I have been cheated by your company executive name :jaikumar came from chennai villivakkam branch on 28dec2019. He asked me to pay rs:4350 for 1year amc but i payed rs:2350 and balance after completing the work. Because he was new to me. Not the regular technician who visited my house. Still my amc not done i not even get any solution. So pleas take action on him and refund my money.

Bought dr Aqua guard filter and within 10 months HD filter failed. The cost to replace the filter for a cost of 4900. They are cheating people without mentioning the service cost. So we are paying 17000 rupees just for case.

    I have order one ag-200 and also get quote from mr. Navneet sagar for that. But they (By dealer) installed water purifier (Aquaguard classic uv +), without inform us.

    I had a word with all mention persons from eureka forbes before; mr. Bhoopesh ([protected]), mr. Navneet sagar ([protected]), mr. Ujjwal pandey ([protected]), mr. Vinod chhapra ([protected]) and some other persons as well. But as i presumed eureka forbes really working with some un-professional people with there team for which company blamed by costumers.

    Immediately after my communication with https://www.consumercomplaints.in, i got a call from eureka forbes costumer service and mr. Omvir ([protected]) but no conclusion yet. We had discussed on call about 30 minutes regarding this issue.

    Service team proposed me to change of filters on every month at agreed operation cost of rs. 2200- rs. 2500 for subsequent months, i will have to spend rs. 26000 to rs. 30000 per annum towards change of filter only. Please dont advice anyone like this.

    I have not agreed with their proposal as i am not in the position to spend rs. 26000 to rs. 30000 per annum as operation cost against eureka forbes sales team placed a wrong product without our confirmation. Service team is not taking responsibility for the commitment given by sales team. It seems for the purpose of making customer to buy eureka forbes products, sales team giving rosy picture. Once product is bought, sales team is disconnected and service team is twisting the hand of customer to grab the money. I have not expected such worst money making business strategy from eureka forbes. Sorry to say this.

    Since, service team is not able to take responsibility for the commitment given by sales team; they said to redirect this issue to sales team.

    After complaint again, i spoke with mr. Pradeep [protected] (Fd service) he said just pay 3500 more we will exchange this. Then we agreed for this as well. Its going to be 3 months now, again they are playing with us like same.

    Really didn't understand, how a company like eureka forbes sustained with this kind o[censored]n-realistic and cheating process. I am still follow up from last 7 months, but no conclusion yet.

    They said, already approved for replace but no one follow the order. Every single person who worked with eureka forbes trying to making fool and cheat costumers by the name of service.

    Even the seniors the most are like the same.

    Why we really choose a company, who trying to cheat every costumer by the name of service.

    Request your please intervene to resolve the issue faced by me.

      The subject ro water purifier that i purchased vide invoice dated 26/9/18 suddenly stopped functioning in early november 2019. On contacting their service centre, i was told that this happened because the one year warranty had expired. I explained to the service representative that the guarantee provided in the user's manual (Page#18) clearly states the life of the appliance is until 6000 litres are consumed and we, a family of 3, have not consumed more than 3000 litres during the one year period. When he insisted that i must first subscribe to the amc for him to have the appliance functional, i requested him to prove first that we have consumed 6000 litres. He was unable to do so.

      Therefore, i called the service head of eureka forbes, subhasis sarkar, on 25 november 2019 and since then, i have been in sms and email correspondence with him. Regrettably, apart from offering a 20% discount on the amc, he too, has not been able to prove that our family of 3, have indeed consumed 6000 litres thus resulting in expiry of the life of the appliance. On explaining to mr, sarkar that no manufacturer can compel a customer to enter into an amc just because he/she can save on service charges and repair costs, should there be any fault in the appliance during the contract period. This is entirely his/her discretion as in case he/she decides against entering into an amc, it is understood all costs would be borne by him/her. However, this cannot be a reason for the manufacturer's refusal to honour its commitment/guarantee with respect to the life of the appliance.
      Although i have formally shared my feedback to the automated email dated 18 december from eureka forbes and have also reiterated my position to mr. Sarkar vide my last email dated 26 december 2019, and requested him for a resolution by 2 january 2020, his response or resolution is yet to be received. I have therefore no choice but to seek your immediate intervention and redressal.

