We got replaced the motherboard and charger after 11 months even under warranty got paid service and parts, after one week product sometime work sometime off, no proper water, call the technician many time and not attend, machine kept off and unattended for long months without service now technician came and suggest to change filter and service charge etc..etc.
it is a worst product and it made to loot money from people in a professional way. its fillter sensor work only periodic basis so even if you not use you need to change filter on their settime. also always power complaint and motherboard pcb issue. I would suggest all consumers do not buy this machine as per my bad experience

Eureka Forbes, does not care about customer, they want to just sell the product, and collect money and leave the bad product with customer and leave them alone.

    Hello,

    I have been trying to get my RO repaired since Sunday. I connected with the local eureka Forbes service person who promised to come on Monday. Ever since I have been trying to get it done. I have complained at the service center but no response yet.
    Extremely disappointed with the response. I have opted for the AMC which doesn't help.
    I have been trying customer care since morning but no response.
    I would appreciate your help.

      I Supriya Mittal Customer ID:[protected] has purchased water purifier "Product name Aquasure delight RO+UV+MTDS" on 01.01.2021. Water purifier is not working since 16.09.2021. Service request vide request no. [protected] was registered on 16.09.2021 . An agent came to see the machine after 13 days i.e. on 29.09.2021 after innumerous calls and requests. He fixed the machine at that time but after i started again the machine it is not working since then. It is brought to your kind notice that the service provided in this area is miserable. I am calling almost 5-6 times a day to the customer care number but my request for repair is not heard every time they are escalating my request but the technician has not visited yet. I request the authorities to kindly get my machine repaired/ replaced as soon as possible as it is very difficult to manage without drinking water. Looking forward to the earliest reply and service repair request.

        Sub: I have not received replacement machine even after 17 days of complaint and numerous follow-up.

        This is regarding my water purifier which has not been working properly for the past 17 days. The service advisor visited and he said this machine cannot be repaired immediately as parts are not available or significant delay in procuring it. He doesn't know how long it's going to take.

        I have called Customer care and I have been assured that a replacement machine will be provided as machine parts are not available, but nothing has been done so far.

        I followed up almost every day, including thrice in some days, and customer care is completely disconnected with sales and service. They have no idea when it will get resolved. Customer care cannot respond properly and they keep saying it's been escalated, someone will call soon and replace the machine. But they don't know how long it's going to take. They keep giving false promises and waste time.

        This machine is in my parents' home and they are senior citizens. They are extremely upset and repent trusting this company and buying this new machine for Rs 21040. They had an old machine from Eureka Forbes which worked fine for almost 15 years, but never expected such poor service and quality issues from Eureka Forbes.

        I know this company has a good reputation and won't disappoint customers the way I am facing. Please do the needful and resolve it as soon as possible

          On 2nd of October, 2021 one of your guy came for regular servicing broke my aquaguard during that service and he kept as it is without informing us it's broken. Previously, he asked us to make one extended warranty and he was very much rigid when he was going back home. So we made the extended warranty but he din mentioned about the breakage. At night when we saw we found out that it's broken and leakage is also there. We complaint immediately on 2nd Oct. On Sunday morning I got multiple calls regarding broken aquaguard, regional manager said he will get it by Monday and he will fix it. On Monday I got a call from service provider, but he said he dun know what is the problem, he said he will go to center and get the body and fix the aquaguard. But till now I din receive any call from aquaguard service provider. And saying sorry doesn't fix the problem. If you are the one who broke you should be the one who will fix it as early as possible.

            I lodged a request for location transfer in the month of June from Prayagraj (Allahabad) to Agra. It took 1.5 months to re-install my purifier at my Agra location. the machine stopped working a month ago again. i lodged a service request on 22nd September, 2021 and today it has been 15 days, and there has been no response from the company as of yet. i have paid thousands of rupees to buy this machine and again paid 5k for AMC and i still have to pay everyday to drink water. it has been almost a month now that I'm buying bottles to drink water and the same thing happened during the location transfer as well. All my hard earned money is going down the drain. Why did I buy the Purifier if I still have to buy bottled water to drink? Why did I get the AMC done if it's of no use to me. The customer service doesn't respond. Even after 2months of re-installation in a different city, my address wasn't updated in their systems. While filing a complaint on September, I updated that address. I even called on the customer care today, still no response yet. i was told that a technician will visit me in 24 hours. It has been 15 days, I'm still waiting for my 24 hours to come. I can't leave the house as I've been waiting for a technician to arrive. Paying money to buy water every single day. Who will answer to this??? I am not getting value for my money. Why is a customer never taken seriously in India??? Who will pay for my money that i have been spending on water even after having my own purifier???? The representative on the call in the morning was sounding as if he's sleeping. Is this how a customer is treated?? Is this how a customer gets their value for money???

