I bought this RO purifier in Alwar ( Rajasthan) on 7 Dec 2019, the service was good in Alwar but because of the nature of my job i moved to Pune. I put a request for the reinstallation of my RO purifier but no one turned up even after repeated complaints and emails to customer care team. Ultimately i installed it myself. Now after working for few months the water started leaking from it. Even this time after complaining through App and phone no one turned up. I am really disgruntled by this lackadaisical attitude of service centre. The customer care team is pathetic and did nothing even after repeated emails. Everytime I write an email there is a system generated response. Such a big company has zero involvement with problems of their customer.

    I have placed demo requests multiple times. No demo is given. Now I dont know how to maintain the product.

    Very negligent behavior from the team

      We purchased LVAC vacuum cleaner, through Eureka Forbes Sales representative in Bangalore during the month of Feb 2022. The product details are provided below.

      There is an issue with the auto docking feature of this product and having consulted with Eureka Forbes technician in Bangalore, I have been advised to raise this formal complaint. Please note that the space around the charging station is as per product guidelines (installed by your technician). So, the issue is with the product not being able to locate its docking station. Could you kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Will look forward for the complaint number along with its resolution.

        Everytime same lame excuses telling "we are following up your complaints" and nothing services are given for installation. Rescheduled dates given by company itself yet no one appears for installation. Lack of basic work ethics making customer wait for one week. We have returned the product keeping it uselessly after buying for one week waiting literally daily which is so disgusting behaviour by company customer service and it's a clean failure of customer support wing who can't reach your concern regional Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh branch employees to guide for installation services.

          Till the time the product works you are safe. They will convince you for AMC and keep following up. Once purchased you will start following them up. Apart from framed responses to your complaint, do not expect any service.
          My Aquaguard is under AMC and even after a week I am still struggling for getting it serviced, resulting in no filtered drinking water.
          Even the CEO desk continuously gives false assurances but no result.
          Below is the response received again after complaining continuously for a week
          We have found complaint [protected] registered on 28/03/2022 is still in progress.

            I am Dr Darshan Patil. I have bought aquaguard water purifier about 2 months back. soon after installation it started leaking the service executive said the installation was not done properly.

            now after 2 months the water is leaking from all sides of the purifier and the service guys turn up really late. they visit and say the carbon unit in the purifier is damaged and the whole unit needs to be replaced. this has to be done by the person from whom we have bought the product. so I have brought through the sales executive by name Shankar Prakash
            he is unable to reach now on phone

            we have switched off the water purifier now drinking tap water

              I am Arvind Kumar Singh resident of MIG 89 Preetam Nagar Colony, Prayagraj has been chasing Eureka Forbes on my complaint from last 8 months on low TDS issue. I have taken comprehensive AMC and still my issue has not been resolved. In additional, the executive calls me every week and assures that he is coming but nobody turned up till now since I have filed another service compliant on 11th March 2022.                 1) I purchased the Aquagaurd - Advance Active copper water purifier from retailer on[protected]. Bill copy attached here which clearly mentions 1 year warranty.
                2) Initially Service Team team denied responsibility for installation justifying area is not covered under their territory.
                3) On[protected], observed a water leakage problem from filter. We logged a complaint with Eureka Forbes, no. is [protected] for the same.
                Service person called & informed us that all services will be chargeable as machine is not under Warranty. However they never queried for Registered mobile number. We were surprised to know that even after showing Original bill copy also, Service provider denied warranty for the machine. As the retailer has not updated the backend end warranty details to Eureka Forbes they can not provide me services.
                4) As the situation was critical with 2 months baby in my house I requested him to to help me with advance AMC purchase and get the purifier back to work. Provider confirmed that other than filter everything would be covered under warranty. However, next day engineer says PCB will not be covered under 1 yr. Warranty and you need to buy 2 year warranty for the same which was another surprise and contradictory statement from previous commitment.
                5) On sharing RMN number which is different from the number used to file complaint they confirmed that system is under warranty and everything other than filter would be covered however Service team is trying to enforce the AMC against the filter cost which is purely for commercial benefit and not addressing the solution.
                6) On Tuesday morning Engineer replaced the filter and identified the PCB is faulty due to water leakage.
                6) Its being more than a week that still PCB is awaited and for drinking and cooking water I have to be dependent on other water resources.

                Hi Team, Till now there is not action from Eureka Forbes team. They have closed the Consumer complaint without my consent. I need refund for all the money that have spent over last 20 days to get Drinking Water from Outside. I need replacement of the machine as I cannot spent more money on my drinking water.

                1) It seems Eureka Forbes team is trying to do fraud us with justification that PCB is unavailable. Its being more than 20 days we are waiting for PCB.

                2) Its being more than 20 days, PCB is waited. I am not sure if PCB has dependencies due to WAR between Russia and Ukraine.

                3) If PCB is not available I need replacement of the existing appliances and a refund for all the money that have spent over last two weeks to get Water from Out Side.

