Hello,

I have purchased 2 Aquaguard filter within 9months and had filter issue on both the machines. 1 failed within 6Months and 2nd failed in 4Months. I expect filter should work at least for a year for medium consumption for a brand new. Embedding a chip to stop the filter and force customer to pay for it. Why do you want to stop a filter if its in good shape and use it till it stops by itself.

Purchased your product in the month of May 2020, it stopped working from November 2020. I'm not sure if this is a defect product received, after following up with manager, service agents and escalate this issue to CEO and Deepa still issue was not resolved. I had paid for the filter to replace and get it work. Kindly refund the amount.

Purchased in the month of March 2020 and stopped working in July 2020. After the past experience of complaining and getting no response from your end, I had paid and replaced the filter. Kindly refund the amount of the filters or take back your precious wonderful machines and refund full amount.

For your kind information there is no high consumption we are 2 adults and 2 children below 8Yrs. and 4 floors building staying in 1st floor had enough pressure. We use it only for drinking purpose not for any cooking or cleaning.

    I requested a service request for newly installed water purifier. Purifier started leaking within a month of installation. It's been 2 weeks and no one has visited to fix the issue.

      I am Pooja Singh Patil from Vasant Vihar, Banglore.
      Aquaguard Aura was ordered by me on 26th of june and delivered on 1st July, by amazon along with this also booked one year extended service also.
      Today is 27th July, i am still waiting there customer support to installation for Ro. This is the worst customer support we are experiencing.
      Even i tried to return the product but Amazon was not accepting it.

        I had purchased the Aqua guard water purifier last year i.e. 10th June 2020 and for one year I had not faced any issues. On 17th July 2021, water has stopped and I had called the customer care on 17th July and on 18th June Sachin technician has attended and replaced the filers and charged Rs 5100.

        After one week, the water has stopped and the red service light is displayed. Again called the Customer care and the same technician has came and replaced an part in the purifier. After three days again the water has stopped and Sachin has replaced the power cable.

        After four days, the water has over flowing from the purifier and called Customer care and this time, Sonthosh Shindhe has came and replaced the mother board. After two days, the same issue (red light displayed) and water stopped.

        From one week onwards I am calling daily to the customer care and daily they are informing that the technician will visit but still now the technician has not visited.

        Very very disappointed with service and the behavior of Sonthosh Shindhe. Sonthosh Shindhe is very rude and request you to take action and at least now please send the technician.

          Hello, myself ; Avinash Chandile . 7 months ago in december 2020 i bought a product from chaitanya enterprises, chalisgaon .The details of the product are :
          Name- AG REVIVA UV NXT
          Product code: GWPDRVUVE20000
          The technician came to install the machine and for almost 1 month it was working smooth . Then suddenly one day the machine stopped working and we were in trouble .Then we called the techincian who earlier came to install the machine, and he fixed the problem .But then again after 1 month the machine again stopped working and this time when I called to the chaitanya enterprises owner, I was told that they have closed their dealership with eureka Forbes, so we contacted customer care and then we registered a complaint there .After almost 15 days we got a call from eureka Forbes dhule and soon there technician came to house, for investigating the problem, but the technician told us that this would cost us rs. 2100 as the filters are defective, and the most ridiculous thing was that, there was no any warranty about that filters . And without giving any further information he left without solving the problem.
          After all this my family and I are totally upset about the way this people and you are handling the problem.
          I request you to take ACTION WITH IN 2 DAYS else I will contact consumer protection agency .Plz be serious about this else you be ready to face the problems.

              I (Jagdish Rai) have made service request on 10.07.2021 & Service request no. is [protected] for my Dr. Acquaguard water purifier. Request is allotted to Mr. Kamlesh Yadav. Water purifies light has become red & now water purifier not dispensing water. Candle/Cartridge has to be changed & it is due in July 2021.He is saying for the Cartridge I have to make payment.

              My view point
              I have purchased this unit on 04.10.2019, with one year warranty. I had Aquaguard compact unit with AMC of 3 years starting from 29.03.2018 till 28.03.2021.(AMC contract Receipt no. 0190099 date 29.03.2018, Original receipt with you). When I intended to buy this unit, Aquaguard Sales person (Mr. Ajay Yadav - Mobile No. [protected]) told that old AMC will be carried forward & in extended AMC no charges I have to pay for cartridges for new unit etc. On his above representation, I bought the new unit. So why I should pay for new Cartridge. Further this Sale guy has sold many unit in my Housing Society on false representation & now we have barred him in our society.

              Also my extended AMC period should be till 3rd March 2022 as below

              Old AMC (29.03.2018 till 28.03.2021) balance period as on 04.10.2019 is 18 month & 12 month for new unit, totaling to 30 month. Means AMC should be valid from 04.10 .2019 till 03.03.2022.

              If you feel I have to pay for Cartridge, my request is that please return the old unit to me & take away new unit by refunding me whole amount.

              Please look in to this on urgent basis.

                I have purchased Aquaguard 7 months ago and my product is in warranty and I have placed a service request to Aquaguard and it’s more than 20 days that I have not got response over it and now the sales person who has sold me the product is not picking up my call and no clear response from Aquaguard customer care

                    Worst product ever I bought water purifier in my life. Every 15days its stop working and heatind very high and when I request for service they come and solve and say next time it will not come. Etc.but next 15-30days its same not working and heating, this company is fraud and cheating with customers to sell much products and his sellers are very worst fake and cheat to customers for selling only. When They sell products tell to customers for 2free services but In 1 year no services and after my request for services because its not working they send me after 3-4 month after so much call and messages. But now its same and after 1year warranty will be end and they will charge me for this very very worst product. Seriously this type of company should close for selling his ghatiya products!! So customers will be safe and save his money.

