I am a customer from last more than 5 years. I take AMC every year. My RO is not woking properly from last 6 months and I am complaining every 15 days. Technician visit and correct the problem. But product again stops working. Please send qualified technician on priority and fix. My neighbours have RO product of other brands and they are not facing such issues.

I have a forbes health conditioner 1.5 ton AC. I am facing low cooling and water leak issue with the product. So I booked a service with eureka forbes. I had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier last year. This year I had to get the candles changed. The person who came to change the candles has tampered with the purifier now the water leaks from the water purifier. I have noticed even with my last purifier once you call the service ppl, they spoil some part inside so that we have to keep calling them.

Hi team, I am following up with eureka Forbes for Aquaguard water purifier water service. I have renewed my annual maintenance contract as well. Still i did not get any proper response from company about mandatory filter service.
