Water leakage is not fixed even after so many complaints. Technicians have visited more than five times but its not yet fixed. Senior technician has visited told us thst its a harware issue and he took the motherboard with him saying he will replace. He is not showing up since many days. I am escalating this to their customer team daily but no response from them. This is real bad after spending so much on amc.

I had purchased this "NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS" model from authorized sales center by paying 21K around in 2019. Within 6-7 months its Filter was showing "Red Alarm" of full consumption. I had an Aquaguard Aquaflo water filter from Eureka Forbes. I renewed the AMC in Sep 2019 for 2 years by paying Rs 2900 (Tax Invoice - [protected]).