            No accountability for this.
            I need a compensation for my money I have paid for my purifier, AMC and no. of bottles i had to buy to drink water. I am a patient with kidney stones. I've been advised to drink atleast 3.5 ltr of water every day. You need water to cook food as well. My mother also needs water to drink. How will I pay everyday ????? Has anybody thought of that??
            I need compensation for my time I've spent waiting for a technician to arrive for months.

            This is my third complaint since 22nd September, 2021. Still no response from any technician or customer representative. I still have to buy water every single day and its getting really expensive. I need an answer and my money now. It is crossing my limits of patience and money.

            So is this the treatment we should be getting for being responsible law abiding citizens?????
            if what ashupriya dutta says is true, I will stay away from Eureka Forbes items.
            The one big problem in India I have experienced countless times is that the so called installer technician or plumbers are very poorly trained or educated, if at all. They are not professionals, the likes you find in USA, UK Europe or the South East Asian Countries, and they have no pride in their job or ability and bring the company they work for or the brand they are installing into disrepute..

              Filter stopped working within 3 months of purchase and technician confirmed that the part of the product needs to be replaced which will cost me Rs.2000.
              This is not acceptable where company has fitted in faulty parts which are stopped working withing few months and asking customers to pay for it?

              Really not acceptable!

                I Rina Arun Shetye want complaint against Eureka Forbes beccause ; I have already contracted member of maintainance for Aquaguard ro. I have registered my complaint online on 13 sept 2021 & send two emails on customer care mail id. {1st on 25th sept 2021 & 2nd on 2nd october2021}.They have given me request no. [protected].                   I have registered 1st complain to Eureka Forbes customer care on august 16th after that I called them more than 4 times but no one has come to fix the problem

                    I am literally very upset with the Eureka Forbes after sales service. I had bought the RO from amazon.in on 11th July 2021, and the product got defective just within 2 months.I reported the malfunctioning issue with Customer team on 22nd September, 2021. The technician who came for inspection reported that PCB has become defective. As PCB is very important component of any product and on this I requested the brand to instead proceed with replacment. There was also a call with one of the person from Patna on behalf of Eureka Forbes and agreement was to change the PCB for now and put it in observation for the next 10 days. Whatsoever no technician has came up again post this with any sort of thing to either repair or replacement of the product. I am having a lot of trouble due to this and it is in Limbo. I have also written 12+ emails to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com but nevertheless the issue is still not resolved by the team. This is a gross negligence from company and we as a customer feel cheated.

                      After complaining to Eureka Forbes Customer Care received mail that gift has been handed over to dispatch team. But not yet received courier details or the gift.

                        I have taken AMC on 28th september and Paid 5900 rupees. I have created service ticket and attended the person 30th and charge adapter is not working and they are telling it will not cover electrical items need to to pay 1600 rupees for the item.

                          I am very sorry to inform you that your product which is recognized for its services and quality but in my case I am very disappointed with your product as well as your seller and service provider appointed by you in Bhopal. They have also disappointed me a lot.

                          Sir, when I complained about the said product to the above shopkeeper, he said that the filters are choked, they will have to be changed and you will have to bear the charge, whereas it has been only 2 months since I bought the said product. I was mistreated by the above seller and it was told that if you have any problem then you should contact the service center or EUREKA FORBES company's executive will come and change your filters free of cost.
                          Sir, the next day when I went to your service center in Bhopal city, I was disappointed there too. The gentleman sitting on the inquiry told me that from where you have made the purchase, take your complaint and go there, we cannot do anything in it. Me and my family are very worried about your product and even after spending Rs.11000+1100 for extra filter, have to drink water from the neighborhood.
                          Therefore, I request you to solve my problem at the earliest and instruct your seller and service provider to behave respectfully with the customers.

