I am using excitel services since 5 months but In every 2-3 days my wifi stop working for almost 8-10 hrs with LOS red light on.
The customer service is so slow they tell us to wait for 24 hrs but do nothing about the situation to stop this problem permanently. The only reply they give us is that this will not happen again but it still happens everytime.
Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My name is Usman Habib and I have connection with the registered mobile number [protected] in DLF phase III, gurgaon. It's been one month only it started giving trouble. I've been having issue with my connection since last 3 days of frequent disconnection, slow speed, high ping. I've been waiting since 3 days to get it resolved but nothing happened so far, so I decided to call today. I called more than 8 times and each and every time they transfer my call to technical team and each and every time technical team guys are disconnecting my calls. First I thought may be due to network issue my call was disconnecting my after 5th-6th time I realized they are disconnecting it deliberately. Even supervisors are also disconnecting the calls and I come up to this only that they are disconnecting my call only because they are incompetent, inefficient, incapable to resolve my issue. So far this was excruciating pathetic experience I had with this brand which I don't wanna continue more. How could I continue with the brand who is not able to provide proper services to their customers. The brand who doesn't even have a single employe who is proficient, experienced and skilled enough to resolve their customers issues. I thought Excitel was prestigious and dignified brand that was the reason I went with it in first place. If would known that this is also a kind of LALA COMPANY, I would've never ever gone to this.
      Such a pity and shame. It's disgraceful.

        Hi,

        I am Garima customer of Excitel Broadband. I have opted for Excitel fibre on 13 sep'21 since its the plan of 100 MBPS of INR 824.82 which is INR 174 more from my existing plan.

        I was facing challenges since 13 Sep'21 I am writing to them to discontinue my services then also they just raise the ticket and status shown as Resolved.

        Since Saturday I have left with no router and today I need to again call up the customer care and they are saying the same stuff. There is no kind of customer complaints in log for priority basis.

        Also I have written to them multiple times for services Termination.

        I have sent an email to them - Ticket NO ([protected])

        Hi team

        Today I have faced the worst thing in my whole span o[censored]sing Excitel.

        Day before yesterday I had done the trouble shooting with one of your technician and the result is that our router is faulty. He assigned it to the ground team and today when the ground team arrives at my place they took off my router without telling me that I need to raise the ticket for router replacement.

        After calling 2-3 times I'm able to activate the ticket. I called them up and they brought the router at 02.00 pm after calling them multiple times that I don't have any router at me place.

        They came with new router and while he was configuring its not working. He called up someone and he told him to bring the new router back. I asked him why he is taking it back he was saying that we will fix it in our office so I have said okay.

        After 10 min he came back with router and trying to fix it I asked him is it the same new router he said yes then I asked him pls show me the serial number I can't believe to my eyes it was the same faulty router which he took in the morning. They making fool o[censored]s. I have straight away asked him to leave my house at that very moment. So I don't have any router at my home.

        This kind of act is not at all acceptable as a service providers. They are cheating on us and creating a negative impact on the customer in the name of Excitel. They are traitors and I don't want them to step in my house again for the same.

        Also I have told them to remove the extra wire they have not removed that also as may be so much of wire in circles creating speed issues.

        I am attaching the screen shot of all.

        This kind o[censored]se less services I am getting till date and I lost all hope of getting the issue fixed for myself.

          Excitel internet services are really bad... dont take excitel connection... the internet does not work and their technicians fool you. waste of money and time.

            Hi,
            This is in reference to the ticket number 6503320. I had purchased Excitel ONU fibre plan on 11 July 2021. I paid 2000 as security deposit and 942 as per the price plan. The connection did not work even for a single day, therefore I opted for disconnection on 9th August. After 38 days, my device got collected on 16th September. Today, my ticket is pending for 50 days but my refund is still not issued. All the efforts of writing mail or contacting customer care have been in vain. They are refusing to close the ticket and provide refund. Please look into this matter.

            I have not received any refund yet. It has been 3 months that my connection was terminated but I haven't received any refund.
            I have still not received any refund. Connection has been terminated for 3 months now but they are not issuing any refund.

              Excitel Broadband is the worst Internet Service Provider in Delhi. Loss of Internet is loss of business for people in this new era of Work From Home. Excitel does not care about its customer at all. Excitel have no internet in South Delhi for more than 2 days and still there is no ETA for Internet Service Restore.
              On top of that, when a customer reaches the customer support that they also have no idea about the ETA.

              Pathetic Services, will highly recommend everyone to avoid using Excite.

