    I have ordered eureka kord free vacuum cleaner 15-june-2020 and paid full amount to sales representative. Sales representative told me it will be delivered 2 days. Still it is not delivered. Every time, when i ask sales rep, he use to say, it will be delivered in 2 days or in one week. Eureka forbes customer care is pathetic. Every time i send mail to them, i got new response with new complaint no. No action was taken from them. When i call them, they told it is escalated and some one from eureka forbes will calle me. No action was taken so far. Eureka forbes worst company i ever seen. I felt cheated now. Not sure i will get my product delivered. Pl help me to get the product from them. I am not going to recommend any eureka forbes product to any of my friends.

    Eureka forbes worst company I ever seen. I felt cheated now. Not sure I will get my product delivered. Pl help me to get the product from them. I am not going to recommend any eureka forbes product to any of my friends.

    moreover I asked Sales representative last week, he gave me one delivery lead phone no and when check with him and he told that product is not in the stock. when I enquired with sales representative again and he replied that product is available in some sales delivery center. He made some changes in my order. not it showing that I have ordered by 7-july-2020. I am not sure it is also some cheating technique. I have attached the invoice here.

      The company promised to exchange the old machine with the new one and give 1000/- against the old machine and also a watch a gift but after the sale no one is bothered to pay for the old machine and the gift is just a myth to fool the public

        I have renewed my amc on 02.04.2019 for 2 years - contract receipt no. 0172659. This renewal is not updated in your system with new contract agency changed this year.
        Hence, new agency is not coming for changing the filter and free service. One service person s. Rajkumar (Code 73894) visited once and promised to come in 2 days by 12.06.2020. Now not picking the call even.

          I have placed order on 23rd april 2020 (Order id :[protected] customer id : [protected]. I have canceled the same on 15th may 2020. From 15th may to till date 11th july i am struggling to get my refund.
          Help line no[protected] : all trained executive have same answer that "you will get refund in 10 days". Customer care deepa no response.
          Eureka forbes is not responding online / offline for refund status even after 20 emails.

              I have paid 5000/- for water purifier amc on june 3rd and till now no service person turned up to replace water filters. It's been more than a month and reaching eureka forbes on multiple channels (Phone/service requests) but no use at all.

              Can someone take an action or refund my money including the water purifier amount as there is no point o[censored]sing this water purifier as it shows water filters need to be changed. Eureka forbes had literally chased on the phone to pay the amc amount and now they have no interest to change the filters.

                Hello, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.
                The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. My view, these latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. The problem, once the latches are gone, the entire machine is useless. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

                Please help me with this issue.

                  Very bad response from ur team. Never expected such delayed response from ur reputed team. Have suggested my friends too not to go for ur team products.
                  Only for booking products u ppl do it quickly, its been more than 20days since deposited money for water purifier. I have cancelled it now and they are not providing refund.
                  Made multiple complaints in my registered number [protected].

                  Worst sales agent mr. Krishna as [protected] and kartick [protected]
                  After getting money, they are least bothered about service

                  Now they are simply saying that product cancellation is under process but not providing any details or submitting my cheque which i provided

                    Hi, need replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

                    The clips got broken while fixing the hosepipe to the main unit and the hose pipe now no longer fixes to the unit. These clips seem to be flimsy. Unable to find this accessory in company's website.

                    Please help resolve this issue.

                      Hello sir and madam,

                      We have taken amc for aqua-sure water purifier. Which will expire on november.

                      Co. Persons now taking afair advantage of corona now. If person can come for service for purifier why he is not changing tap.
                      We called several times but no support. (Not picking up the phone).

                      Our tap is broken and we requested to do the service. Person came on 28th june for service told us. Sir i will give you the part replacement with in 3 days.

                      I called several time customer care, every lady from up (Uttar pradesh as per accent saying.. Sir soon our executive will come to you to replace your tap of aqua sure.)
                      Ro needs filter to replace.

                      4 months has already been passed for delaying tap replacement.

                      Even i have taken amc of rs 4500 + amount. No service till now from any person. I know this is critical situation of corona.. But principle of company should followed.. For service.

                        Innumerable requests had been made to the company to carryout servicing of aquaguard r0 water purifier under amc as detailed hereunder

                        We have paid them rs.5020 or so towards the amc.
                        The company is giving lame excuses such as lock down. However they are carrying out services elsewhere to make money a case in point is is servicing done at ms. Lakshmis house at saligramam which we have come to know.
                        They are bent upon ignoring their prime responsibility to carry out service as per amc, and to make fresh money from. Other clients since they have already collected rs 5020 or so in advance and they will have to do the servicing for which they won't receive charges.

                        Lockdown in chennai had been relaxed now and then but they refused to carryout repair under amc. When the lockdown is relaxed.

                        We have been advised to make a complaint to you before initiating legal recourse claiming damages from the salaries of those responsible for the deficiency in service and from eureka forbes as well.

                        Therefore pl. Send this complaints to higher authorities of the company to resolve the issue expeditiously.

