I had purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Marvel 8L RO+UV e-boiling+Ultrafitration+MTDS with Active Copper from Amazon.
Installation should be free but company charged me Rs450 for installation. I contacted company but they didn’t respond.
And technician told that there is no warranty for online products....

We have been suffering from a lot of problems with your product and being harassed by your mechanics from last 8 months. After contacting the customer care a lot of times, we couldn't have got rid of the problems.
Every time a mechanic from your company comes and mind the problems temporarily and wants the satisfaction code. But after a single day, all the problems return.

Purchased Aquasure - Delight water purifier from Amazon and Installation request (#[protected]) was raised from Eureka Forbes for the same. After the request was raised, no technician turned up for installation. Its been 6 days since the request was raised and no call from any one in Eureka Forbes.

Hello, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. I went to service center they don't have the part. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part there too.

We purchased the Zero Bend + Steristeam Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes in Feb 2020. The SteriSteam started leaking water and also not heating from May. This is regarding mop'n'vac vacuum cleaner we bought about 3 months back and it was delivered after a month but within 10 days it was unusable as it was blowing the electrical fuse for the entire flat. A complaint was logged at that time and we got a replacement product about 20 days back. We started using that new replacement machine and since 2 days, We started to get the same issue this time in a different flat. New Complaint # [protected]....
