I had an Aquaguard Total RO filter installed at my place on 9th March 2008. In the process of installation the technician of Eureka Forbes broke my Hindware tap and the attached piping behind it. I called up the service manager (Mr. Ali) and asked him to replace it since it was their negligence. To my surprise he initially flatly rejected that it was due to their fault and said that the tap broke due to normal wear and tear and due to hard water accumulation. Mine is a brand new flat with all proper plumbing and fittings of Hindware. Co-incidentally the tap the technician broke was a spare tap where water does not flow currently. However even after repeated attempts to contact Ali he siad all they could do is to apply M-Seal (a sealant) and mend the broken tap. The hindware manager tell me that they need to change the entire piping for an effective solution and this costs as much as Rs 2000/3000. I am really aghast by their approach. Till date no one picks up my phone, including their regional manager, Benson. I am really upset by the so-called customer service these companies offer. They are flatly refusing to accept their fault in the beginning and then they dont even care for the customer. I am planning to take them to consumer court for this even if it involves my time & other costs.

    My name is Vikrant Jain. I have taken Eureka Forbes Spring Fresh water Purifier from Naveen Electronics Model Town, 2 years back.

    I am regularly taking the AMC from my Spring Fresh product but the problem is i am not receiving the services from the company properly & regularly.

    The Water purifier that i am using is not working from last 7 days now, & as a result i don't have a single drop of water at my place to drink. i have made several complaints ie.

    M-52091 on 27th Feb 2008

    but every time i am given false promises that the company representaive will be attending the complaint in next 24 Hours, but unfortunately all in vain.

    I have made my first complaint on[protected] on the Help Line & i am still waiting for a response.


    I am requesting the senior managers to kindly look into this issue ASAP.

      I have a water Purifier from Eureka Forbes. I bought this almost 8-10 years back and i was enjoyingan excellent service. But for last few years it has been hell. Last Contract i have given with full advance is in the month of december 2006. Till november 2007, no one has turned up for the routine maintenance of cleaning and changing the charcoal. i complained in the month of November 2007 and wanted them to extend the contract for another one year as they have not done anything for last one year. This they refused and wanted me to write a letter requesting them to extend the contract by 6 months. THIS IS RIDICULOUS . ME AND MY FAMILY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO HAVING THE POLLUTED WATER FOR MORE THAN 12 MONTHS AND NOW I WILL GO LEGAL IF THEY DONT GIVE ME AN EXTENSION AND COMPENSATION FOR DRINKING POLLUTED WATER .

The RO has been installed 5-6 months back, but service is not done till now, I have already lodge lot of comlaints by telephonic at your mukherji nagar branch which is puchased and also customer care, but nobody can inspect the same.I understood your services to not be upto the marks.

        I would like to bring your attention towards the most fraud company and there truth about Annual Maint. Contract. The company is AQUA GUARD. They do demo for selling products at every nook and corner and when it comes to customer service they cheat huge sum of hard earn money of customer in the name of AMC.

        I availed there AMC and even after 11 month 28 days they have never replied my calls, service is a distant dream.

        I have started a customer awareness and anty AQUAGUARD Signature campaign in all my forum and blog involvement. Request you all to share your experience about AQUAGUARD and join my campaign.

        I had an Aquaguard Classic installed in my home. I did not receive any after sales servicing from them even during the warranty period. Each time I called them, they gave me the same stock reply : "Our man came to your house but it was locked." It was their word against mine and not much that I could do. When I said they should give me a fixed date and time, they were not willing to commit but merely said "We cannot do that, our man will contact you." No such call ever came from their man.
        I don't want any more AMCs. But my question is, how do I clean the gadget myself and where do I go to purchase the filtering material ?
        Please help.

          Eureka Forbes Ltd. does not pay my full salary.I think some employee if Kalyani CRC of Westbengal are froad and they forfitted my sallary amount.My Employee Code is - 9021301 of Kalyani CRC. I only recieved tottal Rs.- 3970 in two month.I resigned from the job due to missbehaveiour of Mr. Ajit Biswas.So if the concern authority take some action against thoes person then I will be very much oblised to them.

