I have bought the aquasure from aquaguard shield ro+uv+mp+mtds 8 months in online site. Which started creating problem after 6 months. Water is getting leaked and contaminating with the drinking water.in last service, service person left screws without putting in the place. It allows the leakage water to contaminate more quickly in the drinking water. I am spending money to drink the healthy water, but at last ending up...

I have purchased water purifier from reliance digital pune amanora. With the assurance of service and filter replacement, have been trying to reach both reliance and eurekaforbes but ther's no resolution to this.
Reliance digital have told to check with the manufacturer, but am unable lo log complain due to error - my number not registered. Have tried doing online but there's no response....

I have purchased eureka forbes - water purifier, 15 days ago.
On 9th aug-19, it stopped working and the power was not coming.
I have raised the complaint in the morning at 8:09 am on 9th aug-19 and followup with several times then they send the technician and he said he is unable to resolve the issue today and will come tomorrow at 12 pm.

Again i called to the customer care, they are not able to tell me what happened....

I would like to inform you that never buy any eureka forbes product. As during the time of sales they assure you that their service resoultion time is 48 hours. Water was leaking from the filter and given a complaint on 20th july 2019.
Technician visited the premises and said some problem in the filter and needs to be replaced as its still in amc it will be covered.
But till now they are saying part is not available and the issue is not resolved.
