I have been keep on following up on this request, but haven't got any resolution yet, can you please help ?

One of the request is closed without being resolved, please find the details below:
I have raised a request [protected] on 28th May stating there is a RED light which is coming on my Aquaguard Magna Water Purified.
Even though the complaint is about RED light, the executive came for normal service attended and told that he will come on the next day and get the cylinders replaced, he hasn't came as said, not even picking phone even though I have tried to call him multiple times and also not calling back, finally on 4th June I have raised this new request - [protected], in parallel I was keep on following up with deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com, sent multiple emails but the issue is still not resolved, they were promising it will be resolved ASAP, but no executive came yet. I was been told [protected] is closed, this should NEVER HAPPEN, as this was not resolved, this is what I never expect from Eureka, being a customer for almost 8 years, I am totally fed up with this service. My Water purifier is now totally NOT functional and it's a great trouble for me now to wait anymore.
Can you please take this as priority and get this resolved by today ASAP.
