Eureka took money from on malfunctioned Product (Aqua guard water purifier Aura) at Aug/Sep'21

And top of it, Eureka took additional money - saying filters are not working and doesn't cover under warranty. Though the purifier was having issues from day one which their hided during the installation.

Even after changing filters purifier didn't work.

Been chasing from months. No proper response, always says "we are working on it."

They took the purifier to their warehouse/lab months back and still No updates on status what's happening.

I have been chasing for product replacement or refund of all money including additional amount took for filters(where product its is having problem). But Eureka is NOT committed in solving customer issues but they are looting money for malfunctioned and failure product.

    Frustrating experience from known brand "Eureka Forbes, Chennai". Played unethical selling gimmicks, sales team promised same day installation and collected full amount but delayed delivery by almost a week. After many follow ups with sales and customer service, got a 6 month old manufactured product. Again started fighting with sales and customer services, making 5-6 calls daily. Out of frustration, sent email to return the product. Sales person started playing tricks, he said trying to get approval for 2022 product but that was going on for a while. Escalated to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in but a simple ticket was created and no prompt action was taken. Its better to work with local team rather than escalating to top management as they don't have actual control on anything. Eureka website says 30 days money back guarantee but they are not helping customers to return the product. That is a fake advertisement. Finally got a 2022 product after 3 weeks of struggle but not sure how long will take for installation. i don't have an option to get money back as no one talks about it, only option is to get the product installed. Customers kindly be aware.

      I have purchase Aquaguard filter model Blaze before 3 months but from last 7 days it was not functioning properly I have complaint to the call centre of the Aquaguard but they have not solve my filter problem from last 3 days and that's why I am so irritated.

        I had purchased the above unit on 6th Feb, 2022 under invoice No.[protected] dated 7th Feb 2022. The item was delivered on 9th Feb and I have sent the copy of the invoice to you to register towards warranty. While booking the product I was told by your Executive that I will get product discount of Rs.750/- and is eligible for a coupon worth of Rs. 1000/- which can be used towards future AMC. Till date I have not received any communication in this regard. Kindly look in the matter and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

          I have put request for installation of water purifier. Still my purifier uninstalled almost after 10 days. I have done with complaint 3 times but every time complaint registered and no result. i am helpless even after selecting worlds best water purifier.

            The service for my water purifier, Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflow was due on 27.1.22. The AMC for that was renewed on 18.1.22 by paying the stipulated amount online. On 31st January a technician from the service centre came with a new filter and in the process of replacing the filter the casement got damaged. He took back the filter along with the casement promising to come back within a couple of days. But still I didn't get back the parts and the machine is lying idle, even after 37 days.

            In between, I emailed on 10.2.22 explaining the problem but there was no response. Escalated the complaint by emailing again on 2.3.22. On the same day I got a call from their Mumbai office telling me that this would be resolved soon. After that on 4.3.22 I got a call from them again assuring me that a senior technician would call me within 48 hours. But still nobody called yet, even after 5 days.

            Several calls made to the local service centre since the beginning of this problem remained to be futile.
            They didn't have any clear cut answers to my queries as to when I would get my machine in perfect condition.

            When escalate the complaint someone would call and promise something but no action is taken.

            Now we are deprived of purified water for all these days. I don't know when this problem will be resolved.

              I have had an extremely poor experience with Eureka’s “ROBO MOP & VAC” equipment, and the experience is nothing less than a SCAM.

              Your sales staff was quite persistent on us buying it despite us having issues with your previous Mop n Vac model. We bought it in good faith on the terms that it could be returned if found unsatisfactory. The delivery of the product was fast and so was the payment from us.

              From then on it was all downhill. For several days, we kept getting calls asking us if the equipment was installed or not, but no one would come. Ultimately, 2 people landed up after weeks. They not only fail to install but also refuse to give a demo. I had to then pursue with the sales guy (Pankaj Dubey turns up as Mr M P Yadav was on leave). Fair demo happened and we started using it.

              Within a week we realize this piece is nothing but a toy. Ineffective, useless, and much away from the claims made. Your person Pankaj agreed and said that the new model takes care of these issues raised. If so, why am I being given this poor piece? He gracefully accepted and agreed that M P Yadav will take the current product back.

              Even after constant reminders and the fact that MP Yadav agreed to initiate the return procedure, it was not resolved. Through personal efforts, I even emailed their head Manoj Pant. MP Yadav has been genuinely customer friendly but today I learned that the real problem creator has been Manoj Pant, who is neither worried about my concern nor has had the courtesy to even respond. My reminders have also been in vain. (The trail is below)

              Please escalate this to your CEO. I am sure he would care about their customer as I do for mine.

