    I have registered the service request for expert Ro 2 weeks ago but only we got is false promises from the area manager Makrand Parkale and after so many days he is still saying it will take 2 to 3 more days as usual. Very pathetic service they don't understand our problem what we are facing for so many days.

      My water purifier is under amc. My purifier is not working because the filter is problem I have to claim the amc that technician was tell him to you r cannot claim in amc because amc is only electrical thinks filter I can't changed the Amc. Why

        I purchased a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner from Reliance Digital in Povorim Goa with self pick up on 24/04/2021. The vacuum cleaner stopped working within 30 mins however there was a lockdown imposed soon after and I filed a written complaint with Reliance Digital after several attempts at contacting Eureka Forbes. on 11th May I received an email from Reliance digital stating that they would resolve the issue within 10 working hours. Till date nothing has been done, I have visited Reliance Digital 3 times personally since the store reopened with nothing but promises being made by them. Eureka Forbes has provided a complaint number [protected] on June 14th, yet there is no resolution. The technician has not visited as promised. I demand a full refund

          We booked a service request no [protected] for getting a mandatory service done on 15th June 2021. Till date no one turned up. We made several escalations to the CEO office and to other customer care authorities given in their website. We made several calls to their customer care but to no avail. VERY WORST SERVICE from EUREKA FORBES

            I was paid AMC for one year Rs:4, 850 /-on June 8th 2021.

            They assured me that they replace my water filter in couple of days. I don't have any information or call from Eureka Forbes . I've checked with local service centre they said they don't handle AMC service calls.

            Even after repeated follow up for almost 20 days, nobody came to resolve my issues. now my water purifier is dead.

            Whenever i called customer they answer is very generic, in the name of pandemic expect service late, but don't you think u didn't attend a customer who raised a complain which is not attended more than 20 days


            I sent an email to head office . I got a call and they said will follow up (same old update).

            I am totally disgusted by the pathetic service provided by Eureka Forbes and I have decided that I will never ever buy any products and will never recommend any one to do so.

            As they failed to provide service I want my AMC money to be refund.

It is very unfortunate that no one contacted me so far and matter is still pending. I cannot expect company like EF show such irresponsible attitude towards their customers. Expecting immediate response and action from your end

                  Technician Not responding to registered complaints in spite of the AMC.
                  Daily booking done after that rescheduling of complaint done repeatedly since 1 month.

                  But to be unfortunate that, Technician Not responding to registered complaints in spite of the AMC.
                  Anyone suggest for other good water purifier in market, for which services done after complaint booking.

                      We were earlier delivered a defective machine anyways and then after complaint got delivered another machine and now we regret buying it as it never actually works. Giving us problems literally every year. So, I lodged a complaint two weeks earlier as our machine simply stopped working. A technician arrived and checked our machine and told that a part is damaged and that he have to look for that part and will be back in two or three days and would replace it. It's been a week now and the technician is still not here. We are tired of lodging complaints and reminding executives about it but there's no resolution. We already have an AMC and I don't think I am getting any benifits out of that.

                        I bought one Aquasure water purifier before two months. Now it's not working. I have registered request so many times and tried to contact customer care executive. But they are not receiving my call.

                          Even after repeated follow up for almost 40 days, nobody came to resolve my issues. now my water purifier is dead.

                          SO this is the kind of service eureka Forbes providing. whenever i called customer they answer is very generic, in the name of pandemic expect service late, but dont you think u didn't attend a customer who raised a complain which is not attended more than 40 days

                            Purchased Eureka Forbes UTC UV+RO (best model) 9.5 months back.
                            Since then getting constant problems and not getting resolved upon technician visit.
                            September 2020 - Bad Water Quality. Issue resolved after 5 technician visits and replacement of all filters and pressure tank
                            January 2021 - Low water problem. Issue resolved after 3 technician visits.
                            April 2021 - Low water problem. Technician visited 7 times, every 2-3 days issues pops up again
                            May 2021 - Low water problem continues. 4 technician visits, same problem persists
                            June 2021 - Low water problem continues. 6 technician visits, problem pops up every 2-3 days
                            Spent more than Rs 2K on water bottles in last 2.5 months and frustration of getting the problem fixed is separate.

                              I have purchased dr.aquagaurd purifier in July 20. I have raised complaint about non functioning of machine on 21 jun2021with complaint no.[protected].this is 5th time in the last 6months I had faced this problem. Technician attending replacing some spare charging 1500to 2000 rupees, relief for 20 days again same old story. I want permanent solution for this, if possible replace piece with another model

                                  I have been following up since 1st june when i first registered my complaint about my vacuum cleaner and there is just no response from your team on when i will get my machine repaired.
                                  I purchased a small vacuum cleaner through amazon on nov 2nd 2020 and within 6 month sthis stopped working . The service engineer visited on 10th Nov and said the motor was burnt and needed to be replaced.
                                  Since then i have been following up with your call center and it is virtually impossible to even connect to te number and am getting no response

                                  this is very poor customer service and i am shocked at the poor quality of your product

                                    I have an AMC Contract No. [protected]. I have raised a complaint ID: [protected] on 31st May 2021 and was following up continuously with the Hyderabad Service Centre. The Hyderabad Service Centre sent the technician after 23 days of complaint on 23 June 2021. However, the techican by name Srikant is not knowledgeable at all. This same techician has attend a service of the water purifier in Feb 2021 and he didnt reticy the issue two times. I esclated the complaint then, another technician was sent in March 2021 and it was resolved. I had specificaly told the Hyd service centre not to send Srikanth technician as he doesnt have knowledge to resolve the matter and also he is very rude arrogant person and doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I didnt like his attitude and being such a inefficient technician, he cannt be talking rude and doesnt have minimum manners at all. He has changed the filters of the water purifer however the red light indication has not be retificed which means he hasnt done the retification work properly. I called him and said the red light indicator is coming and he said he will come later and check when he gets time. His answer was rude. Later we noticed that he hasnot even fixed the water purifier properly and water was leaking from it all day and night.

                                    Request to look into this matter urgently and take suitable action on the technician who is very arrogant and inefficient.

                                      I raised a service request for re installation of Aquaguard water purifier. Req No-[protected].Its been 2 days, no service guy visited. I am surprised to see the reluctant nature of the service team although water is an essential commodity.
                                      Very bad service. These type poor service will definitely affect the Eureka Firbes reputation instead of having very standard product.

                                        My complaint number [protected]. I raised a complaint on 11jun21. Every I am doing a follow up call, I wrote email to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com but no use. Every day they were telling like, today it will be resolved. Worst service .

                                        After posting this is, it is showing as resolved the complaint with giving any resolution . See this is the worst thing with is site