          I went to interview in eureka forbes company and I got selected but when I asked about salary they told me salary is Rs 4000 for 2 months and we will pay Rs 4000 as basics and plus incentives.

          After my job profile is door to door sales.

          I had an interview at eureka forbes pune branch.
          The girl who took interview is so rude.
          She doesn't have manners on how to speak. Doesn't know how to conduct the interview.

          I went their for the job of hr recruiter.
          She instead of asking me, to introduce yourself. Tell me your educational background. Straightforward asks : why do you want recruitment. You don't know anything. Go to your HOME!!! GO AND STUDY!!!

          WHAT KIND OF LANGUAGE IS THIS???

          IS THIS HOW YOU RECRUIT A COMPANY'S HR??? There is no proper infrastructure maintained. People are very rude over here.

          I urge the management to take STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH EMPLOYEE.

            Mr Arvind Nagar, Gp. Customer sales specialist, who is working with Eureka Forbes came at home & demonstrated the vacume cleaner of Eureka forbes. He informed us that with the purchase of this Vaccume cleaner we will get two gifts, first on your Birthday & second on your Anniversary, which will be amounting in the range of Rs. 550 to 1000. so I perchased the Vacume Cleaner model, Euroclean Futuro, Sr No 9005772(Batch code 11113, Manuf. 08/06) at the cost of Rs 6990/-. But even after lapse of one year neither we got any gift from Eureka Forbes nor got any satishfactory reply from Mr Arvind Nagar(working with Pitampura, Delhi, India cont. No. [protected]). Each time he tells us a new story about why the gift items not reached so far. In fact he may have given the same to somebody else & now just fooling me. May kindly arrange to resolve.

              On installation only for my water purifier model FORBES DESIGNA , i had informed the concerned engineer, that it is leaking and this piece is to be changed , he even made me talk to his higher bosses , they promised me that it would be replaced , but it is over 5 months , neither they have replaced the same and they have not bothered to call back .
              i am really astonished that a comapny like EUREKA FORBES, is not attending to customer complaints .

              On making repeted calls on 24 hour helpline nos , we cant get our complaint registered.

              what is the solution , once we buy a product of such agood brand and then we dont get any response for our complaints.

              Water purifier designa model — Regarding service

              I have given complaint on 26th Sep.08 and daily call to customer care three to four times.My complaint number is 23648032. Customer care representative tell technician will come today by 6 pm. But till today nobody turned up. I never see this worst type company in my life. Company should close because of worst management.

              Water Purifier — unable to get service for AMC

              SIR,
              THOUGH I CALLED THE LOCAL AMC CENTRE [R.S.ENTERPRISES, COONOOR] FOR MORE THAN FOUR TIMES TODAY AS THE MACHINE IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS.ONLY DAY BEFORE YESTEREDAY THE MACHINE WAS CLEANED BY THE SERVICE ATTENDANT AND SOON AFTER HE LEFT MY PLACE THE PROBLEM STARTED.THE MACHINE HAS BECOME USELESS FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS.THE LADY WHO PICKED THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY SENT THE ATTENDANTALREADY IN THE MORNING AND NOW IT IS 7.15PM NOBODY HAS TURNEDUP TILL NOW.

              Forbes Designa — Water Purifier not working and Servioce centre unable to repair the same

              I purchased Forbes Designa on 18 Feb 2009 from Dass Electric Trading Co Pvt Ltd, Chinchwad. It is not working from the very next day of installation. Sai Neelam Service Centre attended the complaint twice. They even changesd the PCB but it did not work. They have now taken the Purifier to the service centre for repairs. On purchase of new product you do not expect such thing to happen. If service centre is unable to repair it for over 50 days now the company should repalce the purifier and avoid earning bad name.
              I too have purchased this water purifier from Dass Electric Trading CO Pvt Ltd, Chinchwad on 18 Feb 2009. It is not working from the very next day. Inspite of repaeated complaints I am unable to get it repaired/replaced. Company Service centre has taken the piece away. I think only alternative now is to go to Consumer Court.

