aquaguard crystal nxt uv+uf water purifier red light blinking issue

Recently i bought this model and very next day after installation (Oct 25, 2019) sensor fluctuating between red/green/blue colours. Customer support staff visited twice with no proper idea about the exact issue. Still the issue is not resolved.

Looks like this model itself has this flaw (Refer to https://www.consumercomplaints.in/eureka-forbes-red-light-blinking-c1737596).

Can i expect any help from this portal...

I have purchased euroclean wet and dry vaccum cleaner on 28/9/2019 from amazon and i have register a request on 24/10/19 request no is-[protected]. Today i have talk to toll free no but response is very poor the executive has told me you prefer manual and internet. I think this is not service. So it is requested to please send someone for my vaccum cleaner demonstration.

    Had spoken abt a week ago to the executive n explained my concern about incomplete info given by the sales guys. When i purchased the aquaguard dr classic+, i was told of one year free service, but not not told that it would not include free candle replacement after a year (Like v have in the paid amc)
    I had asked the sales person n he said just like ur previous amc service would be offered.
    My old amc had abt 9 months left which was added to the new product n i got an additional 5months, when i inquired the sales person said since the new amc is more costly than the previous one the months have bee reduced
    So i[censored] r doing that then wat is the problem in providing fee cable replacement
    All this was discussed with the executive on the helpline number, he said he would arrange for a call back from the dept which has not yet happened
    Online chat with sneha vaity... Pathetic wait is endless
    So wat does a customer do run after you'll do get some answers, coz sale is done
    One of the most deceving sales persons i have come across
    Never again will i ever entertain any sales person from eurka forbes

      I was having aquaguard classic water purifier with three years annual maintenance contract (Amc), effective from 28.10.2017 to 27.10.2020 (Three years), paying an amount of rs. 3920/- vide contract receipt number 0006129 (Copy enclosed).

      Subsequently, i purchased new water purifier machine to dr aquaguard classic plus from eureka forbes representative, vide bill reference no. [protected] dated 25.02.2018, (Copy enclosed). The eureka forbes representative informed and gave in writing on the above enclosed bill, that the balance amount of amc done on 28.10.2017 (Vide receipt no. 0006129) will be adjusted in the amc of the newly purchased machine.

      For the new machine i was given one year free maintenance service up to february 2019. For the newly purchased water purifier dr aquaguard classic plus, when i wanted to have amc, the service visiting engineer informed that, since the eureka forbes representative (Who sold me the new machine), did not entered in the company records that the amc amount of earlier machine is to be adjusted in the new machine, thus the excess amount deposited with the company for amc cannot be adjusted in amc for the new aqua-guard machine, which i am having presently.

      My complain : for the fault of the company representative (Not entering in company records for adjusting earlier running amc), i am being penalised.

      Submission : kindly adjust the balance amount of earlier machine amc for the new machine.

      The Service Department senior executive Mr. Shravan Kumar informed that the new machine installed at my place was done by Sales Department. He further narrated that Service Department work is to provide service and do not have the authority to refund or adjust money of old machine in to new machine. However if I bring the old machine (which already had been buy backed by Eureka Forbes from me) he can provide the due service on the same. The decision of adjusting the balance AMC amount of old machine in to AMC of new machine can only be taken up by Head Quarters.

      My submission is how the customer will know your internal matters of Eureka Forbes, i.e the domains of different department. One team (Service Department) approached me and said that get the AMC for the machine. Then after few months other (Sales Department) team approaches says this is your old machine get it changed. On inquiry about balance AMC of old machine, narrates that it will be adjusted in new machine. Now the Service Department says that they only provide AMC service to the machine for which it was done. Adujsting money of AMC's is not under their domain.

      In all this gimmicks of domain of Service and Sales Department, the customer is loosing substantial money and peace of mind. Kindly resolve the matter at higher levels at Head Quarter and don't leave it to Ranchi Office.

The madam from Eureka Forbes over the referred phone asked the Name and Phone Number of Eureka Forbes representatives who sold / installed my new machine, the names & Phone numbers are :

        I bought eureka forbes ro water purifier in january 2019. Ef performed periodic service. However, as of yesterday the water purifier is not working. Ef technician informed us that the candles are damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost. Even though the water purifier is still covered under warranty, eureka forbes is demanding 12% of the price as fee for the repair.

          I had purchased a dr aquaguard classic plus with booster pump, 2 years back, the representative from the compay visited just for installation since then we did not get any service nor our compaint was entertained by the company. On 19 oct 2019 again i contacted the call centre for my water purifier as the water flow has reduced, till date they did not sent their representative and i'm updating them for every 5...

          Hi Team

          Water purifier bought on October 2, 2019.

          First problem occurred within circuit board of the purifier with in a month of installation .

          Second problem occurred within seven days of rectification by service engineer.

          Service engineer and local reseller not ready to resolve the issue of defective product.

          Water being one of the Essential Commodities why cant Company provide permanent solution.

          It has not even been 2 months from the date of purchase.

