Hello sir
I bought vaccum cleaner WDX2 last year December, since last June month that suction tube spiral comes out, I called customer service and raised compliant on June 19th month my complaint no [protected] one of the technician called me 10days back but he didn't visit my home when ever I called that no I'll come with in 20min or 30min but he never come. This is really irritating me and I never expect from horrible and worst service from Eureka Forbes. Take necessary action as soon as possible I'm not used since two months my vaccum cleaner.

      I purchased dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv in sep-2020. After that I am facing issue with this product regularly. Already technician visited in month of april and replaced some cartridge. Now again it is not working. Raised complaint with no. [protected]. Technician visited. Now he is saying pump is faulty. Just 9 month old product and already so many problems.
      Please change my ro. As per my understanding, faulty product is delivered.

      I raised complaint on 17th july but issue is still not resolved.

        A Faulty Water Purifier unit of "Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ Hot" purchased on 17th October 2020 which was identified faulty and not functioning on installation itself at our home; fault being sensor / button not working at all to dispense water. Have raised a refund request (Ticket no. : [protected]) then itself and have followed up millions of time since then with the Sales, Service, Escalation and Customer Care Departments, each one of them gave evasive replies and shifting the blame to others.
        As my product was under warranty it should have refunded or replaced immediately as the product installed was only faulty.

        Have subsequently raised escalation emails too to "Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in" and "[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in" but all in vain; every time giving false promises of someone coming and looking into the same.

        It has been more than 8 months now But None of them ever attended / visited us inspite of following up number of times and also knowing the fact that we are senior citizens and have been a loyal customer of Eureka Forbes since more than 15 years now; still the being troublesome and rude in their behaviors many times causing harassment to me and my wife. Mainly from the sales person - Dileep Singh, but the Area Sales Head- Santosh Upadhyay and the Area Service Head - Anil Kilotkar too have been of no use and plainly diverging from the issue each time.

        We are since then exposed unattended to the risk o[censored]nhealthy water and thus contracting water-borne diseases. We thus resort to you and request to take up this matter and help resolving the same and provide appropriate compensation from the company.

          I purchased Aquaguard Aura UV U[censored]nit on March 9th 2021. Unit stopped working after 2 months. Since then, its been almost 2 months and I've got not a single update on the resolution. from the customer service I've raised 3 complaints on aquaguard customer service, wrote emails on their escalation channels (Deepa customer care and the CEO escaltion). Nobody has cared to respond back. Complaint tickets get closed automatically after few weeks....

          My complaint dated 13th July 2021 is yet to be resolved. Every time i call your consumer complaint team they do not know how to resolve the complaint or listen to the consumer grievances but register a new complaint and give time for another 48 hours. Talked to all the senior team members there but of no use. A team of inefficient/incompetent and shameless people who talk nonsense and will talk anything other than the resolution of the complaint
          Hope you have at least one sensible person who will listen to my complaint and get it resolved.

            Please get our water purifier working again. URGENTLY. Our water purifier got serviced yesterday and is spoilt now. It was working fine before the service person came and started selling services contract renewal. All through the pandemic our service contract of 3 years was not serviced even once and now we need to renew our contract. Mis selling guys. We are eureka fans but I guess it’s time to move on.

              I have aquaguard water purifier which has a storage of 7 liters. The machine keeps leaking. Mr Sandeep sends an unprofessional service repairer. He sets the machine to 5 liters. I have seen a red light called for service repairer. The complaint was lodged on 11 July asking someone senior to come and solve my complaint. Mr Sandeep says he has no senior in his department and till the date and time my complaint hasn't been solved.
              I will write on twitter and facebook that there is no proper service for aquaguard and one must not purchase it.
              My complaint is [protected].It has still not been resolved.
              Third grade service center. No senior technician available.No use of doing AMC contract.
              Please reply.
              If Mr Sandeep can't resolve it, please request your company to take away his contract and give it to some suitable person. I am sure many customers would be facing the same.

                We purchased the water filter in October 2020. And this filter started giving trouble from the month of 19th December 2020. Please see the history of my complaints in your records. Your service engineer is attending and within a week my filter would stop working. The same has been repeated since December 19th.
                Is our filter problem not solved due to your engineer's incompetence or did you sell us a defective water filter? If your engineer is incompetent please send a competent person to fix the problem immediately or replace this defective water filter with a good quality filter.
                Recently your engineer attended to close the complaint number [protected] on 05 July 2021 and it worked that day. It ceased to function again on July 6, 2021.
                Kindly understand my anguish and resolve this issue permanently as soon as possible.

                  Hello Team,

                  This is Manish Jain, i had purchased the filter in month of Jan'21,
                  I reside in Mumbai and have Mumbai Municipal water supply (No hard water).
                  My filter is under 1st year of WARRANTY (Not sure what WARRANT means to Eureka Forbes)(Is consumer only pay for Plastic Tank)(Main part of water filter is its cartridge else is plastic tank. SO IS EUREKA warranty is for Plastic Tank ?

