Hi,

I have been getting in touch with the customer care everyday for a simple request of servicing but there has been no significant response we have been drinking biserli since the past 2 weeks. I will place a formal complaint in the consumer forum and court if my service request is not catered to at the earliest.

      To whomsoever it concern.
      I Pooja Parab had ordered for a vacuum cleaner from the Eureka Forbes site on 17 th May 2020 and did not receive the equipment till 9th of June 2020. Since the Fedex expected delivery date was 29th of May 2020 we got concerned and wrote a email to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com on the 4th of June 2020 . The equipment got delivered on 9th of June 2020 at our place.

      The equipment since then is not get charged and is not starting as well. We have been trying to reach the concerned authority to address our problem since 1 month. We placed calls at the service centres listed on the Eureka Forbes official website as well as expressed our distress on the social media account.
      Evertime we have been forwarded the companies sales representatives numbers and neither of them pick up the phone nor do they address our problems. The following are the complaint numbers we received by registering for service request on the website

      We received a number of Mr Sharma through a message from the concerned authority. We did call him and address our problem. On the telephonic conversation he said that he has forwarded my request to his higher authority and we will receive a call for the request.

      I did receive a call from Mr Ashok asking for the details of our purchase and we did reply with the details on 13th June 2020 but since then there as been no reply from him ever again. I did call him again on 13th June 202 to see what is the status of the request he replied me I will call you back and since then there has been no reply from Mr Ashok’s side.

      After that we have been endlessly trying to reach somebody for our issue and finally we received a call by Mr Shivam on 22nd June 2020. he informed us that since our equipment is non functional and is not even getting charged that he must be a faulty equipment and needs to be replaced. He confirmed that he would file for a replacement and would help us with the same but history was repeated again.
      Today on 25th June 2020 when I called him back again to check for the status of the replacement request he messaged back saying his in a meeting and forgot to file for the request. Tired of the false promises I myself tried to file for a replacement on the website and its not go through either.
      finally we wrote a email to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com [protected]@eurekaforbes.com
      Again addressing our issue.

      The Equipment was taken for the sole purpose of helping our parents as they are old and during this difficult times of the covid pandemic it is difficult to have a domestic help. We have been completely traumatised by this experience and are absolutely clueless now to where to seek help from and this platform seems to be our only and last aid to get help and justice .

      With this letter I’m attaching all the conversations, emails, bill, image of the equipment and the interactions we had had for the past 1 month.

        Aquagaurd magna is not working, since one moth green light is observed. It is requested to change the candles, since it is one year old and continue the amc.

          I am in amc and using dr. Aquaguard water purifyer and for the whole year your personal did not turnup to check the machine,. On 15/06/2020 i made a complaint that purifyer makes huge noice and asked for service. Complaint was registered and no. [protected] dated 15.06.2020.
          Till today no one attended. Amc has no meaning till payment made.
          Corona excuse should not take 10 days to attend problem that too in amc customer.
          Confirm when will the complaint attend or shall we go to consumer court.

            I have purchased purifier form eureka forbes which got delivered on 18/06/2020 same was to be installed within 24 to 36 he's however today 8 days have passed and no 1 came from installation till date

              During this pandemic time, I have been trying all the possible way to reach Eureka Forbes service, but unable to reach them either via phone or text SMS. The only way to reach them is via email, but only receiving automated reply and there is no response for almost two months. Since April till now( 23rd June'20), No one has called me for service. Sent multiple follow-up to the same email (Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in) but no proper response.

              In the website also it seems they only accepting AMC's but not the service related issues. Really worst customer service by Eureka Forbes and team.

              During this situation without water how can we all survive without water? It's really a bad experience.

                We bought annual maintenance plan for our aqua guard. Raised service request on june 2nd 2020 with the number [protected]. Calling them again for help every alternative day and they say asap but no help so far. They gave escalation request ids also which are use less as i could not complain to higher authorities as it is ticket is expired.

                  We have eureka forbes ro water purifier which is under continuous 2-year annual maintenance contract (Receipt no.[protected] from 24 january 2020. Our water purifier has not been serviced in the last six months, and it is working properly and the water quality is very bad. It, therefore, needs immediate servicing.
                  I would, therefore, request you to send your service technician to service the ro water purifier at the earliest. We are able to register a complaint over phone, hence sending this message.
                  Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                    Respected sir,

                    I am a customer of eureka forbes, using aquaguard product. I having 3 years amc (Service contract) with eureka forbes since 15th march, 2017 to 14th march, 2020. On 11th march, 2020 eureka forbes sent serviceman. During servicing aquaguard machine got break-down. Service-man convinced that within two week the machine will repaired, when components will be available by eureka forbes.
                    Mean while pandemic (Corona virus) started in india. After two months, i went to eureka forbes service center at 18th june, 2020 tell all the scenario which is mention above. On sunday evening i. E 14th june, 2020 serviceman came to house. After examined the aquaguard machine, he said to paid the machine components because service contact get expired.
                    Till today eureka forbes does not provide service to my aquaguard machine. I requests to look this matter. Please provides appropriate justice to me as a consumer of eureka forbes.