                Dear Madam,
                I Chintan Chheda bought Aquaguard Essence on Feb’21. In Feb’22 i bought Amc from your serivce team. After purchase of Amc within couple of days it got overflowed and it was complete water in whole kitchen, very next day engineered resolve the issue. Again yesterday machine stop working I raised complaint yesterday and by today your engineer visited. He repaired it immediately and was moving by taking happy code. But at same moment i ask him to check water tds level. After checking it was found 5-6 range. I was really shocked bec he told sir 30-40 hona chahiye. He immediately called up his trainer and ask him details. Trainer was unable to give concrete answer. Hé went today and told i will do enquiry about this product and will let u know about this in couple of days.

                This is really pathetic no one in ur team know how much tds level required for this specific machine.
                And twice i got a problem.

                Literally u people are playing from our life. It’s is most expensive machine which cost appx 25k. After paying so high amt we don’t have concrete answer. We are drinking unsafe water.

                My current purifier tds is between 5-6 so checked article from google and i was shocked to read that i[censored]r tds is below 20 it is harmful

                  I had on 01.03.2022, requested for repair and servicing of my aqua guard classic water purifier with the customer care call centre of Eureka Forbes, the manufacturer of the water purifier. Accordingly on 04.03.2022, the technician of the company, Shri Uday, visited my residence and carried out the repairs viz., cleaning of the water purifier, replacing two filters, serviced the machine and charged me Rs.1800 for the same, which i have paid in cash. After he left, i switched on the water purifier, and was shocked to find it was not working. I called the technician Shri Uday, several times, but he was not taking my calls. I therefore made several calls on 05.03.2022 07.03.22 and 08.03.22 to the customer care (number [protected]), they noted down my complaint and assured me that the work will be attended to on a top priority basis and has been marked accordingly. But i regret to inform that till now, the matter has not been attended/resolved and i am still not able to use the water purifier.
                  I therefore request the forum to take up the matter with M/s. Eureka Forbes and arrange for immediate resolution of my grievance.

                    Purchased water purifier in mid of dec 2021. Since the product did not fit my wall and also heavy for the wall, requested the sales person to take back the product. Also lodged a complaint in helpdesk. It's been three months, product is still with me. There is no action taken on refund request.

                      I would like to lodge a complaint against your service team in chandigarh. We have a UV filter from Aquaguard which is under AMC. We lodged a request for overflow (Request no [protected]).

                      On Friday 4 March’22, executive Mohit visited our house in the afternoon. He didn’t have any ID card and had no clue what was wrong with the machine was continuously calling other team menders and asked to take the machine. Obviously not satisfied with his expertise we declined. The filter stopped working after that.

                      Next day 5 March your team visited us 3 times upon following up with Rajni. Even upon insistence to send a senior technician, every time novice Mohit came along with a new person. Parampreet and one more whose name I couldn’t get. I had a meeting going on and had to mange the 2 visits along with it.

                      3 parts were replaced and still the machine wasn’t functional. Post the 2 visits, your executives Mohit and Parampreet mentioned they will come again with a part in 15min as it’s in their sector 20 office. After waiting for 1.5hr I called only to know they are servicing another client.

                      After several calls with them and Rajni, your executive came again to say that the machine will be taken tomorrow morning. This started from 11am to 9.30pm.

                      Next morning the machine was picked at 9.40am again by Mohit and we were told it will be installed back by 12pm. However after calling Parampreet and Mohit at 5pm, we got to know that there was no one the machine was being attended by and we were given the contact of Jiwan the senior technician. At 7pm Jiwan told me there was no fault with the machine except a sensor and the part replacement was unnecessary. We were assured both by Rajni and Jiwan that the machine will be returned and we should not lodge a complaint.

                      However we again had to start calling at 10am next morning as the machine was still not returned. That is when I called Mr. Abhishek Jain to escalate.

                      It is a harrowing experience for any customer to keep on calling so many people each shifting the buck to the other with no one taking responsibility. Rajni was patient and assuring every time but no action was taken.

                      We needed to go out and had to miss 2 events to be at home waiting for your team to return. Again on a working day start this entire exercise to make sure we get our machine back.

                      This is an extremely poor reflection of the expertise, professionalism and service quality of Eureka Forbes. Even after taking AMC Jiwan told us our filters were obsolete, machine not clean as the earlier team servicing was outsourced and the current one is too new to know anything.

