I have purchased dr. Aquaguard enrich in recent months and is under warranty. From november month onwards the machine is not working properly and is not dispensing drinking water. I have raised complaint with customercare of eurekaforbes next day technician came and done service. On that night only the same issue started again. I have called customer care and complained that same issue repeated. Next time when technician came he said that we are getting dusty water in drinking water tap due to which this problem arised and adviced us to fix external candles which costs additional rs.700/- to 1000/- or to clean the overhead drinking water tank. The technician had done service and same issue repeated. As per his advice we had cleaned and overhead drinking water tank and we again called technician for 3rd time. Now we are getting clean water in tap and the technician had done the service and went. But the same issue repeated the very next day evening iam not getting drinking water from machine. This time i have escalated the complaint to both the heads in there website, but regret to say that there is no response from them either message or a call. Till now i have given 6 times complaint but the problem is not resolved yet. Today also i have given complaint 7th time. Last time also while complaining we said to send senior technician and to check thoroughly and to replace the machine if problem is not resolved. I am very much vexed with the eureka forbes services. Request to see that the issue is resolved immediately or to refund back the amount.

    A representative of yours named mr. Tiwari (He says he resides in laxmi nagar, delhi) has been regularly servicing our aqua guard water purifier for many years now and we have not had a cause of concern with him till now. He had called me today to say that the service was due and so was the amc renewal for the aquaguard.

    However, when he came and i checked my amc contract i found that it was last renewed by him in 2019 and was valid for two years upto 2021. I showed him the paper and he also took a photo of it. The renewed year is written on the previous amc receipt itself by him in his own hand. Firstly, he tried to say that what is written there is the day and not the year but it is very clear from the writing that it says 19 to 21 (As years). I had paid him the money in cash last time as he had told me that your company policy has changed and you are not accepting cheques for amc payments anymore and he had insisted for cash. Then i explained and he accepted his mistake regarding the period of the amc and told me that the company record has a mistake showing that our amc is due and he will get it corrected and for that purpose he took a photoshot on his phone of the amc receipt. Then he left.

    A little while later he returned insisting to take a picture of the actual machine and misbehaving with my servants when they disallowed him to do so.

    The icr no that was initially issued to me for the amc in 2017 is 18018364.in 2019 he had not given a new receipt but written on the same receipt the further period of renewal.in 2017 the amc payment had been made on 23/12/2017 for a period of two years. Then in 2019 he came in the earlier part of the year for its renewal and took the amount on 02/01/2019 for another two years of amc renewal. So that means that the renewal is valid till 2021.

      Wish to inform that the water purifier is not working since december 2019 and every time i raise a complaint it was attended only after a week or ten days that too after too much of persuasion. The problem is also not addressed completely as within 10 or 15 days the same issue crops up. This can be known from the number of complaints i would have made since december 2019 and the subsequent call logs/followups. Since they are unable to fulfill the amc obligations, i seek a full refund of the amount that i paid for the current amc period.

        I want a duplicate bill

        I have misplaced the original bill. It's just 6 months since i got the water purifier installed and it's stopped working. When i contacted the sales representative he sent the service guy and i told him that the bill is misplaced. So after hearing that he told me that the filter has to be replaced and i should show the bill or i have to pay. I told him the registered mobile number also but he is not agreeing. I have many appliances at home...

        I am utterly disappointed by the service provided by aquaguard under amc scheme. Six monthly service of my water purifier was due in first week of jan'20. The technicien did come but he was in a hurry and didn't even spend minutes for the service. After he left. I found that water is leaking from the filter. I called the service centre of the area and they said they would send the technicien again but he didn't come. I called multiple times and every time i get the reply that technicien will come tomorrow. But he never arrived. It's been almost a month that i've been calling the service centre but they are too casual about it.
        Every six months the same technicien comes for the service and on each visit he doesn't spend more than five minutes. He is always in a hurry and fail to satisfy.
        Is there a way to complaint about the specific technichian to the company as the area service centre people don't bother.

        Purchased Aquaguard Maxima in Sep2018. The PCB stopped working on Jan2020.
        Very very disappointed, that a product of very high repute has faulty parts in such a short period of 15months

          3tickets were raised for the same issue and it is still not resolved. I have kordfree vacuum clearner whose wheel is broken and is under warranty. I have placed a request for its part but the engineer visits home empty handed and never returns with the required part. The case was handled by makarand ([protected]) and he assured the part is delivered to pune from bangalore warehouse in previous ticket ([protected]) ([protected]) ([protected]) and later ticket was closed without resolving. This is by far the worst service from eureka forbes

            I have lodged a complaint to service my cctv system installed by eureka forbes. Nobody cares to take a note and attend. I paid thinking these guys will attend to customer complaint but they are as bad as others. There are 7 cameras and one door video answering system. I have stopped to talk with them because no action taken. Standard answer is "tomorrow servicing person will come. He will call before coming."

              This is further to my complaint dated 5 january 2020 on the subject.

