I have purchased a Water Purification system (Aquaguard Reviva) for Rs.9990/- on 20/08/2009 from your Div.Sales Office,Bhagalpur.Since then very often I have to lodge complain about the performance of the system.It is not working properly from very begining.some times intake of water is jammed,sometime exhaust pipe is not working,the taste of water is like raw water.some times other electrical problem etc.presently I have booked complain on 12.03.2010 & till date nobody has turned around.
Since I am a SBI Official ,& cannot spare time to followup everytime.I am a very old customer of eureka forbes,thus I want the faulty water purifier system to be replaced immediately ,failing which I shall be compelled to lodge complain with consumer court and other media .

    I bought a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner (Trendy-Steel) on 1st January 2009 from Vivek Limited (Tambaram branch, Chennai). The sales person Miss. Maha, had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer and if any problem we can even give the complaint at Viveks itself and thy would take care.
    A person came for the demo and found that the Automatic cord winder was winding while using. So we called the Viveks and after 1 month they send someone for the service they did something for a long time but there was no use, vacuum cleaner had the same problem. Then I gave complaint at the customer care, but NO ONE attended to our problem.
    I personally went to the Viveks limited in the month of Oct’ 2009 and gave a written complaint in their book. NO ONE turned up, and then I went again after a month (Nov). Then one person came and said they need to change the Automatic cord winder. After 3 days he came back and tried to fix it but this guy did not even know to open the machine he took 2 hours and he changed but he spoiled almost the whole machine, he said he will come back to do it, but he did not turn up.
    Then I called the Customer care, Miss. Priya attended the call and assured me that they would send the person. Well the person came, but after 2 weeks, he opened and he said he will go and get another person then he could not close the machine, he took more than one hour to close it. Again I called the customer to take back the machine, I don’t need it. Then one person came to check the problem but was not able to, so I sent it through him to service on 30th Dec 2009. They kept the machine with them for more than one month.
    End of Jan 2010 one person came back with the machine, I asked him to operate the machine, the dust bag indicator was still not proper, lot of scratches on the machine and the screws are not there. I did not want to keep the machine I told him to take it back but he was rude to me and tried to force me to sing the papers for delivering the machine, which I refused to sing.
    • I had good opinion about Viveks , why are they selling such products in their shop and giving false assurance about such product.
    • This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If Eureka Forbes are not able to repair the machine, they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.
    • Eureka Forbes has not trained their service personnel properly and they send untrained people to waste our time.
    • these issues caused me mental torture.
    If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

    we are waiting for the engineer for repairing the vaccum cleaner for the past 8 months. complained to customer support, the engineer came twice and said 1) part is not available, we will come and change after three months we have again complained still it is not rectified the same engineer came and said 2) parts are not available, buy a new one.

    Thanks for the Eureka forbes for boosting the sales through services engineers.

    great job. (The main appreciation from the service engineer, this is the common problem on all the vaccum cleaners)

    we cannot wait for 8 months for servicing a small problem
    I have purchased eureka forbes vaccuum cleaner on[protected], but I'ven, t yet received any assured gifts that were given in the scratch card at the time of delivery and the person who had delivered also not contactable thro' the mobile number which was given at that time. I am greatly disappointed with this type of response from your office and employee.

      I purchased this unit on 01.01.2010 and was installed the same on 03.03.2010 by the company. Very next day the water started dripping from one of the connectors of the filter-candle which was reported to the company executive Mr. Atul Chauhan. He did try to get the problem solved but could not succeed. The matter has since then been being reported to him but nothing has yet been done.

      I ultimately found its local authority and requested him to get the job done on priority as the water is constantly dripping on the kitchen platform spoiling the granite with in-removable spots.

      The company has been assuring of sending their mechanic but I just don't know when will he come?

      My 13 odd thousand rupees have been lost I suppose. Its a blunder buying such product.

      I completely agree to your complaint. Eureka has lost its quality and service. I too am suffering a lot by buying the Aquaguard Total Protec+. They are just concerned about selling the product and not giving any service to the customers. I am sure they are going to face hard time coz of their behaviour and attitude.

