Purchased Eureka Forbes UTC UV+RO (best model) 9.5 months back.
Since then getting constant problems and not getting resolved upon technician visit.
September 2020 - Bad Water Quality. Issue resolved after 5 technician visits and replacement of all filters and pressure tank
January 2021 - Low water problem. Issue resolved after 3 technician visits.
April 2021 - Low water problem. Technician visited 7 times, every 2-3 days issues pops up again
May 2021 - Low water problem continues. 4 technician visits, same problem persists
June 2021 - Low water problem continues. 6 technician visits, problem pops up every 2-3 days
Spent more than Rs 2K on water bottles in last 2.5 months and frustration of getting the problem fixed is separate.

    I have purchased dr.aquagaurd purifier in July 20. I have raised complaint about non functioning of machine on 21 jun2021with complaint no.[protected].this is 5th time in the last 6months I had faced this problem. Technician attending replacing some spare charging 1500to 2000 rupees, relief for 20 days again same old story. I want permanent solution for this, if possible replace piece with another model

        I have been following up since 1st june when i first registered my complaint about my vacuum cleaner and there is just no response from your team on when i will get my machine repaired.
        I purchased a small vacuum cleaner through amazon on nov 2nd 2020 and within 6 month sthis stopped working . The service engineer visited on 10th Nov and said the motor was burnt and needed to be replaced.
        Since then i have been following up with your call center and it is virtually impossible to even connect to te number and am getting no response

        this is very poor customer service and i am shocked at the poor quality of your product

          I have an AMC Contract No. [protected]. I have raised a complaint ID: [protected] on 31st May 2021 and was following up continuously with the Hyderabad Service Centre. The Hyderabad Service Centre sent the technician after 23 days of complaint on 23 June 2021. However, the techican by name Srikant is not knowledgeable at all. This same techician has attend a service of the water purifier in Feb 2021 and he didnt reticy the issue two times. I esclated the complaint then, another technician was sent in March 2021 and it was resolved. I had specificaly told the Hyd service centre not to send Srikanth technician as he doesnt have knowledge to resolve the matter and also he is very rude arrogant person and doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I didnt like his attitude and being such a inefficient technician, he cannt be talking rude and doesnt have minimum manners at all. He has changed the filters of the water purifer however the red light indication has not be retificed which means he hasnt done the retification work properly. I called him and said the red light indicator is coming and he said he will come later and check when he gets time. His answer was rude. Later we noticed that he hasnot even fixed the water purifier properly and water was leaking from it all day and night.

          Request to look into this matter urgently and take suitable action on the technician who is very arrogant and inefficient.

            I raised a service request for re installation of Aquaguard water purifier. Req No-[protected].Its been 2 days, no service guy visited. I am surprised to see the reluctant nature of the service team although water is an essential commodity.
            Very bad service. These type poor service will definitely affect the Eureka Firbes reputation instead of having very standard product.

                  I have taken AMC from Eureka forbes. Damn worst service. They dont do service. You end up with begging them. You will receive a message saying that your service request is completed. Technicians are frauds. Escalated so many times. They are also aware and least bothered. If the product is not working throw it away. DONT GET TEMPTED WITH AMC. In a year, I bought water from outside for 3 months.

                  We understand lockdown constraints. I raised so many complaints and escalations. Not even single call from management.

                  Be alert with the technicians, they might use a used piece during service like candles.

                          I took AMC (Yearly) service from my Aquagaurd water purifier on October 12th 2020, from that time no one visited my home for the mandatory service till now (Jun 23rd 2021). I raised a ticket on Jun 14th for a service as my machine is not working, from that time I didn't get any call from service center. Till now I am using outside water.
                          I paid the service amount ahead and buying water outside.
                          I want a justice for this.

                              This is regarding the service request raised with Eureka Forbes Water Purifier on 11th May 2021. There is continuous overflow of water even after switching the device off. The purifier stopped working in a day. Since there was a lockdown they told might get delayed. Now all the essential services are open and the service request is not taken up. Raise another request on 14th Jun. Its under AMC. Paying daily 40Rs for the water now can the company reimburse this money or service at the earliest

                                I have an AMC for the Genius plus water filter till February 2022. Earlier I was residing at 212,
                                3rd cross, 1st block, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011. I was getting regular service.
                                For the past one year I have been residing at 421, 9th main, M.S.Ramaiah City,
                                J.P.Nagar 7th phase, Bangalore 560078. For the past one year my Aquaguard has not been serviced in spite of innumerable phone calls, several times service request raised. The unit is showing service required for the past 4 months. It is a woeful situation.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I was sold a vacuum cleaner on 25th of April 2021. I have paid the sales representative through Google pay he told me that he will submit me the bill however till date I have not received the bill. I have paid him Rs.16, 000. After a week o[censored]se I found that the vacuum cleaner was not as efficient as it was promised to be. As per the policy mentioned in your website where it was clearly written That the product can be returned within 30 days, I tried calling the vendor again for return of the product to which he replied that once sold it cannot be returned. I then ask him at least send me the bill so that I can take up the matter through customer care of your esteemed company. He then ghosted me out and till date has not provided me the bill. Since 2nd May I have been trying to reach the customer care executive through phone, WhatsApp, email. I have narrated the whole story in all the three forums. I have even attached the entire screenshot in my mail dated 11th of may. But it is very sad to say till date neither I was provided the bill nor my product was returned. Kindly mention what more do I have to do to get my product returned? If I have to fight a legal battle with you please mention that also so that I can prepare myself well in advance to take you to the court for the cheating, betrayal, mis-selling and fooling your customers with your product. I have today also sent you a mail in which you will find all the details. Hopefully you will revert back to me

                                    Brought a Vaccum cleaner on 25th April which was mis-seller to us as a highly efficient one but it doesn’t worked as per the expectation. The vendor took payment to through google pay and said that he will share the bill. Neither I received the bill nor he responded to our request of returning the item. Then we tried returning through the Eureka Forbes customer Care support. We called, raised request on WhatsApp even emailed but all in vain.

                                    Till date no body even bothered to look into our request. A vacuum cleaner is sold without a bill. Eureka Forbes / Sales Person has fooled us of 16000/- . Cheated, betrayed and Fooled.

                                    Now we are left with no other choice. Kindly someone suggest how to file a legal complaint against Them. All conversations have been mailed to eureka Forbes with screenshot.

                                      I was using this Eureka Forbes RO water purifier for the past 8 years.
                                      Every time I was having the Annual maintenance Contract and all the Filter's and Spare parts covered.
                                      But I renewed the Annual maintenance Contract on 28th Jan 2021 for 2 years
                                      But right now they are telling me that my spare parts will not be covered and it will be charged. They didn't mention anything regarding this at the time of renewal
                                      This is perfectly cheating and I don't expect such a behaviour from a reputed company

                                        It has been a week since we have been delivered the water purifier. But the installation is not done yet.
                                        Very unprofessional behaviour. There is no way to reach the customer service team. Nobody picks up the calls!
