I own aquaguard unit. i have sighned annual maintenance contract with the company. the address given in the contract is non existant. for the past 20 days i am experiencing problem with the instrument. I have made phone calls to the service centre at trichy[protected] but of poor response.
I feel cheated by having the annual maintenance contract....

I am using Aqua Guard Royale for the last 7-8 years. The machine is under Annual maintenance contract with Eureka Forbaes (Contract Receipt No.[protected], customer Code - 799, Dated[protected]. but the service centre is not giving the periodical servicing in time, i.e. they have not changes the carbon in time.
However I called the service centre on 20-06-09 to change the carbon (which was scheduled on Feb. 09)....

AFTER ONE AND A HALF MONTHS OF COMPLAINING THAT THERE IS A LEAK IN THE AQUAGUARD THE LOCAL AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE SENT THEIR MECHANIC AND TOOK THE PRODUCT. AFTER A WEEK AND STATING THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE THEY RETURNED IT TODAY BROKEN AND IN A TERRIBLE BAD CONDITION. AS I WAS NOT AT HOME AND ONLY MY MAID, WHO IS UNEDUCATED, SHE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT RETURNING IT BACK, BUT DID COMPLAIN TO HIM ABOUT THE CHANGE OF THE TOP COVER AND TOLD...
