Sub-Vaccum Cleaner Under AMC Replacement of Spare -reg.

This is my second E-mail to you rerarding non replacment of Spares ( Power Cable and Spring set). Till now there is no action from your side hope you have received my first E-mail no your My Vaccum Cleaner is under AMC as per AMC Conditions any spare will be replaced at free of cost. After many reminders thay have taken more than one month and replaced the spares with old one , immediately the power cable started to burn and the spring wheel is also not working.your Customer Service specialist Mr. Ramesh has promised to replace the spares with new one but till now there is no response from his side. I even called his several times, if you are not going to replace the spares I will have to complaint to your officers, he said that you can complaint any where you want.
Once again I request you sir to advice your staff replace the spares immediately, as my children are suffering from dust alergey as I am regular user of vaccum cleaner.

    Though Eureka Forbes spend so much on advertisements and their products are highest in price but their service is worst.

    Aqua.Reviva RO System — Tast differ

    Sir, I have purchased one new Rivaiva RO System on 08.12.2008 through your representaive Shri. Vimalraj.Tiruchirappalli Tamilnadu state.Filter water now having bad smell and tastless .
    I request to attend the fault since i have used the system only 2 days I.e from 8.12.2008

    We are new user for your agua guard reviva RO system.We bought this during on 21 st of march 2010.The water test was conducted by your agents and found the hardness to be around 720 units.Till June it was working fine, and all of a sudden it got strucked and water was filtered drop by drop, and it took nearly around 6-7 hours to get it re-filled.Then after continous phone calls, came the service agent and fixed the problem by removing and replacing the RO membrane and an additional filter was also fixed.Till Aug 25-2010 it was functioning good.But for the past 3 days its again the same complaint.Kindly let me know how many times will the same repair occur and how frequently do we need to change the same? what in case after post warranty? is it due to the failure of your RO membrane or what is the root cause.When I checked over the net with the www.consumercomplaints.in came to find the same problem was faced by many customers. Kindly give me the reason in detail.The service seems to be worst on times.

    i am also suffering from your inefficient service. My aqua guard had stopped from functioning since 30th Aug 2010 and i had already complained to the agent who had sold me the unit. But till date nobody had turnedup If this is what is the attitude towards your customers i shall never recommend your product to anybody in future.

    aquaguard R O — Membrane removed by executive

    I had purchased a R.O system while staying at vindhnagar road waiden from M/s AAkansha enterprise mob no [protected]. Soon i changed my company and i called his executive to pack the RO on 15.04.2011 so that i can shift to lalitpur (my new place of posting) .But his executive while packing the unit removed stolen the membrane from R O system and went away.

    Later on at Lalitpur when i called the aquagaurd personnel to fit the unit, he told that membrane is not available.I called m/s Aakansha enterprise to reimburse the loss or get the membrane changed first he agreed but after one monthof making me fool today he has denied on 29.05.2011.


    All are requested to be careful of him and his executive.

    AQUAGUARD REVIVA R/O — COMPLAIN

    Respected Sir,

    I Faridul Hossain of Basirhat R.N. Mukharjee Road, P.S. Basirhat, Ward no-11, Dist. North-24-Parganas, West Bengal, Pin Code-743411, Phone No. [protected].I am a customer of eurekaforbes.My product (REVIVA -R/O) unit sl. no. [protected], purchase date :08.08.2010. I have already change total filter on August 2011. But now I am very very unsatisfied because the company service in my area is very bad. I have call for service for a little problem of my aquaguard day after day but they do not solve my problem. I contacted personally the service man in my area Mr.Rejaul Islam but he do not care. So I am very upset now.
    So I want to complain against Mr. Rejaul Islam (company service man in my area ) and hope after investigation authority will be take a necessary action about this matter.