                      Simply worst service

                      Even after 1 month lock down no one taking responsibility for service.

                      Appearing noise from purifier

                      No response on phone, mail.

                      I think manpower also removed to reduce cost leaving behind customers

                      Done very big mistake in choosing the product and also purchased amc

                      So many escalations done every time defualt useless acknowledgement mail will receive.

                      Even if I want to escalate with another complaint it is not accepting.

                      Check image how many escalations done earlier.

                        dr. aquaguard classic + not working

                        Aquaguard unit purchased on dec 7, 2017. Unit not working (Not dispensing water after few beeps) since last week. We are unable to reach the below mentioned customer service line numbers.

                        I had purchased aquaguard amc for enhance ro+uv-12 mth comp amc on[protected].

                        As per the their terms and conditions here : https://www.eurekaforbes.com/terms-and-conditions-for-amc-purchase

                        I was supposed to get free replacement for pre-filter, but that has not been done. I have sent mails and called customer care many times. But they deny any such terms as part of amc, which is clearly not the case as per their website.
                        The contract also mentions in point 2 that is covers replacement of worn-out/exhausted parts, including ultra violet lamp with new/rectified spares for all products/attachments. But when i asked for this, they didn't even respond for this. The service technician didn't check for the condition of the uv lamp.
                        After paying so much for the amc, they are not providing as promised.

                        I want to be able to get replacement of parts and service as per their amc contract.

                        Please help with get this resolved.

                        Although it should have been free. But Eureka Forbes called me up saying since I have AMC, the replacement would done at very minimal rate. The price I paid was asked to pay earlier was 10x than what I paid now. Big thanks to consumer complaints website for the help and support.

                        An update from my side. Eureka Forbes people had contacted me over mail and raised a service complaint ticket. I am waiting for service schedule call from them.

                          Hi,
                          I raised a complaint with eureka forbes about issue with my
                          Euroclean kordfree vacuum cleaner.
                          i raised complaint on 17\06\2020 at 11:16 am.
                          the complaint no is [protected]
                          i am getting burning smell when i turn on the vaccum cleaner. Also the wheel is not functioning properly.
                          the customer executive mentioned that your issue will be addressed bwithin 48 hrs.
                          its been 3 days now, i have not received even a call from eureka forbes for the complaint i raised.
                          and yesterday when i tried to escalate the issue on eureka forbes website, to my surprise i am getting message that my complaint number is no longer valid.
                          the vaccum cleaner is under warranty.

                          I request the authority to please look into this.

                            Deliberately delivered defective vaccum cleaner.

                            For past one week, calling their customer center for registering complaint but they refuse to take complaint.

                            Local representative is useless, he made 100 calls to get the order.. Now none.

                            My worst decision in life to select this company and product.
                            Please advise how i can proceed.

                              Hi, i am using aquaguard ro uv geneus water purifier since 2015. I logged a service request on 6th june 2020 as service button is blinking. I am holding amc that covers free service and filters replacement. However i got a call from technician that amc covers only free service but not filters replacement. As part of amc i paid 5800 rs annual fee. Service cost per request is 480 rs.

                              Till now i didnt get the resolution from eureka forbes. Tired calling the customer call and fed up with their stories

                                  There has been no response from installation technician or team. I everyday i am calling the call center just to hear - "i will follow up with concerned team, and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible"Â

                                  My question is if eureka forbes cant provide installation assistance to new customers, "why are you promising free installation after purchase??"

                                  Such a bitter experience after purchasing this aquaguard product. I will make sure none of my friends or family members purchase aquaguard products in future.

                                    I am a single user of your product and has limited usage for household purpose, yet your product has not even lasted for complete 2 years. I had purchased vacuum cleaner euroclean wd x2 on 13th july 2018 and it has already got spoiled. The gum which attaches the cord with the hose is of low quality and has not been able to hold the cord and hence its come out. It is such expensive product with such low grade materials used in it. Since i do not have scanner i am unable to attach any documents. I can whatsapp the same on the number if given by you.

                                      I'm an amc customer for my ro. No response from your service centre neither customer care. Even i contacted your local representative mr abhishek mondal ([protected]) for help but all in vein. Till date i am buying water from outside. How can you afford to handle amc customers like this? Who will bear the cost i am incurring for last 1 week? When every thing is on move, how come drinking water like emergency service is not being provided to the amc customer? Pls arrange to return my amc amount back, i will arrange drinking water from other provider.