                          We recently bought the vacuum cleaner, on the day we got the product, we placed the return request as it's not suiting our requirement. Its been more than 3 weeks, we did not got any response from the customer care team. They just always send the automated reply that they will update on the ticket, but no further updates are provided. If we try to directly call on the customer care number no one picks in the return department.
                          This is extremely bad experience from such a big company. During pre-sales they commit for the best service and return policy, but when it comes to execution then there is no response.

                            With due honour i am very sorry to inform you that the operating switch of my compact aquaguard
                            Has become out of order, since a long time, now i am to purchase drinking water from the market.
                            Unfortunately, my local service provider, naihati is not responding and not receiving the phone no. 39883333 and i have also tried in other nos. Also like [protected], aquaduard care kolkata who refused, and also send an email to customer service requesting to repair my aquaguard but of no use.
                            Ultimately, i have requested the man concerned and service technician mr. Mahadev mondal
                            Over his mobile no.[protected] who express his unwillingness and refused on the ground that until and unless order comes from higher authority he will not repair.

                            It is not understood how an emergency service is held in abeyance within the amc period taking full
                            Advance where the life and death question is there due to contamination of water.
                            If no action action is taken at the earliest i will have no alternate than to seek legal action.

                              One person texted on whatsapp and he called me and said that i have been received to work on data entry job in company named the eureka service.
                              The job consists of data entry where i need to complete 480 forms in 5 days.
                              He said that the job is totally free but when the first job is done and if i achieve the accuracy the registration amount should be deducted from my first salary.
                              He sent me an agreement on which it mentionned that if i fail to achieve the accuracy needed i have to pay the registration amount on my own.
                              He ask me to sign the agreement which i signed.
                              Then he sent me on email the login link, password.
                              I started the work with caution, i verified each data entry done, but when the qc report arrived they said the majority of my work is wrong. I am sure that every data entry that i have done was correct.
                              And as mentionned on the agreement, in case i fail to achieve the accuracy required, i have to pay the registration amount on my own, i paid the registration amount of rs.5000 after receiving all the details of bank that i got from an advocate that they give. The advocate was arun chaudhary.
                              Then they called me and ask me if i want to cancel the work or if i want to continue.
                              They said if i want to cancel i should pay an amount of rs.25500 by online payment, and in case i don't pay that amount, i should pay an amount of rs.[protected] per month during 6 months of the agreement.

                              I said i can't pay that amount and they said that they will take the affair in the court.

                              I really need help from your side so if anyone sees this, please reply and help me.

                                Dear eureka forbes,

                                It has been a frustrating experience with your company.in hindsight i find it was a really bad decision to buy your water purifier and on top of it take a 2 year amc. I have already escalated with your agency and local office multiple times and it’s over 4 months without proper resolution.

                                1. Bad product - started leaking in 15 days and i wanted to return the product but was not supported

                                2. Bad workmanship during installation. Water purifier is hanging on one screw

                                3. Unscrupulous technicians - every technician visits and highlights more issues and raises concern of past work which has been done by your people

                                4. Amc paperwork not done - i paid for amc and still my record is not updated even after sharing bill details

                                5. No service as per amc contract - expect you to follow the maintenance schedule without follow ups and reminders

                                6. Your technician has no right to remove other attachments and break them and take no accountant like the attached prv. It appears to be done purposefully to mint money.

                                7. Wrong parts are replaced and wrong information shared. You technician and agency replaced my prv and put a flow valve saying it is a prv (Which was highlighted by another of your technician). Now they want money to replace my prv. I doubt there was any issue with the prv.

                                8. Technician quoted higher price that what was shared over the phone and it is not related to tax. No way you can trust the rates and charges

                                If you are not able to provide service in a professional way, you should refund my money. I will be better off to get it serviced through local 3rd party agencies who are more professional and customer centric than you are.

                                Least i expect from you is to fix the issues caused by your guys:
                                A) replace my prv without any charge
                                B) fix installation issues
                                C) return my 2nd year maintenance charges or provide service as per contract with our follow ups

                                It is these kind of experiences that has put me off to buy your products. Last year i was keen to buy a steam mop and enquires about it. The way you handle things in a high-headed arrogant manner put me off and i decided not to buy from you.

                                Look forward to proper resolution from your end.

                                    I did not understand the logic, dr aquaguard classic+ product cost is 11000 and 1 year service cost is between[protected] every year. Can anyone survive with this, don't know.

                                    Storyline

                                    I bought this product on[protected] and now after 7 months, we family of 4 members used 6000 litres water as per their automatic system and now suddenly aquaguard classic stop working.

                                    I call the service center and they told me to pay 2500+ service charges to change the filter and then it will start working automatically.

                                    Main problem is they told me that after every 6-7 months if you use 6000 litres water it will stop working and then you have to change the filter which cost 2500 to 2800 maybe 3000.

                                    I want this automatic chip system to be changes/ product change with other no chip product.