        I PURCHASED AQUASURE 25 LTR. ON[protected] FROM SHIVA MARKETTING MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 1 &THERE WAS NO CLEANING PUMP IN THE BOX. CARTIGE WERE SUPPLIED 18 LTR CARTIGE. I COMPLAINT TO THE SHOPKEEPER, HE SAID CHALEGA BUT FOR PUMP CONTACT COMPANY. I CONTACTED M.R.ELECTRONICS (AQUA FORBES COMPLAINT CENTRE) SHAKARPUR DELHI & ASKED HIM TO SUPPLY NEW CARTIGES HE SUPPLIED CARTIGES OF 18LTR AGAIN FOR Rs 399.& CAME WITHOUT PUMP.

        IF YOUR COMPANY DO NOT MAKE 25LTR CARTIGE THEN WHY ARE YOU SELLING 18LTR IN THE NAME OR 25 LTR. IF YOU HAVE 25LTR CARTIG &CLEANING PUMP THEN PLEASE ARRANGE TO SEND &CONTACT [protected].( 87-C PKT 4 MAYUR VIHAR PH 1 DELHI -91.
        I purchased 18 littre purifier and it worked only one day. i got complained nr after contacting them but response further.

          I am kanthakumar([protected]) residing in Chennai. I have purchased Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner Wet and Dry model from Eureka Forbes on Sep 2008. The product cost is around Rs.10,000. While marketing the product, the sales guy told that the motor is very efficient and it is proven with high durablity. I used the machine regularly (weekends). After one and half year o[censored]sing the machine, the motor is giving more sound. I went to their Customer care center in Velachery (newly opened) and asked them to repair this. While purchasing the product the sales guy said that it having life time service warrenty. But now, They said that the motor has to be replaced and it cost around Rs.3000. I was shocked. I asked the service guy that i have purchased only before one and half year so please try to service the motor instead of changing that. But they are not ready to do that. Then I asked them what is the warrenty period of the motor. he said that Only SIX months and the life of the motor is maximum 2 years but the other parts would not give any problem which are totally plastics. So, if you are purchasing this model (wet and dry) you have to spend 3000 per year as a maintenance charge. Before purchasing this product THINK TWISE. The service is very poor. The motor is not durable. Finally we are getting more mental stress on this.

            We had taken AMC for our R.O water purifier (Aquaguard Reviva smart) with a Authorized service centre
            of Eureka Forbes naming Mr.sunil bhardwaj (Phone no.[protected])from 19/05/09-18/5/10.The Amount taken was Rs.2850/-.Our receipt No.45,Invoice no.70045649.Since the AMC is taken they have visited
            only twice that also with repeated reminders.Our visit is due for Jan,10 but they have not visited till now(10/3/10).This is a total disappointment and waste of money and time.We are residing at gurgaon.Your services are very poor .

              Sir,

              For health reason I had purchase water purifier from Eureka Forbs ( model : Designa) and made service contract for three years.Contract will end on 31 Dec 2010.
              As per service contract service will be provided by Eureka Forbes as required also water filter candle will be changed after every year BUT till dt candle was never changed.

Contract receipt no is 17045816.The service for the same is due in this month. Unless otherwise we make phone calls or write to compliant cell, your people do not give any service. They are more particular about canvassing for AMC but service they do not give on their own. This is to remind you to send your person for servicing giving prior intimation of their coming home to enable us to be at home.