                            Purchased a KordFree Vacuum ( at ₹18, 000/-) as a Suggestion from Eureka Forbes Salesman as we have Wall to Wall Carpet in the house.
                            The QUALITY of the Vacuum was so Bad, within 45 days of Purchase, the Handle broke at the joint, Filter ( which was written as Washable but the customer care person debated that it isn’t) spoiled and couldn’t create proper suction, Tyre or Roller fell off. After debating with a very unprofessional, indecent and very rude Customer care person at “Lalli Enterprise- 14999” Manager- Mr. Anil. Paid extra for the filter and after a follow up for 3 Months got a replacement for the Handle.
                            However, 2-3 Months after receiving the handle, understand the level of Quality that it broke again from the same place but didn’t complaint as it was rather just a waste of time. Anyhow, trying to use the vacuum, in 15 Days the brush and roller joint from where the dirt is sucked in, breaks in 3 Parts. Lodged a complaint in July to which got a revert quickly and the person visited gave a solution as we had AMC till 2022, with 15 days things were going to be replaced.
                            Since July 2021, have been visited by 3 different Executives, had to go through the same irritating and self humiliating process through Mr Anil and office, promised by Mr. Badshah Khan service technician at Lalli Enterprise- 14999, Employee Code 59223- last promised to replace the Vacuum within 21 days from 25th August 2021. It’s almost 2 Months now since then, after Paying
                            “ ₹18, 000/-“ for that vacuum and not enjoying its benefits for more than 3-4 Months in total and getting false promises and pathetic Service and the worst possible Quality, this was my last resolution to find some Justice (Hopefully).

                              Your sales person Mr. Harsha, Mobile Number - [protected] had called and said he is from customer service yesterday 03.10.2021 at 11.02am.

                              When he came for the visit he spoilt my machine. There was water leakage and the mother board circuit got spoilt.

                              This is the second time a sales person has called and come saying he has come for service and spoilt my machine intentionally.

                              Request your company to not resort to such cheap measures to increase sales and pull up the salespeople to do such things.

                                I have been unable to get an update on my refund requests for Aquaguard water purifier and Euroclean vacuum cleaner even after multiple follow ups.                                     Our Eureka Forbes water purifier was barely used since Dec 2020. On 15 Aug 2021 water purifier stopped working completely. I informed a Eureka Forbes technician who had services our water purifier earlier.

                                    He reached our premise on 16 Aug 2021, checked the water purifier and said that the filter needs replacement and also said that AMC had expired which I had to renew. since the water purifier had stopped working, I agreed to make the payment to renew AMC and replace the filter. On completion of work, technician asked me to make payment via UPI which I did and on demanding invoice he said I will get it from the back end team over email

                                    Towards end of Aug 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care, requested copy of invoice and request number [protected] was shared with me

                                    On 24 Sept 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care again since I had not received invoice and escalation number [protected] was shared

                                    On 3 Oct 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care again since I had not received invoice and escalation number [protected] was shared

                                    I then googled for Eureka Forbes executives contact details and came across Eureka Forbes's articles on fake companies proving fake service with fake products

                                    Request Eureka Forbes to inspect the filters installed and replace if fake. If not fake then provide an invoice for the payment made

                                    Eureka Forbes technician introduced himself as Arjun Reddy and phone number is[protected]

                                    Payment of 5450/- was made to UPI ID [protected]@paytm. This UPI account belongs to a person by name Mounisha M

                                      We have got registered for installation of Aquaguard Regal at 5.24 PM when I got the satisfaction code also for the service engineer. I was called at 7 PM and informed that I have just registered for the installation. She is now denying the installation for 2 days as its Saturday today. We earlier has Aquaguard Aquasure Nano. And its completely choked. We don't have water for drinking at home. And we are family of 6 including 2 kids. This is where non-sense how can she lie that I got registered at 7 PM when I has already got my request registered at 5.24 and the operator already claims that they work from 10 to 6 PM. This is height of bad service and I definitely think not to go with Aquaguard next time. The number from where I got the call is [protected], there was a lady operator. In the present times of covid when hygiene is an important aspect, health is being compromised because the so called service engineers are not willing to attend a valid installation request. I REGRET buying the Aquaguard product.

                                        Dear Sir

                                        This is to bring to your notice that my Annual Maintenance was due during lockdown period in April 2020. I had receive a message that due to lockdown services which was not done shall be done thereafter as and when lockdown eases. However unlock started gradually since July 2020 and thereafter it became normal. Nobody came for services. During October 2020, when my AMC was renewable then a person from the Comapny came to Renewe and do the service after an year. As per my terms of contract minimum 2 services shall be done by the Company in every six months and if required in between i shall call them.
                                        I wrote several mails and spoke to several executives regarding policy for which i had made the payment but no services being provided by the company, none of them will to provide me the same. I had also requested to extend the AMC for six months but they denied to do so.
                                        These are Restrictive Trade Practice being followed by the Company.
                                        I put claim for 20 Crores of Rupees for Non Performance of this contract.
                                        Kindly take the above submission into consideration.
