Iam from chennai kundrathur..this is regarding my aquaguard magna purifier amc renewal...I have put 2years amc for my aquaguard water filter on 17-apr-2019...one set of filters changed on starting of the amc ...another set of filters changed on jul 2020...last month they came for service and told our filters got damaged...carbon filter got opened.. within 8 months how it's possible I don't know...and other thing ...we are having amc till this 17 th of April 2021...he supposed to replace as that filter alone...but that technician asking me to renew that amc now...I cpmpalined in customer care also...but they are not speaking reponsibly...he is asking us to do as per technician advice...I informed him clearly we bought this because of Eureka Forbes not for that technician...but not proper reply...he is telling that he will arrange technician but not sure about carbon filter change...iam having call recording proof also...please check this issue and solve my issue ...I wanted my filter to be changed without any charge...but sure I will renew my amc after my present amc date...kindly resolve my issue...

    My complaints no [protected], for vacuum cleaner repair . Your technician attended and will be delivering on 5.04.2021 when I called he is telling the spare part has not been received as we need very urgently vacuum cleaner otherwise please return the vacuum cleaner tomorrow.

      We have no source of drinking water for past three days in this summer. The so called tech managed to ruin a perfectly working device(aquaguard) with their inexperience. There was no issue with it, I don't understand why would they schedule a service and send an inexperienced and underage boy masquerading as a service tech.

        I have a water purifier machine from Eureka Forbes, which I got from the company representative after returning my old machine and paying the difference amount. They never updated the product on the account linked with my phone number. Recently (Apr 01, 2021) I renewed my AMC using the Eureka Forbes website, and accidentally purchased the AMC for the old machine, as the new machine was not getting displayed in the product list. I am trying to get in touch with the Eureka Forbes team to update my AMC to the new machine but till date no response. I am not able to get in touch with them via phone or WhatsApp. Please request you to either process the refund, or transfer my AMC. I will pay the difference if any.

          Dear Sir
          I have sent at least 17 reminder email to customer care and CEO for refund of my money for wrong product supplied by them. I had paid the money to them in advance before the product being delivered. However for the same money they are making me run pillar to post for which due to be paid by them to me. I am really getting tortured by Eureka Forbes for the legitimate money paid to them for which i have not received any service till date nor any refund despite being agreed by them.             Bought new filter Aquaguard Amaze one of the most expensive model end March. Installation was done and water leakage detected. It was repaired by putting teflon and some mods. Again after a week the leakage started and have raised a complaint unattended. Since 10 days are over I cant raise replacement too through flipkart. Now it's been a week I have logged complaint as well as escallation as well as talking to customer care, but no action taken yet. I have to put utensils below the filter so that my cabinets do not spoil.
            It is a defective product and Eurèka Forbes should replace it.

                I've purchased aquaguard classic uv+ and I've not received any gift from your side. I've even submitted the complaint by calling your call center and even though no response from there side. The sales person who delivered the product is also making one or other reasons and simply dragging time. Sales person Ramesh : [protected], Vijayapura Karnataka.

                I've paid amount of ₹11690/- and according to the eureka forbes website...

                I am your customer and bought vacuum cleaner 3 years back and recently bought water purifier. I am writing this complaint against your service center in Vellore district, Tamilnadu. We have given the vaccum cleaner motor for repair 4 months back, till date there is no proper response from the center, and they are not polite with customers. We have agreed to change motor with payment. Please take immediate action against the service center and get repaired our vaccum cleaner motor, will pay the cost of motor ( approximate cost Rs. 2000/-). Thank you, sumitha.

