On 11072020 amt (449) for provogue merchandise has been deducted twice and order number was not provided. Provogue merchandise / eureka forbes are not taking calls. So i request to cancel my order and refund the amount.

    I have entered contract by paying amc amount with eureka forbes. I gave complaint for the service on 16th july. My complaint no with them is [protected]. Even after remaining them after 10 times no response. Always they are saying as they will give high response. But nothing happened. I have sent escalation email to ceo. There also no response. Is aquaguard cheating people money in name of amc? If so im not aware of it. No one is looking the complaint. Conclusion is aquaguard has cheated me in name of amc service. I lost my money in term of amc charges.

      Refund of amount for cancelled order

      Address: B1/B2, 701, 7th Floor, Marathon Innova Marathon NextGen, Off Ganpatrao Kadam Marg Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013, India.

      We had booked eureka forbes wet and dry vacuum cleaner on 18.06.2020. Vide cust id [protected] and order id [protected]
      We have cancelled the order for the same on 19.06.2020 via their online portal having acknowledgment no 11798.
      Screen shots for both are attached for your reference.
      We had done customer identification on service call received from their side.
      We are yet to receive the same.

      I bought a ro (Dr. Aquaguard genius utc) in june-2020 and it was installed in 2 days time. It was working fine and i used it for 2 days and switched off the machine as i had to go to my hometown for a death. After a month i came back and i started but the machine is responding.
      I registered a complaint and the service engineer attended and told me that the unit is working fine only the fr component is getting blocked initially and then it started working properly. So he adjusted to put the fr component outside the ro unit with my knowledge. He told me to use it for next 2 days and it will become working well automatically.
      He started the unit and he left, but the time taken to fill the ro water in the storage tank is 3 times more than the usual time. I checked it for thrice and i got the same result. I reported the same to service engineer and he advise me to use it like that meanwhile he will check with his superior.
      Next day he called me and told that he discussed with his superior and they advised to change the membrane filter to avoid fr getting blocked.

      I got doubt about the product because previously i was another different ro unit and i never face such problem even if i didn't use it for 1 month.
      So i called up to the sales person and inquired the same and the sales person told he will get back to me. It is almost 4 working days gone, still i don't have any reply from the sales team and even if i called, there is no response, not even picking up the phone.

      Now i'm too much worried about the money invested in this product. I brought this because i have two children aged 8 and 3 and they will get good ro water. But now i'm buying water cans daily with additional cost.

      I request you to kindly take necessary action and if the product/unit is to be replaced please help me to replace this.

        ##No Response even after escalation ##

        I Purchased a New Waterpurifier [NRICH HD UV] on 12th June. The Product started Leaking after 2 days of Installation to which a technician attended and fixed a screw. In the next 2-3 days it again started leaking and the SR [protected]was raised.

        The Product appeared faulty and I have specifically asked for replacement. After 20days of logging request, it was attended and the technician found one of the parts was faulty and temporarily bypassed the part itself on 12th July due to expected lockdown the next day.

        The problem is not fixed yet despite lockdown being lifted. I have no update on Ticket as well. It feels like a waste of money by purchasing such a high end model.
        I could barely use the product for 15days in all, since purchase due to faulty product.

        Please REPLACE the product immediately.
        As the machine is running without one of its part, if the product gets damaged further...who will be responsible for it ?

        Please callme back for ASAP.

            Our aquaguard machine stopped working on 16th july. I have complained to resolve the issue but the executive came 2-3 times but still the machine is not working till today, even after escalation the service is not provided and the executive is not responding and during 2nd visit he changed the product but didnt provide any bill even after talking to senior he is not able to provide bill, either he provided used product or not eureka forbes product so he cant provide. Please help me resolving the issue as we can always go out for buying water or boil water to drink. I am facing from 15days but no response please look into this.               The product has a thirty day refund policy. A refund request was initiated three weeks after sale date which the local kolkata sales office in jadavpur is refusing to acknowledge.

                Ordered through Eureka Forbes website for a RO advanced water purifier on 04 July 2020 with 12 months AMC charges and they delivered completely different unit within a week and giving false promises even after several escalation through phone / email.
                Till today 28 July am suffering without a proper water purification unit against full amount paid.

