This is to bring to your notice that, we have purchased the above said machine on 09.08.2019 vide your invoice no.[protected] dated 10.08.2019. But unfortunately it started giving trouble after few days of installation and sensor was changed by your service engineer. But again since last one week it is giving trouble and totally out of order. We complained through ivrs and contacted your call center for last four days every time they escalate the case but no body has yet turned up. Under this circumstances we feel that the machine supplied by you is defective as within this few months of purchase it is continuously giving trouble. Hence needs replacement with new one.

    Water filter not working since march 24th 2020. after the lockdown last week one service has come and seen the machine and he told he will come again with spares and no response yet, telephone nos are not working

      I have purchased a vaccum cleaner dated 17.02.20 having invoice no.[protected] from eureka dehradun office by their sales employee code - 9038325.

      Afterward i asked him whether in the bill if c/o sbi can be added and gst no of sbi can be added, he assured me for the same and also said he had made the request for changing the same.

      But from last 2 months he is not giving proper reply and delaying the matter by lame excuses. I have entire chat record with me, he is not only befooling me as your customer but also demeaning eureka for hiring such kind of employee.

      Afterwards, i contacted his head then i came to know that he has not informed his company for such changes and befooling the customer from last 2 months.

      Please take action against such employee.

        dr aquaguard nrich hd ro+uv+mtds - red light issue

        I have purchased Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS on[protected]. On 5th April 2020, I logged a compliant # [protected] about RED light blinking, a week later water stopped coming. On 07may2020, the engineer came and they said that there is chip issue and it fixed and working fine...but the RED light is keep coming. Now the water taste is different and it takes 4 to 5 hrs to fill the storage unit/tank (5-7 ltr). It's under warranty and they...

        I have been requesting for servicing of my aquaguard since march 2020. Today it is may 2020 and the complaint hasn’t been attended to. We have no drinking water for 2 months and the service centre in mohali isn’t responding. I have taken an amc of 5250 also but still no response.
        I will have to take action and file a complaint for harassment and lapse on company’s part.
        Ignoring customer grievance and avoiding the service.

          Hello, dear sir, my name is bhavani prasad from patiala punjab. I am working as a technician under your business partner code 16556 name is maa sharda. I am working with you from 2:5 years. My employee code is 69267.
          Sir i have not received my salary since from march to till today. When i call my bp and our team leader they did not receive any call from me. I have tried many times but the didn’t respond yet. My bp name is shayamanand nautiyal[protected] and team leader krishan sharma[protected]. Sir, i am suffering from very bad conditions in lockdown i have not money because we depend on salary but they didn’t give us. After lockdown, they did not give any response about salary even they didn’t pick up any phone calls from me.
          Sir, what i do? I have no money to buy food for my family. Sir, we are living very hard. My family depends on me but my salary is stopped by bp.
          Sir please solve the problem quickly and get my salary done quickly. It's been a long time since we sit for long days while waiting and we don't have anything to eat. Sir please contact me my number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue quickly.

                    Sir,
                    My water purifier is not working and i have raised a sr through ivr on 19/4/2020. The sr no. Is [protected]. So far the complaint is not assigned to any service engineer. There is no response even. I have tried to escalate the issue but of no use. Now the water purifier is totally shut down. I have paid huge amount towards amc.in the present conditions the service personal for other services are attending with all precautions.

                    Kindly help in resolving the issue.

                        Machine is producing noise while filtering the water, you can hear it from a distance. Before lockdown one engineer visited and said to come back with fix but did not. We are left with no options but to drink from the same purifier without knowing if it’s safe kor not.

                            During 1 year warranty complain was booked but not properly respond. And unit is not working under warranty .. only 8 months working after that unit wasn't work well please resolve my problem at early basis..

                              I am gayatri mohapatra, customer code: [protected].
                              I had purchased on aquaguard geneus+ water purifier on 09/11/2019. After lapse of two and half months of installation the product developed problem (Water was gussing/overflowing from the top of the machine. I had lodged complaint/service request online with eureka forbes on 29/02/2020. On 02/03/2020 service engineers fixed the problem but after a few hours same problem reoccured and i had lodged complaint again on 03/03/2020. The problem was fixed after several attempts by the service engineers on 05/03/2020. After a gap of one month same problem reoccured on 06/04/2020 and i had lodged a complaint on 07/04/2020 and requested for replacement of the machine by e-mail and over phone. But it is a matter of regret that neither i have received a reply to my complaint nor received a messege in this regard.
                              Please be informed that i have invested rs.25, 000/- for purchase of aquaguard geneus+ and i have been facing problem from the product. I feel that i have made a bad investment and apprehend that one defective machine has been supplied to me by the company being fully aware that this product is defective. After investing rs.25, 000/- i have been subjected hardship in getting pure water and remaining in mental stress since last two months.
                              I request for immediate replacement of the product or refund of rs.25, 000/- (Cost of the machine) without any further loss of time.

                                Iron filter is probably not working at all. Other filters inside the purifier may also not be working. No purifier water is coming out at all.

                                    Hello all

                                    Eureka now comes with new system of filters.

                                    Ones your machines complete 6000 ltr your filter will be lock and it's cost 2000 to 2400 rs.

                                    Now just count 6000ltr finished maximum in 4 to 5 mnth.. Some higher use parsons befor that..

                                    So you have to pay 4 to 5 thousand in a year..

                                    This is adorable??

                                    Any one have any idea for this..??..

                                      Filter red light comes then green light comes but no water is getting inside the container attached to it. this filter under service warenty. product code ENH U.V.CUSTOMER CODE [protected].u r requested to attend the fault and resolve it at ur earliest possible.