                It is with regret that I am registering this complaint about the Sensa SMP aquagaurd product (Cust ID no- [protected]) that I bought on 8th of January this year after a lot of deliberation. The sales person Mr SenthilKumar ([protected]) convinced us that this appliance is based on an extremely advanced and reliable technology for obtaining not only absolutely pure but also perfect mineral RO water. But ever since the gadget has been installed it has been observed that only 60% of the tank fills in 1 hr but rest of the tank takes 12 hrs to fill! SenthilKumar had explained that correct TDS is achieved only when tank is full as the sensor technology works in such a way that RO and UV filters work alternatively and keep adjusting the TDS and ultimately only when the tank is full, the correct TDS is achieved. He also categorically assured that the tank would get filled in 40min & that we can switch off the machine & collect entire water with proper TDS & switch on for next collection. But waiting for more than 12 hrs is totally unacceptable after spending an exorbitant sum of 18K! Even after a complaint was lodged a couple of times with the customer service centre and subsequently online in the company website on 16th feb, nothing has happened. One Mr Arun ([protected]) visited on 17th and stated they cannot do anything and the person who installed the machine should only attend to it and perhaps change the entire unit! He took down a written feedback on that and left. After that, all that has happened is that, on two occasions someone called and asked whether the problem was rectified. After expalining that nothing had been done they would just respond saying they would look into the matter but till date there is no change in status. Every morning I switch on the gadget at 6.30 AM and it is late in the evening after 6.30 pm the tank reaches its full capacity! Can't but help feel cheated by such a big company with a great repute! Wonder how many customers have been taken for a ride and how many more are going to be similarly cheated. Many of them may not even be aware that they have to wait for the tank to be completely full to get the correct TDS and hence going on collecting poor quality water in their ignorance. I too came to know only by serendipity when I measured the TDS of the water when it was only quarter of its capacity and found it be as low as 45! That is when I queried Senthil Kumar and he explained that the correct TDS of 75 is achieved only after the tank is full and unfortunately that takes more than 12 hours to happen! I hope through this forum I am able to spread the word about the faulty gadget and wish someone responsible looks into the complaint and attends to it at the earleist.

                Hello

                This is furtherance to my earlier complaint posted on the 8th of march on this forum. Much to my surprise I got a call and a visit from the company representative the very next day! This time it was one Mr Sandeep ([protected]) who gave an assurance to solve the matter. He tweaked something in the appliance and said that would make the machine work faster but unfortunately it didnt make much of a difference and so a couple of days later he said he would take steps to replace the machine with a new one. He also came and collected a written complaint and said a new instrument would soon be sent. When no further progress was forthcoming I called him and he assured me that the new machine was on its way from Bangalore! That happened more than ten days back and now my patience is running out and wonder how long this is going to take. Hence I had no choice but to lodge a complaint through this forum once again. I hope someone rectifies the vexatious issue at the earliest without any more hiccups. Thanks and regards.

                See Iam also facing same issue I purchased eureka forbes machine 6 months back initially it took 1 hr to fill the tank now it is taking 6 hrs to fill the tank recently I lodged a complaint a technician from eureka forbes came and unfortunately he couldn't fix the issue again I lodged a complaint in eureka forbes call center but I got a very shocking reply from eureka forbes that they will only give free labor in Warren period and parts will not cover in warranty period. Shocking warranty terms from eureka forbes.I feel I got cheated by eureka forbes because I am using lot of electronic items where parts and labour both are covered if it is not a physical damage.i won't recommend eureka forbes to any one

                  I am not sure if anyone else has faced this problem before.

                  I recently purchased an Aquaguard Total Sensa with SMP+ 10 days ago in Chennai. When the service engineer came for the installation, he found that the auto cut off is not working and the unit needs to be replaces. I was delivered another new unit next day and the service engineer completed the installation. Within hours of installation there were leaks near to the tap.

                  After a week o[censored]sing it, the auto cut off failed again in the new machine and water started overflowing. Few hours later, the entire unit started malfunctioning.

                  I called up the customer care number and explained the problem to that guy and I was assured that a Cheif executive would visit me first thing in the morning. After waiting till noon, when I called up the customer care again, there was no proper response from them. When I called up the sales guy who sold this crap to me, he said he will send someone and didnt even answer my subsequent calls. Then I spoke with to the regional head. Without even trying to understand my probel, she said that she would send someone to attend this issue.

                  This product is a total crab. There are lot of quality issues. I am not sure if these are brand new or refurbrished machines. This defenitely is not work for 18K.

                  Customer care is totally irresponsible. (I have faced lot if issues during the installation itself).

                  Both the commercial terms agreed upon and the Technical expertise where in they eliminate the already existing part of the equipment is very bad enough to make them fit enough to face the music in a consumer court.