                  As soon as my eureka forbes amc ended. I got a call asking for renewal due to expiry of current plan. They informed like they were talking from eureka forbes. How did they get my information and my amc expiry status. And they took 2.8k and cheated me by doing damage to the aquagard. I need to know how can you share these details to the third party (Aquacare). Head office situated in jayanagar.

                    We purchased ro from eureka forbes at the time purchased there is no problem in body but after 6 month some water likeged from body bottem we called to concern person but he declined the our complain. We faceing same problem again n again not satisfied with product.

                          I have placed a return/refund request for aquasure ayush 400l cartridge which costed 799/- inr. It was told that refund would take 7 working days. It's over 1 month now and yet no refund is credited to my account. I have tried to contact the helpline number but i am just told by eureka forbes executives that refund is credited, but it is not credited till now. When i send the mail i am only getting replies that contact the customer care, and when i contact the customer care they say drop a mail.
                          The customer care executives said that the transaction was successfull at 14th july 2020.
                          They have shared the utr number of the transaction with me, but my bank statement shows no credit at all. I am attaching a screenshot of my bank app showing that there's no transaction on 14th july 2020. Utr number was given to me on the phone, but i am attaching all the email exchange i had with their team.

                            Dear Sir / Mam,

                            This is to inform you that I have purchased an Aquaguard 7-8 months back from the Malda Dealer of the West Bengal.

                            It's very unfortunate to inform you that within this period of time 15-16 times your engineer visited my home for the servicing. Few times once per call & few times multiple times for a single call.
                            The machine is getting break down on its regular interval.

                            It may happen that water of my home's area is not suitable for this type of machine. As a result it gets breakdown on regular interval.

                            I have made request many times to your engineer to replace the machine but they have refused me, I have made called multiple times to your call centre and astonishingly they couldn't find my data by my registered mobile number. But if I am telling them the request I'd then they could manage the data somehow.

                            I have 98 years and 72 years old senior citizen in my home, I have 5 years baby in my home. You can understand easily that without water how difficult it is to pass a single day. Even it was more difficult to face the situation when they continuously scolding you for making a purchase decision of the Aquaguard.

                            I have made request directly to your call centre on 1st July & 22nd July but alas after the first call from my side, I expect a single call from your team as a proactive approach. But again I am hopeless as the result is same as your local team.

                            I am expecting your deep involvement & taking the corrective steps to keep the company's good reputation on our mind.

                            I am afraid by thinking when the machine go beyond the warranty, it's really will be a horrible experience if you do not involve and give us your best possible resolution.

                              Hello,
                              I purchased dr aquaguard genesus utc on 4 july and the installation happened after a week, post which there was water leakage.
                              I logged a complaint - [protected], on 15 july
                              Ever since i have been following up with your customer care team, who on every call says that my ticket is marked high priority and will be resolved the same day.. And apologise due to the delay owing g to the covid situation.
                              I was patient enoug and gave the benefit of doubt, but when i placed an enquiry for a new vacuum cleaner the agent turned up in my door step within a few hours..
                              I have been using aquaguard since nearly 2 decades and never had such an issue. Inhave our based the top end model from your catalog and have never been able to use it.
                              Hoping to get a resolution soon.

                              Thank you!! He did turn up and when we opened the box I was suprised to see it rusted from inside. He told he fixed the issue and closed the ticket, but it started leaking in few hours..
                              This is totally unacceptable.. and calls to your call center has always the same explanation.
                              Can I get some senior executive to call and sort this out

                                Tuesday 21 July 2020, raised customer complaints for aquagaurd water filter motor not working. But the complaint has not registered in system. After follow up, Thursday 23 July service man came. When we have him, he just left without attending the issue. The service is always poor start from beginning. Please consider customer complaints. Water is getting leaked days together. Customer value need to be taught to Technician.

                                  I have bought a NANO RO water purifiers which is with in AMC. Within this AMC period I am requesting for a service (service request No.[protected] & dated 16.07.2020) as the water flow was very low and the water-tap was not operating properly.After repeated time request the service engineer call me after 10 days . within this time we have faced great problem as water is very essential things and in this covid 19 situation we are worried to drink outside water.Any way when the engineer called us he said that the water flow problem was because of damage of water filter but he was asking for further AMC renewal for changing the filter as the AMC contracts end on 20.07.2020 and demand for extra money on water tap changing. I am trying to explain him that when I was logged my request then the product was within AMC. But he do not care me.
                                  Why do we renew our AMC contract when we do not get service in our problem?
