We bought Dr. Aqua guard from eureka and while selling the sales man from eureka told there is full warranty for all the products for one year now only six months over filter not working and we gave complaint to the company there service person came and check the machine and told it's filter problem and no warranty for filter I ask your company sales men told there is warranty for one year for that he told they will say anything like this to sell the product they tell lie only but no warranty for that and I call to the customer care and ask for solution they we arrange call back in one hour but after one day also they didn't call me back what is the solution for this

    I have raised complaint on june 25, 2021 but engineer showed up.call customer care multiple time, they always give us one more time.Today is 8 July.
    My purifier is still in warranty.

    Problem is my purifier is not working.

    I don't understand why they have customer care if they don't know the status and provide resolution.

    I have escalated the complaint as well but still no one attended.

      Aquagaurd Machine is not working At all .I have raised ticket.
      One of the guy came and told one part is not working and need to be changed.
      Waited for 4 days no response then daily asked customer about the issue
      but no support provided.
      Such worst customer service.

      Its 2 week now but still issue not solved. We live in society where there is no lift and we have to bring water from ground floor daily.
      This all due to pathetic service by Eureka forb
      I regret I have taken Eureka forb.

      Customer service guys keeping calls on hold for more than 15 min and not responding at all
      Is this professionalism ?

      Please dont buy anything from Eureka Forbe

        I have purchased Eureka Forbes Dr Aqua Geneus plus in December 2020. Within few days o[censored]sage product started switching off and starting automatically after few mins/hours. I have raised multiple complaints with customer care, however the issue hasn't been fixed yet. I am not request proper response from neither service center nor Eureka Forbes product team. It is lying unused. I need help in either getting the product replacement or return as I can't use it.

        Even if get a temporary fix I may end up paying more for the service guys after warranty period. Please help.

          I have purchased the aqua guard of Eureka Forbes (ayur) in the month of March 2021. Sice then the water flow was very low and they stated that my water has a problem and it is a normal flow. After 3 moths the machine stopped working and they claim we have used 5000litre of water in 3 months and hence we need to change the filter with our own cost, although the product is under warranty as it is only 3 months after purchase. Also it is impossible for a family to consume 5000 litre of water in 3months and hence I find this completely irrelevant. I am trying to contact further support but no one is responding and now it is more than 5 days. We are suffering due to scarcity of drinking water.

            Hi,
            My RO is not working from last 4 days. I raised complaint 4 days ago. After then every I call customer care and they promise that it will resolved today. But this is also not resolved.
            I purchased AMC in Dec 2020, but this is also not showing in my account, they are saying that product is not under warranty.

              Raised complaint for service request on 24th June for Aquagurd purifier and none of the technician have called us till now. None contacted despite calling several times to customer care

              Worst customer service experienced never before and the product become faulty within 10 months of purchase.

                I have purchased Aquaguard W-Purifier Superb RO+UV+UF+TDS September 2018, now I see there are big cracks on the backside of the purifier due to low quality plastic which can't withstand the weight of the purifier.

                Simply I don't understand, if this product is manufactured to hang on the wall it should have provided with good quality plastic instead of a cheap one. Mine is not even completed 3 years.

                Is Eureka Forbes insisting customers change the whole unit every 2 years? Customer support is also worst, even after 3 days of your complaint registration we need to follow up with customer care to assign some executive to work the ticket.

                Also, I have never seen such worst AMC providers, to grab the customer's attention Auquagurad team is saying many things but in reality, nothing is happening.

                One thing Eureka Forbes should understand, now customers have many options. Without customers, you can't build your legacy as before, from my experience I have seen so many customers have moved to other brands.

                So please don't concentrate only on advertisements, improve your product quality as well.

                  Hello Team,

                  I have a serious issue to report regarding the eureka forbes sales person.
                  Who has committed me life time service warranty if I book the order before so and so date. Now the machine is delivered but for service warranty he is ignoring, he keeps saying I have sent you warranty card but I have not recieved any such. Also I called customer care but they say there is no such offer. If this is true its a sheer fraud and sales person is making false commitments to bag the orders.

