Purchased a RO in January 2021 and the same stopped working in March after my complaint it was repaired by technician.

But its stopped working again, RO is defective, and company have cheated me by selling it.

Ro is not working.
Wasting too much water.
Taste is not good.

I have sent email to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and
Complaint reference number is[protected] which they closed without doing anything.

Another complaint number is [protected]

I also called at their customer service several time on [protected]

        I purchased the purifier on 31 jan 2021 and on 27 may 2021 the purifier light is blinking for filter replacement. I called customer care and they sent a technician who said filter needs to bs changed and will cost 3000 rs. I said its just 4 months filter is gone where there are only 4 people in my house. He then said it is due to pressure of water and u need to fit booster pump which will cost 2500 rs. So i asked him if there is a water pressure problem then while installation why the service men did not check and why its is being said now. He is saying the installer might be plumber and not engineer which was sent by aquagaurd. I am using aquagaurd crystal nxt uv purifier. If i have to pay 3000 to 4000 in 4 months whats the use of it i will better buy 25 ltr tanks every alternate days.

          I have purchased AURA 7L UV & UF water purifier on 23 feb 2021 from Amazon its under Warranty.

          I have raised a complaint ([protected]) on 14 May 2021, as my water purifier has stopped working. I have contacted many times but due to Pandemic it got delayed i also understand.

          No response till known from the service end.
          Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          Pathetic service the service person came and rectified the problem and said that he would be coming the next day, but it's been three days no one has still arrived.
          Pathetic service its been 19days but no person has come for repairing my product.

          verry very very bad experience. i will never ever suggest anyone to buy any products from eureka forbes

            My Aquaguard's complaint is logged by my father who is a senior citizen on 18th of May but still no one has come to address it. He has to bring Bisleri water during lockdown situation which is causing him incovenience. We have paid for a yearly maintenance but the service is hopeless. Every day the customer support promises to send an engineer but no one turns up. This is a harassment and despite paying the maintenance the service is so bad.

              Hi, This is Palash Chakraborty and my registered mobile number with Eureka Forbes is [protected]. I purchased Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD UV (Asset ID[protected] and Serial Number* :[protected]) last year June 2020 along with 2nd year extended AMC (till June-22). But suddenly I am getting message now that my first year warrenty is going to expire and I need to take AMC again for 2nd year. I logged a complaint - [protected] with the company and followed up multiple times with customer care. But till date it is not yet resolved and I am still getting reminder message for pending 2nd AMC. I have the receipt of 2nd year AMC with me taken from direct employee during purchase. Kindly support this matter to get it resolved at the earliest.

                I was purchased Water Purifier from Amazon at 21st May. Also i got service installation request from Eureka Forbes. Ticket number is [protected].
                After giving lots of call to your so called customer care, i didn't get any call for installation.

                So because of you pathetic service, i want to return your product and for my call cost and my wastage of time. I need my call cost and my time spent cost.

                  Earlier i had taken a two year amc in 2019 may. when i had asked for replacement of cartridges on 15th may 2020 and Eureka forbes technicians did not turn up on time and after regourous follow up and escalation they came and replaced the cartridges on 23 june 2020 giving reasons due to covid they have limited staff.

                  Today on May 23 2021 when my two year AMC expired 10 days later the technician called up and came to service and charged me Rs 4900 for 1yr AMC.We suspected the amount charged and asked why the amount is high technician told me that the charges are increased this year.
                  But he never mentioned about any first time service charge, since service was already done, I paid the amount by cheque.
                  After that i got the message from Eureka forbes that Rs 530 was charged to me as first time service charge since the AMC is expired 10 days ago.
                  I have escalated the matter with the Eurekha forbes but the response they cannot reduce Rs 530 service charge. why should one pay for lack of service from eurekha team.

                  There is total confusion created by the Customer Care and Messages that i recieved . The Technician called me next day and he clarified that there was no extra amount collected from me.

                      I have purchased a Dr. Aquagaurd Nrich HD UV from Eureka Forbes sales man Sayan (+91 [protected]) on 15th May, 2021. He said he will exchange our old Aquagarud Nano RO with the new one. We paid Rs. 14740 via BHIM UPI (Transaction ID:[protected]. They gave me a temporary handbill.

                      But when they send me a digital e-receipt, it was with wrong amount and wrong mode of payment. During the purchase time we asked them that lockdown will get started will you serve during that time, or we will purchase later or arrange alternatives.

                      But they convinced us that as its an essential service so we will deliver and install your product within 48 hours or maximum 5 days.

                      But now 5 days over they didn't deliver my product neither sent me the corrected e-receipt.

                      When I called their customer service and the salesperson Sayan and other representatives ignored our request and delay it.

                      They told me they can deliver after lockdown. Under these uncertain circumstances, we can't guaranty that lockdown will not extend. So my money is basically locked with this fraud company that cheats people with essential goods in this situation.

                      Rs.14740 a big money for middle-class people like us. We need our money back during this situation if they can't deliver the product.

                      I hereby request the government authorities to take action against them. If they can't deliver then why they took the sale with false claims, why they are allowed to sell ?!

                      i want a refund of my money, they have a 30days money-back policy. Return my Rs. 14740!

