I wanted to have my aquaguard i-Nova water purifier installed. I have raised three tickets, since April 2021.Every time the service technician calls and says that he is coming today for repair.The matter ends with the call itself.
NO ONE TURNS UP.

their customer care, is also pathetic.
The iNTERACTIVE VOICE Number will not work properly, you try from the
register number itself..IT WILL SAY THE NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED.
To escalate an issue, they say to send email complaint to
Ms.Anu Kotian and HER EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT AVAILABLE in web-site.
Difficult to imagine such pathetic response from such a BIG organization.
Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
