10 days. However, except for giving oral assurance of sending the service personnel, there is no action being initiated till date.

              Addressing the Most Unresponsive Team of M/s Eureka Forbes:

              I am extremely FedUp of following with the Customer Care Team.

              1.. I have filled up the Service Request online.
              2. I have filed complaints at your helpline Nos. on 6th Aug, '10 (ref: Complaint # 0608201)
              3. I have called Ms. Ruchi @ 30780850 on Wednesday 11th Aug, '08, and she confirmed non receipt of the complaint from the helpline
              4. I have called Mr. Bali @ [protected], whose never picks up his mobile.
              5. I have called Mumbai Off.[protected], who refused to give Tel. Numbers of Mumbai Off.
              6. I have called the Service Engineer, who visited on 12th, Aug, '10, who was asked to visit at 4 pm, after I took half day leave from office to attend him after I received his call, but he never turned up again and on calling him at 4:30 pm, he stated he is visiting another place and will visit next morning. Next Mor, on calling him and requesting him, he visited just to mention that some part was worn out due to Manufacturing Defect. He said he will get the part replaced next day mor (14th, Aug, '10).

              I am left with 1 Non-Working New Machine installed only 1 month ago, with Manufacturing Defect. After 10 days of Follow-Up, 37 Calls, 2 Mails, 1 and Half Day Leave, I am sorry to state that I am 1 Harrassed and Frustrated Consumer.

              I was assured of Service within 24 Hours, by the Sales Rep, which is why I have chosen to buy your Product, but the Myth of absolute Unresponsiveness and Careless Attitude of the Organisation has come to light in just 1 month of Association with your Brand.

              I would not restrain myself from taking a Legal Course and highlighting this case, if Immediate Attention is not taken to my case.

              It is a matter of shame that a Company of such a high repute is not able to take care of their customers.

              I purchased Aqua Guard Model Infinity on 6th July, 2010 and it stopped working on 5th August, 2010 i.e. has not worked even for one month. Had lodged complaint with your customer service -COMPLAINT NO. 0608201 DATED 6TH AUG'10. But regret that after calling your customer service centre daily no action has been taken till date.

              Further I was given the telephone number of Ms. Ruchi of your Dwarka Office and again it is a matter of deep regret she is never available on phone. For the whole day someone is picking up the phone and never connecting to Ms. Ruchi on one plea or the other and after 1700 hrs I am told that the office has been closed and the complaint will be attended next day after Ms. Ruchi is available in the office and that next day has not come till today.

              Further I was given a mobile number [protected] of Mr. Bali saying that he is the Northern Regional Head for Service but this bugger is never picking up the phone.

              I am writing this mail to you to take immediate action to get my water purifier rectified otherwise I will be left with no other alternative but to move to the Consumer court for supply defective equipment and not attending the complaint knowing that the equipment is faulty and cannot be repaired.

              Eureka Forbes — Infiniti Model Defect

              I have registered many complaints with Eureka Forbes but they fail to replace the machine. They are complete frauds. My First complaint brought the engineer over only to tell me the buttons on the machine which dispense water are faulty, and that he will come back with a new machine. That was 2 months ago. Several followups and several complaints later no responses. Each time you call up the helpline they give you a new ticket number and tell you there are NO requests pending under your registered cell number. How is that possible? Fraud company! Fraud people! Fraud Machines!

              Stay Away

              Eureka Forbes — Non functioning of Aquaguard and no response on complaints

              My Aquaguard is not functional since 25.09.09. I made a complaint with the local agent with complaint no. 338 and reminded them thrice but no one attended so far. Further I complained to the Helpline giving the AMC reference but still the response is still awaited.
              We are giving compalaint to Mr.Anuj on his mobile phone no.[protected] since last one month but he had neither given us the compaint number nor given any response. Now he is also not receving our telephone calls. In this summer season, due to shortage of water our customers are facing difficulties. Therefore, I request you to please arrange to repair our cooler cum purifier machine as soon as possible

