I logged a complaint on 25th of september and did amc as requested by your people online and till date haven't received any call back or a technician. I have been calling them every single day still noone has come to attend the problem. And everytime you call them they will say tomorrow the technician will come but still nobody call back or come. Only during renewal, aquaguard is courteous and efficient. Post that neither an urgent request is treated as urgent nor do the technicians show any sense of responsibility but expect us to call them personally after the request is placed and then if they feel like they will come as per their convenience and not as per the customer. The customer care will say the parroted dialogues,..."sorry for the inconvenience, mam" but do nothing about...

I have tried given customer care numbers of eureka forbes, but no response.

I had purchased a water purifier from eureka forbes in june 2019.
Product had issues on 10 sept 2019.
I called them and placed a service request as the product is order warranty period.
Till today, 3 oct 2019, i have complained to them at least 10-15 times and still no one has attended my service request despite their given time being two days, it's been a month and i am totally frustrated with their customer service...

I am very sorry to inform that while in crisis, it is very difficult to get the due service from your company and the helpline number as published in every receipt/bill is hardly available with a remarjk from other side that it is temporarily withdrawn. why not any other alternative number to contact.
This equipment was purchased from Eureka Forbes during May 2018 and I have made AMC on 25.06.2019 till 24.06.2020.

We had complained about Aquaguard pipe connection affecting the water supply of kitchen tap and Aquaguard Service Engineer Ashish Kumar Maurya had visited us. Within 5 minutes, he told us that this problem has to.be solved by the Plumber.

Ashish Kumar Maurya charged us Rs 450 without solving the problem, inspite of the machine being under AMC.

ATROCIOUS SERVICE BY EUREKA FORBES...CHEATING AND LOOTING CUSTOMERS...

We had complained about aquaguard pipe connection affecting the water supply of kitchen tap. Aquaguard service engineer ashish kumar maurya visited us and he charged us rs 450 for telling us that this was a problem to be solved by plumber.

Ashish kumar maurya did not solve the problem and charged us rs 450, inspite of the machine being under amc.