      Hi Anita,

      No one has got in touch with me so far. My problem continues to be unresolved, although almost 2 weeks have passed since I registered my complaint in this forum. I do not not expect a company of Eureka Forbes's standing to adopt such a callous approach towards customer complaints.

      I trust you will have my problem resolved without any further delay and also arrange to reimburse me for the expense I have been incurring on daily purchase of 5 litres of bottled water since the beginning of November 2019.

      I have taken AMC for water filter, in this process I got a coupon code of Provogue product and ordered the same on 11th Dec 2019.

      I didn't get any confirmation and get the ordered product, I lost Rs.299.

        My yearly service was due in early December. I received multiple calls from customer care and service boys but finally no one has come. Today i get a message saying service is completed.

          We have registered a complaint for water purifier 3 weeks before and till date no response from the service team. I have been chasing customer care for this long and i haven't get proper reply from them. Another important thing is everytime they put me on hold for at least 10 minutes and for each call i am spending more than 50 rupees. The money spent is worthless. I regret why i purchased their product. The worst company in the water purifier segment

            This is venkat subbramani i bought aqua guard before 10 days and paid on very next day. Sales person (Anto zaviour) promised me to fix the aqua guard on very next day still it is not installed. There is some issues in pipe in my home (Sathish kumar) the branch manager (Ramapuram branch) promised me they will arrange plumber sill they haven't arranged any plumber and also still it is not installed. If it is not installed befor this evening i need my full payment returned. If it is not done they i will establish this issue in local media and social media.

              The customer care department is very much worse than any other. The service persons don’t respond even after repeated calls, even after 20 days, they didn’t respond. This is the third time i am facing for last two-three months for my water purifies which is just 3 months olf. And the customer care people gives false promises, and well written repeated sentences. Even, ms deepa, from customer care also responds through auto reply (As we get the same reply with same sentences everytime, which means without reading the complaint just giving the automated reply).
              The escalation page is another false thing in their website, to make the customers fool. Everytime to log a escalation, it asks for the ticket no. Of the registered complaint, and when it was entered, it says, ticket doesn’t exist, even thourh it is new. So you cannot escalate any of your complaint, just listening to the nonsense talk by the customer care people only. And no email ids are available for the escalation persons.
              Overall, i recommend, everybody not to got for eureka forbes at all, as it is one and only the worst company having no servicing. Their, service center in chennai is completely nonsense, having untrained professional, without having any knowledge of opening the systems also.in front of you they will call to their service center and asks how to open. That is the kind of service team they have.
              So be careful with the eureka forbes.

                Your service mechanic had called me that he will attend the request on 25dec 2019, he didn't come, the same was repeated on 26&27 th as well. Today your service centre confirmed that service will be done between 3pm-4pm till 5pm no communication from service side. I have lost 4 precious working days because of your careless serviceman. What shall i do. I have never experienced such a bad experience from any other manufacturer see that my service is attended today.

                  This is the ref#. I have raised 3 days back. Issue is not resolved yet. Technicians are coming multiple times but issue is not resolved. Dated, 23rd dec'19, technician visited found one of the part is not working. Before leaving they said it will be resolved with in 2hours but eod it is not resolved. I request immediate resolution on this.

                    I have took the amc from sep-2017 to sep-2019. During the period technician has visited once in 2018 and thereafter no one has visited and replaced or serviced my aquaguard water purifier.
                    When i called on 21st dec 2019 i have came to know that they have serviced the purifier on wrong place or house. When we seen the history card the sign is mismatching which on further investigation found that the technician has zero knowledge about the models where he is doing service.

                      Its been more then 8 months my contract with eureka forbes was created till now after putting continous complains no one has followed up or no service. I demand two things service and also an extension of 8 months of my contract for the lost time as its a loss even after continous complains and follow ups. Or please return the rs 3250 paid. As your company is really hopeles and a waste of time

                        Vacuum cleaner is perfectly operational but sadly unable to use it.
                        Sad that such a reputable name that brough in the vacuum cleaner revolution into india nearly 2 decades back is not able to support a long time customer. I dont think the solution is to invest in another new vacuum cleaner. Is forbes listening?...