                Dear Sir,
                I got the Xtille Broadbrand connection installed in Febuary 2021 with 2000/- refundable. And in May-2021 I disconnected the connection of Excital. Even after processing Excital's refund, the payment is still not received. I call to excital channel partner then they speak for excital customer care And I call Excital customer care then they speak to channel partner.

                Been fooling for four months. kindly consider it i will thankful to you

                  I requested for an infra change to excitel fibre after numerous messages you guys spam my inbox with and conversation with local excitel technicians. I raised ticket number 6349584 on 22/7/2021 with an ETA of 14 days as per their app and 30 days as per their customer service rep. For almost 40 days there is not a single update. When I call the customer rep again after waiting for 10 or so days post deadline, and a little bit of irate chat conversation, the ticket is ASSIGNED to the so called regional partner I have paid the security deposit as well

                  So now the ticket was assigned on 10th September, a whopping delay of 1.5 months. The regional partner comes in around 5 days after that and installs the fibre line and goes away saying that he will install the router later that day and never shows up again. So 53 days after I raised a ticket, I have an optical fibre wire Rest remains the same. The router, their service, the regional partner's attitude.

                    Too Frequent disconnections.
                    Many are done intentionally and then you will recieve upgrade to excitel fibre sms just then.

                    While contacting customer care, the support disconnects the call.

                    They come, just fix wire for few minutes and say if after two days it gets disconnected then please contact.
                    And just after two days the internet gets disconnected.

                    The care does nothing except creating tickets.

                    The team comes for help after 5 hours.
                    I have created almost 10 tickets in last one month!

                    And then they call again for upgrading to excitel fibre.

                      They are the worst in their service. Half of time their internet doesn't work. Local provider is more ###. He doesn't pick up the call at all. My child classes are suffering but they are not bothered.

                      Their team member are saying do whatever you want but your money cant refund.

                      Disgusting and useless people and shameless team.

                      Dont pay please ... don't invest your hardcore money to these ###

                        I am a consumer of your wifi connection situated in karawal nagar, panchal vihar, Delhi 110094. Before fiber connection I was using the normal wifi plans it was a disaster that time and after getting your fiber connection as told by the provider and since the starting i had my whole wifi wires has changed and i faced packet loss every time and now it has been 4 days total since the wifi’s not available only at our area, as told by the provider it was to be fixed within 5 by the eveng on 19.09.2021 and it is not fixed until now 8 P.M 22.09.2021 and also calling they donot pick the call an when they do is after many calls and then they it will be fixed before 6 P.M and still I have not been able to use my wifi as it has not been fixed .
                        Kindly proceed my complaint to the concerned authority and fix my issue immediately.

                          I've been an excitel consumer for quite a while and used to tell my friends
                          to buy excitel broadband if they were in need for an internet connection.
                          After shifting houses, I bought excitel fiber and that was when the
                          problems started occurring. The services would stay down for 20 hours a
                          day twice a week and whenever I complained on their customer helpline
                          the only thing they used to tell me was "the services for the entire area
                          are down and our 'ground team' is working on the issue." After a while |
                          faced complete disconnection which lasted for a week and the guy told
                          me something was wrong with my router and a technical expert would
                          come in a day or two to fix it but nobody came even after 5 days. After
                          being infuriated due to service denial from Excitel I called the man who
                          setup the connection for my new house who at the time was working with
                          Excitel and the guy told me that the company had stopped serving my
                          area without even telling me and that company was doing the same with
                          many people in my locality. He helped me by calling them and asking for a
                          refund and the company agreed to give me the refund of the router
                          security fees I paid and for the residual internet plan (which was a surprise
                          considering their services). The guy who came here to collect my router
                          told me that I'd get a refund in 5-7 days and now it has been 20-25 days since
                          my connection was terminated and the guys at excitel just tell me to wait
                          for a while and call some other day. After reading similar complaints about
                          not getting a refund I thought I'd post a complaint as well.
                          The incompetence of Excitel is so pitiful considering how famous it is for its services. I don't know how this website works but after seeing how some of the other people got the refund after complaining here I hope to get mine as well.

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that I had raised an issue on 25th August 2021 for connectivity issue ticket number 929178, we found that issue was not yet resolved for the past 22days.

                            Therefore, I request you to initiate my refund of the amount I paid in advance. It’s been 3 weeks and I believe there’s no communication happened for this refund. Please arrange the refund on priority and this will be very helpful for me.

                              I am writing this msg to inform You that Excitel customer response is very pathetic and worst .
                              I am trying to get my refund from past one month and raised ticket. Excitel neither pickup the device from my home nor gave my refund. I made call multiple times to customer care, they assure me to pickup device and refund as soon as possible