                    I bought eureka forbes Vijay model from Big Bazaar, Thane on[protected].Right from the first day the complaint started. The flow of water was so weak that it took almost 10 min to fill a glass.Then some charcoal like particles started coming out of the purifier after which the flow completely stopped.When we complained a guy named Sanjay told straightaway that what I was lying.When I contacted his boss Mahesh, he sent over a Mr.Pandey who promptly opened the machine and told Mahesh that machine was okay but there was problem in water supply.I was surprised as in 8 years of staying here I had heard this for the first time and all apliances are working properly.Also nobody else has a problem with their purifiers.
                    .Pandey continued talking all types of nonsense untill threatened with consumer court when he said that he was not even a technician.Mahesh kept on insisting that we buy a motor and offered to send a true technician along with one.He is yet to come.
                    My experience with these people told me that they are taught to lie as their formal training.
                    Please do not get cheated out of your hard earned money with these crooks.

                    I too bought it from Big Bazaar, Fatima Nagar, Pune on 25, jan 2010. The PCB borad was gone withing a month after purchasing it. I had to run after the service centre for more than 20 days to get it rectified. Now its whole plastic body is developing cracks. I dont know what to do with this expensive show case piece.

                    i too purchase the eureka forbes water purifier and i called several times to them to come and install the machine but each time they said that they will come but finally they diddnt came.thus i am trying to install the machine for the last 3 months and finally frustrated.

                      Dear All,
                      Dont buy Eureka Forbes products. Their after sales service is worst. I am having problems with iNOVA water purifier. The product is under AMC. The service engineer visited and reported that there is problem in PCB. He told me he is not able to get it from service dept so he asked to call the office for the PCB. 5 days are over and nothing has happened despite of repeated phone calls.
                      They are always eager to either sell the product or sign an AMC. When it comes to service they are pathetic.

                        We were bought a water purifier of aquagaurd one year ago. now there are particles coming in water and taste of water not good..we have already ask Bhubaneswar office(from where purchased) to send service man for repairing.But they sent us a service man of balangir who wants warenty card,we have no warenty card because our company purchased more than 7/8 water purifier at a time and we have only purchase order receipt.
                        so plz solve.

                          I purchased a Euroclean Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner from your company in the month - August, 2008.

                          on 16th February, 2010, I had given a complaint to Eureka Forbes Consumer Care Center to have my Euroclean Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner repaired. After a week of my compliant and repeated reminders, the Company's representatives inspected my Vaccum Cleaner and verbally informed me that there was a fault in the motor of the Vaccum Cleaner and the same needs to be replaced with no further information, estimated cost of repair and/or job sheet copy stating that the problem is yet to be solved.

                          After 15 days from my initail complaint and till date my Vaccum Cleaner has not been repaired even after repeated complaints, reminders inquiries and after receiving continuous assurances from your Consumer Care Representatives that the same will be repaired within 24 hours.

                          VACUUM CLEANER WET & DRY — repair

                          i purchased a vaccumcleaner from eurekaforbes about three month back. Since 15th may 2007 it is not working. For this i have called the executive who has supplied the unit and he told that by 6th problem will be rectified but till today he has not even called. Then on 1 month i called up their customer care no ([protected]) they told by third month afternoon problem will be rectified. But nobody from company has not even given a call.

                          euroclean vacuum cleaner — changing body part

                          i had purchased a euroclen vaccum cleaner machin serial no.(066402) on 18th of jan.2009 & it's upper cover was not fine as it should be.i complained at your service center at raipur on 7th of february but they are unable to solve my problem within 1 month.can you help me.

                          We have locked a complaint call two weeks before contact person (Ms.Hema phone No.[protected] Place coimbatore)and we have been following with them for two weeks but till today. whenever we call they say today service executive will come but as of now nobody atten the complaint. Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. Please look into this matter and we wont purchase any of your products.
                          Eureka Forbes service is very poor, i have purchased robo cleaner 15 days back, i have made compliant several times till now no one as turned up

It is a learnt lession to me not to ever venture with eureka forbes, and will tell even my friends and even every one not to go with eureka forbes.
                          TOTALLY HOPELESS SERVICE...THE EXECUTIVES WILL JUST TALK TOO POLITELY AND YOU HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO KEEP CALLING THEM AND LISTENING TO THEIR MULTIPLE STORIES AS TO HOW YOUR COMPLAIN IS BEING ATTENDED TO.

                          RATHER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT THAN WASTE TIME BEHINDS HOPELESS 'FRIENDS FOR LIFE'.

                          Classic model water purifier

                          It's been 5 days that complain is lodged. No body is turning up for service. It's a new machine. But service is horrible. It's under warranty.
                          Better to invest on some branded products than this local one. Worst products. Worst Services. Utter waste of money.