          A senior person from the service engineer department called and enquire about the problem. He along with the person who addressed the issue initially visited my home to enquire about the issue faced; They immediately gave a temporary solution; Later replaced the product with seven (7) days.               Hi team,

              Last year november end, there was a problem with my filter and we requested for a service.

              The service guy said that the filter is spoilt and he has to put a new one and it will cost 4200 something and we agreed to pay and get the filter replaced. He insisted to buy amc plan for another 1500 odd rupees so that next time there is a problem in the filter, they will replace the filter for free. We agreed to him and brought the amc contract.

              Today we had some problem with the water purifier and requested for a service and knew that we have the amc contract valid and if there are any filter replacement required, we can get it done for free.

              The technician visited us (Not sure if he was from company) mentioned that you need to pay for the filter and again pay around 5000 rupees as in the previous contract you replaced the filter already (Without looking at any reference and mentioned your contract will end in next 10 days, when i have the contract valid until 29-nov-2019).

              Last time when the technician came and insisted for amc plan, smarty wrote that we have done the filter replacement on the same day that we brought the amc contract. When we paid for the filter and amc contract separately how can we be told that we have done the filter replaced? How unfair is this? When they provided only a silly contract paper and no where in the eureka forbes teams have the data saved in their database and they rely on a hand written comments from technicians. The technician gave us only one bill which has 5220/- rupees and wrote filters replaced. If we were told about this earlier, we wouldn't buy the contract. What is the benefit if we have to pay for the filters everytime? And only twice the technician came and serviced the filters[it would have costed me less than 1000 rupees where i was asked to pay 1500 extra] would i calculate before buying a contract? In no way this amc contract gave benefit to me. When the technician mentioned, in next one year i can get a free filter replaced for once, how can he come now and say we have already replaced???

              I really need an answer for this and need a free filter replacement done. I wouldn't mind posting the bad experience i had with eureka forbes in public and provide a bad review as its true.

                I have one water purifier machine of eureka forbes limited – crystal model, installed at my house at remuan, talcher, dist. Angul (Odisha), pin-759100 since 2012. The machine is under amc vide contract receipt no.[protected] with eureka forbes at talcher which valid from 05-jun-2018 to 04-jun-2020. As per the contract, free replacement of consumables and periodical service to be given on annual basis. Further, two periodical service would be provided annually including one set of consumables would be replaced.

                But it is regretted to intimate that after doing the amc since jun 2018 no service person has been visited my place for maintenance of the machine as a result of which me and my entire family has been suffering from health issue. As per the contract, the service engineer of m/s eureka forbes ltd should make two periodical service in a year and replacement of its usable like filter and related accessories etc. Upon enquired to the service person today, he told that he has some personal work during this period and that is why the periodic maintenance has not been done in time. This type of version is really pathetic and uncalled for from a respective organisation like m/s eureka forbes.

                It is therefore, my grievance may be noted for its suitable action as per following;
                1. The contract may be extended for a further period of one year w. E. F 4-jun-2020 – as the amc service benefit was not given to me in the 1st year of the contract.
                2. Immediately replacement of filter and other related accessories of the water purifier

                Your early action in the matter is highly solicited.

                  I have purchased EC I clean vacuum cleaner on dt. 3 oct.19 thorough eureka forbs ltd. Demo of the vaccume cleaner is given by imaran odiya id[protected] mob. [protected]. And he does not the techinalbdetails about the machine, at behind of machine there R is written but he doesn't know about this R. When asking about this R he is replaying that "machine is not made at his home". What is the R for rejected?? After this we have complain at helpline at 13 oct. but they are not hereing for 3 days. So i requested that if this machine is rejected piece then change my machine kindly.

                    Hello sir,

                    I purchased amc (Annual maintenance contract) and about 1.5 week before its expiry i requested for regular service maintenance of my aquaguard water purifier. The technician mr. Baskar ([protected]) who came, inspected and said that filter has to be replaced and he was pushing us to buy amc. Since, our existing amc contract hasn't expired yet we asked him to do the replacement with the existing valid contract itself. But, he refused to do it and behaved rudely to a 55 year old lady and 28 year pregnant women. When we questioned him asking for valid reasons, he behaved lethargically and rudely. He also challenged us that complaints will do him nothing and left our home even without properly assembling the water purifier (Currently its leaking).

                    When i spoke to customer care, they said i have already used 2 time filter replacement using my amc. But, when asked for proper proof that 2nd time replacement was done, they backed and said it was due to some technical issue. I escalated this and spoke to backend team guy (Kiran kumar), he put conference call wit manivannan who acknowledged that 2nd time filter replacement got updated wrongly in system and promised that technician will be coming to replace filter yesterday (Oct 14, 2019). But still no one has come.

                    We are completely unsatisfied with the behavior of your technicians and how you treat your customer complaints. I'm bring this to your attention hoping that i get a proper resolution.

                    Please consider this as a formal complaint and i request for a filter replacement within 1 weeks time before i file ombudsman for a solution.

