    I have purchased wet and dry vacuum cleaner on 30th July 2021. It stopped working frequently and they are not providing proper service. I have to give reminder again and again. They don’t give proper justification and service even if said product is under warranty period. They sold me defective product.

      Hello Team,

      I've been a customer with Eureka Forbes since 2010 and have purchased 3 water purifiers till now worth of 35, 000/- rupees.

      Recently I have purchased "Aquaguard enrich RO water purifier" worth of 20, 000/- rupees and while purchasing this product the sales executive from Eureka forbes team promised me of giving coupons worth of Rupees 5000/- which can be utilized for replacing purifier candles and free servicing for next 2 years.

      Its been six months that I have purchased this product and have not received the coupons as promised by the executive and whenever am calling the sales agent he is not responding to my calls and behaving very rude with me.

      I have registered two complaints with Eureka forbes customer care team and have not received any response from them.

        Hi,

        I had bought Aquaguard Purifier on 7th May..The person said it would be installed on 3rd may..I had called the helpdesk 4 times till now..Still I gavent got a call for installation. I got a installation feedback message although i never got it installed.

          I got a call from a eureka Forbes technician regarding a free service for the water purifier. Even though I initially declined, the technician told me it's free and useful for the purifier. The technician was not wearing any uniform or carrying an ID when he arrived. When I asked for one he showed me a service request on his phone instead. He was here for 20 minutes, and after he left the water purifier started to overflow, and now has stopped working all together. This was 3 days back. Even after multiple calls to the customer service, no one has resolved the issue till now. Why service a machine if you don't have the parts for it? This is a scam. Local recognized service franchises send unskilled technician for easy revenue generation. Extremely disappointed with this racket.

            I complained on 8th complain number [protected]. No services received inspite of sending several emails and call.
            Only going round and round. Still no one bothered ombudsman doesn't pick phone.
            No after sales service. Purchasing water as my RO has stopped working

              I am going to complaint on customer service, it's very bad 3 days back I complaint on my new installation, but still no response even I called 3 times Till today, This is the way your company Treat customer's I'm fedup with ur product response, by tomorrow morning if I won't get installation and free service, I ll dismiss ur product and I ll share my feedback to my neighbour's and friends how I faced issue from your end

                Dear Sir,

                I am sorry to say that very bad services and i am going publish the same in Eureka Forbes home page.

                I don't think the mail what i sent to you is impactable. But still i will write to you and same mail i will publish is home page let people see before buying Eureka Forbes products.

                After escalating to you the technician visited on 3rd of May 2022 that means No use of escalation to YOU. Anyway he visited and replaced the filter and than he said mother board not working and needs to replaced. before changing filter indication light was blinking and after changing the filter also indication light is blinking that means it was not a problem with filter and it was a problem with mother board still filter charged and went.
                post that technician said he will get the mother board and replace.

                till now not done and i called your call center( Banupriya Call Center and Mala Team Leader) they made me to wait 31 minutes and alter on they said it will be resolved in 2 to 3 days.

                is this the service you want to provide to customer. i am really sorry to say that i made a mistake by purchasing Aqua guard

                      I purchased Eureka Forbes aquagard alkaline on 31-Jan-2022 and I have faced a lots of problems. 1) Water leaking 3 times 2) water is very heavy to drink 3) water tasteless 4) Hanging not properly bend 2 times
                      Technician had visited more than 15 mints buts still my problem didn't get resolved from your side.
                      Eureka Forbes sales manager and senior also visit and he checked and said to replace it. But when I called him they said we can't replace it we can only check and they send technician for check and technician visit but didn't get resolved it. I had called with Area head of ghaziabad of your company but they also not resolved the same.
                      Still I'm facing water problem and it's bitter in taste and heavy after drunk. I am very much disappointed with your company service and your product. Earlier I used Kent I never faced this problem but your product quality is not good and not got any solution. One more issue I faced I login on app but my product details are not there and not able to complaint look. I want the solution against it???

                        I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Nrich Hd RO+UV+MTDS, cusomter id. [protected].

                        I purchased the AMC for one year by paying Rs. 6100 on April 30th, there is no response from the eureka forbes till now. I dont want there service nor there faulty product (which water stops after every 4000ltrs and we need to replace candle everytime after that by paying so much of money).

