Am kavitha customer of water purifier. I purchased water purifier on 20th November 2021 by Vinay from Eureka Forbes. As I made full payment till now I have not received an invoice copy or receipt for the proof that I have purchase water purifier.
Actually I was getting call from your end saying that what purifiers install at my place is in the name of Sathya Murthy. And your people was telling me to change the address which is the name of satyamurthy. Can you please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    I took AMC (Yearly) service from my Aquagaurd water purifier on October 12th 2020, from that time no one visited my home for the mandatory service till now (Jun 23rd 2021). I raised a ticket on Jun 14th for a service as my machine is not working, from that time I didn't get any call from service center. Till now I am using outside water.
    I paid the service amount ahead and buying water outside.
    I want a justice for this.

      My complain no is[protected].The customer service provider said they will action my problem within two days, after 7 days they neither even send their service man nor solve my problem.It's about water(the most needy things for human life )they just ignored my complain . After sales their service is very worst .I don't recommend anyone please don't buy this company products.

        This is regarding the service request raised with Eureka Forbes Water Purifier on 11th May 2021. There is continuous overflow of water even after switching the device off. The purifier stopped working in a day. Since there was a lockdown they told might get delayed. Now all the essential services are open and the service request is not taken up. Raise another request on 14th Jun. Its under AMC. Paying daily 40Rs for the water now can the company reimburse this money or service at the earliest

          I have an AMC for the Genius plus water filter till February 2022. Earlier I was residing at 212,
          3rd cross, 1st block, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011. I was getting regular service.
          For the past one year I have been residing at 421, 9th main, M.S.Ramaiah City,
          J.P.Nagar 7th phase, Bangalore 560078. For the past one year my Aquaguard has not been serviced in spite of innumerable phone calls, several times service request raised. The unit is showing service required for the past 4 months. It is a woeful situation.

            Dear Sir,

            I was sold a vacuum cleaner on 25th of April 2021. I have paid the sales representative through Google pay he told me that he will submit me the bill however till date I have not received the bill. I have paid him Rs.16, 000. After a week o[censored]se I found that the vacuum cleaner was not as efficient as it was promised to be. As per the policy mentioned in your website where it was clearly written That the product can be returned within 30 days, I tried calling the vendor again for return of the product to which he replied that once sold it cannot be returned. I then ask him at least send me the bill so that I can take up the matter through customer care of your esteemed company. He then ghosted me out and till date has not provided me the bill. Since 2nd May I have been trying to reach the customer care executive through phone, WhatsApp, email. I have narrated the whole story in all the three forums. I have even attached the entire screenshot in my mail dated 11th of may. But it is very sad to say till date neither I was provided the bill nor my product was returned. Kindly mention what more do I have to do to get my product returned? If I have to fight a legal battle with you please mention that also so that I can prepare myself well in advance to take you to the court for the cheating, betrayal, mis-selling and fooling your customers with your product. I have today also sent you a mail in which you will find all the details. Hopefully you will revert back to me

              Brought a Vaccum cleaner on 25th April which was mis-seller to us as a highly efficient one but it doesn’t worked as per the expectation. The vendor took payment to through google pay and said that he will share the bill. Neither I received the bill nor he responded to our request of returning the item. Then we tried returning through the Eureka Forbes customer Care support. We called, raised request on WhatsApp even emailed but all in vain.

              Till date no body even bothered to look into our request. A vacuum cleaner is sold without a bill. Eureka Forbes / Sales Person has fooled us of 16000/- . Cheated, betrayed and Fooled.

              Now we are left with no other choice. Kindly someone suggest how to file a legal complaint against Them. All conversations have been mailed to eureka Forbes with screenshot.

                I was using this Eureka Forbes RO water purifier for the past 8 years.
                Every time I was having the Annual maintenance Contract and all the Filter's and Spare parts covered.
                But I renewed the Annual maintenance Contract on 28th Jan 2021 for 2 years
                But right now they are telling me that my spare parts will not be covered and it will be charged. They didn't mention anything regarding this at the time of renewal
                This is perfectly cheating and I don't expect such a behaviour from a reputed company

                  It has been a week since we have been delivered the water purifier. But the installation is not done yet.
                  Very unprofessional behaviour. There is no way to reach the customer service team. Nobody picks up the calls!

                    I used to be huge fan of Eureka Forbes, but now situation has been changed because of your company pathetic after sale service. I have logged a complaint with your CC since 13th May 21 and since not resolved logged a fresh complaint on 21st May21. I paid AMC amount of Rs.11450/- on 17th May 21 having promises of immediate action. Problem statement and required details are given below……….
                    • Last 5 weeks your customer care is only forwarding my concern to concern department.
                    • We are purchasing water bottle every day even though I purchased your product costing 22K plus and paid 11K plus AMC. Seems wonderful.
                    • Response from your CC manager Mr. Mukesk diwekar ([protected]) was worst. He is good for nothing.
                    • I want to know latest by when I will get my RO repaired, or return my AMC money, I will go for a new RO and will through your RO in the dustbin as no use for me with great learning from Eureka Forbs.
                    • AMC was done on 17th May 21 and till no action, why not my AMC date revised with fault rectification date.