                One Mr. Sachin Rathore salesman of Eureka forbes came to me his mobile no. is [protected] alongwith one more salesman. to sell aquaguard, he forced me to buy the aquaguard and told that only give advance and i will deliver the machine to u and thereafter u will give me the balance amount,. he started filling the form he took a cheque of Rs. 1000 from me dated 16 july 2010 i gave him this cheque on 11 july and told him that don't deposit this cheque until i confirm u, and ask me before depositing this cheque. he didn't ask anything he took the cheque and flew away. i called him on[protected] on his mobile that please don't deposit this cheque bcoz i am not interested in buying the aquaguard and so plese return my cheque. but he by cheating me, deposited the cheque on[protected] in equreka forbe a/c this cheque got cleared on[protected], the cheque was dated[protected] but the company deposited this cheque in the bank one day before on[protected] and it got cleared on[protected]. one company official had also called on me on[protected] on my mobile and asked whether i am interested in buying aquaguard but i told that i am not interested, even though company deposited the cheque.
                till now company has not refunded me the deposit,
                their salesman are good cheater and in life alway be aware they speak very sweetly with u until ur cheque is passed and they don't know u after ur cheque is passed,
                the company gets signed delivery memo from u in advance, so one must be aware of it, they take sign on many places, a normal man doesn't read these, when i read the form then i told that when u have not delivered me the machine then why i should sign this form, bcoz on this printer form it was written that the machine has been delivered to the buyer from the depot. so even i[censored] do not receive the machine u can't claim that u have not received the machine.
                after selling they take a.m.c contract ranging 1000 to 2000 per year etc. and cheat in this also. they say we shall come as many time u will need but they dont come and they say that we will come within 6 months minumum to change the candle but they come just after 1 year when amc expires, they come only to charge the a.m.c it means u will have to use the same candle for one year and they advise to change the candle within a 6 months , it means they are giving us impurified water by using the same candle for one year, but charging for 2 candle at least and giving only one candle during the year, thier product are not availble in the local market , u have to purchase it only from them and they force to take the a.m.c.

                there is no need to drink such a water which may disturb ur mind, the company is cheating us, we must buy very cheap product of water purifier or we should use only cotton clothes to purify the water or we should use phitakari which is available on kirana shop, but alway try to save urself from eureka forbes.

                Eureka Forbes — cheating by salesman

                Sir,
                My self B.K.Rout, Deputy Manager(Finance), NHPC Ltd(A Govt. of India Enterprises), presently residing in Patna and regular user of your branded products. I was having with me the Acquaguard Classic since long and due to it's improper functioning I was interested in purchasing a new Water Purifier System of your Company. Some how I got the contact number of one of the agents in Patna namely, Sh. Rajnish Mob No.[protected]. He immediately next day(Sunday) came to my door with Aquaguard Total Infinite. Since, I was more interested in RO System, I was reluctant to acquire the INFINITI instantly without observing the other similar items; he convinced me a lot to take the Acquaguard Total Infiniti that he has brought with him. In fact, he has not guided me properly, not suggested about any scheme for exchanging my old Acqua Classic nor about a better system even if I was interested in paying more for a better RO System. He told me to use the Infiniti for some days and if it become unsatisfactory, he will change that one. Keeping the machine INFINITI in my home he went to send a mechanic for installation within a hour. The whole day I waited for the mechanic and could not do other job since I live alone in my house. After a second call from me the mechanic came and installed the machine when unfortunately, no water supply was there in my house. Instead of waiting, the mechanic went away giving me the instruction how to run the machine when there will be the water flow and with assurance that he will again visit my house on the very next moment. When the water flow starter I did as per instruction but, I found the small leakage of water from the machine. Immediately I complaint over the telephone both the persons but, unbelievably, surprisingly and very regretfully to say that till date even after passage of more than 20 days time, no body could visit my house for a while second time. Since from the very day with my busy schedule I am calling atleast once on every day but the rubbish sales man Sh. Rajnish every time telling me something new story and never coming to me neither personally nor sending any body. I have paid the full amount of Rs. 9500 for the machine but I could not yet get the bill. I spent the money but, could not get a single bottle of pure water till date. Your sales man is still assuring me to replace the machine for which I am not using the machine at all rather, just looking after the machine with utmost care. When I was in need of a RO Water Purifier, your people made me a custodian who can only see your brand name every morning and night but could not use it. Just imagine what a horrible situation I am passing through and how can I recommend my official colleagues who wer waiting me to take the water purifier first and then only they could purchase.
                In view of above, I request your attention and demand to replace the Acquaguard Total Infinite with another Water Purifier with RO system of your brand immediately. I am ready to bear the extra sum even though I have already suffered a lot.

