My internet connection's single is coming very less, due to which the four antenna router was installed, then the signal used to come full but not now please change I have asked my operator many times to change the router but he does not the change

    I hav booked new connection with ur staff Mr imran. At the time of booking he give me some commitments but at the time of activation in didn't field and behaving very rude and told me jo sakta hai kar le jakar this type of staff you are having at ground level as a new customer I am complaining with Mr imran I request you you not to recruit such type of employees in your organisation they spoil your image he told me karle jo karna hai like this I am a regional manager at Mahindra and Mahindra limited

      I am facing internet issue problem from past 2 months, raised complaint also but no logical solution given by them. In this pandemic time, when we are working from home, internet speed is utmost important . I am taking plan of 300mbps but getting only 60-70 mbps of speed . They just said we have raised local ticket / ground ticket but no solution provided . I am totally frustrated from their services and hence decided to remove this connection forever and I will never suggest anyone to go for excitel because of their unprofessional towards their services. They claim they will resolve your issue within 48 hours and its been days have been passed they dont even bother about issue and whenever call they will say sir we have generated local ticket/ground ticket but no solution from any single person from excitel. I am removing this connection

        This company will not stand for much longer. They try to suck out money from you when you are the most vulnerable even after you have their most expensive annual plans.

        They have a tendency to change their words at any point of time.

          I have raised the complaint regarding the server issue. They asked for 48 hours of resolution time. But the service is delayed and still, there are no updates from Excitel about the issue.

            Excitel home Broadband internet connection along with security deposit for device 750/- rupees refundable to be collect back against the same device return since the termination connection, due to their networking speed issue.

            but nobody collecting or refunding amount and just put pending ticket for nothing just delaying

              Guys, don't use #Excitel broadband since they won't return your security deposit "Rs. 2000"; mine was stuck for over 9 months.
              I also filed a complaint with the Consumer Government Helpline, but still didn't received my money back.

                No internet connectivity at all, facing a lot of issues with excitel, have paid for 6 months and its not at all working from the last 2 days, whenever I need help the customer care team never helped me and was unable to resolve my query

                Worst service ever, I need to take offs from my office due to this pathetic service.

                  Please don't go for this ISP, they are big cheats, they have cheated me and now after a month they have not refunded the money 2804₹. The customer care is unethical and so too is the CEO, who doesn't respond to your query, nobody will help, Go to TRAI and Ombudsman and file complaint with them. All cheated please do this. I have collected all the proof., screen shots of excitel account everyday, and transcript of chat with the customer care.

                    I have terminated my Exitel connection since April month and intimated the company about the same amd my router was also picked up amd agent informed amount will be credited in 3 business days. however, in spite of my several requests and calls they have not processed my refund and it's been more than a month now.

                      It's been 1 month I'm using excitel broadband and from the day first I'm facing speed and connectivity issue, called customer support several times but no resolution yet. And the vendor near me is not a good person I called him after raising complaint to customer support but work not done on time. I'm working from home and due to this issue my salary deduct for every week. Please do something.

                        *I had raised a ticket on 21st april(#5573644) after 1-2 weeks of facing frequent disconnection since then the issue is not resolved. Since two months I am suffering due to the frequent disconnection of internet which impacted the work of all family members.

                        *For weeks they closed the ticket without even resolving the issue.

                        * On September starting I did not renew the service and escalated the issue after which I got a call from the team and the person made excuses for the same and assured me that the issue is resolved from backend and I wont face this problem again. So I renewed the service for 4 months but nothing was resolved ...I faced the same issue...

                        *I again raised the complaint on which on ground team person came to see the issue and he too was not able to resolve the issue . I got a call from ground team person that the ONU device needs to be changed and he asked me to raise a change of device request. I told the same on chat to the customer support member she told me that they will contact the ground team person for the device change...but for 2 weeks they did n't call him or did anything...once again they closed the ticket and I reopened it and they assigned the ticket to ground team ...I got a call from the person and he told me that change of device ticket is not still raised...Again I called the support team and asked to raise the ticket on call itself...this time they raised the ticket.

                        *And its been more than 1 week since no change of device or nothing has been done.

