AMC was bought on June 18 2021, for the Aqua guard Enhance Pro product, its been 2 months still no resolution.
1. Complaint number [protected], if I try to escalate this in their site it says not a valid ticket.
2. I have called more than 50 times to get this solved, from 2 moths still they don't have any escalation process to address this kind of issue.
3. I have written to all the email id's which was provided by Customer care no one is keen enough to respond also.

No Luck and more over, for my enlightenment AMC is not refundable if they are not providing the services also. technically speaking from past 60 days I am getting water can's which has costed me around 6K and 10 K of AMC, I could have bought a new product.

They have the worst service, they cant connect to their own team members to get the details and never give call back as they say you will get a call in 2 hours, for any query it takes 48 hours after that they say ASAP, which will never come.

My AMC is valid till september 2022. End no of calls to the customer care, emails to the authorities all in vain. i have not received my free servicing and replacement of one part under AMC yet. Customer care folks dont have answer, they cant connect, they only ask to wait. and here am waiting for days without RO water with a kid at home and buying water from outside. Pathetic service. no one bother to respond.

    This is the worst water purifier I have ever bought. It stopped working only after 2 months. Even worst than the product is the service of Eureka Forbes. They repaired the product and created several other problems like water started leaking, it stopped beeping, it even doesn't show tank full even when the tank is full. The worst experience that I am facing now is water overflows the tank.

    It has been 2 months since I complained the issue. They have not yet resolved the issue. Neither they are replacing the product. Now they don't even receive my phone. Worst experience of buying. They are providing cheap product and service as well.

      Maine es company me many times call and email kiya hua .but koi action nhi hua mere complaints regarding . jb mai company me call krta hu to wo log bolte h prolem solve ho jeaga but koi vi action nhi hota h.maine (aquasure desire ro+uv+mtds) purches kiya hu. jo ki product avi work nhi kr rha h.tab maine 11/08/2021 ko complain kiya hu .but mere complaint pe koi vi action nhi liya ja rha h.my compaints id:-[protected], issue:-unit not work, creation date:-11/08/2021.and my products is warranty period.

        I have complained for water leaking after service threw AMC.
        I have complained 4 days back, a guy named Anand visited and said i will come back tomorrow with part.
        When i contacted him next day he say every time that i am coming.
        Now 3 days is over nobody is cares.
        I emailed a lot of time but there is one email id mentioned with name deepa it is useless.
        Please don’t try to buy RO from this company.
        Worst service.

          I have renewed the contract of Service with comprehensive contract with parts for service of Dr Aquaguard in October 2020, thereafter in the month of May, I complained for regular service of water purifier, which was done by Ahmedabad Franchise office, but it was not done properly and just open and clear water/ dirt through hummer pipe. After that service in one and half month time, we got red light blinked so that time we complained for service, and immediately person visited and told that filter need to be replaced and we need to pay for it abt 4000/- we were very much surprised, as our contract is with parts, but we were told that only once we replace parts so either we need to pay it or renew contact immediately, and we need to pay Rs. 5800/- . then we have filed complain online again and again but no one listened to us and our issue has not been resolved. in the meanwhile within 3-4 days, machine has been completely shut and its not working, and when we complain, then we received call from Ahmedabad Franchise that you need to pay otherwise no one will visit, as filter need to be replaced otherwise machine will not work. I am really surprised that if filter need to be replaced, it need to be, as it cost around 50-100, why they need to change membrane etc now, they can replace it at the time of renewal in October and why we should renew contact now when it is due in October. We have mailed and repeatedly complained but our issue has not been resolved and we are fed up with service of euraka forbes

            So far no update since the complaint was raised and never expected such a worst service from Eureka Forbes. If you people can't meet the expectation why you sell the products with the silly excuse of a pandemic reason.

            If there is no update will raise an complaint in consumer court as there is no positive response from customer care with same old dialogue fed up listening to same words with no further progress.

              [protected] - Service request has been raised on 7th August since no water is coming from the purifier and we have been waiting for the past 6 days for some service person to attend.

              We tried to reach the service person multiple times and he did not respond - All of a sudden he called an hour before and has informed I have got the filter for the purifier and he is asking whether he can come to service.

              Without looking at the purifier he has ordered the purifier parts is something very fishy.

              Water is a daily need for a family to survive and we have not been informed about delays or even they have not kept us informed about it. Have escalated multiple times through the so-called Whatsapp assistance but no use - Please develop solutions that really matters and helps every customer.

              I am very much upset and have developed very much stress due to owning a Eureka Forbes product. During these tough times, we can expect a delay but why the hell it took around 6 days for a service person to reach out for a solution, and that too a replacement.