                            I HAVE PURCHASED VACCUME CLEANER FROM M/S. SHARANG SALES,KOTDWARA PAURI GARHWAL ON 01 DEC2009. WITHIN TWO WEEKS ITS CABLE ROLLBACK SYSTEM STOPPED WORING. I INFORMED THIS TO SHARANG SALES. HE HAS TAKEN IT FOR REPAIR IN DEC MONTH ITSELF.

                            SINCE THEN NOTHING WAS DONE ON THIS PRODUCT. ALSO AS PER HIS INFORMATION ASSEMBLY OF PRODUCT SENT TO THE COMPANY. NOW HE IS DAILY INFORM ME THAT YOU CONTACT TO THE COMPANY.

                            We have purched Model Classic Rs 7, 000 at the time of selling sales team convenence that this model is the best and remove floride and calcium and when we called them they told that this will done in two three months. but now after 2 years Eureka peoples is telling that this machine is not having that facility now you need to sale your current machine in 1, 000 and buy our new model.

                            We need help if this is the way to deal with the customer then who will trust as we normal peoples never aware about the models and their functions. Need help.

                              Salesman of the company Mr.Ram Jatan Yadav, from Local Sales office at 111,A/3,Ashok Nagar,Near Gumti Gurudwara, Kanpur-12 (Tel.[protected] has quoted price for REVIVA R.O. TOTAL model of water purifier @ Rs.13500/- & got the same installed at my residence on 04.02.2010 receiving payment of Rs.10000/- through DD on Corporation Bank,Kanpur and exchange value of old water @Rs.3500/- (under buy back arrangement). Later I came to know that the Lucknow Divisional Sales office has quoted the price of the same model @ Rs.9990/- to one of my friends also working at Corporation Bank. When I pointed out the same, the sales man has promissed to replace the installed product by AQUAGUARD PROTECT+ model (whose actual price is Rs.13500/-. However, he has not kept his promise & later on repeated contacts made over his Mobile Phone [protected] got the number temporarily disconnected & the land line of the company also did not respond. Bills, receipts & quotations given by the salesman from Kanpur office & quotations issued by Lucknow office of the company are with me as proof. I wish you to intervene & redress my grivances of overcharging me to the extent of Rs.3500/- by the Company & pass an exemplary judgement against the company so that other consumers are also not cheated in future.

                              Eureka Forbes provide very low quality machines accourding to price & giving very poor service to the customers form tht customers are disatisfied from company and the product.
                              The will sell you one product and after a year or so they will come back with another product and tell how how bad purchase you have made and the new one is perfect for you. Their service is pathetic and agents are horrible after saling the product.
                              I am following up for service of my RO water plant (Reviva) for last 5 months. I had annual service contract with company. as per contract I should get 4 free services and one time free replacement of Carbon+Membrane+filters.

                              The relevant agency / person responsible for services has not responded my followup through phoen since last 5 to six months.

                              No actions has been taken for the below complaint I have registered to company website.

                              Once I found card from person from service center (unfortunately I was not home at that time), immediately I called the number mentioned on card (+91 [protected]). He assured me that the next day person will come for servicing of Reviva RO. But nobody has appeared then.

                              Again I call the person three days back (Friday 12-Mar-10), He again assured me that person will come to my home on 13-Mar, but nobody has appeared.
                              Now whenever I am trying to call this person he is not picking the phone and blamed me that person from Reviva has come 3/4 times and nobody has available at house. While the fact is I was waiting for whole day on 13-Mar and nobody has turned up.

                              Actually my last service and free replacement of Membrane, Carbon and filters was pending as per my yearly service contract I have made last year
                              I am having the same problem like yours .Can we join together and file a conusmer complaint against Eureka Forbes.

                                This is complaint in regard to the water purifier from aqua guard. The product was purchased on 26th january 2010 and right now there were some problems with the product. I called up the sales manager and the sales personnel first they said that they will come in 2 days every time i called them up. Now they wont lift the phone nor they have provided me with receipt even after calling several times they have not delived the receipt nor the warranty card as i could change the product only under warranty period.                                 Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Service not provided

                                I purchased Aquagaurd last year. As per the waranty, Eureka Forbes has to service the Aquaguard twice a year within warranty. They came once and cleaned the cartridges six months back. Next six months, no one turned up. I called their customer support and they sent one technician to home. He checked the Aquaguard and refused to clean the cartridges which he was supposed to. Instead he is asking to get into another service contract and get the cartridges changed. This is something which is not fair.

