I agree for two year contract for my water purifier. I have made payment by cheque. Payment was cleared.
After lot of regular call for one month at your Baroda office, I do not received receipt for contact agreement. I talk with Hetal and abdual. But no response.
Your representative is agreed for extension of contract during my visit at abroad.
I request you kindly provide me receipt with above condition. Thanks

    मै एक्वागार्ड एन्हांस (aquaguard enhance) RO water machine July 2020 में खरीदा था
    लेकिन आपके सर्विस मेन न तो इंस्टाल किया और न ही अपने सिस्टम में अपडेट किया, मैंने सारे कागजात प्रस्तुत किए, उन्होंने केवल आश्वासन दिया लेकिन काम नहीं किया, आपके सिस्टम में जो अपडेट है, वो मेरा मशीन का कोई नंबर नहीं मिल रहा है,
    इसके बारे में में कई बार हेल्प लाइन सेंटर में बात की, लेकिन मेरा समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो पाया, मै थक हारकर अपने पास के टेक्नीशियन से पैसा देकर मशीन इंस्टाल कराया
    मैंने मशीन कि सर्विसिंग के लिए आपके हेल्पलाइन सेंटर में रिक्वेस्ट बुक करते थे, तो आपका टेक्नीशियन यह बोलकर सर्विसिंग नहीं करता था और बोलता था कि आपके मशीन का रिकॉर्ड मेरे सिस्टम में नहीं दिखा रहा है, और यह कहकर वो सर्विसिंग नहीं करता था जिससे चलते मेरा मशीन पानी देना बंद हो गया
    मै अपने ड्यूटी के चलते हमेशा घर से बाहर रहा, मै अपने परिवार को कोविड 19 के कारण यह मशीन लिए लेकिन आपके कम्पनी और आपका सिस्टम के कारण मेरा परिवार को दुख का सामना करना पड़ा
    मुझे अफसोस रहेगा कि नया मशीन खरीदने के बाद भी हमें कंपनी के तरफ से वारंटी नहीं दिया गया, जो कि मेरा अधिकार था
    आज मेरा मशीन खराब हो गया, मैंने उसे निकालकर रख दिया, यूरेका कंपनी के इस नाकाम सिस्टम से मै आहत हूं, और मेरा पैसा भी बर्बाद हुआ,
    मैंने बहुत कोशिश किया की मेरी बात को सुना जाए, लेकिन सब ने धोखा दिया और झुटी तसल्ली मिली,
    मेरी विनती है कि कंपनी मेरे मशीन को चालू अवस्था में लाए और मुझे वारंटी दे, मुझे जो तकलीफ हुई है, कंपनी उसे महसूस करे
    अन्नयथा मै अपने खराब मशीन को अपनी नाकामयाबी का सूचक मानकर सोशल मीडिया, अपने दोस्त, अपने रिश्तेदार, और अपने संगठन में यूरेका कंपनी का दुष्प्रचार करूंगा, क्यों की कंपनी मेरे साथ धोखा किया है
    एक बार फिर बोलूंगा की मेरे साथ injustice हुआ है

      I had made a service request on 30.05.2021 (Deepti Singh, Mobile- [protected]) for my Genius RO system as was not functional. Also made payment worth Rs. 5900/- for AMC for renewal (Ref. No. 409410, Transaction id[protected] on 02.06.2021 as advised by your office (Mobile no. [protected] by which link was shared to me). More than a week has been passed but my problem has not been solved. Even the number mentioned is not being picking up. I again request to sort out my problem otherwise suggest what to do. Hoping good response to your side.

        I have placed an order on June 1st 2021by the Eureka Forbes sales man from Bangalore. I made payment ₹17790 through the Eureka Forbes payment link provided by the sales man. Till now I have not received product and not providing any proper information regarding the product. Now I fed-up of this overall followup. Please accept my request to cancel the order refund my amount.

          I have taken AMC for 3 years on 2019. But they have not once come for service once after we took AMC . Now my water purifier is not working and despite numerous complaints, the customer care service does not even send any person for repair. Worst company stealing money in name of AMC.

            Hi,

            I have water purifier (Customer ID [protected]) which stopped working few days back (after working for 6 months).
            I logged a service request
            (Dear friend your complaint no. is [protected].)

            Your service personnel visited on 6th June (Sunday), opened the purifier, tried different experiment, and in the process cut every wire inside the purifier staring he doesn't know any other way. (He didn't know functionality of any part it seemed after I questioned him). Then he left saying he doesn't know what is the problem.

            I request you to not just take action against the service personnel, but also either replace this product with a working product, or refund my money by taking this product.

              I have been keep on following up on this request, but haven't got any resolution yet, can you please help ?

              ******************* MY PURIFIER IS TOTALLY NOT FUNCTIONING NOW ****************************

              One of the request is closed without being resolved, please find the details below:

              I have raised a request [protected] on 28th May stating there is a RED light which is coming on my Aquaguard Magna Water Purified.
              Even though the complaint is about RED light, the executive came for normal service attended and told that he will come on the next day and get the cylinders replaced, he hasn't came as said, not even picking phone even though I have tried to call him multiple times and also not calling back, finally on 4th June I have raised this new request - [protected], in parallel I was keep on following up with deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com, sent multiple emails but the issue is still not resolved, they were promising it will be resolved ASAP, but no executive came yet. I was been told [protected] is closed, this should NEVER HAPPEN, as this was not resolved, this is what I never expect from Eureka, being a customer for almost 8 years, I am totally fed up with this service. My Water purifier is now totally NOT functional and it's a great trouble for me now to wait anymore.
              Can you please take this as priority and get this resolved by today ASAP.

