Sir we have purchased an Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from your reliance digital Bareilly store on 30th October 2019.
Customer name : Mukesh Agarwal

The vaccum cleaner was working properly from beginning but stopped working from February 2020 and many complaints had been filed but they were just procrastinating the complain by saying that the parts of the machine aren't available.
Then they serviced the machine twice once in July 2020 and other in August 2020 but both the times machine didn't work. AWFUL SERVICE BY YOUR SIDE.
We want the replacement of the product because it's just not working and we asked for replacement in February 2020 itself but that time no heed was paid and now they are saying that time has passed for replacement
also the guarantee period is passing with ZERO QUALITY SERVICE and after the period will be over no service will be provided.
It's been 6 months since no proper service has been done but just avoiding the issue.
We now want replacement of the product as it's not our issue that time period for replacement has passed but your company's issue who didn't pay heed to our innumerable complains.

    Water purifier is not working for last few months and I have raised multiple service request. Still technician not come to my home. Is this a way to provide the service to customer. I have renewed my AMC two years... It's totally waste.

      Sear sir/madam,

      I would like to register my utmost disappointment with the customer care department on failing to act on my complaint for more than 10 days.

      To brief, we had been experiencing a setback in the taste of water being consumed about a month ago, only to understand from one of your technicians that it required a complete filter set up replacement. Following our consent, the filters were replaced and we were charged inr 3, 900 (Inr 3600 for filters and inr 300 for service).

      However we were not able to experience any improvement in the quality of water even after replacement of filters. We tried calling upon the same technician multiple times (For almost a week) only to end up in vain. The technician never picked up our call.

      As a next step, we called the customer care and filed a complaint both on the technician kind of service rendered on 5th aug. But it is highly disappointing on the fact that there has absolutely been no action taken so far (Even after making three follow up calls for the same request) and we are running with this issue for almost a month.

      I am writing this mail as a last step before posting a negative review on the internet directly. Hope my issue gets resolved at least now.

        I have registered a deal in 20/08/2018 for annual maintenance for the 2 years. Today 14/08/2020 there is no worker to come for maintenance of the uv enhanced ro.

            I have purchased aquaguard desire from flipkart in last june 2020 and it was installed on 2nd of july 2020. Two week after installation purifier always giving beep sound regularly during filtration. I have complained on aquaguard app from eureka forbes on 27 of july again on 2nd of august 2020 and last on 9th of august. But no body from aquaguard came to resolve the issue and in app they show problem has been resolved. This is completely the case of cheating form care team.

              My main concern, if raise a complaint related my AMC through email ( [protected]@ & [protected]@), customer care call center, social media - they are closing my complaints without my confirmation & resolution. We paid AMC for my service but they were not responding properly for my almost 20 to 30 request. Need justice for this one. Will attach all the details based on your guidance to proceed .

                  I'm unable to contact eureka forbes for registering to complain against aquaguard which has a problem. Their call center number: [protected] doesn't work. It still says the message that due to janata curfew, they are not working.

                  Also, i'm unable to complain through their website. Even after filling all the details properly, it says that i have missed a *mandatory* field.

                  Worst service ever

                    Cheating on the name of free gift

                    On 1 august i claimed the free gift for renewing the eureka forbes aquaguard amc which was a provogue bag.

                    I was charged ₹299/- for the same as delivery charges
                    However no acknowledgement has been provided to me and the money has been deducted.

                    Also there is no response from provogue customer service and on complaining to eureka forbes their customer service is thinking there is some issue with my...

                    These bags are not available in kolkata pin 700078. Please provide. Also please provide servicing as the cable retraction mechanism is not working.

                      Dr. Aquaguard Geneus+ Water Purifier - purification technology RO + UV/ UF + UV..

                      The Eureka Forbes are demanding very high price for AMC.

                      Last year 2019, the renewal costs for AMC after discount is Rs. 5020. This year Aug 2020, Eureka Forbes have increased very steeply to Rs. 5800 and forcing us to pay or not and arguing Rs. 5800 it is the price after discounts..

                      It very difficult to renew at such high exorbitant price each year, and thinking if Eureka Forbes is mentioning Rs. 5800 is the discounted price, WHAT IS THE ACTUAL AMC Price?? Website is not listing teh actual price and discount price and neither the customer service center is not explaining.

                      After investing Rs. 22, 000 on the water purifier and every year have to pay a hefty amount - Rs. 5800 (approx) for AMC renewal - i am very disappointed and helplessly being extortion'ed in an organized way..

                      Kindly help in negotiating with Eureka Forbes and fixing RIGHTFUL amounts by requesting breakup on services, materials, components, etc..

                              I have entered contract by paying amc amount with eureka forbes. I gave complaint for the service on 16th july. My complaint no with them is [protected]. Even after remaining them after 10 times no response. Always they are saying as they will give high response. But nothing happened. I have sent escalation email to ceo. There also no response. Is aquaguard cheating people money in name of amc? If so im not aware of it. No one is looking the complaint. Conclusion is aquaguard has cheated me in name of amc service. I lost my money in term of amc charges.

                                Refund of amount for cancelled order

                                I bought a ro (Dr. Aquaguard genius utc) in june-2020 and it was installed in 2 days time. It was working fine and i used it for 2 days and switched off the machine as i had to go to my hometown for a death. After a month i came back and i started but the machine is responding.
                                I registered a complaint and the service engineer attended and told me that the unit is working fine only the fr component is getting blocked initially and then it started working properly. So he adjusted to put the fr component outside the ro unit with my knowledge. He told me to use it for next 2 days and it will become working well automatically.
                                He started the unit and he left, but the time taken to fill the ro water in the storage tank is 3 times more than the usual time. I checked it for thrice and i got the same result. I reported the same to service engineer and he advise me to use it like that meanwhile he will check with his superior.
                                Next day he called me and told that he discussed with his superior and they advised to change the membrane filter to avoid fr getting blocked.

                                I got doubt about the product because previously i was another different ro unit and i never face such problem even if i didn't use it for 1 month.
                                So i called up to the sales person and inquired the same and the sales person told he will get back to me. It is almost 4 working days gone, still i don't have any reply from the sales team and even if i called, there is no response, not even picking up the phone.

                                Now i'm too much worried about the money invested in this product. I brought this because i have two children aged 8 and 3 and they will get good ro water. But now i'm buying water cans daily with additional cost.

                                I request you to kindly take necessary action and if the product/unit is to be replaced please help me to replace this.

                                  ##No Response even after escalation ##

                                  I Purchased a New Waterpurifier [NRICH HD UV] on 12th June. The Product started Leaking after 2 days of Installation to which a technician attended and fixed a screw. In the next 2-3 days it again started leaking and the SR [protected]was raised.

                                  The Product appeared faulty and I have specifically asked for replacement. After 20days of logging request, it was attended and the technician found one of the parts was faulty and temporarily bypassed the part itself on 12th July due to expected lockdown the next day.

                                  The problem is not fixed yet despite lockdown being lifted. I have no update on Ticket as well. It feels like a waste of money by purchasing such a high end model.
                                  I could barely use the product for 15days in all, since purchase due to faulty product.

                                  Please REPLACE the product immediately.
                                  As the machine is running without one of its part, if the product gets damaged further...who will be responsible for it ?

                                  Please callme back for ASAP.