                3) Eureka Forbes support team is not trustworthy as Engineer tried to sale additional AMC with statement, " for PCB replacement you need to purchase AMC for two years" which is contradictory from his reporting who agreed that other than filter everything wil be covered under AMC Support:.

In this mail we would like to send a Complaint on the service provided my the Eureka Forbes team-water purifier in kakinda -Andhra Pradesh.I sent a complaint mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on March 17, 2022 but didn't receive any response from the team. From about a month we are trying to contact the service person name Srinivas([protected])- kakinda, who usually visit and contact us for our renewal process-water purifier which is generally done with in the regular intervals of time.But now as our water purifier is not working and in this pandemic which is very mandatory for every family.We are trying to contact him continuously but we didn't receive any response from him which is very worse and unexpected part from the Eureka Forbes Team. So I inform this to you to take a very urgent and serious action for this complaint on this matter and visit our address immediately for the customer service

                          I made a request of eureka about non working of my Maxima RO+UV+MTDS. When technician came first time he just guessed the problem without opening it and started marketing of selling filter worth of rs. 6650.
                          When second time technician come he told sensor is not working and lastly after four visit he confirmed moter had problem. He left my RO machine dismantled. Then he assured me he would come next day and resolved the problem. He didn't come. Now it has been more than 10 days but my problem remained unsolved though it is in warranty period. I have the worst experience with this EUREKA. don't buy any product of this company. It is looting innocent people.

                            Bought new 2 units Aquaguard RO. Red light blinking in one unit since 4th November. No service provided till now. Now on 24th March, they are asking for 4000rs even under warranty period.

                            Please help.

                              This is with references to caption service request number no one has turned up so far while the request was raised on 15th of March 2022.

                              Further escalation was made through [protected] on 20th March but went in vain.

                              Further escalation was made [protected] but no has bothered to revert.

                              It all started when the engineer who come for regular service of Aquaguard and post service we have observed there was no water was coming to purifier then immediately it was bring to his notice but thereafter only thing which we are doing chasing you people for solution.

                              Very poor services from Aquaguard .

                              There is no TAT for service solution surprise ?

                                Worst service provided. Employee who come for service acquaguard will demand to pay money of ₹3000 in which to service as we have warranty to claim. I have recorded all the spoken words for repair excecutive who had come for normal checkup of our acquaguard along within photo. Even he tells why u purchase in shop not in online that’s why we will not consider warranty. So regarding this proof i am filling a complaint about Eureka Forbes in all TV channels & Police complaint for further action.

                                Dear customers kindly never buy any product in Eureka Forbes as they cheat the consumers to pay money & not for proper maintenance of product.

                                  It was very good in warranty period and after warranty this gone worst.

                                  Recently on 16th March i have raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling and taken Complaint No.

                                  since 17 march I am continue following This Company Customer care but no response. Putted on twitter, facebook but only DM DM msg.

                                  I bought a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Model Code Prime UV and HSN/SAC Coed 84212190 on 17-Nov-2021 of Rs. 4300.

                                  On 25-Feb-2022 an executive named Santosh from Eureka Forbes visited my premises saying that its a free service visit from the company for maintenance of water purifier, so we allowed him to do the servicing of the water purifier which was my biggest mistake of my life for trusting...

                                  Eureka Forbes sold us 3 years AMC with a committed gift option on buying and we procured the same. But now its been more than 2 months, we are following for claiming the gift but we recieve their auto responders with apologies and no futher manual intervention. We contact to their all email ID;s and chat and toll free number but each time we just get reference number.

                                  We are now forced to lodge a complaint in consumer court as they are not refunding the AMC amount.

                                    I have been patronising Aqua Guard water filter since 1997. In August 2021 I contacted your call centre through WhatsApp for a product upgrade demo. The call centre sent one Somnath Chatterjee along with Kaushik Banerjee to my residence. Both said they were from the Ajoy Nagar office of Eureka Forbes. After I paid them for a new water purifier, they handed me a handwritten 'invoice' for the purchase. The handwritten bill is attached for your perusal.
                                    At that time of purchase, when I asked them for a computer generated invoice, they told me that the handwritten invoice will suffice.
                                    Now more than six months have elapsed, still my product is not registered in your database. I have repeatedly been pursuing Somnath Chatterjee ( phone number [protected]) but he is not cooperating in any manner. I have also contacted your central help line number through phone and WhatsApp, but clearly your help line is staffed with people completely ignorant about what needs to be done. In fact one person had the audacity to tell me that I had no reason to complain when the product has been delivered to me. If your organization shares the same stand regarding my complaint and believes that your responsibility ends with mere delivery of product without furnishing any documentary proof of purchase, then that is very unfortunate.
                                    Hence I request you to take immediate measures to get my product registered on your database by generating a computer generated invoice, so that I can avail of the free maintenance facilities.