              - they insist on signing contract
              - even after signing contract, they never come on regular intervals on time
              - you can not trust them. Once a person came and left his contact number. when I followed up with service center they told there is not such person in there organization?
              - water filter was working well. Service engineer came and cleaned up. It stopped working! and it is not working since last 20 days. they insisted on taking it their workshop. With some hesitation I gave it. They told they will return it back in 2 days. However, it's 10 days now. They either don't pick up phone or ask for 2 more days always. I am not sure, how to deal with this. Can somebody help?

              EUREKA FORBES - DESIGNA WATER PURIFIER. — DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE.

              Dear Sirs,

              My Designa Water Purifier is under Contract and the same is not running / working properly for the last one & half month as the water coming through it contains carbon particles and some times its green light not works properly. Several Complaints in this regard had been lodged over phone no.3988333 vide Complaint Nos.[protected] dated 01.08.2009; [protected] dated 06.08.2009; [protected] dated 22.08.2009 and the same were attended by the technicians but the problem could not be solved and the issue remains as it is.

              Accordingly, I have again (4th time) lodged the Complaint over phone no.3988333 on 04.09.2009 vide Complaint No.81833596 regarding carbon particles in the water and I was told by the Eureka Helpline executive that my complaint will be attended in 24 working hours, but the same is still pending even after repeated requests over phone no.3988333 on 05.09.2009; 07.09.2009, 09.09.2009 & 11.09.2009.

              It may please be noted that my Designa Water Purifier is under Contract and the Eureka Forbes Company is bound to solve / recitify the problem as per terms of the Contract.

              I had registered service complain with Eureka Forbes under complain no. [protected]. I was told by the customer service agent that my complain will be attended within 24-48 hrs.
              The complain was registered on 23rd July 2011. Even after 3 days there was no phone call from any Service Partner nor my service was attended.
              I have paid full amount towards the 3 years AMC for my water purifier. From few days, I am getting foul smell from the water purifier & this is un-hygenic to myself & my family. I had logged complain to service my water purifier.

              I have had similar bad experience with the Eureka Forbes Service Partner (Milind) at Vikhroli (West), Mumbai & he has been taking customers for granted.

              Under the above circumstances of not keeping up their commitments & not paying attention to sensitive topic such as hygine & health, I request action against such companies & their partners who have no value to customer commitments.

              1 On 09 07 2012, I made oral complain with Thane [west] Kasrvadawali service centre Mr. R P Sing MOB NO [protected], to procure PCB for the EUREKA FORBES DESIGNA, as it was producing sound after filling water for some time.
              2 My customer code is [protected], authorised service centre HERAM SERVICES, FRANCHISES OF EUREKA FORBES LTD THANE [W] TELE 25454148; MOB [protected].The said franchise has transferred the work to the person mentioned in column no 1.
              3 I took AMC for 03 years from Heram services . Both the service centre is not attending the call . I am not able to know about the rectification of the purifier.
              4 The company should look into the deficiency of service by the authorised service at the earliest.
              5 Request to send Technician with the new PCB., to maintain your promise to give pure water.
              6 While renewing the AMC promises are maid to do the service, later found it is futile i.e either phone is switched off
              Phone not been attented. EUREKA FORBES DESIGNA SERVICE IS WORST.

              Schedule of Service during warranty

              I would want to know the periodicity of the visit of the service engineer and the job to be carried out for Aqua guard Enhance RO+UV during the warranty period. Is the schedule given out somewhere?

                Not Working - Despite several Complaints Lodged, nothing positive connotation from the company.

                My newly purchased AquaGuard, found to be not working at all. I took the initiative to lodge a Complaint(Complaint No. 97434, dated 26.01.2008) but without any reply and my product remaining in the same faulty stage for days together....

