I had on 01.03.2022, requested for repair and servicing of my aqua guard classic water purifier with the customer care call centre of Eureka Forbes, the manufacturer of the water purifier. Accordingly on 04.03.2022, the technician of the company, Shri Uday, visited my residence and carried out the repairs viz., cleaning of the water purifier, replacing two filters, serviced the machine and charged me Rs.1800 for the same, which i have paid in cash. After he left, i switched on the water purifier, and was shocked to find it was not working. I called the technician Shri Uday, several times, but he was not taking my calls. I therefore made several calls on 05.03.2022 07.03.22 and 08.03.22 to the customer care (number [protected]), they noted down my complaint and assured me that the work will be attended to on a top priority basis and has been marked accordingly. But i regret to inform that till now, the matter has not been attended/resolved and i am still not able to use the water purifier.
I therefore request the forum to take up the matter with M/s. Eureka Forbes and arrange for immediate resolution of my grievance.