                Eureka Forbes — cheater

                eureka forbes is a cheater they have cheated me by taking a cheque of 1000 and not refunding me, they had deposited it even if i told them not to do so, they have done fraud, they r cheater, they take sign of delivery in advance and don't deliver the instrument
                if not attanded by the company on priority then, they will loose customer loyelty of next 30 years.
                if same complaint is made by more than 10 consumer leagal action should be tanen against party at least to inquire in to the matter and infor you about action taken... in this regard is must for you.

                      My Name is Vikram. I have been a very old and loyal customer of Eureka Forbes. I bought an Aquaguard Total Sensa water purifier unit in March 2010. The sales person (Mr. Ajit Mishra) came to our house with the product and gave us a demo of the unit. After which we decided to buy it but we asked for some discount on the price for the model which was Rs. 17,900. Mr. Ajit Mishra said that he wouldnt be able to give any discount on it. So we asked for some complimentary product like a Kitchen platform stand with the Total Sensa water purifier. Mr. Ajit Mishra offered us to give that as a complimentary product. On this promise and commitment of the sales person we bought the unit.

                      But Mr Ajit Mishra never came back to us. He never gave us the kitchen platform stand that he had promised to us. I called him up a few times he said that he will come in a couple of days but he still never came. Couple of months already passed by like this.

                      Mr Sankhla heard the issue and conducted a conference call with me and the sales person (Mr Ajit Mishra) and asked Mr Ajit Mishra to deliver the kitchen platform stand since he had committed it.

                      But again days passed by and still I didnt hear from the Sales person. I then wrote to the Eureka Forbes head office. I didnt get a response from them.

                      And by now, I am very upset. Eureka Forbes call themselves "Your Friend For Life." But they are least bothered about their customers. There was no courteous calls or feedbacks/follow ups from the Eureka Forbes company.

                      Now we feel that the sales person has cheated us. He made a committed at the time of sale and when we already bought the unit he just didnt keep up to his promise and just ignored us completely. Now when ever I call up at the Eureka Forbes office here to talk about the issue people talk very rudely to us.

                      This has been a very bad experience with Eureka Forbes. And we as old and loyal customers have been very hurt by this issue and the way the company people are handling it.

                      I wanted to make a complaint on this forum hoping that I would get some sort of a response.

                      Now all we can do is expect some sort of a response from Eureka Forbes representative.

                      For your information I have lodged a complaint exactly one month ago for the Aqua Guard which I purchased in the Year 2008.
                      It is still unresolved after 2 dozen of calls and reaching various Service Managers also.

                      I am one of the first person to purchase in our Jain Green Acres and I have given reference to a dozen of other fellow neighbors.

                      I as a Totally disappointed Customer still believe Aquaguard as a Brand to reckon with. For your information your Service Level has gone down
                      Beyond expectation.

                        I am very old customer of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard. Today I had very bad Experience.
                        I have having Eureka Forbe's Aquaguard Classic Model. I wanted to re-install it in my new home.
                        A guy visited my home, when asked he said I am from "Eureka Forbes", I asked him 3-4 times are you from Eureka Forbes of franchisee or AMU, every time he said "Eureka Forbes".
                        I told him, I need re-installation and a Aquaguard tap to be fitted.
                        For Tap he said Rs 360/- and for re-installation he said charges will be rs 250/-, I said only 4 screws, why so much, he said then get it done your self. So I called plumber of my apartment.
                        As soon my plumber came in, behavior of Services person changed, he started talking bluntly, and he stopped servicing of machine also.
                        He said, he will leave. I asked him to wait, once plumber put in 4 screws he can continue his work.
                        I told him to put the tap and give bill, he bluntly refused, said because I am not taking his service for re-installation, he will not give bill for tap.
                        I got doubt, because a company employee will never say so. I asked him for his ID, but he was not showing, then on insisting he showed the ID, and then I found he is not from Eureka forbes, he is from some company doing AMU for eureka.

                        I took snap of person and his id card. I have also taken his manager's name & mobile number (Name : Samsun, Mobile : [protected])
                        Two mistakes he has done
                        1. Telling wrong Identity and not showing card.
                        2. Not giving bill for sale he wanted to do ...

                          I'm a resident of trikuta nagar Jammu and I have purchased an Aquaguard compact a product of Eureka forbes in Feb 1 2010 .The first free service of the product was due on 1st august 2010 but due to repeated reminders and several complaints no one from the respected service center is ready to visit our residence which is just few kms away from their service center, i have called them again and again but the concerned person there is only giving excuses , before the purchase of the said product i was assured that every care of the service would be taken and the concerned person would himself visit the residence before due date but no such thing has happened infact they have failed to come even when reminded, now i'm forced to go to the consumer court against the company and the concerned person, i only wish to write this mail to state the pathetic service and quality the company is providing, i'll never use any Eureka forbes product nor advise anyone .