                On 16th Feb 2021, I purchased eureka forbes vaccum cleaner, from salesperson Rahul Dongre, at time of demo when I told him there is Spykar watch as gift with this vaccum cleaner. He said you will get same. He delivered me only vaccum cleaner by saying you will get watch on 24th February, later he and his boss Rajesh Dongre told by 8th March you will receive. 4-5 times they did same by saying different different dates. After purchasing machine he always ignored my calls. On confronting on what's app he replied by so and so dates. At time of purchasing only I asked him if he can't issue then tell me it is ok if not, but he made false commitments so that I can purchase and he fulfils him target.
                I complaint to customer care of eureka forbes a month back, they said bcz of lockdown we can't do something. I totally understand the situation of pandemic, but my problem is why to give false commitments to customer. Today on 6tb June, Rahul Dongre sent his fellow colleague to provide me that gift which is not as mentioned while purchasing, it was of some local company and duplicate one. Which I immediately return.

                I want strict action against this kind of salesperson.

                  My Aqua Guard purifier is having water leakage since May 20th. I raised a complaint (# [protected]) on 25th May 21 by calling their customer support # [protected]. They informed me due to corona situation there will be delay in service. I said I was OK if it was a matter of 1 week of wait. But now 11 days have passed by there is no response from their end. I escalated to Deepa and their CEO's email id since then. They have also not responded.
                  Strangely When I try to escalate to Ms. Anu Kotian or Ms. Vinath Hegde or to their ombsman at https://www.eurekaforbes.com/ombudsman/ it says my ticket is not valid. But I do have the whats up message from Eureka Forbes [protected] with the complaint # [protected] opened on 25th May.
                  Only on Apr 2021, I renewed my AMC contract with them for 1 year for Rs 5000. Sadly after pocketing the money they show no inclination to address my issue. Very disappointed with their service. Either they should refund my AMC amount or provide me service in a timely manner.

                      I have AG CLASSIC MODEL Of water purifier from Eureka Forbes & there is problem in water purifier & water is not coming out & have registered complaint on their helpline & have been given complaint no [protected], we have taken 3 years AMC which is valid till date till July 2021, I have been repeatedly calling on their helpline & getting follow up number but no person came for service till June 4th that means from last 8 days suffering badly & have to buy potable water from market, I have never seen such poor response from any company despite of having paid AMC active. i have been contacting their helpline number [protected] & again they had given me follow up no [protected], finally when i have not received any update & called local person & paid Rs1500 to change filter, which is supposed to be changed by company service person as it was under AMC

                        Bought the +Eureka Forbes Robo Vac N Mop on 18.02.2021 vide you Invoice No.[protected] dated 18.02.2021. Using the machine regularly for cleaning and mopping at my home. Today (05.06.2021) while the machine was working (vacuum cleaning the floor) suddenly it stopped. There was a voice recorded message as 'fault' and didn't work. On visual inspection, we could find that the Bumper has given away from its position and the machine is not moving/working. Hence, I request you to kindly depute your service engineer to attend/rectify the fault immediately. Matter urgent.

                          This is regarding my service request placed on 4 May 2021 for Aquaguard classic for which I have made multiple follow ups till date but of no avail. All the time your cusotmer support person is saying that issue is escalated, delay due to pandemic and so on but the service engineer has not visited my place till date and it is a month now. I called yesterday and insisted on reason for the delay for which your customer support person has said that she will arrange a callback but i have not recieved any call till now and almost a day have passed. I am not sure what is prompting your staff to make fake promises and no concrete action.

                          Kindly look into it and take positive action . Also looking forward of a positive response from you.

                            We have been raising complaint for past 10 days. But the person who comes is unable to solve the problem. We have repeatedly mailing and what's app to the company to send a senior technician but they are not sending. We are in AMC and they are wantedly not solving the problem bcoz they have to interchange the parts which are covered under AMC contract.

                              I purchased water purifier from Amazon on[protected] and the product delivered on[protected] after 2days I got a call from technician and he told me he can’t come to my place for installation and asked me to return the product . I raised complaint regarding same but till now the issue is not resolved and they are still following up the issues with no proper solution.

                                I have taken AMC for my RO for two years in 2019 in Gurgaon, Sector 46, Haryana. As per AMC document any part failure will be replaced without any cost during the AMC period. Now i have moved to Bangalore.

                                But Eureka Forbes Bangalore team is saying part replacement is not covered in AMC and will be charged.

                                Whereas Gurgaon team is ready to replace the part free of cost. Part replacement is costing around 5000/- for me.

                                Need your intervention for this.

                                  Eurekaforbes need to refund the AMC amount if they can't service.

                                    My RO machine with supply order No. SO 1193486 dated 11.06.2020 has been purchased from eureka forbes. Since its installation, the machine has issue of blocking of water with zero output within every 15 days. Everytime complaint has lodged with eureka forbes, technicians had visited and everytime provided with different advices and the problem never rectified fully, and same problem persists after every 15-20 days, Till October 2020, now from last 6 months, machine is unserviceable (No use/Not working). We have complaint many times but issue never resolved . RO remained unserviceable.

                                    We are very disappointed with the services of eureka forbes and this has created mental and physical problems in my family life.
                                    In view of this, there may be some defects in the RO machine at the time of installation, which was never highlighted and suggested by technicians .

                                    Even no technician visited the house for attending complaint. This is poor state of affairs from them.

                                        Pathetic service its been 19days but no person has come for repairing my product.
                                        I have raised a complaint ([protected]) on 14 May 2021, as my water purifier has stopped working.
                                        No response till known from the service end.
                                        Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