              Following a response from the company's representative, anita, that someone from their bandra office will contact me and resolve the problem, i first received a call from someone early last week. However, he continued to maintain the appliance has stopped functioning because the contract was not renewed. When i told him to read my complaint before calling again, he disconnected.

              A couple of days later, swapnil called saying he will resolve my problem immediately but i have not heard from him after that. It will soon be 3 months since the aquaguard stopped working and eureka forbes has not even bothered to send any representative, let alone solve my problem.

              Please could you arrange for an immediate resolution or alternatively, let me know the manner in which i should escalate the matter so that there is no further delay in resolving my problem.

              Being a veteran of a service industry, I am quite amazed that a company of Eureka Forbes reputation does not track progress of resolution of any complaint, presuming it has a maximum time period within which such complaints must be resolved.

              I look forward to my appliance being made functional, without any further delay.

              Hi Anita,

              Your technician, Sagar Musale, had come over to my home on Saturday, 1 February. However, he just repeated the same statements since November 2019 viz. AMC is not there, filters are not working etc. I also received a call subsequently from two of his colleagues (was driving and hence, cannot recollect their names) who promised to resolve my complaint but there is no action thereafter. Last night, I received a SMS that my complaint # [protected] has been resolved and this message also sought my feedback on the service received. Needless to say, my feedback was the worst ever Eureka Forbes would have probably received. This morning, another lady called to check reasons for my adverse feedback. I had to repeat my complaint all over again to her because she wanted our telephone conversation to be recorded. This is inspite of my highlighting a complaint has already been filed with the Consumer Forum.

              To summarize, nothing has changed for me since 5 November 2019!!

              My patience is fast running out and any further delay in making my appliance functional, will compel me to seek recourse through other means, including filing a case against Eureka Forbes.

                I had called aquaguard customer care on june 23, 2019 (You can refer the service request from my mobile number) for water taste has been changed and there was yellow light was display ed in water purifier. I am using aquaguard revival nxt which was brought in november 2017.

                The service guy came and said filter need to be changed and told the cost 4795 + service charge. We told to replace it. The replaced new one was having aquaguard label and we believe it as the technician was assigned from aquaguard only. New filter replaced on 25 the june 2019. After installation, water wastage was more which was around 10-12 liter for every one litre. It was taking almost one and half hour to fill the tank

                Again i called up customer care on 21st jan 2020 for general service for checking water wastage. The service guy came 26 jan and said old filter was duplicate one and he showed us the new filter. We asked home to replace with original filter that he showed.

                Aquaguard customer service itself duplicate product s had been installed and i paid 5k plues twice an year one on june 2019 and again on jan 2020.

                  I had purchased a water purifier on their december offer, where they said they will provide me a watch and a scratch card. The purifier is installed and working and also the watch has arrived. BUT THE SCRATCH CARD HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. It's been 2 months now but customer care guys tell me to email them again and again. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Please look into this issue by 25th Jan 2020.

                    Since 5 year i have a ag reviva ro. I have changed the total candle set rom your authorized service center on 17/03/2019 from berhampur, district - ganjam, odisha. After that carbon smell is coming from the water. I have visited several times for this problem to your authorised service center. But their service is very much poor.                         I am having an aquaguard water purifier for the last many years. It was the latest model then and quite a high priced product. I had other options from different brands in the market but i selected this product.

                        But, i am deeply unhappy because the service is extremely disappointing. I struggle with service engineers to get their appointments. They do not consider the convenience of customers and keep delaying the visits. I keep waiting with literally no water at home. Then, i have to purchase water cans from the stores to provide my family. I am facing great hardship dealing with eureka forbes. Now, the executives say they have stopped amc for my model and ask me to replace it with a newer model.

                        It is absolutely not possible to keep paying 20, 000+ time and again and keep changing my water purifier every few years. It was a bad decision to take eureka forbes product and i am thinking to share my experience and inform all my friends and relatives and others on every social media to beware before purchasing eureka forbes products.

                        Or, should i take legal steps in the court of law for all the disappointment after purchasing a water purifier from eureka forbes.

                        I got call from customer support but they say cant give AMC and ask me to change the unit. That is the problem. Unit is not a small item but cost more than 20, 000.. not easy money for working people... Or should I change to other brand purifier if you cant give AMC. I am a housewife and somehow manage my family.. I do not have so much extra funds to keep buying new purifier machines every few years...

                          No filter change and servicing done on time. Complain was registered in nov'19 and yet no resolution.

                          Escalated the issue on mail and still no response.

                          Contract valid till 2022 and the charges are already paid to eureka forbes.

                          The company is just fooling the people, collecting the money and then sleeping over it. Beware of such thugs..!!!

                            Hi team,

                            Recently aquacare (Jayanagar-bangalore) company had called for regular maintenance for my aquaguard. Mr santosh (Mob-[protected]) visited our house and said that the purifier has duplicate parts and need to be changed for which he quoted rs8000, i asked him just to clean the purifier and not to replace any parts for which he started abusing and was very rude. Somehow he completed the work and went. He didn’t fit the parts properly and now my aquaguard is leaking and not storing any water. When i called them the no is not reachable, santosh picked the called and threatened and abused me and said to take any action or complain to anybody.
                            Kindly help us with the repair and take strict action against such fraud companies.