      I have purchased Aquaguard (Reviva) from Eureka Forbes in the month of Jan 2010. since that time this product is working very well, but last 4 days it is not working properly, purified water is not comming in the purified water tank of this product. I have made the complaint to Mr. Jitender kumar (sales execuitive) of this company on 25 march 2010, but he told me to lodge complaint on tel no. [protected]. so according to his suggestion I have lodged complaint for above mentioned problem on 26 march 2010. but till this time no body came for curing this problem.

        Dear sir/Madam,
        I am regular user of your product Vaccum cleaner. My vaccum cleaner is under AMC and it is valid till June 2010. I hava registered a complaint regarding replacement of power cable and its rotating sprint not working one month back at cuddalore Mr. Ramesh Group Customer Service Specialist. After many reminders he has replaced this spare with an old one and bottom wheel is also not working. When I switched on the vaccum cleaner immediately the cable started burning. I immediately informed Customer Service Specialist Mr. Ramesh he said that give me one week time I will replace it with a new one, till now there is no action from him after so many request. As I am unable to use the vaccum cleaner my children is suffering from alergey like iching asthama etc.

        I kindly request you to use your good office to replace a new Cable and Spring immediately.

        And I also want to bring to your notice that as per AMC Condition two sets of dust bag to be issued, I have received only one set of dust bag.

        I once again request you to replace a new Power cable and Spring and issue another set of dust bag.

        Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — Accessories still not provided after 25 days of purchase

        We reside in Bangalore and purchased a vaccum cleaner from Eureka forbes on 5th of June. We made a payment and got the vaccum cleaner delivered to house. The sales rep named Manjunatha. H gave the product to us and gave the demo. When he left the place we realized that there are two accessories missing. They are computer cleaner brush and a coat cleaner brush. I immediately called up the sales rep to check on this. Sales rep said he will delivered the accessories missing the next day. It been 21 days and the sales rep has not turned up. I have called Eureak help line more than 10 times and the answer i get it that some one from the service department will call u today. The complaint number for Eureka helpline is KA16/4. I cannot imagine a company can be so irresponsible and have worst customer service. When asked tp speak to a manager the answer I get is that manager is not available now. This is horrible service I have ever seen in my life. Is there someone who can take care of this worst company and make them realize about customer service?

        Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — Amount debited in my account and still getting reminders

        Please find below that the amount from account is already debited on 10th oct 2008 for Rs.2670.00 and still i am getting reminders on my mobile that the cheque will be presented on 15th oct and i should make sure of clearing the same.

        i purchased a vacume cleaner three months ago from your distributer at Bokaro steel and i's told that the above things would be delivered by post but despite the reminder they still did not take any action.an immediate actiion is highly solicited.

        Eureka forbes/vacuum cleaner — The unit is not functioning

        The model is EUROCLEAN ACE CLASSIC ELECTRONIC VC-[protected] and the unit is not functioning since last 10 days. I have requested the service personnel/sales office, Bhubaneswar several times but nobody is attending the complaint. They are promising but not attending. My machine has been hired by a bank to clean their note-sorting machine, which requires cleaning frequently everyday. Now the bank is threatening to discontinue my contract. Please help me to sort out the problem. Thanking you.

          mistakely I have given order to purchase eureka forbes water purifier, I had given the credit details and verbal instruction to take payment after 19t but they had taken payment before due to this i wanted to dicontinue my order but till the date they have not returned me my money.
          transaction happend on: 17/11/2009 VT093220053000140000382 EUREKA FORBES LTD BANGALORE IN through the kotak mahindra bank credit card. and reference no is also given.
          (I had paid some interest to the kotak bank due to this unrisponsibilty )
          after that i had logged it into your site then arthi has sent me the mail. that i m giving below.
          following is the communication happend with them and on phone also, but I didnot get any money back and no answers till now,

          He is forcing me to take the delivery and when I told him to deliver he is asking me to go to the office.

            We have an aquaguard water purifier. The machine does not work. The service mechanic attended twice after several days of delay each time and every time left without doing a satisfactory job.