                I purchased Aquaguard on 17/03/06 and then on 7/05/07 we signed a 1 year free service contract with them and now our Aquaguard machine is in such a condition that it has stopped working 27 and 28th of jan we complained about this matter and on 29th of jan a service man came but he only started the machine but after that man went the machine came to a complete halt but the customer services branch of Mira Road just ignored it so i also called the help line number 3 to 4 times,they told that we will forward our request.I also ringed the corp. office today but somebody told to dial 133 to complaint on monday.I also ringed at the divisional sales office in Vasai 2 times they told that we have sent your request to the branch of Mira Road

                I have purchased a aquaguard with digital switch 8 moths back and the person named Mr Biren kalita
                assured me to give free service without any notice, but till date after handing over machine and collecting
                money from me he has nighter visited nor called me up for any query, I am requesting you by this mail
                to take the necessary action and send a person from your end service the product.I am quite surprised
                to see this type of lacking in service from a world famous company.

                  I have registered a complaint with euro helpline on Tel no. 39883333 on 27/12/07. with request No. L143225 No one attended yet inspite of reminding several times.Again i registered a complaint on 21/1/08 with request no. 80152471. but no response is recieved yet.i feel cheated by the company.euro helpline employees are fooling us by saying ur complaint will be attended soon.

                  I have experienced the same problem with as far as the customer service is concerned. MY brand new machine is not working and no one has turned up to replace it from Eureka forbes. I have fired the hell out of BIG BAZAAR who is selling Eureka forbes products. Draged them in the night to replace mine on the spot. They themselves found it difficult to install a replacement peice.
                  I bought the machine on 22 OCT today is the 4th Nov 2008. Best way is go to their office either the retailer or Eureka forbes and make sure it is done DONT LEAVE THEM!

                    Dear Fellow Indians,

                    I bought an Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System from Bangalore Office. The Story is Like this:

                    I called a sales executive on 11-Nov-2007 for Demo purpose. When we met him, he explained me about the product and the after sales support and service. I also gathered some information in the internet about the Eureka Forbes products.

                    Their policy is full payment before delivery. I gave cheque for the receipt amount (Rs 9150/-). How the sales executives played is that the sales person who came for demo, belongs to a zonal office in Bangalore. Where as he gave the receipt from some other zonal office. Also the sales person committed some accessories from Eureka Forbes like water dispensing tubes, a bag from Eureka Forbes, etc.....

                    I am yet to see that sales person.

                    Whenever I call the phone number mentioned the receipt, they will ask the customer for the name of the sales person. When I say that person's name, they used to simply say that "he does not belong to this office, you call the respective office". When I call that office, they will simply say that "because the receipt is from
                    other office, you call that office". This is what is going on for last 2 and 1/2 months. I gave a complaint in customer care call-centre. I even called the Karnataka customer care head (Mr Krishna Kumar) and explained the situation.

                    One beauty is that they claim that within 21 days of the payment, the customer will get the warranty, guarantee cards, invoice bills and user manual.

                    Till date, after around 70 days, I am yet to get the requested services and explanations.

                    I do not know whether it happened only to me or others as well. The intention of writing this message is that "PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FALSE INFORMATION and COMMITMENTS from Eureka Forbes Ltd.

                    Yes, Eureka Forbes, which used to be a reputed company, has turned out to be a bunch of crooks. Once,this company pionereed in door to door marketing and trained well its marketing executives, in domenstrating marits of its products, now they appear in pionering after sales service segments, by training their service center guys to deceive customers and deny after sales service in such a way, that customer is discourage to contact them again. Because their intentions are clear in very first contact, they are not their at all to serve their customers, who are victim of their crooked salesmen's falls promices.