                                Please help.

                                AQUAGUARD EUREKA FORBES — No service provided!

                                I had taken AMC from eurka forbes.Once in six months i was been told that i would have to call eurka forbes helpline number to get product serviced,i had requested for service in he month of november but still giving repeated calls no one has turned up for servicing.I a being givn assurance by the company that i would be getting a call by next day.Still 3months have passed,no one is taking action.I am totally fed up with their service.My request to readers of this complaint NEVER BUY AQUAGUARD PRODUCTS.

                                Eureka Forbes- Aquaguard — Complaint not attended for product under warranty

                                My Aquaguard is not working since Saturday morning. Complaint number: 83651887

                                I had launched a complaint at around 12 noon by calling on the Eureka Forbes helpline 3988 3333 and was told that this would not take more then 24 to 48 hours. On requesting that this is urgent, the call center guy – Susheel (couldn’t get his name correctly over phone) assured that he will try his best and try to send the person on Saturday itself or positively by Sunday afternoon also, assured us that technicians will be working on Sunday also and wouldn’t be a problem. But no one turned up.

                                On Monday after waiting for a lot of time we called up the sales office around 12:30 on 25881992 we were given contact of complaint officer Naveen ([protected]) to check the updates. We were very disappointed to find out that no technician is available to attend the complaint which was raised 2 days back. This person was not ready to take responsibility and said that we can escalate the matter and contact of his supervisor- Sagar-[protected]. This person took full guarantee to get this matter resolved today (Monday) at any cost. At around 4 pm he told that the technician had left for our place to attend complaint. After waiting till 5:30 pm as no one had arrived when we again called him up but his mobile was switched off. We finally called the customer care number (Rashi) again who asked us to ring up again tomorrow morning after 10 am and did not give us any time when we shall expect the technician.

                                We mailed the above details to few folks in Eureka forbes including [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Finally a technician came to attend the complaint today but said he doesnt have the required spare parts and on questioning - why didnt he bring the spare part along, he answered that our machine is aquaguard total and he has got that spare part for aquaguard RO.

                                The matter is still not resolve.

                                Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — Purifier capsule not changed

                                This is Anupam Bani.
                                I have several complaints reagrding EUREKA FORBES
                                Firslty, I have given request for address change but its has not been updated in your records yet.
                                My new address : 703 Jupiter Appt, Shimpoli Chikoowadi, Boriwali (W) but still old address of andheri is updated.

                                Secondly, I have signed an agreement in the month of Aug 2010 so that i will get services twice a year regarding purifier change.Almost 8 months has been passed away but no executive has visited us. Whenever we are calling your helpline.....there is no proper response ....every executive says that they are forwarding my complaint....and when ever i want my call to be transfeered to supervisor....they are giving me some phone no on which nobody is available....
                                I m feel like cheated......

                                Pls HELP as this is a serious issue now......

                                If m not getting the purified water what's the point of having an aquaguard.....just to make us feel that we r drinking a non purified water from a purifier......

                                  Dear Citizens, Don't buy any eureka forbes products. they are really horrible in customer service and they are really hopeless. I called them 8 -10 times and they never came. Atlast they came and repaired the product.After a week the problem came again and I need to do the same excerise calling them again and again. Only god knows when they will come . So please don't buy any thing from Eureka Forbes. I will never buy any product from them
                                  I am sanjay Singh ... I am a journalist by profession. Now I am planning to take Eureka Forbes to Consumer court. They have pathetic service. I have a 3 year contract for servcing with them. I called them for servcing. After giving 3 days & not reporting they spoiled my 3 days. On the day their person from Skylark Eng came. He (Kunal - trainee technician [protected]) spoiled the machine (water purifier) and apolozized that it was his mistake and assured that it will ... See Morebe corrected. Now they don't pick-up the phones. One guy who picked up the phone said "jo karna hai .. kar lo"The involved culprits are Prakash Morkar ([protected]), Ganesh ([protected]).I am sure Eureka Foberes will try & do everything to shelter these people who bring disgrace to their name.my custmor no [protected]

