    I had the worst experience with Eureka Forbes customer service post installation. I have bought a Dr. Aquaguard Water Genius plus from the company. And I have taken an AMC policy also. But the kind of treatment I got from that company is nightmarish at the least. Their attitude towards customers is indifferent, insulting, unprofessional at the least. First any complaint you make they first don't respond at all. But their system will promptly send an SMS that you will get service personnel sent to your place. But at the appointed day nobody will turn up. Again you make a complaint, send emails even to their CEO only to find out that again the same dummy SMSs and even phone calls but no real service personnel will attend your complaint. Mind you I am living in one of the most accessible and important part of the City, Annanagar. Imagine the plight of the people in remote areas. As I said this is the treatment I got even after AMC agreement. I can only say that the company is a fraudulent entity and their AMC is a sham. In the mean time you will not have safe drinking water ever after investing so much money. You either buy canned water or think about shifting to some other company product. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

        I am to submit here that I had taken the product Dr. AG NRICH HD UV on dated Dec 2020. But unfortunately it is not working last fifteen days. I lodged complained in the customer care number and the service man came checked and report that the filter got damaged. I asked him what is the reason for damage in short time he answered that 1. If the iron labels is high in the water? 2. If the water pressure is low ?
        3. If your consumption is more ?
        Sir in the above questions there is no point of answer is exception for me because iron labels of water is 0.5 and machine installation in ground floor and the water pressure is high and my family consists of three members we are both in service of Law Department so the consumption rate is 5 litre per day. So how it is got damage in 10 months either it is manufactured problem or mechanical problem so why the consumer bear it in short term. So if you kindly give me justice by inquiring my petition in short term otherwise I will go to against the company in the upper forum by virtue of law.

            Bought a vacuum cleaner 4 months back, the product is nt working and no one is responding to all customer care ticket, Just srevice request number and tracking numbers are provided, but no use of these service system that they are maintaining. Even after multiple emails and escalations, no response.

            A verybad experience from a company that i believed to live up to customer experience

              I have purchased this product on 18/01/21 and since then i am facing different issue with this machine. Already 4-5 times service engineer has visited my house for different problems in ;lasst 10 months.

              Now water is not at all flowing and as per service engineer main filter is now damaged. To replace this now i have to pay[protected] other wise this will not work.

                My service request no [protected] dt 11/10/2021 Follow up ticket no[protected] dt 26/10
                It's more than 35 days since I registered my service request when my water purifier stopped working and the service light on it turned on.
                A technician from their HARIPPAD office visited on 15 th Oct. and after checking, informed that a UV LAMP needed to be replaced and it would be replaced in 2 days, After 2 days upon enquiry I am told that UV lamp was not available at Harippad and they had given order and it would arrive in 3 days . But even after 35 days they have not replaced the UV lamp in spite of my several reminders and my water purifier is still not working.In the mean time I contacted Eurokeforbes several times using all the options available .But only apology and promises.No action. Please note that every year I am paying Rs 5000 + plus as AMC,

                THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED YET. Problem is not resolved till this time even after 50 days .My water purifier is not working for want of replacement of a UVLAMP. I registered the service request on 11/10/2021. On 15 /10/2021 I was informed of the need of a UV LAMP replacement and it would be replaced in 3 days. But it was not replaced inspite of my several reminders and requests.On 13th of this month ( the 32th day after I lodged the complaint) a customer care executive called me to tell apology for the delay and assured it would be resolved soon. But as nobody came to fix the problem even after that assurance I lodged the complaint on consumercomplaints.in on 15/11/2011.

                Today, 30th Nov, after 51 days the problem is resolved. But I am not sure if the company would extend the expiry date of my AMC by the 51 days lost due to the fault of the company.

                My happiness lasted only for one day. The very next day the purifier started leaking. The technician informed me that one value needed to be replaced and that too has to arrive from their store and may take some time.