                        I repeatedly called service office, tweeted in twitter and posted in facebook, there is no response. I need a refund, I dont need any service from them. There service is very pathetic.

                        I would like to get the refund.

                          I booked Dr Aquaguard NRICH HD water purifier Dileep is the Representative who have gave me the demo on 9-OCT-2021, i paid the full amount and product is not yet delivered, multiple service request i created in Eureka forbes portal ticket id : [protected] there is no response from eureka forbes team, they are bunch of cheaters sitting in eureka forbes and cheating all the customers

                            I placed an online order through Eureka Forbes website on 18th April 2022 and till 1 at May the order is not yet confirmed and customer care no one is ready to listen anything. The company seems to be a scam where no one responds once you pay. Kindly help.

                              We bought eureka Forbes split AC unit and it works only for 4 months and repair, their customer service is worst and technician don't know how to fix the problem. Still now it cannot run. One of the worst and garbage product. Please don't buy their air conditioner product.

                                I need a dust collection bag for my Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel vacuum cleaner. When I spoke to customer support today, I was asked to check in the website. Inspite of telling repeatedly that it is not listed in the website, the person on the other side was very harsh and disconnected the call. Seems she doesn't even know about the product.

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that the above said product doesn't work properly with lot of complaints and it is not up to the expectations. Iam VERY VERY SORRY to inform you that I raised a complaint on[protected] regarding poor performance of water filtering.

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that your service technician called upon me visited to our place and tested the product and suggested to replace the filters (which are damaged with in 7 months of product's purchase) as early as possible and as the product is in warranty period. The same was explained to the customer care team and requested to replace the filters at fee of cost and the case was not considered by your customer service team. I keep on raising my concern to your team and at last guy named Nizam assured me that he is going to forward my case to high officials by email. and afer 2 or 3 days he responded that the filters will be replaced at free. and accepted to send the device technician to my place.
                                  After 2 days service technician called me and visited my place but he refused to replace the filters at free of cost.
                                  In this regard I remain complaining to customer care team again but the problem was not at all solved since one month.
                                  I also want to bring to your notice that the service technicians over here (Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh) are not at all work efficient which very bad on customers point of view.
                                  I would be grateful if you could solve the problem which is pending for more than one month.
                                  I really appreciate your help

                                    I bought an aquaguard water purifier in 2007. All along the maintenance job has been assigned to Mr. Suman. Last month, the purifier gone defective and I called Suman. He came and said that circuit is defective. He took out a packet from his bag and replaced the Circuit. The packet said to contain a Circuit, carries no writing of Product name, Name of manufacturer, Place of manufacture, MRP etc. It appeared to be suspicious of the product genuineness. He charged me Rs. 1870/- for the Circuit. I asked for payment receipt but he refused. On the contrary, he took away my old circuit. The entire deal appeared to be suspicious. Please look into the matter and protect my interest.

                                      Product under maintenance contract
                                      Service request made on 31-Mar-22 for replacement of split hose (tap to filter). Scheduled for the same evening by 1900 hours. Not made. Reminded on 31-Mar and 3-Apr. Schedule given for within 24 hours and 72 hours respectively. Not made. Handled the job myself (10 minutes). SMS on 9-Apr giving tech name and "Satisfaction" code. No visit. Tech called on 12-Apr. Reported the entire episode to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com. No response.
                                      Service request No [protected] for Aquaguard not working 25-Apr-2022. Tech. visit scheduled for 1600 hrs 26-Apr. No visit. Called Customer Care who promised to revert status within an hour. No respones.
                                      Called 27-Apr. Callback made within 1 hour with a promise to attend to complaint within 24 hours. No response so far.
                                      When Customer Care is called attended to by an outside call centre whose only role (seems) to be recording the complaint. Notes made on poor technical response made to company which does not respond.
                                      Difficult to understand how the service operates with no schedule given for attending to complaint - be it 1 day, 1 week or 1 year! Does the company expect us to be at their beck and call without visit schedule details?

                                      Anyone wanting to invest in a product made by Eureka Forbes please keep this in mind - they do not value any maintenance contracts entered into by them.