            The company has no control over the call centre or the service department. It has not been able to monitor how these two wings coordinate. With the result the cutomer suffers.

              I purchased one Aquaguard Infinity machine from the Salesman[protected], on 9/1/10
              on his persuasion after measuring the TDS of the water which was found to be over 650.

              The Salesman informed that the said machine can work upto 1000 TDS. Moreover, if
              it was purchased by 9/1/10, Company would provide free service charge for whole life.

              As such the machine was taken on 9/1/10 by giving a cheque dated 10/1/10 for full payment.
              It was installed on 30/1/10.As the water was not healthier to drink,i went through the specifications
              of the machine and found that the machine is suitable for Input water TDS up to 500 ppm(Maximum).

              Hence, a complaint was made at a customer care(Kolkata) vide Docate no. 82452925 dated 4/2/10.
              But till date no suitable action has been taken by the authority of Eureka Forbes.

                code no.9024341 at varanasi.But till now the company does not issue life time service paper to me.Frequently I request for the paper. The company does not give any response.

                  I purchased an Aqua guard product last year,e-boiling water purifier for my house.
                  Since one month after the purchase I have been having leakage problems.The first time the complaint was attended to after a few calls and two days.
                  This time though after having complained many several times to the customer care,local office and customer care head of the concerned are -A Mr Lalit,I was told he will get back in 5 min.Its been two days today and I am still waiting with my problem, waiting for it to be corrected.

                    I have purchased a Water Purification system (Aquaguard Reviva) for Rs.9990/- on 20/08/2009 from your Div.Sales Office,Bhagalpur.Since then very often I have to lodge complain about the performance of the system.It is not working properly from very begining.some times intake of water is jammed,sometime exhaust pipe is not working,the taste of water is like raw water.some times other electrical problem etc.presently I have booked complain on 12.03.2010 & till date nobody has turned around.
                    Since I am a SBI Official ,& cannot spare time to followup everytime.I am a very old customer of eureka forbes,thus I want the faulty water purifier system to be replaced immediately ,failing which I shall be compelled to lodge complain with consumer court and other media .

                      I bought a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner (Trendy-Steel) on 1st January 2009 from Vivek Limited (Tambaram branch, Chennai). The sales person Miss. Maha, had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer and if any problem we can even give the complaint at Viveks itself and thy would take care.
                      A person came for the demo and found that the Automatic cord winder was winding while using. So we called the Viveks and after 1 month they send someone for the service they did something for a long time but there was no use, vacuum cleaner had the same problem. Then I gave complaint at the customer care, but NO ONE attended to our problem.
                      I personally went to the Viveks limited in the month of Oct’ 2009 and gave a written complaint in their book. NO ONE turned up, and then I went again after a month (Nov). Then one person came and said they need to change the Automatic cord winder. After 3 days he came back and tried to fix it but this guy did not even know to open the machine he took 2 hours and he changed but he spoiled almost the whole machine, he said he will come back to do it, but he did not turn up.
                      Then I called the Customer care, Miss. Priya attended the call and assured me that they would send the person. Well the person came, but after 2 weeks, he opened and he said he will go and get another person then he could not close the machine, he took more than one hour to close it. Again I called the customer to take back the machine, I don’t need it. Then one person came to check the problem but was not able to, so I sent it through him to service on 30th Dec 2009. They kept the machine with them for more than one month.
                      End of Jan 2010 one person came back with the machine, I asked him to operate the machine, the dust bag indicator was still not proper, lot of scratches on the machine and the screws are not there. I did not want to keep the machine I told him to take it back but he was rude to me and tried to force me to sing the papers for delivering the machine, which I refused to sing.
                      • I had good opinion about Viveks , why are they selling such products in their shop and giving false assurance about such product.
                      • This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If Eureka Forbes are not able to repair the machine, they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.
                      • Eureka Forbes has not trained their service personnel properly and they send untrained people to waste our time.
                      • these issues caused me mental torture.
                      If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

                      we are waiting for the engineer for repairing the vaccum cleaner for the past 8 months. complained to customer support, the engineer came twice and said 1) part is not available, we will come and change after three months we have again complained still it is not rectified the same engineer came and said 2) parts are not available, buy a new one.