                  Hi,

                  We have taken Aquaguard on May 2020 and it got delivered in June.It worked exactly for 5 months and then the problem started.Almost every month I have to call customer care and raise a complaint.Initially they say within 48 hrs technician will come home. Even after 48hrs, nobody will come I have to make repeated calls to customer care and they keep on asking me to wait. So this happens every month from the month of December.I called the escalation department and they connect me to Area manager Mr.ChandraShekar and Franchaise Manager Pratap Reddy. They always make fake promises and say that issue will not repeat but some or the other issue will be repeated almost every month. And the response I receive from Pratap Reddy is my number is not registered in there system for warrenty please check with customer care and customer care says they have forwarded to technician. I am so much frustrated calling them everymonth and following up with them.I asked to replace my product or give the permanent solution.I wonder within an year how cum product goes for so many issues.And surprisingly one of the technician says I am using is more so it is giving more issues.I brought water purifier to use and to put it a side it is minimum common sense and the other technician says this model has so many issues please talk to your sales guy and escalate on him.Here nobody takes the owner ship.

                      We have an active AMC till this year end, the unit stopped working and have raised a complaint on 15th March ([protected]) and there was no response from the service team, We have tried to escalate using all the options and nothing worked. Today I noticed that the complaint date they have changed to 28th.

                          The above said purifier is having power supply problem. Technician came and checked and instead of repairing the PCB is asking for replacement of PCB which is technically not correct. Water purifier is lying unattended. May be looked into and suggest for repair in stead of replacement of PCB.

                            The Eureka Power Speed vacuum is the worst piece of junk vacumn I have ever had the terrible experience of dealing with. It takes some of the dirt you thought you picked up in the front and blows it out the back while billows of dust fly off the front while you vacuum. You don't have to worry about frequent dumping of the canister because it takes forever to fill it since the damn thing doesn't pick up much at a time. The only relief or pickup help I get is using a part off of my old machine by attaching it to the nozzle. I will never purchase a Eureck vacuum again in my life time and would advise all my friends, relatives and anyone else I know or run into to avoid that product at all costs. Always thought Eureka had a good reputation guess I was wrong or the product has degenerated big time.

                              We are using eureka products since 2007 like cleaner n water purifier. Upto the istallation of doctor classic +, we were fully satisfied with the products and its use. But upon purchase of Dr. Classis +, we lost our satisfaction. Upto the free service of this unit there was no any problem of replacing the filters. After a year, the issue of free replacement of filters arised. In that case since I have no any other option other than to make a service contract with the company. I have made a service contract of two years. After 3 months, the technician was called for replacement of filter. At that time technician told that you have to pay Rs. 2500 for replacement of filter eventhough there is a live service contract. Means every three months We have to pay for replacement of filters. In this way this unit become more expensive than its unit price and even having a service contract. Considering the above facts, we were compelled to go for other option than using this unit. Therefore we have compromise ourselves to purchase a lower value product other than eureka. Now this unit is idle lying with us.
                              We give you two options:
                              1. Take away this unit and refund our money.
                              2. Provide free replacement of filter ant time during service contract.
                              Hooe for proper reoly. Oterwise We will be persude to discuss in the eureka family also.

                                    Worst service by Eureka Forbes, i raised complaint on 17th February 2021 via complaint no [protected], also escalated complain after a week via no [protected] but there is no response from Eureka Team. They do not have courtesy to even contact customer for any delay or to provide any update. Had word with their HO and their office in Pune but no response from anyone. I have recommended to my friends to purchase this product but now onwards i will not recommend anyone to purchase this Eureka Forbes machine.
                                    Note : Raised complaint to change Wheels and Dust filter.
                                    Following up since long with many people but no one is even responding to my calls.

                                    I am continuously chasing concern people in Eureka but no one is picking up customer call.
                                    Even after Eureka noted this complain on 26th March 2021, there is no update from Eureka. I am constantly chasing Eureka but they dont have any feedback from customer support.

                                      For my requirement of two cameras I waited one month for each camera after paying. some five six persons visited or contacted me claiming he is chief. They dont have ids or brochures. they didnt give any receipt or paper ..both the cameras failed in one
                                      month. finally one technician moin found the defective adapter.
                                      both adapters failed. they didnt replace. they doest take 128 gb cards. I didnt receive any cash receipt. I dont know password or how to fix it.
                                      similar products are available at less than half price.
                                      I feel i have done a mistake.