                    Identical experience is with me. Vendor supplied Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System against cash payment, Eureka Forbes person who came to install, informed that sales invoice, warranty card etc will be delivered withing one week time through courrier. He provided 3 phone numbers of service center (of which one belongs to some innocent gentlemen, who is fed up of replying to callers that somebody has played with them, other too are attended after number of attempts) alongwith his own mobile number for after sales service. He warned that taste will feel bitter for a few days, but will get gradually OK. After using for a long time, taste of water is getting bad to worst, to the extent that we have now stopped using this water filter. Their service center says that they have no records of sales made to me, because vendor has not farwarded any sales particulars to them hence they are not in a position to serve (even listen) to me, though vendor givens proof of doing this. Invoice, Warranty & service cards promised to be delivered withing one week by courrier never delivered to me. The Eureka Forbes persons who installed equipment at my home, promises every time that invoice, services card, warranty card, will be delivered withing a day or too and equipment will be attended and served very soon. He promises to visit himself, but every time I contact him, he (reportedly) is out of station.

                    I am now fed up with attitude of their service center and sales person, and left with no option except to throw away their product, and look for some new product from a reliable company.

                    My experiance should be an eye opener for those who still trust on this old established company,that has now changed to a group of crooks.

                    Please be aware of risk involved in trusting Eureka Forbes any more.
                    Yes it is very true that Eureka forbes are very bad in service and their product is also not Satisfactory . Better to go with any other water purifier company.

                    reviva reverse osmosis water purification unit — poor after sales service

                    i purchased above said ro system in october 2005 and i am feeling regular amc since then. the authorised service centre is meenakshi services(ph:[protected]).

                    on 5/10/2008 they came for service and renewed the AMC also.but after 2 days the system stopped filling up.when contacted, the person arrived and removed "reject water controlled valve "as well as one of the filters and assured that parts would be replaced next day.

                    since then after repeated requests, nobody turned up for the repair.even the complaint person MR>PARVEEN KASHYAP(ph:[protected])was contacted yesterday and he assured the arrival of serviceman. but nobody has arrived since then, even he is not answering the call.

I have logged a complaint [protected] to repair my Aqua Guar RO purifier. However it almost 2 days over no body has turned up. When I called customer care, just like a recorded voice, executive will say "Sorry for the Inconvenience" and repeat the same language and tone that "some body will attend shortly, we have taken this on a high priority". When I asked about Service head bangalore number. Initially they were reluctant, however when should they have given two number[protected]/22 and asked me to contact Mrs Sudha. It seems he is the service manager. However evern ater 10 times she was not availabe at office.

                    Eureka Forbers become totally an unprofessional organization and also I feel their product quality has gone donwn similar way their service.

                    Think of twice before buy any eureka product. You can be assured that you are inviting trouble and unnecessary tension. Product will be unusuable within a month or two then you need run behind unprofessional service agency. Stay away from their product.

                    I've been looking to get hold of someone at Eureka Forbes myself.
                    for the purchase the sale manager - Ravi Stieven kept chasing me, and we bought 2 units at a time and since the time of purchase and installation, we have been having multiple problems with the units.
                    The sales manager has stopped picking calls, and the service centre, other than giving different codes each time, doesnt result in any actual service.

                    three month at free of cost.I called them on November 28th, 2010 for service as well as re-installetion of
                    machine from my old house to new house, Which is just a .5 kilometer from my old resiedence.

                      i unfotunately paid money for the above unit beleiving the assurances/talks .money paid rs7190 receipt no[protected].after taking money both pk parida& sagar panigrahi disappeared. this is on[protected]. after that many calls are not answered. machine does not work. cost me for installing. now i fear i was cheated and swindle occured. please help to recover my rs7190 paid. it is my husband's hard earned money. i fell for their talks in their stall in swadeshi mela at ambagan.

                        Eurekaforbs does't concentrate in After sale service. I purchesed Water purifier (RO) Unit Number 8039233. One Rep (SR's Name Mr M. Kannan, code no[protected] Came to my house last year many times to convince me to purchase the water purifier. On 05/02/08 with advance payment of rs 3000/ RO Water purifier instaled in my house. Total Amount of Rs14500/ Settled in another two instalments. He (Mr M. Kannan) came to collect the instalment payment & Check the water PH Value. In the month of june i tried to contact the rep through phone. He does't attend my call. Now i am trying to go for AMC. The other Dealer (From Vellore, Tamilnadu) needs Rs 3650/ Per annum for AMC. I dont know the amount offerd by the dealer is correct & will do the fruit full service.

