Eureka Forbes — Euroclean life not serviced since 2.5 months

I have given a euroclean life handy vacuum cleaner since October 15th 2015 to Kanpur service center located in Gumti with a promise of getting it serviced till Diwali which was still a long time. And was told to be informed as soon as possible by a phone call. i waited till diwali and after diwali when i went through the bill i didnt got any contact number with no call from their side either. I got their number any how from the internet and when i called they asked for 1more week. Since then no one received my call and if they received accidently they put my call on hold which is totally offensive from their side. As i live far from the service center i couldn't go there. Now today on Jan 5th when i called them regarding my product they still put their phone aside and when i called again they hung up my call and then again and they told that it will take 2 days or more. What a poor service! I use water purifier from eureka forbes since 10 years but the service was always excellent. How inconvenient it is for the customers? We dont have so much time in our busy lives to always look up for any product from a reputed company. Now i really consider it my bad decision of buying vacuum cleaner from eureka forbes. It is very offensive and i think they may have damaged my product irreversibly. Worst service response ever. My bill number- 133108 Bill dated- 15/10/2015 Email- [protected]@gmail.com

They have well attended my complaint. But they only irritatingly call again and again and ask if the issue is resolved. How can it be resolved if the concerned service person is not contacting me or attending my product. I think they have broken my product as now the service center has put my number to black list(always busy but not busy when i dial from other number). Wow excellent! Thnx for such a support.
At last the concerned person just called and told me that my product will take 3-4 days.. Again that fake promise which i was given 5 days before for 2 days time. I hope to get my product 3-4 days after that will be complete 3 months. Awesome!
This is regarding above complaint. Again no compliance has been offered. Now they are claiming that the part(motor) has not arrived since 15th October. They are not sure if it will arrive or not. I can understand that it can happen in some issues but why no information was provided and I were kept blinded? And till when I will get my product back?
PS- now [protected]@eurekaforbes.com is also not responding

late storing of water in the box

The water is not store normally in the water box, the storing of water in box is taking 4 hours to 5 hours
