Data leakers Eureka Forbes .
This is what happened to me due to the data leakage from your side.My Aquaguard third service was due on January 20, 2022 and I received a call from a person telling that he is Eureka Forbes technician by January 9th and he is coming for service. I told him to come and the guy came and did the service. I was not there at the home when the guy came, only my wife and my 2 year old daughter were there. By the time I reached he has completed the service and asked me to take two years service contract for 8250 Rs for which I accepted and paid the amount through debit card. The same fellow called me again telling that the amount got reversed so I have to pay the amount again. I checked through my bank and I told him the amount got debited after which he didn't call. Today I got a call from Eureka Forbes telling that my service is on due.I told them the service is already done last week and to my shock they told its not done from our side and it was attended by some local company and I was cheated Rs.8250. I asked them how the local company person got my number and came to know when my service to be done, they told me it's happening every month and some of our people are leaking the data, so you please complain to our company.What the hell is this, the person got my number through your people working in Eureka Forbes and i was not there when that person came.If something happened to my wife and kid who is responsible? It's you EUREKA FORBES LTD. for the details of your customers getting leaked to local people and getting cheated. I want you to take legal action against those cheaters and to lodge a police complaint against them. The amount I lost should be refunded. When I checked the bill it's Sureka forbes and really I wonder how your company technicians are involved in this type of scam.

Eureka forbes is encouraging this Sureka fobes else how will they have our details and reach us exactly on the renewal time.

Cheating scam by both Eureka and Sureka. If really Eureka wants to help, penalize and shut down Sureka
I called both Sureka and Eureka agents into a common place and discussed. Eureka agent don't want to take any action. All they say is you pay me 12K for AMC and move out of Sureka. But when asked how about the amount 8250 paid to Sureka, no answer.

Eureka should collect that amount from Sureka forbes and ask customer to pay remaining for AMC and help, If they really want to help.

    I got a Robo Vac and Mop from the sales guy who came home for a demo on 13th Jan 2022. He was so adamant and wanted me to book the robo immediately, even after me telling him that we need time to think. He told you buy the product now you will not get the offer if you book later. I told what if I do not like the product he told you can return it we will refund the money. It was not working as we expected the demo which was shown was also not correct. I told him this product is not what I want please take it back. I raised complain with customer care they sent me the same sales guys number for returning the product. He called me along with his manager on a con call. Manager was harsh and he informed that did you have it writing what the sales guy has informed, I told him I am not buying a local street product this is a branded company and they have a very good policy. Why are you people asking all this. He was very harsh and informed me that he cannot take the product and also refund. I have used the product only once to check if it works as expected. its packed and kept. From that day I am writing emails and calling them everyday. They are telling they are looking into it an someone will call back. But till date no one has called me atall. I have the list of escalation emails that I have sent them but no response. I just want them to tak the product back and give me refund.

      I logged a request on 6th jan2022 of service my aquaguard genius model and on 7th of January I got call that this person visit and whatever the problem I told over call to them and when the person came I told the problem they first told that we have to replace all the filter and that would cost me around 6k and when I told them filter is new something other problem then they told sometimes something and they even don't know what is exact problem, when they asked service charge I refused to give, I say that amount is for service not for visit and every times they visit they will charge, is it right way or just making money to fool customer, now my machine got another water leakage problem and now when I again complain that they will tell me first pay all the amount in advance then they will give service, is it not some kind if fraud? My friends told me not to buy this product as their service is very pathetic, now I feel it how right they are.

        Problem - Water is not getting loaded in Aquaguard as a result i am unable to use the same.

        I would like to bring to your notice that the Aquaguard (
        Maxima RO +UF) is under AMC from 27.03.2021 to 26.03.2022. I am not getting any proper service for rectification.

        Some of the request that were raised for installation of aquaguard and water loading issues raised from time to time

        I am not getting any proper support to make the aquaguard active. The inflow water to aquaguard is very very slow, and even after putting on the machine for 12 hours the water is not at all loading. It is causing inconvenience to me and additionally electric current is also getting wastage. I am forced to buy water from last 2 weeks as aquaguard is not working.

        The basic purpose of doing AMC of any product is to get the same rectified and make the machine in usable condition. I regret to inform you that Eureka Forbes is not taking the issue seriously for resolution.

