There is no internet connection for the past 10 days in our house in the name of Ms. Priya Garg. We have tried to contact your local connection provider named Sunny Excitel Internet Service in Adarsh Nagar.
It is very upsetting that Excitel has taken its customers for granted after setting up router and laying for wifi cable. There is lack of Customer support from your service provider's side.
Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi, My name is Mohit Goswami, i am a resident of Ghaziabad, UP.
    I got Excitel broadband a few years back, at that time it was an ethernet connection and i was facing a lot of challenges, so Excitel took some additional money from me and moved me to Excitel Fiber
    It worked great for the first few months after which i had to raise a complaint every 3 months for the Excitel team to come and check their device and box on the floor and roof (this is a society), After significant number of complaints they agreed to change the router at my place and gave me a new router (this happened 1.5 months back)
    The new router worked fine for 2 weeks and then it had to be rebooted every day. In the first, reboot took 2-3 mins and the connection was good, however, after 3 weeks, the reboot and connection started taking 25 to 30 mins after every reboot. Again the sequence of complains & tickets started and finally someone from GlobalSagar (Excitel's fiber partner) came to check. They said the router was bad and gave me a new one, this new router did not work at all, then their engineer said my id was not getting updated in their database which was causing the issue. Everytime this series of tickets and resolutions was done, my plan dropped to 5 Mbps instead of the 300 Mbps I have been paying for.
    I finally put a disconnection request on 14th March 2021 and asked to refund the amount for the router(was charged in security) and the advance payment for the plan
    It has been 6 days now and i am waiting for any one to call me from Excitel or to give any update or to even understand what went wrong
    Please help to get my money back

    My device was collected on 14th april and today is 30th may, the device refund still does not reflect in my statements
    When can i get my refund, no one picks up the phone or calls back, my account is suspended and so i cannot login to the app

      Hi,
      This Excitel broadband service (https://www.excitel.com/) is a fraud company, they have taken 4500 rs advance in January 2021 and have promised to provide seamless broadband services. It was working fine, but a month back we changed our address and asked them to shift our connection. This happened on 25 Feb 2021, and today is 18 March 2021. We are exhausted calling them, emailing them, everyone promises to fix it and then again a week passes by and nothing happens. They are not initiating a refund also and keep promising us that the issue will be solved. Still regretting taking their services.

        I have take broadband connection from this company i gave this company Rs 2000 as a refundable security. Now even after 38 (2+36) days of connection termination request, mails and calls, they are not refunding the money. So please take action against this company as this company service is very bad and is a fraud. They cheated us by saying that they provide high speed internet. I used their connection for only 1 quarter.

          My Excitel connection created on Feb 5, 2021. Account : [protected].

          Took 2000 on Feb 5 and 7064.66 on Feb 8th 2021 for installing and enabling 1 year subscription.

          Feb 8th a technician came and installed some router which stopped working after 4 hrs. On multiple complains one person came and took the router back stating wrong one is being installed. Since then no one turned up.

          I raised few complains on myexcitel app and few executive calls and keep asking the same questions as if they are new to case and always promise a 24hr resolution and never turn back.

          On getting frustrated i have asked them to give my money back(7K and 2K) as they have cheated on us and taken our money providing no services.

          I am already an airtel customer and have never ever seen such un professional behavior.

          Please help, ... worst company ...worst services... please help me in getting my complete money back as they never installed a successful connection for a single day

          since morning again broken and no one is ready to take ownership.. this is irritating. They are neither fixing nor ready to refund the full money.. i feel cheated by this company and i am not sure how can i recover my hard earn money back.

            Excitel has serious issues with its services, customer support and local providers in #Hyderabad.

            Let me try to explain all the issues one by one:-

            1. I purchased 6 months plan and I had to face issues about 1 month of the time in 6 months.

            2. Chat support, call support, nodal and helpdesk are never responsive on the issue you try to explain them. They will just make you crazy and then you will decide not to talk to them for anything.

            3. After somewhere around 20 to 30 and one week of time I got a call and my services were extended as a kind gesture from excitel but guess what happens next.

            The local provider messages me and threatens me to disconnect the connection and asks me to talk to him to show how to extend network, I have attached the screenshot of messages.

            When I call the local provider, what he says is apparently excitel is going out of service in Hyderabad and they are in dues to pay the bill to local provider so he is disconnecting my network which excitel extended for me and then threatens me to talk to company and do what I would want to do.

            Again a remarkable chat with Shweta p, I tried to explain all this and she ignores at first and then she escalates this and the matter is finished there. NO SUPPORT. NO HELP. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH BEHAVIOUR. NOTHING FROM EXCITEL. ALL YOU GET IS A TICKET NUMBER AND WE WILL SOLVE IT ON PRIORITY STATEMENT.

            I SEND EMAILS TO [protected]@excitel.com and [protected]@excitel.com with the chat transcript and they don't even bother to reply me back.

            Local provider (AK broadband, alijah kotla Hyderabad) threatens me and then disconnected the internet connection which was extended by excitel company.

            Excitel broadband does not provide any support and local Provider has disconnected my internet service.

            Excitel terminated the local provider AK broadband network and I lost all the connection. No internet to me.

