I have purchased Aquaguard W-Purifier Superb RO+UV+UF+TDS September 2018, now I see there are big cracks on the backside of the purifier due to low quality plastic which can't withstand the weight of the purifier.
Simply I don't understand, if this product is manufactured to hang on the wall it should have provided with good quality plastic instead of a cheap one. Mine is not even completed 3 years.
Is Eureka Forbes insisting customers change the whole unit every 2 years? Customer support is also worst, even after 3 days of your complaint registration we need to follow up with customer care to assign some executive to work the ticket.
Also, I have never seen such worst AMC providers, to grab the customer's attention Auquagurad team is saying many things but in reality, nothing is happening.
One thing Eureka Forbes should understand, now customers have many options. Without customers, you can't build your legacy as before, from my experience I have seen so many customers have moved to other brands.
So please don't concentrate only on advertisements, improve your product quality as well.
