Am using excitel broadband service every month atleast 1 day internet getting disconnected, this month it's become soo worst, sunday evening 5pm internet got disconnected and on multiple escalation and multiple follow ups connection restores on Tuesday evening 6pm and later on same day 10 pm connection got again disconnect tried to call customer care they are disconnecting calls and saying that there not higher escalation and they don't have access to escalate and clear the issue... Day by day excitel connection get worst of the worst

    Name of the Company - Excitel Connection no:- [protected] paid security amount - 2000 Problem Reported - At the time of taking connection We've paid rs.2000 as a refundable security deposit as per company policy however after surrender the connection company promised us that they will refund our money within 30 days (email ss attached) and when I've called after 30 days then they told me that company policy has been changed and now I'll get my money within 90 days (which was unfair as policy changed after surrender) however we still waited for 90 days and now even after more than 115 days and still they're not refunding my money whenever I email, twitter or call them they just apologising and saying that we've forwarded the request, etc... It's really a mental harrasment to get my own money on which I'm not even getting any interest. Please take some action against this company and get me my money back and there are lots of customer like me.. Want my Security Money back and action against this fraud company for metal harrasment.

      Dear Team,
      I am an existing customer of Excitel from last May 14th 2022 and from the day one I am not satisfied with the service and for the installation and to get the connectivity it took 1.5 months time to sort it out in a place like Bangalore.

      Even after that we thought of continuing with the service and we are getting disappointed only because of the service.

      Recent Experience -

      I have raised a ticket on 7th Dec 2022 to shift my connection to my new house which is not even 1 km from the current place and I have clearly mentioned that we are moving out of the house on 10th December, so need shifting assistance atleast on 10th December.

      I have waited till 9th night to get a response in hope that I will get a better service, and made me became a hater of Excitel as I have started approaching through different medium and not getting an response till now, In the moment when I am writing this mail.

      On 9th I have contacted customer care executive in Delhi office, they said to connect to Hyderabad. I did and conveyed my request and try they said they will assign to concern team.

      But no one contacted, I tried connecting the team through the live chat, not got any response from that instead just automatic messages.

      I tried reaching and searching almost near branches and the number provided in the internet which was not available.

      *Most wonderful thing is that the ticket raised on 7th Dec is showing as closed as mentioning that connection is been shifted.*

      At last on 11th morning itself I tried again through customer care call centre and she said will assign to the concern team and I was in a hope that atleast today it will get sorted.

      Untill now that made me disappointed 😞.I am wondering I am not getting a single call or response from the team in a big city Bangalore.I.wont recommend the service to anyone as this was the most hectic thing.

      As we have shifted already on 10th from the current house and just for the Excitel team we have not handed over our keys and paying rent for the same.

      So I need to get an immediate action on this, Not expecting and I dont want any automated messages as response.

      Again today one ticket closed as mentioning "We are working on the issues."

      This is how we are getting a service.

        I call them more then 5 time today but won't response me back even i register a complaint but won't response me either please register a complaint

          After collecting ONU device they asked me to wait for 90 days that from
          aug 15 2022 as per their policy rules so I followed that, then again due to some error they asked to wait for 10 days more that is till 25 nov 2022, even they took my account details to process refund. Now it's more than 100 days I have not been refunded till now, and still they are just expecting me to wait.

            Greetings !!!

            I am Ravi Sankar Kommu availed Excitel broad band fecility at my house for about 15 months and my subsciption ended on 13th Nov'22.

            I handed over all the items like Fibre ONU device, modem, Power adopter, Empty carton box etc..to your agents in vijayanagar M/S. ARPITA CABLE NETWORK.

            I have paid deposit of Rs.2590/- 0n 02 nd august'2021 as per the attached payment confirmation below.

            M/S. EXCITEL insisted payment in advance before providing the services which i obliged.

            Whereas I received the following SMS from EXCITEL that my refund will be initiated in 90 days which is not acceptable.

            SMS FROM EXCITEL on 16/nov/22:-
            "Dear Ravi Kommu This is to acknowledge that your Fiber ONU device with account [protected] and serial number PPCT92486DF4 has been accepted by Excitel Regional Partner: Arpitha Cable Network, your refund will be initiated within the next 90 days.
            -EXCITEL"

            I have to surrunder the connection since my daughter who is using the internet has moved out of country for higher studies hence no user at present.

            I was told at the time of paying deposit that refund will be given within one day. But the above SMS is total unethical and disappointing.

              I have recharged for four months pack. Wifi is not working. I have raised as many complaints and spoken to several executives but there is no response from their end. And I have paid security deposit of Rs 2000 to Excitel they are not returning deposit money either.. There is a pending tickets regarding this issue since 70 days.. it expresses their carelessness and commitment towards customers.
              please give resolution 🙏🏻

                I made a request on 07th Nov to transfer my internet connection to my new house. Today is 15th Nov and nothing has been done.
                Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  The excitle ISP in to push new optical connections deliberately providing lower speed and poor connections to the customers.
                  The terms and conditions of copper connection nowhere stated that it will not work properly in rain or will provide less speed.
                  The company's customer executives rather than helping with solutions push expensive plans to customers for better internet services.