                          We are having problem with the Aquaguard from the very first day. The Acquaguard executive came but still the problem persist.Whenever we switch on to get the water purified and fill up the bottle there is a leakage in the system.

                            One of the licensed service franchisee of Eureka Forbes, M/s Yashaswee Enterprises, with whom I had my two years AMC, his service Engineer broke the body of my Aquaguard (Royal), and they promised me replacement in only 15 days. But, almost a year has passed they are not responding. Due to this I can not hang my aquaguard, and kept on ground which is causing inconvinience.

                            Today, the same company is telling that Eureka is not supplying the body. Now, I need solution on this or replace my aquaguard equipment.

                              I have purchased an aquaguard i-nova 2 months back ( Cust.id # [protected] ). As Iam moving out of Bangalore I had called up the Customer Care and requested them to deinstall and install it at my friend's place. The request was made on the 24th of Jan'08. Today is 28th Jan'08,and have followed up with them for a no. of 8 times today. I haven't recieved any reply from them yet. Iam vacating my place tonight by 8 p.m. If this is the service provided by Eureka Forbes, then kindly advice me as to what exactly should I do now.

                              Mr. Senthil kumar is telling that, he is having only autharity to replace the membarine .

                              But as a customer i m telling that i need replacement unit very shortly.

                                Almost three months back we had launched complaint of poor outflow of water from the nozzle. The service engineer, visited us, checked the machine & informed us "a part needs to be replaced, the part is not in stock as of now & is expected to be received in short time, we will come & replace it". Even though, three months have lapsed & repeated calls to the service center, are yielding no results, they still maintain part not available. The water flow is so slow, that even to fill a normal glass of water at full water pressure takes 10minutes. I need to draw attention of the authorities of Eureka Forbes, for immediate action.
                                I even searched there website, it does not give any email id, for launching complaints.

                                  i have purchased a Aquaguard - reviva two years before and subsequently entered into AMC for last two years. But i am not getting the proper service from the company. the water is giving poor odour and there by in my family all the members are fall in fever due to the sewage kind of odour is coming in the water. i feel due to one filter is not changed quite long time there by it is totally got fungied. pls send your service man and get it repaired.

                                    We had brought a new water purifier and after a year the machine stopped working When we contacted the customer service the reply was not good But atlast we got it right

                                    After just two or three months the machine again went to trouble When we contacted the a Eureka forbes service shop We didn't get the right They forced us to take insurnace for the machine but never had they shown any interest in getting the machine right We had contaced them over 10 time But they have never showed up

                                    I have an Aquaguard Classic under AMC for 2 years and whenever I call them for service, either the 3 phone lines are always busy or the Centralised Number 39883333, do take the complaint and conveniently ignore about it. One has to ring about 20 to 25 time in a span of 15 days and then too trhey are very complacent in service. Now they have given 3 numbers to contact which is perpetually busy. Is there not any system in a highly developed, knowledgeable and high tech IT super power of the world to look into such measly problems?
                                    I am calling aquagaurad service center but no one is there to pick the call, , its really frustrating.
                                    we wanted the aquaguard classic model to be re-installed at our place alongwith servicing but the utter negligiance and cold responce from the companys service staff and call takers left us wondering that is it what we were promised while purchasing this model.

                                    Im prasidha purchased aqua gurad reviva model and called for the service the technician had attended the unit but im having same problem and now im asking for the senior technician these customer care people are least bother to send. They are literally cheating that today he will be coming .
                                    I AM USING REVIVA RO SINCE LAST 3 YEARS AND NOW THE TDS IS 20 .I CALLED SERVICE PERSONE BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SOLUTION HOW TO MAKE IT CORRECT. MY RAW WATER TDS IS 495 IN SUMMER.