                      Thanks for the Eureka forbes for boosting the sales through services engineers.

                      great job. (The main appreciation from the service engineer, this is the common problem on all the vaccum cleaners)

                      we cannot wait for 8 months for servicing a small problem
                      I have purchased eureka forbes vaccuum cleaner on[protected], but I'ven, t yet received any assured gifts that were given in the scratch card at the time of delivery and the person who had delivered also not contactable thro' the mobile number which was given at that time. I am greatly disappointed with this type of response from your office and employee.

                        I purchased this unit on 01.01.2010 and was installed the same on 03.03.2010 by the company. Very next day the water started dripping from one of the connectors of the filter-candle which was reported to the company executive Mr. Atul Chauhan. He did try to get the problem solved but could not succeed. The matter has since then been being reported to him but nothing has yet been done.

                        I ultimately found its local authority and requested him to get the job done on priority as the water is constantly dripping on the kitchen platform spoiling the granite with in-removable spots.

                        The company has been assuring of sending their mechanic but I just don't know when will he come?

                        My 13 odd thousand rupees have been lost I suppose. Its a blunder buying such product.

                        I completely agree to your complaint. Eureka has lost its quality and service. I too am suffering a lot by buying the Aquaguard Total Protec+. They are just concerned about selling the product and not giving any service to the customers. I am sure they are going to face hard time coz of their behaviour and attitude.

                          I PURCHASED AQUASURE 25 LTR. ON[protected] FROM SHIVA MARKETTING MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 1 &THERE WAS NO CLEANING PUMP IN THE BOX. CARTIGE WERE SUPPLIED 18 LTR CARTIGE. I COMPLAINT TO THE SHOPKEEPER, HE SAID CHALEGA BUT FOR PUMP CONTACT COMPANY. I CONTACTED M.R.ELECTRONICS (AQUA FORBES COMPLAINT CENTRE) SHAKARPUR DELHI & ASKED HIM TO SUPPLY NEW CARTIGES HE SUPPLIED CARTIGES OF 18LTR AGAIN FOR Rs 399.& CAME WITHOUT PUMP.

                          IF YOUR COMPANY DO NOT MAKE 25LTR CARTIGE THEN WHY ARE YOU SELLING 18LTR IN THE NAME OR 25 LTR. IF YOU HAVE 25LTR CARTIG &CLEANING PUMP THEN PLEASE ARRANGE TO SEND &CONTACT [protected].( 87-C PKT 4 MAYUR VIHAR PH 1 DELHI -91.
                          I purchased 18 littre purifier and it worked only one day. i got complained nr after contacting them but response further.

                            I am kanthakumar([protected]) residing in Chennai. I have purchased Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner Wet and Dry model from Eureka Forbes on Sep 2008. The product cost is around Rs.10,000. While marketing the product, the sales guy told that the motor is very efficient and it is proven with high durablity. I used the machine regularly (weekends). After one and half year o[censored]sing the machine, the motor is giving more sound. I went to their Customer care center in Velachery (newly opened) and asked them to repair this. While purchasing the product the sales guy said that it having life time service warrenty. But now, They said that the motor has to be replaced and it cost around Rs.3000. I was shocked. I asked the service guy that i have purchased only before one and half year so please try to service the motor instead of changing that. But they are not ready to do that. Then I asked them what is the warrenty period of the motor. he said that Only SIX months and the life of the motor is maximum 2 years but the other parts would not give any problem which are totally plastics. So, if you are purchasing this model (wet and dry) you have to spend 3000 per year as a maintenance charge. Before purchasing this product THINK TWISE. The service is very poor. The motor is not durable. Finally we are getting more mental stress on this.