                        I have raised a service request through application as well as customer care toll free number for the Water purifier which is not working from more than 2 weeks till now. Even after raising service request no one visit home to repair it.

                          Dear Sir,

                          • We lodged our Non working Water Purifier (Aqua Guard Crystal Plus) complaint on 18/05/2021 by opting the mode of SMS to [protected]. - No service request return message
                          • Again we lodged our complaint after a week in your web site - No reaction
                          • Third time (03/06/2021) we called your Help line number [protected] (attended by call centre representative) Complaint Number: [protected] - No reaction
                          • Fourth time we called to your IVRS number & Escalated the issue - No reaction
                          • Fifth time sent email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on[protected] – No Reply

                          The above struggle clearly shows failure of the Chennai service team after availing an annual maintenance order by charging Rs.2, 250/-

                          We too can understand the lock down issues during this pandemic but me being a civil engineer availed E-Pass and we worked at site throughout the Lock down during 2020 & Now.

                          We respect your rules and escalate through this mail and if no reply or solution comes on this mail of mine in 2 days.

                          No other choice we will be pushed to raise an issue on twitter & other social media on your after sales service structure.

                          Dear Team, The problem is resolved by no prior information the service personnel came today 2nd half and attended the fault. Presently the Aquaguard is filtering water.                             We had purchased aquagard from Amazon on 11/06/2021. But till now no one has come to my house to install it. I have given complaint many times. product got delivered but none of them turned up to install th product.
                            we raised complaints and tried to call the sales rep multiple times and he is disconnecting the call .

                              I had booked a online complaint and request for a servicing, but call came from their head office Mumbai, and they said unless I make 3 yrs AMC with Rs.10000 they will not send any service engineer.

                                Aquaguard Geneus - 10min / 2point filter water will drain after without filter tank will be filled ( motor will not run), this problem since1 week & water tds 200. Hence provide necessary action detail.

                                  The amc is bought on Dec 2020 and now when I have requested to service the aquaguard and replace the filter/membrane, the service guy is not visiting the place. The machine is not allowing the water output and during such covid times, it's very difficult to get water from outside.
                                  From the date of purchase the aquagard service is very bad and I repent paying 20k for such a device and utterly bad service.

                                    We have had the Worst service experience, I bought three RO for my house and I regret, they are most of the time not working and the service is pathetic, no person comes when your RO is out of order despite several complaints, I complained two months back, it was repaired but stopped working after 8 hrs, we followed up with the service person on phone but it was not fixed. last I complained was on 27 May 2021 and till date after 20 days I have been complaining every third day and no one has come, complaint no is [protected]We have two RO which are out of order and not working since almost a month, we take regular AMC and despite that no person is attending.

                                    i had escalated the complaint on 13th june 2021 and since then no person has called or contacted.

                                      Disappointed with product I bought. Water purifier has been provided without mount . I really don't understand how can someone expect to keep purifier or floor and drink water. I called customer care multiple time but they have no idea about product. Very bad service and product

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am writing from Bhubaneswar Odisha. We recently installed Aquaguard Astor at our home by one of your sales man- Mrutyunjan Satpathy after we called the regional sales manager (got the number from google). He convinced us to take the product and he himself came to installed the machine on 3rd June 2021. (I don't know how a salesman installed the machine)

                                        Just after 3 days o[censored]se water started leaking from its outlet and body parts when we switched on the machine. We complained to Mr. Satpathy and he said it will be alright in 2 days. After a day when the leakage increased, we asked him to visit and check. Then he visited and did some repair work inside the machine. (Again; how a salesman did the servicing I was really confused and to a machine which was not even a week old). The leakage stopped and we were happy.

                                        Just after one day o[censored]sage, 10 times more leakage started from the body part, and now to fill one bottle we need to keep waiting for 20 min and water is flowing everywhere. You can imagine the amount of problem we are facing. We don't want to use the defective machine but don't have an alternative for drinking water.

                                        When we tried to give a complaint at customer care, they said the mobile number is not registered. We again called the salesman and after some 10-12 hours he registered my number and I received a message from Eureka Forbes.

                                        He registered a complaint on behalf o[censored]s (He said this, but i did not receive any message or email). After a day I received a call from a service engineer (14th June 2021) and he said no one is available in Bhubaneswar to give service. However, I requested him to pay a visit and resolve but no response since morning from that guy.

                                        Again we called today (15th June 2021) and wanted to know about our complaint status. They said nothing is registered. It's damn frustrating.
                                        We registered another complaint today and waiting for the service.

                                        We have been using Aquaguard for years (UV machine) and we have never faced such a bad experience. Now we replaced the old machine and installed the new one. The leakage problem started in 3 days of installation. We have been facing problems with drinking water since then and struggling to get it fixed.

                                        Please give us a new machine and take this defective one. After investing so much of money we get such defective machine it will spoil our interest towards the machine and the company.
                                        I am humbly requesting you to replace this with a new one. I am extremely dissatisfied with the support, sales man and quality of the product.