                            Hi,

                            My complain no is 83305115, since 2nd AUG- now being last 4 days executive not turned up to rectify the defect.
                            i am sukhvinder singh from Mysore and here your outlet which is in in kuvempunagar, adichunchanagiri road, Mysore is giving very bad service. I have taken new RO water purifier from them, they took 10 Days to install & now they have taken more than a month to give the stand, i am still waiting for them . whenever i call them Mr. UMESH say today i will get it done, but that day is not coming. I have lost faith in your company.

                              A challan for the receipt was given by the representative who informed that original bill be sent by their Mumbai H.O. by courier.

                              Even after passage of three months the bill is yet to be received. On contacting the local branch they informed to look into the matter but in vain. I sent three emails to them but but no response was available.My complain seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

                              How can I get the matter resolved at the earliest?

                                I have been cheated by the Eureka Forbes authorised representative. When he gave demonstration for Protec Plus Aquaguard Water purifier, he assured that services will be done within a day. Then we bought the product. On the day one, outlet water get spilled over the entire machine and on the floor because the hole in the outlet pipe is in inclined position. Sales rep Mr.Pandiyan and Area Manager Mr.Afrose assured that the tape will be replaced within two days. But they have not turned up till today. For the past one month, we are using only tumblers to get water from the unit. Such a very very worst customer care from the reputed organisation. I made more than fifty calls to the reps, area manager and Trichy office. They have not provided the complaint number also.

                                Purchased an Aqua Guard Protect + from the above given branch office, on 03/Oct /2010 and they promised that they will install the machine on the same day, but till now its not installed. When i asked them to return back the amount, they kept on making false promises. I asked them to give an writen statement, they denied it. I spoke to 3 Managers and 1 Senior Regional Manager, but still the problem is not resolved. I strongly request all customers that do not trust Eureka Forbes Company and don't buy any product from them. Till they receive money they will please customers after receiving they least bother of customers.
                                I too have a similar experience in Chennai Anna Nagar.
                                I ordered an Acquaguard for my inlaws who are senior citizens living in another part of Chennai
                                The representative called me several timed before purchase.
                                Once he swiped the card on purchase, he forgot me totally.
                                He promised me delivery the next day and instalation the 2nd day.
                                The product was deliver by courier on time but was not installed for the next 2-3 days.
                                After several calls, they came and installed the machine but didn't show any demo, which is normally required for senior citizens.
                                The representative didn't even want to pick my call for demo service.
                                After several complaints to various officersin the Admin office, they came and gave the demo.
                                This is an example of "Before Swiping the card and After Swiping the Card" experience !!! Eureka.
                                GOOD PRODUCT BUT ZERO SERVICE !!!

                                      Sir,

                                      We were requested by the authorized service person in Chennai to take a two year AMC for service to be rendered once every three months. We paid for the contract last year and Eureka Forbes Service is not being rendered to our satisfaction.

                                      No one has turned up for the last 6 months and despite follow up with their service centers and escalations to their supervisors and managers, nothing has happened for the last 10 days.

                                      This is very frustrating and we are at our wits end to get the machine serviced since it is essential for our household and to ensure potable drinking water.

                                      Request speedy action and solution to this.

                                      Even i am a customer of EuroVigil. After service is very bad. i logged a compliant 5 days back and they have not serviced it yet. i have been calling them everyday and they say, it will be serviced tommorrow. There are many problems with EuroVigil and after service is very bad. I strongly suggest not to go for Eurovigil security solution.
                                      The system starts beeping middle of the night for no reason !!
                                      This company is only interested in selling their products and forcing you to take an AMC after that. My account number is 8009 in Bangalore. I am having hell with the service . My system has broken down twice and they have taken more than a month to attend to the problem. They then record a complaint and the next day inform that the complaint is not registered, . I have registered a complaint on 9th of October and till date it is not attended. Made several frantic calls as we live in a farm and even spoken several time to the service chief Mr.Ramesh mobile [protected] to no avail. My complaint no as mentioned by one Mr.Naveen is OCT-132. has not been attended till date.
                                      I totally agree with all the bad service and bad product of Euro Vigil. I bought Euro vigil 2 yrs back fro my house.4094 is my consumer number and I live in Chennai. The product is dubious and the service levels are attrocious. The system does not function well and sets alarm without any reason many times setting panic unnecesarily. The activation and deactivation controls seldom works. Even if there is an alarm the phone calls dont happen all the times. Only sometimes they call when they feel like. When enquired they say there were no indication in the central server.