                                    I have informed tht I have purchased aqua guard water purifier in the year 2005, the service provider was giving his techninal services since last three years, but in this year 2009 since 5 or 6 month the service provider is giving us very bad service, and they are not attending calls properly, our yearly bill submitting date is 31st may but due to bad services we didn't paid, my aqua guard purifier is not work properly, its really frustrating, Its request please kindly help us( Contact No-:[protected] Mr.S.                                     we have purchased a Aquaguard RO system in Aug 2006 and they promissied to provide to service visit every 6 months for the period of 2 years free.                                     Most horrible service standards.No one attends to calls sincerely - call centre people keep on repeating that the complain (no. 55352606 on 10th Sep'09) has been forwarded and shall be rectified by day end but no one turns up. This despite the fact that we have bought an AMC for our machine on 31st Aug'09 (just 10 days back). First I was told that the problem will be rectified within 24 hours which on the second day was changed to 24 working hours and was also clarified that they have 12 working hours in a day so the actual turaround time is 2 days. On the third day when I checked up as to how many working hours are there in their day - they say it is 9 hours a day!!! It is the most ridiculous thing I have seen where the company changes its working hours everyday to justify their inefficiency...

                                    Aquaguard Classic with e-boiling+ — servicing not done

                                    I am Raunaq Sinha, from Dhenkanal want to put a complaint regarding the service of my Aquaguard.
                                    I had purchased an Aquaguard (Classic) with e-boiling+ of Eureka Forbes in November 2007 from Eureka Forbes, Cuttack.

                                    After these sales persons visiting time to time my home for demo and shaking their tail like dog asking for purchasing and continuously following it up with me. It took less than 1 hour, after my phone call, for the sales personnel to reach my residence to take the amount for procurement.

                                    As per the sales agreement the service personnel should come for free servicing after 6 months without our call as they say they have record of it. But now it seems to be completing two year, no one is turning up for service rather on repeated complaints to Eureka Forbes personnel at HO positioned at Forest Park or any other service personnel of any center at Bhubaneswar.

                                    I am having a very pathetic experience with Eureka Forbes. Their service is just pathetic.

                                    Can we expect a more responsible act from Eureka Forbes ? Can we expect the same agility and prompt service as shown while taking sales? I am regretting for buying Eureka Forbes product.

                                    The customer care seemed to be least bothered. Now we are still waiting for the action to be taken but all it leads to is frustration and anger...i would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer care...really poor service

                                    I have Aquagaurd Nova which I bought in 2006.
                                    In april 2009 I shifted to Delhi and called the engineer from the authorised service center, of my area (Hotline services india ) to install the aquagaurd.He recommended that I take 1 year AMC with him in which he would change the carbon once and the candle twice and attend to any fault which may require repair.
                                    After the first service (change of candle and carbon) I realised that the buttons of the aquagaurd where not working, - the music button did not play and the water button would trip .
                                    Dispite repeated complain in the sevice centre no one came
                                    Then on april 23 2010 I got a call from the service centre that my service was due and would i like to renew the contract. Just to get the seviceman visit me i agreed on phone and la-behold the man was there the next day and he changed the carbon and the candle both. When i told him that i dont want AMC he gave me a huge bill for his services and said that i have to pay because my contract expired two days back . He spoke to his office on phone and he fidelled with the aquagaurd and now i get no water
                                    The sevice centre now refuse to repair it
                                    This is blackmail...

                                    Eureka Forbes has become worst in all kind of customer service.
                                    Their salesmen sale product door to door. I have purchased Aqua Guard Classic 6 months back. 1st free service is due. I have called the person whom i bought the unit. He is aking me to call many places at diffrent nos. He is so arrogant that he is asking me that u have given cheque to company so u follow up with it not me. I didnt get any response. On top of that I didnt recvd Invoice for the same. At the time of purchase, salesmen assured me that I'll receive invoice within 15-21days. Now its more than 6 months. Still I am calling them for invoice. Salesmen's name is Laxman & his contact no is [protected] at Pune.

                                    So think twice before purchasing any Eureka Forbes product.
                                    Pune people mind well i[censored] meet the same salesmen dont respond him.
