Hi my name is chethanraj, I am from Bangalore I had installed all security systems what all u marketing guy said BUT after 2 years 2 camera's r gone if we ask about this they say they have installed old version so for this I am not responsible & Video DVR is gone they say it cant be repaired because its old version u don't get parts, IS THIS THE WAY U GIVE SERVICE, the QUALITY for product is very BAD I believed upon Eureka Forbes that they have there own product, after seeing that product I came to know that they will buy the product & they will do service BUT NO they r not doing it & Eureka Forbes have well trained u r marketing person so that the customer must not say NO to u r product VERY BAD I dint except this from Eureka Forbes if there is no Quality r Service Why Do U Do MARKATING Ur PRODUCT...