        Eureka forbes engineer who are assigned to check the issue are not at all qualified and donot have sufficient knowledge to detect the issue and take action for resolution.
        Sample Incident:
        Engineer came and told that Aquaguard is having problem and the machine needs to be replaced, without checking the machine in details.
        On further escallation from my side, again few other engineer was asigned and at last it was found that the issue is with the "Motor". I have raised and taken up the issue at Service center level - then at last they have rectified the Motor issue. If motor is not working - how aquaguard will function.
        Presently motor is functional.
        Again the water loading issue is coming, engineer is not able to resolve the issue. The problem is occuring from last 4 months.

        I am raising this issue in this forum, so that proper action can be taken in rectification of Water purifier machine. I am not getting service from Eureka Forbes. As the machine is under AMC, i want Water purifier to function.

          We have Eureka Forbes water purifier and it’s under AMC since 10.03.3021. Now today the service executive calls and informs us that he will be comming and change the filter and the iron guards.After the executive finishes his job, he informs us that the AMC has to be renewed and do it now as the rate will rise next month ( every time while renewal it’s the same excuse).This time we asked the executive to show us our renewal date and the no’s of servicing left, but he says he don’t have the service book but everything he can see in the application even asked the changed rate but he couldn’t show us.
          My question is why I will renew my AMC now when it has 2 months time as well as verifying the rate.

            We have an AquaSure by Aquaguard water purifier from the past 10 years and we pay Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for it every year. We have lived in different cities of India in the past 10 years and have never faced any issues with any service. The service professionals schedule a maintenance visit regularly from their end by calling and come and service the machine along with renewing the AMC. This is true for the Bangalore and Vadodara service offices for Aquaguard.
            However, ever since we have shifted to Pune, we have been facing issues with the local Aquaguard service office. We shifted here in 2019 last quarter. Initially, it was very difficult to get a hold of a proper working number for the office. Then scheduling for refitting of the machine and service was a real pain. After that, no-one from the office ever calls to schedule the maintenance visit or perform AMC renewal. It is always us who have to make the call. Why this difference in the level of service in different cities??
            Also, it is 2022 and now the situation has become worse. We tried to schedule a visit from a professional to perform regular service activity and renew the AMC, but the local office told us that in addition to the AMC cost of INR 5, 200 we have to pay an additional cost of INR 530 as visitation charges to the professional. This is limits!!!
            How can a company like Eureka Forbes do this to a customer who has been with it for a decade?? It is like there are no morals left in these people. Are they trying to con us?

            I would strongly request you to take a look in the matter.

              I recently shifted to a new home in Lokhandwala, Mumbai. I dialled Eureka Forbes customer care for a new water purifier on 27/12/21 and salesman Tribhuvan Yadav was sent to my home.

              He checked the TDS and suggested we buy the ‘Aquaguard Enhance 20 Watts UV+UF’ model. I made an online payment of 12, 990/- via Credit card (payment reference number[protected] and he said it’ll be installed the next day. It wasn’t. When I called him, he said it is out of stock. Then he tried selling me other higher-priced models. I said I want a refund, he connected me to his boss Dilip Singh.

              Dilip apologised and said the refund will be processed to my card within 48 hours. The next day, by Bluedart courier an EF Water Purifier (Aquaguard Select Nrich UV) came to my home. I was confused as to who has sent this model as I never ordered it and Dilip had said a refund is being processed. I called Dilip and he said a mistake has been made and he’ll collect it that very day.

              Next day, he collected it, I trusted him and gave the machine back as he said the refund will be processed as promised. The 48 hours passed. Dilip and Tribhuvan stopped picking up my calls.

              As written on your site, I then wrote to Deepa and your CEO escalation desk thrice (latest ref number - [protected]). Each time I got a call saying they will forward my complaint to the sales team and I'll get a call within 24 hours. I didn't receive a single call.

              It has been 17 days and I still haven't received my refund. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with Eureka Forbes and this tantamounts to cheating.

                Product Name: Water Softener 2000

                I have purchased this product on 05-DEC-2019 by paying 48, 700/- online. After 2-3 months this product started malfunctioning intermittently and technicians visited couple of times and sorted out the issue temporarily. But even before one year is completed, this product again stopped working and since then the problems started happening repeatedly and most of the time it is not at all working and we were frustrated by making repeated complaints with Eureka Forbes and only couple of times the company sent service technician so far. Some times nearby franchise person will visit home and collect water samples and after that there were no response from the company side. I have asked to replace the product many times but there were no response at all. I'm desperately looking for the refund as I'm tired making repeated complaints and became restless by following up with them.

                  I have taken AMC for the Water Purifiers - Aquaguard Total Protec+RO which was started from July 2020 (1 Year AMC) but in between I have purchased a new water purifier Aquaguard Geneus RO+UV in Jan-2021 and old Water Purifiers has been removed/scraped.