                              We had taken AMC for our R.O water purifier (Aquaguard Reviva smart) with a Authorized service centre
                              of Eureka Forbes naming Mr.sunil bhardwaj (Phone no.[protected])from 19/05/09-18/5/10.The Amount taken was Rs.2850/-.Our receipt No.45,Invoice no.70045649.Since the AMC is taken they have visited
                              only twice that also with repeated reminders.Our visit is due for Jan,10 but they have not visited till now(10/3/10).This is a total disappointment and waste of money and time.We are residing at gurgaon.Your services are very poor .

                                For health reason I had purchase water purifier from Eureka Forbs ( model : Designa) and made service contract for three years.Contract will end on 31 Dec 2010.
                                As per service contract service will be provided by Eureka Forbes as required also water filter candle will be changed after every year BUT till dt candle was never changed.

Contract receipt no is 17045816.The service for the same is due in this month. Unless otherwise we make phone calls or write to compliant cell, your people do not give any service. They are more particular about canvassing for AMC but service they do not give on their own. This is to remind you to send your person for servicing giving prior intimation of their coming home to enable us to be at home.

                                  It is with regret that I am registering this complaint about the Sensa SMP aquagaurd product (Cust ID no- [protected]) that I bought on 8th of January this year after a lot of deliberation. The sales person Mr SenthilKumar ([protected]) convinced us that this appliance is based on an extremely advanced and reliable technology for obtaining not only absolutely pure but also perfect mineral RO water. But ever since the gadget has been installed it has been observed that only 60% of the tank fills in 1 hr but rest of the tank takes 12 hrs to fill! SenthilKumar had explained that correct TDS is achieved only when tank is full as the sensor technology works in such a way that RO and UV filters work alternatively and keep adjusting the TDS and ultimately only when the tank is full, the correct TDS is achieved. He also categorically assured that the tank would get filled in 40min & that we can switch off the machine & collect entire water with proper TDS & switch on for next collection. But waiting for more than 12 hrs is totally unacceptable after spending an exorbitant sum of 18K! Even after a complaint was lodged a couple of times with the customer service centre and subsequently online in the company website on 16th feb, nothing has happened. One Mr Arun ([protected]) visited on 17th and stated they cannot do anything and the person who installed the machine should only attend to it and perhaps change the entire unit! He took down a written feedback on that and left. After that, all that has happened is that, on two occasions someone called and asked whether the problem was rectified. After expalining that nothing had been done they would just respond saying they would look into the matter but till date there is no change in status. Every morning I switch on the gadget at 6.30 AM and it is late in the evening after 6.30 pm the tank reaches its full capacity! Can't but help feel cheated by such a big company with a great repute! Wonder how many customers have been taken for a ride and how many more are going to be similarly cheated. Many of them may not even be aware that they have to wait for the tank to be completely full to get the correct TDS and hence going on collecting poor quality water in their ignorance. I too came to know only by serendipity when I measured the TDS of the water when it was only quarter of its capacity and found it be as low as 45! That is when I queried Senthil Kumar and he explained that the correct TDS of 75 is achieved only after the tank is full and unfortunately that takes more than 12 hours to happen! I hope through this forum I am able to spread the word about the faulty gadget and wish someone responsible looks into the complaint and attends to it at the earleist.

                                  Hello

                                  This is furtherance to my earlier complaint posted on the 8th of march on this forum. Much to my surprise I got a call and a visit from the company representative the very next day! This time it was one Mr Sandeep ([protected]) who gave an assurance to solve the matter. He tweaked something in the appliance and said that would make the machine work faster but unfortunately it didnt make much of a difference and so a couple of days later he said he would take steps to replace the machine with a new one. He also came and collected a written complaint and said a new instrument would soon be sent. When no further progress was forthcoming I called him and he assured me that the new machine was on its way from Bangalore! That happened more than ten days back and now my patience is running out and wonder how long this is going to take. Hence I had no choice but to lodge a complaint through this forum once again. I hope someone rectifies the vexatious issue at the earliest without any more hiccups. Thanks and regards.

