I booked a new acqua guard machine in exchange of old and paid Rs.1000/- as advance on[protected]and my sales order number was generated being [protected]. Pursuant thereto i made a further payment of Rs. 12990/- on[protected]. According to the said scheme of buy back the old machine was to be picked up by the Company from my residence and Rs.1000/- was to be refunded to me. I say that the new machine was installed on or about[protected], however the old acquaguard machine has not been picked up from my residence till date neither the promised 1000Rs being paid to me. I made atleast 2 dozen complaints and recorded that it is a very tedious job to follow up for 1000rs more so to keep the old acqua guard machine safely at home so that thereafter they shouldnt be blaming that we have damaged it. However all my complaints have fallen on deaf ears and now i have no other option but to file this complaint to Your goodself.

    I have purchased Eureka Forbes AquaSure from Aquaguard Smart Plus (RO+UV+MTDS) 6L water purifier, 6 stages of purification (Black) from amazon India and delivered on 10th September 2021, but is has been 5 days the purifier has not yet been installed even after many followups in customer care.
    Find below the details,
    Your installation request for[protected] is Service# [protected].

    There is 10 days replacement policy as per amazon India but if its not yet installed past 5 days how can we check an unlikely event of damaged, defective unit ?

    I request for the purifier to be installed on priority else the ureka forbes LTD is liable for the full replacement of the purchased product in case of damaged or defective unit found after 20th September 2021 as I didnot get enough time to check the damaged or defective unit .

    Hoping to resolve the issue.

      Repair request number [protected] raised on 25 Aug 21.
      I am writing this complaint on 15 Sep 21. I am holding an AMC of 2 years on my water purifier (Serial no[protected] valid upto 20 Aug 2022.
      Despite calling up the customer care number daily since I raised the service request, no one has either called or visited to resolve the service request.
      The customer care representative just gives a rehearsed reply "Sir, your request is being escalated and you will receive a call back." Thereafter, nothing happens. No body calls or visits.
      It has bee 22 days since I raised the request but Eureka Forbes couldn't care less.
      Their AMC is a trap/scam. Don't fall for it. You'll regret.

        I have purchased the Water purifier, DR AQUAGUARD MEGNA UV, in 2017, since then i am facing the water leakage in the purifier, inspite of many complaints and followup still my problem has not been resolved vide complaint no - [protected].

        Secondly have also renewed my AMC in march 2021 for 2 years and also i have received the egift against my AMC renewal but when i called up for lodging a compliant for water leakage and service, they told me that they have not any record updated in there system for AMC renewal.

        Please return my AMC amount of Rs.4925/-.

          I had made AMC for 3 years on 21/08/2021 of my AG COMPACT water purifier machine with Rs. 5550/-. Your officials convinced me to renew AMC for 3 years, and for that company will provide gift to the customers with a link in my mobile number. but till date no assured gift had reached in my residence.

          please sent the "assured gift link" in my mail ID (pkg.[protected]@gmail.com) and in my mobile Nos. ([protected], [protected]). No other phone number is attached with me. if found any other number with my name registered with you. then please delete that un-authorized number immediately.

          Also request you to correct my spelling recorder with you. My name is PRABIR KUMAR GHATAK not Pradip Kumar Ghatak.

          Eureka Forbes customer support has called me, but no link provided. and still I am in dark. No "link on assured gift" has been received.
          My complain regarding "Eureka Forbes — Non receipt of Gift announced by the company for AMC made within 31/08/2021" was not solved till date.

          I think I have been cheated by so called that organization. This is very painful to me that one reputed company can cheat general public through a scheme which is not at all exist.

          In future, I will re-think about purchase of any product of this company.

            There is no process in place,
            - Distributor not sharing the installation team contact details.
            - Installation team calls on daily basis and commit that they will install the AC but later in the evening nobody picks the phone
            - Everyday we have to chase the installation team but took almost a week to complete the installation.
            - Very poor support and respect to the customers

              I bought an Aquasure delight RO by Eureka forbes which stopped working randomly sometimes ( tank doesn't fill when existing water is consumed) and then starts working again randomly. Raised a complaint with them and the ticket was closed by the customer care without even checking with the customer while the customer still had questions and concerns.
              No timeline shared by the company on technician visit. What pathetic service is this?

                  I had taken an AMC for the Aquaguard RO water filter from Eurekha Forbes on September 21st 2020 for one year. The amount for AMC is Rs5800/- per year. During the one year period Eurekha Forbes did not services the water filter and now when the filter requires to be replaced the company is demanding money. Several service personnel from Eurekha forbes have visited my residence and every one ask for money to replace the filter. The AMC period is yet to be over and they dont seem to be honoring it.

                  The benefits of AMC as mentioned by Eureka Forbes on the contract receipt is as below.

                  1. Under AMC, you will receive one time filter replacement and 2 times mandatory services will be offered.

                  2. Within the period of AMC there will not be any kind of service charge applicable

                  3. Spare parts will be chargeable.

                  Following complains have been raised through customer care

                  1) [protected] raised on August 14th 2020

                  This complain is closed without any service done and also without customer consent.

