I had submitted my router to excitel partner for which I deposited 2000 rupees and they communicated that the security will be returned within 90 days after returning the router.
However, I have received only half security deposit (i.e. 1000) and half security is pending since long. The router was submitted in December'2022 but they always said that their team is working on the matter.

Please look into this.

    I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the OTT subscription I have been paying for and I have noticed a decline in the quality of your services.

    The main issue that I have been facing is with the OTT subscription (No credentials provided to me).

    Additionally, I am not happy with the way your customer service team has handled my complaint. Every time I have reached out to them with my concerns, they have been unresponsive, and I have not received any satisfactory solutions to my issues.

    I understand that glitches and technical issues are a part of any service, but the lack of response and poor content selection have made me feel like I am not getting my money's worth.

    Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the remaining months of my subscription, and I would like to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.

      We had connection ([protected]), We had discontinue the connect due to pathatic service in our area, We disconnect the connection in oct-22, it was about 7 month but we still not get out refund of deposit amount, we had called 100 time in customer care, they always give us time 24 hour to wait .
      We are waiting for last 7 month, we loose the hope of our amount refund.
      please help in this case .

        And my connection not working from last 14 days

        They denied to refund
        I have work from home and they are not resolving issue

          I have submitted ONU Device on 8.2.2023 after experiencing frequent disconnection issues in last 15 momths. From 10.2.2023 (acknowledgment date) of receiving onu device by excitel to till date 27/4/2023, I haven't received my ₹1000 onu device refund nor any call from excitel customer care regarding. They always give false assurance everytime I talk to their customer care executives that refund will be issued withing 60 days waiting time. But as on today more than 76 days are gone. On their app, I have commented many times on my complaint ticket no 11422748, but none of their employees bothered about my complaint even after warning them on the app portal that i will register complaint against them.
          Kindly help me in this matter to get my onu device refund of ₹1000 in my bank account.

                My broadband account No. [protected] had closed and ONU device serial number ONPL002B50C9 was deposited vide confirmation message dated 02/09/2022 (copy enclosed) and company assured for refund within three months. But after eight months No Refund made till date.

                  My broadband account No. [protected] was disconnected and device number ONPL002B50C9 was deposited and confirmed by company vide message dated 02/09/2022. Company assured for refund within three months. But after eight months neither they denied nor refunded....

                  I have opted for 100mbps connection for which I have paid 3600 and the installation team is not even responding I have customer care and local office but no use they are not taking seriously such an pathetic service not processing refund they just looted me they are scamming people

                    Fiber Router Refund not received

                    Hi Team,

                    I was having excitel connection which we disconnected at 04 Oct 2022 & Devices also summit 16 Oct 2022.
                    My deposit amount of 2000 Rs not refunded yet. for same i have raise concern on 9th Feb under Ticket Number[protected] & call them multiple times.

                    yet not received any amount.

                      Excitel has not deposited my deposit yet and its been 5 months, I terminated the connection in October and the refund should have been issued by 27th January but they haven't issued any refund. I have called them many times from last 2 months and they aren't issuing any refund and giving me time again and again and asking me to wait every time i call them.
                      Please contact them and ask them to issue refund. It will really helpful for me as its been so late as I haven't received any refund.

                        My security deposit money not refunded from excitel till now how ever 5 months about to complete. I have terminated my connection in November first week but my security deposit money still not refunded, i have many times talk in customer care but they give only time. So please take action and provide my security deposit money immediately.

                          Dear Team,

                          I am highly disappointed by you as i have purchased your product almost a year ago later i had this device disconnected last year in november 2022. i have been told that i will get my refund of rs 2000 within 90 days. Since then it has been many days almost more than 90 days still i have not received my refund. i have called excitel customer service multiple times but no one has responded i also had submitted my bank details as requested by them. please look into this otherwise i will file a police complaint against you.

                            I am chasing Excitel since last 1 month for the ONU device deposited to them 4 month ago. Calling them daily with general waiting time 40 minutes. They are not sending refund. They are fraud.

                              My internet connection was suspended without any prior notice or valid reason. The reason stated by the company is the high consumption of data in 4 days i.e. from 7 -11 March 2023 of 410 gb. No data limit was stated by the company in terms and condition of the plan. Comapny is not responding to any email. Customer service is also not helpful.