                      Eureka-Forbes is a fraud company - & when I say "FRAUD", I have the PROOF

                      Beware - They might have installed USED/recycled... Membrane/Candle/Counter-Chip in your water-purifier

                      This means your purifier might not be working properly & you would be drinking POISONOUS water full of arsenic, rust, pesticides, and fluorides

                      I have caught their service guy red-handed installing RO-Service-Kit that he pulled out from some other machine

                      & he brazenly said, it is normal, company allow it, "मशीन से पानी निकलना चाहिए बस"

                      Better go for some other brand - Ditch Eureka-Forbes - For your family's safety

                        I bought vaccum cleaner WDX2 last year December, since last June month that suction tube spiral comes out, I called customer service and raised compliant on June 19th month my complaint no [protected] one of the technician called me 10days back but he didn't visit my home when ever I called that no I'll come with in 20min or 30min but he never come. This is really irritating me and I never expect from horrible and worst service from Eureka Forbes. Take necessary action as soon as possible I'm not used since two months my vaccum cleaner.

                            I purchased dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv in sep-2020. After that I am facing issue with this product regularly. Already technician visited in month of april and replaced some cartridge. Now again it is not working. Raised complaint with no. [protected]. Technician visited. Now he is saying pump is faulty. Just 9 month old product and already so many problems.
                            Please change my ro. As per my understanding, faulty product is delivered.

                            I raised complaint on 17th july but issue is still not resolved.

                              A Faulty Water Purifier unit of "Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ Hot" purchased on 17th October 2020 which was identified faulty and not functioning on installation itself at our home; fault being sensor / button not working at all to dispense water. Have raised a refund request (Ticket no. : [protected]) then itself and have followed up millions of time since then with the Sales, Service, Escalation and Customer Care Departments, each one of them gave evasive replies and shifting the blame to others.
                              As my product was under warranty it should have refunded or replaced immediately as the product installed was only faulty.

                              Have subsequently raised escalation emails too to "Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in" and "[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in" but all in vain; every time giving false promises of someone coming and looking into the same.

                              It has been more than 8 months now But None of them ever attended / visited us inspite of following up number of times and also knowing the fact that we are senior citizens and have been a loyal customer of Eureka Forbes since more than 15 years now; still the being troublesome and rude in their behaviors many times causing harassment to me and my wife. Mainly from the sales person - Dileep Singh, but the Area Sales Head- Santosh Upadhyay and the Area Service Head - Anil Kilotkar too have been of no use and plainly diverging from the issue each time.

                              We are since then exposed unattended to the risk o[censored]nhealthy water and thus contracting water-borne diseases. We thus resort to you and request to take up this matter and help resolving the same and provide appropriate compensation from the company.

                                I purchased Aquaguard Aura UV U[censored]nit on March 9th 2021. Unit stopped working after 2 months. Since then, its been almost 2 months and I've got not a single update on the resolution. from the customer service I've raised 3 complaints on aquaguard customer service, wrote emails on their escalation channels (Deepa customer care and the CEO escaltion). Nobody has cared to respond back. Complaint tickets get closed automatically after few weeks. I've to purchase purified water daily since the unit stopped working. They don't provide details on when they'll be able to resolve my issue. This is the worst and most reckless customer service I've ever seen. I totally understand that services get impacted due to COVID, but you can't use that excuse forever at the cost of customer inconvenience. You should at least update your customer about how long the fix will take, and what progress you've made.

                                Desired resolution:
                                Please get me refund from this company as I don't trust their product and service for even a penny. They can take back thir unit from my house, as its nothing more than trash box for me.

                                If they can't refund, I want a fix/new unit with 1 extra year of warranty, to compensate for the 2months of inconvenience and for external water purchases.

                                  My complaint dated 13th July 2021 is yet to be resolved. Every time i call your consumer complaint team they do not know how to resolve the complaint or listen to the consumer grievances but register a new complaint and give time for another 48 hours. Talked to all the senior team members there but of no use. A team of inefficient/incompetent and shameless people who talk nonsense and will talk anything other than the resolution of the complaint

                                    Please get our water purifier working again. URGENTLY. Our water purifier got serviced yesterday and is spoilt now. It was working fine before the service person came and started selling services contract renewal. All through the pandemic our service contract of 3 years was not serviced even once and now we need to renew our contract. Mis selling guys. We are eureka fans but I guess it’s time to move on.

                                      I have aquaguard water purifier which has a storage of 7 liters. The machine keeps leaking. Mr Sandeep sends an unprofessional service repairer. He sets the machine to 5 liters. I have seen a red light called for service repairer. The complaint was lodged on 11 July asking someone senior to come and solve my complaint. Mr Sandeep says he has no senior in his department and till the date and time my complaint hasn't been solved.
                                      I will write on twitter and facebook that there is no proper service for aquaguard and one must not purchase it.
                                      My complaint is [protected].It has still not been resolved.
                                      Third grade service center. No senior technician available.No use of doing AMC contract.
                                      Please reply.
                                      If Mr Sandeep can't resolve it, please request your company to take away his contract and give it to some suitable person. I am sure many customers would be facing the same.

                                        We purchased the water filter in October 2020. And this filter started giving trouble from the month of 19th December 2020. Please see the history of my complaints in your records. Your service engineer is attending and within a week my filter would stop working. The same has been repeated since December 19th.
                                        Is our filter problem not solved due to your engineer's incompetence or did you sell us a defective water filter? If your engineer is incompetent please send a competent person to fix the problem immediately or replace this defective water filter with a good quality filter.
                                        Recently your engineer attended to close the complaint number [protected] on 05 July 2021 and it worked that day. It ceased to function again on July 6, 2021.
                                        Kindly understand my anguish and resolve this issue permanently as soon as possible.