                                    I write this complaint to make it reach the ears of authorities that The Aquaguard Forbes Company is not at all concerned about customer complaints registered with them. It was a great mistake on part of our institution that we installed an aquagaurd R-O System.(dated22-8-09)Sl. No. D[protected]. I would like the concerned auth. to take necessary steps for quick look into the matter. The service is due for over five months now, and at an institution like ours it becomes a difficult situation.The company pays no heed to our repeated complaints. We at St. Thomas Orthodox Seminary are sorry for installing a Eureka forbes product.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am Prabhakar Yagnyavalkya, Plot NO 24, Shakti Sai Nagar, Mallapur, Hyderabad 500 076. I have taken AMC from M/s Eureka Forbes for my water filter vide contract No 13978911 for a period of two years from 4th Aug 2007 to 3rd Aug 2009.

                                      For the first one year I have not received any service, in spite of my reminders to them. The reason they mentioned initially is that they have not received the data for servicing.

                                      On my numerous follow ups with Mr Nagabhushanam of EurakaForbes on his mobile NO[protected], I have received a full fledged servicing on July 10th 2009. However, the quality of service is poor, as they don’t have a fuse to replace, the technician connected directly and promised that he will come back on 11th July 2009 and replace the fuse.

                                      Though I paid for servicing for two years I hardly received service from Eureka Forbes and I brought it to the notice of Mr Nagabhushanam and he promised to take care of the period by extending the contract fro the unserved period.

                                      Now, there is no service provided by them, nor they are feeling that they need to address my query.

                                      I shall be grateful if you help me redressing my grievances. I use Water Purifier from EUREKA FORBES .I bought Aqua Nova on[protected] and I got all the services regularly.However, I regret to state that this set is giving some trouble and it is not functioning properly and in spite of informing the service centre daily no action is being taken in maintaining the set as I have deposited Rs.1050/- AMC on 10-11=2009 for a period of one year.                                       Eureka Forbes/ water Purifier — Service not provided

                                      I , M.M.A.Farah had purchased a water purifier ( Aquaguard-inova) on 02.09.09 and your representative had told me that two services will be provided in the waranty period of one year by free of cost but no one has turn up during this period. It is strange to know you that just after completion of one year , one gentleman came to my home on 04.09.10 to do chargeable services and asked me to signed a contract of one or two years with the chargeable amount.

                                      Sir, please judge yourself , Is it fair to a renound company, like yours' ?

                                        To sell their products by hook or by crook the sales agents mislead consumers by giving them the wrong information and trying to hide them from the truth. Recently a similar incident happened with me where I caught the sales agent of Eureka Forbes and he tried to escape by saying it was miscommunication but it was actually misleading and he was trying to get his share and to achieve his goal.
                                        WE ARE USING AQUAGUARD ST 2000 FOR THE LAST 18 YEARS. WE HAVE DECIDED TO GO FOR NEW MODEL. ONE OF THE SALES AGENT MR.KIRAN HAS VISITED OUR HOUSE ON[protected] AND OFFERED A AQUAGUARD INFINITY MODEL. WE HAVE ORDERED THE SAME. ON[protected] ONE TECHNICIAN CAME AND INSTALLED THE NEW MACHINE AND TOOK OUR OLD MACHINE. WITHIN 5 MUNITS WE OBSEREVED THAT THE MACHINE IS FAULT. THE PLASTIC COVER NORMALLY COVERS ENTIRE MACHINE WAS MISSING IN THIS MACHINE AND THE CAP IS NOT FITTED PROPERLY. IMMEDIATELY WE HAVE CALLED THEM AND ONE MR.MOUNESH HAS VISITED AND PROMISSED TO REPLACE THE MACHINE. TODAY ALSO I CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD WITHIN 2 MINUTS HE WILL BE BACK. BUT THEREAFTER NO RESPONSE FROM EUREKA FORBES. IF MACHINE IS NOT REPLACED BY[protected] BY 11 AM, I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT. BUT I HAVE HOLD THE PAYMENT OF NEW MACHINE.