                    As per the warranty, the aquaguard "Reviva" model has to be taken for servicing in Home after 6 months of procurement. But 1 year passed in the meantime, contacted many times to the local supplier but they remain silent to date without any action. After sale no servicing done by the local dealer in Dhenkanal namely Ashutosh Enterprisers.

                        I bought the dr aquaguard nrich ro+ uv+ mtds water purifier in the 1st week of september but unfortunately it's started malfunctioning after using for a month. Once raised a service request, one technician pay a visit and after inspection he informed that one of the chip is faulty and needs to be replaced. I am not be able to understand how come a new product found faulty after one month of purchase. I bought this product specifically to feed quality water to my toddlers and eureka forbes is not be able to commit when then will replace this. I would urge to seek support to resolve this issue asap.

                          I have ordered a Water purifier which is a high end model online on Eureka Forbes website on 26th September and it was mentioned the delivery date as 30th . Later they said product out of stock and will get by 8th, so i have cancelled the order . One of the executive put my cancellation on hold and processed the order without my consent and the order was continued and the expected delivery date was 14th . The tracking number provided says the product already delivered on 12th .
                          the CSR says it will come before 8 when called on 14th .
                          Till date no product nor refund .

                          Point 1 : this is a complete fraud, do not use eureka forbes website to purchase products, better with dealer if needed . Without stock they just put on teh website and play with customers money
                          Point 2 : The headoffice numbers given on the website ([protected]), no one picks up the phone, i have been tring daily for the past 3 weeks, i was answeres on 28th september, later which no one answers, that is again a fraud game
                          Point 3 : the CSR who picks the call on[protected], does not know anything apart from what is mentioned on the same website which we can also see, they will not even listen apart from what they want to say .
                          Point 4 : Just with a brand name in teh market, this kind of fraud game is not expected, cheating and playing with customers money for months without any resolution . evry one just want to push and no clue what is happenning .
                          Till date no resolution, no product, no money 35k interest waste for one month .

                          I would just say a shame to the company after getting to be one of it for its reputation and cheating the customers without any update and playing with money and fraud communications .

                            I, dr. Chethan has raised a service request on 9th oct 2019 (Request number:[protected]) which still not attended. One week back water purifier was not working which was serviced. After service it worked for just 3days. Since around ten days we are getting mineral water from outside to drink. Water purifier is just 4 months old and has stopped working for second time. Eureka forbes water purifier and also customer service are the worst. I recommend consumers to consider other company water purifiers for better service.

                              We have got the dr. Aquaguard (Classic ux) water purifier from eureka forbes last year, last month on 21st september 2019 we received one call from person stating your aquagurard services has over for one year so tube need to be replace. So we called the person to change the same since it was monsoon as well in mumbai. The person came and showed the water status after removing the tube inside since my husband was alone at home and busy in his work he didn't got into the detail and asked him to change the same however the guy came offered him if you take the amc for 2 years the tube he changed will not cost and 3 years amc will be renewal so without thinking anymore he just agreed with him and paid 3, 400 for the amc of 2 years. Now after a month he suddenly start getting messages and call from aquaguard company asking for the renewal of the amc for the water purifier. So now we checked the receipt and numbers which they mentioned is all fake and they are not answering the calls. It means that was the fake services provided in the name of eureka forbes but out concern is how come our data is leaked from eureka forbes company how come they got to know that our services is due and one year has completed. That means somebody from company is sharing our data with them. We are going file a case against this and take strict action again them. We are trying to find out those persons as well.                                 I had purchased your product dr. Aeroguard scpr 700 air purifier on 20 february 2017 via order no.[protected] from sales person mr. Maruti singh (Sales person 9087824).
                                My customer id is [protected]. This product is still under annual maintenance contract via contract receipt no. [protected] which is valid till 26 february 2020.
                                This product which is given by your sales representative is giving trouble after six months from date of purchase. There had been so many attempts made by your service engineer to rectify problems in this product. They had taken this machine to service centre also but unfortunately they are not able to rectify problem in this product. It's seem to be manufacturing defeats in this machine. Still one of your sales representative mr. Yashwant (Cell no. [protected]) is trying to resolve this problem since last six months but inspite giving assurances he is not able to do anything.
                                I am using other products of eureka forbes ligo but not faced any problem regarding product or mainly services issues. But since day one from purchase of this product i had been facing problems. Your service engineer seems to be not trained properly to handle technical issues regarding this product.

                                  Only during renewal, aquaguard is courteous and efficient. Post that neither an urgent request is treated as urgent nor do the technicians show any sense of responsibility but expect us to call them personally after the request is placed and then if they feel like they will come as per their convenience and not as per the customer. The customer care will say the parroted dialogues,..."sorry for the inconvenience, mam" but do nothing about it. When asked to connect to the senior, they will keep you on hold for 15 mins and say sorry for the inconvenience. I expected much better service after paying so much. Still waiting for a call from the senior. One more thing, for eureka forbes, time is not important at all. Everything is said as as soon as possible but time is never specified.