                                      Recently I logged the complaint no 4080 some 20 days back which is yet to be attended. I made repeated calls to the service centre only to be told that they will come and do needful. They will give an excuse that the technicians have gone to do new installations. They will then inform that they will come at a time but even after waiting for hours they will never turn up. Nor will there be an information that they are unable to come. So it will be acomplete waste of time for peple who are busy and have to go to offices. This is pure harassment. This is not the first time but keep happening to me over and over again.

                                      I am already on AMC and have paid Rs 5000 + which is total waste as no maitenance is done nor service calls are attended to promptly.

                                      I have been taken for a solid ride after investing on this product.

                                      The company is interested in only selling the prodcut and not bothered to service the product thereafter.

                                      I am also trying to take them to the consumer court if this sort of things continue like this and report in press media.

                                      The complaints regsiterd here are another proof which makes my case stronger.

                                      I will never recommend any produvt of Eureka Forbes to any body, even to my worst enemy.

                                      I recently installed Eurovigil system consisiting of BOSCH ICP‑CC488 Panel and BOSCH OD850Series out door sensors spending around Rs. 43, 000/-, hoping that it will give piece of mind for my family when I am away. Instead they suffered unnecessary tension for two months due to false alrms. Later we realised that "Bats" flying close by are creating the false alarms in the middle of the night. Even crows are also causing the sensor to go red, but luckily they dont fly during night when the alarm is activated.

                                      I dont understand why a reputed company like Eureka-Forbes has to market such non-reliable products misguiding the customers about the capabilities and hiding the shortcomings.

                                      Even I had lodged complaint in the name of NagarathnaYuvaraj on May 18th regarding my security alarm system error alarming, but no one have turned up since 23 days and whenever I call service centre, They keep on saying today tomorrow but all stupid promises.
                                      I had recommended the system for 4 to 5 freinds and relatives for which I regret.

                                      The locking system is complicated and gives problems. The lock fixed to the door and remotely operated automatically opens itself when power goes off and returns. I have filed a complaint. I have to see the response and then give my comments. But these type of operational irregularitees can not be tolerated at all. I do not know what else would crop up next. One has to think twice before purchasing this kind of equipments.
                                      After the Sales person takes the cheque payment, then there is no followup to get the installation done or any proper testing

THERE HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING, WIRING IS VERY POOR. HAVE SPOKEN NUMEROUS TIMES TO MR. ANTHONY D'SOUZA, MR. RYLAND, MR.SANJAY AND MR. DEVRAJ. THEY ARE EXCELLENT PEOPLE IN MAKING PROMISES, BUT ARE BELOW EVEN ZERO IN THEIR FOLLOW UP TO GET THINGS RECTIFIED. HAVE A VERY GOOD MIND TO TAKE UP THE MATTER THROUGH THE CONSUMER COURT.                                       Eurovigil is very bad company. I have purchase security system in Februrary 2013. There are so many problems from the day of installing the system. Complaint is being attended after 15-20 days by a untrained service personel. Who inspite of the repairing of system, byepassed the windows which are creating problem. Many times the system gave false alarm. But I did not receive the call from CMS. Now, I am planning to take action against the company in consumer court.

                                      We have installed dome cameras in our office and it started giving problems from very beginning. It is really hard to approach the concerned person to address the problem. Very poor customer care and complaint redressal System. I truly regret myself to have associated with this company and my choice to opt EuroVigil security systems.

                                      I strongly suggest people to think twice before purchasing the equipment from them.
                                      COMPLAINT AGAINST EUROVIGIL (EUREKA FORBES)

                                      My dad had gone to Chennai Trade center fair were one of Eurovigil sales executive approached my dad regarding CCTV camera.He had asked him to come home to talk to me M.Sangeetha.
                                      Mr.S.Ranjith Kumar -territory head Eurovigli madipakkam branch came to my home and I made the following purchase
                                      1 DVR 4 channel with dynamic IP connection, advanced with all technical features
                                      4 camera indoor- day and night with IR and LED
                                      1 HDD:one month recording
                                      1 SMP: 8 AMP with stabilizer
                                      1 BNC connector
                                      Total amount was ₹35, 000 and I was forced to make full payment immdly . I paid the full amount = ₹10, 000 by cash and ₹25, 000 by cheque on 19th FEB 2014 order no:2927 reference no:42543
                                      before making the payment I explained to him that the wiring for CCTV was already done when the house was refurbished.
                                      The false ceiling is in place and my electrician is from another city and so it's not possible for me to provide my electrician.
                                      He promised me that he will provide an experienced company electrician and will send his electrician and installation team tmrw by 10am and finish the installation in few hours