                        We have the worst quality Aquagaurd that we bought few years ago and stupid enough we keep extending its warranty thinking that Eureka Forbes is a good name and it might be that issue we face is a special case scenario. But this year we realized the product quality as poor as it is the service quality is even more pathetic. Your service team bluntly say that they are only doing paid services and paid part replacements and would not send technicians for service of in warranty products. The phone calls to customer service team are of no use as they remain open for a period of time and get closed automatically.

                        While you are advertising your health products you do not realize that their is a health hazard for not servicing those products in time. Not to mention that during Corona times people are staying indoor and a non working water purifier would force them to step out to arrange for drinking water.

                        Our Aquagaurd reviva is not working for almost a month now when it started leaking. Also, the yearly filter replacement is due since March. Eureka forbes have no regards for a their in warranty products and their customers it seems. It is not acceptable and I require an immediate remedy for my concern.

                          I have Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH RO+ UV+ MTDS which i brought in 2018 Dec. it ran good for an year. Starting 2020 Dec almost every month it stopped working. Within 6 months asked to replace internal filters in Dec 2020. I agreed and paid 4900 and it stopped working again in 2021. Raised complaint and this time again suggested that filters need to replace within a month along with that suggested to have external filter that way it gives long run. Agreed and paid for external filter 900 and in Mar 2021 it stopped working this time came to know that external filter which was fitted was duplicate and again also charged for internal filters 2300 and in June 2021 it stopped again asking to pay 4800

                            My customer id of eureka Forbes is [protected], I won DR AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD+RO+UV. Machine is under the AMC from Valid 13/12/2020 to 12/12/2021. Machine not working from 30/05/2021, Multiple escalations were done via official app, phone call to aqua guard associates. Still complaint is not attended. Complaint numbers are [protected](app)/[protected](phone). Complaint is visible in official eureka Forbes app is not acknowledged by the on ground eureka Forbes associates ([protected]-Nishant) and is closed with no service personnel visits and on ground person threatened to go ahead to go and file a consumer complaint. Extremely pathetic customer service and no empathy to customer grievances. The TDS of the water is 850 and we are totally dependent on a RO System as there is no other source of soft water hence repair/service is very essential to which i am entitled as per AMC. Please compensate us for financial loss and mental torture from mis treatment from the quality of customer service.

                                Am a process manager for a concern.
                                This is the worst process, customer service, customer support and after sales service I could ever run.

                                When coming to product, I returned three filters since I purchased. And the 4th one after just few uses is not working for which I booked complaint and found the above quality of service.

                                All together they are just crazy business .
                                Just doing a cheating water purifier business.

                                I have taken effort to type a honest review means there are so many who didn't take time and trust to post this feedback.

                                  I am using Aquaguard - Geneus (Active copper) water purifier and registered a complaint through call center on 22nd Jun 2021 and complain number is[protected] for service purpose as service indicator is blinking. Call attend by Mr. Renjit .
                                  Subsequently I got a sms pm 23rd jun 2021 with request no. [protected], where as no one has turned up since 10 days.

                                  Now if any problems comes to water purifier, company should be held responsible.

                                    The undersigned has lodged a complaint on 23rd June 2021 and thereafter several follow-ups about Aquaguard classic which totally stopped. On 24th, a technician visited but told that he will be coming again after taking the parts. But till date he has not visited. The Eureka Forbes at one time handling the customers nicely but now it has very bad reputation. Aquaguard is now need of an hour in this monsoon season. Then why there is need for AMC. The technician is also not good, he is unable to repair my acquaguard. thanking you

                                      I have been calling the aquaguard helpline since Saturday the 26th of June for the installation of my water filter Aquaguard aura. Every day i get a new escalation ticket number and false promise. but till date, no one came for installation. disgusting service. I have wasted my whole week waiting for it at home.                                         I registered my complaint for broken Tap on 28th June. Customer said that complaint shall be resolved in 48 hours. Today is Day 4 and inspite of Calling customer care twice, they only escalate the request but still NO technician has come and resolved by complaint. Since the tap has broken it is highly inconvenient to use the machine.