                  Please let me know whether Eurekha Forbes has responded to the complain. Its been almost a month now since the water filter stopped working and the company does not care about the essential thing needed for a family like drinking water has been impacted.

                    I have received faulty product. I have ordered in June 2021. Since then I am chasing customer care I am not getting replacement nor the service technician is able to resolve the issue. The unit did not even work for a single day. It’s been 3 months

                      We purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO UV MTDS on 07 Sep 2021 So far it couldn't installed. I called many times to customer care but no any action taken by them, they only told that your issue will be escalated and will be resolved as early as possible but till now no suitable action taken from your end.
                      plz do the needful as early as possible.

                        I bought Aquasure Delight RO+UV water purifier on 19th May. Despite several follow-ups they have installed it on 27th May( Note:8 days). The purifier stopped working after 3 months. I made a complaint on 7th September, [protected]. So far, even after 3 days completed, no one has to come to repair it. I have followed up several times in last 3 days but all in vain.

                          I Purchased above Subject on Feb 16/02/2021. (Invoice : FABYWC[protected], EURICAFORBS AQUASURE FROM AQUAGUARD SHIELD 6L RO+UV+MP+MTDS WATER PURIFIER) after 2 months the problem started and many times i complained to the customer care for servicing, and they came but nothing done. still we are having the same problems. now they were asking for a huge amount for repairing. but the Product still under warranty, then why should i pay? kindly requesting to advise this issue asap.

                            I bought Enrich HD RO UV eureka Forbes water purifier on July 13th. After a week, drain water leakage has been started so registered a service request. No one responded correctly . A week after I registered the service request, customer service people came and checked the unit but no fix was given and said there is a coil problem and it needs a fix. After another week on continuously addressing the issue with customer care, another man came and changed the coil. Even after that the problem was not fixed and he said the problem is with the unit. So, Based on eureka Forbes policy, evry unit has a replacement chance within a month of purchase. So, i contacted eureka Forbes customer care and lodged a replacement request on August 6th. Till now, No one responded on this. I literally contacted customer care 5 times after registering replacement request. They even not responding in the way they should by saying they will call me back within 24 hours everytime I call. I will definitely lodge a sever complaint against eureka forbes . Such a worst degraded company it is. Seriously not expected . Such a shame

                              Purchased aquaguard superb on July 03, 2021. It was installed on same day but there was leakage issue, after constant followed up it was replaced with other one on 23rd July.

                              Installation person came on 27th July but found it to be defective as water not pumping at all. Again, technical team person came on 29th rechecked and said even this needs to be replaced. The team said new piece will be given but unfortunately we got old/ used one which is not working.

                              We purchased on July 03 it's September 07 today, we paid price for new one but unfortunately never got proper working unit.

                              Every time I followup up customer care they say it has been escalated to next level.

                              No response from Anyone on replacement o[censored]nit till date from 29th July.

                              On top, I just a e-mail saying the issue has been resolved so case has been closed.

                              Pathetic, horrible service.

                              PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP WHEN YOU CANNOT GIVE A PROPER WORKING UNIT.

                              WHAT KIND OF COMPANY, TOOK THE MONEY BAD UNIT & Pathetic service.

                                Ms. Madhumita Biswas bearing the number [protected], called me a few minutes ago around 6:00 pm today to sell a product. When I inquired about the quality and specifications of the product and related topic as per her comment, she got angry out of her ignorance and all of a sudden she dropped the call. This was quite insulting. I am a customer of the Aquaguard brand (Eureka Forbes) for last 20 years. If you require to sell or market any product try to call from competent persons. Such kind of behaviour is very unexpected and unfortunate from the brand of repute. Hope you will do the needful to retain your good reputation to a good customer.

                                  My 1 month old water purifier stopped working on Aug 26, 2021 and I raised a service request on the Eureka Forbes app on the same day. Now it has been 12 days since and nobody has come to fix the problem. Calling the customer care is useless as they keep saying "we have escalated the issue". Customer care helpline says that Mumbai office is responsible and Mumbai office does not even pick up calls.
                                  Please either change my machine or provide refund and take the machine.

                                      Dear Mam/ Sir,

                                      This is very unfortunate that I avail eureka forbes brand water purifier because in spite of paying for the AMC contract years back I am have to run door to door for the service and the response is zero from your side. As per the local service center the contract is not showing updated in the system. Did I consider this a fraud done to me in name of AMC. I made complain 2 days back.

                                      This I called the most unprofessional and and ethical customer service of your.

                                        I had raised a service request on 21st Aug regarding non-functional water purifier against my AMC.
                                        Subsequently I have raised 5 complaints / escalations from their mobile app and phone and the service request / complaint / escalation is yet to be addressed. Every time I call the customer care team, they tell me complaint or escalation is registered and yet no one calls or visits to address the issue
                                        It has been more than 15 days since the service request was raised and its really frustrating that the company is least bothered about the service request and complaints.
                                        This is unacceptable and request you to please help