Local service technician told us to take INR4000 AMC or he will not provide service. Ombudsman link on Eureka forbes website throws error so not able to lodge any escaltion. No escalation path suggested after repeated followup.

                            We lodged a complaint on 4th Jan. Till 23rd, there was no response from your team at all despite multiple follow ups on your customer care number and directly to the technitian who had visited our house. All this got us no response or resolution. Eureka forbes team we dealt with in Kollam is ill equipped, poorly trained and lack any basic sense of customer service or courtesy.

                            We are so irritated and disappointed by the response that we have decided to discard our water filter just so we do not have to deal with your team ever in future. I can assure you that we will never be going back to Eureka Forbes for anything in future.

                              Eureka forbes guys are very good at woo customers to renew amc at hectic price. But their product stands at essential hours dead. As i bought aqua guard genius water purifier an year ago for about rs. 21000 and they told me to buy amc of around rs. 10000.

                              Almost 3 months now, all the time purifier does not deliver the water (Sick it does shut all the time). Customer support and service guys and their arrogance is another way of their height of negligence attitude. Few of their online request/smses are attached here for reference.

                              Can anyone help me how to sue these guys as drinking water is essential for mankind, which these guys are delaying and denied despite payment made to them.

                              Bought dr Aqua guard filter and within 10 months HD filter failed. The cost to replace the filter for a cost of 4900. They are cheating people without mentioning the service cost. So we are paying 17000 rupees just for case.

                                I have been a regular subscriber to aquaguard amc. I have have a complaint about the carelessness of their local center (Meerapur allahabad) up. These people never come on date for the service without reminding them for 3 or 4 times.

                                This time too, the service and replacement of both the candles was due within 31st december, but they ignored and when i called them (Mob no 91-[protected] - ms renu chaube), the simple response was - sir your contract was from march to march. As such our representative will contact you in march. When i told them to check their records, they to;ld that our mechanic will reach you in the evening today.

                                What i have to protest against careless working of this center is — they never come on dates as per their registered schedule without repeated reminders (This is the 5th time in succession when i had to remind them).

                                  They are only bothered by having more and more sales. After buying 8000 rs amc for a water filter for 2 yrs, i have got 5-6 more calls to upgrade my product but complaints resolution takes over a week. Executives visit after one week. I would like to cancel my amc and want a refund for my product (Whatever you can give) - calling direct executives or from urbanclap and problem would resolve in 1 day. But ao smith or other purifiers, they are much better. For the current problem, its been over a week and my product has yet not repaired. I have spent over 2000 rs in buying bisleri. My customer id is - [protected]. Let me know the process to cancel amc and claim a refund. if its paid service, the executive will visit within 2 hrs.

                                      I have order one ag-200 and also get quote from mr. Navneet sagar for that. But they (By dealer) installed water purifier (Aquaguard classic uv +), without inform us.

                                      I had a word with all mention persons from eureka forbes before; mr. Bhoopesh ([protected]), mr. Navneet sagar ([protected]), mr. Ujjwal pandey ([protected]), mr. Vinod chhapra ([protected]) and some other persons as well. But as i presumed eureka forbes really working with some un-professional people with there team for which company blamed by costumers.

                                      Immediately after my communication with https://www.consumercomplaints.in, i got a call from eureka forbes costumer service and mr. Omvir ([protected]) but no conclusion yet. We had discussed on call about 30 minutes regarding this issue.

                                      Service team proposed me to change of filters on every month at agreed operation cost of rs. 2200- rs. 2500 for subsequent months, i will have to spend rs. 26000 to rs. 30000 per annum towards change of filter only. Please dont advice anyone like this.

                                      I have not agreed with their proposal as i am not in the position to spend rs. 26000 to rs. 30000 per annum as operation cost against eureka forbes sales team placed a wrong product without our confirmation. Service team is not taking responsibility for the commitment given by sales team. It seems for the purpose of making customer to buy eureka forbes products, sales team giving rosy picture. Once product is bought, sales team is disconnected and service team is twisting the hand of customer to grab the money. I have not expected such worst money making business strategy from eureka forbes. Sorry to say this.

                                      Since, service team is not able to take responsibility for the commitment given by sales team; they said to redirect this issue to sales team.

                                      After complaint again, i spoke with mr. Pradeep [protected] (Fd service) he said just pay 3500 more we will exchange this. Then we agreed for this as well. Its going to be 3 months now, again they are playing with us like same.

                                      Really didn't understand, how a company like eureka forbes sustained with this kind o[censored]n-realistic and cheating process. I am still follow up from last 7 months, but no conclusion yet.

                                      They said, already approved for replace but no one follow the order. Every single person who worked with eureka forbes trying to making fool and cheat costumers by the name of service.

                                      Even the seniors the most are like the same.

                                      Why we really choose a company, who trying to cheat every costumer by the name of service.

                                      Request your please intervene to resolve the issue faced by me.