                      What kind of a message is Eureka Forbes giving? Still not sure when this request will be closed. This is the worst harassment your company can cause to any customer.

                        0 star from my side to this product and the customer service. Reason behind this because...

                        I bought this product from Amazon and delivered it on 27 January 2022 and got installed after too many call.

                        I don't have any issue with this installation.

                        But the main issue is company delivered the product is manufactured in 2019.
                        It means they delivered me 3 year old manufactured product.

                        In this today's world who bought 3 year old manufactured electronic item.

                        I think no one will bought, because in today's world every one wants to buy latest product.

                        And when I call to the customer service regarding my issue.
                        I got an ans saying replace or return it.
                        We can't do any thing.
                        You purchase the product, you have to deal with it.

                        That's one issue.

                        Second one is
                        I have to call them to register my product on their Eureka Forbes application after calling too many times still I didn't get any response for that too.
                        I didn't remember but I have call them around 10-12 times just to say that please register my product on your system so that I can use your applications.
                        I call customer service they took my details and leave it as it is.
                        Even I gave my details on Eureka Forbes official WhatsApp 2-3 times.
                        But still no response.

                        I forget this all issue.
                        But today 6 March 2022 I got a call from customer service asking me that I am having issue with Eureka Forbes application because your details are not updated in the system.
                        I said sir I have given my details too many time why it was not updated before.
                        They said sorry sir.
                        Please give me one more time I will update it now.

                        Now I gave them my details this time also.
                        Let's see what happens now.

                        So the over all review is this Eureka Forbes company is completely waste of time and money for me.
                        And the give me alot of tension also which I have never expected from this company.

                            Sir when i am switching on the machine by touching, the light of the machine is not moving so we think due to that problem water may not be pure 100%. So please send your mechanic to solve it.

                              We did an amc for 2 years in October, the first servicing was due in February, we booked a service request on Wednesday 23rd February and to this day no one has come for the servicing, we even filed a complaint thrice on the automatic eureka Forbes watsapp number but no one has called us to this date. Disgusting after sales service .

                                Hi I would like to let you know that I purchased a AMC for Aquasure crystal water purifier on Feb 1 st 2022 through a link from the company sent to my mobile. I was a former user of the product. Recently I had changed my device . However I wrongly purchased the AMC for Rs 5650 for a period of 3 years. The service personnel came for Aquasure service and noted that the device was different. He politely explained it to me. I request you to Kindly refund the AMC as it was a clerical mistake .

                                  I bought an Astor model of Aqua gaurd water purifier on 26th feb 2022. The distributor arranged to install the RO on the same day. After installation when I gave him the money and asked for the bill. He took money and said the Eureka forbes billing software is not working so he will provide bill and warranty card on next day. I I called him the next day he said the company's billing software is still not working and he will be unable to provide the bill for another 10 to 15 days.                                     I have purchased a water purifier and is in warranty period. On 6th Feb 2022, Water purifier stopped working and raised complaint for the same. On 7th Feb 2022 technician came and told spare part is not available, will take it 3 days. After 3 Days i am continuously call the call center executives and everyday they are saying technician will call back, till date they have not attended. I was not happy with the things going on with my complaint. I want my water purifier to be replaced with the a new product / refund my amount if they are not able to do the support. Please do the needful

                                      Sales person from Eureka Forbes had visited our home on 17th Jan 2022 . His number is Raghu([protected]) . We were interested in installing water softner but we were not sure if it was installable. He surveyed the bathroom and said he would take care of installing and guaranteed no issue in installing. Despite our reservation he forced us to pay Rs17500 that day itself. After the product was delivered the installation technician came and confirmed it was un-installable in our bathroom. Since then our ordeal started. We contacted this person but he never picked up the call. Finally called Eureka forbes customer care on 17th/18th Feb and they registered installation request but no-body turned up. Meanwhile we tried calling Mr Raghu from other number (as he would not pick call), then this time luckily he picked call and asked to send barcode. 3 days after this when we called again, some other person picked the call and used harsh/abusive language.
                                      I and my extended family use 4-5 products from aquaguard, but with this experience I am thinking of dumping out all of them.
                                      Cheating Rs17500 is only a minor part of our ordeal, but harassment by eureka forbes staffs was too much and we will be loosing trust on this brand.

                                        I have ordered a 3 star AF 10 series inverter split AC-1.5 ton (Order id [protected]) on 11 February 2022. The order has been accepted and the payment was successful. There are no changes in the order status since the day of the purchase. I have contacted the customer care and they said that there is no product available right now and they promised they would intimate me when the product is available. The customer care executive did not contact me yet
