I have a water purifier machine from Eureka Forbes, which I got from the company representative after returning my old machine and paying the difference amount. They never updated the product on the account linked with my phone number. Recently (Apr 01, 2021) I renewed my AMC using the Eureka Forbes website, and accidentally purchased the AMC for the old machine, as the new machine was not getting displayed in the product list. I am trying to get in touch with the Eureka Forbes team to update my AMC to the new machine but till date no response. I am not able to get in touch with them via phone or WhatsApp. Please request you to either process the refund, or transfer my AMC. I will pay the difference if any.