                  So remaining unused AMC for old Water Purifiers suppose to transfer to my new m/c which has been confirmed by Customer care executive by mail.

                  But now for expire of warranty for my new Water Purifiers Eureka Forbes is denying to transfer the unused AMC.

                  So company like Eureka Forbes are taking money from customer to provide service but providing service when required. I much say very unprofessional company.

                      While installing one cylinder was leaking it took 3 days to fix it

                      After that tap was leaking

                      Now red light is on means uv light faulty

                      The guy came and changed the coil still red light is there

                      Pathetic quality of product and uneducated technicians

I have been associated your company for last 12 years now and I consider myself as a loyal customer of your Company. At first I used your Classic model aquaguard water purifier. but on 14/9/2019, I purchased Reviva RO+UV (Active Copper). The machine running smoothly. After warranty period I had done AMC on 24.09.2020 for one year. After completion of one year AMC again I had been done AMC on 06.09.2021. Suddenly on 05.01.2022 ( under AMC period) I noticed that a water leakage from my aquaguard. Accordingly I reported to the Customer Care and they send their Service Engineer. Accordingly service Engineer checking my product and told me water pump is damaged and he told that the new pump will be installed. But the next day he installed an old and repairable water pump. I told him why he installed old and repairable pump but he could not respond, then I told to Incharge of Durgapur Service Centre Mr. Dhananjoy Dutta said to me that only he provided old and repairable water pump. Is this justify? Myself paid AMC charges for Rs. 5100/- for avoiding disturbances not for old repairable product. Durgapur Servicing Centre Cheated and fraud me. Eureka Forbes is one of best and trusted company in our Country as well as World but Durgapur Servicing Centre becoming decreasing the name of Eureka Forbes. Kindly do something for providing me the new water pump for my new Reviva. I also reported to National Consumer Forum.
                        Hope, you will kind enough to extend your hands of co-operation in this regard for which I shall grateful to you.

                                1.We have raised multiple service ticket-[protected], [protected], [protected].
                                2.Escalated to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in but no response
                                3.Escalated to CEO helpdesk- DNR#21722, DNDR#22752

                                Issue - Aquaguard Crystal UV plus is not working from 9th Dec 2021. Technician is not skilled to identify the issue and fix it at once. There were multiple part which was reported by technician as non-functional but even after replace of those products the machine is not working and beeps continuously.
                                Past one month we are following up with technician, technician manager, customer care, support team but we just receive a standard reply that issue will be addressed soon. But hopes and efforts are going in vain. Feed up of Eureka Forbes services.

                                  I have purchased AMC support with Eureka Forbes for my aqua guard water purifier and AMC is active
                                  On 31st December i raised a request with Eureka Forbes for re-installation of water purifier system (SR: [protected]). I got confirmation call from customer care stating that the re-installation will be performed within 24 hrs.
                                  But even after 24 hrs there was not call received from service team for re-installation and service of water purifier.
                                  I am calling the customer care 4-5 time since 1st January 2022 everyday and i get response that will get call from service team in 15 min, but post that nothing happens.
                                  Being an AMC customer am supposed to get the right level of service from Eureka Forbes and get my issues addressed as per agreed timelines.
                                  Also, i have sent multiple emails as well looping escalation desk, but still there is no progress/improvement.
                                  Need help from consumer helpdesk in addressing these issues.

                                  Again nobody called me from service center so far, I don't understand what is happening here, everytime I get assurance from call center that I will get a call in 15 min from service team but nobody calls.

                                  This is really annoying and pathetic service.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I purchased my Aquaguard AMC for 3 years on 11th June-2020 and on that I got a Provogue Voucher to purchase a gift so I purchased a ladies watch by paying Rs.499 on 11th June. Today is Jan 04-2021 and there is no update for that order.

                                    I tried to contact[protected] which is given on http://www.provogue.com/eureka/ page but no response and also raised a complaint but no response from their end.

                                    Hope it's not a fake . Can you please help me to track the product which I placed on Provogue and if they do not have that product then please ask them to refund me.

                                      My aquaguard AMC was done for 3 yrs with assurance to get free gift link. But though one month has lapsed, no response from the company. This is sheer breach of trust, money and loyalthy. Moreover noone shd trust this company. Their services r poor as well as they r playing with money and trust of customers which r never acceptavle at any cost. Official s responsible shd be punished for this act of cheating

                                        Just renewed the contract and the tax invoice pdf sent to me won't open. A pop up message says it's corrupted.
