I've been fortunate to have the Aquarguard RO unit working till about a year ago. Since then, there has been one or the other replacement that had to be done - motor, wires, filters (cheap quality these days, I guess). Long story short, I renewed the AMC recently via the company website providing agent code (who usually attends to my requests). It so happened that unit stopped working that day. I've been running pillar to post, calling their call centers, serviceman, written to CEO helpdesk escalation (attached proof). Nothing, nothing works. They say it will be resolved on priority basis, urgent basis - all mere lip service. I repent being their customer whenever I have to engage with them. Please please think twice before you buy their products; Their after sales customer service is close to zero (very very poor quality).

Updated by Rajesh_R123 They say AMC is non-refundable. You could try renew on their website and you'd not get any Terms and Conditions whatsoever. They don't have any SLAs for closing service and simply do not communicate. You have to keep calling them adding to your own mental pressure. And there is no proper resolution or message at all.
Cheating scam by both Eureka and Sureka. If really Eureka wants to help, penalize and shut down Sureka