                        My customer id and register mobile no. with the company is [protected] and [protected] respectively. I have register a service request vide request no. [protected] on 08/05/2021. Next day two technicians one of them is named as Mehdi Husain(M. No. [protected]) came for service and replaced all the filters of the purifier under AMC given by them(Details of payment is as under; Payment Reference No.388884 dtd. 09.05.21 of Rs.9850/- vide transaction id[protected]. But the technician has left out a wire outside of the filter. I have registered a complain for the same on 10.05.21 on customer care no but till date no one has visited for the same. During this period I have also register4-5 time escalation request for the same. On 20/0/21 when the machine has stop to function, I have registered one another complain on website of the company and mailed my concerns to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. But till date no one has visited to repair the same. Further one more concern, the company has massaged a link to download the AMC documents but the format is not supported by the apps commonly used in PC or Mobile. I have registered these service request through my register mobile no or one another no. i.e. [protected]. As shown by the company's app after repeated complains since last 13-14days(from first complaint date), yet the status of the complain is open. Within this period I have received two calls from their technicians(as said by them) but no one has attended the same.

                          Suddenly it stop functioning after 3 months, now they are suggesting replacement of filters, which may cost around 2500 rupees.
                          Worst company. Do not buy any products from eureka forbes.

                            I have bought Aquaguard Active Copper from the company directly. However, I got a call for AMC and I did AMC with Aqua Care. Later some one from Aquaguard called me for AMC and they told me that, Aqua Care is not from Eureka Forbes, but they are authorized dealer. So, my question is how Aqua Care got my number and product details, unless it is provided by Euroka Forbes. The person who came to change the filters was very fishy. I am not sure whether he changed the filters with new ones, as I was busy with a meeting. He was taking the old filter even after I asked him leave it. When I confronted him, he had no excuse. I asked him to open the filter and show me the filters are new. But the filters he changed had no date/time on it. Now after few months, the filter is showing red light, they are not even registering the complain.
                            Euroka Forbes should take the responsibility of this and correct the situation. For now, they should attend to my filter;s problem.

                              I’m using aduaguard magna water purifier from Eurekha Forbes. It’s under AMC. Service is not done properly. I have raised my concern to their team and no response. 4th time in a row from last three months I have raised service request. Service not done properly. Now the unit is fully stopped and no response from their side after escalating to the concern team

                                Asset ID: 32436170. 5 Days back my water filter stopped working. Completely. No lights nothing. Called up the usual technician who comes for servicing the unit. He checked the unit. He called his superior and told him the problem. The superior told him that he will send someone to fix that problem.

                                We are still waiting. I called[protected] and[protected] everyday since then. No one picks up. I called [protected]. The number is not toll free. And I had the pleasure of listening to computer telling me to press 1 or maybe 2 or hey go ahead and press 5 and let's see what happens. And then I was told by the same computer that the executive is busy please hold. I held on. Not daring to breathe.

                                And It got irritated and cut me off.

                                I was informed by my mobile service that the pleasure of following a computers instructions had cost me Rs. 8.27

                                On top of paying for the AMC now I have to pay for trying to lodge a complaint on the customer care number

                                I am still waiting if anyone at Eureka is interested.

                                Well. I did not expect miracles. But then they say it pays expect the unexpected. Eureka Forbes Technician miraculously appeared at my doorstep today. And got to work without a fuss. In 7 minutes flat they finished the job and Lo and Behold. My water Filter is working now. Fingers crossed. Hope it keeps working so that I don't have to drink Bisleri for 6 days again. Nothing wrong with Bisleri but it is a hassle to go down to the Supermarket and stand in Q. Covid etc you know. But a big Thanks to Eureka. For responding.

                                    I had raised reinstallation and filter replacement request on 30th April. But executive came for it only on 5th May. Reinstallation and filter replacement was done too. We renewed our AMC too. Later we noticed the RO was leaking and informed executive who came as well as Karapakkam customer care centre too. He again came on 6th May and informed us that tank was overflowing and some part needs to be replaced. On 8th May he replaced it but no luck RO is still leaking and TDS is 700. Pls look into the ASAp.

                                      It has been two years of complaints now. And they just don't revert. They don't call. Don't pick up our calls. And no service provided. And this is when my product is covered under 2 year AMC. Worst company.

                                        Dear eureka forbes my complaint number is [protected]. Does eureka forbes company has any shame left? you people have made a habbit of harassing customers. this is my last conversation with you people, next time i won't even think twice before suing the company for harassment. you people have become insane. due to your company's delay in service/ repair, gallons of water has been wasting from the day complaint was registered. have some shame. and your technicians are hopeless without any knowledge of work. And moreover your company's technician asvised me to stop the leakage on my own. And the softerner is not even making the water soft. Told your technician to check the hardness and he did not perform any test. If the company cannot not fulfill the service requirements or repairs please refund my money and take your machine back. Kent systems are more reliable and their services are efficient and their technicians are more sound and knowledgeable than yours. So please do look into this matter.