                        * I tried calling on the grievance officers numbers which was on their portal but it was always busy and I am sure its not working .This is much is their concern to the customers.After this I email all the issue but they are not all serious...they told me they are working on it...I dont know what the hell are they working upon ...importing device or are they going to implement any new technology to resolve my issue...apart from taking money they did nothing .I gave them last warning saying either resolve the issue or compensate for time and energy and all the suffering that I have faced all these months and refund all the money that I have paid for the plan.

                        *Considering the covid situation and all I had maintained patience all this while but there is a limit to everything...Please look into this matter very seriously and take necessary actions.Please let me know if you need any further details .

                          Team,

                          This is in regards to service being provided by you guys on registered no. [protected]
                          I am facing this issue from long and agents do not transfer the call to supervisor
                          Right now I am not getting service from last 15 hours and there is no resolution for this

                          Local technician says we do not have electricity and that's the reason your service is hampered

                          The last call, lady stated 15 min and Ther service is still interuppted

                          Now Karan, please hear the call and give him feedback
                          He was frustrated and not helping at all
                          Everyone is saying 15 mins and due to technical issue we cannot transfer the call

                          Please take action against agents and local technician as I am doing night shift

                          I have had losses because of that

                            How can my complaint be closed without my confirmation. This is not the first time, it has been repeated many times. I think my complaint is about 2-3 months old, so you stopped. You know that the customer will open the new ticket again and the old ticket is closed in the system, so that you will not be accountable to the people.
                            We got a call from your engineer Mr. Kamran 3 days ago, he said that I or our other engineer would come to your house for analysis but no engineer came but the ticket was closed, how could this happen and the reason for closing the ticket – “ Payment Pickup” .

                              I am sorry to say that, your service team and your call center both incompetent to provide customer services, I am suffering for my Internate connection discunnection issue feom last 3 to 4 days, multiple i book the complaint and discuss with your local guys but they not listel at all,

                              I want ro remove my connection on Immediate basis, please suggest the procedure.

                                I am facing frequently disconnection problem with my wifi. I called so many times to customer care numbers but everyone is just passing my call to another person no-one is coming with some solution. Worst broadband service I have experienced from Excitel side.

                                  I have been facing the same issue for past several months. I tried to solve the issue through all the means provided by the company for customer services but no revert from their end. AI reverts on email, no answer to chat messages. All customer executives repeat the same script but till date I haven't got resolution for my connection. Daily I face issue with my connection. I have tried all fixers all solutions as per the support. I want the company to install fresh line for me as I requested the same on several calls and mails or refund my pack so that I can go with some other broadband company.

                                      Dear Excitel,

                                      It is to inform you that your services are not satisfactory and not up to mark. your engineers are very bad in behavior, even in your company customers are not respected.
                                      This is current situation just after buying a new connection your team clearly refused to tackle the customers problem.

                                      Your one of the engineers named "Ajay" from excitel misbehaved with us and clearly ask for the amount for installation though installation is free of cost from company's side and when we refused to give amount he just after installed the router and when we asked to arrange the router, he clearly refused to us for not doing so.

                                      Date of incident = 18th May 2021

                                      I am attaching the pic of the engineer.
                                      He is very bad and thus because of this particular person I will take action against the company and file the FIR against this person which is your company's employee.

                                      and from your company, in future we will not avail any services and we will stop so many people to avail your services as much as we can.
                                      because company (Excitel) do not provide services properly to the customers.
                                      they just sell and run away after that.

                                        Hi I got the new connection on 13th and still now it’s not been activated, the device was installed on 13th of may.. the executive called Mohan handled the full process and I paid 2825 and got installation, it’s almost 4days the device is not activated and the person called Mohan asked me to pay 2825 again for activation he said me pay 2825 I’ll activate it in 30min are you people trying to do scam customer are like god what you’re doing is against law making customers beg I’m asking service for what I paid it’s been 4days it’s not activated and the device has been installed but in application it’s showing as pending if this is the case I’m going to take a legal step against it I saw reviews many customers are been suffered I’m not going to leave it kindly refund the amount 2825 or activate the service immediately