                        With reference to above details, eureka forbes through its authorised dealer took amc for which we paid inr 7950. The machine was installed in the year 2011. We got last amc service on 18/03/2018 and paid service on 26/04/2018. Since then no service was given by the eureka forbes authorised dealer "manu services", bhopal.

                        I got mr. Vinath, eureka forbes head email id with the help of customer care supervisor. After sending email to him, the entire team got active buit only by words, they are least bothered and negligent in service. Inspite of visits, till date i have not received any service from the company.

                        I would request the concern department and/or personnal for necessary action as now i dont trust that eureka forbes, willing to give service.

                        Eureka forbes ltd. Should clarify that if amc was not mandatory then why they took payment for amc and if amc was necessary for the ro machine so that we get pure water then why they have not provided us all mandatory services???
                        How a company can risk our health due to their non working negligant behaviour???

                          I made a request for servicing on call.in couple of hour received call from representative person who asked me to do online amc for two years. I have done and further no response from that person even he is not picking the call.
                          I again made a complaint though customer care but again no one visited or contacted.
                          Worst service.
                          Will never recommend any one to use their services and further also will take amc services from other local venders

                            One of the ex-employee of Eureka forbes I presume or someone in the internal management has shared our details with a fraudster and that person calls us exactly at the same time when our filters are due for replacement and claims he is from Eureka forbes and he is the assigned technician. He came down to our place replaced the filter and gave a fake online bill. All this happened in the month of September. Today we had some minor problem with the water filter and when I called customer care for service I came to know about the fraud.

                              We just had the worst consumer experience possible. My parents own a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard (Aquasure) Water Purifier. The equipment is plagued with problems. The most recent one was a problem with the Tap. When contacted Customer care a Maintenance engineer came and attended the Problem and charged 600 Rs for the repair. Within one day of repair the Water Purifier completely stopped working. We complained once again to Customer care and another Maintenance Engineer attended and found out there is a major problem. Upon further examining the fault, he found out the Electronics is malfunctioning and even shared the video of the water leaked into it which calls for complete replacement of the Circuit Board. This time the repair cost has 1 extra zero to it. So it is going to cost us Rs 6000!!! It is quite clear that the Maintenance Engineer who came to attend the first Tap problem has messed up the assembling process which led to the Bigger issue. How can a product malfunction so grossly out of the blue, that too when the only person who has ever opened the product is an authorised Service Engineer? Unfortunately, the Customer Care is not willing to accept and adamant about resolving the issue. We have decided not to go ahead with the repair. we are planning to buy new Water Purifier of a different reputed brand. We will definitely advocate Consumers to not get cheated like me and not buy Aquaguard (Aquasure) products.

                                  I have an uv ro enhance water purifier. It is under amc.
                                  Yesterday, a technician came for a regular inspection of the filter. My filter was in perfect working condition before he came. He went and checked the filter and then he tells me that the pump has stopped. So, i asked him to change the pump. Then as soon as he had changed the pump, he informs me that the candle has stopped working as well. I had got the candle changed around 11 months ago. Now he tells me that the candle can be changed only once per year, and if i want it to be changed again, i have to pay for it. He then asked me to get an amc. What kind of policy is this?
                                  I will never recommend anyone to buy a water filter from eureka forbes. Cheating your customers seems to be your priority. Terrible customer service from the tata group. No one from your side was willing to help me out.

                                    Water purifier is not working for last 5 days and the customer support doesn’t take proper responsibility.
                                    No proper response, irresponsible behaviour from customer support. worst behaviour over the phone. unethically customer support hangs the call while i am talking. they don’t give proper response. who is going to pay for their negligence.
                                    Better we don’t buy products from such unethical service providers. really poor service and poor customer support. i think all of the consumers purchased from this company is suffering similarly. is there any consumer court who can punish such unethical people.