              Please help people with a good hearts - a false advertisements of resolution in 48 hrs will not withstand longer.

              Just now had a call with customer service person ([protected]) from Velachery.

              He is framing a good story against the complaint and he putting the blame on the consumables delay is the reason. This is not at at all informed to me in any conversation.

              If there is a delay in the consumables delivery why it was not informed to me in prior. I totally understand there is an issue due to this COVID - but I would have whole heartedly accepted if the situation is accepted.
              No proper communication is established to the customer and all the time canvasing for the AMC plan rather focusing on the complaint.
              The way he spoke to me is its not his mistake its a mistake from Eureka company.
              He could not able to answer the above questions and
              Wonderfully he closed the conversation with “LET ME KNOW IF I CAN SEND THE CUSTOMER TOMORROW AS I HAVE MANY CUSTOMER TO ATTEND” - Awesome response while speaking to a customer - PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES TO HAVE ETHICS AND MANNERS ON HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER.
              And so on…

              I was expecting an apology for the mistake from service person end and resolution to this problem. But rather he spoke as if its not an issue from his end.

              I was hoping till my last email that someone from eureka would hold responsibility for this problem and ensure it is not repeated by taking this as a case for ensuring future customers are not impacted - SEEMS TO BE I WAS ENTIRELY WRONG.

              I have 2 water purifier bought from EUREKA in Kumbakonam and I am owning a Home stay called Narayane Home Stay. The service is top notch and they change a part after visiting the equipment and we will have confidence that we are spending for what needed. Hope this will not babe impacted I presume.

              If this is the customer service Eureka is going to provide I will exit from the Eureka Family of customers.

              The service person who called have informed me that looping the email with CEO would make an solution - but it again ended in raising my blood pressure. I am happy to close this to avoid further irritating calls from so called EUREKA representatives.

              Hope I will join the group who had worst service experience from the EUREKA. During sales, I had been promised to address issues within 48 hrs - it is a FALSE promise. TOTALLY LOST THE TRUST WITH EUREKA.

              I did not mention this in my previous mail since my personal emergency is not the only work for Eureka- I was urging for this water purifier to be repaired since I had to undergo a surgery. This service has totally disturbed by mental state and doctor had to push surgery for 2 days.

                Water purifier stopped working. Service man rejected service over phone but aquaguard customer care says it will be done in 24 hours, it is 48 hours now, still no response. Thet are cheating customers especially with AMC gimmick. There is no point spending for AMC when no service at all

                  Filters stopped working within 80 days of change. I have Dr. Aquaguard classic+ for which within 80 days of changing filter it stopped working. The technician says that 6000 litre is consumed which is impossible for a family of 4. Product chip is such that it doesn't give water after sometimes and customer is forced to change filter. I have already changed filter twice within 1 year and each time cost is 2500. Technicians either tell now to change motherboard for 3000 rs or to install booster pump again to get it work properly.

                      We are very disappinted with Eureka forbes.

                      1. I called up yesterday and today the toll free number and no urgency showed.

                      2. I called up today last time and senior executive from kolkata told that they will not be able to do today but tomorrow . Infact I was chasing even yesterday .

                      Its a real sorry situation for customers where the water is an important thing in human life.

                      3. Got a call from one executive at 8:30 pm and he dont have clue whether its installation or service

                          1. My working water purifier was damaged in the process of changing the filters by the technician.. when he could not resolve the issue, he called another technician for help.. after a struggle they somehow made it functional and left.
                          2. After two hours of their leaving, the purifier stopped working again.
                          3. We have been registering a service request since 6th August 2021 and every time it is told to us that our request is open and a technician will be sent soon but till now no one has come to repair the water purifier.
                          4. It has been a week plus now that I have to go out to buy drinking water.
                          5. I'm not only putting myself but also my family at risk every day I step out.
                          6. My 80-year-old diabetic Father and my asthmatic son are prone to infections in the present scenario. I'm so disheartened by the callous attitude of the company in dealing with people's health .