                                  See Iam also facing same issue I purchased eureka forbes machine 6 months back initially it took 1 hr to fill the tank now it is taking 6 hrs to fill the tank recently I lodged a complaint a technician from eureka forbes came and unfortunately he couldn't fix the issue again I lodged a complaint in eureka forbes call center but I got a very shocking reply from eureka forbes that they will only give free labor in Warren period and parts will not cover in warranty period. Shocking warranty terms from eureka forbes.I feel I got cheated by eureka forbes because I am using lot of electronic items where parts and labour both are covered if it is not a physical damage.i won't recommend eureka forbes to any one

                                    I am not sure if anyone else has faced this problem before.

                                    I recently purchased an Aquaguard Total Sensa with SMP+ 10 days ago in Chennai. When the service engineer came for the installation, he found that the auto cut off is not working and the unit needs to be replaces. I was delivered another new unit next day and the service engineer completed the installation. Within hours of installation there were leaks near to the tap.

                                    After a week o[censored]sing it, the auto cut off failed again in the new machine and water started overflowing. Few hours later, the entire unit started malfunctioning.

                                    I called up the customer care number and explained the problem to that guy and I was assured that a Cheif executive would visit me first thing in the morning. After waiting till noon, when I called up the customer care again, there was no proper response from them. When I called up the sales guy who sold this crap to me, he said he will send someone and didnt even answer my subsequent calls. Then I spoke with to the regional head. Without even trying to understand my probel, she said that she would send someone to attend this issue.

                                    This product is a total crab. There are lot of quality issues. I am not sure if these are brand new or refurbrished machines. This defenitely is not work for 18K.

                                    Customer care is totally irresponsible. (I have faced lot if issues during the installation itself).

                                    Aqua guard Sensa,
                                    Both the commercial terms agreed upon and the Technical expertise where in they eliminate the already existing part of the equipment is very bad enough to make them fit enough to face the music in a consumer court.

                                      I bought eureka forbes Vijay model from Big Bazaar, Thane on[protected].Right from the first day the complaint started. The flow of water was so weak that it took almost 10 min to fill a glass.Then some charcoal like particles started coming out of the purifier after which the flow completely stopped.When we complained a guy named Sanjay told straightaway that what I was lying.When I contacted his boss Mahesh, he sent over a Mr.Pandey who promptly opened the machine and told Mahesh that machine was okay but there was problem in water supply.I was surprised as in 8 years of staying here I had heard this for the first time and all apliances are working properly.Also nobody else has a problem with their purifiers.
                                      .Pandey continued talking all types of nonsense untill threatened with consumer court when he said that he was not even a technician.Mahesh kept on insisting that we buy a motor and offered to send a true technician along with one.He is yet to come.
                                      My experience with these people told me that they are taught to lie as their formal training.
                                      Please do not get cheated out of your hard earned money with these crooks.

                                      I too bought it from Big Bazaar, Fatima Nagar, Pune on 25, jan 2010. The PCB borad was gone withing a month after purchasing it. I had to run after the service centre for more than 20 days to get it rectified. Now its whole plastic body is developing cracks. I dont know what to do with this expensive show case piece.

                                      i too purchase the eureka forbes water purifier and i called several times to them to come and install the machine but each time they said that they will come but finally they diddnt came.thus i am trying to install the machine for the last 3 months and finally frustrated.

                                        Dear All,
                                        Dont buy Eureka Forbes products. Their after sales service is worst. I am having problems with iNOVA water purifier. The product is under AMC. The service engineer visited and reported that there is problem in PCB. He told me he is not able to get it from service dept so he asked to call the office for the PCB. 5 days are over and nothing has happened despite of repeated phone calls.
                                        They are always eager to either sell the product or sign an AMC. When it comes to service they are pathetic.