                                      The next day there was no sign of them I called Mr.Ranjith Kumar ([protected]) at 1 pm he said he will get back to me .
                                      At 5PM Mr.Magesh account sales team called and said that it's account closing day today so nobody is working and all left home will install it later I was leaving out of country the next day so I request for installation on 26th FEB2014 at 10am .I asked him to not to put my cheque and keep it on hold as I had not received the materials either.If this was not possible I asked him to cancel the order.He promised me that till the materials had reached my house he will not encash my cheque.But the day I landed I realised that the cheque was encashed the next working day itself. Without me getting the material. I was so upset and furious .

                                      I was trying to call Mr.Ranjith Kumar but nobody Picked up the call.Then the office no:[protected] no: answer[protected] not in service then I tried calling Mr.Magesh in his given no:[protected] turned out to be that it was this roommates no: he gave me another no: [protected] tried calling, no answer.So I called Eureka forbes customer service no.they gave a no: which was service person no from royapettah branch.He said that he is aqua guard service guy Venkat :[protected] he had nothing to do with CCTv and he in turn gave me another no: to call, which was Mr.Immayavarman [protected] when I spoke to him he said I should to talk to Mr.karthik and. He don't have his no: right now will get his no :and call me back .I made series of calls all in vain???I was so upset and stressed at this time .

                                      At 7pm Mr.karthik [protected] called and said he will send the electrician and installation team first thing in the morning .The next day 27th FEB 2014 as usual nobody turned out till 11:45am so I called Karthik, then he sent a guy named Benjamin [protected] at 1pm he came in and said that there is false ceiling and he doesn't know how to look for continuity .He made few calls to his boss who said don't do anything as you may damage the false ceiling then he called some other person who suggest to go ahead and remove the lights from the false ceiling and look for continuity .He was not confident enough and refused to do so.when I spoke to him he asked for my electrician and said we don't have proper recruited electrician in eureka forbes.I had spent fortune on refurbishment just last year with all this now I am sure that they will damage my false ceiling.I retried calling Karthik again he said he will send a good electrician the next day nobody turned out.On 1st march 2014 I called him and said that it's been 10 days with no materials reached my place nor installation was done even after I made immediate full payment and was not happy with the after sales events and I wanted to cancel my order... He said that it cannot be cancelled and he will have somebody meet and talk to me tmrw that's today it is s 1:20pm now and nobody called and turned up by my door.. I was very stressed I am worried if I install after all this tamasha., and if there is any service issue later to be attended I will have to go through all this again.
                                      I JUST WANT MY ORDER TO BE CANCELLED AND MY FULL MONEY RETURNED .
                                      Its very sad to see this treatment meted out to customers and taking the customers for a ride..
                                      Incomplete installation. Invoice doesn't look genuine. No warranty document has been provided.
                                      By seeing the product we have booked the cameras of 25mts and they have tooked the advance amt of 25, 000 .But by the time of installation they are giving 20mts cameras ... so they are cheating the customers ...!!!

                                      I have complaint on 28/4/15 on eureka Forbes cc no that my water purifier is not working till date no budy came to solve this complaint I all so many times on cc no I also take Amc scheme

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I own an Aquasure Platinum, from Aquagaurd since 10 Dec 2009, the product gave an optimum performance for approx 5-6 months.. however, since then it has started behaving erratically.. i registered a complaint with the parent company in Jun 10, which was immediately attended to... however.... i'm having a nagging problem with the equipment.. its not generating water, the sole purpose for which it was bought and paid for. i registered a complaint on 23 Jul[protected] with the Aquagaurd... no reply... no contact was established by the mentioned company till 29 Jul 10 inspite of claiming, " your complaint will be addressed in 48 hrs". Today on 29 Jul 10, i called up Aquasure at 1615 hrs and had a conversation cum complaint session with Ms. Shweta regarding the matter.. i have been promised that the matter will be looked into on priority.. hoping for the best.
