I bought Enrich HD RO UV eureka Forbes water purifier on July 13th. After a week, drain water leakage has been started so registered a service request. No one responded correctly . A week after I registered the service request, customer service people came and checked the unit but no fix was given and said there is a coil problem and it needs a fix. After another week on continuously addressing the issue with customer care, another man came and changed the coil. Even after that the problem was not fixed and he said the problem is with the unit. So, Based on eureka Forbes policy, evry unit has a replacement chance within a month of purchase. So, i contacted eureka Forbes customer care and lodged a replacement request on August 6th. Till now, No one responded on this. I literally contacted customer care 5 times after registering replacement request. They even not responding in the way they should by saying they will call me back within 24 hours everytime I call. I will definitely lodge a sever complaint against eureka forbes . Such a worst degraded company it is. Seriously not expected . Such a shame