                  I got a service call from your company and your technician serviced it on 16th July.([protected])
                  After the service in late evening I observed a water leakage.Next day as i was out of station when i checked the filter on 19th July, both the LED on console were "RED" hence I called up the technician and booked a new service request ([protected]).
                  Now the technician updated that as both the LED are blinking RED, this indicates the Filter/Cartridge are END-OF-LIFE and will need replacement.
                  The service company updated me and I will have to pay for the faulty filters. This is a surprise to me, a filter is still under warranty, why have I paid for a filter ?
                  Is the "WARRANTY" only for the plastic body? filter/Cartridge filter is the main part of the filter and if it goes faulty in WARRANTY period the company should replace it.

                  I would like you to fix the filter issue ASAP.

                    Very bad service. Every year I am spending about Rs.10000 to Rs.12000 only for service (filters). Only two o[censored]s are there at home and if I am spending so much I rather buy Bisleri water cans from outside. An agent misguided and made me buy a Rs.30, 000 product stating it has been the best and had good sales (giving many reasons why I need to choose that product over others) - a serviceman revealed stating the product I bought has many problems internally and we have no go rather than spending whenever this issue comes. All fraudulent activities which I have faced with Eureka Forbes and I suggest not to go with them at all.

                        Hi one of your sales man sell the aqua guard machine for us last year and he told that there is warranty for all the products including filters so we bought the product now our filter is not working and service technician of your company told want to change the filters and its additional cost. But while selling the machine sales man from the same comapany told warranty for one year and service man from same company telling there is no warranty what is this how this will be solved

                        Manish Jain here, i am also have same case like you.
                        After 6 months and 1st service the filter has RED LED and technician say Filter/Cartridge is END od File and i will have to pay for the replacement.
                        If so the what they mean by word "WARRANTY" ? do they give WARRANTY only for the plastic tank and body?
                        Its like you purchase car and company says we have 1 year warranty only for chassis as other parts are consumable part.
                        This is shame on EUREKA name and its trust.

                          I've purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Rich water filter on 07-June-2021

                          Your Web Order Id is [protected]. Your Ship To Party and Sold To Party Customer ID is [protected] .

                          The Product installation was scheduled and the engineer who was sent by the company was intoxicated and not knowledgeable. He damaged the product. There is water leaking from all the possible places. On my request another engineer was sent to fix the leakages. The product was fixed temporarily fixed. He advised to additionally purchase a water booster attachment to increase the pressure. After three days the product started leaking again.

                          Then I called up the company to take back the damaged product and refund the amount. The Refund request [protected] was created on 02-July-2021.

                          Now I'm getting multiple calls from the company to install the product, but when I tell them about the refund request, the associate informs that he/she will inform the right team.

                          I'm still waiting for a response from the company

                            1st Issue. On 11 Sep 2018 Contract for AMC was signed with your service representative (NITIN) at Pune. My address is E-1/7 Salunke Vihar, PO: SRPF, Pune 411022. I paid Rs 4900/-by cheque with a validity of AMC from 14 Sep 2018 to 13 Sep 2021 for 3 years. The service is not being provided for a couple of months. The representative cannot be contacted as the Tele No. is not operational.
                            2nd issue. In Mar 2021 I received SMS message...

                            I have raised a complaint on 08/07/2021 for water leakage for my aquaguard water filter. No one has has attended till now.

                            I have escalated this issue multiple times but still no resolution. I already have an amc. This is not expected as i am a long term customer.

                              We have recently purchased one of the Eureka Forbes products i.e. "Aquasure Delight" water purifier through Amazon on 5th May 2021. I have been continuously facing trouble with it from the time of it's purchase.

                              However, I have raised numerous complaints and NONE of its Service Technicians have paid a visit to resolve the issue.

                              From 7th July 2021 the product stopped working completely and as usual I'm following up with their customer care representatives to address the problem. It's been again a week by now and no action has been taken.

                              I'm sincerely requesting and urging you to please look at the issue on prior and guide me with a proper solution.

                                  I Have been chasing the Service team for more than 20 days and every time they say they will escalate my request but haven't received any response. Team who has taken the service charges for the same denied service stating that as an service center is already available in your location and ask us to contact them. when we contacted them they denied service saying that we have payed our AMC to other member and he is not responsible for any service. Tried to reach out customer support through toll free, social networking, email and had no response till today.

                                    I wanted to have my aquaguard i-Nova water purifier installed. I have raised three tickets, since April 2021.Every time the service technician calls and says that he is coming today for repair.The matter ends with the call itself.
                                    NO ONE TURNS UP.

                                    They are never reachable on
                                    WHATSAPP No([protected]),
                                    their customer care, is also pathetic.
                                    The iNTERACTIVE VOICE Number will not work properly, you try from the
                                    register number itself..IT WILL SAY THE NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED.

                                    To escalate an issue, they say to send email complaint to
                                    Ms.Anu Kotian and HER EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT AVAILABLE in web-site.
                                    Difficult to imagine such pathetic response from such a BIG organization.