                    This is regarding one water purifier purchase I made on 9th Nov 2021 from Eureka Forbes. (Sales order number: [protected], Customer code: [protected])
                    The sales executive promised next day delivery and installation so I made the payment. After the payment no reply from him. Whenever I call the customer care they tell me they will escalate it, but no resolution yet. (SR no.[protected]). Till the product is not installed.
                    So request you to cancel my order and refund the money. I don't want to continue with this kind of fraudsters.

                      Sir I ordered (combo pack of 3) suit dress for my wife from trendyi website of Rs 799 and Delivery boy of ekart logistics deliverd the product on 26th july in morning. I did payment through upi by google pay..when i opened the pack i recieved three dirty torn pieces of cloth.. then i returned the product. i tracked the product by order id WSPC[protected] it has reached back to seller..yet i havent got my money refunded yet..please refund my money from them... i think its a fraud company..my transction id is[protected]

                          I'm extremely disappointed with the way you guys have handled my service request: My service request number is [protected] and my Escalation request number is [protected].

                          I have raised the service request on 4-Nov(Diwali day) as my house is flooded with water due to leakage in the brand new Aquaguard Aura water purifier. I have bought this from Amazon just 3 months back and this is the 2nd time I have to call for service help. I Can understand there is a delay due to the Diwali holidays but till now (11-Nov) no service technician or any follow-up call from customer care service happened.


                          I have called them multiple times the customer care and they are saying we will contact me in 24 hours. I guess you don't understand that a lot of energy and time goes into follow-up with the customer care team. Don't you understand that the basic culture for not giving false promises to the customer? I'm only upset with the unprofessional treatment towards me. I have over 15 years of corporate experience and am I m facing such kind of irresponsibility from India's number one branded company. You simply cannot treat any human like this. I can only imagine your company culture and the kind of people you hire and work for your company. I wish you luck for your system to work.

                            I had registered a complaint (Complaint No. [protected]) with Eureka Forbes on October 22, 2021 that my Trendy Steel model Vacuum Cleaner was not working. The service technician visited my home and supposedly fixed the problem. I paid the services fees of Rs.550 too. A few hours later, the MCB of my home tripped whenever I turned on the vacuum cleaner. I complained to Eureka Forbes again and the same service technician visited again and said there is a fault in our internal home wiring. I got the entire wiring checked by a qualified electrician and he said nothing is wrong with the home wiring. I also took the vacuum cleaner to another location as per the suggestion of the technician and tested and the MCB trips there too. I have been contacting Eureka Forbes daily through phone calls, Twitter (Follow up Ticket No.[protected] and Facebook but keep getting the standard message that someone will get back to me. So far, there has been no proper answer to my complaint nor there is any resolution. I really don't know what to do at this stage. I expected a big company like Eureka Forbes to be more responsive to a genuine customer complaint.

                              ROBO vacuum and mop is not working and I had lodged a complaint with customer care on 15 Oct 21. Complain Number is [protected]. Twice the technicians came and said they would get back with necessary parts and the correct technician. No one turned up and is now getting nearly a month. Have been calling customer care several times and get a repeated reply We are sorry and will be attended to shortly. Exceedingly bad experience. Wrote two mails to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. No proper response.
                              In the last mail they responded that they have raised the concern and the New ticket Number is [protected]. the product is in warranty

                              Till date my item of Eureka Forbes has not been repaired. Its real bad sales service at your end and not expected of a reputed firm like Eureka Forbes.

                              Let me know the net level I need to go to to lodge the complaint.

                                  So i have registered a complaint regarding the aqua guard on 6th November 2021 as it stopped working and since then i have called them many times and getting no response from them. The customer care executives are not even recieving the calls and when they did they just kept saying we will send you the technician and it's already been 3 days and no technician has visited.
                                  So i'm highly disappointed by the service and response provided by such a reputed company. Is this the kind of service they are providing to their customers who trust them and buy their products. We have to call them again and again and after 2-3 calls they stop receiving our calls.
