This is Manish Jain, i had purchased the filter in month of Jan'21,
I reside in Mumbai and have Mumbai Municipal water supply (No hard water).
My filter is under 1st year of WARRANTY (Not sure what WARRANT means to Eureka Forbes)(Is consumer only pay for Plastic Tank)(Main part of water filter is its cartridge else is plastic tank. SO IS EUREKA warranty is for Plastic Tank ?
I got a service call from your company and your technician serviced it on 16th July.([protected])
After the service in late evening I observed a water leakage.Next day as i was out of station when i checked the filter on 19th July, both the LED on console were "RED" hence I called up the technician and booked a new service request ([protected]).
Now the technician updated that as both the LED are blinking RED, this indicates the Filter/Cartridge are END-OF-LIFE and will need replacement.
The service company updated me and I will have to pay for the faulty filters. This is a surprise to me, a filter is still under warranty, why have I paid for a filter ?
Is the "WARRANTY" only for the plastic body? filter/Cartridge filter is the main part of the filter and if it goes faulty in WARRANTY period the company should replace it.
I would like you to fix the filter issue ASAP.

Manish Jain here, i am also have same case like you.
After 6 months and 1st service the filter has RED LED and technician say Filter/Cartridge is END od File and i will have to pay for the replacement.
If so the what they mean by word "WARRANTY" ? do they give WARRANTY only for the plastic tank and body?
Its like you purchase car and company says we have 1 year warranty only for chassis as other parts are consumable part.
This is shame on EUREKA name and its trust.
