The amc is bought on Dec 2020 and now when I have requested to service the aquaguard and replace the filter/membrane, the service guy is not visiting the place. The machine is not allowing the water output and during such covid times, it's very difficult to get water from outside.
From the date of purchase the aquagard service is very bad and I repent paying 20k for such a device and utterly bad service.

    Dear Sir,

    We have had the Worst service experience, I bought three RO for my house and I regret, they are most of the time not working and the service is pathetic, no person comes when your RO is out of order despite several complaints, I complained two months back, it was repaired but stopped working after 8 hrs, we followed up with the service person on phone but it was not fixed. last I complained was on 27 May 2021 and till date after 20 days I have been complaining every third day and no one has come, complaint no is [protected]We have two RO which are out of order and not working since almost a month, we take regular AMC and despite that no person is attending.

    i had escalated the complaint on 13th june 2021 and since then no person has called or contacted.

      Disappointed with product I bought. Water purifier has been provided without mount . I really don't understand how can someone expect to keep purifier or floor and drink water. I called customer care multiple time but they have no idea about product. Very bad service and product

        Dear Sir,

        I am writing from Bhubaneswar Odisha. We recently installed Aquaguard Astor at our home by one of your sales man- Mrutyunjan Satpathy after we called the regional sales manager (got the number from google). He convinced us to take the product and he himself came to installed the machine on 3rd June 2021. (I don't know how a salesman installed the machine)

        Just after 3 days o[censored]se water started leaking from its outlet and body parts when we switched on the machine. We complained to Mr. Satpathy and he said it will be alright in 2 days. After a day when the leakage increased, we asked him to visit and check. Then he visited and did some repair work inside the machine. (Again; how a salesman did the servicing I was really confused and to a machine which was not even a week old). The leakage stopped and we were happy.

        Just after one day o[censored]sage, 10 times more leakage started from the body part, and now to fill one bottle we need to keep waiting for 20 min and water is flowing everywhere. You can imagine the amount of problem we are facing. We don't want to use the defective machine but don't have an alternative for drinking water.

        When we tried to give a complaint at customer care, they said the mobile number is not registered. We again called the salesman and after some 10-12 hours he registered my number and I received a message from Eureka Forbes.

        He registered a complaint on behalf o[censored]s (He said this, but i did not receive any message or email). After a day I received a call from a service engineer (14th June 2021) and he said no one is available in Bhubaneswar to give service. However, I requested him to pay a visit and resolve but no response since morning from that guy.

        Again we called today (15th June 2021) and wanted to know about our complaint status. They said nothing is registered. It's damn frustrating.
        We registered another complaint today and waiting for the service.

        We have been using Aquaguard for years (UV machine) and we have never faced such a bad experience. Now we replaced the old machine and installed the new one. The leakage problem started in 3 days of installation. We have been facing problems with drinking water since then and struggling to get it fixed.

        Please give us a new machine and take this defective one. After investing so much of money we get such defective machine it will spoil our interest towards the machine and the company.
        I am humbly requesting you to replace this with a new one. I am extremely dissatisfied with the support, sales man and quality of the product.

              I have registered a complaint for my RO which is under waranty, on 03.06.21 vide complaint no [protected]. After that, I have escalated the matter, further gave up a follow up reminder. After that, I have talked twice to customer service representative, however till date, my complaint has not been attended.
              Please arrange to address my complaint at the earliest.

                I purchased one Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner with the customer code No. [protected] towards the end Nov 2020 and got delivery in mid Dec 2020 (i.e. about 5 months).
                ii) Immediately upon unpacking, its switch was not functioning, and the cover was not closing smooth. The switch was somehow repaired/fixed by your engineer in about a 3-4 weeks.
                iii) Thereafter, I used it once or twice and the motor got burnt. It took me several complains and then Eureka Forbes took more than one months to replace the motor.
                iv) During this motor replace the Engineer found the cover not closing properly and the latch was cracked. He raised a complaint and it took another about a month to replace the cover.
                v) I used it once or twice and found the motor has NOT been running smooth with burning smell. I complained on May 5, 2021 No. [protected] (did not use since then)
                vi) Twice, on May 6, 2021 and May 27, 2021 Eureka Forbes raised satisfaction code 1571 (both time) for the repair of the machine; however, nobody contacted me. And there was no solution by contacting customer care.

                  I have raised a service request(complaint number-[protected]) with eureka forbes customer care regarding the service of my aquaguard water purifier.The Executive has told me that you will get a call back from our nearest technician who will visit at your house and will change the filters.The technician has visited at my home address and informed all the charges of changing filters and labour charge.When i asked him about the bill then he denied.I immediately called back at customer helpline of eureka forbes and told them the whole situation.The executive itself said that just let technician do his work and we will send you the bill through E-mail.But it's 5-6 days now(on 12 June 2021) and i haven't received the bill yet.
                  When i called at the customer helpline this time, the executive clearly denied me to gave the bill.He said it's company's policy that we don't provide a bill to our customers for the service.When i told him that it's consumer's right to demand and get the bill for the service that he has paid for, you just can't deny me on which he argued with me and said it's company's policy.When i told him that i am going to proceed with legal case for this and you would definately be responsible for what you have said on which he asked me to be on hold so that he can raise a complaint and transfered my call to random person.
                  The name of the executive, to whom my call has been transfered, was sharaana.She gave me the same answer at first, then i told her that i am going to proceed with legal case for this and i will also mention your name in it also on which she gave me wrong instructions and cut the call.
                  This is how eureka exploits their customers.
                  Even when i have asked their technician, at the time of service, about the bill, he had denied me but after a long argument he said you have to pay 18% gst above on MRP, then i would give you the bill of any random firm.
                  How someone can ask me to pay gst above MRP because MRP otself is inclusive of all charges.
                  National consumer helpline is my last hope as i am feeling exploited and being mentally harassed by eureka forbes as their executive just put you on long hold ane even denies to provide the bill.It's a criminal offense which might be taken seriously.