                    I have purchase a new connection of Excitel Broadband 5G connection with 300 Mbps on 03-Nov-22, But since the connection is installed - Yet I received 8 -9 mpbs, checked in 2 laptops at least. Disconnect frequently. Buffering frequently.
                    It has been almost 10 days, neither they are providing me the promised speed nor refund.

                    I want refund but they refuse to do so. Please help me to process my refund

                      Regarding excitel broadband: Reference may please be made to ticket number 10484625 on very frequent internet disconnection of Excitel broadband. Many a times, the Internet disconnects and reconnects automatically after every 5-6 minutes on an average, thereby causing frequent interruptions in my and my family's online activities. The whole purpose of getting broadband connection is defeated. Lot of time is being wasted in filing complaints through "My excitel app" and by writing emails to nodal and Appellate authority of Excitel. Question is not that the issue gets resolved. It must get resolved with in a reasonable time and the problem shouldn't happen too often, thereby denying proper internet connectivity to the customer after receiving full payment for the same. It is akin to a " Big Scam". I wish to escalate the issue as it is causing mental harassment and considerable wastage of my time and efforts, that too on a regular basis. Is there any compensation from the company for the same. Who is the accountable officer from Excitel? I want to settle this issue once and for all. Kindly provide required help to weed out such corrupt and irresponsible persons engaged in providing horrible internet service and taking customer for the ride. Thanks

                        I have been facing problem with my internet connection provided by Excitel. It’s been now more than 3 weeks since my internet has stopped working. A complaint number 10258130 was registered on 04Oct and is still pending with no positive response from Excitel team. Not a single engineer visited our location to check and all updates to the complaint is online. Another ticket number 10320178 was registered on 17Oct for change of router and since then nothing has happened. No one has approached for router change and both ticket status shows “pending partner”.

                          I have requested for the connection of Excitel on Sep 13 2022 and paid the amount of 2360/- on the same day, They have not installed the Broad Band and they are not refunding the amount also.
                          Tried to contact the person (Naresh-[protected]) who has taken amount for connection, he is not lifting the phone.
                          Requested for cancellation of connection and raised complaint to customer care to refund the amount 17 Sept 2022, they have given the local person number of this area Alwal Hyderabad, Person name is - Vamshi ([protected]) . He is also not lifting the phone and they are not refunding the amount also. Complaint No - 1482720.

                            I used 6-month Excitel and purchased ONU device @1000/- and they said it is refundable. They don't even follow any systematic process like collecting device, issue handling, Checking device and device collecting reports etc.. I received a call from customer care and they provided the address to submit the ONU device and it was in very good condition. Immediately I went to dealer address and submitted the device and they verified the device and said it is in good condition with in 30days you will get the amount back to your account. 2 months I waited and contacted customer care and they said sir provide your bank account details so that we will transfer within 10 days. I provided bank details and waited one month not response from them, again I contacted customer care that time they are saying device was damaged and we are not refund the money. see how ethically, morally these cheaters are cheating the customers? I enquired with Excitel employee and he said many of the customers are facing same issue they are taking money but not returning. I paid 1000 rupees for ONU device and returned my ONU device and return device they are giving some other customer and getting 1000 rupees like that they are cheating. I contacted to return my device still they are not responding.

                            Excitel CEO/Chairman/Owner family eating with this amount and how many days they will survive? They are eating customer sweat and blood

                              Since from 3 days i have been calling the Excitel customer care regarding the no internet connection issue but they are not reachable or unresponsive. I have also contacted the local excitel person who are dealing their services but they are also answering properly.

                                Excitel is neither cancelling nor providing refund for the money they took for new connection. I got fedup with their excuses about installation so told them to cancel my connection aand refund back my money but they keep ignoring and nobody picks my call.

                                i was told it will happen on same day but today is 3rd day and still cant confirm my connection

                                  Regarding refund amount after service termination

                                  I've given termination request on 1 sept 2022 and submitted the router properly. Account Name- Vipul449
                                  During installation of ONU Device, It was promised with me that if I terminate the connection, refund amount will be transferred within 7 - 30 days.

                                  Now after 22 months, I'm terminating my connection as their service is not available in my relocated area.

                                  It's been more than 3 months gone, i am frustrated with the customer service and local team support. They are not able to resolve the concern now . Team excitel If anyone is paying u up then this is your priority that the service should be smooth for the customer, I have made the worst mistake ever to take your connection . To think that might be you will take good care of the service But this is the worst ever decision I made . The local team is totally poor and worst . there is no support concern taken on priority from them even what ever will take on there is no resolution provided on time . every money matters for the customer if you are not able to provide the service, Kindly denied for the same . And make the refund. this time will take some legal action on the issue, also fine fraud and legal case against the company and the local team how they cheated with the customers.

                                    Due to not installed on time I have cancelled the connection and requested for Refund the money.. But its been more than One month Still they are not refunding the money

                                      Excitel is giving only excuses that we are initiating your security refund only they are postponing a date 60days has been already over.executive is giving issues that payment gatway is updated that why we have a delay but at the time of purchasing they committed to refund next days of submitting the router totally fraud after follow instructions given by the company never purchase excitel connection only they are good enough in purchasing