                            I had ordered the Aquasure water purifier on 9th August 2020 from Amazon. I received my order in 3-4 days, but I had to wait for a week for the installation. Finally, after a week the eureka Forbes technician came for the installation, and at the time of installation the technician told me that the product is defective, and we have to replace the product. I spoke to Eureka Forbes and Amazon. They replaced a product in 2-3 days and i got the product installed at the end of August (I think on 25th Aug). But again, there was a water leakage from the product and after talking to Eureka Forbes the problem got resolved but after taking multiple follow ups from my side. It was a very bad experience in the beginning only, but I did not have the choice to return the product, as it was mentioned on the product page that it can be only replaced not returned.
                            There were first 2 free servicing was included during the warranty period, but I took the follow ups this whole year. The first servicing was supposed to be done in February -2021 and second servicing was supposed to be done now in August-2021 but not a single servicing done yet. I have called multiple times, have sent multiple email but I did not get any positive response from Eureka Forbes. After taking consumer forum name in my email to eureka Forbes this week, I got a call today from them asking for suitable time for the servicing, but they said it will be on chargeable basis. Servicing charge will be Rs.530 and if any parts need to be change than it will be extra. But why do i need to pay anything to them. They have not given any service in the warranty period. The lady who was called was very rude and said madam main aapka servicing nahi hone ka reason dal rahi hoon ki aapko free servicing chahiye and i told her that my product is in warranty and no servicing is done yet, so she said mujhe nahi pata aap kar lo jo karna hai main free ki servicing nahi doongi. I also spoke to the person who came for the leakage issue in the beginning, and he said madam aapke area mein barish ka pani bahot ganda aa raha hai aapko Rs. 4500 ka kit hai wo change karna hi padega, aap bolo toh main directly aake change kar deta hoon, aapko eureka forbes ko batane ki jarurat nahi padegi. Without even checking the machine, he is telling the machine problem. These people are just trying to make money from their customers. I have not seen a single person who was trying to help me. I am also attaching invoice received at the time of product delivery (they gave two invoices due to replacement) and few emails where they have mentioned that they are not able to find my details. Then I had to attach my old emails for reference which was sent to them by me. I wonder why they don’t find my details sometimes. And sometimes they can see my details in their system. I am also mentioning the Service request No. – [protected] got on 30th July on Eureka forbes whtsapp support customer care but nothing has done yet. My product is working fine and i dont think any parts need to be change now but i want Eureka forbes to provide the servicing for my product which was promised by them at the time of buying the product.
                            I have always received a great support from Consumer forum and I really would like to thank you for that and I am sure that this time also you will look into this.

                              I have a Eureka Forbes aquasure smart plus RO+UV+MTDS water purifier.
                              My customer id:[protected]
                              I have done payment for AMC ON 1 jun 2021.
                              Then after my water purifier not working and raised a complaint on 2 aug 2021 and the technician visited on 11 aug 2021 and told that pump is under repair and i have to pay extra 3500 for repair.
                              I have an AMC till 31 may 2022 and why i have to pay extra amount for repair.
                              Eureka Forbes is just making the consumer to pay extra even if they have AMC.

                                I have registered complain with Eureka Forbes on 30th July 2021 for the product "Aquasure delight RO+UV+nmtds" and its 12th August 2021 today, still i am unaware of any update as to by when faulty spare part (they said float) would be replaced. My product is under warranty still. This is the only source of drinking water in my home and for the last 12 days i am buying the water from outside. I have used every mode of contact : email, whatsApp, msg, Facebook, Instagram, their app. They only say sorry, we will escalate but no resolution or even explanation is provided with no updates. Its shocking customer service from a company of this repute.

                                I fervently hope if i can get some update and quick resolution to my complaint as I am facing lots of trouble.

                                  Have bought product through online as per your Eureka sales person suggestions. By the time of place order got below assurance about product futures from sales person.
                                  1. Auto TDS Adjust
                                  2. Active coper
                                  3. Complementary Discount
                                  4. Exchange

                                  Now am facing problem with product that TDS is not working and requested for fix issues or exchange product with other product since not available those I have mentioned above points.

                                  I have connected helpline, sent many mails to online Eureka . But not getting any response and assurenc from there.

                                  Online for sales promotion the saying about wrong futures/ promise latter if any problem they ommiting with customer Headache.

                                  Totally so bad service .

                                    I am a old owner of Dr Aquaguard. Recently I did service through Magna RO Kit but kit price is 4925 rupees but agent charged me Rs. 6500 on a raw bill slip. Plz solve my problem and take back me my extra money what I given to the agent.

                                      I purchased Dr. Aquaguard purifier on Jan 2021. It stops working within 3 months in the warranty period. Raised service request several times and also escalated to higher level. Not getting any response. More than 100 days over after first service request. First service request placed on 3 May 2021 and complaint no is 20872047. Placed few more request with no [protected], [protected].
                                      No response.

                                      Take back the item and refund the money

                                        I gave a complaint on my water purifier under AMC and i had a ticket for my complaint in the month of july 15 th but they did not take action against my complaint till the day