                    I complained regarding my RO not working two days ago. No response from Local Service station in Agra, U.P. Neither anybody is picking up my calls.. Its very frustrating... a necessity like good drinking water should not be delayed for any customer.. It poses great problems on our end.. Please resolve it ASAP.

                      I have registered complain with Eureka Forbes on 6th June 2021 for the product "Aquagaurd Enhance RO+UV+UF" and its 11th June 2021 today, still i am unaware of any update as to by when faulty spare part (PCB) would be replaced. My product is under AMC and as per company PCB replacement is covered under AMC. This is the only source of drinking water in the house and for last 5 days i am procuring the water from outside. This is more of an agony where customer is not provided with the service timely and he is left with no updates. Its disheartening and unexpected from a company of this repute.

                      My complain no is [protected] dated 6th June 2021. Everytime when i speak to customer care, i am told that my complaint is escalated or a reminder is issued, however nobody gives an update on timelines or issuance of spare part.

                      With this platform i hope if i can get some updates and timely resolution to my complain instead of escalation or reminder commitment.

                        Their sales men won't tell u that after utilizing this product for 1 month you need to spend 3000 every month. Once your usages increase then customer will come to know that machine's digital circuit needs to be changed every now and then.

                        stop buying products from eureka forbes. They are stealing money from innocent customers.

                        Their sales men are cheaters and some how sales machine to innocent customers.

                          We have raised a compliant vide no. [protected], dtd May 3, 2021. Your representative gave a call on May 8, 2021. Due to some function at home, requested him to come next day. No one has turned up.

                          When enquired with you today morning, it is understood that the ticket is closed and they are going to raise a new ticket and will take time for service due to covid situation. How much time do you require to address one compliant.

                          This is not expected out from your reputed organization. We have been your member since 25 to 30 years and this type of service is not at all acceptable. We also require good water during this pandemic situation. Hence request you to do the needful asap.

                            I have an AMC with you and I have raised a compliant vide no, [protected] raised on May 3, 2021. I had received a call from your representative on May 8, 2021.

                            As we were busy with our rituals, we requested him to come next day, but he did not turn up. When reached, he said that the franchies are on strike and cannot get the required materials to take my call.

                            Today your representative informed that the ticket is closed and he is not connecting me to escalte this issue to higher ups. How can a ticket be closed with addressing it.

                            This is not what is expected from your organization. Understand that there is pandemic situation, but how many days do you require to resolved One compliant.
                            We also require good water during this pandemic situation, request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                    After taking AMC no proper response for a service issue. The purifier is in nonworking condition for one month. No service person visited till now even after multiple follow-ups. Due to the pandemic, it is a very difficult situation for senior citizens to go out and stand in queue for filtered water, even after multiple communications, escalations mail we are not getting the issue solved.

                                    I request kindly help us get back the AMC amount so that we can go for some other filters.

                                    Taking AMC has caused us so many issues, if without AMC they would visit us every 2 months to clean and service the filter.

                                    Their service person visited today and mentioned that product is old so parts are not available. So I should consider buying a new machine. Why they have collected AMC for the same if service is not possible. There should be strong action should be taken against such service vendors who are cheating customers.

                                    I have receipts and want the complete AMC amount to be refunded in this case.

                                      I am registering a complaint against Eureka Forbes company for Fraud. PFA AMC charged on 2 Oct 2020. Not one service has been done since AMC. I have paid Inr 5800 for AMC contract to Eureka Forbes Service.

                                      Now my machine is down for want of parts as per some technician Mr Santosh Kuwar [protected] of Vansh Ravet, Pune. He has changed the Motor and during the last visit he said the UV tube needs to be replaced.

                                      No one is attending our calls now.

                                      I am making a complaint in Consumer Forum as well as Consumer Court against Eureka Forbes for Malpractices by Company and Service Agents appointed by the company.

                                      I want my machine to be replaced immediately.

                                        I purchased a Euro Clean robo vaccum cleaner on May-28 through a sales agent and they provided a Eureka forbes direct payment link . I paid Rs 19990 and the sales person said that it will be delivered within 24- 48 hours.

                                        I tried calling Eureka forbes customer care as well and they said they will me back within 24 hours, but I never received any call .

                                        The sales agent named Manju and Dilip, mentioned that they are following up and will be delivered soon. On Jun-7-2021, they said that it has reached warehouse and will be delivered within 1 day .