            Excitel just fooled me saying that they have no partnership with AK broadband network but then when I registered for new connection a person from AK broadband called me for details.

            Which means that AK broadband and excitel are still in partnership and yet they just called and informed me so that I should stop asking my internet.

              Work hampering...last 2 months shifting is pending...called every single day to chased up, every time fake promises by customers service adviser's no resolution yet...finally I requested to terminated...my service today...
              And I am moving this complainant to telecommunications minister N for my lost I will drag every single recorded call to the Delhi high court and also planning to lash vivek Rana who is CEO of excitel.not sure for what he is taking salary...when he not able to handle the customers situation...he don't deserve to be CEO...gali ka bania Is acha hai...service dae ta hai...few steps left to follow after soo you will receive legal notice...

              Excitel is one of the wrost company . Excitel is close the ticket without resolve customer problem & and Every DAY make new fake promise to satisfied customer. I have rase complain before 7 days because my Internet is not working they Still not resolve my issue & Close the ticket . Finally I have decided to close this connection and submit there router & take refund my security money . Excitel team says you need to wait 7 days for collection router there after I will refund your security after 30 days. I am waiting when excitel is collect router & refund my money.

              Last year we had coper connection, and In that period we usually face many technical issues and most of time network never works, but your team asked us to shift on fiber and assure we would never face the same issues in connectivity.

              Recently I get the new fiber connection in hope that this time situation would be not repeat like last time.
              But first your team take 4 days to start the router even after advance payment and it's been only 15 days since the connection in which 3 days are network not working, and there is no connectivity which is causing my work.
              And your brilliant team is giving the stupid reasons every time, I.e there is no light or monkeys had cut the wire or there is no person available to check. Even I lodge a complaint on your application but your team just closed that without even asking. And in evening after so many calls your team is saying there is no account on my name.

              Waste of time and waste of money.

                I have taken 6+3 months subscription and advance payment already done from my side. For Last three months, I have been very upset from Excital Broadband due to no internet connectivity / breaking connection many times, literally a very very bed services you are providing, your services provider guys only said one talk like fix the fiber wire and your internet service will be good but some excital members which are using fibre cable through net, they are also in trouble and said not working net in proper as well as speed is very low.
                Please look into the matter and solve it.

                    I had paid a deposit of 2000 rupees on 18 December 2020 for a new connection request. I requested cancellation for the ticket after a few days as the behaviour of assigned employee was not good and he was charging 500 bucks cash out of company policy. Now it has been almost a month since I have been waiting for my refund but the customer service is not helpful at all and refuses to give concrete ticket status as cancelled.

                      Many time i faced issue in my WIFI connection and whenever i called to the customer care they never picked the call...

                      today i am trying to connect with them from last half an hour but they are not picking up the call.

                            I have booked fiber hardware on 14-oct-20 and paid 750 rs in advance, after 1month and 7 days I received a call from your executive asking for installation charge of rs500, it's clearly mentioned on your website no installation charge. after that call Excitel customer care for refund my money ticket raised on[protected] still waiting for the refund. Excitel fraud company. don't buy excitel internet

                                Hi,

                                i am facing pathetic support from exitel, whenever i face issues it is taking more than 3 days time and not getting any information on the issue and solution.

                                literally i am facing issues every month.

                                This month I am faced on 1st dec 2020 and raised ticket 665257 but till now the issue has not been solved. When I called the customer case they are speaking to a rude manager and I have not seen this type of rudeness in any other customer service. for the issue he is telling that i have to wait again 24 hours to regain the internet service for this he is telling i have not provided proper information about the issue in the ticket and on 02-dec 2020 i got internet for 2-3 hours for that issue won't be considered from 1st dec 2020.

                                i what to know is this the proper way you will do with customers and issues. let me know so that we may know your service was like this only.

                                  I've been complaining since 5 days that my net suddenly goes down from 100 Mbps to 10Mbps every night at 9pm to 11:30p and now it gets disconnect every single time. Sometimes I have to wait for hours to acces internet. I've complained thousand times but my tickets always get closed by them with providing sny solutions. I've called their customer support service they tell me to perform some steps and i did perform sll the steps but still didn't get the speed then i told them that its not working they said that they will resolve it soon. But neither the local regional service send any technician nor they solve it over the call. What should o do. I've made payment for 9 months and its been just 20 days since my connection abd no one is solving my problem. It's literally a scam.

                                    Die to excitel sales person (Satish) mistake, I paid Refundable deposit (2000/-) twice on 26-Nov-2020. He told that the transaction was not success and I would be getting my amount back either same day or next day; so forced me to pay it again. Also he committed that he would give cash to me, in case if both transactions are successful. But he is not responding now.

                                    Also excitel company is not giving the update on the status of the complaint, even after multiple follow ups. No one from escalation team or refund team called me or update me by email or message till date, even after I requested customer care to arrange for it. Dragging this issue for 6 days till now.

                                        Excitel fiber they are total scam they took 2k as deposit cash for wifi router which is for5g dual band router it’s useless and doesn’t cover distance at all only with room.I took 100mbps plan but only 50mbps most of time I received.I paid nearly 4K for internet with tax and I received the internet for just one and half month later there is a major problem LOS red in colour light blinking for days they never solved the problem if I ask...
